Florida's governor Ron DeSantis and Missouri Republicans want to make sure that old fart Rush Limbaugh's legacy is honored. It's bad enough that former president Donald J. Trump gave him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, now American politicians on the far-right want to honor a man who devoted his life to dividing our country with bullshit.

Charles Coughlin and Joseph McCarthy don't get holidays. Hell, Richard Nixon doesn't get that much respect.

Oh, I forgot it's still Black History Month. I guess we'll call this Rush Limbaugh Month because the far-right wants to give him a day in our American history. 

Why on earth would we spent more time honoring a man who didn't seem to give a fuck about people's feelings?

A man who pandered in bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, xenophobia, conspiracy theories and junk science shouldn't be honored as an American patriot. 

Those who filmed the brutal abuse of George Floyd, Rodney King, Philando Castile, Rayshard Brooks, Alton Sterling and Eric Garner deserve the honor. 

The Republicans refused to honor Elijah Cummings, John McCain and John Lewis. McCain was their 2008 Republican nominee. He and his widow Cindy McCain won't get the respect because they criticized Trump. It took almost two days before Trump even considered lowering the flag for McCain.

Limbaugh's supporters are mad that President Joe Biden won't lower the flags.

Why should we lower the flags for a citizen who did nothing for the betterment of America?

So he spoke on radio, made appearances on television, wrote books, donated a little bit to charitable causes, even made an ice tea ... who fucking cares? 

The Republicans honors a bigot. 

The amount of negative vibes outweighs the positive things this old fart did in his miserable 70 years.

He built his fortune on division. I am grateful that iHeartRadio, Inc and Premiere Radio is struggling now that Limbaugh is out of the picture. They know that Sean "Screwball" Hannity is too freaking annoying and repetitive. Folks would tune him out the moment he mentions Hillary Clinton.

Old fart Bill Cunningham is up there too. He may not last another five years. He's the far-right agitator from Cincinnati that hosts a local afternoon spot and Sundays on national radio.

Glenn Beck is too toxic for the afternoons. He's losing money with Blaze Media. Beck and Mark Levin are not up to the challenge of middays. I mean Levin is on Cumulus Radio and he's doesn't have the chops to be in the noon spot.

So who I believe could take over the Limbaugh spot to become the next bigot in talk....

Former president Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States is a former reality television agitator, game show host, actor and real estate mogul. He could take over the radio spot and continue to be a fucking troll on the public airwaves. The callers could call him Mr. President and he could interview his family, prominent Republicans supportive of him and even tease the rumored 2024 presidential run.

Former vice president Mike Pence, the 48th Vice President of the United States is a former talk radio host, former U.S. Representative and former Indiana governor. Pence was one of the afternoon talker back in the 1980s. Pence who has ties to Dayton, Ohio as a former radio talker could be the next Limbaugh and he could help bring the rift between him and Trump to an end if he takes the spot and interviews the former president.

Candace Owens, the Black far-right grifter has a podcast operating out of Prager University. The woman just celebrated being a first time mother. She is still an active member of the alt-lite. She has been considering a bigger role outside of the podcasts. She started the Blexit movement to encourage Blacks to ditch the Democratic Party. She could be the first African American woman to have a national audience.

Mike Huckabee, the former Arkansas governor and two time Republican candidate for president took over the afternoon spot after Bill O'Reilly left the talk radio circuit. Huckabee who was competing with Limbaugh couldn't muster enough listeners. Now that Limbaugh is out of the picture, could the former Arkansas governor make a comeback? His daughter Sarah Huckabee Sanders is officially running for governor of Arkansas. She want to set the tone of a political dynasty.

Missouri Republicans already have a bust of him at the state capitol in Jefferson City. It was controversial move especially given that at the peak of his unveiling he was attacking Sandra Fluke and Michelle Obama.

Missouri wants to honor him with a holiday on his birthday. In late January, Limbaugh celebrated his birthday before his passing. He was already in hospice by the time he turned 70.

Limbaugh died on Wednesday. His widow, Kathryn Rogers has not confirmed a date for his funeral but it's expected to be a large gathering with Screwball Hannity, Mark Levin, Neal Boortz and others speaking on his legacy and impact to conservatism.

Even though the coronavirus cases are declining, the pandemic is far from over. The junk food media already sharing something I've already known for three weeks, we have exceeded 500,000 deaths. The United States now confirms we're over half a million Americans dead.

