What Happened To Kiwi Herring?

Transwoman killed by the St. Louis Police sparks outrage.

A transwoman of color is killed and the junk food media ignores it. Today, Black Lives Matter adds the fight for the rights to those who are transgender.

The inept leader Donald J. Trump is trying to sign off with Jim Mathis, a transgender soldier ban. This ban will discriminate against those who identify as transgender serving in the military.

It will face legal challenges if this is signed.

Transgender Americans are trying to win a place at the table. In these polarizing times, you need all the allies to help #RESIST the Trump legacy, Republicans and their conservative agitating allies.

It's time to denounce White extremism.

There were protests in St. Louis, Missouri.

Protesters were attacked by a terrorist. The car drove into a crowd of people following the vigil of a transwoman who was killed by the law.

Several individuals were injured but treated for minor injuries.

The St. Louis Police will investigate whether the act was intentional or accidental. It happened not to far from the Transgender Garden, a memorial site to the transgender victims of violence.

There was fatal police shooting in the independent city of St. Louis of a transgender woman named Kiwi Herring. The 30 year old was accused of cutting an officer with a knife. The officers used deadly force.

Now protesters are demanding answers.

Herring leaves behind three children. As a transwoman, Kiwi was a father/mother.

"Her pain, her struggle, her legacy will not be forgotten by anyone here, said Morgan Hunlin. "She was a resilient character that may have reached an unfortunate an tragic end, but lived a life that should be celebrated."

The officers chose to not use the Taser. They used their service weapons to stop a woman in her own home. This was a domestic dispute between her spouse Kristy Thompson, another transgender woman who was later arrest and charged with first-degree assault.

Thompson is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The officer did get treated for a cut. The officer's name wasn't released nor the partner. They're placed in the freezer pending a grand jury decision to whether deadly force was justified.
Protesters were injured in hit and run.
There were over 600 people this year killed by the law. When will there names be said?

To hear the death of Kiwi Herring is troubling. The fact that a transwoman who called for help would end up being killed by the people who were trying to protect her.

And it bugs me that the junk food media wanted to use the government name to describe the victim.

I choose not to out of respect because Kiwi was identified as a woman.

There were 18 transwomen killed this year alone. This news often doesn't get attention.

Some transowmen are often shunned by their families. They turn to a criminal lifestyle like prostitution to stay alive.

Transgender women are 17 times likely to contract HIV from unsafe sexual practices as a prostitute.

Transgender women who work the stroll are likely to be victims of robbery, rape, sexually transmitted diseases, homelessness, and violent attacks from a transphobic person.

Black Troll At Trump Rally Steals The Show!

Generic Black guy at Trump's Phoenix rally.
Some Black extremist from Florida traveled to Phoenix to plug his website and his man crush, Donald J. Trump.

Michael Symonette is a 40-something guy who got major attention on the social webs after he rose up his Blacks for Trump 2020 promo. He has done it many times and the inept leader noticed it.

He didn't recognize the guy holding it was the same guy who was at his campaign rallies before he took over as the leader of this goddamn country.

He is from Lakeland, Florida. He is a member of some Black extremist group called Yahweh ben Yahweh organization. It's called a Black nationalist religious sect. The Southern Poverty Law Center said that organization has done violent acts against its members.

Symonette goes by the name of Maurice/Michael the Black man and his government name.
Trolling Black extremist is a Trump supporter.
He seriously believed that Barack Obama is plotting an assassination attempt against him. I am assuming that he believe that Obama is involved in the "deep state" against Trump.

This guy is a criminal. Trump doesn't care. He needed that one Black person to help him misspell the notion that he's catering to White Extremists.

Symonette is a Republican and part of the Raging Elephants, a Black conservative organization devoted to helping elect Black Republicans to higher office.

People protesting the rally were hit with tear gas and some were arrested.

The rally in Arizona was extremely polarizing. Trump spend a portion of his rally criticizing the junk food media, John McCain, Jeff Flake, the slow walking of his agenda and his 2020 reelection.

Trump already declared he's intending on running for a second term.

