Right off the bat, many were pissed at Fox canceling Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Lucifer. NBC managed to do some good with Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It will pick it up for season six. Netflix picked up Lucifer on the pleas from fans and the cast. The moves assure that they will likely get a series finale or a continuing season.
On the rest of them, yeah I am disappointed.
Besides Fox and NBC, ABC, CBS and The CW also decided to pack it up on many of your favorite or least favorite shows.

The cancellation of Roseanne is certainly a win for progressives and a loss for those who support Donald J. Trump. ABC revived the 1990s comedy and right off the bat, the show went into its controversial song and dance. Roseanne Barr became a conservative and feverish supporter of Trump. She incorporates that her real life character into the show. And it cost her dearly. The show will be reworked as The Conners and it will feature the cast excluding Roseanne Barr.
The long term shows and finales will come. Modern Family announced it will be the final season.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D will likely get a last season.
Fridays will be the timeslot for Fresh off the Boat and Speechless.
The Goldbergs, Black-ish, Grey's Anatomy, How to Get Away With Murder, For the People, Splitting Up Together, Station 19, The Good Doctor and American Housewife will continue on.
More reality television is coming to ABC.

CBS cancels sitcoms, Scorpion and troubled actor's drama. Wisdom of the Crowd was quickly canceled after Jeremy Piven was caught in the #MeToo Movement. He was fired from the show and they ended up burning off the show.
CBS is more minority friendly with the shows coming up this season.
Scorpion managed to conjure up four seasons but in time, CBS said it's a wrap. Famed genius Walter O'Brien could solve this dilemma. Hopefully, Scorpion could be picked up in syndication and soon build up a fan base to rework or revamp the series.
Kevin Can't Wait went down hard. The return of Leah Remini was not well received by the fans who felt the firing of Erinn Hayes was fucked up.
Superior Donuts was cut too. It ended on a cliffhanger.
Liza Lapira has a curse on her career. This is the fifth series she was on that was cancelled. The show 9JKL featuring her, Mark Feuerstein and Linda Levin was cancelled.
Bobby Moynihan's comedy Me, Myself & I was cancelled fast. That was the first cancelled show of the season. It featured John Larroquette and Jaleel White.
Code Black, the medical drama that was created by Michael Seitzman was soon put to pasture. After three seasons, they pull the plug on the show. Rob Lowe, Boris Kodjoe and Marcia Gay Harden were the stars of this show.
Sara Gilbert was not only doing Roseanne but also Living Biblically. The show was produced by her former co-star Johnny Galecki and it featured Jay Ferguson, Tony Rock and Camryn Manheim. They pulled the show after four episodes and the burn off will conclude on July 28.The series featuring Ferguson as a married film critic who tries to rework his life around the Bible after he lost his best friend.
What stays on CBS Sunday Morning, 60 Minutes and 48 Hours, the CBS News block.
Then of course, scripted shows like The Big Bang Theory will allegedly conclude in 2019. No confirmation about that yet. Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro and Jim Parsons executive produced Young Sheldon based off iconic nerd Sheldon Cooper (played by Parsons) and it got a second season. The Young Sheldon show includes Parson as narrator, Iain Armitage, Annie Potts, Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, Montana Jordan and Raegan Revord.
Blue Bloods, Hawaii Five-0 and MacGyver will continue to keep you in the house on Fridays. The crime dramas are doing well on the death spot.
Reality shows The Amazing Race, Survivor and Big Brother will continue on.
Scripted shows like Bull, Criminal Minds, Instinct, Life in Pieces, Madam Secretary, Man with a Plan, Mom, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, Ransom, SEAL Team, and S.W.A.T. will continue on for the time being.
Elementary will likely end after 2019.
Murphy Brown is revived. The show became a part of the 1992 U.S. presidential election when Dan Quayle made the remarks about the show during the debate. Like Roseanne, Murphy Brown was huge in ratings. NBC survived on Will & Grace. Who knows?
Damon Wayans, Jr. (Happy Endings and New Girl) will have a show called Happy Together (not Happy Endings).
Cedric The Entertainer, Tichina Arnold (Martin and Everybody Hates Chris fame), Beth Behrs (2 Broke Girls) and Max Greenfield (New Girl) will be feuding neighbors in The Neighborhood.
Brandon Micheal Hall, Violett Beane and Joe Morton will have a drama called God Friended Me.
Tone Bell and Nia Dobrev will have a sitcom called Fam.
Scripted Fall shows include The Red Line, FBI, Blood & Treasure, The Code and Magnum P.I.

