The latest jobs report for the month of March. Since the U.S. government constantly delayed the job report, the partial government shutdown and the president's failure to admit our country is on the decline, we are not going to get accurate numbers.

Examples of democratic backsliding include:

  • Free and fair elections are degraded;
  • Liberal rights of freedom of speech, press and association decline, impairing the ability of the political opposition to challenge the government, hold it to account, and propose alternatives to the current regime;
  • The rule of law (i.e., judicial and bureaucratic restraints on the government) is weakened, such as when the independence of the judiciary is threatened, or when civil service tenure protections are weakened or eliminated.
  • An over-emphasis on national security as response to acts of terrorism or perceived antagonists.
  • Politicians can't agree on funding essential needs and services which trigger spiteful pain on the citizens.

Now this jobs report.

Job creation topped muted expectations in though the plodding U.S. labor market sent up several flags for a potential slowdown this year, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

Nonfarm payrolls rose by a seasonally adjusted 115,000 for the month, down from the 185,000 created in an unusually strong March, but better than the 55,000 forecast in the Dow Jones consensus estimate.

The unemployment rate held at 4.3%, further proof that the labor market has reached a point where only modest job creation is needed to keep the jobless level steady, given little growth in the labor force.

Average hourly earnings, another closely watched metric of labor market health, came in lower than expected, increasing 0.2% for the month and 3.6% on an annual basis, compared with respective estimates for 0.3% and 3.8%.

However, the month also saw another drop in the labor force and a decline in tech-related jobs in the low-hire low-fire environment that has prevailed since the early part of 2025.

The report shows the labor market has been “pretty much stable for a year, year and a half,” Austan Goolsbee, president of the Federal Reserve of Chicago, said in a CNBC interview. “I characterize that we’ve been stable without being good. ... The unemployment rate has been stable, the hiring rate’s been stable, the layoff rate’s been stable, the vacancy rate has been stable. So, I still think there’s not a lot of evidence that the job market is falling apart.”

Stocks opened slightly positive while Treasury yields were lower.

The report is “evidence of the underlying resilience of this economy and of this labor market, despite all of the slings and arrows of outrageous concerns about the Middle East and unemployment and inflation and the Fed,” said Scott Clemons, chief investment strategist at Brown Brothers Harriman.

“One month does not a new trend establish,” he added. “There’s been a lot of month to month volatility in the jobs market over the past year. I’m not sure that’s completely gone away. We get another two or three months of solid job gains, then I feel a little bit more comfortable.”

Following recent trends, healthcare led with 37,000 new positions, though multiple other sectors also saw gains.

Transportation and warehousing added 30,000, retail rose by 22,000, and social assistance saw a gain of 17,000.

On the downside, information services lost 13,000, part of a continuing trend that has seen the category down 342,000 jobs since November 2022, coinciding with the rise of artificial intelligence. That has equated to a loss of 11% of jobs during the period.

A broader measure that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons rose to 8.2%, up 0.2 percentage point. The household survey, which the bureau uses to calculate the unemployment rate, showed a decline of 226,000 workers as the participation rate declined to 61.8%, the lowest since October 2021.

The so-called real unemployment rate jumped in large part to a surge in those employed part time for economic reasons, often referred to as unemployed. The level rose by 445,000 to 4.9 million.

Revisions from prior reports were mixed: The March count rose by 7,000 while the February number moved even lower, down by 23,000 to a loss of 156,000. The initial report put the February job loss at 92,000.

“I’m looking through the report trying to find problems, and it’s fairly bulletproof this month,” said Dan North, senior economist for North America at Allianz. “You’d have to say that the numbers overall aren’t impressive. I think that they’re still pointing towards a softening job market, but certainly not a collapse.”

The report comes at a delicate time for the Federal Reserve, which has seen an unusual level of disagreement among officials about monetary policy.

While layoffs have held around their lowest levels in decades, economists increasingly have pointed to slower hiring as the primary source of labor market cooling. The hard data has been strong, but sentiment indicators show tepid hiring plans in both the manufacturing and services sectors.

Last week, the central bank voted 8-4 in favor of keeping its benchmark rate steady, the highest level of “no” votes since 1992. Officials largely agreed over the decision to hold but disagreed over communications about where policy could be headed from here. The dissenters largely expressed the view that the next move could be higher or lower, depending on how conditions unfold.

