Nikita Pearl Waligwa Passed Away!

Child actress Nikita Waligwa passed away of a brain tumor.
An actress who starred in the Queen of Katwe, a Disney film about a chess prodigy from an Uganda slum has died at the age of 15.

Nikita Pearl Waligwa had been diagnosed with a brain tumor.

The 2016 film was based on the true story of Phiona Mutesi, who took up chess aged nine despite not being in school and went on to compete in international tournaments.

It started Lupita Nyong'o as her mother and David Oyelowo as her chess teacher.

Waligwa played the role of Gloria, a friend of Phiona who explained the rules of chess to her.

She was first diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016 and Queen of Katwe director Mira Nair reportedly mobilized people to help fund her treatment in India, with Ugandan doctors quoted as saying they did not have the necessary equipment.

She was given the all-clear in 2017 but last year was found to have another tumor.

The movie was adapted from an ESPN magazine article and book by Tim Crothers, the film was produced by Walt Disney Pictures and ESPN Films. Queen of Katwe was screened at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival. The film had a limited release in the United States and a general release soon after.

In passing she leaves behind her partner George Parkington, her aunt Pearl Mackey of Jacksonville, Florida; niece Dina McCarthy and nephew Lehman Brockett.

The Wrong Guy Got The Prize!

The Presidential Medal of Freedom didn't choke his ass yet.
He doesn't deserve the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

Rush Limbaugh got the award during the State of the Union from Donald J. Trump. The decision to give the highest honor to that controversial far-white agitator was disgraceful.

Limbaugh announced this month he is dying from lung cancer. Trump decided to use the Presidential Medal of Freedom to assure conservatives to support his bid for reelection.

Trump honoring a bigot was the talk of the night.

Enter Pete Buttigieg.

The former South Bend, Indiana mayor is rising in the polls and is leading in the delegate count.

He is the first U.S. veteran who is openly gay running for the Democratic nomination. He and his husband Chasten are working hard to disspell bigotry and homophobia. They want to be treated as human beings.

The old fart was bitching on his radio show about Buttigieg kissing his husband while on the campaign.

"So I saw a political ad, where Mayor Pete, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, going on and on and on and on, about how parents in America are struggling to explain President Trump to their children. And then I happen to see this --now, what are you shaking your head at in there? You think - natural conclusion - so he says Trump causes problems for parents, what about that? If you're not watching on the Dittocam, what it is, a picture of Mayor Pete kissing his husband -- which he does frequently."
Pete and his husband Chasten. Pete Buttigieg is leading in the polls and is hoping to capture the Democratic nomination.

Other remarks going at Pete kissing his husband Chasten.

"A gay guy, 37 years old, loves kissing his husband on debate stages. Can you see Trump having fun with that?"

"They're looking at Mayor Pete, 37 year old gay guy, [former] mayor of South Bend, loves to kiss his husband on the debate stage. And they're saying, OK, how's this going to look, 37 year old gay guy kissing his husband on stage next to "Mr. Man" Donald Trump? What's going to happen there? And they got to be looking at that, and they've got to be saying, that despite all the great ground that's been covered, America's still not ready to elect a gay guy kissing his husband on the debate stage president. They have to be saying this, don't they? Now, there may be some Democrats who think that is the ticket. There may be some Democrats who think that's exactly what we need to do, Rush. Get a gay guy kissing his husband on stage, ram it down Trump's throat, and beat him in the general election. Really. Have fun envisioning that."

Buttigieg fired back at the old fart.

"Well I love my husband. I'm faithful to my husband. On stage, we usually just go for a hug, but I love him very much. And I'm not going to take lectures on family values from the likes of Rush Limbaugh."

Buttigieg said that Trump giving the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Limbaugh tarnishes honorable Americans who fought for the rights of everyone. Giving Limbaugh the award is a slap in the face to people who fought for freedom.

Take the Tuskegee Airman who is 103-years old. He probably deserve the award more than Limbaugh. Brigadier Charles E. McGee is one of the last living survivors of World War II. He was honored at the State of Union. Trump honored McGee as a brigadier in 2020.
Charles McGee deserved the award.

Buttigieg said the honor should have went to folks who served in the military not a bigoted agitator.

Some Republicans have disagreed with the remarks.

"I'm just going to leave all that alone," said Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN). She is so quick to talk about Muslims and immigrants but a man kissing a man: "Uh, I didn't hear Limbaugh on radio today."

Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) didn't hear the comments. Yeah, she's quick to talk about Joe Biden being investigated and suffering at the Iowa Caucuses. That means she didn't hear Limbaugh say comments but heard him when he demanded the Senate to acquit Trump during his impeachment trial.

"It's a miscalculation as to where the country is at," said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC). "I think the country is not going to disqualify somebody because of their sexual orientation." So he's saying that he's offended by remarks but won't public come out as gay or say that a candidate who is a Democratic Socialist isn't a bad guy. He wasn't quiet when Biden and his son Hunter were facing scrutiny over fake allegations made by Rupert "Pervert" Murdoch's Fox News and John "Deep State" Solomon's bullshit parade. Graham is basically tap-dancing around the issue.

"He may disagree, as I do, with their policy positions, but the question is what their qualifications are, not other issues," said Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH). Portman has a son who is openly gay. Portman said that he doesn't see how two men kissing bothers him. Yet, Portman is too scare to condemn Limbaugh and he's such a tool when it comes to LGBTQ issues despite his son being a part of it.