Technically, we are averaging over 550,000 deaths. By the middle of March, the United States will have 600,000 Americans dead from the coronavirus.

President Joe Biden is hoping to get vaccines out to 100 million people. He went to Kalamazoo, Michigan to visit the Pfizer plant. 

"It's one thing to have the vaccine, and it's very different to get it in someone's arms," Biden said Friday as he toured the Pfizer manufacturing plant in Portage. The company is set to double its pace of the vaccine deliveries in the coming weeks.

The weather put a damper on the vaccination scheduling. The states that had that horrible winter storm event had to delay vaccination treatments.

Our state also had to delay vaccinations due to the winter storm.

Ohio has announced they will continue to issue vaccinations to those over 65 years old and then start phases for 51-64, 25-40, 18-25 and younger Ohioans at a later time.

The state's governor Mike DeWine is feuding with his fellow Republicans over his emergency declarations. The Republicans want to strip him of his executive actions due to the curfew and last year's closures of large gathering venues.

The only governors who are facing backlash besides DeWine include, Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Jared Polis of Colorado, Gavin Newsom of California, Andrew Cuomo of New York, Larry Hogan of Maryland and J.B. Pritzker of Illinois. 

President Joe Biden hopes to get the country back to normal by late 2021.

The other governors who face backlash for not taking this shit seriously are Ron DeSantis of Florida, Greg Abbott of Texas, Kristi Noem of South Dakota, Kay Ivey of Alabama and Tate Reeves of Mississippi 

Every U.S. state and territory (with the exception of American Samoa) has at least 1,000 cases a day of the coronavirus. 

Although decreasing, the danger is those who think just because they're vaccinated, they are free to not wear facial protection. Of course, those who don't wear facial masks in the first place and cause a scene are the prime spreaders.

Entertainers and idiot lawmakers who continue to treat this like normal are putting everyone's lives at risk and it's a damn shame that former president Donald J. Trump's legacy will be marred in divisiveness and stupidity.

Biden despite all the noise is getting high marks for his handling of the pandemic. He wants Congress to pass the COVID-19 relief package and it's needed. The mayors of American cities say that the relief would help boost their revenues.

Republicans and two divisive Democratic senators Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin could sink the survival funds. 

If we're to get back on the right track, we need to get the ball moving on relief. Folks who lost their jobs, family members and their fortunes because of the coronavirus shouldn't suffer because a bunch of white nationalists in Washington, DC are concerned about debt. 

They allowed Trump to pass massive legislation that piled debt on our country. Former president Barack Obama left the country a surplus with $22.5 trillion debt. Trump left the country with $35.4 trillion in debt in only a mere four years.

So don't bullshit me with this nonsense. Congress better pass the relief package or face the consequences coming 2022.

The family of Malcolm X reveals a letter from a former NYPD who is dying. In the letter there claims that the FBI and the NYPD conspired in the 1965 assassination. 

Ray Wood, a former undercover NYPD officer made a death bed confession. He said that the government wanted Malcolm dead. They lured members of Malcolm's security detail into committing crimes that resulted in their arrest just days before the deadly shooting.

Those arrests kept his security from managing the door at the ballroom on the night Malcolm was killed.

"My job was to infiltrate civil rights organizations throughout New York City, to find evidence of criminal activity, so the FBI could discredit and arrest its leaders," Wood stated in the letter.

"Under the direction of my handlers I was told to encourage leaders and members of civil rights groups to commit felonious acts."

Malcolm X, one of the most powerful figures in Black culture and Islam was gunned down in the Audubon Ballroom. Malcolm was feared and respected. He pulled no punches.

Malcolm advocated for Black empowerment, Black supremacy and a full cultural and national separation of Blacks and Whites. He criticized mainstream civil rights leaders for knee-toeing to white interlopers.

He was a controversial figure during the 1950s and 1960s. He was the vocal spokesman for the Nation of Islam for which he had a fallout with during the mid-1960s. He felt that corruption within the NOI and its leader Elijah Muhammad led to him separating from them and finding spiritual homage to the Sunni faith.

He traveled to Hajja nad Mecca and formally changed his name to el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz. 

He founded the Muslim Mosque, Inc and the Pan-African Organization of Afro-American Unity.

Hated by the conservatives and politicians, Malcolm was celebrated by African-Americans and Muslims for being persistent in racial justice.

Wood wrote the letter that broke the news this weekend.

