Unrepentant Jackass Caught In The Macy's Pounding!

This 18-year old jackass could spend 15 in the iron college.
Remember the guy who punched a Macy's employee in Flint, Michigan. He was caught and now he's facing a slew of criminal charges as well as a public shaming for his actions. The guy is fearful of death threats and the like because of his actions.

The man is a high school student.

The 18-year old jackass is accused of beating a white Macy's employee in an unprovoked attack.

After a few weeks on the run, the jackass turned himself in. He is currently in the Genesee County lockup awaiting trial for felonious assault. The charges are serious. He had intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. That means he decided to leave a life-altering injury on the victim.

Only a month ago, we talked about viral video showing this Black man pummelling on a White guy as he is pleading for his life.

There were claims the white employee was on the phone and uttered NIGGER towards him and another man. There's no proof of that.

However, there was video evidence showing him serving this guy a knuckle style chili with onions.

The county prosecutor David Leyton said that the jackass was about to be arrested by the county boys and U.S. Marshals when he tried to duck and dodge. His trip to the fence came to an end. He was caught before he could hop over the fence.
Viral video of suspected serving a white employee a knuckle style chili.
The jackass is now facing up to 15 years in the iron college for his actions. He has a get out free card of $200,000 cash. He also has to be in the county lockup with a possibility of being exposed to the COVID-19.

The jackass' brother, a local rapper FT Quay (born Damarquay Jovan Palmer) are being ridiculed for being such idiots online. They practically allowed Donald J. Trump, Colin Flaherty, Breitbart, The Drudge Report, Andy Ngo, Candace Owens and those white extremists use their asses as propaganda.

Palmer wasn't charged with a crime as of yet so his name is mentioned. The county might charge him for failure to render aid or not reporting a criminal act.

Macy's condemned the attack and said that they'll add extra security to the facility to protect shoppers and employees. The Genesee Valley Center has banned the two from their facility. Macy's also wants prosecution for any damages to their property.

The suspect will have to pay for damages to property, the medical bills of the employee, be forced to take anger management classes, write a formal apology to the company and victim and do community control under watchful eyes. He will lose privileges including his passport, firearms, electronics and be restrained from alcohol and/or drugs.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Naya Rivera Passed Away!

Naya Rivera passed away from a fatal drowning in California.
The tragic news unfolds. CNN reports that the former Glee star's body was found.

The body of actress/singer Naya Rivera was recovered today. The six days of search finally came to an end when they discovered the body of the 33-year old near a brush. She and her son went on a boating trip at Lake Piru during the 4th of July weekend.

Her son told the law that his mom went into the water and never returned.

Rivera, known for her role on the Fox musical comedy/drama Glee was well loved and like among the cast.

The body was discovered Monday morning at Lake Piru, where it was found floating in the northeast area of the lake where the water is between 35 and 60 feet deep, Ventura County Sheriff Bill Ayub said.

"We are confident the body we found is that of Naya Rivera," Ventura County Sheriff Bill Ayub said, adding "there is no indication of foul play or that this was a suicide."

The body is being taken to Ventura County Coroner's Office, where it will be identified through dental records.

Ayub said the sheriff's department has been "in direct contact" with Rivera's family.

"Her family has been at the lake everyday holding out hope and communicating with our investigators," Ayub said.

Rivera is believed to have drowned while swimming in the lake with her 4-year-old son, who was found asleep on their rental pontoon boat after it was overdue for return. One life jacket was found on the boat and the boy was wearing another.

Rivera's son told rescuers he and his mother had gone into the water to swim, but she did not get back on the boat. He told investigators he then looked back and saw her disappear under the surface of the water, Ayub said.
Naya's son Josey Hollis Dorsey watched his mom die. The 4-year old child will have a traumatic life.
Swimming is allowed at the lake.

"There are a lot of currents on the lake that appear typically in the afternoon," Ayub said. "We believe it was mid-afternoon when she disappeared, the idea being that the boat started drifting, it was unanchored and that she mustered enough energy to get her son back onto the boat, but not enough to save herself."

Rivera was presumed dead after she went missing Wednesday. Investigators found Rivera's purse and her identification, but no other clues on the boat.

The actress is best known for her role as Santana Lopez on the Fox show "Glee," which quickly won critical acclaim after debuting in 2009. She appeared in nearly every episode of the beloved musical-comedy-drama, which ended in 2015.

Rivera's fellow "Glee" cast members Cory Monteith and Mark Salling have also died.

Members of the show's cast took to social media to mourn their costar, sharing their condolences to Rivera's family.

"How can you convey all your love and respect for someone in one post?" Chris Colfer, who played Kurt on "Glee," wrote on his Instagram in a lengthy, emotional caption of a picture of him and Rivera. "How can you summarize a decade of friendship and laughter with words alone? If you were friends with Naya Rivera, you simply can't."

