This cross in the middle of a Maryland highway can stand says the U.S. Supreme Court.

The decision of The American Legion v. American Humanist Association was decided.

In a 7-2 decision, the Supreme Court ruled that 40-foot tall World War I memorial cross can continue to stand on public land in Maryland. The Court ruled that religious symbols can be used on public lands.

So don't get angry when a Muslim crescent or a Satanist inverted pentagram or any symbol is on public lands. This could open the door to all religions to place symbols on public places or memorials.

The justices said preserving a long-standing religious monument is very difficult from allowing the building of a new one. And the court concluded that the nearly 100-year old memorial's presence on a grassy highway median doesn't violate the Constitution's prohibition on the government favoring one religion over others. Seven of the court's nine justices sided with the backers of the cross.

The case decision impacts other memorials with the cross.

This case also marks how far the court's conservative majority will destroy religions that aren't Christian. This will allow any religious institution to pay for the building of a symbol on public roads and folks can't get upset over it. Sure, some will deface or destroy it (in case of Satanism). But the court has protected the freedom of speech and religion. So anyone can build a religious memorial on the side of a highway without a court challenge.

The court support came from Chief Justice John Roberts along with Court Associates Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Bret Kavannaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

The two who disagreed with the decision were Court Associates Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor.

The Roberts Court is to the right, to the right....

What makes this decision so controversial, the far-white is trying force Christianity on those who aren't followers of it. They looked at non-Christian, atheists and agnostic folks as.............pick your word vomit!

Gorsuch and Thomas were willing to throw out the lawsuit from the challengers.

Alito wrote in the decision.

"The cross is undoubtedly a Christian symbol, but that fact should not blind us to everything else the Bladensburg Cross has come to represent and that "destroying or defacing the Cross that has stood undisturbed for nearly a century would not be neutral and would not further the ideals of respect and tolerance embodied in the First Amendment."

The freedom of religion and freedom of speech will be upheld by the seven Supreme Court Justices who favored this over rationality.

The suspect in the latest cop killing will likely be politically exploited by Trump and the far-white.

The terrorist was arrested without any further killing. But the death of a white cop has the so-called "Blue Lives Matter" crowd lit. They're already planning on blaming Black Lives Matter, immigrants and Barack Obama for the actions of one gunman.

Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They have no regard for the lives that were lost to gun violence. If you ask me, they have enabled more gun violence by not working on passing legislation to keep firearms out of the hands of potential threats to society.

Tara O'Sullivan will have a platitude. They'll name a road or a park after her. 

Cops have a thankless job. The most dangerous call for law enforcement is a domestic violence call.

The routine traffic stop, the active mass shooter, the domestic or wild animal escape, water rescue, rioting and unrest, vice (underage alcohol sales, drug and prostitution) sting, traffic accidents and protecting public officials are considered dangerous jobs as well.

The domestic call is answering a possible assault on a loved one. The domestic call is serving a warrant to an individual for a criminal act. The domestic call is assisting an individual who is considered mentally ill.

The death of a police officer is an offset. For every [person of color] killed, the public loses trust in the police. Thus it makes it harder for the public to inform the law about crimes.

A Sacramento Police officer was killed while on duty. The suspect was caught. Who actually takes the blame? (Expect the far-right trolls to pick the dumbest answers)

The terrorist kept the law at bay for over eight hours before he was booked on murder of a peace officer. This is a capital murder charge in which the terrorist will either be getting the LIFE or DEATH card. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Roy Moore is back.

Former Alabama chief justice Roy Moore announces his running for the U.S. senate again.

The Republicans once again are panicking about the chances he could spoil an easy pick up in 2020.

Doug Jones, a political moderate managed to beat Moore in a bitterly fought race. Jones became the first Democrat in 25 years to win a seat in the U.S. Senate. He is considered one of the most vulnerable members in 2020.

Jones who was a longshot managed to win after Moore was exposed as a creepy pedophile. He had nine women accuse him of sexual abuse when they were underage.

Moore who continues to deny any contact with these women believes the Republicans and junk food media abandoned him. He said that he's no longer caring what people think of him, he's determined to win a seat.

Donald J. Trump at first endorsed his contender the incumbent Luther Strange in the primaries.

The crowded field and the far-white felt Strange was insufficiently conservative. Strange would lose to Moore in the run-off. Moore was leading and was considered the favorite. Trump carried the state in 2016 by 40 points. Republicans dominate the state in a 2:1 ratio.