Policy also has been complicated by the Iran war and tariffs. The Fed is expected to have a new chairman soon as former Governor Kevin Warsh awaits confirmation from the Senate.

Markets expect rates will remain unchanged through the year as the economy battles through stubbornly higher prices and a labor market that, while off the rapid hiring pace of earlier years, has been resilient.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

France, Great Britain, Italy, Canada, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Mexico and the Netherlands officially move to recognize Palestinian statehood. Israel and the United States denounced it quickly. Trump and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio threaten revocation of visas and tariffs.

Israel and its allies overplayed the use of antisemitism. From now on, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing Christianity, Judaism or Islam, I will not hold my tongue. You can freely criticize Israel, Jews, Trump, Vance, Biden, Harris, Benjamin Netanyahu, AIPAC, the Anti-Defamation League, Jonathan Greenblatt, Zionism, colonialism, imperialism, slavery, racism, Christian nationalism and white supremacy.

Trump is against DEI. The president supports banning DEI when it supports people of color, those in LGBTQ community and immigrants. Every other religion that isn't Christian, Catholic or Jewish is DEI and it has to go.

The U.S. violated the USMCA by imposing tariffs on its trading partners. Mexico and Canada have vowed to impose their series of tariffs. BRICS is courting Mexico to join the organization.

The world is losing patience with the U.S. and Israel. Many countries are moving away from the U.S. dollar.

Iran has already started the process. It has pushed for dedollarization. It has called for the use of Chinese Yuan to trade oil and several countries are working on doing it.

NATO is about to fall apart. Thanks to Trump having his tantrums, his European allies and Turkïye are distancing themselves from this war with Iran.

Countries have now denied entry to Israeli passport holders: Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, The United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. 

Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brazil, Cyprus and Qatar are considering it.

More countries are considering to ban Israelis. The only country that wants to keep Israelis coming in without any problems is the United States.

Trump despite winning the election is still telling Americans that if he doesn't win, there will be all out war. He is true to his word.

He has already sparked global tension with threats of tariffs on our trading partners.

Republicans can't govern in the House of Representatives and Senate. Every government shutdown is a prime example of how their incompetence is in full effect. They are pushing authoritarianism in states they have control of. They are banning swatting, honing and regulations on testing. But when it comes to people being killed by firearms, they refuse to do something. Republicans will sabotage themselves and Trump. The Big Beautiful Bill itself is a disgrace that could impact millions of working class Americans, the poor, the needy, transgender Americans, professional gamblers, the adult entertainment industry and so many others. The tax code is changed and more Americans are getting less in tax refunds thanks to the no taxes on tips and overtime. It will shock many who file their taxes.

Republicans are using dog whistles when talking about Blacks, immigrants, transgender Americans, Israel, crime, protesters and gun violence.

1. Hamas and Hezbollah are called terrorists because of Israel and the United States. They labeled them terrorists because of their resistance to Israel violently occupying their land. Israel has resorted to years of shameful aggression to punish Lebanese, Syrians, Gazans and those in the West Bank. The United States gave aid and cover to this for over a generation. Those who support Hamas or defend their actions are labeled terrorist sympathizers, antisemitic, traitors, unpatriotic, radicals or whatever they conjure up. The Zionists are getting desperate. They are resorting to violence and threats of banning critics.

2. Gun violence continues to be the No. 1 threat to children and adults. When gun violence happen in Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Detroit and Baltimore, a Republican lawmaker wants to blame gun violence on Democratic mayors instead of the Congress. We are on record with 450 mass shootings this year alone. White men with firearms are more dangerous than any other person. 

3. Immigration is right now at record lows. The world views the U.S. as a hostile country and migrants from the Global South are beginning to ban American influence. They fear Trump's presidency could cause instability. Republicans are pushing for border closures, border/segregation walls, mass deportations, elimination of birthright citizenship, end of legal rights to Americans married to immigrants and push for English only. They also want to ban immigrants or student visas. They want to jail or deport any immigrant who protest Israel or Trump. This immigration and detention of civilians has travel into the United States down at record levels. 

