Three of the five former Memphis Police officers who killed Tyre Nichols walk.
Divine intervention is a coming. Keep allowing police officers kill unarmed or fleeing suspects. Keep saying that just because the suspect was armed, they had no choice but to fire. Keep saying that a suspect’s past arrests justify a police officer's use of force. Keep saying that we should not rush to judgment.
I told you.... I am not condemning anything.
WHITE PRIVILEGE IS REAL! IT'S "SUIT AND TIE" WHITE SUPREMACY ON TELEVISION, RADIO, THE INTERNET AND AMERICAN POLICY!
FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!
I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.
THERE IS NO GOD!
GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!
FUCK YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!
If the suspect didn't fire on the cop, there is no justified reason to use deadly force.
Call me old fashion, but most states still allow lawful carry regardless of it being used in a crime.
Also, just because a suspect bruised your fragile ego, doesn't give the police the right to rough up suspects. If there were less American cops being trained by the Zionist Israeli regime, we would have less police killings.
Memphis is on edge after a jury found three of the seven former officers not guilty in the aggravated assault, manslaughter and second degree murder of Tyre Nichols. Five officers were the ones who lynched an unarmed motorist after routine traffic stop. The officers were Black and the victim was Black.
They are not out of the woods yet. If the U.S. Justice Department sticks to the charges, these assholes could face some time. We'll see if Attorney General Pam Bondi actually do her fucking job.
Tennessee, a state with an idiot white Zionist Republican governor, two white Zionist idiot U.S. Republican senators, a white Jewish Zionist Democratic U.S. House member representing a majority Black congressional district.
A state that voted 65% for the convicted felon, twice impeached, mentally challenged Zionist moron, President Donald J. Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024.
A state that had a man blow up his RV, a non binary person shoots up a Christian themed school, mass shootings in six of the state's largest cities, the death of Young Dolph, neo Nazis walking in Nashville, Hurricane Helene and numerous encounters with tornadoes, bears and alligators.
Tennessee is one of stupidest states. The other most stupidest states are Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Missouri, Florida, Texas, South Carolina, West Virginia, Georgia and New Mexico.
These five men betrayed their community and sold their souls to the coon gang.
Anyway, if a police officers are shot by people who were wronged by them... blame Trump. He pardoned and commuted the terms of people who violently attacked police on Jan. 6, 2021.
He gave us open season.
White people, Asian people, Zionists and even our Black and Brown kind can openly use racial slurs on us. As long as they don't put their hands on me or my family, I am let them fester in the cesspool. But put their hands on me, they will see divine intervention. Whether I die or they die, I won't condone anything.
Three former Memphis officers were acquitted Wednesday of all state charges, including second-degree murder, in the fatal beating of Tyre Nichols after he ran away from a traffic stop, a death that sparked nationwide protests and prompted renewed calls for police reforms in the U.S.
An out-of-town jury from a majority-white county took about 8 1/2 hours over two days to find Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley and Justin Smith not guilty on all charges after a nine-day trial in state court in Memphis, which is majority-Black. After the jury’s verdict was read, the defendants hugged their lawyers as relatives of the former officers cried. Outside the courtroom, one relative yelled, “Thank you, Jesus!”
This is what they did to him. They lynched him.
Martin Zummach, Smith’s attorney, told The Associated Press by text: “It’s easy to defend a good person. It’s nerve racking to represent an innocent man. “
The three defendants still face the prospect of years in prison after they were convicted of federal charges, though they were acquitted of the most serious charges there, too. Two other former officers previously pleaded guilty in both state and federal court, including Emmitt Martin, who defense attorneys blamed for the majority of the violence.
Bean and Smith are out on bond and under house arrest after their federal convictions. Haley is being held in federal prison.
Nichols, a 29-year-old Black man, fled a traffic stop after he was yanked out of his car, pepper-sprayed and hit with a Taser. Five officers who are also Black caught up with him and punched, kicked and hit him with a police baton, struggling to handcuff Nichols as he called out for his mother just steps from his home. Nichols died Jan. 10, 2023, three days after the beating.
Footage of the beating captured by a police pole camera also showed the officers milling about, talking and laughing as Nichols struggled with his injuries, video that prompted intense scrutiny of police in Memphis.
Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who represents Nichols’ family, issued a statement expressing outrage at the outcome of the trial.
“Today’s verdicts are a devastating miscarriage of justice,” the statement reads. ”The world watched as Tyre Nichols was beaten to death by those sworn to protect and serve.”
They avoid a state term.
Memphis District Attorney Steve Mulroy said he respects the jury but thinks the evidence was there for every charge that prosecutors brought.
“Was I surprised that there wasn’t a single guilty verdict on any of the counts or any of the lesser-included offenses, given the overwhelming evidence that we presented? Yes, I was surprised. Do I have an explanation for it? No.”
He said he spoke to Nichols’ family briefly and, “They were devastated. ... I think they were outraged, and we can understand why they would be outraged, given the evidence.”
Defense attorneys said Martin was responsible for the most violence
Former Memphis officers Desmond Mills Jr. and Martin, who were also involved in the beating, did not stand trial in state court after they agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors. They also pleaded guilty in federal court, where sentencing for all five officers is pending.
At trial, defense attorneys emphasized that Martin kicked and punched Nichols several times in the head.
The defense also seemed to score points with their use-of-force experts, who testified that the three officers on trial acted in compliance with police department policies and widely accepted law enforcement standards. Attorneys for Bean and Smith called character witnesses who testified that the men were good officers who did their job the right way.
Mills testified for the prosecution, saying he regrets his failure to stop the beating, which led to Nichols’ death from blunt force trauma. Nichols suffered tears and bleeding in the brain, Dr. Marco Ross, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy, said in court testimony.
