On that receipt, it read, "We don't tip terrorist!"
The Saltgrass Steak House in Odessa serves a great meal to a guest. Khalil Cavil serves the guest the meal and gives him the bill. When the guest left the restaurant, Cavil was shocked to find the offensive message on the receipt.
He shared it on social media and it went viral.
He soon reported the issue to his manager and they determined if the guest wrote that, he could be banned from the property.

Cavil on his part thanked the folks of Odessa for throwing their support behind him.
Terry Turney, the COO of Saltgrass Steak House told USA Today that they stand by Khalil and hope this issue addresses racism. They hope this event will help motivate Americans to come together.
