The Emmett Till Bill Clears Hurdles!

Emmett Till's legacy will be honored by Congress.

The Emmett Till Foundation praises the decision for the House of Representatives to pass a bill that made lynching a federal crime.

Over 65 years ago, Emmett Till was murdered by two white terrorists who snatched him out of his home after a white woman claimed he whistled at her at a general store in Money, Mississippi.

The House passed an anti-lynching law.

Introduced by Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL), Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), Sen. Kamala (D-CA) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), the bill if signed by Donald J. Trump will criminalize any lynching of any individuals in the United States. It will acknowledge the atrocities committed towards African Americans, Native Americans and allies of them throughout the 19th and 20th century.

The legislation passed with 410 to 4.

Rush, a former Black Panther and civil rights activist said the law was long overdue.

"I cannot imagine our nation did not have any federal law against lynching when so many African Americans have been lynched," said Rush. "Lynchings was the preferred method of the Ku Klux Klan, the preferred choice of torturing and murdering African Americans."

The family of Emmett Till said it was step in the right direction.

Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) introduced the House version of the Emmett Till anti-lynching act.

"With this vote, it will finally be criminalized, and the importance of that cannot be overstated," said Deborah Watts, a cousin and co-founder of the Emmett Till Foundation. "Perhaps now the victims who have been crying out from their graves for centuries and their relatives still struggling today can now find some semblance of peace."

Four lawmakers voted no on the legislation.

Gohmert is one of the least productive lawmakers in Washington. He is a known white nationalist.

No Justice For Sophia Nelson!

Florida girl being hit by a motorist sparks outrage.

A Florida motorist struck and killed 12 year old Sophia Nelson. 

The motorist who struck the girl after she failed to fully stop at a crosswalk two months ago was issued a $169 fine but will face no criminal charges in connection to the fatal accident.

Three days before Christmas, Nelson was walking home from the beach with her grandfather and her dog, Coal, when she stopped at a crosswalk on Florida State Road A1A in Satellite Beach. 

She pushed the button and lights on the crosswalk signal activated. The flashing-yellow lights were activated when this old motorist ran through the signal.

Sophia Nelson's father, Mark said that she waited for several cars to pass, then stepped into the crosswalk during a "long gap" before the next car. The old motorist struck her.

She was rushed to Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando and was pronounced dead a few days later. The family has decided to donate the girls organs.

Following a lengthy investigation, the Satellite Police Department on Wednesday released a statement announcing the old motorist will walk. She will only get a slap on the wrist.

"No criminal charges were filed because there was no evidence whatsoever that the driver was driving in a dangerous or reckless matter," the law said.

When flashing motorists must stop.

The old motorist was issued a citation for failure to stop at a crosswalk, a moving violation, which requires a mandatory court appearance on March 17th due to the crash resulting in a fatality.

The evidence clearly showed that the old motorist ignored the safety warning lights and failed to stop. 

The old motorist had enough time to react to a pedestrian in the crosswalk.

The Florida State Highway Patrol and Satellite Beach Police issued a breathalyzer test and the old motorist wasn't under the influence of alcohol and drugs. She was at the scene during the crash.

Now, Mark and Jill Nelson will push Gov. Ron DeSantis to do something. Mind you, he won't do anything to stop gun violence, but he's willing to listen to a family concerns about motorists running through pedestrian signals and stop lights. 

They are trying to push the Sophia Nelson Pedestrian Act, which require illuminated pedestrian signs to flash red instead of yellow. They are pushing for a pedestrian hybrid beacon law in which it would be mandatory fines if a motorist tries to pass through them.

The bill heads to the Florida state house to be passed. The family hopes that motorists should be criminally charged for not following the rules of the road.

The suspect will face traffic citations that could void her license for up to five years. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The S&P took strong nosedives and it's making Trump nervous that his strongest weapon (i.e. the economy improving) could collapse.

Trump continued to say that the economy is doing fine and no one should panic.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that the person, a resident in Northern California, had not recently returned from a foreign country, and had not been in contact with another confirmed case.

Trump in rare fashion held a presser at the White House press briefing room. The first time in over 10 months.

Trump appointed Pence to be the czar overseeing the CDC and U.S. Health Department's handling of the C0VID-19.

Trump claims that the risk is "low." He was soon contradicted by the CDC.