According to government websites, the Presidential Medal of Freedom is for "an especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors."

I take Limbaugh doesn't support world peace. He has no contributions to security or national interests.

Limbaugh has only some cultural endeavors. He's been on the radio for over 40 years.

Limbaugh is dreadful human being. His cancer has gotten sympathy from folks. But sometimes, sympathy does come at a price. All the air pollution has destroyed his lungs.... No pun intended.

The Ugly Truth Looms Around Us!

Mentally ill troll runs for Congress.
Laura Loomer, the mentally-ill alt-white agitator who was banned from nearly all forms of social media is now trying another stunt. She is literally trying to generate buzz for her campaign against Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL).

Loomer is attempting to unset the four-term Democratic incumbent.

She believes that her chances could rise if she gets the help from Donald J. Trump, the far-white agitators and of course, voters.

If she wins, she could become the youngest member of Congress. She is 26-years old going on 60.

Loomer, a known Islamophobic bigot is hoping to "clean up" her image.

Florida's U.S. Congressional District 21 is heavily Democratic and her odds are not in her favor.

Since 2015, Loomer has been controversial figure in the junk food media. Rupert "Pervert" Murdoch's Fox News gave this nutjob a platform when she crashed a rendering of Julius Caesar in which it did a mock death in which the character resembles Trump.

Lyft and Uber shut her accounts down after she made an inappropriate remark about her driver because of him being a Muslim.

She and Jacob Wohl have stalked Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

Many dismiss her as a provocateur who is only doing it for attention and not for the purpose of helping constituents.
Mentally ill trolls running for Congress wants Muslims to believe she's their friend.
She already has raised more than her Republican opponents. The eight other candidates running are likely going to use Loomer's antics against her.

Loomer unfazed by the critics says that she wants to put an end to "Lazy Lois."

"I will be everybody's congresswoman. [See] I will represent people from all walks of life and political beliefs, unlike Lois, who does absolutely nothing for anyone who's not a part of her base. People are just sick of her."

She added, "I just call her Lazy Lois. She's politically lazy and fat."

Frankel's campaign slammed her.

"Rep. Frankel is focused on serving her constituents and not disrespectful name calling."

In a bid to show her new found love for inclusiveness, Loomer appeared with two Muslim women who support Trump.

"I heard about Laura through a Republican friend who said Laura wanted to have a kickoff here," said Naheed Khan. "At first, I was wondering why she did some of the things she did. I'm a practicing Muslim, so I didn't want any doubt."

Khan said that she and her daughter Farh support Trump and welcome Loomer as a friend.

"She's anti-radicalism," said Khan. "[She's] not anti-Muslim. Some of the things she does might be cringe-worthy, but things we all do are cringe-worthy. So, I told her she could have her kickoff party here."
Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) voted to impeach Donald J. Trump. Republicans are hoping to unseat Democrats because of it.
Khan owns The Griddle Dinner in Boca Raton.

"I will not bow down to the radical left," Loomer said. "There's a lack of tolerance for the other side and an unwillingness to tolerate the free speech of people with a different opinion."

"I'm running because we need to fix that."

Frankel said that she's not concerned about Loomer but she's is taking her seriously.

"The demographics in this district shows there's no reason for anyone to believe Lois can lose," said a source close to the campaign. "Lois is rising in the ranks and this being Trump's home district, there's no way the party will allow this seat to go. Besides, a Republican would have to raise $3 million to win this race, and that's not happening."

The Noise Claims Bloomberg Wants Hillary As His Veep!

The far-white agitator Matt Drudge spreads rumors about Bloomberg picking Hillary Clinton as his running mate.
Nothing is confirmed until the candidate is considered the "nominee-designate."

Usually, the candidate who secures enough delegates in the race to be the party's nominee would announce their running mate usually before the national convention.

So I don't want to hear the rumors from the junk food media.

It seems like the noise is back at it again.

Donald J. Trump, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Rupert "Pervert" Murdoch's Fox News is now turning their attention to Michael Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York City.

Bloomberg who is rising in the polls is a billionaire and activist. He has so far swamped the junk food media with commercials and is netting big endorsements from the Democratic Party's establishment and some progressives.
Drudge tosses around another bullshit conspiracy about Hillary Clinton.
Sam Donaldson, the former ABC News commentator is the latest candidate to endorse Bloomberg.

He has earned support from Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) (previously Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA)), Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY), Rep. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI)(previously Harris), former U.S. Navy Secretary Richard Spencer, Rep. Harley Rouda (D-CA), Rep. Juan Vargas (D-CA), Rep. Scott Peters (D-CA), Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) (previously Beto O'Rourke), Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL), Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL) (previously Harris), Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI), Rep. Mikie Sherrill (D-NJ) (previously Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ)), Rep. Max Rose (D-NY) and Rep. Ben McAdams (D-UT).

Bloomberg won support of Rush, McBath and Meeks, former civil rights activists turned lawmakers.

San Francisco mayor London Breed, Columbia, South Carolina mayor Stephen K. Benjamin, Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Little Rock mayor Frank Scott, Jr., Houston mayor Sylvester Turner, Washington, DC mayor Muriel Bowser, Charlotte mayor Vi Lyles, Memphis mayor Jim Strickland, San Jose mayor Sam Liccardo, Louisville mayor Greg Fischer and Shreveport mayor Adrian Perkins.

