Cheney was upset that lawmakers might not support Gina Hapsel, the woman who might lead the CIA.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) believes torturing individuals nets results. She is a moron. She is the daughter of Dick and Lynne Cheney.

Hapsel was once orchestrated the torture of detainees at Guantanamo Bay.

Hapsel will replace Mike Pompeo as the CIA director making her the first woman to hold this position. Pompeo is going to replace Rex Tillerson as Secretary of State.

Gina Hapsel is the designate for the CIA. She carries baggage.

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is in dire straights. His health is declining and he's trying to fight it as best as he can. He sometimes act like a lawmaker.

McCain might not support Hapsel in confirmation.

Conor Lamb Won In Trump Country!

Rep. Conor Lamb (D-PA) beat an onslaught of Republican misinformation to win a district that helped Trump win.

Representative-elect Conor Lamb (D-PA) bested the Republican in a nailbiting race. The former marine, federal prosecutor and local attorney will be sworn in this week.

He will have to defend his seat again in November.

Today, the Democrats celebrate the victory.

The seat once occupied by Tim Murphy flipped. The disgraced Republican Murphy abruptly resigned after he was caught up in an affair with a local coroner. The so called pro-life married lawmaker ordered his mistress to have an abortion. He also was accused of sexual harassment and berating his staff.

Murphy left the seat open and Republicans didn't expect the seat to be competitive. The 18th Congressional District of Pennsylvania was considered a Republican stronghold. The gerrymandered district went to Donald J. Trump by 20 points.

The seat was considered SAFE for Republicans.

They lined up a candidate who shares similarities with Trump. They spent $15 million to secure a seat that was held by a Republican.

State representative Rick Saccone was the choice for Republicans. He said all the things that would energize the base. He got the ringing endorsements from Trump, Mike Pence, Ivanka and Donald, Jr.

Saccone was too rigid and was considered "weak."

Even Republicans believed he would be defeated. Trump's Saturday rally was a bust. He brought the excitement for the core Trump supporters, but it didn't help people vote for Saccone.

The Republicans used every trick out the book. They called Lamb a Pelosi puppet, a tax and spend godless liberal who will stop Trump's agenda.

Lamb also stuck to the message and ignored the noise. He outpaced Saccone in fundraising and had the backing of unions and suburban Republicans who saw Trump as a burden.

Trump even claimed credit for Lamb's victory. He said that Lamb is a Democrat who voted like a Republican.

It's the sign of times. If Doug Jones and Conor Lamb can win, then Democrats better start lining up candidates that can be viable winners.

Support the Democrat in Utah. Jenny Wilson can beat Mitt Romney.

Support the Democrat in Texas. Beto O'Rourke can beat Ted Cruz.

The family of former DNC staffer Seth Rich filed a federal lawsuit against Fox News for peddling bullshit about him.

This was filed yesterday and it has gotten attention by most in the junk food media.

The suit claims that Fox News investigative reporter Malia Zimmerman and contributor Ed Butowsky “reached out to the family [in December 2016] under false pretenses” in order to obtain comments for an article on a fringe theory that claimed Rich had contacted WikiLeaks before his death to hand over stolen DNC emails. The unfounded conspiracy claims that 27-year-old Rich — who was found with multiple gunshot wounds, one block from his D.C. apartment, on July 10, 2016 — had been killed in retaliation for leaking the messages, which were later published online.

Remember last year, Sean "Softball" Hannity peddled this kookspiracy about Rich being the guy who gave Wikileaks the DNC and John Podesta emails.

The Rich family blames the softball for pushing bullshit stories about their son. However, he wasn't mentioned in the lawsuit.

The softball continues to ignores the intelligence community. They confirmed and most believe the Russian government interfered with the U.S. election.

Softball Hannity dismissed the claims. He trusts shackled up Julian Assange.

Assange, who released the emails in mid-October wanted to sow disbelief about Hillary Clinton. He was aided by Russian operatives and it was apparently greenlighted by the Trump presidential campaign.

Donald J. Trump continues to deny Russia helped him win. He hasn't really spoken out against Russian power grabs and the recent poisoning of a former Russian spy who turned a double agent for Britain. There was another former spy who mysteriously died this week. British prime minister Theresa May kicked out 21 Russian operatives.

This Seth Rich kookspiracy was peddled on the far right blogs and it eventually reached the softball.

Mind you, the softball has took a major hit in advertisers. His bullshit has gotten out of hand.
