Ohio Man Killed In Federal Raid Stirs Accusations!

Jermaine Coleman, Jr. was killed by federal authorities. The family of the deceased demand the U.S. Justice Department investigate the conduct of the FBI and Montgomery County, Ohio sheriff.

In Dayton, Ohio, a young father died in a hail of gunfire. You may ask what type of gunfire did this young man die by?

Of course, some in the conservative/White supremacist bubble think it's a Black-on-Black crime.

No bigots, the death of this young man wasn't caused by a criminal.

It was by those in the law enforcement. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is doing an internal investigation into a shooting that lead to the death of one of the individuals shot in a federal raid at a drive-through in Dayton.

The FBI had undercover agents and this investigation is classified. But two other individuals are being charged in federal court on charges of trafficking heroin.

Again, since trafficking heroin is classified as a violent crime, the other individual who survived his wounds and the one who wasn't shot are going to be charged with a federal crime. They could go to the federal pen. The iron college doesn't spare these individuals. They will be forced to serve the sentence regardless of the charge.

Once the FBI is cleared of wrongdoing, the two may be charged with involuntary manslaughter. Even though they didn't shoot at a federal agent, they're actions triggered gunfire.

The Dayton Daily News reports the 20-year-old Dayton man, the father of a 3-year-old girl, died Thursday after a shooting involving FBI agents conducting a drug investigation at a beverage store near the Dayton Mall.

Jermaine C. Coleman Jr., 20, of Dayton died at Kettering Medical Center at 3:30 p.m., according to the Montgomery Warren County Coroner’s Office.

Coleman was fatally shot and two other Dayton men, Tyler Christian, 26, and Tobe McLarty, 26, were taken into custody following a shootout reported at 3:09 p.m. Thursday at Beverage Palace, 8980 Kingsride Dr., according to a Miami Twp. police report.

The incident comes on the heels of recent arrests as part of a heroin trafficking investigation in the Dayton Mall area.

On Friday, Christian and McLarty, who was wounded in the incident, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Sharon Ovington in federal court in Dayton on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin and assault on a federal officer.

Christian also is charged with one count of making a false statement to a law enforcement officer. Ovington ordered each man held without bond until a detention hearing on April 10.

A group of FBI agents gathered about 10:30 a.m. Friday outside the store at 8980 Kingsridge. They appeared to be gathering evidence and taking measurements using laser equipment. They declined to comment.

Witnesses on Thursday said they saw about 10 police vehicles heading toward the store shortly before the shooting.

“The next thing you heard was, ‘FBI get down!’ Then I heard four shots. Boom boom boom boom! And that was it,” Rachel Sorise said.

Family members said Coleman is survived by a daughter, Zyonn Coleman, 3, of Dayton. He was described as a graduate of the Arise Academy who played football at Northridge High School and worked in lawn care.

Pinson said Coleman and his daughter lived with her on Iriquois Avenue in Dayton.

“He was a magnificent child,” Pinson said, as family and friends gathered at the home of Coleman’s grandmother’s home on Burleigh Avenue in West Dayton.

Coleman’s family and friends complained about learning Friday of his death.

“Something is not right with this,” Coleman’s mother, Demecca Pinson said.

Pinson said she didn’t learn of her son’s death until he called the coroner’s office Friday. There was no mention of a fatal shooting in the FBI statement or police report.

“Three subjects were taken into custody. Two of these subjects were transported by medics and fire personnel to a nearby medical facility after sustaining gunshot wounds,” according to the FBI statement issued at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Coleman was serving probation ordered in 2010 in two cases in Montgomery County for carrying a concealed weapon, assault and aggravated menacing, according to court records.

On Friday, an FBI spokesman referred questions to the local police department, Montgomery Sheriff’s Office and county coroner. Miami Twp. police was referring questions back to the federal agency.

A coroner’s office spokesman declined to comment on Coleman’s cause of death, pending an autopsy.

“By protocol, an independent review team from FBI Headquarters will conduct an investigation. Miami Township Police and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will also be investigating this incident which occurred in their jurisdictions,” according to Thursday’s statement.’

Montgomery Sheriff’s Office officials said they were not investigating the incident.

But every time Future comes out with a new song, the featured guest causes controversy for him. Last month, Lil' Wayne attracted a bit of controversy by saying on the Karate Chop Remix that he'll "beat that p***y up like Emmett Till". Civil Rights groups demanded that Epic Records pull the verse off the radio.

They've succeeding in getting the verse off the song. Lil' Wayne's representatives had no comment about the issue.

Nowadays, you're hearing Future, Lil' Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, and Rick Ross, get frequent radio spins on the hip-hop stations. Most pop stations are saturated with their songs and features.

