23: Them Days Growing Up, I Couldn't Stand White Folks!

Growing up in North Carolina when he was young, Michael Jordan was pretty upset over how his family was treated during them days of Jim Crow.

The Donald Sterling controversy is slowing calming down. The LA Clippers have advance to the finals. They ended the Golden State Warriors chances last week. Now they're taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder to advance.

The team has been in the news as of recently. Donald Sterling is their owner. The owner was on the phone with his mistress and I guess she recorded him making a racist tirade against Blacks. The NBA laid the hammer on Sterling. They banned him from every NBA game for life.

This is has pleased a majority of the fans and players of the sport. They believe that there's no place for racism, homophobia and religious discrimination in the NBA.

Legends had spoken out about the controversy. Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Charles Barkley and even Air Jordan (aka 23 or His Airness) had spoken out.

The legendary NBA star is in a featured biography about his life growing up in North Carolina.

One reveling part of his autobiography was the apparent dislike of White people.

"Michael Jordan: The Life," a new biography about the six-time NBA champion by sportswriter Roland Lazenby that hit shelves this week.

NBC News reports that Jordan told Lazenby that he was suspended from school in 1977 after throwing a soda at a girl who called him the N-word.

"So I threw a soda at her," Jordan's quoted as saying. "I was really rebelling. I considered myself a racist at the time. Basically, I was against all white people."

Lazenby told Sports Illustrated that it appeared that the root of Jordan's animosity came from growing up in an area of North Carolina where the Ku Klux Klan once had a large presence.

"I've been to North Carolina hundreds of times and enjoy it tremendously, but North Carolina was a state that had more Klan members than the rest of the Southern states combined," the author said. "As I started looking at newspapers back in this era when I was putting together [Michael's great-grandfather] Dawson Jordan's life, the Klan was like a chamber of commerce. It bought the uniforms for ball teams, it put Bibles in all the schools. It may well have ended up being a chamber of commerce if not for all the violence it was perpetrating, too. A lot of the context just wasn't possible to put it in a basketball book. A lot of it ended up being cut."

Jordan's story is "an economic story," Lazenby continued. "It's a black power story. It doesn't come from politics or protests, it comes right off the Coastal Plain of North Carolina and out of the African-American experience."

"As a former player, I'm completely outraged," the NBA Hall of Famer said. "There is no room in the NBA--or anywhere else--for the kind of racism and hatred that Mr. Sterling allegedly expressed. I am appalled that this type of ignorance still exists within our country and at the highest levels of our sport. In a league where the majority of players are African-American, we cannot and must not tolerate discrimination at any level."

Michael Jordan, the retired six time NBA champ recently got remarried to Yvette Prieto, a model and actress. He divorced his longtime wife Juanita, the mother of his children in 2007.

Michael Jordan is the father of three from Juanita and two from Yvette.

He is the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats Hornets.

Brooklyn Man Cruelly Kicks A Cat 20 Feet! [NSFW]

With a cigarette in his hand, this stupid ass young man kicks this cat about 20 feet.

As you know the racist right loves these stories of Black ignorance. It's quite unique that I've ignored this until I watched Inside Edition. I heard about this on that conservative asshole's right wing carnival this afternoon.

I thought That Guy Who Helped Obama Win was going to do something about one his folks doing something cruel to animals. Of course after his nonstop bashing of President Barack Obama over Benghazi, and then of course his bashing of Hillary Clinton and ex-president Bill Clinton over Monica Lewinsky coming back into the spotlight, I didn't think he was doing one of his trademark "Black stories".

I thought this stuff was in the suburbs. I guess in the heart of Bed-Stuy (Bedford-Stuyvesant) some dumb ass would intentionally kick a feline about 20 feet. A friend would film this stuff.

Andrew Robinson is taken to the lockup after he lured a cat with portions of food. Next thing you know, his Nike's launched the cat into the bushes. After the cat landed the young man and his friends busted out laughing and even making this hit the social webs.

Robinson is expect to face charges for animal cruelty. He will get death threats from the mentally insane.

He will agitate the already dangerous racial extremists who believe he may eventually come after their White women.

I guess he didn't think that would make the viewers pissed off. An animal lover would watch this, find out the name of the filmmaker. The filmmaker got a visit from the cops and he pointed the finger at the 21 year old turd.

Now of course, if this stuff makes it to the racist right, expect them to claim this heartless asshole is one of "OBAMA'S SONS".

Clerical Error Puts A Man In The Iron College!

Cornealious Michael Anderson (known as Michael) caught a case but wasn't sent up the creek. So instead of committing more crimes, he apologizes to the victims and rehabilitates himself. He starts a family and gotten married. About that time, Missouri state prosecutors wanted to put him in the iron college.

[Cornealious] Michael Anderson III was freed this week after spending nine months in the iron college. He was to serve 13 years in the iron college for a crime he's committed years ago, but never was sentenced.