4. Crime is at record lows but it is rising. Property theft is up. Shoplifting, the Kia/Hyundai challenge, gun violence, white collar crimes and cybertheft have occurred. But again its racial dog whistles. Many corporations are getting away with greed and theft of wages. Many Americans are tired of paying more for less product. Kia and Hyundai are still facing criticism over this Kia Boyz nonsense. Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Wexman are on their last legs. Walmart, Target and Kroger are closing stores in predominantly Black and Latino neighborhoods. Republicans are pushing for more mandatory sentences for theft. Democrats want to push for regulations on shrinkflation and theft of wages. Republicans oppose overtime and regulations to keep corporations from raising product prices. Trump is sending the National Guard into Portland, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Memphis, Baltimore and Washington, DC despite mayors denouncing this as an attempt to uphend the local police and their qualified training.

Republicans want political revenge. Trump wants to jail his rivals. He may get that wish now that he has returned to power. This is not a joke. 

Do not assume that every place has jobs. Companies are closing everywhere. The tech industry, retail, trucking and press are laying off workers. The service industry is continuing to suffer due to stagnant wages, lack of achievements and work overload.

Also, housing is still down. More Americans can't afford homes, rent or car payments.

AIPAC has poured money into many of these primaries. It openly bragged that its choices which were Democrats and Republicans beating their challengers.

House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.

They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.

They are taking vacations while you barely even get one or the luxury of taking days off.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Mind you, our taxpayer money funds Israel more than any other country in conflicts. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the media, Democrats and former Republicans. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions. Democrats want to be the big tent party but always want to pivot to the middle or develop centrist ideas to win over Republicans who will never change.

To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is. 

Most of the lawmakers are relics of the 20th Century. They will never retire or do anything meaningful. All they do is line their pockets with book deals, media appearances, kushy lobbying jobs and fancy parties.

The status quo continues with political charades, support of Israel and endless culture war grievances.

Trump turned a stable economy into chaos. During his first term, he divided the nation.

Biden has divided the nation further allowing Trump to return to put the nail in the coffin of this once respected nation.

The lawmakers will spend more taxpayer money to fix our crumbling infrastructure. Hell we still have the aftermaths of hurricanes, wildfires, droughts and snow storms. Thousands of people have died from those horrible weather events.

Many of these Republicans who vote against funding the government and assistance for some of America's less fortunate are willing to give billions to a foreign nation engaged in an act of genocide. Same with the Democrats. They claim they want to protect democracy but endorse a fascist government sworn to being an ethnostate on our taxpayer dime.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life. It may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With unions being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices, supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials; you could lose your job.

The safety net: It's this thing that helps the middle class and lower class. The safety net prevents Americans from rioting and/or looting. The safety net stops people from shoplifting from stores to feed their families.

The safety net prevents a person from robbing you of your luxuries.

The safety net is only 10% of the federal spending. The way some people put it, 50% of the federal spending goes to food stamps and welfare. Some people believe that the safety net is making people lazy. And this is the stuff I've heard from people who think that it will never happen to them. They get their arousal over a person using an EBT card to pay for name brand items or expensive food.

With the rising food and gas prices, people are turning to food stamps, food banks and government assistance to keep themselves from landing in the homeless shelter.

Without a safety net, these people will rob and kill those who have the luxuries of having food in the refrigerator or in the pantry. They would steal fuel, water, bread and meat to keep feeding their families. And yet, these Republicans and their conservative allies are thinking the poor are the reasons for a potential economic recession. 

Perhaps those who complain about the poor, should walk a day in that person's shoes!

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. Because of the Trump administration rolling back DEI and arresting undocumented workers, employers are struggling to keep employees. It puts more stress on the workers, managers and suppliers. 

With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to work at jobs that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans never get it. They just won't see the bigger picture itself. Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. They are frustrated with stagnant wages. 

They are tired of low wages for heavy workloads. They are tried of food and consumer products being expensive. 

Republicans rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people using the safety net are lazy and unemployment assistance is way to make people not go back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks who do not work are lazy. These troupes give Republicans the opportunity to strip away the safety net to offset their endless giveaways to the elite and wealthy.

People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, monkeypox, measles, bird flu and gun violence.

Most Americans are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single parents are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic and unforseen circumstances due to Trump’s chaotic policies. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience. 

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent.

Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. 

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions. 

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel. 

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. 

Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

Republicans have extremely unpopular ideas. They will find out the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies.

Biden, Harris and the Democratic Party failed at understanding what is more important to the country. Trump, Vance and the Republican Party have already failed at understanding.

