Democratic lawmaker and activist announces he won't seek reelection. A champion of rights for people of color, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) has been very vocal in opposition of Donald J. Trump.
His retirement opens the door for a replacement.
Jesus "Chuy" Garcia will be formally endorsed by Gutierrez. The Cook County, Illinois commissioner who ran for Chicago mayor against Rahm Emanuel was tempting another run against him.
Garcia said it's best to take the fight to Washington.
Gutierrez was a strong progressive voice. He was advocating for comprehensive immigration reform. He opposed the border wall and Muslim ban. He also wants Republicans to start caring about residents living in American territories.

The Post was doing what it does best, cite sources and get the facts. It turns out that the newspaper proves to be on point when it comes to sourcing its facts.
The operative named Jaime Philips was confronted by Stephanie McCrummen on the inaccurate timelines in her story. The operative was shaking in her boots literally.
O'Keefe is an associate of Breitbart News. He has been infamous in trying to push videos that depict organizations in a negative light.

In an attempt to bring up a 10th accuser, O'Keefe hired an operative to portray herself as a woman who was impregnated by Moore. She was trying to dredge up an accusation of her being a teenager who met Moore in his 40s. She was to generate this allegation she got an abortion in another state after Moore panicked.
Of course the Post wanted to get the facts and tried to reach out to her. She failed. The newspaper tried to call her and no answer. So they go to the location where she met the reporter. They follow her to the Project Veritas headquarters.
The Post did not publish an article based on her unsubstantiated account. When Post reporters confronted her with inconsistencies in her story and an Internet posting that raised doubts about her motivations, she insisted that she was not working with any organization that targets journalists.
But on Monday morning, Post reporters saw her walking into the New York offices of Project Veritas, an organization that targets the mainstream news media and left-leaning groups. The organization sets up undercover “stings” that involve using false cover stories and covert video recordings meant to expose what the group says is media bias.
Now the Post said that Project Vertias attempt is a slap to the face of rape victims and it was mainly an attempt to silence accusers.

Documents obtained by Gasket shows that there's was travel to Epstein's private island and Clinton making 26 trips without Secret Service detail.

On average, 93 people die a day to gun violence. About 2,300 people are injured by gun violence.
We offer these meaningless sympathies and condolences to people who are killed by gun violence. This is why I am tired of offering my "thoughts and prayers" to every mass shooting.

In Cleveland, there was a mass shooting. Six youth were shot by a terrorist.
One youth was killed. Five were seriously injured allegedly by other youth.
Cleveland Police and mayor Frank Jackson offer their useless condolences and prayers. It didn't reach Donald J. Trump attention. The victims were Black and he can use it against Democrats.
It happened at East 117th Street and Buckeye Road.
On November 23, 2014, a young boy was fatally shot by the Cleveland Police outside of a gazebo. The boy was playing with a pellet gun and a 911 caller had informed them about a suspicious individual inside the park where he claimed that the gun could be fake.
The 911 operator failed to inform the two officers that the gun could be fake.
Upon arrival, one of the officers exited the vehicle and he immediately shot the young boy in the stomach. After two days of surgery the young boy died. It opened up an investigation into the actions of the officers.
The officers would eventually walk free without a criminal charge. The name of this boy was smeared by the media. And to this day, Americans are still divided over the shooting. Tamir Rice was shot and killed in 2014 by Tim Loehman and Frank Garmack.
The fallout has led to a hefty payout to the family.
The prosecutor who failed to charge the two was voted out. Tim McGinty who failed to try the officers for murder was sent packing after he admitted that Rice's family deserved justice and he failed.
Loehman was fired out the cannon with the police. He was the one who killed Rice. He wasn't trained right and was previously fired out the cannon in neighboring police departments.
Now the police union has ousted its controversial president. Steve Loomis was voted out as union president for the greater Cleveland area police.
The Cleveland Police to this day are completely inept and its unfortunate that we see America's police still decades behind.
Indiana teacher caught on camera playing with the snow. She was trying to mix the snow with the boy and she was going to create a speedball.
The opioid crisis is affecting millions. Even in the classroom, we are seeing Americans risk their lives and jobs for that cheap high.
Samantha Cox is an Indiana teacher who was busted by the St. John Police and the Lake County boys after a student recorded her taking a hit on the chalk.
This controversy has gotten national attention. The 24 year old woman endangered herself and the students she taught at Lake Central High School.
"She’s in the corner, hiding with a chair and a book and what appears to be cocaine, putting it into lines," Will Rogers, a student, told WGN9.
Authorities plan on charging her with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
While conducting their investigation, Police told The Northwest Indiana Timesthat they suspected the teacher had a “mixture of cocaine and heroin.”
Police said the students did the right thing by reporting their teacher.
“School officials and police want to recognize and praise the student witness that brought this information to the principal very quickly,” the police said in a statement. “Their actions showed a tremendous amount of fortitude and integrity.”
Students quickly shared the video of their teacher online where it spread throughout the school and community. Parents received a robocall from the school district informing them that authorities had taken immediate action against Cox.
"What I would tell you is that the school received information, worked cooperatively with St. John and Dyer police, and responded to the situation swiftly," Lake Central Superintendent Larry Veracco told the Times.
She was busted quickly and escorted off the school property.

Her job could be terminated if the school board believes that her violated policies and the zero tolerance laws could out her in the iron college for up three years.
Cox was a very popular English teacher.
I assume she may of had contact with students. This teacher/student sexual relationships is part of a pattern of sexual abuse. The junk food media is rationalizing pretty women who are sleeping with underage children. This is pedophilia and it should be treated as such.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Three senators could sink Trump's tax plan and the pressure is on. If we can keep pressure on the House and Senate, we can save Americans who are in need. We don't need no fucking tax cut when the need for the safety net is higher than it was ever before.
We have selective outrage and became numb to issues. With the media being fast paced, we often forget that people died in tragedies. We won't see some of our family and friends at the dinner table.
We have people who have no homes to settle in. We forgotten about damages by wildfires, tornados, oil spills, hurricanes, blizzards and heat waves. We forgotten we had 380 mass shootings this year.
We forgotten that our military isn't prepared. Have you noticed a lot of non war casualties happened under Trump's watch?
We must not forget that issues happen everyday in the world. This can't be ignored by a mere slip of the tongue or piece of food.
We got to continue to Make America Great Again by forcing Trump and Congress do whats right all of us.

So while some Republicans are calling for Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) and Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) to go, they refuse to call out their own. They won't speak out against Roy Moore, Patrick Murphy, George H.W. Bush and their boss Donald J. Trump.
Barton and Republicans survived a mass shooting. Barton was slightly injured in the ruckus when a terrorist shot Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA). Barton was with his children when the terrorist was popping off. He was targeting Republicans because he was fed up with their abuse of power.
Barton is not resigning. He will be running for reelection.