While awaiting his sentence, he actually never got the word to appear. So for about a decade, he made amends, gotten married and do community service. Here's the kicker, he used his name and never left the city where he resided.

It is unclear why he was not arrested and imprisoned to serve his 13-year sentence, but, apparently due to clerical errors and miscommunication, the Missouri Lockup thought he was already in the iron college. The error was only discovered when he was scheduled to be released from the iron college in 2013.

On July 25, 2013 he was arrested and required to serve his 13-year sentence.

Michael raised four children and lived in St. Joseph. Always aware that the law may take him away because of a crime he done when he was younger.

Wikipedia explains that Anderson and a companion robbed a Burger King manager at gunpoint of approximately $2,000 while he was attempting to deposit the money in a night deposit box at a bank. A witness observed Anderson and his companion leaving in a car and reported the license plate number to the police. When the police ran the number, they found that it was registered to 22-year old [Cornealious] Michael Anderson. The next day, St. Charles police found Anderson's car in a parking lot about a mile from the bank, but they did not catch him until two months later, when he was found hiding in his girlfriend's apartment.

In March 2000, Anderson's jury trial for armed robbery began. Although police never recovered a weapon, they searched Anderson's apartment and found an advertisement brochure for Beretta semiautomatic pistols.

The St. Charles prosecutor in the case used the brochure to argue that although no weapon was found, Anderson owned a gun.

The jury returned a verdict of guilty and Anderson was sentenced to a total of 13 years to the iron college.

Anderson was released from the iron college with credit for time served, making him a free man with no need for parole. The presiding judge, Judge Terry Lynn, had this to say:

You've been a good father. You've been a good husband. You've been a good taxpaying citizen of the state of Missouri. "That leads me to believe that you are a good man and a changed man.

Attorney General Chris Koster, who had suggested this appeal to Anderson's attorney, released a statement after judge Lynn's ruling:

From the outset, I have proposed a solution that balances the seriousness of Mr. Anderson's crime with the mistake made by the criminal justice system and Mr. Anderson's lack of a criminal record over the past 13 years. Today's outcome appears to appropriately balance the facts as we understand them.

The victim didn't think he should have been released. The victim of the robbery, Dennis (first name only), contacted the Riverfront Times and asked them to talk to him about how much the robbery damaged his life.

He told the Riverfront Times that the robbery made him paranoid that the robbers would come after him. He quit his job, isolated himself, and his marriage eventually broke up.

At about the same time, his daughter had also read the story in a high school class without knowing Dennis was the victim. She came home and told Dennis about the case and then asked him for his opinion about it.

The Riverfront Times reported that he told his daughter that Anderson should be let go.

Despite the racist right attacks, Michael has overcame incredible odds.

Nigeria To Global Powers: Save Our Young Girls!

Nigerian authorities and the Western authorities are trying to find missing schoolgirls kidnapped by extremists.

The United States intelligence is working with Nigerian authorities to rescue schoolgirls who were kidnapped by the Boko Haram militants. This militant far right group are lslamic extremists. They're threatening to sell the young women into sex slavery (forced marriages).

276 female students were kidnapped from the Government Secondary School in the town of Chibok in Borno State, Nigeria. The kidnappings were claimed by Boko Haram, an Islamic Jihadist and Takfiri terrorist organisation based in northeast Nigeria.

The Government Girls Secondary School in Chibok, Nigeria. They broke into the school, shooting the guards.

A large number of students were taken away in trucks, possibly into the Sambisa Forest. Houses in Chibok were also burnt down in the incident.

The school had been closed for four weeks prior to the attack due to the deteriorating security situation, but students from multiple schools had been called in to take final exams in physics.

Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau claimed responsibility for the kidnappings emerged. On the video, he claimed "God instructed me to sell them ... I will carry out his instructions."

He said the girls should not have been in the school and instead have gotten married. It was unclear if the video was made before or after reports emerged that some of the victims had been sold.

What a heartless bastard. I hope the Nigerian government get a hold of those responsible. I hope that justice is swift and quick.

Nigeria's president Goodluck Jonathan popularity is waning after this event. Many families are frustrated with the lack of response from law enforcement.

Interpol, the FBI, the CIA and British intelligence are working diligently to save the women from death.

We Will Survive The Challenges Ahead!

Ohio Republican governor John Kasich cheers on the Cleveland kidnapping survivors, Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight (now Lily Rose Lee).

Michelle Knight, Gina DeJesus and Amanda Berry had overcome the odds.

A year ago in Cleveland on a quiet street, the yells of a young woman. Local neighbors were startled by a young woman and her child pleading for them to call the police. The young woman would tell the tales of being held captive in the house and tells the world that she's Amanda Berry.