Well some women's groups and the conservative/White supremacist bubble are disturbed by this lyric. Some are demanding that Reebok drop the rapper from the sponsorship.

Rick Ross had went to Twitter tweeting, "I dont condone rape. Apologies for the lyric interpreted as rape."

The apology wasn't heartfelt and it begging itself for even more agitating from the junk food media.

Even veteran rappers said on print that Rick Ross and Lil' Wayne have taken their verses a little too far.

Still, the criticism of Ross has continued to mount, with many underwhelmed by his apology. Rapper Talib Kweli called Ross "a misguided 40-year person" during a segment on HuffPo Live, adding: "Rick Ross condoned rape in that song and he shouldn't, and he should apologize, and the apology that he offered was unacceptable."

Kweli also took Ross to task on Twitter, writing: "Its clear from Ross apology that he doesn't understand u don't need to say 'rape' to condone rape . . . Ross needs love and education on this issue. He has a platform that can be used for good, especially if he takes responsibility here."

The controversy has also begun to affect Ross' endorsement deals. Reuters reports that the women's rights group UltraViolet planned to protest outside a Reebok store in Manhattan today, bringing petitions with more than 71,000 signatures demanding the company cut their ties with the rapper. The group's co-founder Nita Chaudhary said Ross "is pushing the idea that if you don't use the word 'rape' it doesn't count. We are fed up and disgusted with Reebok."

Rappers who continue to hold on this mentality of sexism, commercialism, homophobia, and embracing crime and the gun culture are getting hurt in their record sales. The Game learned that lesson after picking a fight with 50 Cent and the conservative turd flipper.

Rape is a Class 1 Felony in most states. It carries a punishment that could land you in the iron college for life.

Seeing they've celebrated five years of marriage, the couple goes to Cuba to celebrate with paparazzi in toe.

The couple had to wear bulletproof vest due to the security restrictions and the Cuba's customs on celebrity travels. The couple usually carries a high volume of security members.

But since when is it not allowed to travel to Cuba?

Didn't the president sign an executive order lifting travel restrictions to Cuba?

Anyway, two Florida Republican lawmakers want to have the U.S. State Department look into the matter!

Florida Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart have written a letter to Adam Szubin, director of the United States’ Office of Foreign Assets Control, seeking information on the type of licence the pair of stars received for their travel to Cuba. The Caribbean Journal reports the two representatives were totally pissed and are demanding an investigation into the matter.

The letter wrote by the two included here:

Dear Director Szubin:

We write to express concern and to request information regarding the highly publicized trip by U.S. musicians Beyoncé Knowles-Carter (Beyoncé) and Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) to Cuba. We would like to respectfully request, within all applicable rules and guidelines, information regarding the type of license that Beyoncé and Jay-Z received, for what purpose, and who approved such travel.

As you know, U.S. law expressly prohibits the licensing of financial transactions for “tourist activities” in Cuba (Section 910(b)(1) of the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act). If these individuals were given people-to-people licenses, we would like to bring to your attention the Cuba Travel Advisory issued by OFAC on July 25, 2011 which states, “OFAC only licenses People-to-People Groups that certify that all participants will have a full-time schedule of educational exchange activities that will result in meaningful interaction between the travelers and individuals in Cuba.” These restrictions are in place because the Cuban dictatorship is one of four U.S.-designated state sponsors of terrorism with one of the world’s most egregious human rights records. Cuba’s tourism industry is wholly state-controlled; therefore, U.S. dollars spent on Cuban tourism directly fund the machinery of oppression that brutally represses the Cuban people.

Despite the clear prohibition against tourism in Cuba, numerous press reports described the couple’s trip as tourism, and the Castro regime touted it as such in its propaganda. We represent a community of many who have been deeply and personally harmed by the Castro regime’s atrocities, including former political prisoners and the families of murdered innocents. The restrictions on tourism travel are common-sense measures meant to prevent U.S. dollars from supporting a murderous regime that opposes U.S. security interests at every turn and which ruthlessly suppresses the most basic liberties of speech, assembly, and belief. We support the Cuban people by refusing to sustain their jailers.

Thank you very much for your assistance in this important matter and look forward to your response.

US citizens are permitted to travel to Cuba only under certain licences, such as people-to-people travel or educational endeavors.

I'm coming to the conclusion that conservatives are worthless and their fussing and screaming amounts to little or no action from the progressives. It's time to hit them where it hurts. We need to get more active in politics to stop the Republicans and their allies in the conservative movement. They're still stuck on Reagan and the 20th Century. If you're a progressive/liberal, you want progress to move forward.

