The family of a man who sued to have him treated for ivermectin passed away. Washed Up 45 and the far-right are promoting bullshit in the wake of a pandemic that has killed over 750,000 Americans.
The pandemic has reached record heights of death. The ones who are dying are the unvaccinated.
This happened in Butler County, Ohio, the heavily Republican county in Southwestern Ohio.
The woman sued West Chester Hospital (University of Cincinnati Health) to force doctors to abandon their medical oath. She demanded they treated her dying husband with ivermectin.
The victim, Jeffrey Smith of Fairfield Township died on September 25 after battling COVID-19.
Smith's case gained national attention after his wife, Julie, first sued UC Health after he was admitted to West Chester Hospital for COVID-19. Despite warnings from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other medical experts, Julie Smith said, "Fuck you! Give my husband ivermectin."
She looked on those damn social media websites promoting this a "cure" for the coronavirus.
A Butler County Judge, Gregory Howard abandoned his judicial authority by ordering the hospital to violate their oath. Jeffrey, on a ventilator was ordered to get the ivermectin. Another judge denied the preliminary injunction that forced the hospital to administer the drug.
The Food and Drug Administration did not approve that shit for treatment of COVID-19 and they said it was not shown to be safe or effective.
So the idiot was buried in early October and the news of his death reached the junk food media on Thursday.
Back in September, NPR reported on a woman who made her last TikTok video stating her regrets not getting vaccinated.
Megan Alexandra Blankenbiller pleaded with her followers not to make the same mistake she did — waiting to get the COVID-19 vaccine — that eventually cost her her life.
Blankenbiller, or @atasteofalex on TikTok, died of COVID-19 last month after documenting her journey with the virus through a series of short videos. She first announced that she'd gotten COVID-19 on Aug. 13 with a video of herself in the hospital. In the caption, she urged others: "DO NOT WAIT TO GET VACCINATED! Go now!!"
It was a sentiment that she echoed in her next three videos.
In one video, she dispelled the misconception that those who are vaccinated cannot get COVID-19 and explained that it helps your body withstand the virus if you do get it. In her next, she said she'd been afraid to get the vaccine. She also said that since she'd been at the hospital, she'd been hearing the "moans and the screams of people in pain" — the grief of those who had likely lost their loved ones.

In her final video, filmed in a hospital bed as the others had been, she admitted that it was getting harder to talk but shared her own story: She was not against vaccines but had been taking time to research and wanted to get vaccinated at the same time as her family — a decision she said she came to regret.
"I do think it was a mistake. I shouldn't have waited," she said. "If you are even 70% sure that you want the vaccine, go get it. Don't wait. Go get it because hopefully if you get it, then you won't end up in the hospital like me, OK?"
Blankenbiller died nine days after her last video was posted Aug. 15, CNN reported. She was 31. Before her death, she'd made appointments to get vaccinated with her mother and sisters, but she became sick before she was able to get the vaccine, according to WebMD.
Blankenbiller's story is similar to many that have been shared in recent months of those who did not get vaccinated but, after contracting COVID-19, wished they had. Some of those people have begun encouraging others to get the shot. Health officials have said they hope these stories will raise vaccination rates and save lives.
Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.
President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.
But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war.
With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

An enabler of white supremacy and conspiracy theories is hospitalized for COVID-19. It appears that the former Florida congressman who moved to Texas to run for governor has tested positive for the coronavirus.
The carpetbagger announced on his social media that he is being hospitalized and being treated with hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Those are considered unproven treatments but it hasn't stopped Republicans or this idiot from using it.
He reported on Sunday that he's "doing great" despite not being vaccinated.
"No complaints. I'm just relaxing," the carpetbagger said to the Associated Press. He was on the phone from his hospital bed in Plano. He awaiting the results of the X-ray on his chest.
He has gotten pneumonia from COVID-19. He and wife Angela West, who did get vaccinated after they attending at "packed house" fundraising event in Seabrook, Texas. He is"suspending in-person events until receiving an all-clear indication."
They are getting monoclonal antibody treatments. The Republican candidate refuses to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. Doctors on Saturday show concern that the carpetbagger has lowered level of oxygen saturation in the blood.
The carpetbagger was a one-time U.S. Representative from Florida. He ended up moving to Texas to become the Republican chairman from Texas. He resigned this year to challenge Karen Abbott in the Republican primary.
Abbott is endorsed by Washed Up 45 and is running for a third term.
The carpetbagger said that if any mandates come through him, he would crush them.

