Reporter: Quit The Damn Race Stories Drudge!
Without race stories how would I stay relevant? - Matt Drudge. |
Anyone who is practically conservative has clicked on these stories. A conservative has a voluntary outrage against the individual and then turns the situation into a political event. The conservative types up a word salad or heads to the camera and post a video complaining! Of course they'll throw in the name of President Barack Obama in every statement that's typed or watched.
With the president easily winning reelection, the fight to stop him is over! But it doesn't stop conservatives and White supremacists from making the case for "racial unrest" and the spark for another domestic terrorist attack!
Conservatives and white supremacists are one in the same! They relish in hate of the lower class, minorities, those who are LGBT, those who are Muslim or those who support the president.
The reporter from The Hill asked "BROTHER DRUDGE" to knock off the race stories. It attracted the conservative agitator's attention and of course he put on his website.
Since the comments were disabled, the nastiest comments weren't published or read by me or anyone who tracked it!
Matt Drudge loves the attention. He's a reclusive person. Besides his inclusiveness, many of his critics (including myself) thinks he's a gay man who doesn't care about conservatives! His only goal is to riling up conservatives for a profit. When you hear Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck or even Fox News rail on about an issue with the Black community, thank Matt Drudge for making it happen!
Those criticisms in this article posted will not stop Drudge from pushing these stories, it will remind the Black and Latino communities that its essential to send the Republicans a message in the next election. We can't allow them to reclaim power on the merits of hate and division! So it's best that they continue to push these stories!
Because if they fail again at winning a presidential election, they'll eventually drop Drudge and likely Fox News as sources of information!
Besides his late co-founder Andrew Breitbart, Matt Drudge was notorious in finding scandals involving President Barack Obama. Even though influence didn't stop President Barack Obama, it's likely that he'll be looking for stories to push Republicans into thoughts of impeachment. |
Dear Matt Drudge: Stop the race stories
By Brent Budowsky
Open letter to Matt Drudge, Election Day plus two
Dear Mr. Drudge:
I have written before that, whether I like it or not, you are the one of the most influential forces in modern media, possibly THE most influential single player. You tower above your peers in what you do. Despite my failed efforts, no liberal or Democrat has even tried to create a legitimate competitor to what you do. But with your influence comes power, and with power comes responsibility, and the Drudge Report in recent months has become inundated, and saturated and permeated with baiting stories about the president's race, and about blacks generally. These are beneath the standards you should set for yourself and your profession.
You should be, and I hope you will be, a better citizen and more worthy professional than is suggested by the sheer number of race-related and often race-baiting stories that you regularly banner on the Drudge Report.
Am I suggesting you are a racist? Absolutely not. I am sure in your personal relationships you are a gentleman of integrity and fairness. Am I suggesting you are giving aid and comfort to those who are racist, or those who play the politics of race for partisan gain? Absolutely. You bet. A visit to the Drudge Report at any given time in recent months bears witness to story after story, time and time again, day after day, week after week, month after month, of a laundry list of stories with racial innuendo and suggestion and implication that I would like to believe are below the standards you would set for yourself and your profession.
Do these stories help Republicans? No. I once wrote a piece about the "Drudge delusion.” I was dead wrong about 2010. I was damn right about 2012. These stories embody a road to demographic ruin for Republicans. In the aftermath of this last election I wrote a piece for The Hill about "Why Obama Won.” One of the major reasons is that when voters are demeaned, ridiculed and insulted they tend to vote in larger numbers than expected against those who demean, ridicule and insult them.
This brand of politics, journalism and media is not only unworthy of our nation and our profession, it is unworthy of any individual, party and profession that should give at least a modicum of respect to all of God's children, created in His image, no matter what their race or religion or color or creed or nationality or heritage or background or personal beliefs.
My Brother Drudge, you have attained a level of power, influence and stature and with this goes responsibility, which I propose you exercise in the manner I suggest here.
The election is over and with this, certain things need to be said, one of which I have just said here.

Mia Love: Tokens Please!
GOP candidate Mia Love was defeated in a hotly contested race in Utah. Congressman Allen West (R-Florida) was defeated in his reelection bid. They represent the rare exception of Black Republicans who garnered attention. Congressman Tim Scott (R-South Carolina) is the sole Black member in the Republican ranks. |
Congressman Allen West (R-Florida) was defeated in a razor thin election against a newcomer Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy, a businessman.
The U.S. Senate has achieved a milestone with a high record of women in its ranks but unfortunately no Black members.
The state of Hawaii introduced its first Democratic Asian American/Pacific Islander woman, senator-elect Mazie Hirono. Congresswoman Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) beats back former governor Republican Linda Lingle in the 2012 U.S. Senate race.
Mia Love, the mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah was handed a defeat as well! The fight in Utah was supposed to be a game changer for the Republicans. This was a close call for the first Black woman in that state's history to run for Congress. She could have beaten Congressman Jim Matheson (D-Utah) in this one.
President Barack Obama, Senator Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri), Senator Bill Nelson (D-Florida), Senator Dean Heller (R-Nevada), and Senator Jon Tester (D-Montana) survived tough reelection bids.
Elizabeth Warren, Chris Murphy, Tim Kaine, Tammy Baldwin, Heidi Heinkamp, Joe Donnelly, Deb Fischer, Jeff Flake, Ted Cruz, and Angus King, will take the helm of being the newly sworn senators.
So now as Mitt Romney faces the reality of defeat, his former running mate Congressman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin) will at least keep his political feet in Washington. Ryan won his congressional seat.
Mitt Romney stated he won't run for president anymore!
Republicans have lost out! Hispanics and Blacks turned out strongly this time.
Republicans really need to get its focus on the American voting electorate. They've focused on discouraging the young voters, Black and Hispanic voters from going to the ballot box with intrusive laws like voter identification legislation.
The Republican Party better get with the program. Conservatism has to move into the future or suffer more losses in the 2014 U.S. Midterm elections.