There's no need to hide from the hate mongering of those who spent their lives trying to divide us! Democrats were warned by their rich liberal allies that if they don't support gay marriage, immigration reform and allow cuts to domestic programs, they'll suffer at the ballot box.

Georgia School Continues Segregated Prom!

Teens demand their prom be integrated.

In the age of President Barack Obama, we still have individuals still living in the bubble. The conservative/white supremacist bubble is a 24/7 operation. From the likes of those people over at Loserville, to the guy who throws shit on the wall, the president's political foes are unhinged.

In most of the Southern states, some individuals still relish in the 20th Century with this notion that if we can separate the two, there's no problems.

In the state of Georgia, there is a high school in the rural Wilcox County still prone to having this segregated mentality. The Washington Post and WSAV, a NBC affiliate out of Savannah reports that Wilcox County High School in Georgia have long held segregated proms — one for blacks and one for whites. This year a group of black and white teens who have been friends for years are fighting for a fully integrated prom. But it hasn’t been easy.

Proms are memorable.

Traditionally students at Wilcox County High School have held two segregated proms, though they are not funded by or held at the school. This year, when the teens asked the Board of Education for one fully integrated prom, the board applauded the idea, but said it couldn’t stop segregated proms because the events are sponsored by parents and students.

The teenagers said that nobody but a white student would dare attend the white-only prom, and noted that last year, a biracial student showed up and was turned away — by police officers.

Prom is not the only segregated event at the school, WSAV reported. There are also segregated dances at Homecoming. This year for the first time at the school an integrated Homecoming court was named, but Quanesha Wallace, a black teen who is one of the students pushing for a fully integrated prom, said she was voted queen of the court but was not invited to the white dance.

The friends say they are running into resistance to change; posters they have put up for a fully integrated prom have been ripped down.

“We’re embarrassed,” several of the girls said at the same time in this video about the prom.

The group has been friends since the 4th grade and they say they do everything together, except prom night.

"We are all friends," said Stephanie. "That's just kind of not right that we can't go to prom together."

Stephanie and Keela are white and Mareshia and Quanesha are black. They're seniors at Wilcox County High School, a school that has never held an integrated prom during its existence.

"There's a white prom and there's an integrated prom," said Keela.


The rule is strictly enforced, any race other than Caucasian wouldn't dare to attend the white prom.

"They would probably have the police come out there and escort them off the premises," said Keela.

That was the case just last year as a biracial student was turned away by police. It's been that way for as long as anyone can remember and it doesn't stop at prom. Homecoming is also segregated. Normally, there would be a court for each race, but for the first time the school decided to elect only one homecoming court, Quanesha won. But there were still two separate dances.

"I felt like there had to be a change," said Quanesha. "For me to be a black person and the king to be a white person, I felt like why can't we come together."

Quanesha wasn't invited to the white homecoming. In fact, the pair took separate pictures for the school yearbook.

"When people around here are set in their ways, they are not to adamant to change," said Marishia.

So the girls are taking matters into their own hands.

"If we don't change it nobody else will," said Keela.

They're part of a group of students organizing a prom for everyone to attend, called the "Integrated Prom", but everyone is not fond of the idea.

"I put up posters for the "Integrated Prom" and we've had people ripping them down at the school," said Keela.

The group says they will continue to make progress even though there doesn't seem to be much motivation to change.

"We need to stick with the tradition," Quanesha said mockingly. "This is a traditional thing we don't need to change and stuff like that, but why? No one can answer my question.

"Exactly," responded Keela. "They think nothing's broken so don't fix it."

There will still be two proms this year. Neither proms are financed by or allowed to take place at Wilcox County High School. The students said that when they pushed for one prom, the school offered a resolution to permit an integrated prom that would allow all students to attend but not stop segregated proms.

The group also has a Facebook page named "Integrated Prom" to gain support and are also hosting several fund-raising events to pay for the prom.

Unemployment numbers are out. Before the sequester, the unemployment number was 7.7%.

Sound the alarms over there in the conservative media circus, the numbers are now at 7.6% with hiring numbers at 88,000 new jobs being added.

When Congress allowed the sequester to go through it put a major dent in hiring. Many government workers are getting either the pink slip or the furlough days. The Republicans got what they wanted, spending cuts.

They think it's the president's fault for the rest of their proposals. They wanted to cut domestic programs.

When the 2011 debacle over the debt ceiling advocated for Congress to create a bipartisan group to look into smart budgeting, the Republicans refuse to budge on tax increases. That lead to the sequester trigger.

Many members of Congress didn't think it was going to happen. The 112th Congress was the most ineffective legislative body in 80 years. The Republicans have the House of Representatives and the Democrats have the Senate.