He also won endorsements from entertainers like Judy Sheindlin (of Judge Judy fame), John Mellencamp, Tim Gunn, Michael Douglas (and the late Kirk Douglas).

Bloomberg is starting to gain momentum in the Black vote.

So in order to create controversy, we revisit then Republican mayor Michael Bloomberg. He was then the co-founder, former CEO and majority owner of Bloomberg L.P. (which owns Bloomberg news and business). He was the 108th mayor of New York City. He was a Democrat in the early days before switching to become a Republican. He was Republican for six years before becoming an independent. He registered as a Democrats in 2018 and considered running for president back in 2016.
Remember Drudge tried this shit in 2008.
Now as Joe Biden struggles, many in the Democratic Party fear that Sanders and Warren's populist views could hurt their chances to win the White House and Congress. Sanders has been aggressively going after former South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg and Bloomberg. His supporters the so-called, "Bernie Bros." have been aggressively trying to label the former mayors as "racists."

They said that billionaires are backing their campaigns. They claim that Bloomberg is buying his way into the White House. They are hoping that progressives see Bloomberg as a "wolf in sheep's clothing."

Mind you that Bloomberg has ignored them and focused solely on Donald J. Trump. He hasn't launched any attacks against them yet. But as soon as he makes it to the debate stage, he will have to address his past remarks and his policies.

So the word on the far-white news sites is Bloomberg is considering Hillary Clinton as a running mate.

Okay, once again, the far-white agitators can't let her go. She lost in 2016 but they act like she's the president.

Enter The Drudge Report.

Matt Drudge, the controversial founder of the far-white online site is trying to murky the waters. He posted two tweets on his social media.

Now this "source" told The Drudge Report that the Bloomberg campaign is talking to Clinton.

According to this "source," Bloomberg will have to change his residence. The electoral college makes it difficult for the U.S. President and vice-president to reside in the same state.

The Drudge Report, a site that helped Trump win his election is talking to Bloomberg. I don't believe it and not worried about it. It reminds me of the Obama in Kenya garb picture.

I remember that The Drudge Report claimed that Hillary Clinton's 2008 campaign offered him a picture of Obama wearing traditional African garb to give the notion that he was a Muslim.

Bloomberg has taken advantage of the African American vote. Biden is losing support among Democratic leaders and they're placing their bets on Bloomberg.

Don't let Trump and his minions distract us from the mission. We need a candidate capable of beating him and the Republican Party. If Bloomberg becomes the nominee, we're going to expect more nonsense from the agitators in the junk food media.

This Monster Killed Faye Swetlik Before Killing Himself!

The junk food media covers the latest missing child. Faye Swetlik went missing on Monday. Her body was found shortly after. The South Carolina authorities pin the disappearance on a man who slipped past their radar.

The junk food media once again obsessed with "Missing White Women Syndrome."

The latest controversy comes out of South Carolina. A 6-year old girl who left her bus turned up missing on Monday. By Wednesday night, they found her body in the woods and shortly after they discovered a man's body in a home close to the area.

The situation is very tragic for the family of Faye Swetlik. The little girl didn't even have a chance to experience the joys of a child. The little girl's life taken by a predator who decided to go out like a punk than face a criminal court.

I will not mention this predator's name. I will detail the tragedy as best as I can.

Faye was exiting the school bus around 2:30pm. She walked to her home and was last seen around the area around 3:30pm. Her mother Selena Collins made a heartbreaking 9-1-1 call sobbing.

She is asking that neighbors are out looking for her. Apparently, a neighbor in the complex where Faye stayed wasn't interested in looking for her.

This tragedy happened in Cayce, South Carolina. The city is located southwest of Columbia.
Faye's heartbroken mother knew something went wrong when she couldn't find her once it got dark.
The body of the little girl was found near her home about 500 yards from her home. The Lexington County Boys confirm that the girl's body was placed in the woods and its a homicide.

They found "critical evidence" that pins the predator in the vicinity of Faye.

The law searched through garbage trucks and found clothing in the landfill.

The predator had not been on the law's radar. He has no apparent criminal history and the law had previously spoken to the predator about the disappearance. The predator apparently was "squeeky clean" and threw the cops off the trail.

The Lexington County School District had confirmed that Faye was a student at Springdale Elementary School.

"We are heart-broken with the news of Faye Swetlik, a first-grade student at Springdale Elementary, who went missing earlier this week. When the school community experiences a tragedy like the loss of a child, it deeply affects us all," the school said.

South Carolina Director of Public Safety, Bryon Snellgrove announced the news and tried to hold back tears. He didn't take questions from the junk food media and basically told them that updates will be issued shortly.
The predator threw the law's trail off. He had no criminal history.
"It's with extremely heavy hearts that we announce we have found the body that the coroner has identified as Faye,: he said. "Faye's death is being treated as a homicide and no arrest have been made."

Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Henry McMaster, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), and the seven U.S. Representatives have offered their phony sympathy.

Seeing that this isn't an illegal immigrant, Black man or a Muslim, you're not going to hear the far-white agitators rally Republicans to exploit the tragedy for personal gains. Trump would certainly exploit this tragedy if the suspect was person of color. He loves to get involved if it helps his allies.