Hillary Clinton: I Should Have Called His A** A Creep!

Hillary Clinton thought of tagging Donald J. Trump as a creep on the campaign trail. She backed off because she believed he was digging his own grave.

You should have said something.

Former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton writes a book called What Happened. The book is slated to be released in September and it's going to be look back at her failed attempt at being the president.

Fresh off the bat, she said that Donald J. Trump is a "creep."

I was surprised that Trump won the election. Even after the Access Hollywood tape and rhetoric on the campaign trail. It didn't stop him from carrying the needed electoral votes.

Now as the leader of this country, Trump is very unpopular and he continues to blame everyone but himself for the gridlock looming in Washington. When he and Congress return back to work, he vows a government shutdown if the Congress refuse to pass a budget to fund the border wall and the full repeal of the Affordable Care Act.

If the election was a redo, Clinton would have won. But since there's no redoes, we have to deal with Trump for the next four or eight years.

A tell all book often comes a year after a losing candidate donates their campaign stuff to the African Union nations and the Washed Up Presidential Candidates Museum in Norton, Kansas.

Hillary Clinton, Mitt Romney, John McCain, and Al Gore have a place in the Washed Up Presidential Candidates Museum.

Clinton decides to dust off that old keyboard of her computer to write a book. Her book will be a reminder to future candidates that 'being the pick" doesn't mean you're the winner.

Clinton details her quest to be the first woman to be on a major party ticket. Her frustration with the Democratic Party's ineptness when it came to grassroots campaigning. Her frustration with Bernie Sanders spreading falsehoods about her. Russia running a smear campaign against her. Of course, the easy ride that Trump got because he was a "shiny coin" and "ratings draw."

Also her anger at Trump to bring in Bill Clinton accusers at the debate.

Morning Joe details the book excerpts.

The book detailed how she felt when Trump was coming around her.

"Now we were on a small stage and no matter where I walked, he followed me closely, staring at me, making faces," Clinton said.

She thought she could hit the pause button and ask everyone in the audience, "what would you do?"

"Do you say calm, keep smiling and carry-on as if he weren't repeatedly invading your space? Or do you turn, look him in the eye and say loudly and clearly, 'Back up you creep, get away from me!' I know you love to intimidate women, but you can't intimidate me, so back up."

She said that Trump made her skin crawled.

"It was incredibly uncomfortable he was literally breathing down my neck," said Clinton.

In the intro to the book, she stated that writing this book was one of the most uncomfortable things she's done. She outlines why she felt that she let Americans down. She believed that Americans in the rust belt were her downfall. She felt that the so-called Democratic Blue Wall was a junk food media driven narrative. She lost Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

She vows to oppose Trump and Mike Pence.

"Writing this wasn't easy. Every day that I was a candidate for president I knew that millions of people were counting on me and I couldn't bear the idea of letting down. But I did. I couldn't get the job done. And I'll have to live with that for the rest of my life," Clinton said.

The New Adventures Of Cosby Court!

Cosby waits for fate to slap him in the face.

The washed up comedian and business mogul will have a retrial in November. Nevermind, it will be in March.

Bill Cosby will face a retrial for the allegations of sexual assault against Andrea Constand, a former Temple University basketball coach.

Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Judge Steven O'Neill said the move will give Cosby's new defense team enough time to prepare for the trial.

The first trial ended in a mistrial in June after more than 50 hours of jury deliberation failed to yield a verdict to convict Cosby. The entertainer is 80 years old and legally blind. He said that he didn't do anything wrong and it was consensual.

Cosby was accused of having sexually over 60 women. He admitted that he placed quaaludes into drinks to relax. That damaged his reputation and also blacklisted him.

The accusations by Constand could be heard again. Cosby could face 30 to LIFE in the iron college and be labeled a TIER III in Offender U.

Cosby is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Cosby was the finger wagging Black activist who told Black men to pull their pants up and stop acting like you're not a man. He was complaining about out-of-lock babies and children who didn't want to learn. All good morals for a guy who had an affair with numerous women.