They said that the possibility of catching this is highly likely in America. If folks do obtain this, they could be quarantined for up to three weeks to prevent it from spreading. It's death rate is near 4,000 people and it affects folks who have weak immune systems.

We can't panic just yet. Because if you do come into contact with anyone having this on them, you chances are 40% likely to catch it.

Another mass shooting in the United States. This time it was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The latest place of a mass shooting was the MillerCoors/Milwaukee's Best Alcohol facility.

Tonight, Donald J. Trump will address this mass shooting, the stock market tanking and the coronavirus epidemic. He will come to the White House briefing room to address this.

Besides, Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Tony Evers, mayor Tom Barrett, Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), the eight U.S. Representatives will offer their thoughts and prayers, phony sympathy, calls for investigations and legislative changes. But it won't involve firearms or addressing the state of our economy.

This terrorist was a worker at the facility where seven lives were lost. This senseless tragedy will only be mainstreamed to local news and some national news. However, it won't bring the agitators to Milwaukee to do "interviews."

And after a handful of hours in Milwaukee, they'll move on to another crisis in the world.

Police responding to the Molson Coors Brewing Company on Wednesday afternoon after reports of an active shooter.

Law enforcement sources have told the junk food media that victims and the terrorist were killed by gunfire.

The terrorist was not named as of yet. That will be in the blame game. The employee who had been fired out the cannon earlier that day but returned with a silencer gun and opened fire, Milwaukee Police confirm.

The terrorist stole a potential victim's identification badge.

Molson Coors Beverage Company confirmed that workers were killed and they want to not make speculations on how this event happened but they said that their "top priority is our employees and we'll provide updates in conjunction with the police as we are able."

At least 600 people work at the complex. It was placed on a lockdown along with a church and a handful of schools in the area.

The FBI, the federal bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will aid the Milwaukee city and county boys in this investigation.

Evers, the governor of the state called the attack, "horrific."

Milwaukee Police have to deal with gun violence yet again.

They will offer their condolences and say a word vomit how they sympathize with the deceased. Some here will tell us that "now isn't the time to talk." We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Trump, a politician, an entertainer or we will experience another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.

Every time these folks offer "thoughts and prayers," "their condolences," "their hearts going out to," and "their apologies," they are not sincere. We have mass shootings in the United States everyday. We are the only country in the world that continues to do nothing about this. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with this. They're too busy sniping over partisan blame games. With Trump being impeached while in office, he's unlikely to focus on gun violence.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

Jim Clyburn Invites Biden To The Fish Fry!

When in doubt call Jim! Joe Biden seals a big endorsement. 

Joe Biden got one of his biggest endorsements in the fight to save his struggling campaign.

Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), the House Majority Whip and civil rights activist has formally endorsed the former vice president.

Biden, the former vice president from 2009 to 2017 under Barack Obama is trailing in the delegates and is in need of a strong win in the South Carolina Democratic primary on Saturday.

"I've been saying to the media, I've known for a long time who I'm going to vote for. But I had not decided -- well, not to share it with the public," said Clyburn. "But I want the public to know that I'm voting for Joe Biden. South Carolina should be voting for Joe Biden."

Clyburn's decision helped boast Biden's strong support from Black voters in the state.

Clyburn is one of the highest ranking African American lawmakers in Congress. He has been a long time friend of Obama and Biden and has opened up about his affinity of the former vice president.

Biden has seen a decline in his stakes. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) has been mounting a strong offense against him and has chipped away crucial votes in the primary.

To make matters worse, Republicans are going to meddle in the primary. Since South Carolina is an open primary state and you don't have to declare your party affiliation, Republicans will try to get Biden out the race.

Sanders and Donald J. Trump were notified by U.S. intelligence that Russian backed hackers are going to seek chaos in this election. The Kremlin has dispatched a campaign of disinformation to keep Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Michael Bloomberg and Pete Buttigieg from winning the nomination.

Russia wants Sanders to be the nominee so Trump can use his populist agenda as a weapon to win his reelection.

Biden fears that Trump's deliberate attempt to ask Ukraine to investigate him and his son Hunter damaged his chance at being the nominee. Democrats are fearing that if Sanders becomes the nominee, the down ticket candidates in swing districts could be affected.

Still Biden is a gaffe-prone candidate.

