Loot Dogg!

Rich Homie White is exposed by The Daily Beast again.

Jeffrey Shaun King has been investigated by The Daily Beast again. Of course, he is denying the allegations of him making a huge profit for his "grassroots" non-profit organizations. Of course, he locked his Twitter account and blocked the writer of the article. It took a while, but I finally realized that King is nothing more than a master of deception. He has scammed his supporters.

He misled his employees at his companies. He and his wife Rai have taken in nearly millions off the backs of activists and donors who thought they were fighting for civil rights and justice.

He once again takes his social media private and is trying to downplay his exploits.

The leftist who is a backer of Bernie Sanders, Nina Turner, Larry Krasner, Lee Merritt and numerous other controversial figures is often referred as a leader of "Black Lives Matter."

He is not.

The tax documents reveal that during the first year of its existence, a period that coincided with the largest racial justice protests in the nation’s history, the organization collected more than $6.67 million. Further, Federal Election Commission records also show that two political action committees tied to the controversial activist have poured close to half a million dollars into the organization.

King, a Morehouse College graduate and former minister, became one of the most prominent activist voices as the movement against police violence took shape, using his social media accounts to quickly draw attention to cases of police abuse. He’s also been a prolific fundraiser for families of some of the victims and for various ventures of his own, which has led to some painting him as a grifter although he’s never been charged with misappropriating funds.

The Daily Beast story dropped at a time when other prominent activists and organizations are also under scrutiny for their finances. The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation released its nonprofit tax filing for the first time earlier this year after a New York Magazine piece revealed that the org was delinquent in filing the form, and that its co-founder, Patrisse Cullors, had actually lived in a $5.8 million California home that was purchased with the organziation’s funds. Cullors, who is no longer part of the foundation, had previously said she never lived in the residence.

Earlier this month, some BLM grassroots organizers filed a $10 million lawsuit against a Shalomyah Bowers, a consultant for the organization, alleging he siphoned off millions in donations for himself.

Ludacris Manager Chaka Zulu In A Murder Plot!

Atlanta media mogul Chaka Zulu faces a murder rap.

Ludacris' longtime manager and co-founder of Disturbing Tha Peace Records Chaka Zulu is being charged with murder. It appears he was a shooting victim and a prime suspect.

Back in June, the record producer was shot in Atlanta. He was among three people shot after an altercation. A person died at the scene. Born Ahmed Obafemi, the record producer was arrested on a list of charges. The most devastating is murder. He also faces aggravated assault, possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime, simple battery and tampering with evidence. The victim, 23-year old Artez Benton was killed at the APT 4B restaurant in Atlanta.

Zulu turned himself into the Fulton County sheriff's department.

In a televised press conference, his lawyer, Gabe Banks said that Zulu acted in self defense and will prove to the court that he was a victim as well.

In a press released by his lawyer the rapper maintains innocence.

"Mr. Chaka Zulu, the beloved son of the City of Atlanta is disappointed in the Atlanta Police Department's decision to bring charges against him surrounding the shooting that occurred in June 2022. A close review of all of the evidence, including surveillance footage and eyewitness interviews, reveal that Mr. Zulu was attacked and jumped from behind of at least (4) individuals (sadly including the decedent) and was forced to defend himself after this gang repeatedly stomped, punched and kicked him while he was on the ground in a defenseless position."

Banks added on his client, "In an attempt to save his life, Mr. Zulu lawfully discharged his weapon in self-defense, a weapon that he was licensed to carry. Mr. Zulu fully cooperated with law enforcement officials and their investigation, and voluntarily turned himself in once he learned of the arrest warrants."

Zulu said that "It is not lost on Mr. Zulu that someone lost his life, but had Mr. Zulu not lawfully defended himself, Mr. Zulu would have been killed that night."

Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges, Chaka Zulu (and his brother) Jeff Dixon, founded Disturbing Tha Peace Records in 1998. Ludacris then known as DJ Luva Luva, released his debut album Incognegro independently. Then Def Jam A&R, Brad Jordan, known as Scarface heard the album and immediately signed him on as a solo artist.

Ludacris would re-release the album as Back for the First Time and it went three times platinum.

Ludacris released nine albums. Eight under the Def Jam label through Disturbing Tha Peace.

Ludacris brought to the industry, St. Louis native, Chingy, College Park native Tity Boi (known as 2 Chainz), Chicago's own Shawnna and former Mista singer Bobby V.

