The U.S. and Israel does not recognize the ICC.
With this warrant issued, Netanyahu, Gallant and President Isaac Herzog will not be able to travel to nations that are recognized as partners of the ICC. If they even remotely flee, they could be arrested upon arrival to any member. This also give the United Nations more ability to demand permanent members to override any attempts by the U.S. to veto any resolution that punishes Israel or any draft resolution to recognize Palestinian sovereignty.
Yahya Sinwar, Hamas chief commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades issued an indictment.
Khan had directly told the U.S. and Great Britain that the ICC has waited too long to initiate the indictments. They gave Israel all the opportunity to handle the matter according to international law. The flagrant rejection and the repeated threats against the ICC forced the hand.
While the ICC is independent of the UN, it is endorsed by the UN’s General Assembly and maintains a cooperation agreement with the UN. When a case is not within the ICC’s jurisdiction, the UN Security Council can refer that case to the ICC, granting it jurisdiction.
The court can investigate alleged crimes committed on the territory, or by a national, of any state that has accepted the court’s jurisdiction by signing the Rome Statute, the treaty that established the ICC. Any member state can ask the ICC’s prosecutor to launch an investigation.
The court has previously issued arrest warrants against high-ranking individuals, including former Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir, Saif Gadhafi, the son of the late Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, and most recently, Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Signatory states are obliged to apprehend those facing arrest warrants, but leaders have often sought to evade those warrants, restricting their freedom of movement.
Both Hamas and Israeli politicians denounced the ICC’s move.
Hamas said it was an attempt to “equate victims with aggressors by issuing arrest warrants against a number of Palestinian resistance leaders without legal basis.” The militant group said warrant requests for Netanyahu and Gallant had come “seven months late,” referring to the duration of Israel’s war in Gaza.
Israeli politicians across the political spectrum condemned the decision. Foreign Minister Israel Katz called it a “scandalous decision” and an “unrestrained frontal attack on the victims of October 7 and our 128 hostages in Gaza.”
Ismail Haniyeh, former Palestinian prime minister and Hamas senior adviser has an arrest warrant.
The leader of the opposition, Yair Lapid, called it “a complete moral failure” and said Israel “cannot accept the outrageous comparison between Netanyahu and Sinwar.”
The right-wing minister for National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, accused the ICC of antisemitism and called for an escalation of attacks against Hamas, while Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said: “We have not seen such a show of hypocrisy and hatred of Jews as that of the Hague Tribunal since Nazi propaganda.”
CNN has reached out to the Prime Minister’s office and Defense Ministry.
In the US, meanwhile, House Republican leaders were weighing a potential legislative response to the ICC’s decision to seek warrants against Israeli leaders, according to a Republican source familiar with the matter.
House Speaker Mike Johnson was expected to put out a statement Monday, another source said. Nothing has been decided and discussions are still ongoing, but Republicans are expected to forcefully respond — and several of them have already spoken out.
US officials have previously said that they “firmly oppose” the ICC investigation into the Israel-Palestinian conflict. The US is not a signatory to the Rome Statute.

Rylo Huncho’s real name has not been disclosed. However, he was known for his energetic performances and promising music career. On the day of the incident, he was reportedly handling a firearm. As previously mentioned, he was filming content for his TikTok account when the gun discharged. So, this resulted in a fatal injury.
Family members have since set up a GoFundMe page to help cover funeral expenses and support the grieving family during this challenging time. The page has seen an outpouring of support from fans and the community, reflecting the impact Rylo had on those around him.
The GoFundMe page was set up by a cousin of Rylo Huncho’s. In her description, she says that the cause of death was accidental/suicide. Also, she says the the family is still trying to figure out why. This is how the GoFundMe statement reads.

After the bombshell surveillance video of Sean "Puffy" Combs physically assaulting then girlfriend Cassie, the disgraced media mogul is trying to redeem himself.

Combs is facing backlash after CNN released the footage of him literally hitting Cassie (Cassandra Ventura) knocking her unconscious. Then he managed to kick her in the head and then drag her. Cassie was trying to leave him and Combs in a towel chased her and assaulted her.
“My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video,” he said in a video statement posted on Instagram.

The surveillance footage, compiled from multiple camera angles dated March 5, 2016, appears to show the rapper, producer and business mogul during an incident that, according to Ventura’s complaint, occurred at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles. CNN verified the location based on publicly available photos of the former hotel’s interior.
In the video, Ventura exits a hotel room and walks to a bank of elevators. Combs, holding a towel around his waist, runs down a hall after Ventura. He grabs her by the back of the neck and throws her to the floor. Still holding his towel closed with one hand, he then turns to kick her, the video shows.
As Ventura is on the ground, Combs retrieves a purse and suitcase from the floor near the elevators. He turns around and kicks Ventura again as she lies motionless on the floor. About four seconds transpire between the two kicks, according to the video. He then briefly drags Ventura by her sweatshirt toward a room before walking away.
Ventura is then seen slowly standing up. She gathers items from the floor and moves to pick up a phone on the hallway wall near the elevators. Combs, still in a towel and socks, returns. A mirror directly across from the security camera shows Combs appearing to shove Ventura.
Seconds later, he sits down on a chair, grabs an object off a table and forcefully throws it toward Ventura. Combs is seen walking away, then turns toward Ventura once again when an elevator door opens and someone appears to exit.