Moore who is best known besides his hanky panky was the guy who ignored a federal court ruling on the removal of the Ten Commandments from the Alabama state capitol.

He was removed twice as Chief Justice of Alabama Supreme Court. He has been an ethically challenged candidate.

The Republicans are under fire currently in Alabama for passing their controversial abortion law.

Many entertainers and celebrities are boycotting the state since Gov. Kay Ivey signed the bill into law. This is currently being challenged in federal courts.

The Moore controversy also put a dent in Trump armor. Trump would endorse the candidate despite not even campaigning for him. Republicans vow to not seat him if he does win. Alabama Republicans have bucked Trump, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL). They clearly believe Moore over his accusers. Sean "Softball" Hannity, a supporter of Moore went on radio and television blaming the women who accused the disgraced judge of inappropriate behavior. He faced an advertising boycott from that.

Could Roy Moore win?

Moore has a 56% chance of winning the U.S. Senate race.

Donald J. Trump have a 80% chance of carrying Alabama.

Trump has a 69% chance of winning reelection in 2020.

By the way, Roy Moore is 73 years old. His wife is Kayla Moore and she's 58 years old. Spot the age difference. They've been married for over 30 years. So that would have made Moore 43 and Kayla 28!

Sacramento Police Bury A Rookie!

Rookie cop killed on duty.

Remember Stephon Clark was killed on sight by the Sacramento Police. He was killed after a brief chase and the two cops that tried to apprehend him claimed he had a weapon. They shot him in his grandparent's backyard.

The far-white and Russian trolls were calling Clark a natural born criminal and believe that he deserved his death because he ran from cops. Again, ignoring the fact that he was shot 22 times.

Of those 22 times, eight struck him. One of the bullets went into the head.

The two cops were not named at the time of the shooting but soon were released to the public after the county prosecutor decided to not criminal charge them for excessive use of force.

Terrance Mercadal and Jared Robinet were not criminally charged for his death. They managed to get married and have a normal life.

Enter this week and the death of a rookie officer. She was responding to a domestic violence call and the terrorist shot her. She died en route to the hospital. It led to an eight hour standoff and the terrorist surrender after numerous rounds were fired but no other officer was injured.

The officer who died was named Tara O'Sullivan, a six month member of the Sacramento Police. She was 26 years old at the time of her death. She was helping a domestic violence victim leave the premises of the suspected terrorist.

As officers swarmed the area, the gunman continued firing and the standoff lasted for eight hours.



"We are devastated," Deputy Chief of Sacramento Police Dave Peletta said in a presser. "There are no words to convey the depth of sadness we feel or how heartbroken we are for the family of our young, brave officer."

Mayor Darrell Steinberg issued a statement on the killing.

"As a father I am grieving with you. As mayor of the city she swore to protect, our city is heartbroken and we are here for you every step of the way."

O'Sullivan grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated last year from Sacramento State University with a degree in child development. O'Sullivan was working as a community outreach activist before becoming a police officer.

Now they want us to "Back The Blue" and say "Blue Lives Matter" when a cop is killed.

The suspect will face capital murder and domestic violence charges. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges carry LIFE or DEATH in the state of California.

If the suspect is Black, Hispanic, Muslim or an illegal immigrant, expect the far-white to constantly troll this blog or other websites to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama and others for the actions of one shooter.

Certified Dr. Marijuana Pepsi Vandyck!

You wouldn't believe her name. But she's an earned doctorate. 

An American woman with a funny name is now a professional at the trade of medical.

You might want to believe this but a woman named Marijuana Pepsi Vandyck became a doctor.

The mother of one earned her PhD in higher education in Wisconsin. She was through relentless bullying and taunting. She even blamed her mother for the ridiculous name. However she embraced it and overcame obstacles.

The Milwuakee Journal Sentinel chronicled Vandyck's achievement. She said that her mother Maggie Johnson picked out the name and believed it would take her around the word. She also has two sisters who were named Kimberly and Robin.

Despite people dogging on "ghetto names," Vandyck she made an opportunity to ignore the hate and focus on achieving that goal.

"I've grown into my name because I am a strong woman. I've had to be."

She left home at 15 years old, graduated from high school and went on to earn her college and master's degree.

She vowed early to get her doctorate.

The Vandyck last name was earned by her marriage to Fredrick who supported her throughout her journey. Her former name is Marijuana Pepsi Sawyer.