Last week, he spoke at a rally saying that he's running for the Senate. And on the debate stage, he said that 150 million people since 2007 were killed by gun violence. He meant he's running for president and over 150 thousand people were killed by gun violence.

Nonetheless, folks are seizing on the comments. They believe that Biden loses this primary, he's toast.

Clyburn's last minute support could help Biden win his first state.

BREAKING: Bob Iger Fired Out The Cannon!

Bob Iger is out. The Disney Company announced he's gone.

The Walt Disney Company has fired Bob Iger out the cannon. This announcement is shocking.

Iger managed to bring 20th Century Fox, LucasFilms, Pixar, Marvel Studios and ABC into the fold.

Iger is stepping down immediately, the company said in a surprise announcement on Tuesday.

The Walt Disney Company named his replacement soon after. Bob Chapek, the most recent chairman of Disney theme parks and products will take over as the CEO.

Iger will remain executive chairman through the end of his contract on Dec. 31, 2021. Besides leading the board, Iger said he will spend more time on Disney's creative endeavors, including ESPN sport networks, the newly acquired Fox studios and the Hulu and Disney+ streaming services.

"It was not accelerated for any particular reason other than I felt the need was now to make this change," Iger said on a conference call with reporters and analysts.

Iger had been CEO of Disney since 2005, and according to the Walt Disney Company, Chapek has spent "nearly three decades at Disney."

"Before becoming the 7th CEO in Disney's nearly 100-year history, Mr. Chapek served as Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since the segment's creation in 2018, and prior to that he was Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts since 2015," his new biography on the Walt Disney Company website reads. "Mr. Chapek also served as president of Distribution for The Walt Disney Studios, where he managed the Company’s film content distribution strategy across multiple platforms, and later as president of Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, where he led the organization to record-setting performances and played a key role in the commercialization of the Studio's film business."

In a statement, Iger said, "With the successful launch of Disney's direct-to-consumer businesses and the integration of Twenty-First Century Fox well underway, I believe this is the optimal time to transition to a new CEO."

Feds Raid Cincinnati City Hall!

The feds busted Cincinnati councilwoman.

Today, the U.S. Department of Justice announced the arrest of a Cincinnati councilwoman on federal charges involving wire fraud, bribery and extortion.

An affidavit obtained by The Cincinnati Enquirer alleges that she attempted to brie and extort, including exchanging her votes for money, between August and December 2019.

"As the affidavit details, a concerned citizen contacted law enforcement following an interaction with Dennard, feeling an ethical and moral obligation to report any criminal wrongdoing," said U.S. Attorney David M. DeVillers.

"Text messages from Dennard to the individual during that time include 'Happy to help you. But need yours too;' and 'As I said, I'm sure there will be ways to help you as well and I will,'" according to federal documents.

"The individual then worked at the direction of law enforcement throughout this investigation. It takes courage for citizens to come forward and assisting law enforcement as this individual did."

Dennard had exchanged a total of $15,000, in increments of $10,000 and $5,000, for upcoming votes on a matter scheduled to be heard by council, federal prosecutors said.

If convicted, Dennard will get a federal time out of 50 years.

The city of Dayton had its former councilman and seven others face criminal corruption charges.

In the courtroom, Dennard faces the criminal charges.

Former Ohio Democratic state lawmaker Clayton Luckie, former Dayton commissioner Joey Williams and five others got a federal sandwich. They were accepting offerings from companies in exchange for contacts. Luckie got three years in federal time out. Williams will find out if he's getting a bid in federal time out. He's expected to get at least four years in federal time out.

The city of Baltimore had its former mayor get served for the same shit.

Catherine Pugh was served in her corruption case. She is likely to get four years in federal time out.

This happens in local government as well as federal government. But if you're not an ally of Donald J. Trump, don't expect a commuting of your term or a pardon. Trust me, Kwame Kilpatrick is serving 30 years in federal time out for his time.

The former hip-hop mayor represented Detroit. He was caught up in a federal probe that involved reckless spending, quid pro quo, numerous affairs and blackmail. He forced Detroit into bankruptcy.

The state of Michigan managed to handle the city overall and it's still trying to recoup the money lost from declining population and low tax revenue.

Tonight the South Carolina Democratic Party, Twitter, The Congressional Black Caucus Institute and the city of Charleston will host seven Democratic candidates running for president.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is going in as the frontrunner and he is expected to hit with a fresh round of attacks from Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Michael Bloomberg, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Tom Steyer.