The officers had been charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, official misconduct and official oppression. In addition to beating Nichols, prosecutors also said the officers failed to intervene and failed to tell medical personnel that Nichols had been hit repeatedly in the head.
The defense argued that Nichols was resisting arrest
Mills acknowledged on the stand that he had a duty to intervene, but didn’t. He admitted Nichols never punched or kicked any of the officers.
But Mills also bolstered the defense’s case when he said Nichols was actively resisting arrest and not complying with orders to present his hands to be cuffed. Under cross-examination, he indicated he would not have struck Nichols if Nichols had put his hands behind his back. He also agreed that an officer is not safe until a suspect is handcuffed and searched for a weapon.
All over a traffic stop, a man loses his life.
Zummach noted in closing arguments that credit and debit cards that did not belong to Nichols were found in his car when it was searched after the beating and said it was likely why Nichols ran from the traffic stop. Defense lawyers have argued that the fatal beating would not have taken place if Nichols had just allowed himself to be handcuffed.
“This is Emmitt Martin’s and Tyre Nichols’ doing,” Zummach said.
The jury for the state trial was chosen in Hamilton County, which includes Chattanooga, after Judge James Jones Jr. ordered the case be heard from people outside of Shelby County, which includes Memphis. Defense lawyers for the officers had argued that intense publicity made seating a fair jury difficult.
Prosecutor Paul Hagerman told reporters outside the courtroom that the Chattanooga area was chosen for jury selection after the city was shown in a study to have the least amount of pre-trial publicity among Tennessee’s largest cities.
In December, the U.S. Justice Department said a 17-month investigation showed the Memphis Police Department uses excessive force and discriminates against Black people.
The five officers, the city of Memphis and the police chief are being sued by Nichols’ family for $550 million. A trial has been scheduled for next year.
Trump wants to stroke his senile ego in the Middle East by renaming the Persian Gulf, a large body of water the Arabian Gulf.
While Americans are seeing the prices increase on everyday products, there is chaos in the world.
India has officially launched a series of attacks on Pakistan in the Kashmir region.
Israel has officially declared it will occupy Gaza and force the remaining civilians out.
The Federal Aviation Administration confirms there were a series of incidents involving commercial jets, helicopters and private planes.

Not a damn thing to lower the prices of consumer goods.
Tariffs all across the board has the U.S. seeing price increases. The president dismisses the concerns by saying folks shouldn't be hoarding too many dolls and trading cards.
With the possibility of military strike on Iran, the president is trying to build a crumbling coalition to protect Israel and occupy resources.
Two unnamed U.S. officials told AP on Tuesday that Trump was planning to officially rename the gulf as tensions with Iran continue to grow.
While it has been predominantly referred to as the Persian Gulf since the 16th century, Gulf Arab states – including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates – have sought to remove Persia from the name and commonly refer to it as the Arabian Gulf.
Google in the process of changing it to appease to Trump.
In the United States, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency uses “Persian Gulf” as the “conventional” name for the gulf, but also lists “Arabian Gulf” and “Persian-Arabian Gulf” as variants.
According to AP, “The U.S. military for years has unilaterally referred to the Persian Gulf as the Arabian Gulf in statements and images it releases.”
President Trump controversially renamed the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America following his inauguration in January.
Last month, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt warned Iran there would be “all hell to pay” if they refused to agree to Trump’s demands over the country’s nuclear program.
In March, Trump also warned Iran they would “suffer the consequences, and those consequences will be dire,” if they continued to back the Houthi rebels in Yemen.
While former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has advised Trump against taking military action against Iran, warning that such a move would “set off a war” and “result in thousands of American deaths,” Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) – a staunch supporter of Israel – encouraged Trump to “waste that shit” and “destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities.”
The U.S. is waning in its power. They cannot dictate another country's sovereignty or force an agenda. Iran isn't ending the JCPOA but it will not rely on any deal Trump proposes.

Ohio primary off year brings low turnout. We need to change the narrative to encourage more participation in the electoral process.
If we continue to ignore the polls, Republicans can use this as a way to advance voter restrictions, purging of voters and false claims of election fraud. This is how the Republicans play.
And again, y'all voted for this.
Democratic mayor of Cincinnati and his Republican challenger advances. However, the Republican didn't succeed where he wanted to.
Vice President JD Vance's half-brother Cory Bowman only managed to pull in 12% of the vote while Cincinnati mayor Aftab Pureval maintained a healthy 83% of the vote. Another Republican who ran as an independent Brian Patrick Frank only pulled in 5%.
The city of Cincinnati and state capital Columbus are the only communities in Ohio that are growing.
Cincinnati at its peak had nearly 500,000 in 1950. Now it sits at 314,000. It is an improvement from it's lowest decline of 284,000 in 2010.
The Natty has been seeing gentification and a movement around the Central Business District. The movement to impove the neighborhoods has Aftab's job approval above 50%.
Cincinnati also has done traffic calming measures in neighborhoods where accidents are common.
It added new bicycle lanes and improving infrastructure. They are working to extend the Cincinnati Connector and make a commuter rail service for the east.
Eventually, the possibility of extending Interstate 74 from it's current terminus. But that may take decades if not a porker Republican sticking something.
The groundbreaking for the new Brent Spence Bridge which carries Interstate 75 and Interstate 71 will be this year.
Cincinnati is working on making improvements for Interstate 75 and Interstate 275. The beltway on the east of Interstate 71 has SmartLane travel service that eases congestion around Indian Hill, Montgomery and Sharonville.
The Republicans are going to make the Ryan Hinton and Rodney Hinton, Jr. controversy an issue.
Vice President JD Vance and President Donald J. Trump will eventually come into the Cincinnati mayoral race. Cory Bowman (right) is Vance's half brother.