Cosby built his career on family-friendly style of comedy. The man who brought you The Cosby Show, Fat Albert and The Cosby Kids, Little Bill, iSpy and The Bill Cosby Show.

He was famous for his comedy and music albums. He donated to colleges, universities and American charity groups.

Phoenix Braces For Orange, White And Blue!

Controversial billboard once hung publicly in Phoenix, Arizona.

America's fifth largest city is going to be overworked this evening. Donald J. Trump will appear at a campaign rally in Phoenix.

It's expected that he will pardon former Maricopa County sheriff Joe Arpaio, a controversial Republican lawman who broke the law in apprehending immigrants. He also profiled Hispanic and Black residents in the county.

Arpaio who is a federal convict was found guilty of racially profiling Latinos. He was a well-known public figure who often clashed with Barack Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder and predecessor Loretta Lynch. He often called "America's Toughest Sheriff" by the conservatives.

This pardon could stroke racial tensions.

Even controversial Republican former Pinal County sheriff Paul Babeu denounced him.

The city of Phoenix is preparing for riots. The inept leader's arrival is already expected to cause controversy. With the tepid response to that terrorist attack inspired extremists from walks to show up. The presence of White extremists will dominate the headlines. The Antifa crowd will also be there to disrupt the people attending. The mayor of Phoenix urged Trump to not come to the city.

He will be heading to the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown. The city is on high alert.
That's what friends are for. Trump may pardon controversial figure Joe Arpaio.
Greg Stanton is angered by the appearance. He believes Trump should focus on trying to mend fences with the American people. He believes this rally will create more tension and force the Phoenix Metro Police to over-exhaust their resources.

"America is hurting. And it is hurting largely because Trump doused racial tensions with gasoline," said Stanton. "With his planned visit to Phoenix on Tuesday, I fear the president may be looking to light a match."

Police chief Jeri Williams said that "maximum staffing will be used."

Republican governor Doug Ducey will not attend the event but he will be at the airport to shake Trump and Mike Pence's hand.

The county has 4 million residents with six of the 50 largest cities in it. Phoenix is where Sen. John McCain and Sen. Jeff Flake, both Republicans live. The state has voted for Republicans since 1948 and hasn't looked back. This should be friendly crowds for Trump.

Trump voiced frustration with McCain for his opposition to the Better Care Resolution Act. McCain joined two Republicans and the 48 Democrats to oppose the bill's passage. That sunk the Republican repeal and replace of Obamacare.

Flake wrote a book critical of Trump's leadership and called him out for his failure to address Charlottesville in a timely matter.

Trump has come out swinging.

Trump has already came out in support of Kelli Ward, a former state lawmaker who is a nemesis to both McCain and Flake.

Flake is facing a tougher primary challenger in Ward.

Trump knows he's deeply unpopular. But his core supporters will not abandon him. After all, the base will support him regardless of what he does.

The Endless War!

Trump has no real plan on handling Afghanistan. All he believes in is victory.

The definition of victory is.....!

Donald J. Trump is by far the most unpopular leader in modern history. It's going to be extremely hard to win over support for the latest engagement in Afghanistan.

America's longest and costliest war continues on. Where George W. Bush and Barack Obama failed, Trump said to the American people, "we will win."

At Ft. Myer Military Base in Virginia, Trump, Mike Pence, Rex Tillerson, Melania and Ivanka joined the inept leader for an address to the nation on the latest developments.

Trump is expected to add more troops to combat a resurgent Taliban. The group is hoping that United States wears itself out trying to defeat a group that has an advantage.

Since October of 2001, the War on Terrorism has been more of a nation-rebuilding work of art. It's an endless propaganda trying to defeat a bunch of people, who the American public view as an "enemy."

The Taliban who were once the ruling party in Afghanistan ruled a conservative Sunni government.

George W. Bush blamed Afghanistan for the safe-harbor of Osama bin Laden and Ayman Al-Zahiwi, the two financiers of the September 11, 2001 attack. The coordinated attack took advantage of the lapse in American security and airline safety. The U.S. government to this day still ignores the soft targets and the reasons to why al-Qaeda and the Islamic State attacks people.