What you will hear is the sympathetic junk food media agitators find some way to honor Faye's life.

Given that many children (especially of color) go missing everyday, the junk food media needs a storyline. Why not place Faye Swetlik in their storyline.

A beautiful little redhead girl walks home and gets abducted by a stranger in her own neighborhood.

The law and the junk food media do nonstop stories about it and when the body is found, there's heartfelt sympathy and demands for justice against the perpetrator.

Celebrity prosecutors and defense lawyers rush to the cameras trying to piece together motives and push conspiracies to why the predator done this horrible act. No one but the predator knows why he did what he's done.

This monster took all his secrets to his shallow grave.

Nothing Has Changed Since Parkland!

They'll pass laws on everything but guns.
They can pass laws involving vehicles, animals, cigarettes, vapes, food and traffic control, but nothing to stop gun violence.

Two years ago on Valentine's Day, a white terrorist massacred 17 people at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. The terrorist had been angry at the world and felt the need to take lives as quickly as possible.

The shooting got national coverage. It got Donald J. Trump, then governor turned senator Rick Scott and Congress attention. They wanted to do something about the matter but failed it doing it.

Hell, they still fail at doing something.

Now the new governor Ron DeSantis ordered flags to be lowered, moments of silence and empty promises of changing the status quo of gun politics.

Broward County Public Schools had dismissed students early so they can honor the 17 lives lost to that senseless act of terrorism.

Alyssa Alhadeff, Scott Biegel, Martin Duque, Nicholas Dworet, Aaron Feis, Jaime Guttenberg, Chris Hixon, Luke Hoyer, Cara Loughran, Gina Montalto, Joaquin Oliver, Alaina Petty, Meadow Pollack, Helena Ramsay, Alex Schachter, Carmen Schentrup and Peter Wang lost their lives.

Their deaths have also sparked a movement. Founded by the students and alumni of Marjory Stoneman Douglas, the March for Our Lives movement was born.

Youth activists David Hogg, Laura Hogg, Sofie Whitney, Matt Deitsch, Delaney Tarr, Jaclyn Corin, Sarah Chadwick, Alfonso Calderon, Cam Kaskey, Emma Gonzalez and Alex Wind created the Never Again MSD and it soon became the March for Our Lives movement. It is an active movement that works on behalf of victims of gun violence. The goal of March for Our Lives is to push Congress to ban semi-automatic firearms and advocate schools to do crisis care for trouble youth.

Their activism was praised by world leaders and activists. However, they had critics.
Emma Gonzalez earned 2 million Twitter followers shortly after her speech condemning Congress and Florida state legislature for not passing gun reform. She calls proposals, thoughts and prayers, BS (bullshit).
With strength came opposition. Hogg and Gonzalez were the two main figures of March for Our Lives movement. They appeared on television frequently. Fox News, owned by Rupert "Pervert" Murdoch wanted to find individuals who opposed gun control.

They found Kyle Kashuv. He became the focal opposition of the March for Our Lives. He often appeared on Fox News and attacked Hogg and Gonzalez. Kashuv was one of the survivors of the shooting. He ended up fading into the limelight after he was caught posting racist insults toward Black and Latino students. He also was under state watch because he wanted to show off his firearms in regards to gun control activists.

Hogg was called a "crisis actor" and gotten death threats from far-white trolls. Even a Fox News agitator mocked him. Laura Ingraham faces an advertiser boycott because of her mocking of Hogg's traumatic experience.

Fred Guttenberg became a vocal activist. His daughter Jaime's death broke him. He personally talked to Trump about how to stop gun violence. Trump at one time was hoping to take semi-automatic firearms off the street. However after talking to the NRA, Trump did an about-face.

March for Our Lives took the fight to the NRA. They called upon a national boycott of companies that had ties to the gun lobby. Many companies had abandoned the NRA and some companies changed their rules when it comes to having firearms in their establishments.

Some states are trying to push for blanket red-flag laws. Florida did pass one but it still hasn't prevented mass shootings from happening. Matter of fact, it's brought more on.

The Parkland massacre is a perfect reminder to why gun violence is an everyday thing.
Change is hard. March for Our Lives will be once again active in 2020.
Every state and U.S. territory has experience some form of gun violence. No other country in the West has this many incidents of gun violence.

So far, the terrorist is facing federal and state charges. He is facing the DEATH card and is currently on suicide watch. He is awaiting trial. He will be having trial in a coming month.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The status quo of the gun culture. Now is not the time to talk about gun violence!

If there were more security guards and more civilians (aka the good guy) with a gun.......

They learn how to use firearms from watching (or listening) to gangsta rap.

They watch violent movies.
White terrorist faces the death penalty for his actions.
They don't have fathers or mothers in their lives and it results in them committing criminal acts.

Blah, blah, blah....

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.

The "good guy" with a firearm is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. Matter of fact, the NICE GUYS are often the ones who are spurned by society. Bad relationships, losing your job, jealousy over promotions, family feuds and racism are typical NICE GUY issues.

NICE GUYS ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS WITH A FIREARM.

THE NICE GUY GETS SPURNED BY SOCIETY. THEY TAKE REVENGE ON SOCIETY.

RESTRAINING ORDERS ARE JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. THEY WILL NOT (I REPEAT) STOP A "MAD" MAN FROM OBTAINING A FIREARM.