Both parties support of Israel had made some Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters vote against them. They have cost Biden a second term and Harris a historical victory.

Pandemic 2.0!

Hantavirus is a group of viruses spread by rodents, causing severe respiratory illness (Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome or HPS) or kidney disease, with infection occurring through inhaling aerosolized urine, droppings, or saliva. Symptoms include fever, fatigue, and muscle aches, progressing to shortness of breath and fluid in the lungs in severe cases, requiring early medical care, often with supportive measures like oxygen therapy. Prevention focuses on rodent control and safe cleanup of rodent-infested areas. 

President Donald J. Trump pulled out of the WHO in early 2025 with claims it didn't punish China or support Israel as it is causing genocides in Gaza and Lebanon.

What to expect if the U.S. does have confirm cases!

The president downplaying it as just a minor isolated incident.

Two Georgia cruise passengers were on board the ship that left Argentina but got quarantined near Cape Verde. 

The Dutch-flagged cruise ship MV Hondius is currently quarantined off Cape Verde in the Atlantic Ocean following a deadly hantavirus outbreak that has killed three passengers and sickened several others. Roughly 150 passengers are confined to cabins, with experts warning of a potential eight-week quarantine due to the rare human-to-human transmission capability of the suspected Andes virus strain. 

The hantavirus has officially entered Israel. An Israeli went to Eastern Europe and thus begins the signs of an outbreak.

The official count is five deaths and over 159 people sick.

We are dealing with another potential pandemic.

Health authorities across four continents Thursday were tracking down and monitoring passengers who disembarked a hantavirus-stricken cruise ship before its deadly outbreak was detected, and trying to trace others who may have come into contact with them since then.

In Argentina, a team of investigators has yet to leave for the southern town where they suspect the outbreak originated, officials from the country’s Health Ministry told The Associated Press on Thursday. The Argentine investigators suspect a Dutch couple may have contracted the virus while on a bird-watching trip before they boarded the cruise ship.

On April 24, nearly two weeks after the first passenger had died on board, more than two dozen people from at least 12 different countries left the ship without contact tracing, the ship’s operator and Dutch officials said Thursday.

Three passengers have died in the outbreak — a Dutch couple and a German national — and several others are sick. Symptoms usually show between one and eight weeks after exposure.

None of the remaining passengers or crew on the ship are currently symptomatic, the Netherlands-based Oceanwide Expeditions cruise ship company said Thursday.

The World Health Organization says the risk to the wider public is low. Hantavirus is usually spread by the inhalation of contaminated rodent droppings and isn’t easily transmitted between people.

“We believe this will be a limited outbreak if the public health measures are implemented and solidarity is shown across all countries,” said Dr. Abdirahman Mahamud, the WHO’s alert and response director on Thursday.

1st hantavirus case on board was confirmed May 2

Three people, including the ship’s doctor, were evacuated Wednesday while the ship was near the West African island country of Cape Verde and taken to specialized hospitals in Europe for treatment.

The body of the Dutch man who was the first to die on board on April 11 was taken off the ship on the remote South Atlantic island of St. Helena on April 24, when his wife also disembarked. She then flew to South Africa a day later and died there.

The ship’s operator said Thursday that a total of 30 passengers — including the deceased Dutch man and his wife — left the vessel at St. Helena. The Dutch Foreign Ministry has put the figure at about 40. The company had not previously said publicly that dozens more people left the ship on April 24. The stop was the scheduled end of the cruise for some passengers.

It wasn’t until May 2 that health authorities first confirmed hantavirus in a ship passenger, the WHO says. That was in a British man evacuated from the ship to South Africa three days after the St. Helena stop. He was tested in South Africa and is in intensive care there.

Passengers who disembarked April 24 are being monitored

It emerged Wednesday that a man tested positive for hantavirus in Switzerland after he disembarked at St. Helena, though his precise movements in between aren’t clear.

On Thursday, Singaporean health authorities said they were monitoring two men who got off the ship at St. Helena, flew to South Africa and then home. The two men, who arrived in Singapore at different times, were being isolated and tested, officials said.

Authorities in St. Helena, the volcanic British territory in the South Atlantic where passengers disembarked, said they were monitoring a small number of people who were considered “higher risk contacts.” Those contacts were being told to isolate for 45 days, the St. Helena government said.

