They Ask Stupid People To Answer Smart Questions!

Ohio Republican Mike Turner is a stupid lawmaker. He, Elise Stefanik and Nancy Mace were once moderate lawmakers. Now they are MAGA extremists.

I reside in Dayton, Ohio, a Rust Belt city that has a population of 136,000 residents. It is one of the many communities lost in the void. Once a pioneering city for manufacturing, Dayton lost numerous companies and is now a service based community,

The only thing that keeps Dayton alive is Wright Patterson Air Force Base. 

And the status quo that keeps Dayton at the bottom of the barrel is the leadership.

Democrats run Dayton. Since Jeff Mims took charge, Dayton has not seen anything developing happen in West Dayton. Well, they are doing a community grocer on the old Dayton schools property near U.S. Highway 35 but nothing monumental to help grow that side of town. The Water Street development is slowly developing. The Arcade is almost complete. The so called Tech Town is a bust. The Dayton South Fairgrounds project is a bust. The city has more abandoned buildings around the city. Nothing exciting in my opinion. The 2019 tornado damage still plague the city. Speed bumps on main roads and a lot of minor repairs to roads. Thank President Joe Biden for allocating the transportation law that Republicans voted against.

The city is a part of 10th Congressional and 15th Congressional District. It was a part of the illegal Ohio gerrymandered map that unfairly gave Republicans an advantage in Congress.

Ohio is still facing a legal fight over it and for the time being the Dayton-Springfield area is ran by three Republicans. They are ineffective members.

Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) of Centerville represents the 10th District.

Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) of Troy represents the 8th District.

Rep. Mike Carey (R-OH) of Grove City represents the 15th District.

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) of Cincinnati (and San Francisco) is currently the Junior Senator of Ohio.

Montgomery County is split between these three districts. The county went to Washed Up 45 in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020. Barack Obama carried the county twice in 2008 and 2012. George W. Bush almost won it in 2000 but lost to Al Gore.

Turner, serving Congress since 2003 was the former mayor of Dayton and was a moderate at one time. Now he is a full fledge member of the MAGA and is an ineffective leader.

He nearly lost in 2020. 

It could happen again if the Democrats have a candidate strong enough to defeat him.

I won't back either candidate but it will be good to see this status quo lawmaker retire. 

Turner backed Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) of Urbana for House Speaker despite his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. He appears on GOP Sundays a lot. Turner usually hanging out with Fox, MSNBC's Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski or CNN's Jake Tapper or Dana Bash.

Turner is like Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC). He talks like he's smart but really he isn't.

He is an opportunist who will say anything to look like he is smart but in reality, he has no clue on how things are.
