Rumor has it that Beyonce is going to release another album. Will Target ban it again?

Rumors are spreading around that the Queen of Pop is working a release date in November and it may force an ally to push her album back.
Nicki Minaj is the number one female rapper right now. The Pinkprint which is suppose to released in November but apparently its getting pushed back.