South Africa is tracing contacts from an April 25 flight

The Dutch health ministry said Thursday that a flight attendant on a plane briefly boarded by an infected cruise passenger in South Africa was showing symptoms of hantavirus and would be tested in an isolation ward at an Amsterdam hospital. The cruise passenger, the Dutch woman whose husband died on the ship, was too ill to take the international flight to Europe and was taken off the plane in Johannesburg, where she died.

If the Dutch flight attendant tests positive, she could be the first known person not on the MV Hondius to become infected in the outbreak.

Passengers from at least 12 countries got off the ship last month

Their nationalities spanned the globe. This map shows where the passengers are from, though it is unclear where they traveled after leaving the Hondius, and unclear if any of them are infected.

The vessel is now sailing to Spain’s Canary Islands, where it is expected to arrive Saturday or Sunday, with more than 140 passengers and crew members still on board.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said Thursday that he had been in regular touch with the ship’s captain, and that morale improved once it began moving again.

Authorities in South Africa are also trying to trace contacts of any passengers who previously got off the ship. They have focused mainly on an April 25 flight from St. Helena to Johannesburg, the day after passengers disembarked there.

A French citizen with “benign symptoms” is in isolation and undergoing medical tests, after being identified as a contact case linked to the ship passenger who flew April 25 from St. Helena to Johannesburg and was confirmed to have hantavirus, the French Health Ministry said in a statement Thursday.

The Dutch woman from the cruise ship who later died in South Africa was on that St. Helena-Johannesburg flight, officials have said. It’s not known how many other cruise passengers were among the 88 people on it, but flights from St. Helena are rare. Flights to South Africa are normally once a week.

The body of the third fatality, a German woman, is also still on the ship after she died on May 2.

Unlike other hantaviruses, Andes virus may spread between people

Tests have confirmed that at least five people who were on the ship were infected with a hantavirus found in South America, called the Andes virus. The only hantavirus thought to spread human-to-human, it can cause a severe and often fatal lung disease called hantavirus pulmonary syndrome.

The ship departed from Argentina and investigations into the outbreak’s source are focusing there.

Mice are found in every continent except Antarctica.

The Dutch couple who presented the first two cases had traveled through Argentina, Chile and Uruguay before boarding the ship, the WHO said. They visited sites where the species of rat known to carry Andes virus was present.

Argentina’s Health Ministry has zeroed in on the town of Ushuaia in their investigation, but they’ve yet to dispatch the team, according to a written statement given to AP. Scientists from the state-funded Malbrán Institute planned to travel to Ushuaia “in the coming days,” the statement said.

Once in Ushuaia, a 3.5-hour flight from Argentina’s capital, Buenos Aires, experts will analyze rodents at the trash heap there to see if they carry the Andes virus, officials said.

The WHO is working with health authorities in Argentina to understand the couple’s movements and has arranged to ship 2,500 diagnostic kits from Argentina to laboratories in five countries.

Argentina’s health ministry said there were 28 deaths from hantavirus last year, up from an average mortality rate of 15 in the five years before that. Nearly a third of cases last year were fatal, it said.

Even with a presidential pardon and commuting of his federal sentence, Bill Kapri (neé Dieuson Octave) aka Kodak Black still acts like he one these YNs. He needs to get mental health treatment.

Kodak got a pardon and commuting of his conviction from President Donald J. Trump.

The rapper would endorse him for reelection and in his 2024 comeback.

Kodak was arrested this week on a drug trafficking charge in central Florida in his latest run-in with law enforcement.

The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was booked into the Orange County Jail on Wednesday on a felony charge of trafficking MDMA, the synthetic drug also known as ecstasy or molly.

Kapri, 28, entered a written plea of not guilty and asked for a jury trial on Thursday. He also waived appearing in person at a future arraignment hearing in state court. His bond was set at $75,000.

Kapri’s arrest followed a police encounter in Orlando in November when officers were called to a neighborhood in Orlando by residents who reported hearing gunshots. Officers encountered a bunch of people hanging out around parked luxury sports utility vehicles, including Kapri, according to a police report.

An officer noticed a white substance on a $100 bill inside a Lamborghini SUV, which smelled of cannabis, giving the officer probable cause to search the vehicle. During the search, the officer found a pink bag containing a plastic bag of MDMA, $37,000 and numerous documents with Kapri’s name on them, the police report said.