Reggie Wood said his cousin's final words were directly to tell the world that the NYPD and FBI targeted Malcolm X.

Wood dated the letter on January 25, 2011. He said that the actions done by him were done under duress, fear and retaliation.

"After witnessing repeated brutality at the hands of my colleagues, I tried to resign. Instead, I was threatened with arrest by pinning marijuana and alcohol trafficking charges on me if I did not follow through with the assignments."

He went into the deeps of Malcolm's most trusted members. He found two security guards who were lured into trying to plant a bomb near the Statue of Liberty. 

The plan was foiled by the feds and the NYPD. The two men were apprehended. Wood said he wasn't aware of the government's attempts to take Malcolm out. 

"It is my hope that this information is received with the understanding that I have carried these secrets with a heavy heart and remorsefully regret my participation in this matter."

Malcolm's daughters Qubiliah, Ilyasah and Gamilah Shabazz as well as Benjamin Crump spoke at a presser. They demand the U.S. Justice Department investigate the matter.

Wood's cousin, Reggie said that Roy's cancer was worsening and he felt the truth needs to be heard. 

"For 10 years, I have carried this confession secretly in fear of what could happen to my family and myself if the government found out what I knew," Reggie Wood said.

On the night of Malcolm's speech to young Black youths, a man had stood up and yelled, "NIGGA, get your hand out my pocket!"

Malcolm X's surviving daughters want the U.S. Justice Department to investigate the assassination.

The security quickly runs towards the man, he manages to get through them and raced up to Malcolm with a sawed off shotgun. He pointed gun and fired. The gunshots hit Malcolm in the chest.

Two other men would emerge from the seats and start shooting off semi-automatic handguns. 

He was shot over 20 times. Many of the bullets were in his chest, arms and legs.

Malcolm died at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital on February 21, 1965.

Malcolm had told the junk food media that the Nation of Islam was out to get him and the feds were conspiring against him.

When Malcolm was assassinated, the Black community believed for a long time it was a set up by the government to take out a man who stood up against the system.

Former football star and boxer Hershel Walker isn't shy to speak his mind about politics in the country.

The legendary football star says that Blacks need to get over slavery and stop whining about racism.

He speaks on behalf of the white nationalists who represent former president Donald J. Trump and the Republican Party.

Walker spoke on behavior of critics to the House Resolution being introduced by Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee (D-TX) and Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO). The House Resolution is to formally apologize for slavery and offer reparations to descendants of slavery.

"We use Black power to create white guilty," Walker said. "My approach is biblical...how can I ask my Heavenly Father to forgive me if I can't forgive my brother?"

"America is greatest country in the world for me, a melting pot of a lot of great races, a lot of great minds that have come together with different ideas to make Americans the greatest on Earth."

"How many African-Americans was alive today that was in slavery? Which is none," said Walker.

"So I go to some of the older people for experience and I remember my mom mentioning, how could we pay for your great, great, great grandfather being burned to death? Or how come we pay for great, great uncle being [lynched]?

Herschel Walker and son Christian are Looney Coons.

"I understand that those pictures are horrible," Walker said. "But right now, I think the fact finding is going to be very difficult to go back over history when history is not even taught in school on what we're trying to in fact find."

So we must remember September 11, 2001.

We must remember to horrific torture of the Jewish Europeans through the Holocaust.

We can talk about the Manifest destiny. We can talk about American exceptionalism.

We can't talk about the Trail of Tears. So forget the talk about the country forced indigenous people from their land and forcing them to live in reservations.

We got Black History Month. We have 28 days and an occasional 29 on the fourth year.

We got Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

We can't talk about how Blacks were tortured, mamed, treated like we're less than subhuman. 

Racism is over. We got Barack Obama and Kamala Harris. You can't complain when we got the first Black to be President of the United States and first woman to be the Vice President of the United States.

Okay, I get it! We should not offer "lazy" folks the opportunity to get the handout of the government.

So we must accept the fact the cops, the military, Israel, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Christopher Columbus, Donald J. Trump and Ronald Reagan must be respected no matter what.

So we can't talk about the horrific genocide of our nation's predecessors. 

Oh, I get it. You want us to believe that Bill Clinton signed the crime bill. Joe Biden sponsored the crime bill. You want me to believe that Barack Obama did not do anything for Black America. You want me to believe that Kamala Harris isn't authentically Black because she's not down for the struggle.