“If the conduct depicted occurred in 2016, unfortunately we would be unable to charge as the conduct would have occurred beyond the timeline where a crime of assault can be prosecuted. As of today, law enforcement has not presented a case related to the attack depicted in the video against Mr. Combs, but we encourage anyone who has been a victim or witness to a crime to report it to law enforcement or reach out to our office for support from our Bureau of Victims Services,” the district attorney’s office said.
The Los Angeles Police Department is “aware of the video” but does not have an open investigation involving Combs, the department told CNN in a statement early Saturday. The LAPD did not respond to CNN’s question on whether a report was ever filed regarding the assault.
When contacted by CNN, a representative for InterContinental Hotels said on Friday, “This hotel is no longer under IHG management, and we do not have any access to prior incident records or footage.”

The President of Iran involved in a helicopter crash. I strongly believe that the Mossad, Israel's lethal assassin agency had a role in this.
Israel has continued raising tensions with Iran and is betting on a regional conflict that may drive the United States into participating in.
It is a matter of a simple sabotage and the timing of the incidents. It was heavy fog and Israel has the tendency of plotting events in specific areas.
The helicopter carrying Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi suffered a “hard landing” on Sunday, Iranian state media reported, without elaborating. Some began urging the public to pray for Raisi and the others on board as rescue crews sped through a misty, rural forest where his helicopter was believed to be.
Raisi was traveling in Iran’s East Azerbaijan province. State TV said the incident happened near Jolfa, a city on the border with with the nation of Azerbaijan, some 600 kilometers (375 miles) northwest of the Iranian capital, Tehran. Later, the TV put it farther east near the village of Uzi, but details remained contradictory.
Traveling with Raisi were Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, the governor of Iran’s East Azerbaijan province and other officials and bodyguards, the state-run IRNA news agency reported. One local government official used the word “crash” to describe the incident, but he acknowledged to an Iranian newspaper that he had yet to reach the site himself.
Neither IRNA nor state TV offered any information on Raisi’s condition. However, hard-liners urged the public to pray for him. State TV later aired images of the faithful praying at Imam Reza Shrine in the city of Mashhad, one of Shiite Islam’s holiest sites.

“The esteemed president and company were on their way back aboard some helicopters and one of the helicopters was forced to make a hard landing due to the bad weather and fog,” Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi said in comments aired on state TV. “Various rescue teams are on their way to the region but because of the poor weather and fogginess it might take time for them to reach the helicopter.”
He added: “The region is a bit (rugged) and it’s difficult to make contact. We are waiting for rescue teams to reach the landing site and give us more information.”
Rescuers were attempting to reach the site, state TV said, but had been hampered by poor weather conditions. There had been heavy rain and fog reported with some wind. IRNA called the area a “forest” and the region is known to be mountainous as well. State TV aired images of SUVs racing through a wooded area.
A rescue helicopter tried to reach the area where authorities believe Raisi’s helicopter was, but it couldn’t land due to the heavy mist, emergency services spokesman Babak Yektaparast told IRNA.
Raisi had been on the border with Azerbaijan early Sunday to inaugurate a dam with Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev. The dam is the third one that the two nations built on the Aras River. The visit came despite chilly relations between the two nations, including over a gun attack on Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Tehran in 2023, and Azerbaijan’s diplomatic relations with Israel, which Iran’s Shiite theocracy views as its main enemy in the region.
Iran flies a variety of helicopters in the country, but international sanctions make it difficult to obtain parts for them. Its military air fleet also largely dates back to before the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
Raisi, 63, is a hard-liner who formerly led the country’s judiciary. He is viewed as a protégé of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and some analysts have suggested he could replace the 85-year-old leader after his death or resignation from the role.
Israel was involved.
Raisi won Iran’s 2021 presidential election, a vote that saw the lowest turnout in the Islamic Republic’s history. Raisi is sanctioned by the U.S. in part over his involvement in the mass execution of thousands of political prisoners in 1988 at the end of the bloody Iran-Iraq war.
Under Raisi, Iran now enriches uranium at nearly weapons-grade levels and hampers international inspections. Iran has armed Russia in its war on Ukraine, as well as launched a massive drone-and-missile attack on Israel amid its war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. It also has continued arming proxy groups in the Mideast, like Yemen’s Houthi rebels and Lebanon’s Hezbollah.