Ludacris is an independent artist again.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

Chaka Zulu is credited to bring Ludacris to the mainstream.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting. I am getting fucking tired of white nationalists and their enablers of color complaining about the lack of Black fathers. The fathers are either killed by gun violence, police violence, COVID-19, heart diseases, diabetes, freak accidents and just being Black in America.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However the two Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES.

Dems Dogpiling On Rashida Tlaib Because She Dared To Criticize Israel!

Rashida Tlaib is honest about Palestinian abuse. The Democrats want to stop her from talking about it.

So if you're not in support of a Free Palestine, should we call you Islamophobic?

Or should you just stick to the misleading troupe that criticism of Israel is anti-semitism.

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL) and Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) are calling Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) an anti-semitic because she called the Israeli government and policies an act of apartheid.

They are Islamophobic and racist.

Tlaib is a woman of color. She is a Muslim.

Yes, Democrats can be racist too! The white liberal is just as dangerous as the white conservative.

Tlaib is a representative from Metro Detroit. She easily beaten her opponents in a majority Black district. She is a Palestinian American who was elected in 2018.

Tlaib makes up one of 90 members of Congress who are considered more noise than legislation. She has become a lightning rod when it comes to criticism of President Joe Biden and some Democratic positions.

She is strongly against the U.S.-Israeli ties.

She opposes the notion that Israel is a Jewish state. The notion of a Jewish state would make the country a religious theocracy, a dominant government that rules by religion.

Tlaib has criticized Saudi Arabia, Yemen and other governments. She said that you can't be a progressive and support an apartheid Israeli regime. It earned a response from Wasserman Schultz and Nadler above.

She along with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) are the only Muslim lawmakers in Congress. They are critical of the U.S.-Israeli relationship. They believe that the relationship is not fair and  AIPAC, the largest pro-Israeli lobbying group is meddling in foreign policy and pushing an agenda that favors the total elimination of the Palestinian people living in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem and Golan Heights.

AIPAC has paid lawmakers millions to stay silent on the Israeli government's brutal policies towards Arabs living in the country. They came up with a resolution equating that any criticism of the Israeli government or its actions are equal to the anti-semitic. Many states have passed controversial laws that stifle freedom of speech. Some companies can fire you if you're not in support of the Israeli government or make even the slightest criticisms of the country.

The Israeli government has banned Tlaib and Omar from entry. They have called Israel numerous times and voted against funding the Iron Dome, a military defense grid. Israeli is allegedly a nuclear powered nation. It allegedly is preparing for a nuclear war with Iran.

The criticisms are slammed by Republicans and pro-Israeli Democrats as anti-Semitic.

Florida lawmaker Wasserman Schultz calls fellow lawmaker Tlaib anti-semitic for criticizing Israel.

Tlaib and Omar have been criticized more because they're women of color and Muslim. Rep. Andy Levin, a Jewish lawmaker who is also critical of Israel is barely attacked by his pro-Israeli Democrat lawmakers. He is actually defended by the very ones who call Tlaib and Omar anti-semitic.

Tlaib is supportive of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), the very definition of white liberalism. He is the most tone deaf senator in the country. He and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) are so fucking ridiculous.

They have no legislative accomplishments. All they are in my opinion is noise. Tlaib is a follower of this nonsense and it could doom her if a strong primary challenger happens to use this against her in 2024.

She is part of the do-nothing Squad.

Tlaib, Omar, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) have voted against the bipartisan infrastructure bill and have opposed Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) when it comes to granting his state a permit to streamline a natural gas pipeline through the state of West Virginia.

Tlaib has a right to question the actions of a foreign government's treatment of its people. Obviously, we criticize many foreign governments. Even the president was at the U.N. criticizing China and Russia.

The very same folks who complain about the Islamic Republic of Iran and its policies seem to have no problem with a Jewish state's ruling of its people.

The very same folks who stand firm for Taiwan despite China's one nation policy and even stated that the U.S. could go to war if China decides to forcibly take the island.

The very same folks who want you to condemn Russia for its war in Ukraine won't condemn Israel's brutal treatment of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Golan Heights.

The very same folks who want to keep Venezuelans, Guatemalans, Nicaraguans, Haitians, Guatemalans, and Colombian people from entering the United States are pretty cool with Israel putting up border walls and high fences to keep Palestinians from entry of the settlements of the West Bank.