You want me to understand that the Democratic Party is keeping us in a plantation mindset. If we were Republicans, we're free like Candace Owens.

So if we're supposed to be a "law & order" type of country, why does Black people often get more time than whites for the same criminal acts?

Walker along with far-right talk host Larry Elder argued on behalf of Republicans and its two lead Black lawmakers Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT) and Rep. Bryon Donalds (R-FL). 

Walker and his son, Christian, were vocal supporters of the former president. His son, is a gay far-right celebrity agitator who post videos on social media and just as crazy as fellow gay Black far-right agitator Terrence K. Williams.

Walker indoctrinated his family into believing racism is a dead issue.

"Reparations teach separation," said Walker. "Slavery ended over 130 years ago. How can a father ask his son to spend prison time for a crime he committed?"

He must of not seen the insurrection. That insurrection serves as need for Black people to push forth the narrative to give us our respect and owed labor. Our ancestors worked for free and never got the opportunity to enjoy the labors of building The White House, the U.S. Capitol and your master's home.

We are depicted as gorillas, monkeys, savages, shoes and every negative stereotype of white nationalist propaganda.

You want to claim Martin Luther King, Jr. as a Republican. You might want to rethink that. His living children would tell you that their father would never support the Republicans and he was a victim of an assassination by a white nationalist. The country he wanted to save failed him. The Republicans weren't even keen on giving him a holiday. 

Thank Jon Conyers for that King National Day of Service. He may have his faults, but damnit, he did something good. Jackson Lee is trying to honor a man who wants to show the Black community that we not going to let the past go.

If you want us to continue to honor 9/11, the Holocaust and America's wars, you might want us to honor those nameless victims of slavery, lynching and racism.

Let's us all get recognition and respect. Blacks and Indigenous (Native Americans) are human too.

West Virginia Democratic senator Joe Manchin voted for Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Jeff Sessions. Yet, he won't support a woman of color because she called out the Republican Party for its shameless hypocrisy. Folks, Manchin is a shameless hypocrite as well. He voted for racists to join Donald J. Trump's administration. All of sudden, he pulls back because a woman of color said some mean things on Twitter.

Well, I am getting to a point where I hope President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris continue to allow them to self-inflict themselves. 

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is a conservative Democrat. He said he won't back Neera Tanden for the position of Office of Management and Budget.

Manchin announced Friday he will vote against Neera Tanden, President Joe Biden's nominee for the director of the Office of Management and Budget, making her confirmation unlikely given Republican resistance to her nomination.

Biden said, "No," when asked if he planned to pull Tanden's nomination because of Manchin's announcement, adding, "I think we're gonna find the votes to get her confirmed."

In a brief statement, the moderate West Virginia Democrat said that Tanden's comments on Twitter about Republican colleagues, including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Sen. Bernie Sanders, an independent, had led him to doubt she was the right fit.

"I have carefully reviewed Neera Tanden's public statements and tweets that were personally directed towards my colleagues on both sides of the aisle from Senator Sanders to Senator McConnell and others. I believe her overtly partisan statements will have a toxic and detrimental impact on the important working relationship between members of Congress and the next director of the Office of Management and Budget," Manchin said in a statement. "For this reason, I cannot support her nomination."

Manchin's announcement means that unless a Republican senator comes forward to support Tanden's nomination, it's unlikely that she will be confirmed for the job. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has a narrow majority in a 50-50 Senate. Because Democrats control the White House, Vice President Kamala Harris can break ties, but without Manchin's support, Democrats won't have the votes on their own.

GOP Sen. Mitt Romney's office won't say how he will vote on Tanden, and there was no immediate response from Republican Sens. Susan Collins of Maine or Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.

Not all Democrats have made their positions clear either. Sanders, the chairman of the Budget Committee, would not say if he backs Tanden Friday. "I will be talking to Ms. Tanden early next week," he told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on "The Situation Room" following Manchin's announcement.

Neera Tanden is being attacked for expressing her opinions about Republicans. Conservative Democrat Joe Manchin could sink her nomination.

An advocate for Hillary Clinton during her 2016 presidential campaign, Tanden's nomination angered not only conservatives, but also progressive Democrats, many of whom believed she'd played a role in bolstering Clinton's nomination at the expense of Sanders.

CNN reported earlier this month that Tanden and Sanders sat down for a lengthy one-on-one meeting in recent weeks, ahead of her confirmation hearings. One person briefed on the meeting told CNN that meeting was over and hour and no stone was left unturned, describing it as an opportunity for the two to discuss years of public clashing and private interactions.

