Before we get started we want to say that her former boyfriend Tory Lanez is criminally charged with discharging a firearm with intention to harm. The charges carry up to 15 to 25 years in the iron college. If found guilty, he will serve time in the iron college. He will also be forced to lose the right to enter the United States. He is a Canadian-born rapper, singer and media mogul. He might lose the opportunity to see his American-born children.

Daystar Peterson is his government name. He has residences in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Mississauga, Canada.

He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Okay, before she released her album, Megan Thee Stallion (Megan Pete) is currently engaged in a feud with her former lover over the shooting that injured her. Tory Lanez shot her after an argument after they left Kylie Jenner home. The shooting led to the Los Angeles prosecutors determining that Tory had a firearm and improperly shot it in the presence of people.

He released an album dissing her and former allies. He said that he didn’t harm her intentionally and believed that she lied to get attention.

Well Megan fired back in the song Shots Fired. The lyrics will come soon.

She stated that she used the time to produce this album wisely. With the COVID-19 pandemic scrapping her national tour, the entertainer felt the need to keep fans buzzing with her latest project.

“When I’m by myself, that’s when my creativity comes to me. The whole album was basically written in the living room, the shower, the backyard -- just visualise it with me.”

So the album will be executive produced by Carl Crawford aka The Perfect Storm, a left-handed baseball left field who played for the Tampa Bay Rays, Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Soxes.

He is the founder of 1501 Certified Entertainment. Also the Lyor Cohen and Kevin Lies are co-executive producers of the album. Their label 300 Entertainment and Atlantic Records are distributing the album.

Megan made it no secret she has found love in Black Lives Matter. She also came up with the phrase “PROTECT BLACK WOMEN! ” which I often use on this blog.

Her frustrations with Tory Lanez were writing in a New York Times op-ed. She wrote that Tory Lanez being an example to why Protecting Black Women mattered.

Megan responds to Tory Lanez on the album.

“Black women are still constantly disrespected and disgraced in so many areas of life. I was recently the victim of violence by a man. After a party, I was shot twice as I walked away from him. We were not in a relationship. Truthfully, I was shocked that I ended up in that place.”

Lanez has been ordered to stay away from her and not have contact with her. He had to surrender his passport, his firearms and be restricted to in-house while he awaits the trial.

The latest police shooting in the United States. Again, a never ending theme here on Journal de la Reyna is the “What Happened To” postings. I often do these postings in regards to the latest incident involving a person of color being either killed by gun or racially motivated violence.

I normally do a long version of the posting and offer you the opportunity to visit websites that honor those killed by gun violence that never get national attention.

With COVID-19 killing over 2,000 people a day, gun violence took a backseat. At least 105 people have been killed each day by gun violence. The American people are so numb to this stuff. They won’t socially distance. They won’t wear facial masks. They don’t take the dangers of the coronavirus seriously.

As with gun violence, Congress will not do anything to stop it. Republican in the House and Senate as well as a handful of Democrats will continue to block legislation that stops the ongoing gun violence pandemic. They can’t even do anything.

The outgoing president, Donald J. Trump continues to do nothing about these issues. He’s too busy trying to undermine the election results.

Hopefully we will get police reform in the next session of Congress.

So the state of Florida has one of the worst COVID-19 cases in the nation. The idiot governor Ron DeSantis continues to allow individuals go out in public without facial protection and continues to allow 100% capacity in Florida. The state has over 10,000 deaths and 1.4 million cases.

DeSantis also is considering passing Blue Lives Matter laws that could put individuals in the iron college for up to 30 years if they attack a cop during a protest.

Okay, I am fed up with the excuses from cops.

The words: “I feared for my life.” These are the excuses cops use when they engage in deadly force against a fleeing suspect whether they’re in a vehicle, grabbing their Tasers, holding a knife, or running away with a firearm being shown. If the suspect isn’t shooting at the cop, there is no excuse for shooting. I get cops have to use quick judgement when dealing with unpredictable situations, but damn.