Don't you just want to scream!?

Scream in the faces of these damn lawmakers whenever they offer their "thoughts and prayers" to every fucking mass shooting in the United States. They will offer their condolences and say a word vomit how they sympathize with the deceased. Some here will tell us that "now isn't the time to talk." Others will say that "the NRA has too much influence on gun laws."

We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Trump, a politician, an entertainer or we will experience another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.

I repeat myself over and over again! I use the same old copy and paste. I hear the same trolls saying that there's nothing we can do. I keep hearing "concern" trolls telling us that it's their own fault for their own deaths. I hear the same old talking points about "good guys with guns" and "god's given rights."

Every time these folks offer "thoughts and prayers," "their condolences," "their hearts going out to," and "their apologies," they are not sincere. For every naming of a road, park, bench, building and holiday, it won't matter to the community. For every time they lower flags, offer moments of silence and candlelight vigils, we just offer "feel good-isms."

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

We have mass shootings in the United States everyday. We are the only country in the world that continues to do nothing about this. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with this. They're too busy sniping over partisan blame games. With Trump being impeached while in office, he's unlikely to focus on gun violence.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

THERE IS NO GOD.

Andrew McCabe Won't Have A Federal Sandwich On The Menu!

Andrew McCabe will now sue the government for his retirement and backpay.
The U.S. Department of Justice couldn't find enough evidence. You know what?

There was no evidence to even go after him. So I am guessing that former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe can finally sue the U.S. government for his owed payments.

McCabe was vilified by Donald J. Trump and Pervert Murdoch's Fox News Channel.

Federal prosecutors have declined to charge the former deputy FBI director. It closes a chapter.

He was accused of lying to federal officials about his involvement with the junk food media in regards to the Clinton Foundation.

The action resolves a criminal investigation that began nearly two years ago with a referral from the Justice Department's inspector general's office, which concluded that McCabe had reportedly lied about having authorized a subordinate to share information with a newspaper reporter for a 2016 article about an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

On Friday, prosecutors notified McCabe's attorneys in a phone call and a letter that they were closing the case. The letter, signed by the chief of the office's public corruption unit, did not give a precise reason but said the decision was reached after "careful consideration" and "based on the totality of the circumstances and all of the information known to the government at this time."

McCabe's lawyers, Michael Bromwich and David Schertler, said they were gratified by the decision.

"At long last, justice has been done in this matter," the lawyers said in a statement. "We said at the outset of the criminal investigation, almost two years ago, that if the facts and the law determined the result, no charges would be brought."

Speaking Friday on CNN, where he works as a contributor, McCabe said it was an "absolute disgrace" that the investigation had taken so long and that he was relieved to be done with a process that he described as "so unbelievably tense."

McCabe, a frequent target of Trump’s attacks, has denied that he intentionally misled anyone. He has said his 2018 firing — for what the Justice Department called "lack of candor" — was politically motivated. He sued the Justice Department in August, saying officials had used the inspector general's conclusions as a pretext to rid the FBI of leaders Trump perceived as biased against him.

The decision is likely to further exacerbate tensions between and Trump and Barr, who before speaking out in the television interview had privately complained to aides and the president himself that Trump's comments about the Justice Department were undercutting his political agenda and raising questions about the department’s credibility.

The moment came against a backdrop of growing anger from Trump at the Justice Department. The president has seethed that more of his political enemies have not been charged, included former FBI Director James Comey and his associates.

The president was particularly incensed no charges were filed over Comey’s handling of memos about his interactions with Trump, a matter that was referred to the Justice Department for potential prosecution, according to a White House official and Republican close to the White House who weren’t authorized to speak publicly about private discussions and spoke on condition of anonymity.

The president angrily denounced the decision and berated Barr over it, according to the officials. Aides expected that the decision not to charge McCabe could produce a similar eruption of rage. The White House had no immediate comment Friday.

Trump has also repeatedly complained about FBI Director Christopher Wray in recent months, saying he has not done enough to rid the bureau of people who are disloyal to Trump.

It was not immediately clear what had prompted a review of the Flynn case, though the person familiar with the matter said U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen of St. Louis was working on it. The New York Times first reported Jensen’s involvement.

The decision to spare McCabe criminal charges eliminates the prospect of a sensational trial that would have refocused public attention on the chaotic months of 2016, when the FBI was entangled in presidential politics through investigations touching both main contenders — Democrat Hillary Clinton and Trump, her Republican opponent.

The criminal investigation arose from an October 2016 story in The Wall Street Journal that described internal debates roiling the FBI and the Justice Department weeks before the presidential election about how aggressively the Clinton Foundation should be investigated. The article recounted a particularly tense phone call between McCabe and a senior Justice Department official.

The inspector general's report said McCabe told internal investigators that he had not authorized anyone at the FBI to speak with the reporter and that he did not know who did. The report said McCabe ultimately corrected that account and confirmed that he had encouraged the conversation with the reporter to counter a narrative that he thought was false.

McCabe has denied any wrongdoing and has said he was distracted by the tumult surrounding the FBI and the White House during the times he was questioned. One of the interviews took place the same day that Comey was fired.

"During these inquiries, I answered questions truthfully and as accurately as I could amidst the chaos that surrounded me," McCabe has said in a statement. "And when I thought my answers were misunderstood, I contacted investigators to correct them."