This month, the Cincinnati Police shot and killed Ryan after an investigation into a stolen Kia vehicle and a pursuit into a neighborhood. The body camera footage shows Hinton jumping out of a dumpster.
Once he jumped out of dumpster, an officer yelled gun and the other officer proceeded in firing on Hinton striking him twice. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Rodney was his father. He saw the body camera footage and snapped. Upon leaving the lawyer's office and the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office, the man came upon Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy Larry Henderson conducting traffic near the University of Cincinnati.
Hinton, Jr. accelerated his vehicle and deliberately hit Henderson pinning him to a tree.
Henderson suffered fatal injuries. Hinton has minor injuries. After the police arrived, the saw Hinton in a cold daze. They arrested him and charged him with aggravated murder. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Aftab offered condolences to Henderson and the family of Ryan Hinton. The Cincinnati Police Chief and Hamilton County Sheriff both offered condolences to the deputy and the suspect shot by police.
Soul snatching. Smokey Robinson faces sexual abuse allegations.
Legendary singer Smokey Robinson is facing allegations of sexual assault.
Looks like SiriusXM might end their partnership with him.
The longtime singer, actor, media personality and producer is being accused of sexual battery, assault and creating a hostile work environment in lawsuit filed by lawyers representing four of his former housekeepers on Tuesday.
The four women -- all of whom are listed as Jane Does -- are accusing the Motown artist of unwanted acts toward them. Robinson's wife, Frances Robinson, is also listed as a defendant in the suit.
"Good Morning America" has reached out to representatives for the couple.
Jane Doe 1 worked for Robinson as a housekeeper at his Chatsworth residence in Los Angeles, California, from January 2023 to February 2024, according to the complaint.
The complaint said that Robinson first sexually assaulted Jane Doe 1 in March 2023 and the assault continued until her "forced resignation in February 2024."
Jane Doe 2 worked as a housekeeper from around May 2014 to February 2020 at Robinson's Chatsworth home, the complaint said, and she is accusing Robinson of "repeated sexual assaults and harassment." She is accusing Frances Robinson for "failing to take the appropriate corrective action to prevent" her husband's "deviant misconduct."
Jane Doe 2 is also accusing Frances Robinson of perpetuating a "hostile work environment," which included screaming at her and "using ethnically pejorative words and language," the suit said.
Jane Doe 3, who worked for Robinson as a housekeeper between February 2012 and April 2024, is also accusing Robinson of sexual harassment, assault and rape, the suit said, while accusing Frances Robinson of perpetuating a "hostile work environment."
Smokey and Frances Robinson got a lawsuit on them.
Jane Doe 4 was not only was a housekeeper for Robinson at his Chatsworth residence from October 2006 to April 2024, but she was also a personal assistant to Frances Robinson, the suit said. She claimed in the complaint that Robinson first sexually assaulted her in 2007 when she accompanied him in his Las Vegas home -- and the unwanted sexual advances continued until she resigned.
According to the suit, all four women were "unwilling to report" Robinson's alleged acts to authorities due to their "fear of losing" their livelihood, while bringing "reprisal, public embarrassment, shame and humiliation" to them and their families.
The women are seeking a sum of no less than $50 million in damages to all causes of action, as well as a jury trial.
At a press conference on Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles, three of the four plaintiffs were present while the fourth appeared remotely.
Attorney John Harris, who is representing the women, detailed the principal causes of action against Robinson and called the singer's alleged acts "despicable and reprehensible misconduct."
"Our four clients have a common thread. They're Hispanic women who are employed as housekeepers by the Robinsons, earning below minimum wage," he said.
"These courageous four women have collectively decided to come forward and share their experiences of being sexually assaulted by Mr. Smokey Robinson and stand up for their rights as well as the rights of other women, particularly those that may be victimized by him in the future," Harris added, calling the lawsuit "the first step of their journey to achieve that."
During the question-and-answer portion of the press conference, attorneys for the Jane Does said that they haven't heard from Robinson and said that he hasn't responded to the complaint or any of the allegations.
Out with the old, in with the old. Dick Durbin retires. Robin Kelly wants in.
Looks like we gonna have to have Chicago Style Pizza.
The old guard.
David Hogg stated that he will organize a group to primary ineffective Democrats and old members. It is time for the Democrats to get their actions together.
Any candidate that supports Israel must be primaried. Any Democrat or Republican candidate that puts Israel ahead of the United States is either a proud Zionist or a warmonger.
The U.S. is declining thanks to President Donald J. Trump and former president Joe Biden. If any candidate continues to embrace these two, they're on my list of targets to defeat.
Trump is purposely divided the country, is currently destroying our economy (again) and complicit in a genocide.
Biden purposely divided the country, has failed to deliver on the economy and is complicit in a genocide.
History will not be kind to George W. Bush, Joe Biden and Donald J. Trump.
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) is the latest member to announce retirement.
The Minority Whip of the Senate joins Democrats Tina Smith of Minnesota, Gary Peters of Michigan and Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire.
Republicans have former Senate Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. Dan Sullivan of Alaska and John Cornyn of Texas are on the bubble of retirement.
Durbin is a Zionist.
He supported giving aid and comfort to Israel. The people who want the seat are likely supporting the status quo.
Rep. Robin Kelly (D-IL) announced her bid. If elected, she will be the fourth African American to hold a Senate seat from Illinois. Kelly supports Israel. She is 70 years old.
Durbin said last Wednesday he will not seek reelection in 2026, ending his more than four-decade career representing Illinois and accelerating a generational shift in Senate Democratic leadership where he has long held the No. 2 position.
Durbin, 80, is in his fifth Senate term and was first elected to the House in 1982. His decision not to run will set off a scramble for his Senate seat in solidly Democratic Illinois and for his leadership position in Washington as many in the party agitate for a new and more aggressive approach to confronting Republican President Donald Trump in his second term.