"Rest sweet, Naya," Jane Lynch, who played Coach Sue Sylvester on the show, tweeted. "What a force you were. Love and peace to your family.

Rivera was also on the CBS sitcom "The Royal Family" and in the comedy film "The Master of Disguise." More recently, she starred in the "Step Up" television series, based on the movie franchise.

Sucker Tucker's Wing Man Out Of The Fox Hole!

Another scandal for prominent Fox News agitator Tucker Carlson. His writer posted racist shit online.
"Sucker" Tucker Carlson as well as Laura Ingraham and Sean "Softball" Hannity are facing an advertising boycott.. Fox News has been facing pressure from activists after years of promoting fake news, racism and an unprecedented loyalty towards  Donald J. Trump.

The pressure is on Rupert Murdoch. His organization News Corp is responsible for divisiveness in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Murdoch's views of the world are problematic.

Well it appears that Sucker Tucker had a writer who was exposed for racism.

The top writer was forced out after he was exposed in a CNN investigation. Oliver Darcy, a senior media analyst and writer for CNN's Reliable Sources told Don Lemon that the writer had a series of offensive posts that were "too horrific to read on air to you."

Blake Neff was a poster on AutoAdmit. He went under the name of XOXOhth.

The white extremist would post racist and sexist comments in the forums of a relatively unmoderated message board for lawyers and law school students.

NBC News tried to reach out to the white extremist but they couldn't get a comment from him.

Neff wrote offensive posts about Blacks, Asians, LGBTQ and supporters of Barack Obama.

One post that was shared was this gem.

"Black doods staying inside playing Call of Duty is probably one of the biggest factors keeping crime down."

Or this gem, "wouldn't get LASIK from an Asian for free" in response to a thread with the subject line, "Would u let a JET BLACK congo NIGGER do lasik eye surgery on u for 50% off?"

Top executives at Fox News condemned the remarks. Right, they really condemned the remarks.

They said that the writer is no longer with the network and Carlson had no comment to the actions by his staff writer.

"We want to make abundantly clear that Fox News Media strongly condemns this horrific racist, misogynistic and homophobic behavior," said Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott and President of Fox News Jay Wallace in a memo to staffers.
This creepy dude was Tucker Carlson's writer.
"Neff's abhorrent conduct on this forum was never divulged to the show or the network until Friday, at which point we swiftly accepted his resignation. Make no mistake, actions such as his cannot and will not be tolerated at any time in any part of our work force."

Why can't they get rid of Softball Hannity?

That's my question.

It seems like they'll protect white privilege agitators like Sucker Tucker and Softball Hannity because they're racism is a cash cow.

The Washington _______________!

The Redskins are no more. The Washington football team is in search of a new name.
The NFL and owners of the Washington, DC team are retiring the Redskins name and logo.

Years of protests have finally paid off. The George Floyd protests and the COVID-19 pandemic have sparked intense discussion about racism in the country. Donald J. Trump's failure to control these issues has led to civil unrest, global uncertainty, record high unemployment and record death thanks to the coronavirus.

The Washington Redskins are officially going to retire the name.

The team has been around for nearly 90 years.

The team was a mockery of Native Americans.

This month pressure was facing the team. ESPN has reported that many companies were pulling out of sponsorships for the team.

The corporate and public pressure to change the name finally came to a decision by team owners, the players and many in the league.

"On July 3rd, we announced the commencement of a thorough review of the team's name. That review has begun in earnest. As a part of this process, we want to keep our sponsors, fans and community apprised of our thinking as we go forward. Today we are announcing we will be retiring the Redskins name and logo upon completion of this review."

The team later added, "Dan Snyder and Coach Rivera are working closely to develop a new name and design approach that will enhance the standing of our proud, tradition rich franchise and inspire our sponsors, fans and community for the next 100 years."

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

It's time for a change in the way we do politics, television, radio and the status quo of American exceptionalism. White privilege has long existed in this country..

People of color are often ridiculed and subjected to humiliation and discrimination in the United States. We have to stop and think about our fellow human being.

In the age of Donald J. Trump, we're experiencing a wake up call. If you believe that his presidency has destroyed our values and our country, get registered to vote.

It's time to vote him out!

Bayou Biden!

Joe Biden wins the Louisiana Democratic Primary.
The Louisiana Democratic Primary was held on Saturday. Guess who won the primary?

I know Joe Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee but I want to make a point to let you know that the voters picked the former vice president over Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) overwhelmingly.

With the results in Biden managed to win 81% of the vote. It seems like Sanders only managed to pull in 8% of the vote and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) managed to pull only 3% of the vote. The rest only managed to get 8% of the vote.