Bernie Sanders will have to defend his record as a senator and his policies.

Sanders is going to have to defend his record as a lawmaker, his past remarks and his supporters. He has pretty much become the most polarizing candidate running for the nomination. Sanders will be accused of being a plant for the Russian government. Last month, intelligence agencies informed Sanders that there's Russian meddling in the Democratic primary. He didn't tell anyone about it until he confirmed it on Friday. Sanders did the 60 Minutes interview in which he said remarks about the late Cuban leader Fidel Castro. The Democrats seized on the remarks in an attempt to stir up troupes about Cuba's past history as an enemy of the United States.

The latest controversies will include Bloomberg's mocking of a dying man who was addicted to heroin, Warren's past remarks about her Native American heritage, Biden's flubs on the campaign trail and Klobuchar's record as a state prosecutor.

This could be a test for Sanders, Bloomberg, Biden and Warren. The Democrats in swing districts fear that the possibility of Sanders or Warren being the nominee. They fear that their populist views will immediately turn off voters. Progressives want a candidate that is strong. Sanders seems to be the most popular of the candidates.

Biden allowed Trump and Republicans take him down. He has faced setbacks since. Even though Trump was impeached for this, he wasn't removed. He now feel emboldened to do whatever he wants. He is already trying to sow discourse into the election. He wants Sanders to be the nominee because he believes the Vermont senator could be a liability to Democrats down ticket.

We have so much road to cover. If any candidate makes it to 1191 in pledged delegates, they will be the nominee. Sanders does have a lead, but we're not there yet. Once the path gets harder for the candidates, you'll see them eventually drop out.

The drive-by media hype of this thing as a pandemic, as the Andromeda strain, as, "Oh, my God. If you get it, you're dead," do you know what the — I think the survival rate is 98%. Ninety-eight percent of people who get the coronavirus survive. It's a respiratory system virus. It probably is a ChiCom laboratory experiment that is in the process of being weaponized. All superpower nations weaponize bioweapons. They experiment with them. The Russians, for example, have weaponized fentanyl. Now, fentanyl is also not what it is represented to be.

If you watch cop shows, then you probably, stick with me on this, if you watch cop shows, you probably believe that just the dust from a package of fentanyl can kill you if you're in the same room with it. In fact, coronavirus is not something new. There are all kinds of viruses that have that name. Now, do not misunderstand. I’m not trying to get you to let your guard down.

Nobody wants to get any of this stuff. I mean, you never… I hate getting the common cold. You don’t want to get the flu. It’s miserable. But we’re not talking about something here that’s gonna wipe out your town or your city if it finds its way there. This is a classic illustration of how media coverage -- even if this media coverage isn’t stacked, even if this is just the way media normally does things, this is a hyped, panic-filled version. It’s exactly how the media deals with these things to create audience, readership, interest, clicks, what have you.

It originated in China in a little — well, not a little town. It’s a town that is 11 million people, Wuhan, China. And one of the reasons they’re able to hype this is that the doctor what warned everybody about it came down with it and died. And so if a doctor got it, "Oh, my God, Rush! A doctor got it? You can't possibly be right if a doctor can’t protect himself." He didn't know what he was dealing with. He discovered it back in December. I’m telling you, the ChiComs are trying to weaponize this thing. Here's the story on Russians and fentanyl.

Fentanyl is a very, very powerful opiate — and for those of you that haven't had any experience with opiates, the people that get addicted to ’em take them and they get very euphoric. They kill pain. They do wonderful things. But they make you very, very euphoric. They act like speed. Other people take them, and they hate them. It makes 'em vomit, throw up, feel nauseous. It doesn’t do anything for them. They're never gonna get addicted.

So in Moscow the Chechens, way back. I’m gonna go back now — what is it — maybe 10 years or longer. A bunch of Chechen rebels took over an opera house and had a bunch of Russian hostages in there and made all kinds of threats — and Putin, unbeknownst to anybody, had weaponized fentanyl. He had turned it into a gas, an invisible gas. He just put it in the ventilation system of this opera house or whatever it was, I'm giving you the sketchy, short version of this, and everybody in there fell asleep and died. You know, in a drug overdose, you stop breathing.

