Would You Want This To Happen To Your Child?

A substitute teacher was fired for slamming a student.

A substitute teacher was fired out the cannon after he was caught on video body slamming a student on the ground in a dispute over Valentine's Day candy.

At Western Guilford Middle School, student Jose Escudero was served with a helping of knuckle style chili by Paul A. Stennett. County school presser Tina Firesheets said that action was unacceptable and the substitute teacher was fired out the cannon.

The boy was suspended for seven days. His family has filed a lawsuit against the former and the school district for the encounter.

The altercation started when the teacher took a box of chocolates from Escudero. He put them in the sink.

When the teen tried to retrieve the candy, he was grabbed and served a helping of knuckle style chili. It knocked the wind out of him.

Now the law is looking into the matter.

This happened in Guilford County, North Carolina. The city of Greensboro is the county seat.