The United States refuses to hold itself or Israel responsible for atrocities. Israel has been a wake up call for the world. Far too long, the U.S. and Great Britain protected this regime as it continues illegal colonization of sovereign land. The faulty intelligence Israel gave lead Americans and British soliders into neverending conflicts.
The U.S. must end aid to Israel. The U.S. must remove Hamas, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and Hezbollah from the terrorist organization listing. The U.S. have to end its hold on veto powers as a permanent member. The U.S. must end the dehumanizing of Arabs, Muslims, Black and Brown people around the world.
The U.S. must end its support for apartheid countries. The end of apartheid Israel is happening.
I know this sounds like a large demand but the U.S. must end this foreign policy of viewing Iran as an enemy. Politics should never be the reasons for driving the U.S. to war every time Israel commits an attack on humanity.
CNN and the Associated Press confirm that the Republican political strategist and contributor to the cable outlet passed away in Virginia. Alice Stewart, 58 has passed away at her home and the police have determined there was no signs of foul play on her passing.
Stewart was originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Tucker High School and obtained journalism and political science degrees from the University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism.
Stewart began her career as a weekend anchor on the NBC Little Rock-affiliate KARK television station. She served as the communications director for the presidential campaign of former Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and then former Sen. Rick Santorum. She began working for Arkansas governor and politician Mike Huckabee as communications director for his first presidential campaign. She also worked for his second presidential campaign until she resigned in 2015. She also was the communications director for Texas Sen. Ted Cruz's 2016 campaign.
Stewart joined CNN in 2016, during the election. In 2019, Stewart became a Harvard Fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
She was living in Fairfax County, Virginia, a part of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Stewart was also a co-host of the podcast “Hot Mics From Left to Right,” alongside fellow CNN commentator Maria Cardona.
“I just can’t believe that she’s gone,” Cardona said on “CNN Newsroom,” adding that the two were going to record an episode of their podcast Saturday. “I want everyone to know what a special person she was, especially in this industry. As you know, today’s politics can be indecent and so dirty, and Alice was just such a loving, shining light.”
Stewart also served on the senior advisory committee at the Institute of Politics at Harvard University’s Kennedy School, where she previously was a fellow.
In her free time, Stewart was an avid runner. She frequently posted photos from road races on social media, including from the TCS New York City Marathon, which she ran in November, and the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile race, which she ran last month.
The West makes their lives more important than the ones Israel killed. Israel killed them with the indiscriminate bombings.

The lives of these Israelis mattered. However, I am no longer going to have much sympathy for them. Their white privilege and entitlement to stolen land led to their unfortunate deaths. This isn't about Jewish faith and Arabs. It's about the apartheid and the opportunity to expose the injustices Israel created for over 70 years.

The Israeli Defence Force which gives the West their official position and takes confirmed three hostages (likely IDF soliders) were killed in Gaza. The fact the U.S. junk food media honors the three Israelis like they were American citizens and practically ignored the thousands of men, women and children killed by Israel shows the lack of sympathy.

The Israel Defense Forces recovered the bodies of Shani Louk, a 22-year-old German-Israeli; Amit Buskila, 28; and Itshak Gelernter, 56, propagandist Daniel Hagari said. Israel says it believes all three were killed by Hamas while escaping the Nova music festival on Oct. 7 and their bodies were taken into Gaza.
Get used to me boldfacing Israel says. Anytime that regime claims something, take it with a grain of salt. Israel has killed three hostages, five soliders, international journalists and intentionally killed humanitarian aid workers. The International Criminal Court should be engaging in a wave of indictments and the UN should bypass permanent members, the United States and Great Britain to issue severe sanctions to force dismantling the government.
This maniac, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the deaths "heartbreaking," saying, "We will return all of our hostages, both the living and the dead."
The military did not give immediate details on where their bodies were found, but said it was the result of intelligence gathered. Israel has been operating in Rafah, where Israel says it has intelligence that hostages are being held.
To be honest, this would have ended peaceful if Israel would remove their forces, end the blockade, stop with the dehumanizing rhetoric, offer reparations and grant the Palestinian sovereignty. Hell, they could release the imprisoned Palestinians and their deceased family members for proper burial.

They claim that Hamas shot female soliders in the buttocks and breasts.
They claim that Hamas shot dead a civilian and raped the victim's corpse,
They claim that Hamas has placed explosive devices on corpses.
They claim that Hamas has infiltrated college campuses in the U.S. and Great Britain.

Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. In their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, men, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage.
Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.
The IDF has the weapons to destroy everything. All on the American taxpayer, Israel has killed civilians, their own citizens and the status quo.
Israel says around 100 hostages are still captive in Gaza, along with the bodies of around 30 more. Israel's campaign in Gaza since the attack has killed more than 35,000 Palestinians, according to Gaza health officials.
All crossings out of Gaza are now blocked, leaving at least 20 American medics trapped inside. World leaders demanded that Israel keep aid coming in but Israel refuses and continues to block aid.
President Joe Biden has become increasingly critical of how Netanyahu has carried out the war and Gaza, going so far as to pause shipments of some weapons to Israel because of concerns about the IDF's plans in Rafah. Yet, he will not stop military and financial aid.
Congress has threatened to bypass Biden if he vetoes any legislation that strips funding of Israel. The former president Donald J. Trump also supports Israel's full invasion of Gaza.
He and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. also support the Israeli narratives being put forth about this regime having the right to defend itself and criticism being antisemitism.
A U.S. State Department report said last week that it was "reasonable to assess" that Israel has used American arms in ways inconsistent with standards on humanitarian rights but that the United States could not reach "conclusive findings."