We criticize Saudi Arabia for a targeted killing Jamal Khashoggi when he visited Turkey. The U.S. has not once criticized the Israeli government for killing Palestinian American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh.

The very same folks who sit back and watch democracies fall are willing to prop up autocracies.

Hypocrisy never takes a break.

I've said it before.

Ignore the noise.

Vote.

Washed Up 45 Toss The Softball Around!

The Feds should set their DVRs, these idiots are admitting criminal acts.

Washed Up 45 had a softball session with the world's most annoying and most boring media personality in the history of television.

Softball Hannity softball
Softball Hannity softball
America's most annoying
Most annoying
Media personality in the history of television

The former president has put himself in legal peril. The latest softball interview on Fox with the annoying agitator and shadow advisor Softball Hannity has revealed that the former president literally did not follow protocols to declassify top secret documents.

He and the softball are still obsessed with Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden.

The two did the interview at Mar-a-Lago, the place where in August he revealed the FBI searched the property and took documents. The FBI was granted a warrant by a federal judge to search his property. The former president claims it was a raid.

The Department of Justice was granted continuation of its investigation into the after it appealed a lower court ruling halting its criminal probe.

The softball referred Washed Up 45 as "Mr. President" as a dig at President Joe Biden.

In the interview, the former president literally said that he alone can declassify documents in his mind. He admits that their are protocols to the documents and acknowledged that they were taken. He said that once he left office, the documents were declassified but offered no proof. He dismiss the search as a partisan witchhunt and said the National Archives are a bunch of radical leftists.

He also went after Letitia James, the New York state attorney general who is suing him and his company.

The interview was a total trainwreck. Obviously the softball is doing his best to make the situation about Clinton. It's not gonna work.

Fed Court Restore FBI Search Of Mar-a-Lago!

He gonna take it to the Supreme Court.

The U.S. 11th District Court of Appeals granted the Justice Department its duty to continue a possible criminal probe into Washed Up 45 holding onto top secret and classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort. The National Archives and Records Administration warned the former president that he was required to all properties of the U.S. government.

The FBI was stopped by one of the former president's appointed judges. Her inexperience gave the former president a little breathing room. However this special master is not playing games. He needs to know what information did the former president declassify before he left office. His lawyers are not telling.

A three-judge panel agreed to put on hold a lower court's order that kept the subset of sensitive records off-limits for the Justice Department to use for investigative purposes, pending the review of the materials by an independent arbiter known as a special master.

In its 29-page opinion, the panel said it agreed with the Justice Department that the federal district court in South Florida likely erred in blocking investigators' use of the classified records and then requiring them to submit the sensitive documents to the outside arbiter for review.

"For our part, we cannot discern why [Trump] would have an individual interest in or need for any of the one-hundred documents with classification markings," Judges Robin Rosenbaum, Britt Grant and Andrew Brasher said. "Classified documents are marked to show they are classified, for instance, with their classification level."

The former president, the judges continued, "has not even attempted to show that he has a need to know the information contained in the classified documents." The judges also said there is no evidence in the record before them that the roughly 100 documents at issue were declassified.

"In any event, at least for these purposes, the declassification argument is a red herring because declassifying an official document would not change its content or render it personal," the three-judge panel wrote. "So even if we assumed that [Trump] did declassify some or all of the documents, that would not explain why he has a personal interest in them."

Grant and Brasher were appointed to the 11th Circuit by the former president, while Rosenbaum was tapped by former President Barack Obama.

Federal prosecutors asked the 11th Circuit to step in last week after U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, appointed by Washed Up 45 in 2020, denied their request to restore access to the batch of records marked classified, which were among the 11,000 documents seized in the Aug. 8 search.

In their appeal to the Atlanta-based court, Justice Department lawyers argued Cannon's order "hamstrings" its criminal probe and irreparably harms the government by blocking "critical steps of an ongoing criminal investigation and compelling disclosure of highly sensitive records," including to Washed Up 45's lawyers. They also warned Cannon's temporary ban keeping investigators from using the materials for investigative purposes "impedes the government's efforts to protect the nation's security."

The former president's legal team urged the 11th Circuit to turn down the Justice Department's request to regain access to the sensitive documents, reiterating its characterization of the court fight as a "document storage dispute that has spiraled out of control." The federal probe into the president, his lawyers James Trusty and Christopher Kise told the court, is "unprecedented and misguided."