The pink bag matched a bag seen in a photo of Kapri that the rapper had posted to his Instagram account. The bag also contained a distinct lighter that also was in the photo, investigators said.

According to the police report, everyone at the scene denied owning the bag, including Kapri, who nevertheless said the money belonged to his business and asked for it back.

Ambrosia Healy and Kevin Young, who represent Kapri at Universal Music Group, didn’t respond to an email seeking comment.

Kapri has faced previous legal issues.

In 2023, police in Plantation, Florida arrested Kapri after finding him asleep at the wheel with white powder around his mouth, officials said. Although authorities said the powder initially tested positive for cocaine, a lab test later revealed it was oxycodone, for which Kapri obtained a prescription.

The arrest was a violation of his probation from an unrelated case, which led to him being locked up in Miami for two months.

Kapri was also arrested in 2022 on charges of trafficking in oxycodone and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He was freed on bond with regular drug testing as a condition of his release. Kapri was ordered into drug rehab for 30 days in 2023 after missing a drug test and then testing positive for fentanyl several days later, according to court records.

In January 2021, Trump commuted a three-year federal prison sentence the rapper had for falsifying documents used to buy weapons. Kapri had served about half his sentence.

As Kodak Black, Kapri has sold more than 30 million singles, with massive hits such as “Super Gremlin,” which reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2022.

You Ain't Spider-Man!

The man who shot protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin was bitten by a Brown Reclusive Spider.

The man who shot protesters when he was in Kenosha, Wisconsin instigating the aftermath of Jacob Blake being shot by the police is being treated after he got biten by a venomous spider.

Two of the most common spiders is the Black Widow Spider and the Brown Recluse Spider.

While they have a pain index of 7 out of 10, it is rarely fatal. If you are allergic to insect or arachnids, it is deadly.

Kyle Rittenhouse was a teenager when he killed two men and severely injured another one.

The trial was seen on television. Rittenhouse made a meme of himself, blubbering and tearing up saying the protesters were a threat and he had no choice but to use his firearm.

The jury did not convict him and he walked free. He ended getting praise from Republicans and President Donald J. Trump for being a patriot.

The whole situation broke the state in half. Many Black and Brown Wisconsin residents see this man as the definition of a broken court system. Where white privilege and white tears can sway juries.

Rittenhouse, 23, told his 100,000 followers on X that he fell victim to a brown recluse, posting pictures of himself in a hospital bed strapped to monitors with one close-up shot of the bite mark.

“The spider, like the commies, also thought it was a good idea to come after me while I was armed,” Rittenhouse posted. “He did not survive.”

Rittenhouse appeared to be in good spirits, joking that his only disappointment was that “I’m not Spider-Man now.”

He did not say exactly when or where the spider attack happened.

Rittenhouse’s post, predictably, drew thousands of responses — a mix of support and mockery.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., was among the first and highest-profile well-wishers, telling Rittenhouse “you got this.”

“Thank you, Senator,” Rittenhouse responded Thursday.

Others came at him with body-shaming ridicule, which the shirtless, stout Rittenhouse didn’t appear to respond to.

Rittenhouse became a household name in late summer 2020 after he fatally shot two men and wounded a third during civil unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

The city had been rocked by protests over the police shooting of Jacob Blake two days earlier.

Rittenhouse, then a 17-year-old resident of Antioch, Illinois, went to Kenosha with an AR-15-style rifle and first aid supplies, saying he was there to protect property and render any medical care.

He ended up killing Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding paramedic Gaige Grosskreutz during the melee.

Rittenhouse, who testified in his own defense, claimed he was acting in self-defense before jurors acquitted him on all five charges connected to the shooting.

Rittenhouse became an overnight folk hero to gun rights advocates, and he has leaned into that fame.

He’s now chief firearms instructor and director of partnerships for Texas Gun Rights, which bills itself as the “largest no-compromise gun rights organization in” the state.

Common in the United States, the Brown Recluse Spider is a small spider no larger than a dime. It often seeks quiet places where human contact is not often. They usually hide inside old shoes, cardboard boxes, closets and sink drains. They often feed on flies, roaches, grasshoppers and crickets.

Brown recluse spiders are usually between 6 and 20 millimetres (0.24 and 0.79 in), but may grow larger. While typically light to medium brown, they range in color from whitish to dark brown or blackish gray. The cephalothorax and abdomen are not necessarily the same color. These spiders usually have markings on the dorsal side of their cephalothorax, with a black line coming from it that looks like a violin with the neck of the violin pointing to the rear of the spider, resulting in the nicknames fiddleback spider, brown fiddler, or violin spider.