“The decision of whether to run has not been easy,” Durbin said in a video posted to X. “I truly love the job of being a United States senator. But in my heart I know it’s time to pass the torch.”
Durbin served seven terms in the House before succeeding his mentor, Paul Simon, in the Senate in 1996. Durbin has been the No. 2 Senate Democrat since 2005. From that post, he helped shape the career of an up-and-comer from Illinois, Barack Obama, who was only four years into his first term in the Senate when he was elected president. Obama said in a post on X after Durbin’s announcement that “I would not have been a United States Senator – and certainly would not have been President – had it not been for Dick’s support.”
As the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee during Democratic President Joe Biden’s term, Durbin led the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson in 2022. He also organized the Democrats’ pushback when Trump and Senate Republicans pushed through the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett in late 2020.
Durbin is part of a Senate leadership team that has been in place for almost two decades, alongside the current Senate Democratic leader, New York’s Chuck Schumer, 74, and the late Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada, who retired in 2017 and died in 2021. The race for Durbin’s No. 2 spot is likely to be seen as an early test for who could eventually replace Schumer as younger members of the caucus have eyed a new generation of leaders.
Hawaii Sen. Brian Schatz, one of the Democrats who is considered a possible contender for the second-ranking job, put out a statement within minutes of Durbin’s announcement saying that Durbin has been “a pillar of leadership, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the people of his home state of Illinois and the nation.”
Robin Kelly wants to be the next senator. If elected, she will be the sixth Black woman to be a U.S. senator and fourth from Illinois.
Among Durbin’s more significant legislative achievements, he is largely credited with putting in motion the movement to ban indoor smoking. Having watched his 53-year-old father die of lung cancer when he was 14, Durbin won approval of legislation he sponsored in 1987 prohibiting smoking on short commercial flights and expanded it to nearly all domestic flights two years later.
“People started asking, ‘If secondhand smoke wasn’t safe on airplanes — why is it safe in public buildings, schools, hospitals or restaurants?’ The answer is simple: It’s not,” Durbin said on the 25th anniversary of the law.
In the early 2000s, he introduced the DREAM Act, which would give immigrants in the U.S. illegally who grew up in the country a pathway toward U.S. citizenship.
It has never become law, but in 2010, Durbin and Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., wrote Obama asking him to stop deporting so-called Dreamers. Obama responded with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, which has covered about 830,000 immigrants, according to Durbin’s office.
Durbin was also instrumental in reversing a war on drugs-era law that penalized crack cocaine in a 100-to-1 ratio to powder cocaine, a law that disproportionately hit Black defendants with long prison terms. The new law was made retroactive, reducing the sentences for those serving time for crack.
With Republican and Democratic co-sponsors, Durbin pushed the First Step Act, which Trump signed into law in 2018. The criminal justice system revamp aimed to make sentencing laws fairer and provide programs to help people who are incarcerated transition in returning to society.
Illinois usually votes Democrats in but lately we don't know what the future holds for the party if they continue to stay in the status quo.
Richard Durbin was born in 1944 in East St. Louis. In 1966, after graduating from Georgetown University, he interned for Sen. Paul Douglas, whose seat he now holds. It was Douglas, who lost election to a fourth term in 1966, who once mistakenly called him “Dick,” a nickname Durbin adopted.
Durbin earned a law degree from Georgetown and worked as legal counsel for Simon, who was lieutenant governor in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and then for the Legislature through the 1970s. In 1978, Durbin made an unsuccessful run for lieutenant governor, after which he maintained a private legal practice and co-owned a Springfield tavern.
A redrawn district, an economic recession and funding from pro-Israel forces were factors when in 1982 Durbin ousted Paul Findley, an 11-term Republican congressman who was best known for his criticism of American policy toward Israel and support of Palestinians.
In 2000, Democratic presidential nominee Al Gore considered Durbin for the vice presidency, before chose Sen. Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut. But a few years later, Durbin influenced another presidential candidate when he served as a sounding board for and adviser to Obama.
The old guard. Illinois congresswoman retires. Jan Schakowsky announces it this week.
The message is clear.... Democrats are unpopular.
The leadership is too polarizing.
Too supportive of the apartheid ethnostate of Israel.
Embracing fascism.
Trying to appeal to Republicans.
Electing people like John Fetterman, Ruben Gallego, Josh Gottheimer, Ritchie Torres, Greg Landsman, Elissa Slotkin, Cory Booker and Chuck Schumer.
Letting Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin run the party.
Joe Biden aiding and abetting a foreign nation's complicity in a genocide.
Relishing on failures.
We allowed President Donald J. Trump, a convicted felon back into the White House.
It is a total shitshow.
Time for the old gaurd to be replaced. The time for the status quo is over.
Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) is out. She announced she is retiring. That paves the way for progressive agitator Kat Abughazaleh (Kat Abu) to run for her seat.
A proud Zionist but a progressive. There is no such thing. Jan Schakowsky is not a progressive. She is a middle of the road Democrat who supports Israel.
She wrote as a Jewish American, I have a deep personal connection to the State of Israel, and I have consistently been a steadfast friend and supporter of the Jewish state in her quest for peace and security. Both at home in my district and in the halls of Congress, I am always working to strengthen the U.S.-Israel bond, and to advance the security of the only true democracy in the Middle East, our ally Israel.
I am committed to ensuring the survival of Israel as a Jewish State. A negotiated, two-state solution that provides safety and security for all people in Israel alongside a Palestinian state offers the best prospect for long-term peace for the region. Such an agreement has the potential to provide lasting security for Israel, a better life for Palestinians, and a future for both. While the United States cannot dictate the terms of a peace agreement, strong U.S. leadership in support of peace remains critical.
