Republican And Democratic Lawmakers Bow To The Alter Of Israel!

American lawmakers Republican Mike Lawler and Democrat Jared Moskowitz are trying to criminalize criticism of Israel.

You want to know how we are bringing "DEATH TO AMERICA?"
  • We are trying to criminalize dissent.
  • We allow a former U.S. president go unpunished for his actions involving his attempts to overturn an election.
  • We allow our current president sign away freedoms when it comes to unpopular policies.
  • We allow our elected leaders outlaw migration, integration, conception and opportunity.
  • We allow our elected leaders spend our taxpayer money to foreign countries and lobbyists.
  • We allow our elected leaders to vote on legislation to allow billionaires to get richer while the American worker works harder for little pay.
In a surprising move, House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.

They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

Thought police are trying to arrest dissent.

Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) is an embattled Republican member who is in danger of losing because his district swings toward President Joe Biden. However, Biden is in danger of losing due to his "ironclad" support of Israel.

Here's the list of lawmakers who supported this bill and voted for this bullshit.

As we are seeing U.S. law enforcement violently remove peaceful protesters from colleges and universities, many world leaders are denouncing the U.S. for its treatment of its civilians.

So much for saving the "soul of the nation."

I am so disappointed in Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH). She sold out to the Israeli lobby.

Shontel Brown lost her damn mind.

And as much as I despise Nina Turner and her bullshit, I will finally admit that she was right on dark money influencing elections. AIPAC poured millions into Brown's campaign and Turner's ego cost her the election twice. Brown so far has been supporting Israel and rolling back freedoms through her support of banning TikTok and equating criticism of this Israel to antisemitism.

The proposal, which passed 320-91 with some bipartisan support, would codify the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of antisemitism in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, a federal anti-discrimination law that bars discrimination based on shared ancestry, ethnic characteristics or national origin. It now goes to the Senate where its fate is uncertain.

Action on the bill was just the latest reverberation in Congress from the protest movement that has swept university campuses. Republicans in Congress have denounced the protests and demanded action to stop them, thrusting university officials into the center of the charged political debate over Israel’s conduct of the war in Gaza. More than 34,000 Palestinians have been killed since the war was launched in October, after Israel claimed Hamas staged a deadly terrorist attack against Israeli civilians.

The expanded definition of antisemitism was first adopted in 2016 by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, an Israeli-backed intergovernmental group that includes the United States and European Union states, and has been embraced by the State Department under the past three presidential administrations, including Joe Biden’s

Previous bipartisan efforts to codify it into law have failed. But the Oct. 7 terrorist attack by Hamas militants in Israel and the subsequent war in Gaza have reignited efforts to target incidents of antisemitism on college campuses.

Separately, Speaker Mike Johnson announced Tuesday that several House committees will be tasked with a wide probe that ultimately threatens to withhold federal research grants and other government support for universities, placing another pressure point on campus administrators who are struggling to manage pro-Palestinian encampments, allegations of discrimination against Jewish students and questions of how they are integrating free speech and campus safety.

The House investigation follows several high-profile hearings that helped precipitate the resignations of presidents at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. And House Republicans promised more scrutiny, saying they were calling on the administrators of Yale, UCLA and the University of Michigan to testify next month.

The International Criminal Court is considering arresting Israeli officials.

The House Oversight Committee took it one step further Wednesday, sending a small delegation of Republican members to an encampment at nearby George Washington University in the District of Columbia. GOP lawmakers spent the short visit criticizing the protests and Mayor Muriel Bowser’s refusal to send in the Metropolitan Police Department to disperse the demonstrators.

Bowser on Monday confirmed that the city and the district’s police department had declined the university’s request to intervene. “We did not have any violence to interrupt on the GW campus,” Bowser said, adding that police chief Pamela Smith made the ultimate decision. “This is Washington, D.C., and we are, by design, a place where people come to address the government and their grievances with the government.”

Secretary of State Antony Blinken is over in Israel trying to convince the country to a ceasefire. Benjamin Netanyahu has demanded the release of "hostages."

Israel has killed the hostages through indiscriminate bombings and shootings.

Israel in turn blame Hamas. They banned international investigators and human rights groups from entering the Gaza Strip. Israel also indiscriminately killed humanitarian aid workers too.

They are bombing Rafah, the last city that Israel forced Palestinians to despite telling the world that was the only place where 3.5 million are "safe."

The U.S. has warned Israel not to invade Rafah. Israel ignores the U.S. as it proceeds to invade Rafah, takes our taxpayer money to give away to corrupt leaders, instigate U.S. lawmakers to pass legislation to strip away freedoms and openly support the return of Donald J. Trump back in power.

What good is Israel for the United States?

Biden, why are still helping them when they are clearly ignoring your demands as the leading voice in the West?

Netanyahu pledged Tuesday to launch an incursion into the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where hundreds of thousands of Palestinians are sheltering from the almost 7-month-long war, just as cease-fire negotiations between Israel and Hamas appear to be gaining steam.

U.S. law enforcement were trained by Israel.

Netanyahu said Israel would enter Rafah, which Israel says is Hamas’ last stronghold, regardless of whether a truce-for-hostages deal is struck. His comments appeared to be meant to appease his nationalist governing partners but it was not clear whether they would have any bearing on any emerging deal with Hamas.

The Israel-Hamas war was sparked by the unprecedented Oct. 7 raid into southern Israel in which "Israel claimed militants" killed around 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and abducted around 250 hostages. "Israel says the militants" are still holding around 100 hostages and the remains of more than 30 others.