Prevent brown recluse bites by reducing clutter in storage areas, sealing home entry points, and shaking out clothes, shoes, and bedding before use. Wear gloves when handling firewood or moving items in attics/basements. Avoid letting blankets or bed skirts touch the floor and keep beds away from walls.

Fed Watch On L. Louise Lucas! She Calls It BS!

Feds investigate firebrand progressive Virginia lawmaker.

Virginia state lawmaker and progressive agitator Senate Pro Tempe, L. Louise Lucus had her home raided by the FBI this week. The lawmaker calls it a witchhunt in response to her push for Virginia's redistricting referendum which she championed.

She has not been indicted but the claims stem from allegations of corruption. The investigation was opened during the Biden administration and continued into the Trump administration.

The FBI searched the Virginia state Senate leader’s hometown office and her neighboring cannabis shop Wednesday, bringing into public view what two people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press was a corruption investigation.

One of the people said the investigation into Lucas was opened during Democratic former Biden’s administration. Both spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing criminal investigation.

While the probe apparently has spanned administrations of different political parties, Democrats viewed it against a backdrop of recent, politically charged inquiries during President Donald Trump’s tenure. Lucas, who has been a senator for 34 years, was a prominent voice in Virginia’s recent redistricting effort, a Democrat-led initiative to counter Republican redrawing pushed by Trump.

“Today’s actions by federal agents are about far more than one state senator; they are about power and who is allowed to use it on behalf of the people,” Lucas said in an evening statement. “What we saw fits a clear pattern from this administration: when challenged, they try to intimidate and silence the voices of those who stand up to them.”

The FBI said only that it was conducting a court-authorized search in Portsmouth. Such searches require approval from a judge and for investigators to assert that they believe they have identified probable cause of a crime.

Besides the search at Lucas’ office, which houses her disabilities services business and is her political base in Portsmouth, agents in FBI T-shirts also went into the nearby cannabis store, which she opened in 2021. Several entrances to the Cannabis Outlet’s parking lot were blocked by unmarked vehicles with flashing blue lights, as was an entrance to the politician’s office.

By evening, agents were carrying boxes and bags out of the shop’s back door.

Lucas, a prominent backer of legalizing marijuana, has said the store sells legal hemp and CBD products. It has drawn scrutiny from local media amid allegations that some products were mislabeled.

Virginia has legalized pot possession, but retail sales of recreational marijuana remain illegal in the state.

A woman who identified herself as Lucas’ granddaughter, Nicole Bremby, came by after agents left to check on the Cannabis Outlet. She declined to discuss the raids.

“I’ve had better days,” she said. “It’s all good. Everyone is home.”

Virginia Democrats point to other recent prosecutions

State House Speaker Don Scott said he was deeply concerned by the FBI search.

“Right now, there is far more theatrics and speculation than actual information available to the public,” Scott, a Democrat, said in a statement, adding that more facts were needed “before anyone rushes to political conclusions.”

Gov. Abigail Spanberger declined to comment.

Other Virginia Democrats were quick to note that the search comes as the FBI and Justice Department have opened a spate of investigations into perceived adversaries of Trump.

Last week the Justice Department charged former FBI Director James Comey with making a threatening Instagram post against Trump, an accusation that Comey — who for nearly a decade has drawn the president’s ire — has denied. A court dismissed federal prosecutors’ earlier case accusing Comey of lying to Congress.

A separate mortgage fraud case, also ultimately dismissed by a court, targeted Democratic New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought a major civil fraud lawsuit against Trump and his business. Both she and Comey, a longtime Republican who split from the party in the past decade, denied the charges and said the prosecutions were vindictive.

Such cases “have undermined public confidence” in federal prosecutors in Virginia, Democratic state Attorney General Jay Jones said in a statement.

The FBI and Justice Department have also provoked concerns among Democrats about ongoing election-related investigations, including the seizure by agents of ballots and other information from Fulton County, Georgia.

Lucas has been a vocal leader of Virginia’s redistricting effort, which voters approved last month. A sign urging people to “vote yes” to “stop the MAGA power grab” still hung Wednesday on a fence separating her office’s parking lot from that of the cannabis shop.

