An Evil Man Ran Down Three Girls!

This undated photo provided by the Santa Ana Police Department shows Jaquinn Ramone Bell, 31, who was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2014 in Stanton, Calif. where he was staying in a motel with his two children. Bell was booked for investigation of felony hit-and-run causing the deaths of three teenage girls who had gone trick-or-treating on Halloween. (AP Photo/ Santa Ana Police Department)
This evil man ran over three girls. To think, this asshole is a father of children.

In the past week, three girls were killed by a reckless driver in the Los Angeles metro area. The Santa Ana police nabbed Jaquinn Bell after this evil man drove his vehicle into three young teens who were celebrating Halloween.

The Associated Press reports that the alifornia driver who police say struck and killed three teenage trick-or-treaters on Halloween before fleeing with his own children had recently pleaded guilty to a separate hit-and run, authorities said Monday.

Bell, 31, of Orange drove a black Honda SUV through a marked crosswalk on Friday near an elementary school in Santa Ana, hitting 13-year-old twin sisters Lexi and Lexandra Perez and their friend Andrea Gonzalez, police said.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to families of Andrea Gonzalez, Lexi and Laxandra Perez. These young girls didn't deserve this type of fate. This senseless tragedy could have been adverted.

Lexi and Lexandra Perez were twin sisters.
The victims, wearing costumes, were found lying in the street.

Authorities believe Bell fled with his two teenage children after ditching the damaged car in a nearby parking lot. He was arrested Sunday at a motel in Stanton, Santa Ana police Chief Carlos Rojas said.

"He left. He did not try to render aid, and thank God for other witnesses there who contacted the police department and allowed us to respond rather quickly," Rojas said. "Unfortunately it was a tragic end."

It was unclear why the driver fled the scene.

Brenda Gonzalez, Andrea's 24-year-old sister, said she went looking for the girls after her mother heard a loud car crash and wanted to warn them to be safe. As Gonzalez neared the scene, she saw the pillowcases the girls had been carrying to collect candy and the tutu her sister wore.

"The first thing that came through my mind was, why isn't anybody helping them," she said. "A few seconds later I realized, you know, there's a reason they're not helping them. They're gone."

Trick-or-treaters were also injured and killed in collisions in New York, Florida, Washington state and the nearby Orange County, California, city of Irvine, where a 65-year-old man died after he was struck by a car. His 4-year-old son was in critical but stable condition.

In Santa Ana, Bell was arrested for investigation of felony hit-and-run causing death and was being held on $500,000 bail. The case has been referred to the district attorney for possible charges. It was unclear if Bell has an attorney.

Andrea Gonzalez and her best friends were killed by an evil man.
Online court records show Bell pleaded guilty in August to misdemeanor counts of child abuse, driving under the influence and hit-and-run with property damage. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, three years' probation, and alcohol and child abuse treatment programs, according to a court spokeswoman.

He has prior convictions for reckless driving, spousal injury and violation of a protective order, the records show.

Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said Bell also had two outstanding bench warrants for $30,000 as of Monday. Further details on the warrants were not immediately available.

Police said they initially also detained Bell's 17-year-old son, 14-year-old daughter, mother and half-sister at the motel with Bell but later released them.

At the scene of the crash, residents have set up a makeshift memorial with dozens of balloons, flowers and candles. People gripped by the tragedy continued to stop to pay their respects.

Gonzalez said her younger sister, who loved music and baking, decided not to go to a Halloween party this year so she could trick-or-treat with her family. She tried to choose the least expensive costume.

"She was so selfless. She never asked for anything," Gonzalez said, wiping away tears. "She didn't even want to ask my mom for a costume for Halloween."

This charge being a convicted felon could carry him LIFE in the IRON COLLEGE. And of course, he's innocent until proven guilty. But given the record, he was saying to the judge, "Fuck ya! I'm going to drive, regardless of what you bitch ass judges say!"

Now this time, this father may never see his children graduate. He may never see his children get married or have children if he's sentenced to LIFE in the IRON COLLEGE.