New York To Sue And Dissolve Washed Up 45!

Letitia James is going after Washed Up 45.

The New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a lawsuit against the former president amd his children. She said that the company he owns has practiced in business fraud and misled the state of millions.

James announced a sweeping lawsuit Wednesday against Washed Up 45, his three eldest children and the Trump Organization in connection with her yearslong civil investigation into the company’s business practices.

In its 220-page suit, James’ office details efforts by the former president to inflate his personal net worth to attract favorable loan agreements. For the former president’s alleged wrongdoing, James seeks to bar the family from being in the office of any New York-based company for five years. Additionally, James seeks to bar them from receiving loans from any New York registered financial institution for five years.

James’ office seeks approximately $250 million in penalties. The suit alleges more than 200 instances of fraud over 10 years.

“For too long, powerful, wealthy people in this country have operated as if the rules do not apply to them," James said in a statement. "Donald Trump stands out as among the most egregious examples of this misconduct. With the help of his children and senior executives at the Trump Organization, Donald Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to unjustly enrich himself and cheat the system."

Alina Habba, a lawyer representing the former president in this case, said the lawsuit "is neither focused on the facts nor the law — rather, it is solely focused on advancing the attorney general’s political agenda. It is abundantly clear that the Attorney General’s Office has exceeded its statutory authority by prying into transactions where absolutely no wrongdoing has taken place."

James alleges years of large-scale fraud, saying the Trump Organization inflated the values of its properties in seeking bank loans or deflated them to pay less taxes. Her office has said in court filings that it “uncovered substantial evidence establishing numerous misrepresentations” in the company's financial statements to banks, insurers and the IRS.

James’ announcement follows months of efforts by the former president and his three eldest children —Coke, Karenvanka and Doofus — to avoid testifying and turning over business documents. Trump sued the New York attorney general in federal court in December, seeking a halt to her civil probe and casting the investigation as politically motivated. But U.S. District Judge Brenda K. Sannes dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that while Trump and his company pointed to several comments that they argue show James’ “personal animus toward Mr. Trump and evince an intent to retaliate for or stifle plaintiffs’ free speech,” they did not show her effort to enforce subpoenas against the company “was commenced for the purpose of retaliation.”

New York is seeking to keep his kids from profiting from fraudulent activities.

Washed Up 45 also sought to impede the probe in New York, but in February, a state judge ordered the former president and two of his children to sit for depositions and produce the documents subpoenaed by James.

The Trump Organization has denied any wrongdoing in court filings and argued that it has exceeded expectations in complying with document requests. James’ office pushed back on that assertion and sought to hold the former president in civil contempt. Her office alleged in court filings in April that the former president failed to comply with state Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron's order to turn over subpoenaed documents and sought to fine him $10,000 a day until he provided the records, which the judge granted weeks later.

More drama.

During an hourslong deposition at James' office last month, Washed Up 45 invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, answering only a question about his name, his attorney, Ron Fischetti, said. Fischetti said the former president was asked about the valuations of various items and golf clubs, signing documents, mortgages, loans and the size of his apartment. A source with knowledge of the deposition said the former president took the Fifth more than 440 times.

The former president’s deposition took place weeks after his two children testified in the civil probe in July. NBC News reported that neither of Washed Up 45’s two eldest children invoked the Fifth Amendment’s protection. Other Trump Organization executives have also been questioned, including the doofud.

The Trump Organization also faces a criminal prosecution over its business dealings, led by the Manhattan district attorney. The company's former chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg, pleaded guilty to tax fraud charges in that case, which is set to go to trial next month.

Washed Up 45 also faces a federal investigation over his storage of sensitive documents at his Mar-a-Lago home, in Florida. The former president has contended that he declassified the various top secret and other highly sensitive documents found there.

Roseanne Barr Pins The Tail On A Fox!

Still trying to redeem a lost career.

The 70 year old washed up entertainer will do a comedy show on far right platform Fox Nation. Call it a geezer's return to fame.

Since Roseanne Barr being fired from ABC, no one wants to hire her nor want any association with her. She is considered a blacklisted entertainer. It's not because of her support of Washed Up 45.

It was the remarks she made against Valerie Jarrett, then official for Barack Obama.

She said that she looked like one of the characters from Planet of the Apes.

It led to ABC firing her and cancelling the Roseanne revival. The show was revamped and now is known as The Connors. She is no longer involved in the writing, directing and production of the show.