Louisiana delayed the primaries. They wanted to hold the primary on April 4 but pushed it back due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Biden already has enough delegates but it's symbolic

Sanders' army of trolls, grifters and Russian operatives couldn't sway voters. Sanders was only concerned with one fraction of the Democratic Party, the far-left. These leftist agitators tried to damage Biden with the cognitive decline smears. It failed.
Baton Rouge is the capital of Louisiana and second largest city. It sits on the banks of the Mississippi River.
They tried to talk about his past votes before he became vice president. It failed. He evolved and he's promising to work to change the status quo.

They claim he's stuck in the basement. It failed. He's doing virtual campaigns, he's doing press conferences and speaking at smaller rallies (especially since COVID-19) sideline many of the larger events. So they're complaining about that.

They used the allegations of a grifter named Alexandra Tara Reade Moulton McCabe. The woman who claimed Biden digitally penetrated her in the halls of the U.S. Capitol. The woman's claims fell apart when she couldn't produce the documents and deliberately changed her story through her social media. Her credibility fell apart when her lawyer dropped her. Also the leftists agitators who promoted this are now under scrutiny as well. They've tried and failed.

So now they're trying to rally thousands to Milwaukee to protest against the nomination of Joe Biden.

Joe Biden must fight hard to beat back the noise. The fight is not over until November 3.

DONALD J TRUMP HAS A 49.4% CHANCE OF WINNING REELECTION.

Trump Intenta Vender Puerto Rico!

Trump considered revoking Puerto Rico's status as a U.S. territory.
Its titled Trumps Wants To Sell Puerto Rico.

Donald J. Trump considered the U.S. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, dead weight. He had talked about selling the island or deinvesting the territory from American funds.

That would pretty much signal that he's no longer interested in aiding the U.S. territory. The federal government's handling of hurricane relief was front and center when Hurricane Maria destroyed 60% of the island's resources.

Remember Trump wanted to seize Greenland as a U.S. territory from the Kingdom of Denmark. The self-autonomous Greenland strongly declined American sovereignty. Denmark also dismissed any consideration of American ownership of icy island.

CNN reported that a former Department of Homeland Security official had heard Trump remark about giving up Puerto Rico. He claims that the territory already gets enough money from the U.S. and then governor Ricardo Rosselló and San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz were disrespectful towards him.

The New York Times got the bombshell story out on Sunday.
Trump's infamous paper towel throw to residents in need of federal assistance.
"The President's initial ideas were more of as a businessman, you know," Elaine Duke, who was serving as DHS' acting secretary when the hurricane hit the island in September 2017, told the Times.

"'Can we outsource the electricity? Can we can we sell the island? You know, or divest of that asset?'"

Trump reportedly said, according to Duke in the newspaper interview. "(She said the idea of selling Puerto Rico was never seriously considered or discussed after Mr. Trump raised it.)," the paper reported.

Trump has had a fraught history with the US territory since Puerto Rico was devastated by Hurricane Maria. Nearly 3,000 people died as a result of the storm and aftereffects, including widespread power outages.

Trump has previously taken aim at Puerto Rican officials for their management of the billions in relief funds his administration has appropriated for storm recovery, accusing the island's leaders of spending some of that money for reasons other than hurricane clean-up. In November 2018, White House officials told congressional leaders and appropriators that the President did not want any additional relief funding sent to the island.

Trump has consistently denied any fault for his administration in the aftermath of the storm. The President has instead sought praise for his handling of Hurricane Maria, calling it "an incredible, unsung success" last year.
Puerto Rico still recovering from Hurricane Maria and it's also the leading in coronavirus cases.
Puerto Rico is the most populated U.S. territory. With a population of 4.3 million residents, the U.S. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory in the Caribbean. It capital and largest city is San Juan. The city has a population of 295,000 residents. The U.S. territory does self-identify as self-autonomous. The Olympics see Puerto Rico as a country with its own delegation.

Those living Puerto Rico are American citizens. They have a right to freely travel to the U.S. without a passport. Most of the residents speak Spanish. About 95% of the territory speaks Spanish.

They cannot vote in the U.S. presidential elections. They have a U.S. Representative who is a resident commissioner who serves a four year term. The resident commissioner is a delegate who has non-voting rights on the House of Representatives floor.

Joe Biden Tiene Unas Vacaciones Puertorriqueñas!

Joe Biden wins the Puerto Rican Democratic Primary.
The title is Joe Biden Takes A Puerto Rican Vacation.

The Puerto Rican Democratic Primary results are in. On Saturday, the U.S. commonwealth held their Democratic primaries for president. Guess who won the territorial primary?