Tanden, who has most recently served as the CEO and president of the left-leaning Center for American Progress, faced sharp questioning over her past comments critical of lawmakers on both sides of the aisle during two Senate confirmation hearings last week. Sanders chided Tanden during a hearing before the Budget Committee, saying that some of her remarks amounted to "vicious attacks" against progressives.

Tanden acknowledged that her statements on social media "caused hurt to people," adding, "I apologize to people on either the left or right who are hurt by what I've said."

Manchin focused on her previous comments in his own statement announcing his opposition. "As I have said before, we must take meaningful steps to end the political division and dysfunction that pervades our politics. At a time of grave crisis, it is more important than ever that we chart a new bipartisan course that helps address the many serious challenges facing our nation," Manchin said in his statement.

An aide to Manchin told CNN Friday that the senator gave Schumer a heads up that he was going to make the announcement that he wouldn't support Tanden. Manchin voted to convict former President Donald Trump earlier this month and has so far voted for every other Biden nominee.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki called Tanden "an accomplished policy expert" in a statement Friday, adding, "We look forward to the committee votes next week and to continuing to work toward her confirmation through engagement with both parties."

I hate when he says "You know what I'm sayin'" every time he tries to explain himself.

So many things going against him. Raymond Scott, you're a hasbeen. Your fight with Marshall Mathers (aka Eminem) costed you everything. It's not Em's fault for your failures in life. Quit blaming Em and everyone for the hand you were dealt with.

Some unfriendly facts.

His height is 5'3".

He has no neck. He is routinely mocked for having no neck.

He is a hot-head. Whenever, he's on drugs (most likely cocaine), he becomes violent, belligerent and irrational. The women who previously dated him are well aware of his behavior. Althea Heart, the mother of his youngest child has full custody and warned the public about his antics when he's on drugs.

He is a hasbeen rapper with 30 years in the game and not one platinum album. Scott is best known for being on Love & Hip-Hop and Marriage Boot Camp. He's no longer on either program.

No one plays his music on radio. His song "Rock The Party" with Mario Winans managed to break the Billboard hip-hop top hits. 

He is nearly broke due to court costs, child support, lawsuits and owed debts.

The video of him berating an Asian American cop deflates his argument about fighting against racism and oppression.

He started an OnlyFans account to generate money. Folks willing to buy content will see Scott showing off explicit images or videos of himself doing sexual acts on women.

He refuses to wear a mask in public and wear a seatbelt while driving on the road. He has no license, no insurance or no remorse for his actions.

He has four children from four different women. His daughter appears to be the only one successful in the music industry and I am guessing he's jealous or exploiting her fame for a paycheck.

Scott wanted to depict himself as a Mortal Kombat fighter ripping Eminem's head off holding his spine.

The upcoming rapper, celebrity agitator Coi Leray is dissing her daddy. Her daddy is Raymond Scott, the former rapper and reality television agitator known as Benzino. Her single "No More Parties" with Lil Durk takes a huge shot at the washed up entertainer.

The washed up entertainer goes to Queenz Flip to denounce her diss and feels like his family is out to get him.

Remember, Eminem said it, "you better try to eat off [them], cause you missed your boat! You'll never blow, you're just too old!"

Scott is the former co-owner of The Source Magazine. He used the magazine to trash Eminem in an attempt to generate sales for his album. Eminem released two devastating disses at him and The Source.

It pretty much kept Scott's rap career at a standstill. He and his partner Dave Mays ended up nearly destroying the magazine in their attempt to destroy Em.

Scott is most infamous for releasing the "Foolish Pride" song in which Em dissed a Black woman he used to date. Scott who has a history with dissing Black women claims that Em's a racist and wants to knock him out for talking about him.

Royce Da 5'9" mocks Scott for being a wack rapper. He said on social media that Scott is trying milk his failed career off of his daughter Coi Leray.

To this day, Scott continues this charade about how Em is not a part of hip-hop. Regardless of what anyone says to him, he'll never be convinced that Eminem has a place in the genre.

So we head into the recent feud with Royce da 5'9". The rapper mocked Scott for his rap skills and made the claim that he needs to hug his daughter more before someone else does.

Scott was visibly upset over the diss. He claims her mother was involved. After all, Scott has a history of disrespecting women (especially Black women).