The U.S. Justice Department couldn't charge Kenosha. Wisconsin officer Rusten Sheskey for shooting Jacob Blake. It touched off a series of unrest and protests. It also led to a white terrorist shooting two protesters dead.
Sheksey, who is white shot Blake, who is Black, during a domestic disturbance in August 2020. The shooting left Blake paralyzed from the waist down. Sheskey shot Blake in front of his children. The charges that Blake was expected to face were dropped. He took a plea deal for domestic abuse and public disturbance.
State prosecutors also decided to not file charges against Sheskey.
At one time, Blake was wanted for a felony. He was armed with a knife but did use it. He did get into a scuffle with the cop and others there.
The U.S. Justice Department's Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Milwaukee reviewed the police reports and determined that there was not enough evidence to prove Sheskey used excessive force or violated Blake's federal rights.
So if a person is filming a police encounter and witnessed a cop shooting a man who is fleeing. I guess that's not excessive. If the cop is grabbing on the shirt while firing on the fleeing suspect, it's not considering a violation of federal rights.
So this white terrorist who traveled from Illinois to Wisconsin was confronted by protesters after an allegations of racial slurs being hurled. The terrorist claims he used self-defense but many believe he was there to start trouble.

The shooting led to disparities within the Kenosha Police and County sheriff's department. The city had to reevaluate the situation when it deals with suspects.
Jacob Blake was shot seven times by Sheksey, leaving him permanently disabled. The city of Kenosha had a brief moment of unrest due to the cop's actions. The far-right decided to patrol the streets with the support of the Republican sheriff. The white terrorist got strong backing from conservatives and even welcoming from the Proud Boys who offered the underage terrorist a beer.
The white terrorist faces up LIFE in the iron college if convicted. The federal charges could be implicated against the terrorist and he could face the DEATH card. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Boynton Beach city manager fires the art director out the cannon after a mural reveal had two Black firefighters depicted as white. One of the firefighters is suing the city for $100,000 because it was embarrassing and literally made to fit the majority white community.
Latosha Clemons, who rose the ranks to become Boynton's first Black deputy fire chief, is seeking more than $100,000 in damages, according to the lawsuit filed in April.
Attorneys will meet in a closed-door session with commissioners on Tuesday to seek direction in the case. Possibilities range from a settlement with Clemons to litigating the case in court. Clemons' attorneys have requested a jury trial.
A photograph of three women — Clemons and two white female firefighters — served as the template for the mural, which when completed, however, portrayed all three women as white. The 2019 project by the city's art commission to honor the fire department also included a depiction of Glenn Joseph, the city's former fire chief, who is also Black, and whose image also was represented as that of a white man.
Embarrassed officials removed the mural a day after it was unveiled at Fire Rescue Station No. 1 near City Hall on June 3, 2020.
The city also responded by firing Debby Coles-Dobay, the public arts manager, and removing Matthew Petty as fire chief. Cole-Dobay and Petty are white.

Clemons worked 26 years for the city before retiring in 2020.
Whitewashing her likeness on the mural "completely disrespected all that Clemons.... had accomplished," according to the lawsuit, and "also demonstrated disrespect for the large black population" of Boynton Beach.

The next court date listed in the case is a mediation session Nov. 30.