Sara Gilbert, John Goodman and Laurie Metcalf have distanced themselves from Roseanne.

The washed up celebrity is feuding with them and has called them traitors for not supporting her during the scandal.

The new one-hour program, “A Roseanne Comedy Special,” is expected to debut in the first quarter of 2023.

“Roseanne is a comedy icon whose humor connects with the American audience like no other. Her ability to channel the challenges of everyday people and find the humor in it all has earned her the passionate following of millions of dedicated fans,” said Jason Klarman, president of Fox Nation, in a statement. “We are thrilled to add her comedy special exclusively to the Fox Nation catalog.”

At issue was a tweet from Barr describing former White House advisor Valerie Jarrett in terms that likened her to an animal, and quickly sparked outrage. The comedian said the remarks represented a poor attempt at humor.

Originally devised to expand Fox News coverage for die-hards, Fox Nation has in recent months expanded ito lifestyle programming and has enlisted celebrities including Kevin Costner, Sharon Osbourne, Piers Morgan and Kelsey Grammer for various projects.

Fox Nation said the new special will “feature Ms. Barr’s signature comedic take on a variety of topics, with no subject off limits.”

Fox is the place where they tell those who don't support Washed Up 45 to shut up and dribble. Fox is the place where they promote those who support the former president or Republicans a show.

So the D-list have to eat too.

Manchin: Can Bernie Sanders And Republicans Explain Why They Want A Government Shutdown?

Are you tired of extremist politics?

When Republicans can't have their way, they resort to shutting down the government.

Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Washed Up 45 have dealt with government shutdowns.

I am guessing we are facing another threat of a government shutdown because of a democratic socialist and 50 Karens who want to see the current Democratic president fail.

I strongly despise Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV), Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT). I despise them as much as I despise the 50 dickheads in the Karen senate conference.

Sanders is a do nothing senator and a cultist of the extreme left. Sanders has thrown down a gauntlet to Manchin, Sinema and President Joe Biden. He said he will not support keeping the government open because of a pipeline that Manchin and Sen. Karen Moore Capito (R-WV) support. The issuing of a permit would allow a nearly completed pipeline to be finished and Sanders is upset over it.

Manchin said it many times to those in the junk food media.

If he can explain it to the constituents of his state, he will be in a favor of it. He has irked many on the left for siding with Republicans on some occasions. He has irked Republicans when he sides with his caucus. The passage of the Inflation Reduction Act has irked Republicans to now say they won't negotiate with Manchin or Sinema.

"I've never seen stranger bedfellows than Bernie Sanders and the extreme liberal left siding up with Republican leadership....it's like revenge politics."

Manchin on Tuesday railed against what he called "revenge politics,'' as liberals in the House and Senate team up with Republicans to oppose his plan to speed permits for natural gas pipelines and other energy projects.

Manchin who chairs the Senate Energy Committee, secured a commitment from Biden and Democratic leaders to include the permitting package in a stopgap government-funding bill in return for his support of a landmark law to curb climate change.

But in the weeks since Biden signed so-called Inflation Reduction Act last month, Democrats and environmental groups have lined up to oppose the permitting plan, calling it bad for the country and the climate. Climate hawks such as Sanders and Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey, along with dozens of House members, say the permitting plan should be excluded from the must-pass spending bill.

Many Republicans agree. Sen. Karen Barrasso (R-WY) is the top Republican on the Senate energy panel. He called the permitting deal a “political payoff” to Manchin, whose vote on the climate bill was crucial to the law's passage.

Manchin's actions on the climate — including secret negotiations with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) — "engendered a lot of bad blood” among Republicans, Sen. Karen Cornyn (R-TX) told reporters. “There’s not a lot of sympathy on our side to provide Sen. Manchin a reward.”

Sanders has no legislative accomplishments. He is just noise.

At a news conference Tuesday, Manchin expressed bewilderment at such sentiment, saying he's “never seen" such an example of “revenge politics,'' with Sanders and the "extreme liberal left siding up with Republican leadership'' to oppose his plan.

"It's revenge towards one person — me,'' Manchin said.

“I'm hearing that the Republican leadership is upset,'' he added. “They're not going to give a victory to Joe Manchin. Well, Joe Manchin is not looking for a victory.''

Replying Tuesday on Twitter, Sanders was defiant.