That's what… It slows down your respiratory system so much that you stop breathing. That’s what an OD is. And everybody in that place, including the Chechens — had no idea what happened to 'em. It's not violent. You just fall asleep for unknown reasons at the amounts that Putin weaponized and put in there. If you take a normal dose of fentanyl that you get from a doctor in a hospital, it's not gonna kill you, obviously. But the amount they weaponized — and up to this time, nobody had ever weaponized fentanyl.

Nobody had ever made it into an invisible, odorless, colorless gas, until it was discovered that the Russians had done it. Well, every nation is working on things like this, and the ChiComs obviously in their lab are doing something here with the coronavirus — and it got out. Some people believe it got out on purpose, that the ChiComs have a whole lot of problems based on an economy that cannot provide for the number of people they have. So losing a few people here or there is not so bad for the Chinese government.

There could be anything to explain this.

But the way it's being used… I believe the way it's being weaponized is by virtue of the media, and I think that it is an effort to bring down Trump, and one of the ways it's being used to do this is to scare the investors, to scare people in business. It's to scare people into not buying Treasury bills at auctions. It's to scare people into leaving, cashing out of the stock market — and true enough, as the show began today, the stock market — the Dow Jones Industrial Average — was down about 900 points, supposedly because of the latest news about the spread of the coronavirus.

And if you go deeper into China, you will see that all of the high-tech Silicon Valley firms are said to be terribly exposed. "They could be suffering a disastrous year. Why, you may not be able to buy a new iPhone of any model this whole year! Do you know that? Because the coronavirus is so bad that the factories may never open — and if they do, they may not be anywhere near full capacity." So Apple may not be able to release any new product. You think that's not gonna panic investors? It most certainly is.

So Apple is trying to do what they can to suggest that these rumors are not true. They got new products coming this year. But the tech media hates Apple. They love anti-Apple stories. They love anything that will let them report that Apple's on its last legs. Of course, that’s not true. Warren Buffett came out today and said, "Apple is the best-run company ever." He's a big stockholder, so people will say he's biased about it. But the bias you have to pay attention to is how much money he invested. He got $36 billion in Apple stock that Berkshire Hathaway has.

They sold $800 million of Apple stock last week, and everybody said, "Oh, my God, he’s getting out!" No, he’s not. He's got $36 billion. He sold $800 million. No big deal. He wanted to allocate it somewhere else. So this is… I think the coronavirus is an effort to get Trump. It’s not gonna work. It’s one of the latest in a long line of efforts that the drive-by media is making to somehow say that Trump and capitalism are destroying America and destroying the world. Just keep in mind where the coronavirus came from.

It came from a country that Bernie Sanders wants to turn the United States into a mirror image of: Communist China. That’s where it came from. It didn’t come from an American lab. It didn't escape from an American research lab. It hasn’t been spread by Americans. It starts out in a communist country. Its tentacles spread all across the world in numbers that are not big and not huge, but they’re being reported as just the opposite. Just trying to keep it all in perspective.

The far-white agitator has said numerous remarks on his radio program. Many of those remarks are widely condemned by the junk food media.

Katherine Johnson Passed Away!

Katherine Johnson has passed away.

The woman who inspired the Hidden Figures motion picture featuring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia P Spencer and Janelle Monae has passed away.

Katherine Johnson, the NASA mathematician who broke barriers as an African American woman passed away at the age of 101

NASA chief Jim Bridenstine said that she "opened the door for woman and people of color."

"Katherine Johnson helped our nation enlarge the frontiers of space even as she made huge strides that also opened doors for women and people of color in the universal human quest to explore space."

Johnson called her an American hero.

Henson, of Empire fame had played Johnson in the motion picture. The film was nominated at the Academy Awards. The movie chronicled the lives of three trailbreaking black women whose work at NASA was integral during the space race.

Katherine Johnson was honored by the women who played in Hidden Figures.

The space race was a biter rivalry between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union managed to get ahead of the U.S. in developmenting aircraft that excelled beyond Earth. The United States managed to beat the Russians at their own game by getting three American men to take a voyage to the Moon.

Octavia Spencer played the role of mathematician Dorothy Vaughn and Janelle Monae played the role of engineer Mary Jackson.

Johnson was the last surviving member of the three. Dorothy died in 2008. Mary died in 2005.

Johnson would eventually leave NASA and join the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics in 1953 at the Langley Laboratory in Virginia.