The far right tabloid The Daily Mail revealed the racist neighborhood who deliberately made a sound device to harass his Black neighbors in Virginia Beach.
The man and his wife are not getting any sleep now that Jannique Martinez and Black Lives Matter made him famous.
So this asshole is feuding with Martinez for nearly a year. He was blaring out loud music -- complete with racial slurs and monkey sounds every time she and her family leave their home.
The asshole has been getting death threats which prompted the Virginia Beach Police to respond to his home. The Daily Mail has gotten pictures of him and his wife. They continue to ignore the junk food media and seemingly continue to instigate the matter.
His wife is an Asian American woman. She endorses her husband's despicable actions.
His wife who works at a jewelry store is likely to lose her job thanks to her husband's racist antics.
When Martinez tried to stop the guy from playing the racial slurs and monkey sounds, the police said that the matter is not in their control. They couldn't handle the situation due to the fact its on his own property and its not a safety threat.
So Martinez went to CNN Tonight with Don Lemon and told her story. The story went viral and the outrage became real. Now the protesters are stationed outside his home daring him to react to their noise.
His home has security cameras located in seven areas and a sensor which triggers the loud music and racial slurs.
The rest of the time he hides. He has turned off the music and racist messages. But the lights still flash whenever someone walks by his home.
"Since that day he's been playing NIGGER skits that he found online," Martinez said. "Black people have nothing better to do but go to a comedy club on a Friday night and 'Hey, everyone, it's NIGGER guy.' 'Everyone say, hi NIGGER guy.'"

The president is not having a good day. President Joe Biden was awaken to the news that September's job numbers were not good at all. Given that we're still in a pandemic where over 735,000 Americans are dead from the coronavirus, the country is more polarized than ever. The president's agenda is no where close to being accomplished due to two Democratic senators, one independent senator and about 40 House members belonging to the Progressive Caucus.

Should I go further than I want. I mean the president's agenda is literally being grinded to a halt by the minority and two Democrats. The 47 Democrats are tired of the independent who caucuses with them always in the limelight. The House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is tired of the House members trying to sabotage the Build Back Better agenda.
Vice President Kamala Harris is tired of the not so subtle attack on her from white nationalists like Karen Boebart, Idiot Karen Greene, Karen Jordan and Karen Gohmert.
Democrats are not in disarray as the junk food media tells you. The two Democrats, Karen Manchin and Karen Sinema are voting with the Democrats but they're not voting on the spending or the significant changes to the status quo.
Just in case you're wondering, the Senate passed the raising of the debt ceiling until December. It barely passed with 61 members. 11 Karens joined the 50 Democrats in passing the increase. As expected, the 38 Karens refused to vote on paying America's bills. One of them Karens did not vote on debt ceiling increase.
Pressure was on the Obstructionist Leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) to not play games with the economy. The Republicans would get the blame if the government defaulted on its credit. Just like the government shutdown, they will always be blamed because they're obsessed with this canard about "reckless government spending" and "limited government" only when Democrats are in charge.
The passage of this temporary increase takes the filibuster off the table for now. The Republicans continue to filibuster legislation and blocking nominees to Biden's cabinet.

On the job numbers. We are in a hiring crisis. There thousands if not millions of jobs not being filled.
Mainly because the wages are not liveable and the Congress refuses to raise the minimum wage.
Corporations are trying to carrot string workers into the business by offering perks like signing bonuses, quality healthcare and flexible scheduling.
The infrastructure package that the progressive Democrats want to pass includes a package that helps families with children affordable child care. The neverending pandemic has also led to a stay-at-home job market. Many companies are postponing returns to office buildings which leads to restaurants and bars without people patronizing. Also hospitals and schools are being overwhelmed with problems.
Hospital workers are working endlessly to save lives especially the idiots who refuse to get vaccinated.
Schools in many of these Republican states are being forced to not mandate masks and vaccination requirements. Some workers are quitting their jobs because of enforcement of mandates. Some workers are quitting their jobs because jobs are not requiring mandates.

These two Democrats are also sabotaging Biden's agenda.
Employers added just 194,000 jobs which means the 50 states, Washington, DC and five U.S. territories must equally divide the jobs up. Of the 334.5 million people, those jobs must be found in some areas.
Friday's report from the U.S. Labor Department also showed that unemployment rate fell from 5.2% to 4.8% in August.
The prediction was the economy was hoping for 500,000 jobs. Regardless, more jobs than what Washed Up 45 did in his four years of disaster, turmoil and chaos.
Nonfarm payrolls rose by just 194,000 in the month, compared with the Dow Jones estimate of 500,000, the Labor Department reported Friday. The unemployment rate fell to 4.8%, better than the expectation for 5.1% and the lowest since February 2020.
The coronavirus proves to be the main factor to the why the jobs numbers are not good. But also the supply chain is being disrupted also contributed to companies not getting imports into the United States.