If a vehicle is approaching me, I am getting the fuck out the way.

Florida families are demanding answers to why Brevard County boys shot and killed two teens fleeing from them.

The parents of a 16-year old and an 18-year old shot and killed last Friday along a Cocoa residential road by a county boy. The families of A.J. Crooms and Sincere Pierce were shot and killed by the cops after they tried to flee in a vehicle they determined was stolen.

The mothers of AJ Crooms and Sincere Pierce demand the cops be charged with murder.

“We need justice. We want the names of the deputies and their badge numbers. There’s going to be some justice for A.J. and Sincere,” said Quasheda Pierce, the mother of Sincere. The mother of A.J. said the law has not informed her on why the cops chose to use deadly force.

“A friend of the family told me he was shot,” Tasha Strachan said, looking over pictures of her son on her phone. “The doctor told me [A.J.] died. I just feel terrible. My son was sweet and loving. Anybody who knew him loved him.”

Back on Nov. 13 around 10am, Brevard County boys were in the neighborhood but within the city of Cocoa. The areas outside of Cocoa are patrolled by the county.

The law claims that county boys were searching for a stolen car that matched the description A.J. and Sincere were riding in.

The cop who were named Deputy Jafet Santiago-Miranda and Carson Hendren. They were attempting to conduct a stop. The sheriff, Wayne Ivey said one of his deputies was “forced to fire” on a car.

Clearly, the police were not in danger. The car was trying to avoid the officer.

The county boys did not activate lights nor indicted they were pursuing a pull over at the time of this shooting. The two are iced until an investigation determined that justified force was necessary.

Ben Crump, who has dealt with many high profile shootings in the country involving people of color said that AJ and Sincere didn’t deserve their fate. He said he wants the Brevard County boys to release all the footage and records of both cops.

“It is painfully troubling to us that this teen driver and the teen backseat passenger were terrified and drove around the deputies who approached the vehicle with guns drawn. Believe your own eyes,” Crump said. “The video shows the deputy was still shooting as the car cleared him and posed no threat.”

In addition to demanding the sheriff release all recordings, they need to have witnesses who saw the whole incident share their stories to the public.

“We demand that BCSO release all footage in the case, including the dashcam footage from the other vehicle, and any neighborhood surveillance videos,” Crump said. “We urge anyone with additional video evidence, including neighbors with home surveillance cams, to come forward so that we can have a clearer picture of the facts in this case.” 

Cops are quick to killing people of color whenever they flee.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

So far, more Black men and women are being killed by the police. I don't want to hear no talk about white suspects being killed far more. So far, the junk food media has spotlighted Black people being shot by the police.

Tell me one political leader willing to take on the police unions, the National Rifle Association and far-right agitators! 

Joe Biden owes his success to Black voters. He and Kamala Harris need to work on police reform after we get this goddamn pandemic under control. We need to make sure that we hold the new administration accountable or we'll replace them like we did with President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

White privilege once again comes to mind when you hear about the light taps Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli.

If this was a Black woman and a Black man who paid thousands of dollars to help their sons and daughters into privileged schools, would you think the federal government be lenient on them?

Hell no!

I can see a serving of ten to fifteen in federal timeout.

In early November, Loughlin was ordered to serve her two months in federal timeout. She is being held at the Dublin Federal.

Giannulli, who is getting sent to his federal timeout by the end of the week, is going to Lompoc Federal where he is to serve a five month bid.

The two and dozens of privileged millionaires conspired with a gangster who used ringers to get their children into elite colleges. The feds busted them in Operation Varsity Blues which netted college coaches, recruiters, prominent members of society and many entertainers. One other entertainer who got time in the iron college is Felicity Hoffman. She served two months in the federal time out but was released two weeks early for good behavior.

Loughlin, best known for her role on Full House, made a deal with federal prosecutors. She was spared a 20 year bid in federal timeout. She tried to get her daughters Isbella and celebrity agitator Olivia Jade into a prominent university on false pretenses. She claimed they were experienced rowing students and had a ringer do their ACT and SAT tests.