Leray's lines come as a bit of a surprise since there hasn't been any news of her being on bad terms with Scott. For the most part, Leray has spoken positively of her father during interviews and even said he was an inspiration to her getting into music.

Nothing like the far-right to be obsessed with a scandal that has nothing to do with the bigger picture.

Yes, it's right to hold the powerful accountable for their actions, but where's the outrage when the 45th President of the United States discarded the pandemic response playbook from the 44th President of the United States? Where's the outrage when the first outbreak came into the states and that guy called it a hoax.

Why aren't you angry over the fact he continued to hold large rallies when the pandemic was at its highest peak?

The far-right are seizing on the scandal involving the deaths of elderly New Yorkers dying at nursing homes during the early months of the pandemic. 

Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York is facing a controversy that has the state attorney general and the feds probing what went wrong. 

Enter the early months of the pandemic. March 2020,  Cuomo issued an order that all New York State nursing homes must accept residents that are medically stable. The order further stated that "No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to the nursing home solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19. Since the order was issued there has been bipartisan criticism of his order and the subsequent tracking of the nursing home deaths.

New York state assemblyman Ron Kim calls out Cuomo for his handling of the pandmeic.

When Cuomo declared a state of emergency after 89 cases were confirmed in the state, issues started popping up with the handing of pandemic. Cuomo would rescind an order that he issued. What he done was allow individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19 enter the nursing homes despite the danger.

He claimed he was taking the CDC and Trump administration advice. 

Politifact said it was false. 

"COVID-19 patients who are medically stable can be discharged from a hospital to a nursing home, but only if the nursing home can implement all recommended infection control procedures."

The Associated Press said that 4,500 patients were recovering from COVID-19 were sent to New York State nursing homes. The report was compiled after the New York State Department of Health did not release its own two weeks earlier.

Now the New York State Attorney General Letitia James issued a report that the New York Department of Health had undercounted the total deaths from COVID-19 within nursing homes by 50%. 

Far-right agitator Janice Dean was the most vocal opponent of Cuomo. She blames him for her parents dying from the coronavirus, not Donald J. Trump who dismissed as a hoax.

Fox News has been heavily promoting this. The far-right agitator Janice Dean who's parents died in a nursing home was the most vocal critic of this scandal. She has demanded the feds look into Cuomo and Fox News agitators like Sean "Screwball" Hannity and Tucker Carlson are covering it.

CNN had warned Chris Cuomo to no longer interview his brother. The progressive agitator is the younger brother of the governor and a fierce critic of the COVID-19 pandemic response from former president Donald J. Trump and President Joe Biden.

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio said that this was "typical" of Cuomo.

Ron Kim, a Democrat who is critical of Cuomo said he was threatened by him. He said that Cuomo is possibly being obstructive to the investigation and he wanted those looking into out of the way.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) are two supporters of Trump. They ignore Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic. The other annoyance is Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) who wants to investigate Cuomo.

Now you know Cuomo isn't the most perfect governor. He literally didn't get much assistance from the federal government. Even when Trump ordered the U.S. medical ships to dock at New York City harbor in the wake of the pandemic, the beds were not safe and people living in the city were dying by the day.

The far-right tabloid The New York Post decides to make this the biggest scandal since Trump incited an insurrection to destroy the peaceful transition of power.

Cuomo has repeatedly defended his administration’s directive for nursing homes to accept COVID-19 patients as the product of federal “guidance” — even though one of those government documents says only that infected seniors “can” be admitted to the facilities.

In contrast, the Health Department’s since-rescinded, March 25 memo left little wiggle room to prevent “medically stable” patients from being transferred out of hospitals to nursing homes.

“During this global health emergency, all NHs must comply with the expedited receipt of residents returning from hospitals to NHs,” the state directive said.

And if there was any doubt about what that meant, the following sentence was underlined: “No resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to the NH solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19.”

But a March 13 memo from the US Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services — which the Health Department has cited as justification for its order — contains a Q&A on that very subject.

“When should a nursing home accept a resident who was diagnosed with COVID-19 from a hospital?” it says.

Thousands of New Yorkers died from the coronavirus.

“A nursing home can accept a resident diagnosed with COVID-19 and still under transmission-based Precautions for COVID-19 as long as the facility can follow CDC guidance for Transmission-Based Precautions. If a nursing home cannot, it must wait until these precautions are discontinued.”