Amanda Berry was kidnapped in 2003. She was leaving her job at Burger King when out of nowhere she would disappear. Her disappearance sparked national coverage.

She would tell the neighbors that two other women were in the home of this crazy man named Ariel Castro.

The other women were Michelle Knight, a young mother who ran away and Gina DeJesus, then a teenager who was walking home from school and was abducted in 2004.

Three women were held captive in a Cleveland area home. They spent nearly a decade in an old Seymour Avenue home being enslaved by Castro.

Castro, a former school bus driver and local musician held these women against their will. He would torture them, rape them and cause them miscarriages.

Castro would rape Amanda and father a child by her. He would beat Gina and Michelle when they couldn't bore his children. They would sit in a separate room in a well secured home.

Castro was a divorced father of four. He divorced his wife after he abused her. According to the law, Castro would have a sexual fetish. The man would troll the stroll for hookers and occasionally meet women on social networks. Castro feared rejection.

Castro groomed a distraught Michelle after she lost custody of her son. She would be the first victim of the horrors.

On May 6, Castro and his brothers would leave to take care of an errand. Amanda would find a portion of his home that had a broken door. She would use that broken door to escape.

Cleveland Police, the FBI and Cuyahoga County Sheriff would gather around the Seymour Avenue home grabbing evidence and reveal to the junk food media about this home being a "place of horrors".

Deep inside Castro's home was hidden rooms. Those hidden rooms and his basement were padlocked.

Castro's four grown children would be advised not to stroll around his home too much. He would regularly attend church, have relationships with women and troll for hookers. When he was done, he would go back home and have his three.

Castro's arrest ended the horror. When interviewed by the law, he would tell them that he "let his guard down" and he was thankful for allowing the law to catch him. When he was to go to trial, he wanted to plea not guilty knowing that if he was found guilty he would be given the gas chamber. So he copped a plea. That plea meant for him to give up his home, his assets would go to the victims, he would have no contact with his family or the victims, and he would spend the rest of his life in the iron college with no parole.

He took the deal. And off he goes to Orient Lockup. After a few months in the iron college, Castro would hang himself. The law knew he was suicidal, but somehow two correction guards got the pinkslip after Castro put the blankets around a bar and let his neck slide between them.

As a year passes by, I've read that the three women were award a victim's compensation and are trying to adjust to their lives.

They still live in the Cleveland area. Michelle Knight, 33 year old has distanced herself from the events. She no longer talks to Amanda Berry or Gina DeJesus. She would change her name to Lily Rose Lee, got tattooed and pierced. She reunited with her family and her son. She is attending a cooking school.

Gina DeJesus, 24 and Amanda Berry, 27 are going to be Washington, DC this week to meet with the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. They will accept an award for their bravery and speak to national speakers including Elizabeth Smart, a survivor of a kidnapping in the 1990s.

Amanda and Michelle are mothers of children.

Target Fires CEO!

After today, the Target store in Trotwood, Ohio will officially close.

It's ironic that I happened to travel through the ghost town today. The local Target store today was boarding up its doors and it was taking down its sign. People were still inside shopping and some were exiting.

Target announced in December that they were closing up the store. Many residents were furious that the last national retail/grocer store is bailing out on the city.

That "ghost town" is Trotwood, Ohio, an inner suburb of Dayton has a terrible legacy. The city annexed most of the rural Madison Township in 1997 and became a city. When that occurred, the Ohio State Route 49 realigned from the formerly busy Salem Avenue to the outskirts of west Dayton.

Trotwood had a whole lot of anchor stores and businesses around the Salem Mall. Then all of sudden, the anchor stores to the mall close up shop and gradually it lead to the downfall of the once thriving community.

Now Trotwood and Middletown, Ohio are some of the cities scheduled to lose Target stores.

After desperate pleas from residents and city leaders, the megastore is closing up shop at least in these communities. They claim that sales at the Target stores were low and the best thing for the company to do is close up shop. Of course you can visit Huber Heights, Sugarcreek Township, Miami Township, Beavercreek and Springfield's locations. If you have to travel by bus, I guess it's an hour and half ride.

For a drive it's about 35 -60 minutes to each location respectively. Losing Target signals that most of the companies in the area are looking to drop Dayton for investments.

This is a major restructuring for the company. Last year the company suffered some negative publicity after it was revealed that hackers got into the company's website and stole credit card information from shoppers.

Target was investigating a major data breach "potentially involving millions of customer credit and debit card records." The report quickly spread across news channels. On December 19, Target confirmed the incident via a press release, revealing that the hack took place between November 27 and December 15, 2013.

Target warned that up to 40 million consumer credit and debit cards may have been compromised. Hackers gained access to customer names, card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV security codes of the cards issued by financial institutions. On December 27 Target disclosed that debit card PIN data had also been stolen, albeit in encrypted form, reversing an earlier stance that PIN data was not part of the breach. Target noted that the accessed PIN numbers were encrypted using Triple DES and has stated the PINs remain "safe and secure" due to the encryption.