Republicans passed a budget. The budget sponsored by Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin, former Republican vice presidential nominee) was controversial. The proposals were to create massive cuts to safety nets while preserving defense spending.

The Democrats in the House had proposals that advocated for tax increases on the wealthy. That budget didn't get a hearing.

The U.S. Senate had waited four years to pass a budget. The reasons why exist only in the constant filibustering of proposals being sponsored by the Democrats and the president. Republicans didn't want to support tax increases and the closing of tax havens.

President Barack Obama trounce the perennial loser Mitt Romney by labeling Republicans as out of touch and too extreme. That paid off.

Record low job approvals for all members of the leadership. The Republican leaders and Democratic leaders are still stubborn as ever. Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio, House Speaker), Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada, Majority Leader), Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky, Minority Leader), Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California, Minority Leader).

The president kept harping to the American public that the sequester will hurt the economy and stifle the government. The message was lost in the junk food media. They were talking about the president's vacations with Tiger Woods and First Lady Michelle Obama taking her daughters on vacation.

The president, members of his cabinet and some Democratic senators volunteered to take a paycut to their salaries. Even that move won't satisfy the junk food media. I hope the American people vote the Republicans out of the Congress.

The Tea Party flopped and the American people are suffering because of these radically conservative extremists.

Even the president's liberal allies are upset that the demands of cutting social security and domestic programs such as the Pell grant are on President Barack Obama's agenda.

The Associated Press reports that U.S. employers added just 88,000 jobs in March, the fewest in nine months and a sharp retreat after a period of strong hiring. The slowdown is a reminder that the job market's path back to full health will be uneven.

The Labor Department said Friday that the unemployment rate dipped to 7.6 percent from 7.7 percent. While that is the lowest in four years, the rate fell only because more people stopped looking for work. The government counts people as unemployed only if they are actively looking for a job.

The weakness in March may signal that some companies were worried last month about steep government spending cuts that began on March 1.

March's job gains were half the pace of the previous six months, when the economy added an average of 196,000 jobs a month. The drop raises fears that the economy could slow after a showing signs of strengthening over the winter.

Obama assessed the beauty of California’s attorney general Kamala Harris, calling her “the best looking attorney general,” during remarks at a fundraiser in Atherton, California.

The junk food media continues to be shunned by the president. The conservatives seriously believe the media is in the tank for the president. As of recently, the media tuned in to see Kerry Washington's show Scandal.

They're hiding in the bushes looking for the slip of the tongue by the president, First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. Whatever they say, it's certainly going to raise the conservative/white supremacist bubble.

The Washington Post reports that Obama diverged from his prepared remarks to praise the looks of the state attorney general, Kamala Harris.

“She’s brilliant and she’s dedicated, she’s tough,” he said. “She also happens to be, by far, the best looking attorney general.”

“It’s true! C’mon,” he added, to laughter from the crowd.

Obama is in California raising money for the 2014 election cycle. This event raising funds for the Democratic National Committee was a garden party at the home of Levi Strauss-heir John Goldman.

Harris is seen as a potential gubernatorial candidate, although her speech at last summer’s Democratic National Convention did not generate much buzz. SCOTUSBlog has named her as a potential Supreme Court justice, while acknowledging that electoral timing might make her an unlikely pick. The daughter of an Indian mother and a Jamaican-American father, she has been described as “the female Barack Obama.”

Got a new gripe about the president, head over to Fox News and watch "That Guy Who Helped Barack Obama Win" and the Turd Flipper go into this horrible rant about the president hosting an event at White House.

Queen Latifah, Justin Timberlake, Al Green, and Cyndi Lauper are going to be featured on a PBS program that pays tribute to Memphis soul.

Of course, that guy was whining on radio and television about the event and how the American people are locked out of the White House. Ignoring the protocols by the United States Secret Service, that guy claims that the president would rather party while the American people suffer.

The turd flipper had the nerve to call the president and Vice President Joe Biden, the "party animals in chief".

Last week, it was the Breitbart people trying to dig themselves out the hole. They were reporting on Malia and Sasha's spring break in the Bahamas. The conservative media broke tradition by going into the business of the president's children.

Nothing could satisfy the Republicans. Not even the smooth soul of Al Green. 

But since they had no respect for the president, it's expected.

Seriously, are we really worried about the president's vacations and guest at the White House?

Anyways, we're counting the days before we hear the official announcement that Rachel Maddow surpass that guy in ratings. I predict it's going to be in late 2013.

The president, some in his cabinet and a few Democratic senators volunteered to cut a portion of their pay.

Of course, that will not satisfy that guy or the turd flipper.

Also, that guy defended the Rutgers University basketball coach who yelled at his team with hateful rhetoric.