Giannulli, who took a bullet for his wife, got the most time. He will be serving five months in federal timeout.

The two will spend the holidays in federal time out and be released in early 2021.

Both will have a two year in-house, 250 hours of community service, $250,000 in fines, owing apologies to those affected by their actions.

While on Zoom, a federal judge out of Boston listened to Loughlin tearfully apologize to her fans, her daughters and those affected by the actions.

:”While I wish I could go back and do things differently, I can only take responsibility and move forward.”

“I am truly, profoundly and deeply sorry,” she said. “I’m ready to face the consequences and make amends.”

She said that her actions not only showed inequalities in America but gave her a negative perception of being a privileged entertainer who looks down on poor and struggling families.

Her daughter also was forced to apologize to her fans for the controversy. Olivia Jade had lost $5 million in advertising revenue due to the scandal. She also pledged to donate to charities that help people of color.

Backlash against Apple TV+ taking the rights to Charles Schulz’ Peanuts.

It seems like you can watch Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Peppermint Patty and Schorder on PBS Kids for the time being.

PBS struck a deal with Apple, Wildbrain Entertainment and Syndicated Features to host the Peanut specials.

ABC had held the Peanut specials for nearly 20 years. Before ABC it was CBS that held the Peanut specials for over 30 years.

The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown was streamed online through Apple TV for free.

It was a heavy handed tactic from Apple to take the Peanut series to streaming platforms.

Apple has now allowed PBS to air ad-free broadcasts of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and A Charlie Brown Christmas. Both specials will continue to be streamed on Apple TV+ for free during the holidays.

PBS Kids will have the specials beginning on November 25-27 and December 11-13.

Recurring theme is Lucy always pulling the football away when Charlie Brown tries to kick it.

Subscribers will get first look between November 18 and December 4.

The Peanuts comics were launched by Charles M. Schulz in 1950. It featured a small boy named Charlie Brown who is an everyday boy who faces the trials and tribulations of being a boy who gets the short end of the stick.

His lovable dog, Snoopy is a white beagle who has an imagination and creative streak. Charlie Brown and yellow bird Woodstock are his best friends. Snoopy often torments Linus when he is around his security blanket. He outsmarts Lucy and outwits Peppermint Patty. He can be lazy, gluttonous, selfish and often ignores Charlie Brown whenever he orders him to take a bath. By far, Snoopy is probably the most iconic character of the Peanuts series. Besides President Donald J. Trump, there’s one person who continues to be a chaos agent even though the junk food media moved on.

I guess the spotlight got to her because it’s been messing with her heart.

The controversial woman who accused President-elect Joe Biden of sexual assault is being treated at a local California hospital after an apparent heart attack.

Alexandra Tara Reade Moulton McCabe is the woman who claimed back in the 1990s, then Sen. Joe Biden pinned her against the wall and digitally penetrated her. She claimed that she told his staffers and claimed to have filed a complaint.

This woman came forth during the Democratic Primaries. When Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was taking a beating in the primaries, leftist Ryan Grim was teasing an “explosive bombshell” that would unravel the Biden campaign.

Then she went public with her accusations. She went to pro-Sanders agitators like leftist Katie Halper, then Krystal Ball and Amy Goodman to share her story. The story was quickly amplified by the far-left and soon became a topic of the far-right and it was allegedly used by Trump’s campaign allies.

Well a handful of internet sleuths and investigative journalists went deep into the allegations.

They found that Reade was a vexatious litigator and made allegations about former friends and colleagues over time. Reade had made claims that Biden touched her inappropriately but not in a way that was sexual. The junk food media was doing deep searches into Biden’s history and tried to reach out to Reade.

The woman would somehow claim that Biden and his “goons” were targeting her.