Israel continues to face serious security threats, and U.S.-Israel security cooperation is as close as it has ever been. In addition to critical security funding and weapons sales for the Jewish state, the U.S. engages in training and joint military exercises with our Israeli partners and supports the research and development of new defense systems. In addition, the U.S. and Israel continue to closely partner in efforts to halt Iranian aggression and pursuit of nuclear weapons.
Just because her opponent left the race, Kat Abughazaleh isn't taking the race for granted.
Schakowsky forgot to mention that Israel is the cause of national security.
The JNS claims she is anti-Israel because she is friends with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), a stuanch critic of the apartheid ethnostate. Also the recent years, Schakowsky skipped the sideshow of Benjamin Netanyahu.
Less than a week after Oct. 7, 2023, Schakowsky was one of 55 members of Congress who told Biden to provide aid to Gazans, and she was one of 25 Democrats to tell then-Secretary of State Antony Blinken in February 2024 that “we remain concerned that not enough steps have been taken to safeguard the lives of the civilian population in Gaza, including journalists.”
A year ago, the retiring congresswoman criticized the Antisemitism Awareness Act—a vote that was delayed last month—which she said “does absolutely nothing to counter antisemitism” and was a “Republican attempt” to pit Jews against Democrats.
Schakowsky said the Trump administration’s efforts to deport an anti-Israel activist and recent Columbia University graduate represent “an alarming violation of immigration law and the First Amendment, and will only make our Jewish communities less safe.” In 2023, she called herself “one of the most outspoken voices for justice for the Palestinians and currently a vocal critic of this current administration in the State of Israel.”
All of this makes her anti-Israel. A woman who took over $700,000 from AIPAC.
A woman who voted on giving weapons to Israel.
Schakowsky has held her seat in Illinois' 9th Congressional District since 1998.
The Evanston resident has easily been reelected term after term. One of her opponents included JB Pritzker.
"She started out as a grassroots organizer, talking about dating products in the store so we knew that they were sick, and she has never lost that grassroots feeling. She keeps fighting for the consumers, for her constituents," Jill Wine-Banks said.
In Congress, Schakowsky dedicates most of her efforts to issues related to health care and seniors.
Former Watergate prosecutor Wine-Banks is a constituent and close friend of Schakowsky's. She says the congresswoman always understood her role that constituents come first.
No Israel came first.
"I've called as a constituent, and I not only got answered on the phone, I got my problem being taken care of," Wine-Banks said.
In her 26 years in Congress, Schakowsky says she is most proud of her work in health care. She was instrumental in getting Obamacare passed. Schakowsky says she will continue to fight for progressive causes. She said she plans to spend her remaining year and half in Congress helping Democrats win the midterms and eventually beat President Donald Trump.
"I have worked with Republicans and Democrats throughout the time, never seen anything like this. So, we have to remember the values of the United States of America," Schakowsky said.
While she has been a role model for younger women candidates, Schakowsky refused to mention any names of candidates to replace her. She said whoever runs, she will support them.
She released a statement Monday that said:
"For the last 26 years, I have had the distinct honor and privilege of representing the 9th Congressional District of Illinois, my lifelong home and the best district in the nation. Today, it is with profound gratitude and the utmost appreciation for my constituents that I announce my decision not to seek reelection at the end of my current term.
"I am incredibly proud of the things I have been able to accomplish during my time in Congress. I was honored to help draft and pass the Affordable Care Act, ensuring that Americans could no longer be denied coverage because of pre-existing conditions and providing quality health coverage for millions. I was able to pass consumer protection bills that have saved lives and protected Americans, especially our children, from dangerous products and improved auto safety. I worked hard to protect the well-being of seniors and their families, blocking Republican attempts to privatize Social Security and to improve Medicare and Medicaid by lowering prescription drug prices and expanding access to quality long-term care. I would not have been able to do any of this without the counsel of committed consumer advocates and the continued trust and support of our community.
"While these legislative wins are important, the most rewarding part of my job has always been engaging directly with constituents in the 9th District. Whether it be a school visit, attending a rally, touring a new small business, or speaking with fellow shoppers at my local Jewel, I have always prioritized and enjoyed meeting with constituents and providing constituent services. I am so proud that I have always had one of the best and most successful constituent service operations in the country. Whether solving problems with health insurers or Medicare, expediting a passport or immigration application, assisting small businesses, not-for-profits, and community colleges with funding requests, helping veterans get their benefits, cutting through red tape to solve Social Security and IRS problems, stopping deportations, and so much more, my team and I have worked diligently each day to advocate and deliver for our constituents.
"For my entire career, I have made it my mission to mentor and guide the next generation of leaders. In fact, when I talk with students, I do not ask them what they want to be when they grow up, I ask them what they want to do today to make a difference in this world. It is now time for me to pass the baton. We are so fortunate in the 9th District that there are dozens of talented leaders, advocates, and organizers who know our community and who are ready to lead the charge as we fight back against the extreme MAGA agenda and President Donald Trump's shameful policies.
"To the people of Illinois' 9th Congressional District, thank you for allowing me to be your voice in Congress. I have tried to serve you each and every day with the integrity, decency, and fire you deserve. It truly is the honor of a lifetime!
"To my staff, past and present, I could not have done this without you. Thank you for your dedication, sacrifices, expertise, and smiles. Together, through all those late nights and early mornings, we were able to make a difference. The 9th District of Illinois and our nation are healthier, stronger, and more prosperous because of our hard work.
"And to my family, thank you for going on this wild journey with me. I am looking forward to spending more family time together as I enter this new chapter of life. I love you.
