The Corporation of National and Community Service said that Higbie is no longer associated with the group.
There is audio of Higbie talking shit about people of color. He calls individuals on government assistance a bunch of..... Well you know.

Dayton is losing a major hospital. Good Samaritan Hospital will be closing in late 2018. Premier Health Partners, the healthcare agency that owns the hospital will reroute services to Miami Valley Hospital, the city's largest medical facility.
The healthcare company said that it's not feasible to have two hospitals nearby. I call that bullshit.
Obviously, the Grandview Hospital is only two miles away and is owned by Kettering Health Group. There is no sign of closing.