The far-left lashed out at mainstream progressives for ignoring Tara Reade. They called out Alyssa Milano. The actress and activist who took a formal role in the #MeToo movement said that Reade deserved a voice in the discussion but said that she knows Biden and never thought he was that type of person. It was quickly slammed by Rose McGowan, a prominent figure in the takedown of that big league sexual predator. McGowan and Milano were in Charmed before they had a major fallout.

Milano was targeted by Reade and others. They tried to dox her and called her a hypocrite for not backing the Biden accuser. Milano blocked McGowan and Reade from her postings.

Some were quick to call Reade out for the supposed praise of Biden. Some of her postings showed that she liked or retweeted stories in regards to Biden.

On some websites, they showed that Reade was a dog walker, a local radio deejay, a voice actress, an owner of a local pet food company, a legal assistant, a domestic violence advocate, a horse trainer and other odd jobs. Some even believe that she was a lawyer.

Many of the jobs she held involved working with rescue animals. She worked at a central California horse ranch. She would take advantage of the owner by sending a bill from a vet clinic to the ranch. She also took the mare without permission. She often would steal from friends and acquaintances. She would make up lies about how she was a staff assistant to Biden and had key roles in the workings of legislation. She took advantage of a property owner and spent time in a guest home. When she failed to pay for rent, she would make excuses and tell California authorities that the people were slumlords. She would vengefully leave the properties in a mess with animal feces and trash. She would run on the excuses that she was leaving abusive relationships.

Reade apparently worked for less than six months at the Biden senate office. She was a staff assistant not a legislative aide. She was tasked with mail and not in the presence of Biden.

Still Reade dismissed the allegations and said the junk food media is not concerned about her story.

President-elect Joe Biden denies sexually assaulting women.

Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund was interested in the matter. But they told her to find a lawyer and they will back her. Many lawyers who talked to Reade said they couldn’t back her. She wanted to sue people who called her a “Russian Asset.”

Reade had written controversial pieces on Medium claiming that she has a “crush” on Russain Federation president Vladimir Putin. Biden supporters believe that Putin’s allies may have paid her to make up allegations against Biden. She wrote stories in Russian language and talked about how she felt Americans were misinformed about Putin’s impact on the world.

Reade on her part tried to delete her pieces. Even the piece she wrote in 2019 saying that Biden did unspeakable things to her and fired her because she rejected his advances.

She was caught altering the story on Medium. Those articles have since been deleted.

Reade also had a platform on the far-right. She appeared on Megyn Kelly’s podcast to tell her story. Reade said that Biden “wanted to fuck her” and said that she “wore crotchless panties” because she wanted to go see her boyfriend. She backed out of interviews with CNN, MSNBC and Fox News. She claimed that Biden was targeting her.

Reade also got a lawyer who was willing to back her. Douglas Wigdor and a lawyer who had worked for Sputnik were backing her for a brief moment. Wigdor, a prominent lawyer who supported Trump for president said that Reade had a right to be heard and demanded Biden release his University of Delaware transcripts to prove he did nothing wrong.

Biden on his part denied the allegations and said to Mika Brzezenski, that he never once did any inappropriate things to women. He said she deserves a right to be heard but he said that he has a right to challenge her allegations. He said any complaints made about him would be at the National Archives and he will be mindful of a person’s personal space.

Reade would soon be exposed as a fraud. She lied about her education. She was a domestic violence advocate and a trial witness in California. She was getting paid to make statements to defend victims of abuse. She allegedly lied about obtaining a degree from Antioch College in Washington.

The college said that Reade never obtained a degree nor teached at schools affiliated with Antioch. Her other college also said that she didn’t complete her classes.

Wigdor found out about it and quickly dropped her as a client. The state is considering opening an investigation into whether Reade had lied under oath and tainted cases that go back nearly 15 years.

Reade so far had retreated to the depth of social media. She has been vindictive and petty.

She blocks critics, dox women who question the validity of her story and threatened lawsuits against people who insult her body.

Reade had done many odd jobs post Biden. Some of her former friends believe she would deceive them and use Biden as a scapegoat.

