NYPD Cop Getting Charged For Firing On Akai Gurley!

New York mayor Bill de Blasio is still feuding with Patrolmen's Benevolent Association's president Patrick Lynch. The union president condemned de Blasio, President Barack Obama and Rev. Perm for "stroking" tension between the New York Police Department and the Black community.

He was pissed that a deranged man fired on two NYPD officers a few weeks after the officer who placed Eric Garner in the stranglehold walked. The protesters called it a travesty of justice.

While Garner's case gotten some attention, Akai Gurley was not mentioned much. Now it's coming to light.

Some have called for police reform. Rev. Perm and President Barack Obama openly expressed that the law should have body cameras and more training when it comes to dealing with the Black and Latino communities. de Blasio went as far to say that his biracial son had to be extremely careful when dealing with the law.

The racist right and the agitators of Loserville were pissed. They went on radio and television telling the White folks that Obama and Rev. Perm were racial agitators. They were stroking up fears of Black looting, rioting and racial attacks.

All the while, patrolman Peter Liang was quietly hoping that he would walk too. After all, Liang and his partner were under fire. Liang was patrolling a housing project and fired upon Akai Gurley after being startled in a dark hallway.

The bullet went right into the chest of Gurley. His girlfriend watched him die right in front of her.

Now Liang, a first year rookie who is Asian American will face the music. Liang was indicted by a grand jury on manslaughter, assault, and other criminal charges. He surrendered to authorities on February 11 where he was arraigned on the charges.

If found guilty Liang could face 15 in the iron college.

Me and S. Baldwin will look keep you informed about this situation.

We send our condolences to the family of Akai Gurley.