Israel is the only source to provide all these allegations. The U.S. and Great Britain media dismiss Gaza sources as "Hamas-controlled" or "Iranian-backed."

The war in Gaza has killed more than 34,000 Palestinians, according to local health officials. The war has driven around 80% of Gaza’s population of 2.3 million from their homes, caused vast destruction in several towns and cities and pushed northern Gaza to the brink of famine.

Let's dispel the notion that being anti-Israel and anti-Zionist is anti-Semitic. By no means criticism of Israeli government, its leadership and these actions over the last two weeks equate to attacking the Jewish religion. If you ask me, the Israeli government and Zionist propaganda are being exposed for hyping up religious angst to cover for years of genocide and apartheid of the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip.

President Joe Biden is doing the very same thing former Donald J. Trump is doing when it comes to losing. He is underestimating the power of protesters.

When the Black Lives Matter movement declared a stance on the Israel-Palestinian conflict, the Israeli lobby wanted to stop it. So they equated the protesters to be violent.

Agent provocateurs would infiltrate the protests and agitate aggression. It would get play on local and cable news.

It's time to sanction Israel for war crimes. It's time for Benjamin Netanyahu and the entire Israel government to be sent to the Hague.

Don't call me anti-Semitic because I'm calling the state of Israel a terrorist state! It's there in clear sights. The United States was always slow to doing something. They took forever to deal with South Africa during its apartheid.

Now it's time to pressure American companies to not do business with Israel. It's time for Americans to stand up against legislation that requires forcible removal from their employers because they criticize Israel.

Americans should not lose their jobs because they criticize Israel.

Biden is supposed to change the status quo. It appears he's not willing to do it until we pressure him to do so.

The Devil and Antony Blinken.

Democrats can't use the "save democracy" theme anymore. These idiots just voted to support a ban on an app that has an operation in the United States operating as an independent of its owner. They falsely believed China has access to personal data of users.

America is so divided.

Trump is the very definition of white privilege. He claims that he fraud trial, interference in the certification of an election trial, his deliberate theft of classified documents trial and hush money trial are election interference. He gets more privileges to move around the country where other defendants are on house arrest or in custody until trial.

All those people who participated in the Jan. 6 insurrection are in federal time out and Trump is fighting to stay out. He promises to pardon those who threatened to destroy democracy.

People are literally buying up thousands of dollars of Trump propaganda believing that Biden's failures will be Trump guidance to victory.

All Trump does is whine and bitch about how he is a "victim." His current trial will keep him off the campaign and of course he keeps violating the gag order.

Could you name one damn thing Israel's done for the United States?

The Israeli government through its proxies are trying to sway American lawmakers into criminalizing criticism of its actions to antisemitism.

Israel's latest excuses to justify the genocide:
  • They claimed that Hamas wants to kill as many Jews as possible.
  • They claim that Hamas has underground tunnels under schools, hospitals and refugee camps.
  • They claim that Hamas was planning on building a dirty bomb.
  • They claim that Hamas are using civilians as human shields.
  • They claim that Hamas is ISIS.
  • They claim that Hamas had a copy of Mein Kampf inside a base in a children's bedroom.
  • They claim that Hamas was beheading 40 babies.
  • They claim that Hamas misfired a rocket at a hospital.
  • They claim that Hamas wants a regional war.
  • They claim that Hamas had top secret plans to attack the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claim that Hamas has a calendar that showed the shifts of who was watching the hostages.
  • They claim that Hamas shot female soliders in the buttocks and breasts.
  • They claim that Hamas shot dead a civilian and raped the victim's corpse,
  • They claim that Hamas has placed explosive devices on corpses.
  • They claim that Hamas has infiltrated college campuses in the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claim that Hamas support from individuals amounts to being a terrorist sympathizer.
  • They claim that Hamas is infiltrating UNRWA, World Central Kitchen and the International Criminal Court.

Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. In their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, men, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage.

Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.

Biden, Donald J. Trump, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Republicans, Democrats and the American junk food media are on the wrong side of history. Israel will be a 2024 issue. Once this pass, I get the feeling that Biden will be the last U.S. president to support Israel.

International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan could be banned from the United States if the indictments of Netanyahu come.

Presidents after Biden (hopefully Trump never wins a second presidency) will come to realize that Israel was the bad guy all along.

Israel is a neo fascist country. They are masquerading as a legitimate democracy when its prime minister and his far right coalition are trying to eliminate the federal courts, outlaw integration, outlaw non white Jews, non white immigrants, make it a religious theocracy and brutally eliminate the other. They are trying to destroy democracy and wipe out the Palestinians who live in Gaza Strip, West Bank, East Jerusalem and Golan Heights.

We may think its China, Russia and Iran interfering in our elections but in reality it's actually one. Israel is definitely involved in this. They are meddling in our elections too.

Just to make sure you don't forget. Donald J. Trump supports Israel, global wars and TikTok bans too. It was because of TikTok mocking him, Israel and the coronavirus challenges like licking a toilet seat.

From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free! 🇵🇸 🍉

Cry more!

Israel for way too long has manipulated me with this endless victimhood. All the while pushing for an ethno-nationalist state, Israeli government leaders [both left and right] have called for the eradication of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

The operatives have operated with shell agencies like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and the Anti-Defamation League. These organizations operated at the behest of Israel.