McCabe has been a target of Trump's attacks since even before he was elected, after news emerged in the fall of 2016 that McCabe's wife had accepted campaign contributions from a political action committee associated with ex-Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe during an unsuccessful run for the state Senate there.

The U.S. Attorney's office in Washington handled the matter. The prosecutors office is at the center of a public feud with William Barr and the Justice Department this week. The office was angry over Barr's meddling in the Roger Stone serving. Stone, an ally of Trump is facing at least 10 in federal time out. Trump ordered Barr to meddle in the prosecution.

Sean "Softball" Hannity has often targeted McCabe, James Comey, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. His right wing shitshow has been obsessed with Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Rupert "Pervert" Murdoch's keeps promoting this shithead and his carnival of bullshit. Mind you that Softball Hannity is under federal watch as well. He's got his head up Trump's ass, I don't know if he's renting rooms in there. Trump's corruption is mainstream and Republicans continue to allow it.

Michael Avenatti Got Served!

Michael Avenatti got served a federal sandwich.
A celebrity lawyer's career goes up in smoke.

Michael Avenatti, the former lawyer for Stormy Daniels, Julie Swetnick and two of former R&B singer R. Kelly's accusers was convicted today in federal court. The former lawyer was convicted on all counts of trying to extort Nike.

He got a federal sandwich.

Prosecutors maintained that Avenatti threatened to use his fame to stage a presser and deliver claims that Nike executives were corrupting college basketball by funding payments to elite young players and their families -- unless he was paid millions of dollars to conduct the internal probe himself.

At the time, prosecutors said that Avenatti faced at least $11 million in debts. His former law firm office manager testified that finances were so desperate last March that several employees had been evicted from their $50,000-a-month offices and were working out their homes.

The verdict comes days after Avenatti's attorneys Howard and Scott Srebnick tried to argue that the disgraced lawyer was following a client's wishes. He was "technically" defending the client by being in attack mode and trying to get the Nike people to "Just Do It" for the client.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Podolsky repeatedly played recorded demands and threats Avenatti made at his meeting with Nike attorneys, arguing for a conviction on two attempted extortion counts an honest services fraud charge.

Avenatti's fall from grace started fast. At first, the junk food media was having him on frequently to bash Trump and defend the honor of Stormy Daniels.

Avenatti was the hard-hitting attorney who came with the noise when fellow disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen was served.

Stormy Daniels (born Stephanie Clifford) is an adult film entertainer, model, writer and activist. She came to fame in 2016 after she accused The National Enquirer of bouncing on an allegation that she slept with Trump when Melania was pregnant. Daniels was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from Trump's then lawyer Cohen. The amount paid to her was over $130,000. Daniels broke her silence when Cohen's offices were raided by the feds. Cohen was sentenced to federal time out and the names of his clients were embarrassed.
Stormy Daniels continues to stand strong. She had to deal with Donald Trump, Michael Cohen, the Columbus Police and her former lawyer Michael Avenatti. So far, they've failed and she's still standing.
Trump, Elliott Broidy and Sean "Softball" Hannity were Cohen's clients at the time. The Wall Street Journal reported on the allegations and exposed David Pecker. Pecker also hid the story of Karen McDougal, a former Playboy model who allegedly slept with Trump as well. Trump paid Cohen to keep the stories from ruining his campaign. That is possible campaign finance violations.

Daniels also faced an arrested by a former Columbus Ohio police detective and his vice squad raided her performance at a local strip club. She settled with the city of Columbus shortly after.

Daniels has sued Avenatti for misuse of funds, trademark violations and unauthorized use of her likeness without permission.

Avenatti also faces criminal charges in California. He owes child support and is still facing a court hearing for the altercation with his then girlfriend, Mareli Miniutti.

Besides the Nike case, the feds are looking into the matter of fraud and embezzlement.

The U.S. Justice Department has filed a criminal complaint against Avenatti. He is accused of wire fraud and bank fraud. The indictment said that Avenatti had embezzled money from a client and had defrauded a Mississippi banke by submitting false tax returns to obtain more than $4 million in loans.

He also faces criminal charges from his dealings with NBA star Hassan Whiteside. The NBA star didn't know that Avenatti was using a portion of his settlement to pay off Avenatti's girlfriend.

He misrepresented Whiteside's settlement payment as monthly installments, which he paid out until June 2018, totalling $194,000. Avenatti also had his properties seized in this matter. He also was forced to pay back William Parrish, a former CEO of Indigo Systems $2.1 million for failing to pay a loan on properties.

Avenatti was the lawyer for Julie Swetnick. She accused Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior while at Harvard. The justice denied the allegations. The Republicans dismissed the notion and demanded U.S. Capitol Police investigate him. Kavanaugh has four women accusing him of inappropriate behavior and Republicans still confirmed him to sit on the Supreme Court.
California could strip Avenatti of his law license. He is facing up to 30 years for this conviction.
Avenatti also represent two women who accused disgraced singer R. Kelly of rape and kidnapping.

The former entertainer is in federal time out awaiting trial. He is facing child porn, sex trafficking, crossing state lines to engage in contact with minors and extortion.

Numerous clients have claims against Avenatti and his law license could stripped because of the matter.