The Kobe Bryant Funeral!

The public will say a final goodbye to Kobe Bryant.

The public memorial of Kobe Bryant is going to be held today. In honor of Kobe and Gianna Bryant, Staples Center will have a public funeral of the former NBA superstar. The memorial is symbolic.

Actors, politicians, athletes, celebrities and local leaders will be there to honor one of the greatest NBA players of all time.

Today is also symbolic. Kobe's number 24 and number 2. The number 2 was worn by Gianna. The numbers were officially retired. The word Manba is now a part of the Kobe Bryant legacy.

The event will cost money. I am guessing that the money will be donated to Bryant's charities and the victims of the January 2020 crash.

On Jan. 26, 2020, Bryant, his daughter, the pilot and six other people were killed in a helicopter crash in California. They were heading to a youth basketball game when the helicopter crashed in heavy fog and rain.

The event is sold out and it's called the "celebration of life" for the man and the arena. It's now known as "the house that Kobe built."

The event will start at 10am (PST).

The Los Angeles Police Department has placed strong restrictions on the area surround the public funeral. The memorial will allow those with tickets in. Those without tickets will be turned away.

They will not air the funeral on screens outside.

Kobe and Gianna Bryant will be honored at the Staples Center. They will have a public funeral and memorial.

The victims in the crash includes: John Altobelli, his wife Keri and their daughter Alyssa; Bryant's friend and assistant coach, Christina Mauser; Sarah Chester and her daughter Payton; and Ara Zobayan, the pilot of the Sikorsky S-76B.

Bryant, 41 retired in 2016 after playing for the Los Angeles for 20 years. Gigi was 13 and was on board with her best friends.

The private funeral service was held on February 7 at the Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar, California. Bryant leaves behind his wife, Vanessa, 37, his three daughters Natalia, 17, Bianka 3, and Capri 7 months.

The event will be streamed live and we're going to give you an opportunity to watch it.

This monster was convicted of rape. He was once a powerful figure in the entertainment industry. His actions sparked the #MeToo Movement.

The state of New York has found the disgraced media mogul guilty of rape.

The rapist was brought in by wheelchair as the jury made the decision. The jury was forced to return to deliberate over the evidence. So on Monday, the jury found the monster guilty of third-degree rape and criminal sexual act.

The monster beat off two major hits. He was acquitted of first-degree rape and predatory sexaul assault.

These charges are big and they could put this monster in the iron college for 30 to LIFE.

The charge of third degree rape was in regards to the monster attacking aspiring actress Jessica Mann in a hotel room in 2013.

The jury pool, seven men and five women were told by the judge to keep deliberating after they suggested they were hung on the most serious charges, of predatory sexual assault, in the case.

Jurors had told Judge James Burke in a note, "We the jury request to understand if we can be hung on 1 and or 3 but unanimous on the others."

Counts 1 and 3 are charges of predatory sexual assault.

Count 2 is criminal sexual act in the first-degree, count 4 is rape in the first-degree, and count 5 is rape in the third-degree.

Burke told jurors that any verdict that they returned must be unanimous and that if they cannot be unanimous on a specific criminal count then they cannot return a verdict for that count.

Once considered a big leaguer in Hollywood, Washington, DC, London, Paris and New York, this monster backed some of the biggest movies and financially helped actors, media moguls, politicians and activists.

His career collapsed when Ronan Farrow published a bombshell article in The New Yorker and the New York Times exposes reported on his serial sexual abuse of women, a number of the victims were well-known actresses.

This entertainer's allegations sparked the #MeToo Movement in which it managed to take down another famous figure. The famous figure is a former actor, comedian and activist. He is currently serving three to ten in Pennsylvania after he was convicted of raping Andrea Constand. The monster was very popular. He had a hit sitcom in the 1980-90s, a popular cartoon series based of his life in Philadelphia, and was spokesman for numerous products and companies.

His downfall was told by us.

Now this monster finally saw his "big hit."

Now he does face criminal charges in Los Angeles, London, Paris and Singapore. The charges in the United Kingdom and France will be eventually symbolic because if he's convicted in California, it's LIFE without graduation. The charges in California will be held in June.

He can appeal his serving. If he tries to issue a retrial, he could face up to 50 years. He will automatically register as a TIER III for the rest of his life.
