Usually, I would be angered by the fact a cop walks in the murder of an unarmed civilian. But in this case, I am reserving my thoughts. The woman who broke into the U.S. Capitol and got near the bubble was shot in the neck and died of her injuries.
The U.S. Capitol Police and Department of Justice cleared the cop and he will continue to work.
The far-right is upset over the decision. Now they're making baseless comparisons to George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and other lives lost to police violence.
1. George Floyd was accused of passing a bad $20 dollar bill. The dirty cop placed his knee on his neck while he was arrested. He refused to get his knee of his neck. He died of a suffocation. The movement that sparked the calls for police reform were ignored by this woman. This woman literally attacked him, Breonna Taylor and Vice President Kamala Harris.
2. Breonna Taylor was a victim of a shooting by the Louisville Metro Police. They got bad information on the whereabouts of another guy. Kenneth Walker didn't know who broke into his home. All he knew it was intruders. He fired a warning shot. They came guns ablazing. Taylor was struck over eight times while in her bedroom. She died of her injuries. These cops walked but eventually saw cannon fire. She was a first responder like that woman who broke into the Capitol. Taylor wouldn't be bold enough to travel to Washington, DC to protest an election outcome and run on the notion that the results were rigged. She wouldn't be marching into a restricted area in the middle of a pandemic. She would be breaking into a building on the guise of saying it's "our freedom" to do so.
3. George Floyd and Breonna Taylor would be alive today if the cops didn't use deadly force. This woman would be alive if she didn't try to penetrate the bubble. The bubble held either former vice president Karen M. Pence and Nancy Pelosi. She gambled with the notion that the cops would cower because she's a protester. No.
The death of this woman is a topic among the far-right. They believe that the cop should be criminally charged for murdering her.
This woman lived in California and owned a pool cleaning service. She was former military officer.
Folks in San Diego thought she was a big wound up over politics. Some folks cancelled their contracts because of her extreme views on America.

She like thousands of others traveled to the "Stop The Steal" rally in Washington, DC.
Washed Up 45 whipped up the crowd with the notion that he'll walk with the crowd down to the Capitol to convince Republicans who supported moving on to change their minds. That included his former vice president.
They went to the Capitol breached the gates and started pummeling police, media figures and those who they perceived to be Antifa or Black Lives Matter.
They caused millions of dollars worth of damage. Three of the individuals in the riot died of natural causes and officer Brian Sicknick was dismissed by the Blue Lives Matter crowd.

The officer, whose name has not been released, opened fire on the woman as she and a mob of other Washed Up 45 supporters tried to forcefully enter the Capitol.
Video of the shooting showed the woman in front of a crowd of rioters trying to get through a door leading to where members of Congress were being evacuated on the House side of the building.
The Justice Department announced in April that no charges were being brought against the officer. The exoneration by the Capitol Police wraps up the last remaining investigation into the incident.
A memo from the commander of the Capitol Police’s Office of Personal Responsibility says “no further action will be taken in this matter” after the officer was exonerated for use of force.
The Capitol Police did not immediately respond to a request for comment. A lawyer for the woman's family declined to comment.
In its statement in April, the Justice Department said that the investigation did not find evidence that the officer had violated any federal laws and that there was nothing to contradict that he believed it was necessary to shoot at the 35-year old woman "in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber."

"Officials examined video footage posted on social media, statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses to the events, physical evidence from the scene of the shooting, and the results of an autopsy," and "based on that investigation, officials determined that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution," the statement added.
The woman's death has been promoted as an unjust killing by some on the far right who have sought to downplay the violence at the storming of the Capitol, and they have demanded that the identity of the shooter be publicly released. Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) has said the woman's death was "an execution," and he accused the officer who shot her of "lying in wait" to do so.
Washed Up 45 previously made the false claim that the officer who shot the woman was the "head of security" for a "high-ranking" Democratic member of Congress.
It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.