Jussie Smollett and Michael Avenatti face the ire of Donald J. Trump. The moron can get away with criminal acts thanks to the Republicans in the House and Senate. Trump's enemies often get the book thrown at them. Smollett is facing state charges for staging an attack to booster his career. He claimed the attackers were supporters of Trump. The far-white have been actively attacking Smollett and Illinois prosecutor Kim Foxx for the ordeal.

They want Smollett to get a hefty bid in the iron college. He is under federal watch for the death threats sent to the studio where Empire was filmed.

The very same folks who rally for Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone want Smollett and Avenatti to suffer in the iron college.

Conviction could carry 30 years in federal time out. Avenatti is currently inactive on social media and is currently in Manhattan Federal awaiting his serving.

Other charges pending.

Those matters are unresolved. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

💓💓!

It's Valentine's Day again, and yes I'm still single. But guess what?

I am pretty happy about it. I am no longer worrying about being in a relationship with anyone. I am not going to be concerned about looking for a relationship. I am just going to keep it moving and make the most out of my life.

I am a father (despite being a "surprise dad"). I am working a better job and I'm looking forward to better vacations, a better home, a presidential election and a better 2020. If things work in my favor, I'll be a better person.

Trust me, I am not going to be broken.

I am so tired of wasting my time dating women who take advantage of me. I am the dreaded "NICE GUY" who will end up always in the "FRIEND ZONE".

I am not looking for the "FRIEND ZONE" and I am not looking for the "HIT IT AND QUIT IT".

But I am certainly willing to place my bets on millions of singles rushing into relationships. The social media websites that attract singles, OKCupid, eHarmony, POF, Badoo, Tinder, Coffee Meets Bagel, Match.com, MeetMe and Christian Mingle see a spike around the week of Valentine's Day.

But there's one guy who got more bad luck than me!

What's Valentine's Day without that racist goofball Romeo Rose?

Years ago, me and S.B covered the hapless loser on this blog. I even gave a you a plug to a blog devoted to the loser. If you decide to click on it, it's called The New Adventures of Romeo Rose.

It updates the latest antics from this loser.

If you are new to this blog, I want to thank you for reading it.

If you're interested in my honest opinion of Valentine's Day from 2015, please click here.

Reminder, this holiday is the perfect time for scammers. They often exploit the naive and lonely for their money.

If you're still single but are either straight, gay, lesbian or bisexual, here's my honest take on what you can do if you're looking for that special someone. Don't rush into relationship. You want to know that person, day and night.

Get to know yourself before you get to know someone else. You have likes, dislikes, favorites and things you're interested in.

Please do not bring up politics or religion in your dates. Politics and religion are the ultimate turn offs to relationships. Some folks are content with who they're voting for or what religion they're practicing. Don't try to change a person's mind overnight.

Do not ever give any personal information or credit card numbers to anyone online or through the phone.

It's always important to understand that if you're meeting anyone online, make sure you tell family and friends where you're going, what place you're heading to, what time you're expected back home, offer friends and their dates to come along, make sure you or your date are not under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and call 9-1-1 if the date becomes dangerous. Reminder, if you're not comfortable with the situation, you can get out before it gets dangerous.

If you have any STDs or medical issues, please tell the person. In most states, if you deliberately spread HIV or any transmittable disease to an unsuspecting victim, you can be charged with a criminal act.

Sexual predators do look for love online. If you're starting to like the date and you want to "vet" that individual for criminal acts or possible sexual offender status, you can easily Google the name or check your local sheriff's office.

While the FBI and other federal partners work some of these cases—in particular those with a large number of victims or large dollar losses and/or those involving organized criminal groups—many are investigated by local and state authorities.

We strongly recommend, however, that if you think you’ve been victimized by a dating scam or any other online scam, file a complaint with our Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov).

Before forwarding the complaints to the appropriate agencies, IC3 collates and analyzes the data—looking for common threads that could link complaints together and help identify the culprits. This helps keep everyone safe.

Here are some tips on how to avoid becoming a victim of an online dating scam.

Recognizing an Online Dating Scam Artist

Your online "date" may only be interested in your money if he or she:
  • Presses you to leave the dating website you met through and to communicate using personal e-mail or instant messaging;
  • Professes instant feelings of love;
  • Sends you a photograph of himself or herself that looks like something from a glamour magazine;
  • Claims to be from the U.S. and is traveling or working overseas;
  • Makes plans to visit you but is then unable to do so because of a tragic event; or
  • Asks for money for a variety of reasons (travel, medical emergencies, hotel bills, hospitals bills for child or other relative, visas or other official documents, losses from a financial setback or crime victimization).
One way to steer clear of these criminals all together is to stick to online dating websites with nationally known reputations.

Before I go, I want to give a shout out to Barack and Michelle Obama. They come with the class.

Be safe and have great Valentine's Day!

Jussie Smollett Back In The Slammer!

Washed up entertainer Jussie Smollett faces more legal troubles.

The Fox musical drama Empire will return in March to finish up its final season. Lee Daniels and Danny Strong have confirmed that embattled entertainer Jussie Smollett will have a few guest appearances.

The embattled entertainer is facing another round of state charges in the infamous hoax.

Smollett has not appeared on television or performed in concert since the January 2019 scandal that killed his career. Not only he caused turmoil at Empire, but its impact allowed Fox to cancel Star in the middle of a cliffhanger.