"While I will miss serving the people of the 9th District in an elected capacity, I am not going anywhere. For the remainder of my term, and beyond, I vow to continue taking every opportunity possible to fight for my community and my country. I will do everything in my power to secure equal rights for all, an economy that works for everyone, not just the rich, universal health care, reproductive rights, environmental protections and climate security, and so much more. We must all keep the faith, continue to resist, and make our voices heard, because when we fight, we win!"
I've decided to address this moron and his "comedy."
MAGAland is more concerned about former president Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama's marriage than President Donald J. Trump's infidelity and troubled relationship with First Lady Melania Trump.
If you are not aware, let me inform you on the Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson podcast. It is very good. You can watch the full podcast on YouTube.
Now, Terrence K. Williams.
Williams is a gay Black "comedian" who staunchly supports Trump. He became famous in late 2015 when he was chomping on a chicken wing while criticizing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
His shucking and jiving caught the attention of Fox and later Trump. He became one of the president's Black outreach members.
Williams aims at women of color and progressives who criticize Trump.
The former first lady did not attend the president inauguration of Trump and Vice President JD Vance. That riled up the far right and they are now claiming that the Obamas are heading for divorce.
Obama address the reasons why she did not attend the inauguration.
Obama said skipping the inauguration was a choice that was right for herself, a practice she said she's trying to be better at. Trump skipped former president Joe Biden’s inauguration.
REFUSE TO DELETE! This has triggered so many people. People are freaking out over this impersonation
I’m not deleting this! Don’t care about Michelle being a black Woman.
Comedy is colorblind! Comedy on X Is back thanks to @elonmusk
Y’all love calling Michelle Obama “Big Mike” like that’s some kind of insult…but no matter how many tired trans jokes you throw, Melania will never measure up. She posed nude, jacked Michelle’s speech, and has so much Botox you can’t tell if she’s alive, let alone happy. Her…

In a conversation with actor Taraji P. Henson on her podcast, "IMO," which she hosts with her brother, Craig Robinson, Obama said she has been working on feeling comfortable saying "no" and that she has "done enough," with the help of therapy.
"My decision to skip the inauguration, … or my decision to make choices at the beginning of this year that suited me, were met with such ridicule and criticism, like people couldn't believe that I was saying 'no' for any other reason that they had to assume that my marriage was falling apart," Obama said.
The decision wasn't easy for her, she said.
Black gay MAGAland influncer Terrence K. Williams.
"It took everything in my power to not do the thing that was right, or that was perceived as right, but do the thing that was right for me. That was a hard thing for me to do," Obama said. "I had to basically trick myself out of it, and it started with not having anything to wear."
"I walk around with the right dress, I travel with clothes just in case something pops off," she explained. "So I was like, if I'm not going to do this thing, I gotta tell my team, I don't even want to have a dress ready, right? Because it's so easy to just say, 'let me do the right thing.'"
Henson commended Obama for her choice, saying if she doesn't make choices for herself, she becomes "a shock absorber."
"And that's what women are. We're shock absorbers, and that's exhausting and it's not healthy," Henson said. "You've had to be shock absorbers for your husband, for your children, for your mom, for your family, your loved ones because of where you were sitting in the public eye. That's not fair to you. When do you ever get to live for you?"
Michelle Obama lives rent free in some of these MAGAland folks heads.
Obama said she's still working on doing things solely for herself, but wants to set an example for her daughters, Malia, 26, and Sasha, 23, and others.
"If I, after all that I've done in this world, if I'm still showing them that I have to keep — I still have to show people that I love my country, that I'm doing the right thing, that I'm always setting, going high all the time even in the face of a lot of hypocrisy and contradiction, right? All I'm doing is keeping that crazy bar that our mothers and grandmothers set for us," she said.
She hopes to teach them to "start practicing" saying "no" earlier than she did. "So you build that muscle," she said.
"People can handle 'no,'" she added. "The world doesn't stop because I said no to your event."
Y'all don't have to watch my videos or purchase my Cousin T's products.
Terrence decided to don a wig and dress to act like Michelle.
He finally came out the closet with his goofy ass.
Many looked at the video and saw this moron trying to be funny but in reality, he looks absolutely ridiculous. He was ratio'ed.
Williams got a share of gay slurs and death threats because of his actions.
One thing I agree with Williams is the fact no one put a gun to your head telling you to watch his minstrel show. You can block him, mute him or even take him out the recommendations.
He says he gonna be cooning for a long time.
Anyway, Michelle Obama is still one of the most popular first ladies in history.
Obama, Mary Todd Lincoln, Eleanor Roosevelt, Nancy Reagan, Jacqueline Kennedy, Claudia "Lady Bird" Johnson, Rosalynn Carter, Betty Ford, Martha Washington and Abigail Adams are the most popular First Ladies of the United States.
If the Arab League and African Union were able to launch an attack on Israel, it could trigger the United States to engage. Thus World War III.
Israel has been the bad guy all along and the United States has been its No. 1 cheerleader. History will not be kind to George W. Bush, Joe Biden and Donald J. Trump.
The apartheid ethnostate announced it will continue to seize land and occupy Gaza and continue building illegal settlements in the West Bank.
Embattled Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel withdrew her indictments on a handful of University of Michigan students who were arrested last year during the protest against the genocide.
These motherfuckers in Congress are trying to pass H.R. 867, the IGO Anti-Boycott Act.
It is trying to criminalize boycotts of fucking Israel. It will force Americans to pay fines up to $1 million or 20 years in federal time out if convicted of "antisemitism." Apparently, the Republicans did not have enough members on board. Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) confirmed they will not support it.
The regime leader Benjamin Netanyahu has assured Israel will respond to the Yemani missile attack on Ben Gurian Airport in Tel Aviv.
Israel approved plans Monday to seize the Gaza Strip and to stay in the Palestinian territory for an unspecified amount of time, two Israeli officials said, a move that, if implemented, would vastly expand Israel’s operations there and likely draw fierce international opposition.