Israel has fanned outrage over octopuses, buttons, protests at synagogues, protests at Holocaust museums, sleep ins at college campuses, comparing Zionism to Nazism, blocking roads, blocking bridges, wearing a keffiyeh, posting on TikTok, boycotting companies that do business with Israel and calling for international sanctions. Now Israel is outraged over the slightest suggestion of regime change and it comes from the biggest U.S. Zionists like Biden, Trump, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.

Israel keeps calling it an attack on Jewish people and it amounts to antisemitic propaganda.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

Not one penny will go to Biden, Democrats, Kennedy, Trump and Republicans.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. Let them know this law on TikTok is a ban on free speech. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

If anyone trolls you about condemning Hamas for Oct. 7, 2023, kindly ignore them or respectfully tell them that Israel since 1948 has committed an illegal occupation of Gaza, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank. They shoot innocent civilians and indiscriminately bomb heavily populated areas in Gaza and the West Bank.

Will you condemn the actions of Israel if I have to condemn Russia, Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas?

If you're upset over peaceful protests, why are you not upset over the brutal treatment of innocent people being killed by Israel?

If you're upset over TikTok being a danger to data privacy and children, why are you not upset over X, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, Rumble, Threads, YouTube and Truth Social?

If you want to pass laws to combat antisemitism and protect Jewish Americans, will you pass laws to protect Christians, Muslims, Satanists, Scientologists, Mormons, Catholics, Hindus, Buddhists and every religion in the United States?

If you wanted "Death to America," remind yourself that Trump supporters tried to violently overturn a peaceful transfer of power. They violently broke into the U.S. Capitol and tried to kill Nancy Pelosi and Mike Pence. Republicans refuse to hold former president Donald J. Trump accountable for his actions. They are more upset over protected speech than a foreign country committing war crimes and an active genocide.

Fuck the hypocrisy of Donald J. Trump, Republicans, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the far right, Zionists, President Joe Biden, Democrats, Israel and the junk food media.

The Hunter And The Fox!

Hunter Biden is going to take Fox to court.

Robert Hunter Biden is the son of President Joe Biden and the late Neilia. He is the only surviving son of the president's first wife. He and half sister Ashley Biden are not in any government work and chose to remain private citizens.

The far right platforms, Fox, The New York Post, The Daily Mail, Newsmax and Breitbart are in the crosshairs of Hunter Biden. He is threatening legal action against them.

He has taken issue with Miranda Devine, Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Jesse Watters, John Paul Mac Isaac and especially Sean "Softball" Hannity.

Biden is suing Fox for defamation.

Lawyers for Hunter Biden plan to sue Fox “imminently,” according to a letter sent to the network and obtained by NBC News.

The letter, dated April 23, puts the Fox News Channel and Fox News Digital on notice for litigation claims arising from the network’s alleged “conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame Mr. Biden and paint him in a false light, the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name, and likeness, and the unlawful publication of hacked intimate images of him.”

Biden has hired attorney Mark Geragos and his firm to represent him in the Fox litigation efforts. The letter is the second outreach to Fox this month. An earlier letter was hand-delivered to Fox’s counsel two weeks ago, and the network asked for more time to respond, according to a source familiar with Biden’s legal efforts. The April 23 letter included a Friday evening, April 26, deadline to respond. The letter is signed by Tina Glandian, a partner at Geragos & Geragos working on the case.

Fox already paid nearly $800 million to Dominion Voting Systems after the network reached a settlement with the company. They face numerous lawsuits including a $2 billion one from Smartmatic.

A Fox media spokesperson said in a statement on the letter that Hunter Biden's lawyers "have belatedly chosen to publicly attack Fox News’ constitutionally protected coverage regarding their client. Mr. Biden is a public figure who has been the subject of investigations by both the Department of Justice and Congress, has been indicted by two different US Attorney’s Offices in California and Delaware, and has admitted to multiple incidents of wrongdoing. Consistent with the First Amendment, Fox has accurately covered these highly publicized events as well as the subsequent indictment of an FBI informant who was the source of certain claims made about Mr. Biden.”

Much of the letter from Biden's legal team is focused on a six-part “mock trial” titled “The Trial of Hunter Biden” that aired in October 2021, described by Fox as what a trial might look like if Biden was charged with Foreign Agents Registration Act or bribery charges — neither of which Biden has been charged with. “While using certain true information, the series intentionally manipulates the facts, distorts the truth, narrates happenings out of context, and invents dialogue intended to entertain. Thus, the viewer of the series cannot decipher what is fact and what is fiction,” the letter says. The letter demands that the series be removed from all streaming services.

On Tuesday, a day after initial publication of this article, Fox announced that it had taken the series off its streaming services. “This program was produced in and has been available since 2022,” said a Fox spokesperson. “We are reviewing the concerns that have just been raised and — out of an abundance of caution in the interim — have taken it down.”

If Hunter Biden had a reason to sue Fox, you can thank the most annoying media agitator to ever be on the airwaves.

The new threat of litigation comes almost a year after Fox agreed to pay almost $800 million to Dominion Voting Systems to settle defamation claims related to Fox’s airing of election fraud claims in the 2020 election. Fox also agreed to a $12 million settlement with a former employee who alleged she was pressured to provide misleading information as part of the Dominion case.

Fox is currently facing a $2.7 billion lawsuit brought by Smartmatic, another voting system company that was the focus of Fox coverage, as well as suits brought by shareholders against directors of the company for allowing the channel to air the allegations during its 2020 election coverage. Fox said in its latest financial disclosures that it will contest the lawsuits, but acknowledges that there could be a “material” adverse impact on the company’s business and financial position.