On January 10, 2014, Target disclosed that the names, mailing addresses, phone numbers or email addresses of up to 70 million additional people had also been stolen, bringing the possible number of customers affected up to 110 million.

Now all of sudden, the company is planning on releasing its CEO/president Gregg Steinhafel.

He has been the company's president since 1999, and has been with the company since 1979.

He became Chief Executive Officer in 2008.

He resigned on May 5th, 2014 due to the fallout from a massive consumer data breach in December 2013.

He will take a severance package $55 million on his way out.

Target's public stock took a nosedive after the announcement came forth.

Benghazi: The Never Ending Story!

South Carolina politico Trey Gowdy (R-SC) will be the lead in the investigation of Benghazi.

When the Republicans are talking about jobs, they're actually meaning "save" their jobs!

Vance McAllister, Michael Grimm, and Trey Radel are under fire. These Republicans done so much damage to the party. But these issues will be ignored for the most ridiculous issues in America.

For example, did you know it cost millions of dollars for an investigation?

This unprecedented amount of money being wasted on a tragedy that occurred nearly two years ago merits a response. The reason for this response is the constant theatrics created by those Republicans in the House.

They know there's no more evidence in this case. But since the Tea Party (far right/racist right) is obsessed with this nonsense, they'll be more committees and witch hunts against President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

House Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) proposed a committee chair for this investigation into Benghazi. He appointed the far right politico Trey Gowdy (R-SC) as the chair.

Okay on September 11, 2012, the Middle East was upset over an American video that surfaced on the social networks depicting the Prophet Mohammad in a negative light.

The Innocence of Muslims was an anti-Islamic movie and it caused demonstrations and violent protests against the video to break out on September 11 in Egypt and spread to other Arab and Muslim nations and to some western countries. The protests have led to hundreds of injuries and over 50 deaths

"The trailer opens with scenes of Egyptian security forces standing idle as Muslims pillage and burn the homes of Egyptian Christians. Then it cuts to cartoonish scenes depicting the Prophet Muhammad as a child of uncertain parentage, a buffoon, a womanizer, a homosexual, a child molester and a greedy, bloodthirsty thug."

Obtained by Wikipedia, the situation turned into a deadly even in Libya. The attack in Benghazi, Libya, started when heavily armed attackers killed the U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans on September 11.

President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and members of his administration were at Andrews Air Force Base to pay their respects to the four Americans who were killed in Libya. Then secretary of state Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, then UN Ambassador now National Security Adviser were in attendance.

Some U.S. officials, speaking under anonymity, said that they believed the Benghazi attack was coordinated and planned in advance, and not prompted by the film.

Al-Qaeda has indicated responsibility and said it was in revenge for a U.S. drone strike which killed Libyan Abu Yahya al-Libi, an al-Qaeda leader.

The role of the video in motivating the attack quickly became an ongoing dispute in the American political arena. Numerous eyewitnesses reported that the attackers said they were motivated by the video.

The Benghazi investigation is on. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

Though Libyan officials initially stated that hundreds of protesters had been present before the attack, later investigations by the U.S. government concluded that no protest took place prior to the attack.

These investigations indicate that the notion of Benghazi protests originated from within the intelligence community and the Central Intelligence Agency due to the concurrent worldwide violence and protests resulting from the film Innocence of Muslims.

Subsequent investigations by the U.S. State Department; by the House of Representatives committees on Armed Services, Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, the Judiciary, and Oversight and Government Reform; and by the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence determined that there was no protest and that the attack was a planned terrorist attack launched by Islamist militants. These investigations indicate that the notion of Benghazi protests originated from within the intelligence community and the Central Intelligence Agency due to the concurrent worldwide violence and protests resulting from the film Innocence of Muslims.

I am for one tired of hearing about Benghazi. This event didn't occur in the United States. The CIA screwed up on the talking points. September 11, 2001 was probably way more worse than Benghazi. They are still trying to figure answers to why this event happened on American soil.

Republicans can't seem to let Obamacare, Benghazi and the president is....whatever go!

The Democrats to win the House of Representatives is a long shot. This should be easy. I mean Congress has a record low job approval under the weeper. The weeper knows that his days as leader are numbered.

The potential for a Democratic sweep is unlikely because of those dumbass Republican governors and state lawmakers who gerrymandered districts to make it totally harder for Democrats to pickup seats. You have to be as crazy as a Republican now to win.

Democrats have a plan but no action. They can talk about how Republicans wasted millions by shutting down the government, repealing a law that's been in effect for over four years, blocking minimum wage, blocking equal pay for women, blocking immigration reform, and these stupid committees on nothing and still get ignored by the junk food media.