The DOH directive — which cited an “urgent need to expand hospital capacity” — came under immediate fire from three health-care industry groups: AMDA-The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Medicine, the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. In a March 29 statement, the organizations said they were “deeply concerned” with the underlined portion of the order.

“This is a short-term and short-sighted solution that will only add to the surge in COVID-19 patients that require hospital care,” they said.

A former federal Health and Human Services official also told The Post that it was a potential recipe for disaster.

“[Cuomo] made this blanket requirement and some nursing homes may have not been prepared to have these patients and may have caused cross-contamination,” the ex-official said.

And on Thursday, a draft report by the Empire Center for Public Policy tied “several hundred and possibly more than 1,000” nursing home deaths to the March 25 directive, which it said is “associated with more than one in six of 5,780 nursing home deaths statewide be-tween late March and early May.”

A day earlier, Cuomo vehemently defended the policy, saying, “My health experts don’t believe it was wrong” and that if they did, “I would sue the federal government for malpractice.”

He stood by the policy again Friday, but at neither time ex-plained why he rescinded it under fire on May 10 and instead ordered that anyone being admitted to a nursing home had to first test negative for the coronavirus.

Health Commissioner Howard Zucker, who issued the March 25 directive, cited the March 13 Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidance during Friday’s news conference.

He inexplicably quoted a portion that says, “Nursing homes should admit any individuals that they would normally admit to their facility, including individuals from hospitals where a case of COV-ID-19 was/is present.” Zucker went on to refer to the part that says nursing homes “can” accept infected patients, noting that the need to follow “transmission-based precautions” was “very important.”

Zucker further read aloud from a March 23 guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, saying, “The COVID-19 patients from hospitals should go to the facility with the ability to adhere to infection prevention and control recommendations for care of COVID-19 patients.”

“Preferably patients would be placed at a facility that has al-ready cared for COVID-19 cases,” he added.

Zucker noted that when he issued his order, the state was “running out of ICU space” because hospitalizations were “doubling every three days.”

“With the facts that we had at that moment in time, it was the correct decision at that moment in time,” he said.

Over 54,000 Americans died in New York.

ORANGE CITY, Fla. — A Florida man stole an engagement ring and wedding bands from a girlfriend and used them to propose to another girlfriend, according to authorities.

Volusia County sheriff’s deputies said they have issued an arrest warrant for Joseph Davis, 48, who had not been found as of Saturday.

Their investigation started earlier this year when a woman from Orange City, Florida, told detectives she had discovered her boyfriend was actually engaged to someone else. When she looked up the fiancée’s Facebook page, she noticed a photo of her wearing a wedding band and engagement ring that was identical to her own from a prior marriage, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.

When the Orange City woman checked her jewelry box, she found her rings were missing, as were several other pieces of jewelry, including a diamond ring that belonged to her grandmother. The total value of the stolen property was about $6,270, according to the sheriff’s office.

Orange City is located halfway between Orlando and Daytona Beach.

The Orange City woman reached out to the fiancee, who returned some of the items, and they both called it off with Davis, who also went by the names “Joe Brown” and “Marcus Brown,” the sheriff’s office said.

The fiancee, who lives in Orlando, told detectives she had been duped too.

The law is looking for this playboy. He stole an engagement ring from his girlfriend and gave it to his mistress.

Davis once took the fiancee to a house that actually belonged to the Orange City woman, while she was at work, and claimed it was his. He then asked the fiancee to move in with him, but he then disappeared. By that time, the fiancee discovered her laptop computer and jewelry were missing, the sheriff’s office said.

Even though they did not have his real name, the jilted women remembered he had a relative in North Carolina and detectives were able to track down the relative who identified Davis, according to the sheriff’s office.

Davis has an active arrest warrant for a hit-and-run crash with injuries in Oregon, and previously has been arrested for possession of fictitious ID, filing a false police report, domestic assault and possession of cocaine with intent to sell, the sheriff’s office said.

According to the sheriff’s office, the jail where Davis previously was booked noted he had a tattoo on his left arm that said, “Only God can judge me.”

Legendary rapper and actor Prince Markie Dee passed away. Born Mark Anthony Morales, he was an American rapper, songwriter, producer and radio personality of Puerto Rican decent.

Morales was a member of the Fat Boys, a pioneering rap group that gained fame in the 1980s.

The Fat Boys were a Brooklyn, New York based rap group that was originally known as the Disco 3.