The plan for Hunter Biden to pursue legal action against Fox has been in the works for over a year, according to sources familiar with Biden's legal efforts, and was inspired in part by the success of the Dominion lawsuit and the ongoing Smartmatic lawsuit. The effort took on new importance with the revelations that the bribery allegations cited on air originated from the FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who was indicted by special counsel David Weiss in February.

In a statement, Geragos said: “For the last five years, Fox News has relentlessly attacked Hunter Biden and made him a caricature in order to boost ratings and for its financial gain. The recent indictment of FBI informant Smirnov has exposed the conspiracy of disinformation that has been fueled by Fox, enabled by their paid agents and monetized by the Fox enterprise. We plan on holding them accountable.”

Hunter Biden has been a focus of Fox coverage for the last several years. A review of network transcripts by the group Media Matters cites at least 13,440 mentions of Hunter Biden since January 2023. Biden’s legal team believes the number of mentions over many years makes the potential case as significant if not more so than the Dominion case, according to sources familiar with the legal strategy.

The Biden letter specifically cites Fox’s advancement of bribery allegations by Smirnov, who was indicted in February on charges of making false statements about the Bidens to the FBI. “Smirnov and the post indictment revelations basically closed the loop on the conspiracy,” Geragos told NBC News.

The letter alleges that Fox knew that the bribery allegations were unverified at the time but continued to report that the source was “highly credible,” and demands corrections and retractions — including on-air statements by television hosts “including Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, and Maria Bartiromo, to inform their viewers on air that they have been sharing a debunked allegation from a source who has been federally indicted.”

The letter also alleges that Fox’s airing of “intimate images” belonging to Hunter Biden that his lawyers claim were “hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated” violates Biden’s civil rights as well as copyright law.

This new litigation push comes as Biden prepares for a summer of criminal trials. His trial on gun charges in Delaware starts June 3, and his tax case is expected to go to trial in August. He’s pleaded not guilty in both cases.

May Day May Day!

Kendrick Lamar hits back hard.

K. Dot why you gotta be like that?

After Drake launched a series of responses to Kendrick Lamar, the Compton rapper showed how strategic he is when it comes to rap beef.

While I am not concerned about damn near 40 year old rappers beefing, this feud between J. Cole, Drake and Kendrick Lamar became the talk of 2024.

The winners and losers of 2024.

"Euphoria"  was released on Tuesday at 8:24pm in honor of Kobe Bryant and also to aim at the 6 God's size 7 shoe remarks. Cardo and Kyuro produced "Euphoria", with additional production from Johnny Juliano, Sounwave, and Yung Exclusive. It contains a small sample of Teddy Pendergrass's 1981 song "You're My Latest, My Greatest Inspiration".

Lamar had to respond to the diss. After videos surfaced of him doing push ups, it became a meme. K. Dot had a chainsaw in the back pocket.

The release came on YouTube through Interscope Records.

The lyrics were brutal.

[Part I]

[Intro]
eurt si em tuoba yas yeht gnihtyrevE
Euphoria

[Verse]
Them super powers gettin' neutralized, I can only watch in silence
The famous actor we once knew is lookin' paranoid and now spiralin'
You're movin' just like a degenerate, every antic is feelin' distasteful
I calculate you're not as calculated, I can even predict your angle
Fabricatin' stories on the family front 'cause you heard Mr. Morale
A pathetic master manipulator, I can smell the tales on you now
You'rе not a rap artist, you a scam artist with the hopes of being accеpted
Tommy Hilfiger stood out, but FUBU never had been your collection
I make music that electrify 'em, you make music that pacify 'em
I can double down on that line, but spare you this time, that's random acts of kindness
Know you a master manipulator and habitual liar too
But don't tell no lie about me and I won't tell truths 'bout you

The single was an instant classic.

[Part II]

[Intro]
Shoo, shoo, shoo
Shoo, shoo, shoo
Bi-bi-bi-bi-bi-bi

[Verse]
Yeah, I'm out of the way, yeah, I'm down, okay
Yeah, the island here is remote, okay
I'm not thinking about no reaper
Bro, I'm reaping what I sow, okay
I got a Benjamin and a Jackson in the my house, like Joe, okay
Hellcat, I made your own friends sit and type, sell your soul, okay
Everybody wants to be a demon until they get chipped by your discard
And maybe I'll do a show a day, once bad, always bad
Ah , did you think that money, power or fame would make you leave?
Have you already played? Have you ever? Okay, bro, let's play
Have you ever watched your enemy get taken down with a bluff face?
Have you ever paid five hundred thousand to enjoy an open case?
Well, I did, and I felt both, but I came right out
I hate it when I rap talking about guns, then someone dies
They pay nuns and then go online like: "Pray for my city"
He's faking it for likes and digital hugs
His daddy a killer, he wanna be junior, they must've forgot the shit that they done
The mention must run in his family, but let it get shaky
I park your son
The very first time I shot me a drac', the homie had told me that 'Aim it this way'
I didn't point down enough, today I show you I learn from those mistakes
Somebody had told me that you got a ring, on God, I'm ready to double the wage
I rather do that than let a comedian nigga make ’Pac turn in his grave
Cutthroat business, you got shot twisted
What is it? The brakes?
I hurt your feelings? You don't wanna work with me no more? OK
Yet, still he goes left, and I see two of ’em kissin' and huggin' on stage
I love him to death, and then in eight bars, I'll explain that phrase
It's nothin' nobody can tell me, huh
I don't wanna talk on no celly, huh
You know I got language barriers
There's no accent you could sell me
Yeah, Cole and Aubrey know I'm a selfish nigga
The crown is heavy
I pray they my real friends, if not, I'm YNW Melly
I don't like you poppin' shit at Pharrell, for him I'll inherit the beef
Yeah, fuck all that pushin' P, let me see you pusha-T
You better off spinnin' again on him, you think about pushin' me
He's Terrance Thorne, I'm Terrance Crawford, yeah, I'm whooping feet
We ain't gotta get personal, this a friendly fade, you should keep it that way
I know some shit about niggas that make Gunna Wunna look like a saint
This ain't been ’bout critics, not about gimmicks, not about who the greatest
It's always been about love and hate, now let me say I'm the biggest hater
I hate the way that you walk, the way that you talk
I hate the way that you dress
I hate the way that you sneak diss, if I catch flight, it's gon' be direct
We hate the bitches you fuck, ’cause they confuse themself with real women