Biden and Trump are puppets of Netanyahu.
The new plan, which was approved in an early morning vote by Israeli Cabinet ministers, also calls for hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to move to Gaza’s south. That would likely amount to their forcible displacement and exacerbate an already dire humanitarian crisis.
Details of the plan were not formally announced, and its exact timing and implementation were not clear. Its approval came hours after the Israeli military chief said the army was calling up tens of thousands of reserve soldiers. The plan may be another measure by Israel to try to pressure Hamas into making concessions in ceasefire negotiations.
A third person, a defense official, said the new plan would not begin until after U.S. President Donald Trump wraps up his expected visit to the Middle East this month, allowing for the possibility that Israel might agree to a ceasefire in the meantime. All three officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were discussing military plans.
Later Monday, the Israeli military targeted Houthi rebels in Yemen’s Red Sea city of Hodeida with a punishing round of airstrikes. The strikes came a day after the resistance launched a missile that hit Israel’s main airport. The rebels’ media office said at least six strikes hit the Hodeida port. Other strikes hit a cement factory, the rebels said.
Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005 after a decades-long occupation and then imposed a blockade on the territory along with Egypt. Capturing and potentially occupying the territory again for an indefinite period would not only further dash hopes for Palestinian statehood, it would embed Israel inside a population that is deeply hostile to it and raise questions about how Israel plans to govern the territory, especially at a time when it is considering how to implement Trump’s vision to take over Gaza.
The AP should have said that Israel is committing illegal occupation and refusal to uphold international law when it comes to humanitarian aid.
The Freedom Flotella which was supposed to make a trip to Gaza was attacked by Israeli drones. The drones attempted to kill humanitarian aid workers. It made the vessel unusable.
The world cannot be silent as this continues.
Since Israel ended a ceasefire with the Hamas militant group in mid-March, Israel has unleashed fierce strikes on the territory that have killed hundreds. It has captured swaths of territory and now controls roughly 50% of Gaza. Before the truce ended, Israel halted all humanitarian aid into the territory, including food, fuel and water, setting off what is believed to the be the worst humanitarian crisis in nearly 19 months of war.
The war began when Hamas-led militants attacked southern Israel, killing 1,200 people and taking about 250 hostages. Israel says 59 captives remain in Gaza, although about 35 are believed to be dead.
The truth was Hamas attacked military installations and took hostage IDF soliders.
Israel enacted the Hannibal Directive which allowed IDF military to eliminate everything in site. The junk food media claims over 1,200 people died but the number isn't official. Israel will not release the total of victims.
Gaza Health Ministry said over 50,000 people were killed. Israel and the junk food media here refuse to acknowledge this as legitimate. Even if they lower the death count, it's still way too much.
Israel’s genocide has displaced more than 90% of Gaza’s population and, Palestinian health officials say, killed more than 52,000 people there, many of them women and children. The officials do not distinguish between combatants and civilians in their count.
At least 42 people were killed by Israeli strikes from Sunday through Monday afternoon, according to hospitals and the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza. The Israeli military offered no immediate comment on the strikes.
Israel is trying to ratchet up pressure on Hamas
Netanyahu said Monday cabinet ministers had decided on a “powerful operation in Gaza,” including “a movement of the population to protect it.”
The plan also imposes Israeli control over aid distribution. Israel accuses Hamas of diverting aid for its own use or to distribute to strengthen its rule in Gaza, though Israel has not provided evidence. A spokesman for the U.N. humanitarian office, Jens Laerke, denied there was significant diversion of aid, saying the U.N. employs “a solid system to monitor and prevent” such theft.
The officials said Israel was in touch with several countries about Trump’s plan to take over Gaza and relocate its population, under what Israel has termed “voluntary emigration.” That proposal has drawn widespread condemnation, including from Israel’s allies in Europe, and rights groups have warned it could be a war crime under international law.
Carlos Latuff illustrates the very cruel reality of Israel.
For weeks, Israel has been trying to ratchet up pressure on Hamas to get the group to agree to its terms in ceasefire negotiations. But the measures do not appear to have moved Hamas away from its negotiating positions.
The previous ceasefire was meant to lead the sides to negotiate an end to the war, but that has remained elusive. Israel says it will not agree to end the war until Hamas’ governing and military capabilities are dismantled. Hamas, meanwhile, has sought an agreement that winds down the war without agreeing to disarm.
Israel’s expansion announcement angered families of hostages who fear that any extension of the conflict endangers their loved ones. The Hostages and Missing Families Forum, which supports families, urged Israel’s decision-makers to prioritize the hostages and secure a deal quickly.
At a Knesset committee meeting Monday, Einav Zangauker, whose son Matan is being held hostage, called on soldiers “not to report for reserve duty for moral and ethical reasons.”
Some reservists have indicated they will refuse to serve in a war they increasingly view as politically motivated.
Israel continues to stop Palestinians from handling aid
The defense official said the plan would “separate” Hamas from the aid by using private firms and by using specified areas secured by the Israeli military. The official added that Palestinians would be screened to prevent Hamas from accessing the aid.
According to a memo circulated among aid groups and seen by The Associated Press, Israel told the United Nations that it will use private security companies to control aid distribution in Gaza. The U.N., in a statement Sunday, said it would not participate in the plan as presented, saying it violates its core principles.
Palestine forever.
The memo summarized a meeting between the Israeli defense body in charge of coordinating aid to Gaza, called COGAT, and the U.N. It was written by a group briefed on the meeting and sent Sunday to aid organizations.
According to the memo, under COGAT’s plan, all aid will enter Gaza through the Kerem Shalom crossing, on approximately 60 trucks daily, and be distributed directly to people. Some 500 trucks entered Gaza every day before the war.
