Donald J. Trump has once again failed the people he claims he will look out for.
Some baker from Colorado fought against the right to serve customers based on their sexuality. The Court ruled 7-2 on this. The Court kicked the issue back to the lower courts.
Jack Phillips was upset over serving a gay couple in Lakewood.
Phillips cited his religion to not provide services to the couple. The couple filed a complaint to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission and they ruled that the baker was found liable for discrimination.

The ACLU aided Charlie Craig and David Mullins throughout the whole ordeal.
The Court ruled against the commission because it didn't give Phillips a fair hearimg.
Many LGBTQ groups slam this decision as a potential rollback of the interstate commerce clause. The baker who operates Masterpiece Cakes did not get the big ruling however.
The ruling on the discrimination did not happen. But it rollback the free exercise clause. It now can be a legal limbo approaching.
Muslims, Jews, Christians, other religions and non religious companies can possibly deny service on the grounds.
We better get motivated. Because if you don't, Republicans continue their hold of Congress and we can see more of this.