Former vice president Joe Biden won the territory overwhelmingly. He has 74% of the vote while Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) only maintained 12% of the vote. Michael Bloomberg got 12% of the vote as well. The remaining earned the 8%.

Puerto Rico pushed back their primary from March 29 to July 12 due to the coronavirus.

The U.S. territory is one of the many places where COVID-19 has spiked heavily. The territory has over 3,500 Americans died from the deadly virus.

The territory has been dealing with three issues. Donald J. Trump, the recovery from recent hurricanes and this pandemic. There are some who are calling for Puerto Rico to either become a state or an independent state.

I will talk about that in the coming post.

I just want you to know that Sanders and his supporters do have a place at the table with Joe Biden, but the radical leftists gotta to go. I mean these are the ones who believe the bullshit from Alexandra Tara Reade Moulton McCabe. The ones who think Biden has cognitive decline. The ones who believe Biden (the former vice president under the first Black president) is a racist.

Those guys got to go. I am serious. They have no place within the Democratic Party.

The primary was scheduled to take place on Sunday, March 29, 2020, but Puerto Rican governor Wanda Vazquez postponed the date to April 26, 2020, amid concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic in Puerto Rico. The approved delay was signed by the Puerto Rican governor on March 21.
San Juan, Puerto Rico, the territory's capital and largest city.
It had then been postponed indefinitely until a date was chosen. The Puerto Rico primary is an open primary, with the territory awarding 59 delegates, of which 51 are pledged delegates allocated on the basis of the results of the primary.

Puerto Rico is the most populated U.S. territory. With a population of 4.3 million residents, the U.S. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory in the Caribbean. It largest city is San Juan with a population of 295,000 residents. The U.S. territory does self-identify as self-autonomous in sports.

Isaih Martin May have Staged A Racial Hoax!

Did a Texas A&M student fake a racial crime?
Allegations are swirling around a Texas A&M student who claimed he was sent a racially charged death threat. The student posted his encounter on social media and it gone viral.

The law got involved and determined that the allegations were not credible and now he's went silent.

Okay, this month, 21-year old Isaih Martin called the Texas A&M Police to report he found racist and offensive notes placed on his windshield with the following:

ALL LIVES MATTER
YOU DON'T BELONG HERE....NIGGER!

According to the report, Martin parked his vehicle at his apartment complex on George Bush Drive just after 11am and walked into a nearby apartment. Roughly 90 minutes later Martin returned to his vehicle and found the papers.

Police said that a surveillance video from a nearby pool camera that showed a couple of people walking near Martin's car during the time frame, but they were only near the car a few seconds each.

Around 12:55pm, Martin is seen on video walking back to his car.

Police wrote in their report, "Martin immediately walks to the passenger side of his vehicle, but does not open any doors. Martin is seen towards the front of his vehicle. A brief white speck is seen from about mid-torso of Martin moving towards his vehicle. Another white speck is seen near his chest area. Martin is then seen stepping back and onto the sidewalk in front of his vehicle, most likely taking photos and videos. He then approaches his vehicle again on the passenger side and remains there for a few moments. He is seen walking around the front of his vehicle. Martin then enters the driver's door and drives away a few moments later. The total time spent at his vehicle is 1 minute, 15 seconds."

The report also says that "other individuals that walked past Martin's vehicle were not hidden for more than 5 seconds, and would have had to reach over the hood to place the notes."
Black man denies placing the papers on his vehicle. The law says he's was only one in the vicinity at the time.
"He was the only person with enough time to place the notes on his car," said the police.

The video isn't released yet but the local junk food media requested it.

"I'm in a predicament where the topic of the case was let's find out who did this to them pointing the finger at me," Martin said on social media. "In the end, I stopped talking to them because it seemed they were more interested in me getting the blame for this hate crime instead of finding the actual person who did it."

Police shared their findings with the county prosecutor who determined no crime was committed since the notes did not contain a threat.

"I was told that this fell under the 1st Amendment free speech protections and that no crime had occurred," wrote the officer who conducted the reported.

The case is considered closed according to the Texas A&M Police.

Before then it was going to be $1,200 reward for any information relation to an arrest.

After the incident was first reported, Texas A&M president Michael K. Young  released a statement.

"Racism of any kind has no place at Texas A&M. I appreciate the efforts of university police who investigated with professionalism in pursuit of facts. We will continue to take an active stance to review claims of harassment, stalking and/or related retaliation that violates a person's civil rights, wherever it may lead. We will continue to develop a safe and welcoming environment."

Every time there's a racial hoax, most go back to the washed up entertainer Jussie Smollett who infamously faked a racial/homophobic attack. The actor was fired from Empire and is facing criminal charges in Illinois for staging the incident. If convicted, the entertainer could face up to 30 years in the iron college.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty.
