Cheap Super NES Console Knock Off Has X-Rated And Racist Content!

Bargain basement Nintendo knock off is too hard for TV.

NBC News warns of a cheap Super Nintendo knockoff that has content not suitable for children. Matter of fact, it has X-rated, racist and possible child porn on certain playable games.

First things first, why is it called a Super NES knock off when it has 8-bit NES rom hacks instead of the 16-bit SNES hacks?

Second, why is we so desperate for the cheap shit?

Parents have to look closely at the kinds of toys they are getting their kids these days. Some parents bought the Super Mini SN-02 thinking it was the Super Nintendo. They look exactly the same. It has very similar packaging, and when it is taken out of the box, it looks just like the original game console. When it’s turned on, at first, it looks like the games kids played back in the ’90s with a Mario-looking race game and a Mike Tyson-looking boxing match. Plus, a $50 console sounds a lot better to a parent’s wallet than $150.

Erik Howard and his fiancée went to Coronado Center on Sunday to finish up their shopping. “We figured this would be great for not only myself and my fiancé but also for our children as well,” said Erik Howard.

Trash version of Super Mario Bros. 2. This game called Blackman 2 where it puts Mario and Luigi as Black stereotypes.

Howard says one of the games was called “Blackman 2” sort of a knock-off of “Super Mario Brothers 2”. “The enemies that were in the game were depicted as Ku Klux Klan members. In the background instead of where trees would normally be, there was burning crosses. And as I played the game further, there was a little vine where you could climb up to, and on top of that vine was a hanging Black man,” said Howard.

Howard says he paid $60 for the console. When he purchased it, he had no idea it was a knock off. “It looks perfectly similar just a smaller version because technology, they grow down in size nowadays,” said Howard.

He also says the packaging didn’t have any type of disclaimer warning potential buyers of the content of the game. So he hopes his mistake will serve as a warning and protect other families this holiday season. “This is something that should not be in any household, whatsoever, let alone in the hands of children,” said Howard.