The group comprised of Mark "Prince Markie Dee" Morales, Damon "Kool Rock-Ski" Wimbley and Darren "Buff Love" Robinson.

The group was best known for their human beatbox in their songs. The group opened the doors for Biz Markie, Doug E Fresh and many others. The Fat Boys were one of the first rap groups to release full-length albums, along with Run-D.M.C., Whodini and Kurtis Blow. 

They released seven album as a group before the went their separate ways.

Buff Love (the Human Beatbox) passed away in 1995. The only surviving member left is Kool Rock-Ski.

Dee's death was confirmed on Thursday by the band's manager, Louis Gregory. Gregory noted that Dee would have turned 53 on Friday.

A cause of death has not yet been revealed.

The three were friends from Brooklyn who got their start by winning a contest at Radio City Music Hall, according to reports, and then became notable rappers in the '80s and '90s with hits including "Stick 'Em" and "Can You Feel It."

The Fat Boys put out a total of seven full length albums. The trio's 1987 album "Crushin'" went platinum and three others went gold, The New York Times notes.

Additionally, The Fat Boys appeared in the movies "Krush Groove" and "Knights of the City." They ultimately broke up in the early '90s.

Dee also led a solo career. In the early '90s he launched Prince Markie Dee & The Soul Convention with the debut album "Free."

The Fat Boys were the pioneering group of the 1980s hip-hop golden age.

He reportedly worked as a writer and producer for Uptown Records where he colloborated with other major artists like Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, and Mary J. Blige.

Dee also worked as a radio DJ in his later years. He served as host of Sirius XM's Rock The Bells which also announced his death.

The official softball for the Republican Party and former president Trump is making the claim that Biden is no where in sight during the massive winter storm pounding most of the United States.

The state of Texas is facing one of the worst natural disasters in a lifetime and the Republicans and their far-right allies are trying to pin the blame on Biden, The Green New Deal and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

So according to the screwball, "Biden took the day off."

"Where is our commander-in-chief," said the screwball. "You know, that new guy? Oh, that's right! This morning, he decided to take a snow day. The guy ultimately in charge of FEMA and all of the country's emergency resources and federal agencies? Yeah, he took a day off in the middle of this natural disaster. Where's the feigned phony, selective liberal outrage on this?

"To be fair," the screwball added, "it's not even really totally clear that Joe even fully understand what's going on in Texas."

Why do folks even listen to this annoying piece of shit?

The screwball ignored the former president going to Mar a Lago during a pandemic, several mass shootings and major natural disasters.

Sean "Screwball" Hannity is a softball. 

He just literally did a softball interview with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) who faced controversy for leaving Houston in the middle of a deadly winter storm to travel to Cancun.

Folks captured him on camera with his wife Heidi and their daughters boarding a plane with direct flight to the Mexican resort city. The trip was supposed to last over five days for the controversial Texas senator.

The senator under pressure returned back to the United States the following day. He immediately threw his daughters under the bus, called the story a "media hit-job" and went to this screwball agitator's shit show to clean up his revolting image.

Biden had declared the state of Texas a natural disaster. He said that he will offer Gov. Greg Abbott all the necessary needs to help Texans. The state has issued a boil advisory, travel advisory and mandated that they conserve resources.

The electric grid has gotten back on track but the damage is done. Of the 254 counties in the state, about 94% of the state has face some form of interruption. 

The fight to stop misinformation. There are those on the far-right and some of the anti-Biden leftists trying to sow discourse. The goal is to make sure we fight misinformation and bullshit peddling.

With Limbaugh out of the picture, the Republicans lost a major voice in their fight to win the elections.

Screwball Hannity is too fucking annoying for Republicans to rely on. He switches positions like a softball pitcher.

It would be interesting to know that even that controversial Ocasio-Cortez and Beto O'Rourke raised money for Texans to get warm rooms and food. 

The New York lawmaker who is often vilified by the far-right and is an annoyance to some on the left does her part to help Americans. Even though she's ignoring her constituents in her own district, Ocasio-Cortez did managed to raise funds for Texans. 

O'Rourke who ran against Cruz in 2018 managed to deliver food to senior homes. 

O'Rourke said that Texas Republicans are bunch of fucking idiots and it's a damn shame that they voted for these guys.

Biden is doing everything in his powers to help Americans. The screwball hasn't raised any money to help Texans. All he does is spew bullshit on radio and television and makes $50 million doing such.