[Outro]
Ooh
We don't wanna hear you say "nigga" no more
We don't wanna hear you say "nigga" no more
Stop

But in honesty, all they prove is that they are fans. When you have to go and dig up a past, call out rappers for things you've done and claim that you're not who you are.... welcome to the world of entertainment.

Rap music is entertainment. It is not a crime to be a rapper and rap lyrics that some consider violent and sexist. It is not crime to brag about what luxuries you can flaunt or the type of style you rap. It is not a crime to be a popular rapper or an underground rapper.

Who will outlast who is the question?

Judge Juan Merchan Warns Trump That The Games Are Over!

Trump violating his gag order and dozing off while in court must stop or he will be locked up.

Republicans and Democrats are working on down sliding democracy. The U.S. is losing its influence in the world. And you can thank President Joe Biden and former president Donald J. Trump.

Two old men who are stuck in their ways.

Young voters are not inspired by Biden. They are not inspired by Trump.

They are not inspired by politicians.

In the New York "hush money" trial, Trump once again defies the court by posting insults of witnesses and the judge. The New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan has gotten tired of the former president abusing his privileges while on bail.

Merchan warned Trump that his actions will have consequences if he violates the gag order imposed again. He was held in contempt on Monday. He will be fined $9,000 for this offense. If he does this again, it could be a trip to lock up.

Republicans are upset over this.

They are upset over the International Criminal Court considering arresting Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli officials. They are upset that judges are going to lock Trump up if he violates his gag order.

Merchan ruled Trump in contempt for nine violations of his gag order, with a fine of $1,000 for each instance. He warned in the decision that he would not tolerate further violations of the order and said "if necessary and appropriate under the circumstances," he would impose "an incarceratory punishment" on the former president.

The judge explained that because the fines, which are limited by state law, were relatively little in comparison to Trump's wealth, they might be unlikely to deter the former president from abiding by the court's order. Merchan said that while he would prefer to impose commensurately larger fines, he instead had to consider "whether in some instances, jail may be a necessary punishment."

The gag order prohibits the former president from "making or directing others to make public statements about known or reasonably foreseeable witnesses concerning their potential participation in the investigation or in this criminal proceeding," and "public statements about any prospective juror or any juror."

Merchan said Tuesday that his order was "lawful and unambiguous," and that Trump violated it with social media posts about witnesses and public comments about jurors. He ordered Trump to remove seven of the posts at issue from his Truth Social account and two other offending posts from his campaign website by 2:15 p.m. Tuesday.

The judge also said in response to Trump's complaints about the comments of expected witnesses Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels have made outside of court that he might consider modifying the gag order to remove them from its protections if he finds it necessary in the future.

Cohen said in a statement in response to the judge's decision that the small fine "is irrelevant. Judge Merchan’s decision elucidates that this behavior will not be tolerated and that no one is above the law.”

Merchan had indicated on April 23 that he was not impressed by the arguments from the defense, telling one of Trump's attorneys that he was “losing all credibility” when he suggested that Trump was exercising caution to comply with the gag order.

Prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office had accused Trump of violating Merchan's April 1 order at least 10 times since it went into effect, including a post that called expected witnesses Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels "sleaze bags." Another appeared to be a quote from Fox News personality Jesse Watters that read, “They are catching undercover Liberal Activists lying to the Judge in order to get on the Trump Jury.”

The DA sought the maximum $1,000 fine for each post they considered a violation, along with an order that Trump remove the posts. Prosecutors had also asked Merchan to warn Trump that any future violations could be met with additional fines and up to 30 days in jail.

The possibility of Trump's imprisonment is likely to be seized upon by the former president's campaign and supporters — particularly as a fundraising tool. Already, Trump has sent a number of fundraising appeals connected to the trial and the consequences he may face. Last year, the mugshot he took after being charged in Georgia over his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election sparked a fundraising bonanza for Trump.

Prosecutor Chris Conroy said during an April 23 morning hearing that Trump “seems to be angling” to be locked up for political purposes.

Trump’s legal team countered that the former president had not willfully violated the order and that he was simply responding to a “barrage of political attacks.”

Pressed by the judge, however, Trump attorney Todd Blanche had trouble identifying what attacks Trump was supposedly responding to. “I keep asking you over and over to give me an example, and I’m not getting an answer,” the judge said.

Trump faces his old foes David Pecker and Michael Cohen.

Trump attorney Emil Bove previously said that some of the posts were responses to remarks by Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, and that others were reposted from people and news outlets, which he said did not violate the gag order. Merchan asked for case law to back that position, and Blanche said he did not have any. "It's just common sense, your Honor," Blanche said.