Smollett is accused of paying two men to stage a racist and anti-LGBT attack on him because he was unhappy with his salary and he wanted to promote his career.

A grand jury in Chicago has decided to indict him for a second time on charges of lying to police, in a case that drew worldwide attention.

Smollett, who is Black and gay, originally was charged with disorderly conduct in February 2019 for allegedly staging the attack and then lying about it to investigators.

His story-- he said two men beat him up, shouted racist and anti-gay slur, threw bleach on him and put a noose around his neck -- fell apart when brothers Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundario, who were bodybuilders and aspiring actors whom Smollett knew from the Empire set and the gym, told the law that the actor paid them $3,500 to stage the attack.

Illinois special prosecutor Dan Webb said in a statement Tuesday that Smollett faces six felony counts of disorderly stemming from four separate false reports he gave to the law.

The entertainer is facing up to ten years if convicted in the state of Illinois.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Smollett, 37, was an actor on the Fox show "Empire" on January 29, 2019 when he reported to police that he had been attacked in Chicago in an incident that ended with a noose around his neck. Police initially investigated the case as a possible hate crime.

After investigating, then-Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson, said Smollett had paid brothers Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo -- whom he met on the TV show -- $3,500 to stage the attack for publicity.

Johnson said Smollett wanted to take "advantage of the pain and anger of racism to promote his career."

Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx recused herself from the case in mid-February in response to rumors she was connected to Smollett's family. First assistant state's attorney Joe Magats became the lead prosecutor.

Smollett was initially indicted in March on 16 counts of felony disorderly conduct, charges that were later dropped.

At present time, Smollett is owing the city of Chicago over $130,000 in fines. He is still under federal watch for possible extortion and the staged death threats to the set of Empire.

Note: I normally don't use the name of a suspect accused of a criminal act. Given how Smollett has became a controversial figure in the junk food media, his name is used for this purpose.

Stupid As Stupid Does! [NSFW]

Michigan man takes a bath in a Wendy's Restaurant.
Issues that matter to our blog.
  • Women of color.
  • Children of color.
  • Black men being killed by law enforcement.
  • The racial-motivated campaigns against Barack and Michelle Obama.
  • The rise of white extremism in the United States.
  • Donald Trump and his idiotic presidency.
  • Issues that face our community (i.e. food deserts, gerrymandering poverty, gun violence, gentrification, etc.)
  • The actions of inept leadership in Congress.
  • The actions of those in the entertainment industry.
  • You can't fix stupid stories.
  • You can't change a person's mind stories.
  • How to ignore trolls.
Americans are doing viral challenges. Yeah, those funny videos that show a person doing a stunt to generate click bait and junk food media coverage.

Well when it comes to food and the safety of the community, some folks are doing these challenges and it could land them in the iron college.

You can't fix stupid!

Reminder: You can't fix stupid. You keep electing stupid. The whole world is stupid. We watch stupid. We are living with stupid. We work with stupid. We continue to embrace stupid.

Again, why would you want to risk your reputation, your job, your health, your freedom, your finances and your life for click bait?

Rules are made for a reason. Rules are there for the safety of yourself and others.
The person filming this idiot along with the co-worker were fired out the cannon.
There was Wendy's Restaurant in Greenville, Michigan, near Grand Rapids that got national attention. There was a video that appeared on social media showing an employee bathing in a kitchen sink.

The video shows a worker in a sink full of water and soap at a Wendy's in the city. Another person walks by and talks to the employee who is in the sink as someone else records the incident for the social media video app TikTok.

The video was posted on Facebook.

The junk food media said that the employees involved and their manager were fired out the cannon.

The franchise owner Team Schostak Family Restaurants and the Columbus-based Wendy's Restaurants International have condemned the video and said the franchise was closed for a proper cleaning. The restaurant enforced a workplace conduct training, sexual harassment training and proper food handling course for those still working and those new hires. The Michigan State Health Department and Montcalm County Health Inspectors had to greenlight opening the restaurant.

"This egregious behavior is completely unacceptable and counter to our safety, training and operational standards. Upon learning of this situation, all employees in the video were terminated immediately and the restaurant has been completely sanitized. The health department visited the restaurant and no violations were reported."

The person in the video will likely get a bill from the restaurant. The expenses of cleaning the facility will likely be in the $3,000 to $5,000 range. They had to destroy food, utensils, and replace equipment. Those cost lots of money.
The restaurant had to clean the whole facility. They will likely bill those involved.
Wendy's had to probably give the franchisee a warning that if this continues on, the restaurant could be closed indefinitely.

All of these actions cause by a man who believed the key to become a celebrity is do a viral challenge.

I assume he's under 21 because he doesn't remember the 2008 Burger King incident in Xenia, Ohio.

A white man decided to take a bath in a kitchen sink. His actions cost the company nearly $100,000 in damages. The business was shut down for four weeks and all employees were fired out the cannon.

He was legally liable for the business closure. He nearly face criminal charges for this.

Now if the Montcalm County Boys decide to press charges, the man in the sink could face criminal damaging and vandalism. He could face intentional food and medicine contamination. These are state misdemeanors in Michigan. Criminally he could be fined up $50,000 and face up to a year in the iron college.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Greenville is located 30 miles from Grand Rapids. It's the hometown of Hendrik and his son Frederik Meijer, the founders of the Meijer superstores.