She also said that she doesn't smoke marijuana or drink Pepsi just in case people were asking.

Remember Raven-Symone was then a host on The View. She made the comment that she wouldn't hire any woman who had a name as "Watermeloneshia."

The former football star turned reality star was convicted of theft in Las Vegas. He was sentenced to the iron college for 9 to 33 years. He served his nine years with good behavior and was released.

Many remember the O.J. Simpson trial. The so-called "Trial of the Century" was 25 years ago.

The famous Ford Bronco chase where Al Collins drove a suicidal Simpson on Interstate 405 in metro Los Angeles. The police chase was seen by over 95 million people.

Simpson was accused of killing his estranged wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

Simpson was found not guilty of the crime. But the families of Nicole and Ron sued Simpson and he was forced to owe up nearly $35 million in punitive damages.

Simpson was convicted in 2007 after he and his friends confronted a shady auctioneer who was selling his property. Simpson and his friends came armed. They forced the auctioneer to return his stuff and they left.

Simpson was soon caught by the Las Vegas Metro Police and charged with aggravated robbery. A judge threw the book at him. She sent him to Moonlight, Nevada and Simpson remained there until his release.

Since his release, Simpson has maintained a somewhat low profile. He cannot leave the state unless given an order from his probation officer. He still maintains time in Las Vegas. He goes golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.

The Goldman family continues to slam the decision to allow Simpson free. Their vendetta against Simpson has also created negative publicity towards them.

Fred Goldman is considered a racist by many in the Black community.

St. Louis Prosecutor: Don't You Bring That -Ish To My Office!

Kim Gardner, the St. Louis prosecutor for the city is not playing any games when it comes to corruption within her department. She already sent a warning to the St. Louis Police Department.

There's 59 names of St. Louis cops who have actively shared on social media anti-Black, anti-Muslim and politically bias bullshit.

The Plain View Project exposed the names of the cops who have actively posted racially offensive nonsense on their social media. These are the cops who may have stopped, detained, arrested or killed while in uniform.

They have probably pulled over people of color from the city, the county, the state or out of state.

Say if I was driving in St. Louis with Ohio tags and I was in a neighborhood that cops suspect it as crime-ridden. They pull up behind me and I drive a few blocks. As I pass the stop sign (or light), they activate their lights and I had to proceed to stop. They both come to the window and demand my license and registration. I ask why I was stopped in the first place. They may tell me or they'll keep bullshitting an excuse to why I shouldn't talk while they're inspecting my vehicle. I tell them I don't consent to a search and they conduct a Q-and-A session to why I am in the neighborhood and they make the claim that it's known for drugs, prostitution and gun violence. I tell them it has nothing to do with me and I say "am I free to go?" when they pressure me to relent. They bring a third police unit and search dog and then tell me that I'm detained. I tell them yet again I don't consent to searching my vehicle. They place me in handcuffs and place me in the back of the cruiser. The dog makes a "hit" and the police tell me that they've found drugs in the vehicle. Even though I said I don't do drugs and I don't have nothing inside, they'll bullshit an excuse to arrest me or issue a citation. They would normally say failure to yield, turn signal or improper lane change as their reasons to an unlawful pull over.

These things happened in St. Louis.

These cops were likely white. I am a Black male and I am angry or scared they could shoot me.

That's what residents in the city are facing.

Gardner said that officers are permanently banned from presenting cases for warrants. Others will be reviewed to consider conditions of reinstatement.

The Plain View Project studied thousands of Facebook post from St. Louis and seven other jurisdictions as a part of a project that began in 2017.

This month, the group found that 43 of 3,500 accounts noted by the group were tied to metro St. Louis, with 22 of those involving current officers and 21 belonging to former officers.

Some had support of cops roughing up suspects. Some had Confederate Flags. Some were calling Black History Month racist.

This is an example of American law enforcement using their privilege to abuse the rights of people of color.

American photographer gets an iconic picture of a terrorist plotting an attack.

This kookspiracy called QAnon sparked a terrorist to open fire on a federal court house in Dallas.

QAnon is sparked by far-white agitators like Alex Jones and Sean "Softball" Hannity. They made the claim that a shadow branch of the federal government is plotting to oust Donald J. Trump through secretive means. They believe that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, James Comey and others are responsible for the chaos that plagues Trump.

They want them locked up for corruption. They are unaware that Trump is playing them for fools.

