The Junk Food Media Enters The Gutter Zone!

The junk food media goes into the personal life of Hunter Biden to appease Republicans.

Friday, the president and first lady acknowledged their son had a child.

The junk food media confirms that President Joe Biden and First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden have a granddaughter named Navy Joan Roberts. Okay, Hunter Biden and a woman from Arkansas named Lunden Roberts conceived a child. The state determined that he is the legitimate biological father.

“Our son Hunter and Navy’s mother, Lunden, are working together to foster a relationship that is in the best interests of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much as possible going forward," the president said. "This is not a political issue, it’s a family matter. Jill and I only want what is best for all of our grandchildren, including Navy.”

Thus, the story is over!

Nope.

Friday's statement comes as Republican presidential hopefuls have increasingly taken jabs at the president for not counting Navy among his grandchildren in public remarks.

The far right and some media agitators are obsessed with this.

“Why don’t you spend some time with your granddaughter in Arkansas, or at least recognize her existence before you start worrying about our kids?” said Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis during remarks on parental rights to voters in Tennessee this month.

"Would be nice if @JoeBiden finally steps up and acknowledges his own granddaughter," tweeted biotech multimillionaire Vivek Ramaswamy in early July.

Hunter is required to provide child support and he is legally mandated to pay for the court costs.

When Biden spoke in June at an event, the far right seized on the mentioning of six grandchildren. Navy is the seventh grandchild.

Hunter Biden has three with his ex-wife, one with his current wife and one with his former girlfriend.

The economy is improving and the country is back on the right path to growth. Going into 2022, the Republicans capitalized on high inflation, crime, and gas prices, and gained a substantial lead in the election climate towards 2022 results similar to the red wave of 2010.

The red wave never materialized. The Republicans managed to gain a five seat majority in the House of Representatives. They have squandered their new founded majority to conspiracy theories, partisan politics and a looming government shutdown due to failures to compromise on spending appropriation bills.

But yes, let's talk about Biden's granddaughter.

Lunden Roberts and her daughter Navy.

Hunter Biden is not a government official. The Republicans are dangling impeachment on claims that the son used his father's name in a bribery scheme. They believe that the president took bribes during his time as vice president. There is no evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter or the president.

Hunter is currently awaiting sentencing in his tax fraud and falsifying gun permit charges. The plea deal is undetermined due to Republicans protesting the sentence.

Biden was supposed to plead guilty Wednesday to misdemeanor charges for failing to pay taxes. But U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika in Delaware put the brakes on the guilty plea after raising concerns during an hourslong hearing about the structure and terms of the agreement and another deal that would allow him to avoid prosecution on a gun charge if he meets certain conditions.

Plea deals are carefully negotiated between defense lawyers and prosecutors over the course of weeks or months and it’s unusual — especially in high-profile cases — for judges to not sign off on them. But Wednesday’s hearing revealed that the two sides apparently did not see eye to eye on the scope of the agreement around a non-prosecution clause for crimes outside of the gun charge.

Last month, shortly after Hunter Biden reached an agreement with the government, Comer joined forces with two chairmen of powerful committees to launch a larger investigation into claims by two IRS agents who claimed the Justice Department improperly interfered in the yearslong case.

IRS supervisory special agent Greg Shapley and a second agent, Joe Ziegler, testified before Congress last week that there was a pattern of “slow-walking investigative steps” into Hunter Biden, including during the Washed Up 45 administration in the months before the 2020 election that Biden won.

One of the most detailed claims was that U.S. Attorney David Weiss in Delaware, the federal prosecutor who led the investigation, asked for special counsel status in order to bring the tax cases against Hunter Biden in jurisdictions outside Delaware, including the District of Columbia and California, but was denied.

Weiss and the Justice Department have denied that, saying he had “full authority” and never sought to bring charges in other states. Despite the denials, Republicans are moving forward with their probes, asking Weiss to come in and testify about the case directly. The Justice Department has offered to have the prosecutor come before lawmakers after the August recess.