Ohio Police Nails Peeper In The Ladies Room!

A real winner ladies. This is his 15th time in the county lock up for looking up the ladies restroom stalls.

Yeah, ladies here's a winner for you.

This individual will certainly bring the racist right into the spotlight. This nimrod has been arrest more than a dozen times in the Dayton and Cincinnati area for his wondering eyes.

The sexual gratification Harold Rimblert III gets is kind of creepy. Just a few weeks ago, this was the same guy who peaked into a women's restroom at a local gas station.

Seriously, this guy really needs hobby besides this. He was busted in McDonald's women's restroom.

Bail set for repeat offender, voyeurism suspect photo
Recent mugshot at county lockup.
Previously he was caught in a Walmart, a Target, a Meijer and numerous other restaurants and gas stations.

He is a TIER IIII sexual offender in Ohio and he's banned from multiple properties.

Let's peak his history. I am guessing he's been traumatized by deaths of his father and grandfather. I peaked out the Legacy page and found that his grandfather and father both passed away some time ago. His first incident occurred in 2006. Almost a decade of doing this stuff. No remorse for it. Cause obviously he would be caught within a week doing the very same thing.

Witnesses say that Rimblert was lying on the floor, peering underneath a stall where another employee was using the facilities.

Rimblert fled but officers were already in the area and were able to arrest him in the parking lot of a Hardee’s restaurant across the street.

The call from employees to police occurred at 6:25 p.m. Rimblert was in custody by 6:31 p.m.
He has been taken to the Montgomery County Jail and is expected to have a bond hearing on Sunday.

An arraignment by video is expected to occur Monday.

Thompson said people need to be aware of their surroundings and familiar with Remblert because of his repeated arrests on voyeurism charges.

Stephen A Smith Opens His Mouth And Inserts His Foot In!

Jackass sports commentator advocates for domestic violence.

One of the controversial figures on ESPN finally managed to get his dues. Stephen A. Smith who frequently gives his opinion on issues other than sports said something that may have seem to be an advocating of domestic violence. Smith seems to be advocating the attack provoked by a now suspended NFL player.

This guy is a good friend of that annoying ass conservative agitator who helped Barack Obama win.

The Huffington Post reports that Smith was on First Take and he let his tongue roll right out of his mouth.

In a long-winded statement, Smith acknowledged a man has "no business putting [his] hands on a woman," then slowly worked toward the conclusion that women should also do their part not to give men a reason to beat them.

"We know [abusing women is] wrong," Smith concedes, though toward the end of his monologue he casts doubt on who, exactly, is to blame for said abuse, given "the elements of provocation."

Baltimore Ravens (AFC) player Ray Rice got in some trouble this month and its finally reached its boiling point with not only the NFL but women's group.
Two game suspension for Ray Rice after domestic violence incident. Is that the best the NFL can do to him?
In February, after TMZ obtained security camera footage of Rice dragging his unconscious fiancée out of an elevator, Smith, while critical, ultimately defended the player at the time. "It's important to recognize and reiterate [that] we do not know what happened ... inside that elevator," said Smith, concluding, "There is absolutely nothing ... that has ever brought [Rice's] integrity into question until now. ... He deserves the benefit of the doubt."

A grand jury indicted Rice on third-degree aggravated assault. This carries a possible jail sentence of three to five years and a fine of up to $15,000.00.

Rice married his girlfriend Janay Palmer later.

Smith is on the suspension block after these comments. This goes to show you that your freedom of speech doesn't merit the right to act a fool on a network.

NYPD In Trouble Again! Man Dies After Stranglehold! [NSFW]

PHOTO: A 400- pound asthmatic Eric Garner died while being arrested by police in Staten Island.
This wasn't the smartest thing the law did the moment Eric Garner was killed.

The New York Police Department is one of the country's finest but also mot world's most controversial law agencies. They have a known history of police brutality. The NYPD has targeted Blacks, Hispanic/Latinos and Muslims often because of the junk food media's portrayal of criminals. The NYPD often sees us a "NATURAL BORN CRIMINALS".