The memo said that facial-recognition technology will be used to identify Palestinians at logistics hubs and text message alerts will notify people in the area that they can collect aid.
The UN accuses Israel of wanting to control aid as a ‘pressure tactic’
After Israel said it was going to assert more control over aid distribution in Gaza, the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs sent an email to aid groups, urging them to reject any “draconian restrictions on humanitarian work.”
The email, which OCHA sent Monday to aid groups and was shared with the AP, further stated that there are mechanisms in place to ensure aid is not diverted.
Earlier, OCHA said in a statement that the plan would leave large parts of the population, including the most vulnerable, without supplies. It said the plan “appears designed to reinforce control over life-sustaining items as a pressure tactic — as part of a military strategy.”
Aid groups have said they are opposed to using any armed or uniformed personnel to distribute aid that could potentially intimidate Palestinians or put them at risk.
Hamas decried Israel’s efforts to control distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza as a violation of international law.
In a statement Monday, the militant group said the effort is “an extension of the starvation policy” adopted by the Israeli government in Gaza.
COGAT did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Israel must fall and whether its by a missile or sanctions, the apartheid will be destroyed.

Israel and its allies overplayed the use of antisemitism. From now on, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing Judaism or Islam, I will not hold my tongue when criticizing Israel, Jews, President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, members of Congress, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Anti-Defamation League, Jonathan Greenblatt, the Canary Mission, Zionism, colonialism, imperialism, slavery, racism, Christian nationalism and white supremacy.
Again, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing religious beliefs, there is no antisemitism when criticizing the Jews.
To clear up the AP's account of Oct. 7, the Israelis used the Hannibal Directive to massacre the settlers to prevent Hamas from taking IDF soliders. The IDF has used the weapons to kill settlers at a festival.
Hamas has been very clear on who they targeted. They targeted the IDF and the walls. They do not target civilians. Israel has exaggerated the way this went down.
They have used American weapons to kill settlers, doctors, humanitarian aid workers, UN peacekeepers and their own IDF soliders. Israel has killed Americans, British, German, Australian, Canadians and French citizens.
No investigations were carried out to why Israel targeted them.
Israel refuses to allow independent monitors into Gaza, Lebanon and Syria.
IDF soliders who refuse to carry out orders are often taken out by snipers.
The "hostages" were IDF soliders.
Israel has violated the ceasefire. They are planning on invading Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and Syria. They have stopped humanitarian aid as Ramadan begins. They want the U.S. to start a war with Iran.
The supporters of former president Joe Biden and former vice president Kamala Harris are playing on this "We tried to warn you" nonsense. How can you morally stand on principles of being a progressive and back Israel?
First and foremost, Americans have a right to vote for whomever they chose.
Second, Harris failed to win over voters. She stuck with former president Joe Biden on the economy, Israel, Ukraine, immigration and inflation. The former president failed to listen to voters and his base.
The former president gave unilateral support and cover. We knew Trump would be worse. We demanded that Biden and Harris put pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel to stop killing. We urged them to stop invading other countries. Biden ignored the concerns. The Democrats paid the price.
This shows a lot of "tone deafness" within the Democratic Party.
It is not Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) or the former supporters' fault for Biden and Harris' missteps. She warned them that Arab Americans did not like being ignored.
Those fucking hypocrites sat in silence as Israel is killing women and children.
They can fuck themselves.
Israel has killed Americans. No one was held accountable.
The killing of Rachel Corrie did not move George W. Bush to cut Israel loose.
The deaths of Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, Tawfiq Abdel Jabbar, Mohammad Khdour, Omar Assad, Shireen Abu Akleh, Jacob Flickinger and Kamel Ahmad Jawad were never investigated by the U.S. Justice Department.
Mask off.
Resistance is not terrorism.
Occupation of oppressed people is not peace.
A two state solution is "separate but equal" and a de facto apartheid.
Telling other countries to take Palestinians is ethnic cleansing.
A sovereignty seizing land in a violent conflict is a war crime.
A violent attack on children throwing rocks at tanks is justified in the minds of those who support Israel.
Spitting and shoving Christians, Satanists, non Zionist Jews, Muslims and Hindus is considered a custom in Israel. How is this disgusting act justified?
The double standard in media coverage is the Israelis are hostages and the Palestinians are prisoners. Some of the Palestinians held in Israeli custody are children under the age of 14.
When Russia seized Ukrainian land and Crimea, the U.S. pushed for sanctions.
When Israel seized Lebanese and Syrian land, the U.S. recognized it as Israeli sovereignty. They have actively rejected sanctions imposed on Israel.
Iran supports the resistance. The U.S. and Israel labels it as an enabler of terrorism and war. Yet, Israel has created the conflicts by forcing regime change, killing their civilians, their scientists, their military generals and their diplomats. No one seems to call this terrorism. In fact, some U.S. lawmakers see it as justifiable offense.
Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.
The IDF has the weapons to destroy everything. All on the American taxpayer, Israel has killed civilians, their own citizens and the status quo.
Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.
Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.
Israel is the red line. If any lawmaker, entertainer, athlete or social media influncer backs the apartheid ethnostate, they will face a boycott.
Regardless of political affiliation, if you are supporting Israel, you are not getting donations or a vote from me.
I will hold President Donald J. Trump and Vice President JD Vance accountable.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to", blaming "illegal immigrants" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to focus on ending gun violence, lowering costs, improving healthcare and building relationships with other nations. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-Semitic or in support of terrorism.
We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We don't want any more wars on behalf of Israel. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and legislators avoid influence from lobbyists.
The Resistance Must Stop Israel!✊️🇵🇸
Israel 🇮🇱 Will Fall......
This 🇮🇱 Will Be Regarded As A Symbol Of Evil In The 21st Century.
