Where irony drives outrage.... |
The first week of January begins another round of internet traffic for the social dating websites.
It's a huge week for the world's most poplar dating websites. OKCupid, POF.com, eHarmony, Badoo, Match.com, and Tinder are seeing a spike in traffic.
There's a website that's not seeing a spike in traffic.
There's a website that is causing an uproar. It's called WhereWhitePeopleMeet.com and its generating a dose of controversy. The creator of the website says that he developed Where White People Meet as an alternative to the other dating websites that cater to certain groups.
The creator of this said that he's not a racist. He just want to keep it rational. After all, he finds blackpeoplemeet.com, Blacksingles.com, Jdate.com, latinocupid, com, Latinpeooplemeet.com and singlemuslim.com and gay.com.
He says that he's not in the business of political correctness. He's in the business of finding couples to find love. He said that he dated Black and Hispanic women....
The site's founder, Sam Russell, anticipated some backlash from his startup, which is why he told the Washington Post that he isn't racist.
"It's about equal opportunity," Russell said. "The last thing in the world I am is racist. I dated a black woman once. I helped raise a young black man… I just believe it’s hypocrisy to say ‘one group can do this, but another can't.'"
Russell added that his site which launched in December "is not racially motivated in any way," and his policies prohibit racist or hateful messages.
However, how people choose the partners when dating can often be racially motivated, according to 2013 OkCupid data. Black women and Asian men are likely to receive fewer matches and messages on the site than any other group.
So while Where White People Meet's founder may not be racist because he dated one black woman or didn't have "racially motivated" intentions in creating this dating site -- the good news is that you can meet even more white people on the internet for as low as $4 for your first week.
It so far gained 421 supporters so far.
Did you know Whites and Republicans are the most angriest groups in the United States?
What they see in the junk food media riles them up.
Whites are declining in population. Non-Hispanic White people are 72% of the nation's population. Unfortunately, interracial births are on the rise.
Whites believe race relations went downhill the moment Barack Obama got into office.
The Whites believe that they're likely footing the bill on the issues that involve Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims and those in the LGBT.
That's the stuff that fueled Donald Trump's rise to the top.
By the way, President Barack Obama is interracial but identifies himself as a Black man.