“Defeating the Big Oil side deal is not about revenge,″ he said. “It’s about whether we will stand with 650 environmental and civil rights organizations who understand that the future of the planet is with renewable energy and energy efficiency not approving the Mountain Valley Pipeline,″ a nearly-completed natural gas pipeline from northern West Virginia to southern Virginia. Manchin’s plan would expedite the pipeline and steer legal challenges to a different federal court.

While legislative text of his permitting plan has not been made public, Manchin called the bill “a good piece of legislation that is extremely balanced” and does not “bypass any environmental review.″ Instead it would accelerate a timeframe that can take up to 10 years for a major project to win approval.

Moore Capito has released a similar plan that would speed environmental permitting, but Manchin said his plan should have broader appeal, since it would streamline environmental reviews for renewable energy projects as well as fossil fuels. Manchin's plan has support from Biden and other Democratic leaders.

But a letter signed by more than 70 House Democrats slams the proposal as a “dirty side deal being negotiated behind closed doors, outside of proper government process and the view of our families and communities who it will deeply impact.''

If passed, "this deal will only make it easier for the fossil-fuel industry to site polluting projects in our communities and perpetuate the industry’s practice of concentrating destructive pollution projects in communities of color and poor communities,'' said the letter, led by House Natural Resources Chairman, Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-AZ).

Grijalva is hinting he wants to primary Sinema which could make Arizona's senate race a toss up or a Republican flip.

The fissure among Democrats could complicate the party’s efforts to keep the focus on this summer’s major legislative victories — including the climate bill and a separate law to boost the semiconductor industry and create more high-tech jobs in the United States — heading into the midterm elections to determine which party controls the House and Senate.

More immediately, the divide is testing the ability of Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to keep enough Democrats in line to avoid a partial government shutdown at the end of the month.

Schumer has said he will attach Manchin’s proposal to the stopgap funding bill, a promise Manchin said Tuesday he expects Schumer to keep.

The permitting plan "is going to be in the" funding bill to avert a government shutdown Sept. 30, Manchin said. If opponents are willing to close down the government “because of a personal attack on me, this is what makes people sick about politics,'' he added. “It makes me sick about it.''

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) did not directly answer when asked whether Manchin's permitting proposal would make it harder to pass the government funding bill, known as a continuing resolution.

"We’re going to pass the CR, and we're going to be here as long as it takes,'' Hoyer said Tuesday.

Kyrie Irving Is An Anti-Vaxxer!

Kyrie Irving is a coonspiracy theorist.

Your heroes are not often heroes.

It's his life and I am not going to say much other than it's his own life and funeral.

Brooklyn Nets point guard and NBA star Kyrie Irving is pretty much a coonspriacy theorist. I haven't got him on the Looney Coons roster yet but he's getting closer and closer to it.

He shared InfoWars troll shit and finally came out as an anti-vaxxer.

After New York City announced the end of its COVID-19 vaccine requirement for private employers on Tuesday, Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving said such mandates were a historic human rights violation.

“If I can work and be unvaccinated, then all of my brothers and sisters who are also unvaccinated should be able to do the same, without being discriminated against, vilified, or fired,” the 30-year-old NBA All-Star wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.

“This enforced Vaccine/Pandemic is one the biggest violations of HUMAN RIGHTS in history,” Irving concluded in his tweet.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced on Tuesday that the city’s businesses can now implement their own vaccine policies and revoked a vaccine mandate for students participating in sports and some extracurricular activities.

Adams’s announcement comes as the city launches a campaign to promote new COVID-19 boosters during the fall season.

Irving has been the face of vaccine resistance among NBA players, missing much of last season due to his refusal to get the shot despite New York City’s mandates.

Irving returned to play in January after sitting out for the first few months but appeared in only road games until the city’s government lifted its coronavirus rules for indoor events in March.

Irving has previously spoken out on behalf of others who lost employment opportunities due to vaccine mandates, saying on Instagram Live last year that his decision to remain unvaccinated was not politically motivated.

“I’m standing with all those that believe what is right. Everybody is entitled to do what they feel is what’s best for themselves. Seeing the way this is dividing our world up, it’s sad to see. People are losing jobs to mandates,” Irving said at the time.

Earlier this month, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, another prominent anti-vaccine voice, called out his home state of California during an appearance on the “Club Random with Bill Maher” podcast over legislation that would sanction medical officials who spread misinformation about COVID-19.

“I don’t believe the government should have any control over what we do with our bodies,” Rodgers told Maher.