The far-white once again is motivated to attack.

This terrorist was fatally shot after exchanging gunfire with federal officers outside the Earle Cabell Federal Building in Dallas, Texas.

A Dallas Morning News photographer named Tom Fox managed to catch the picture of an armed terrorist who was hell bent on killing many.

The terrorist was wearing a black mask carrying the rifle of choice and AR15 running from the sidewalk near the courthouse to a parking lot across the street.

The terrorist reportedly served in the U.S. military for less than two years before he was discharged.

He was on social media plotting. He even said that the "fucking storm was coming."

The terrorist said it best, he believed the government is corrupt and he wanted to protect his assets.

"The storm is about to pay for kicking me off my porch. I don't know how much longer I have, but the fucking storm is coming. However I'm not without defense. I'm fucking ready. Let's do it."

The terrorist was shot after a brief exchange with the feds. He was shot twice. They tried to revive him but he died on route to the hospital.

Hardball In Dayton!

Chris Matthews comes to Dayton to discuss how Trump won America's rust belt.

Chris Matthews finished his taping in Dayton, Ohio. The MSNBC agitator came to the heart of America's rust belt for a candid discussion with residents who voted for Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.

Matthews is doing a tour of the Midwest. This is one of the key regions that Republicans need to secure in order for Donald J. Trump to continue his legacy. Trump carried Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The states went to Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. They went to Trump in 2016.

Montgomery County is a swing county. Trump won this county by six points. He visited the Dayton region twice whereas Clinton never visited. It made a huge difference.

Matthews talks to local officials and members of community for a rousing discussion on whether Trump or the Democratic nominee can win Ohioans.

Dayton has suffered from the loss manufacturing, a local hospital, many restaurants and grocery stores and technology firms.

It was also the area hardest hit from major tornadoes.

Patrick Shanahan Out!

Patrick Shanahan is sacked. The Acting Secretary of Defense was fired after The Washington Post reported on him being involved in a domestic violence dispute.

Trump's pick to replace Jim Mathis was sacked this morning. Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan is fired out the cannon after allegations of domestic abuse surfaced.

The feds are investigating him. He withdrew his nomination today.

The Washington Post published a report detailing a violent encounter in 2011 in which Shanahan's son attacked his mother with a baseball bat.

William, the 17 year old son of Shanahan brutally beaten his mother with a baseball bat.

Shanahan rushed to defend his son in the days of the attack. Weeks later, Shanahan wrote a memo to prepare for his son's initial appearance in court. Dad claimed his son acted in self-defense.

Shanahan said he regretted writing the memo and never intended for anyone other than his son's attorneys to read it.

He withdrew his nomination claiming the details of this brought "a painful and deeply personal family situation from long ago."

Trump posted on social media the firing.

The actor who is best known for his roles in Boyz N' The Hood and Jerry McGuire turned himself last week. The actor, 51 is accused of groping a woman while at a New York bar. The New York Police Department Special Victims Division and the Manhattan Criminal Court have made charges.

The charges could carry up to 10 years in the iron college and make the actor join the Offender U club under TIER II.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

There's another accuser who shares her story about meeting the entertainer and he ran his finger on the ham bone.

The daughter of the infamous Muslim hater Pam Geller has made the claim that disgraced actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. sexually assaulted her when she was 16-years old.

Claudia Oshry is an American blogger who created Girl With No Job and The Morning Toast made the allegations that Gooding inserted his finger into her butt.

Mind you, is Cuba Gooding, Jr. in underage teen clubs or adult clubs? Or is Claudia Oshry using fake IDs or her mother's connections to get into places.

Claudia Oshry married her longtime boyfriend Ben Soffer a couple of years ago. They asked their friends and family to leave their phones at home. They wanted only pictures taken from wedding planners and kept the ceremony private without much fan-fare. The reason to why they wanted to keep it hush hush was the fact her mother was there. Oshry knew that if Geller was spotted, her career would be ruined. Even she knows her mother is a danger to the nation.

Geller supports her campaign to ban Muslims and proudly promotes Donald J. Trump's antics.

She made a tearful apology telling her fans that she "loves" her mother but isn't really keen on her brand of celebrity.

I want to believe her. I seriously believe her accusations. However, I do want the junk food media to acknowledge that she is the daughter of a far-white extremist.

And for the fact that she claimed she was 16 years old in a bar with a grown ass man only questions why the hell an underage woman ever be in an adult club without proper identification?