The NYPD is still reeling after the event that killed a 6'3" 400 lb man who was restrained in a choke hold.

Four EMS dispatchers were terminated after this incident. Two officers were placed on administrative duty pending an investigation into the handling of this.

The video is very disturbing. The NYPD restrain Eric Garner and he tells him he couldn't breathe.

The man was being sought after he was accused of selling cigarettes without a license.

That's not a huge crime, but since this does have to do with illegal commerce, it merits.

His funeral is today and people are outraged by this event.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Eric Garner.

The question to those reading, do you believe that the NYPD handled the situation well or recklessly?

Chris Brown's "Blood" Lust!

The biggest douche in the music industry has finally came out as a "Blood".

Well if it makes him happy, more power to him. As he begins his course towards destruction, singer/rapper/washed up celebrity Chris Brown now declared himself a supporter of the notorious domestic terrorist group.

He threw up their sign and the group endorsed him as "one of them".

So I guess he's now a member of the Fruit Town Piru.

Not so fast, friends. He wasn't officiated as a member/

TMZ the news agitation website reports that Brown  hired several of them to work for him ... giving their Compton community an economic boost

- Chris comes to the hood and hangs out with them
- He shot a music video in the neighborhood ... and even included some of them in the video
- He donated a thousand pairs of new shoes to Compton kids

The album X is scheduled to be released in 2014, through RCA Records. In September 2013, Brown stated that X will be a double disc album, with ten songs on each disc.

Facebook Is Deliberately Trying To Piss People Off!

Social network got heat after it tried to make people jealous for no reason.

Just today, I seen some of my former friends (yeah, I said it) profiles appear at the top of my Facebook feed page.

One of them was this nasty woman I regretted I ever dated. I won't say her name, but she wasn't one of the most pleasant women I've dated. I see her profile pop up on my page. And I went right to the function, "DO NOT SHOW".

Facebook is the world's most popular social networking website. It's also the most controversial website ever to be created. It's like HIGH SCHOOL all over again! Seriously, it's like I've went back to my old high school and see these bozos once again but through their profiles.

I mean I don't give a rat's ass about these former friends, former girlfriends and people I've worked with before. Whenever I see pictures of women I used to date, I sometimes sigh! I see them with children who aren't mine. I see them with boyfriends or husbands who aren't me! I see friends and associates who know me but would never accept "my invites".

I am certainly glad they've move on pass me. But for me personally, I don't give a care about them or their personal lives.

I am guessing there's a huge controversy going over in Menlo Park. Facebook is doing some damage control after it was revealed that it was deliberately trying to make some users jealous of their friends for a social experiment.

I seen it. And I am none too thrill about it.

Another reason why the social networking website is on the downward slide. I mean has Facebook reached it peak?

YEAH.

And it's going down. Give it six years and people will be saying "What's Facebook?"
Nerdy. Chairman and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg.
Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook came out with a huge apology. She stopped short of issuing a heartfelt apology. She called this experiment a "success".

“This was part of ongoing research companies do to test different products, and that was what it was; it was poorly communicated,” Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operating officer, told the Wall Street Journal while travelling in New Delhi. “And for that communication we apologize. We never meant to upset you.”

I must have been one of those 700,000 idiots who Facebook used as a target for social depression.

They often would tweak the most active users profiles to top feed. They would put their feeds on the non-active users (such as myself). They would often show the profiles of braggers. People who are addicted to the social networking. Putting their business out there so the world knows. People would often get jealous and it would lead to depression.

The Washington Post reports that Sandberg’s statement was the first public comment by a Facebook executive on the controversy since it erupted over the weekend, prompting anger from many Facebook users and criticism from some academics who said it was unethical to manipulate users’ emotions without informed consent.