Merchan responded to that assertion in his decision on Tuesday, saying he had found that "a repost, whether with or without commentary by the Defendant, is in fact a statement of the Defendant.

"The issue of 'reposting' appears to be a question of first impression," the judge wrote. "Lacking legal authority to guide its decision, this Court must, as defense counsel stated at the hearing, rely on common sense ... Defendant curated the posts at issue and then took the necessary steps to publish the posts on his Truth Social account and on his campaign website. In doing so, he endorsed the posts with one purpose in mind — to maximize viewership and to communicate his stamp of approval.”

Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records related to his reimbursement to Cohen for the lawyer's hush money payment to Daniels in the closing days of the 2016 campaign. Daniels claims she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006, an allegation he denies.

Trump faces up to four years in prison if he’s convicted.

Anti-Israel Protests Bothers Politicians More Than Images Of Dead Palestinians!

Protesters bother American lawmakers more than children being killed by Israel.

Sometimes you loose faith in American democracy. We are clearly on the down slide of American democracy. The U.S. Congress and President Joe Biden are no better than former president Donald J. Trump when he was in power.

Democratic backsliding occurs when essential components of democracy are threatened.

Examples of democratic backsliding include:

  • Free and fair elections are degraded;
  • Liberal rights of freedom of speech, press and association decline, impairing the ability of the political opposition to challenge the government, hold it to account, and propose alternatives to the current regime;
  • The rule of law (i.e., judicial and bureaucratic restraints on the government) is weakened, such as when the independence of the judiciary is threatened, or when civil service tenure protections are weakened or eliminated.
  • An over-emphasis on national security as response to acts of terrorism or perceived antagonists.

The 46th President of the United States has broke his promise on "saving the soul of the nation."

I am reminded that protests after the death of George Floyd drove opposition to Trump.

Trump ignored the calls and paid the price.

Deja vu.

Republicans and Democrats are united in their opposition of anti-Israel protests on American colleges and universities.

With the approval of AIPAC and the state of Israel, Congress has:

1. Forcing TikTok to divest from ByteDance or face a ban in the U.S.

2. Advocated the arrest, the suspension, the termination of students, staff and media figures for protesting.

3. Drafted bills to define criticism of Israel as antisemitic and are working to push for fines and jail time.

4. Working to sanction the International Criminal Court and its prosecutors from issuing arrest warrant to top Israeli leaders.

5. Continue to give Israel billions in taxpayer money without any conditions.

6. Refuse to have a formal investigation into the deaths of Americans killed by Israel.

7. Support retaliation towards Yemen, Syria, Iran and Iraq despite Israel launching illegal airstrikes.

8. Refuses to sanction Israel for illegal settlements, killing of journalists and other atrocities.

9. Voted to block funding to UNRWA and WHO because of allegations made by Israeli propaganda.

To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is. Biden, Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are backing Israel over the world. They are so out of touch with reality.

Holding Biden accountable for his actions doesn't mean a lockstep vote and support.

I. Am. Calling. Him. Out.

Biden is an advocate of war and genocide. He is tone deaf and unfortunately a lost cause.

What pisses me off is our lawmakers are calling protesters "Hamas supporters" to paint peaceful protests as an act of "terrorism."

The protests were driven by outside agitators who instigated violence toward protesters.

Pro Israel supporters are literally trying to incite violence. No one in Congress condemned the former IDF soliders who were students using "skunk" on protesters earlier this year. That sparked the Columbia protests in the first place.

The students did get punished but ended up suing for reinstatement.

See these Americans are more upset over peaceful protests than a foreign country committing acts of genocide. Israel and many of its supporters have labeled the protests antisemitic, and say they pose a threat to the safety of Jewish students. Some have pointed to videos of protesters outside Columbia's gates who were caught on camera making antisemitic remarks, but the student protesters—some of whom are Jewish—have said those individuals do not represent them and that their movement is peaceful.

No Easy Day For U.S. Marshals: Mass Shooting In Charlotte!

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police lose one of their own.

All that money going to Israel. You would think that all the training Israel gave U.S. law enforcement would have made them more capable of protecting themselves from a heavily armed assailant.

I will honestly say our country is fucked up right now. It would not make a difference if we elected a president. They are embolden to Israel. They will not focus on issues at home like gun violence and police reform. A foreign country gets billions of aid for carrying out war crimes and our lawmakers are upset the world wants to hold this place accountable.

Yet, we are so quick to blame Americans here at home for having an opinion about the problems of the "status quo" when it comes to politics, policing and patriotism.

It was a deadliest day for law enforcement. A man opened fire on the U.S. Marshals and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Metro Police on Monday. The state of North Carolina is an open carry state. The Marshals was going to serve an arrest warrant to a man who was restricted from use of a firearm.

He managed to put a handful of rounds into the Marshals.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Roy Cooper, Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), Sen. Ted Budd (R-NC) and the 14 U.S. House members were notified.

Of course, here comes to far right with the noise.

And this thing about guns.....

White people posing with guns are looked upon as tough, macho, heroes, patriots, etc.

Black people posing with guns are looked upon as....

1. Criminals.
2. Unfit parents.
3. Violent liberals.
4. Future delinquents.
5. School to prison pipeline.
6. A conservative propagandist's wet dream.

Four officers were killed in a shooting while attempting to serve a warrant at a home in Charlotte, North Carolina, including one deputy US Marshal and two local task force officers, authorities say.

Charlotte has a population of 1 million residents.