"Our troops will fight to win. We will fight to win," Trump said to the soldiers at the Fort Myer. "From now on, victory will have a definition: attacking our enemies. Obliterating ISIS. Crushing al-Qaeda. Preventing the Taliban from taking over Afghanistan. And stopping mass terror attacks against America before they emerge."

Mind you we had a terrorist attack in Charlottesville from an American who drove his vehicle into a crowd of protesters. A white man from Ohio who was radicalized by Christian Identity agitators who believe that America is devoted to anti-White propaganda.

There will be no "blank check."

Trump blamed Obama for the hasty withdrawal from Iraq and the slow-walking on Afghanistan.

"The consequences of a rapid exit are both predictable and unacceptable. A hasty withdrawal would created a vacuum that terrorist, including ISIS and al-Qeada, would instantly fill."

Trump offered no timeline on how he can Make Afghanistan Great Again.

The Taliban denounced Trump. They said that the war will be "the graveyard for the American empire."

He pointed at the Pakistani government for offering safe haven to terrorist. He urged India, China and others to push for sanctions against Pakistan.

The inept leader done three things of hypocrisy. First he used a teleprompter. He complained about Obama using a teleprompter to deliver speeches. He now uses them frequently.

He said that he would be working more than taking vacations. He spent so much time traveling to his personal golf courses, his Trump Tower and campaign stops. The Secret Service is already maxed out its account. To watch Trump his family, Pence and his family, foreign leaders, the Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and ex-presidents is straining the budget.

He said that we won't fight and become the world's police man. We have constant issues with Asia. We're still fighting an endless war, we're closer to nuclear war with North Korea and we might be engaging in Venezuela. He wants to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico sparking a trade war. He wants to tell NATO, Germany and China to handle conflicts that America created.

We had major collisions with the U.S. Navy in Japan, Singapore and South Korea.

We already had a bunch of mishaps with the U.S. Navy in which four fleets were damaged.

USS Antietam in January, USS Lake Champlian, USS Fitzgerald, and USS John S. McCain were damaged heavily.

We're spending more on military and defense spending.

Trump wanted to put "America First."

So far, if we're putting America first in battling a war, it's a toss up between Trump keeping his promises or breaking them. I am not concerned. They voted for that. I didn't.

Ma'lik Richmond's Dad Bucks A Judge!

Convicted rapist Ma'lik Richmond was sidelined at Youngtown State University. He was barred from playing football for the foreseeable future. His father Nathaniel Richmond was the terrorist who shot at a state judge. The law puts him down. Now Ma'lik will have to bury his father.

The father of convicted rapist Ma'lik Richmond was killed by the Jefferson County, Ohio boys after he ambushed the judge who may have sent his son to the iron college.

Judge Joseph Bruzzese, Jr. was shot and wounded on Monday. The judge was walking into the Jefferson County courthouse when he was shot.

Ma'lik Richmond was the Steubenville high school student who played on the football team. He was convicted of raping a 16 year old girl at an unsupervised house party. Richmond and Trent Mays were the teens who recorded the encounter.

They were charged as adults and sentenced to 16 months in the juvie and labeled TIER III in Offender U.

This was a huge scandal in the rust belt. The city with a population of 18,000 had to clean house. School board members, high school coaches and city leaders were either implicated or charged with aiding and abetting.
Nate Richmond was a controversial figure in Steubenville, Ohio.
Bruzzese was injured but he was packing heat as well. He returned fire injuring the terrorist, Nate Richmond.

Richmond was apparently upset with the judge and waited in repose for the judge to exit his car. He shot the judge in the leg and stomach.

The terrorist was shot and killed by the county probate firing his service weapon. Richmond had a criminal history and was to be in court that day.

Ma'lik Richmond enrolled at Youngstown State University to play football. He was sidelined after public outcry against the football team. They blame Steubenville leaders for covering up the scandal.

Bruzzese is an avid hunter and one "tough son of a gun." He will survive his injuries.

John Kasich, Ohio's governor was notified about this as well as Donald J. Trump.