In the study, researchers at Facebook tweaked what hundreds of thousands of users saw in their news feeds, skewing content to be more positive or negative than normal in an attempt to manipulate their moods. Then they checked users’ status updates to see if the content affected what they wrote. They found that, yes, Facebook users’ moods are affected by what they see in their news feeds. Users who saw more negative posts would write more negative things on their own walls, and likewise for positive posts.

Sandberg’s apology is not likely to appease some, such as Robert Klitzman, a psychiatrist and ethics professor critical of the study, who said in a column for CNN that “the problem is not only how the study was described, but how it was conducted.”

Facebook has since implemented stricter guidelines, the Journal reported. Research other than routine product testing is reviewed by a panel of 50 internal experts in fields such as privacy and data security. Company research intended for publication in academic journals goes through a second round of review, again by in-house experts.

The upset over Facebook’s mood study is “a glimpse into a wide-ranging practice,” Kate Crawford, a visiting professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Civic Media and a principal researcher at Microsoft Research told the Journal. Companies “really do see users as a willing experimental test bed” to be used at the companies’ discretion.

See my honest opinion about Facebook. I offer my honest take on how the world's most popular website has taken me down the path to despair and how I overcame my addiction to Facebook.

Business Owner Kills Ohio Teen!

Isiah Haggins, Jr. was gunned down after a botched robbery.

There's a story building national attention over in the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio. My community has experienced the homicide rate of 14 so far this year. It's a growing trend for a city that is declining in population and the lack of resources causes people to commit crime.

Yesterday, two teenagers tried to rob a clerk at a local hip-hop clothing store. Apparently they thought this would be an easy grab. They thought wrong and one of those teens paid the price. One teen was gunned down after the clerk (who turned out to be the owner) put a slug in him.

The other teen is on the loose and probably on the verge of giving up knowing that his friend is dead. Of course the family of the deceased will immediately single him out for responsibility.

The state of Ohio has the castle doctrine. That means that if you're a homeowner or business owner, you can use deadly force with a firearm if the perpetrator has threaten your life or property.
Teens tried to rob owner of his properties. The owner puts a slug in one of them.
The teen is 16-year old Isiah Haggins, Jr. and he's from the ghost town of Trotwood.

He and the other guy went into the Step-N-Style at the Northwest Plaza to rob the owner and shoppers.

The owner who has previously been robbed of his properties decided to get a firearm. He felt that being in an isolated shopping center with limited security prompted him to be gun owner. The teens enter the store with masks over their faces demanding the money. They didn't see the owner was trigger-ready.

They get into a confrontation and the gun goes off and Haggins drops. He would die later at the scene.

The accomplice would be shocked to see his friend drop exits the store.

The owner who's name wasn't released will probably not face charges. If the junk food media releases his name, the possibility of death threats and retaliation could follow.

The other guy will likely be charged with the teen's murder. Even though the other guy didn't fire a gun, his actions promoted a deadly confrontation. Murder and the aggregated assault charge will likely stand.

The Dayton Police and Montgomery County sheriff are investigating this incident.

Okay, I checked out the profile of the deceased teen. I seen that he's was invested in a hip-hop career and has a whole lot of friends online.
The negative outweighs the good.
The profile shows a lot of things that gives a background to how the teen maintains himself in the general public. The pictures itself are catnip for the racist right to paint "US BLACK FOLK" as dangerous criminals.

The Dayton Daily News reports that Haggins family demands answers to why the business owner did such a thing to their child.

Haggins grandmother, Kay Haggins, said today that the family just wants wants answers.

"We just want answers ... want to know what happened. where he was shot." she said. "Was it self-defense? Because it's their word and he's not here to speak for himself. We are just going by what he said. I just want to know how my grandchild died."

The owner's 911 call was released through the junk food media.

"Somebody just tried to rob my store and I killed one of them," a caller told a 911 dispatcher. "I shot him. He had a gun."

The police conducted an interview with the owner and another customer. They said that both teens were in the store to rob and the reaction to use deadly force was justified.

Police plan to review surveillance videos from the store and from other cameras in the shopping center as part of their investigation.