A total of eight law enforcement officers were shot during the incident, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings said at a Monday evening news conference. He described the shooting as “the most tragic one” he had been involved with in his 32-year-long law enforcement career.

The shooting unfolded in the 5000 block of Galway Drive as members of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force were serving a warrant for possession of firearm by a convicted felon, Jennings said.

Never a good day when the chief speaks on the death of one of his own.

The officers were met with gunfire from a “high-powered rifle” and returned fire, fatally shooting a suspect in the front yard of the house. Jennings said the US Marshals had been serving the warrant to that suspect.

“As officers approached, they received additional gunfire from inside the residence,” the police chief said.

Three members of the US Marshals task force were killed, Jennings said. In a statement to CNN, the US Marshals Service confirmed one of the dead was a deputy US Marshal.

Four Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers were also shot, including one in critical condition, “fighting for his life” in the hospital, the police chief said. The other officers are in stable condition, he said.

On Monday night, police said one of the wounded officers, Joshua Eyer, had died.

“Officer Joshua Eyer was one of the CMPD officers shot in the line of duty this afternoon,” Jennings said on X. “He fought for several hours and passed away from his injuries with his wife and family by his side tonight. Officer Eyer was 6-year veteran with the CMPD, and I am truly grateful for his bravery, service and ultimate sacrifice. He will never be forgotten, and we are forever indebted.”

Eyer is survived by his wife and 3-year-old son, Jennings told reporters at a brief news conference Monday evening. “It was just last month I was in this very room, congratulating Officer Eyer for becoming officer of the month,” Jennings said. “He certainly dedicated his life and gave his life to serve our citizens.”

Officials have not named the other officers as authorities are working to notify their families.

Police deal with situations. When one of their own is killed, they mourn like a family.

There are also two “people of interest” being questioned by police, Jennings said. When authorities cleared the residence, a 17-year-old and a woman came out, Jennings said, but could not confirm whether either of the two were suspects.

“We are very early in the investigation,” he added. “CMPD will lead this investigation, we still have a lot to uncover, a lot of questions that are not answered right now.”

The chief said he could not recall a worse incident in the Charlotte area.

“I can’t remember an incident where three law enforcement officers were killed in the same incident, as well as one in critical condition and additional (officers) that were shot and injured,” Jennings said.

Authorities cleared the scene Monday afternoon, telling residents they no longer needed to shelter in place in a post on X.

“Numerous law enforcement officers struck by gunfire in active situation,” the department had said earlier on X.

Cooper “is in Charlotte and continues to receive briefings on the situation,” his office told CNN, and was expected to speak with the families of the victims and officials later Monday.

Tearful Charlotte mayor Vi Lyles expressed frustration at the lost of a CMPD officer and the state's gun laws.

Biden spoke with the governor after the shooting, the White House said in a statement Monday. Senior administration officials are also in touch with local officials, according to the White House.

Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles said in a statement she is “deeply saddened by the shooting that occurred that involved Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officers and US Marshals today.”

“I ask that all Charlotteans keep them, the other injured officers, and their families in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time,” Lyles said.

In a post on X the US Marshals wrote, “Our hearts are heavy tonight for the lives shattered by today’s horrific shooting in Charlotte, NC. We mourn the loss of our Deputy and two Task Force Officers. We are grateful for all the support, and we keep the families and colleagues of all officers involved, in our thoughts.”

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg officer Josh Eyer was confirmed as a victim.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

International Criminal Court Is Considering Arresting Netanyahu And Israeli Operatives!

Israel and the United States act like they're above the law.

The world is seeing Israel fall and it is willing to take the United States with them.

No one is above the fucking law. These monsters and their supporters should be banned from traveling.

Fucking President Joe Biden and Congress are pressuring the International Criminal Court to back down from issuing an arrest warrant and criminal indictment against the Israeli government leaders who engaged in a pattern of war crimes.

It is not just Biden but House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Secretary of State Antony Blinkin. It's Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), Rep. Katherine Clark (D-MA), Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA), Sen. John Thune (R-SD) and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

They are all trying to protect fucking Israel.

Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. support Israel too. So thus, there are no serious candidates willing to tell Israel to kick rocks. There is no U.S. top leader willing to hold Israel accountable for their actions.

The Devil and Joe Biden.

Israel is greatly concerned that the International Criminal Court may issue arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and senior military officials as early as this week, an Israeli official told NBC News.

Israel is working through diplomatic channels to try to stop the warrants being issued, the official said Monday.

When asked about media reports of the arrest warrants, the ICC told NBC News that it “has an ongoing independent investigation in relation to the Situation in the State of Palestine" and that "we have no further comment to make at this stage."

The court launched an investigation three years ago into possible war crimes committed by both Israel and Palestinian militants going back to the Israel-Hamas war in 2014. It has given no public indication that arrest warrants are imminent, and it was not clear whether Israel was also expecting arrest warrants for any Hamas leaders.

The news comes as pressure mounts on Israel to halt its military offensive in Gaza, which officials in the Palestinian enclave say has killed more than 34,000 people since it was launched in the wake of the Hamas-led Oct. 7 terror attacks.

Biden can't save the soul of the nation if he is willing to ignore the concerns.

Netanyahu spoke with Biden last night, and Israel is now awaiting a response from Hamas on a new ceasefire proposal.

Karim Khan, who serves as chief prosecutor of the ICC, visited the region in December and said that his investigation was “moving forward at pace, with rigor, with determination and with an insistence that we act not on emotion but on solid evidence.”

Any warrants would not mean that Netanyahu will end up in jail.