Ironic that Hawaii Five-0/MacGyver developer and executive producer Peter Lenkov is going to make a spin off Five-0. The new Magnum P.I. will bring in Jay Hernandez as Thomas Magnum. Higgins will be played by a woman. Perdita Weeks will play the role of Jon Higgins as Juliet Higgins. Zachary Knighton (Happy Endings fame) will be Orville "Rick" Wright.
NBC cancels Rise, Taken, Great News, Shade of Blue, Timeless, Better Late Than Never, The Brave, Champions, and The Brave. Brings Brooklyn Nine-Nine to the roster.

The CW cancels Valor, Life Sentence and The Originals. The announcement of final seasons are posted today. Two Emmy award winning shows Jane The Virgin and Crazy Ex-girlfriend will end respectively. Also as Lucifer will continues on Netflix, The CW will conclude iZombie in the fifth season.
Greg Berlanti and the DC Universe were really successful to The CW. The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Black Lightning are hits. Supergirl will be on Sundays. Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow will be on Monday. The Flash and Black Lightning will be on Tuesday. Riverdale, the dark version of Archie and Friends will continue on Wednesday. Supernatural will be on Thursday.

Okay, here's the new shows on The CW. The Sunday night follow up with Supergirl will be a revived version of Charmed. This will be the first in 10 years. The CW programming comes back to Sunday.
Wednesday will bring forth All American. This series is based on Spencer Paysinger played by Daniel Ezra. It will also features Taye Diggs (Empire/Private Practice) and Bre-Z (Empire).
Legacies will be on Thursday. This is a spin-off to The Originals.
Fox cancels Lucifer, The Last Man on Earth, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Mick. Brings Last Man Standing, NFL Monday and Thursday Football to its roster.
Last Man Standing is coming back to Fridays. Tim Allen, the controversial conservative comedian will reboot his show without key actors Flynn Morrison, Kaitlyn Dever and Molly Ephraim. It will recast the show and carry through its seventh season. The Cool Kids will also follow up. Martin Mull, Vicki Lawrence, David Alan Grier and Leslie Jordan will portray themselves as "cool" hipsters in a retirement community.
Lil Rel Howery will have a show called Rel. It will be on Sunday along with The Simpsons (30th Season), Family Guy, and Bob's Burgers.
Scripted shows will also include The Passage and Proven Innocent.
Gordon Ramsay will have a block of shows. Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef, 24 Hours to Hell and Back will return.
Seth MacFarlane will reprise his roles in Fox (despite his feud with Rupert Murdoch and Fox News).

Lethal Weapon will have Damon Wayans and a new recast. Wayans and Seann William Scott will now be in the buddy cop drama. Actor Clayne Crawford was fired out the cannon after Warner Bros. got fed up with his bullshit. He and Wayans were on camera arguing and it led to a feud. They found that Crawford's behavior was out of control. So in season two, Lethal Weapon returns.
DC's Gotham will end at season five. It will come back in the Spring.
Lee Daniels shows Empire and Star are still successful despite a fall off in ratings. They will return back to Wednesday.
With the pending merger of 21st Century Fox and Disney, Marvel Entertainment will have more shows associated to the network. The Gifted will return back to Mondays after NFL Football.
The Resident and 9-1-1 will return to Monday and Thursday respectively.

Tim Allen claims that Last Man Standing may be the only show that could round up Trump's core base. Given that Trump's core base is a mixture of morons, racists and buffoons, I guess Allen will fit right in.