The Dayton Daily News also added that several unidentified people who arrived at the scene cried and hugged after police allowed them to identify the body. Officers did not say if they were the victim's relatives.

Likely they were. After all someone tipped them off to the death of the teen.

The armed robberies in recent years have forced store owners and employees to install security cameras and carry guns, police said.

We Want Our Cut, Says Former Lottery Winners!

Embattled New Jersey governor Chris Christie doesn't have to sweat out this scandal, but somehow it will be tied to him regardless of what he does.

Two men are suing the New Jersey Lottery commission after the gaming representatives threw out a jackpot ticket.

Salvatore Cambria and Erick Onyango, of Suffern, New York, argue in their federal lawsuit that the lottery didn't quickly update its website with the winning numbers from the March 23 drawing.

Cambria tells The Record ( http://bit.ly/1lgeKlD ) newspaper he asked Onyango to check the website soon after the 11 p.m. drawing. Cambria tossed the ticket when the numbers didn't match. The men now think the site was showing the previous drawing's numbers.

They say they realized they had won the next day. But by then, their ticket was on its way to a landfill in Canada.

The men say they have two other tickets showing serial numbers that prove they had a winner.

And because the three tickets were purchased together, their serial numbers were sequential. The men say they can prove that the winning ticket was theirs because they still have the tickets with serial numbers one above and one below the winning ticket’s.

They explained their situation to the Lottery Commission last year, they said, and were told to submit a claim form along with the first and third tickets.

“They even told me, ‘You don’t need a lawyer, don’t get one. We know you’re in the right,’ ” Cambria said.

But then nothing happened.

It’s now been more than a year since the drawing. The men filed their lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Trenton on Tuesday demanding the million-dollar prize and arguing that the lottery was at fault for failing to update its website in a timely way.

In an interview on Wednesday, Cambria said he asked Onyango the night of the drawing to check the lottery’s website for the winning Powerball numbers. This was several minutes after the 11 p.m. drawing, Cambria said. But the numbers that Onyango read, they learned later, were from the previous drawing.

“So I took my ticket, which was worth a million dollars, and I put it in a cigarette pack and put it in the garbage in my bedroom,” Cambria said.

The men say they saw the drawing’s actual numbers the next day and realized that Cambria’s ticket was a winner.

“I was losing my mind. We were both losing our minds,” Cambria said.

Their lawyer, Edward Logan, said Wednesday that there was no way the men could have retrieved their ticket.
Two men sue the New Jersey state lottery commission after they lose their ticket.
“There was talk about getting a bloodhound and finding the bag,” Logan said. That idea was eventually abandoned.

The dump has “bulldozers that move the trash around and bury it and get it to cook and digest with the methane,” Logan said. “It was just going to be impossible to find.”

A spokeswoman for the Lottery Commission, Judith Drucker, declined to comment on the pending litigation.

Customers at the Mahwah 7-Eleven that sold the ticket were divided on Wednesday about whether Cambria and Onyango should get the money.

Paul Matthews put the blame on the two men. “They should have known better than to throw away the ticket,” he said.

But Lisa Iriarte said they should get the money “because it’s not their fault the state updated the numbers later.”

Cambria and Onyango said they haven’t given much thought yet about what they will do with the money if they get it.

“That’s the next big question,” said Onyango, who suggested that they would put much of it into savings. “You’ve got to be prudent.”

Lessons for lost tickets.

1) You are responsible for the ticket. If lost or stolen, you can file a police report ONLY if you have written your complete name and phone number on the back of the ticket. You should never leave a winning lottery ticket in an area where you can't find it. The lottery commission of your state isn't responsible for a lost ticket. You need to make sure you write your name on the ticket. Especially if it a winning ticket.

2) Many convenience stores have self scanners and extra sections to detect winning tickets. You can find them near a lottery retailer. You can also have a vendor or cashier check your ticket. If you do so, always ask if the cashier can do a cash verify. Usually some lottery cashing terminals have sounds letting you know if these are "winners" or "not a winner". Don't let a cashier check your ticket without you assuring that you verified it through a ticket scanner or lottery commission website.