Neither Israel nor the United States recognize the court's jurisdiction, though any warrants would put Israeli officials at risk of arrest in other countries, including much of Europe.

They would also serve as a high-profile statement on Israel's actions in Gaza, and an embarrassing development that would put Netanyahu alongside Russian President Vladimir Putin as a major leader to face such action from the ICC.

Netanyahu said Friday that Israel “will never accept any attempt by the ICC to undermine its inherent right of self-defense.”

“The threat to seize the soldiers and officials of the Middle East’s only democracy and the world’s only Jewish state is outrageous. We will not bow to it,” he said in a post on X.

In a sign of the country's concern, its Foreign Ministry said late Sunday that it had informed Israeli missions of “rumors” that warrants might be issued against senior Israeli officials.

Such a move, Foreign Minister Israel Katz said, would “provide a morale boost” to Hamas and other militant groups.

The ICC — based in The Hague, the Netherlands — can charge individuals with war crimes and other related charges. It is separate from the International Court of Justice, which considers cases between states and is currently investigating whether Israel has committed acts of genocide in Gaza.

Israel and the U.S. have dismissed the accusation.

Jayden X Got A Nickel And Penny!

Clout chasing cost agitator big time.

The winners and losers of 2024.

The infamous agent provocateur Jayden X (born John Earle Sullivan) filmed the death of seditionist Ashli Babbitt being shot by the U.S. Capitol Police. He was engaging in a violent insurrection to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

He claimed that he was a journalist. The U.S. District Attorney said that he was a clout chaser who wanted to be a famous person who disregarded the rule of law.

Sullivan, 29, of Salt Lake City, Utah, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth to 72 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution.

Sullivan was found guilty by a federal jury of felony offenses of obstructing an official proceeding, obstructing officers during a civil disorder, entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon, disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon, and unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon on Capitol grounds or buildings on Nov. 16, 2023. In addition to the felonies, the jury also found Sullivan guilty of misdemeanor offenses of disorderly or disruptive conduct in a Capitol building and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

According to court documents, in the days and weeks leading to the events of Jan. 6, 2021, Sullivan used various digital platforms and personas to present himself as an activist; however, on these platforms, Sullivan made his true objectives clear: to cause pure chaos and disruption to the status quo. Sullivan alternated between advertising legitimate protests and broadcasting violent anti-establishment rhetoric.

In the winter of 2020, Sullivan began advocating for a violent government dismantling. In one Instagram post, Sullivan wrote, "We will have live updates on the location for tonight's purge. Spread the message. Let the electoral purge commence." On Jan. 2, 2021, Sullivan tweeted, "Fuck The System-Time To Burn It All Down," with an accompanying still from a TikTok video of him burning an American flag. Sullivan also made it clear he knew the significance of what would be occurring that day—both the certification and the rally. Sullivan made and posted a video explaining the details of the certification process. On Dec. 30, 2020, Sullivan wrote, "Definitely don't surround his house…" with a photo of Senator Mitch McConnell.

On Jan. 6, 2021, Sullivan, fitted with a ballistic vest, gas mask, and bull horn, joined rioters storming the U.S. Capitol. Sullivan joined the crowd pushing through several police barriers on the west side of the Capitol grounds, using the bull horn to encourage others statements like “Get in that shit, let’s go! Move, Move, Move! Storm that shit” As Sullivan and the others approached the Capitol building, Sullivan can be heard in his video saying at various points: "There are so many people. Let's go. This shit is ours! Fuck yeah," "We accomplished this shit. We did this shit together. Fuck yeah!" "We are all a part of this f—ing history," and "Let's burn this shit down."

In the Upper West Terrace of the Capitol, Sullivan triumphantly put his hand above his head and let out several celebratory whoops. Sullivan assisted a rioter scale the wall of the Upper West Terrace, calling the feat “awesome” and “savage.” Before entering, Sullivan told his companion that he would continue to film as “a good ploy” so he would not get arrested after entering the building.

At approximately 2:15 p.m., Sullivan entered the Capitol via a smashed window next to the broken Senate Wing Door and, once inside, roamed the building with other individuals who had unlawfully entered. During an interaction with another, Sullivan can be heard in the video saying, "We gotta get this shit burned," "It's our house motherfucker," and "We are getting this shit." In multiple locations, Sullivan ignored law enforcement commands to leave and told the officers to stand down so they would not get hurt.

At approximately 2:28 p.m., Sullivan joined the growing crowd outside the House of Representatives, working his way up to the front where he was stopped by Capitol Police. Members, staff, and press were present inside the House of Representatives during this time. Sullivan encouraged other rioters, explaining he was "ready" because he had "been in so many riots." When rioters told the crowd at the House Chamber door not to be violent and to be peaceful, Sullivan responded, "They don't listen without that shit," "Fuck that shit," and later told the crowd to "pull that motherfucker out this bitch." Sullivan told the other members of the crowd that he had a knife and held it up to the crowd outside the House Main Doors.  The FBI would later determine that the knife was a Smith & Wesson M&P knife with a 3.74” blade.

After unsuccessful attempts to access the House floor, the crowd, including Sullivan, made their way to the Speaker’s Lobby, where the evacuation of the House floor was actively underway. Sullivan, once again telling the mob he had a knife, positioned himself at the front of the Speaker's Lobby crowd as the crowd began to break the doors' glass windows. Sullivan encouraged those attempting to break the windows to "Go, go. Let’s go. Get that shit!" After the windows were broken out, a woman climbed through, resulting in her being shot.