The Karens of many of these states have ended the enhance benefits of $300 to families who still are struggling in the pandemic. The eviction moratorium has ended as well which forces landlords to force families out on the street due to failure of payment.
The drop in the jobless rate came as the labor force participation rate edged lower, meaning more people who were sidelined during the coronavirus pandemic have returned to the workforce. A more encompassing number that also includes so-called discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons declined to 8.5%, also a pandemic-era low.
Despite the weak jobs total, wages increased sharply. The monthly gain of 0.6% pushed the year-over-year increase to 4.6% as companies use wage increases to combat the persistent labor shortage. The available workforce declined by 183,000 in September and is 3.1 million shy of where it was in February 2020, just before the pandemic declaration.
“Labor shortages are continuing to put severe upward pressure on wages ... at a time when the return of low-wage leisure and hospitality workers should be depressing the average,” wrote Andrew Hunter, senior U.S. economist at Capital Economics.
Leisure and hospitality again led job creation, adding 74,000 positions, as the unemployment rate for the sector plunged to 7.7% from 9.1%. Professional and business services contributed 60,000 while retail increased by 56,000.
Job gains were spread across a variety of other sectors: Transportation and warehousing (47,000), information (32,000), social assistance (30,000), manufacturing (26,000), construction (22,000) and wholesale trade (17,000).
The survey week of Sept. 12 came just as Covid cases were peaking in the U.S. The delta variant spread since has cooled, with cases most recently dropping below an average of 100,000 a day.
Unemployment for Blacks fell to 7.9% from 8.8%, due largely to a drop to 66% from 66.7% in the labor force participation rate for males.
McConnell wants Democrats to do it alone but he won't allow them to cancel the filibuster.
There was some good news in Friday’s report from previous months.
July’s already-strong gains were revised higher by 38,000 to 1.0913 million, while August’s big letdown also was revised up, to 366,000 from the initially reported 235,000.
The employment to population level increased to 58.7%, its highest since March 2020.
The report comes at a critical time for the economy, with recent data showing solid consumer spending despite rising prices, growth in the manufacturing and services sector and surging housing costs.
Federal Reserve officials are watching the jobs numbers closely. The central bank recently has indicated it’s ready to start pulling back on some of the extraordinary help it has provided during the pandemic crisis, primarily because inflation has met and exceeded the Fed’s 2% goal.
However, officials have said they see the jobs market still well short of full employment, a prerequisite for interest rate hikes. Market pricing currently indicates the first rate increase likely will come in November 2022.
“After looking like almost a done deal, today’s jobs number has thrown expectations for tapering into disarray. The Fed doesn’t seem to need much to convince it that tapering should begin imminently, but at just 194,000, jobs numbers are suggesting that the labor market is further from hitting the substantial progress goal than they expected,” said Seema Shah, chief strategist at Principal Global Investors.
Manchin and Sinema's last ditch effort for bipartisanship were in vein. The so called moderates ain't riding. Romney, Collins, Murkowski and Portman ain't working on Building Back Better.

It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.
Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in.

Things are slowly returning back to normal. However we're still not out of the woods yet. Over 78% of Americans have at least gotten one of the coronavirus vaccines. Around 80 million Americans refusing to be vaccinated which will lead to the coronavirus being resistant to vaccines. As it mutates into a deadly strain, folks who refuse to follow the CDC guidelines will eventually turn it into a super-pandemic in which those who come into contact with an infected asymptomatic person could trigger the mass destruction of the human race.
President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.
But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war.
With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.
We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.
Companies are still trying to hire employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour.
Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.
Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.
Yes. We can't always assume that folks are lazy.
Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.
Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.
Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience. Washed Up 45's presidency and Republican controlled governments led us to losing over 620,000 Americans. President Joe Biden has a four seat House majority and a spilt in the Senate.
Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local councilman, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.
We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.