3) Powerball and Mega Millions tickets cannot be canceled. Be aware of the cost of these tickets. Powerball tickets are $2 dollars per unit. Mega Millions are $1 dollar per unit. Mega Millions minimum jackpots starts at $15 and the game is played on Tuesday and Friday nights. Powerball miminum jackpots starts at $40 millions and the game is played on Wednesday and Saturday nights. You can play a multiplier on Mega Millions for a $1. You can play a PowerPlay on Powerball for a $1 as well.

4)  Take notice that wherever you purchased the ticket. Most states have different regulations to tickets. You can't bring a Hoosier Lottery ticket to a Ohio Lottery retailer. You can't bring a Florida's Lottery Ticket to Georgia Lottery. Each state has regulations to how they payout a jackpot. So don't go into a store with an out of state ticket saying you want your prize. If you won a jackpot ticket, go back to the state you purchased the ticket. DO NOT EVER MAIL A JACKPOT TICKET. If you won a jackpot ticket in New York and you live in Kansas, you better high tail it to that state. Take a plane or drive. Of course, don't lose the ticket on your way there.

5) There are other resources besides the local television. You can view lottery drawings online or through a digital app. If you can't watch the drawing, you can visit the respective websites to verify your results. Also you can use an app to self scan your tickets.
Yeah we got the proof we purchased the ticket, says Salvatore Cambria and Erick Onyango.
6) Receipts can be given if you ask. If you're in a group pool, make sure your name and the other participants names are written down and placed on a contractual agreement. If you're buying your own ticket, inform the rest of the group before you purchase. Because you'll end up having a nasty fight ahead if you're the one with the single ticket and the group put their trust in you to get the remaining tickets.

7) Photocopying your tickets also leaves a paper trail. It can be the "proof" you need say if the ticket was stolen and you knew in your heart that ticket was a winning jackpot. Again, write your name on the lottery ticket. Your name and phone number are very important. The lottery commission of your state is not responsible for lost and stolen tickets.

8) If you file a police report in request of a stolen ticket, you must have all the evidence to prove its yours and not the other person. If you fail to do so, you will be charged with filing a false police report, a high class misdemeanor (if not a fifth degree felony).

Lessons of being a lottery winner.

As I repeat this over and over, I want the good readers here at Journal de la Reyna to understand this is my honest opinion on how to play the lottery. I hope my knowledge will inspire you if you become a jackpot winner.

It may take up to a year before you collect the first lump sum of payment. Each winning Mega Millions and Powerball ticket carries a lump sum cash payment option.

Best advice for all who win the lottery, is keep a cool head. Let's cover the 10 things about winning the lottery according to me. You can use this advice if you want to!

1) Write your name down on the back of the winning ticket. Say if you lose the jackpot ticket! If you have forgotten to sign the ticket and it gets lost, then it's your word against the winner's.

2) Cancel out your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social networking website your on. That's the next thing that happens when you're a winner.

3) Cancel your phone number and limit your email intake. Obviously you'll be swamped with phone numbers and well wishers asking if you're willing to shelve out a little cash.

4) Hire a qualified lottery attorney. Make sure you have a qualified attorney who specializes in handling large sums of money. Don't assume every attorney is well respected in handling your financial earnings.

5) Don't quit a job until you are sure you've won the lottery. Don't rush to judgment about being a lottery winner. Sometimes a person who wins the lottery never expects it to happen so don't sit around the house hoping the day will come you'll be the millionaire.

6) Pay off debts to college loans, house, billings, and credit cards.

7) Invest your money in a trust fund if you have children or family members you can trust if you should die.

8) Have fun with your earnings. Don't blow it on things that obviously will attract negative attention.

9) Be humble. Cause money will change a person when they're rich.

10) The Have-Nots Will Always Try To Make You Feel Guilty About Winning. Ignore Them And Be Happy About Your Success.