In late October when the surprises were popping out of the woodwork, Fox News’ media contributor and white nationalist Joseph Wolfson had said that Reade was writing a memoir and was planning to release it in late October.

She appeared on OANN, a far-right conspiracy network catered to Trump. Chanel Rion, an illustrator and contributor to the network interviewed her.

She appeared on Australia’s version of 60 Minutes to tell another version of the story. The Australian version of 60 Minutes is part of Rupert Murdoch’s media empire.

Then she last turned up on RT, the Russian propaganda network that is considered a foreign agent of the Kremlin.

Reade said that more women will come forth once President Biden takes office. So far, we have not heard from any so far. But given how Sean “Softball” Hannity, Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon work, I wouldn’t doubt they’ll be more.

So I guess I hear that Reade had a heart attack. She apparently had a heart attack on Sunday and was rushed to the hospital and is being treated.

Her allies wish her a road to recovery. I just won’t do it.

I don’t wish no ill or death on anyone. I just believe that stress and poor lifestyle contributed to her heart attack. Now she could be exposed to COVID-19 given that she has an underlying condition. She just didn’t take care of herself and fate happened.

She never wore a mask in public and often shared far-right conspiracies online.

She managed to fool leftists like Halper, Grim, Ball, Ryan Knight, Anthony Zenkus, Michael Moore, Briahna Joy Gray, Nina Turner, Nicholas Cruse, Cenk Uygur and Kyle Kulinski. She got the attention of Fox News, Breitbart, Newsmax, OANN and Trump’s allies.

She didn’t fool mainstream America.

Reade is hopefully going to take it easy now that a heart attack forced her out of the spotlight.

She may want to for the sake of her mental health. She is mentally ill.

Many people saw right through her bad acting. Reade is a chaos agent. She wanted Sanders or Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) as the nominee.

Reade can stick to her many stories. Folks are going to believe her regardless of what Biden says or the junk food media debunking it.

Leftists are not allies of the Democratic Party. That’s probably why mainstream progressives and moderate Democrats voiced frustration at Sanders, Warren and the Squad. They were deliberately engaging in Russian Active Measures.

Now if she did pass away, it won’t be the end of her. Obviously, the QAnon dopes will believe Biden ordered a hit on her and they’ll spread the allegations on social media and dupe millions into believing it.

Bobby Brown, Jr. passed away. The son of R&B singer Bobby Brown was found dead in Los Angeles.

Tragedy once again plagues the legendary R&B singer Bobby Brown. 

His son, Bobby Brown, Jr. passed away. 

The entertainer’s son was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Wednesday. The 28-year old, known as Robert Brown, Jr. was found unresponsive after a medical call to his home.

The law has determined that there’s no foul play in the matter. They offered no further details to why he passed away.

 

The singer’s son Landon confirmed on social media that his half-brother passed away.

It comes as five years ago, Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away from an accidental drowning and possible overdose. Bobbi Kristina was the daughter of Brown and the late pop star Whitney Houston. Her then boyfriend at the time, Nick Gordon was under the radar by the state for allegedly giving her a deadly combination of drugs. He would deny his role in her death. He would die in January 2020.

Houston passed away in 2012. She was found unconscious in her hotel’s bathroom. It was on the night of the Grammy Awards and her longtime mentor and producer Clive Davis announced her death to the audience on that night.

Houston was married to Brown for about 15 years before they divorced. They had a rough relationship which involved drugs, domestic abuse and allegations of adultery on both parties.

Bobby Brown has at least 10 children. The junk food media claims he has seven. Bobby, Jr. was the son of Brown and Kim Ward. 

Brown has since remained and has three children with Alicia Etheredge. 

Bobby Brown is a founding member of the R&B/pop group New Edition. He along with Michael Bell, Ralph Tresvant, Ronnie DeVoe, Michael Bivins and Johnny Gill made up the supergroup.

The group released multiple albums and solo albums.

Brown, Jr. was following in his father's footsteps. He released a few singles as a R&B singer/rapper.