Allen West Got The Pinkslip!
Congressman Allen West (R-Florida) is defeated in the 2012 U.S. Election. He joins Senator Scott Brown (R-Massachusetts), Congressman Todd Akin (R-Missouri), Congressman Connie Mack IV (R-Florida), and Congressman Joe Walsh (R-Illinois) as defeated members of the Tea Party/Republican Party. |
He joins Congressman Joe Walsh (R-Illinois), Congressman Connie Mack IV (R-Florida) his wife Congresswoman Mary Bono Mack (R-California), Congressman Todd Akin (R-Missouri), Senator Scott Brown (R-Massachusetts) as defeated incumbents.
Congressman Steve King won his congressional seat in Iowa. Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann barely won her congressional seat. They'll continue to be the controversial figures in the Tea Party movement.
Mitt Romney's defeat trickles down to the Republicans.
The Republican Party will now do some soul searching.
Yes, we'll hear the negative crap from the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Michael Savage.
Yeah, the Republicans still have the House of Representatives. But the Democrats control the United States Senate.
Mia Love and Congressman Scott DeJarlais (R-Tennessee) are controversial figures in the election. The race is close for Love, Utah's first Black Republican candidate. Scandal plague DeJarlais won reelection after a heavy carpet bomb of Democratic ads.
More details as they come forward.

Round Two!
President Barack Obama is declared the winner of the 2012 U.S. Presidential Election. It's over!
WAY TO GO AMERICA!
WAY TO GO AMERICA!
VOTE!
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and wife Ann at voting station in Massachusetts. |
VOTE!
Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan with daughter at the voting station in Janesville , Wisconsin. |
VOTE!
The day of reckoning is here!
Could Barack Obama win this?
Could Mitt Romney win this?
Have you voted?
Are you planning on voting?
What do you think who's going to win?
Cautious optimism is here with me and probably many others. Barack Obama is an embattled president. He came in on high unemployment, two wars and a stock market crash.
Under his leadership we managed to save the auto industry, turning a stock market downfall into a strong climb. At the peak of his term, unemployment is 10.2%, now we're now sitting at 7.9%, one of the highest ever!
Under his first term, President Barack Obama saw his historic healthcare reform passed. He had repealed a law that discriminated against LGBT members in the military. He even endorsed their rights to be married. He passed a reform act that makes sure the banks and loan agencies never take advantage of the middle class. The president signed his first law to give women equal pay. The president overseen an oil spill, tragic mass shootings in suburban areas, the killing of the world's most wanted terrorist, the country's first decline in bond rating, a stubborn congress, a massive hurricane destroying towns and communities.
The president got so many accomplishments and yet he's hanging on the balance of you, the voter!
If things we're as bad as his political foes say, why are the polls showing the president likely going to win?
But we never look at those issues, right?
The best thing now this Election Day is vote!
VOTE FOR BARACK OBAMA!
HE IS THE ONLY TRUE LEADER WILLING TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGES OF THIS NATION!

GOP Poll Watchers Plan On Swarming Black Neighborhoods!
The long lines and possibility of dirty tactics continue. |
Most want this election over with.
So what do they do?
Early vote.
President Barack Obama had an advantage in the early voting! The Republicans are seizing upon the Gallup Poll showing that Mitt Romney has a slim advantage. But yet if Mitt Romney has an advantage, I wonder how many people are standing in line ready to vote for him?
I mean in the states of Ohio, Florida and Virginia, many Americans are frustrated with the wait. What could take a few moments is now holding on for up to five hours and limited times.
The Republicans are trying to curb early voting by having it limited and passing legislation for state issued identification for those to vote.
They really want to steal this election for Romney.
These final days are going to bring the worse of the Republicans. They're already trying to undermine the message of a potential defeat of their nominee.
The Republican poll watchers will be in minority neighborhoods watching for the Black guy with a hoodie on and the elderly Black woman who sits in a wheelchair. Republicans are going to find a controversy even if there's none! So as usual they'll be a person representing either Breitbart or The Daily Caller trying to find that one ignorant Black person who will say anything for a dollar or a chance to say something to rile up White voters.
Minority neighborhoods are going to be plagued with Republican pollsters willing to put their cameras in the faces of voters. They're trying to put the camera on the "scary Black person" so they pass it along to Fox News, The Drudge Report, Breitbart, and The Daily Caller. And then it gets repetitive plays on conservative talk radio and the like. |
The state of Ohio is the center of every political election. Mitt Romney is placing his bets on this state. And if the GOP gets its way, it's going to be long night of waiting for who wins this state.
The president and Romney have already hired lawyers for any contested district or area where there's a possibility for voter fraud or suppression.
I am for one really concerned about this!
I am cautiously optimistic about this election. I am confident that this will be a fair election, but there's likely going to be some attempt to undermine the president.
We got our massage!
We got the fight in us!
There's no turning back now!