Abigail Spanberger will not comment on Lucas raid.

Amid a national, state-by-state partisan redistricting fight kicked off by Trump’s desire to aid his fellow Republicans, Virginia voters OK’d a Democrat-backed constitutional amendment authorizing new U.S. House districts. The plan could help the party win up to four additional seats.

“We are not going to let anyone tilt the system without a response,” Lucas said after the vote. Trump, meanwhile, denounced the results.

The state Supreme Court let the referendum proceed but has yet to rule on whether the effort is legal. The court is considering an appeal of a lower court judge’s ruling that the amendment is invalid because lawmakers violated procedural requirements.

Voting districts typically are redrawn once a decade, after each census. But Trump last year urged Texas Republicans to redraw House districts to give the GOP an edge in the midterms. California Democrats reciprocated, and redistricting efforts soon cascaded across states.

Lucas, 82, has been a figure in Virginia politics since the 1980s, when she became the first Black woman elected to a city council seat in her native Portsmouth. She now is the first woman and first African American to serve as the Senate’s president pro tempore.

Earlier in life she was the Norfolk Naval Shipyard’s first female shipfitter, according to her biography in the state library. The job entails making, installing and repairing sometimes enormous metal assemblies for vessels.

In recent years she has been the CEO of a Portsmouth business that runs residences, day programs and transportation for intellectually disabled adults.

The memes of Trayvon Martin, George Floyd, Jacob Blake, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Jonathan Crawford III, Breona Taylor, Sandra Bland, Daunte Wright, Sonya Massey, Kyren Lacy, Jordan Neely, Tyre Nichols, Atatiana Jefferson, Rayshard Brooks, Ahmad Abrury, Jayland Walker and Michael Brown are shared through hateful memes and endless banters about how they deserved it.

Yet, the same folks who thought it's funny mocking their deaths are going full crazy on memes mocking Trump, Charlie Kirk, Benjamin Netanyahu and Stephen Miller.

We need to address voter rights, police reform, health and safety, gun violence, ending racial bias in housing and business loans, disspelling anti-immigration rhetoric, anti-LGBTQ rhetoric, ending the perception of Black violence and bringing unity to the Black community. 

Okay, again many Black Americans are not offering sympathy for Kirk.

His rhetoric was divisive towards Black people. He said things about Black women which made it nearly impossible for some sympathy. 

Like I said, his children will take the most blow. Having their father gone is heartbreaking. But to see Erika Kirk confirm the movement continues show no foot off the gas when it comes to political violence.

Erika makes it very hard for people to even show remorse towards her. She is a widow and now has to raise her children by herself. She might find love in the future, but the shock of losing Charlie in such a way has traumatized her.

It's no secret that Republicans think very unfavorably of immigrants, Blacks, Muslims, transgender Americans and progressives.

It is no secret that Republicans love to push freedom while in reality act like the big government nannies.

MAGA rapper Waka Flocka Flame warns Chud to cut out the noise.

It's free speech.

Sharing images of Black women with children by calling them future thugs. Or White women with children who were born from a father of color. They certainly love calling white women traitors for loving outside their race.

They showed us who they are when they harassed HBCUs in the wake of that white nationalist's death.

They showed us who they are when the Supreme Court rolled back long established rulings, laws and achievements to protect the fragile feelings of white privileged Americans.

What do they want to offer us next?

A bunch of memes depicting Black people posing with firearms, eating chicken, watermelons, peanuts or turkey legs. A mene of Black people drinking a 40oz malt liquor or a grape drink.

Or they want to make memes of bearded men expressing their freedoms to wear a dress, heels or makeup.

They certainly love to attack transgender women for looking way better than the women they try to well.... in Trump’s word "pull up to and grab 'em by the...."

Or a meme where a picture of a turban wearing individual posing with a gun or a depiction of an Arab with the decapitated head of a white person.

Republicans, libertarians and conservatives have always been like this. It was never a closed door or a private chat.

They referred to Black people as monkeys and “the watermelon people” and mused about putting their political opponents in gas chambers. They talked about raping their enemies and driving them to suicide and lauded Republicans who they believed support slavery.

People, please do not resort to the levels of those who profit off the anger. The anger of right wing Americans in the wake of white nationalist Charlie Kirk's death has sparked a censorship and harassment campaign.

The right wing ain't got the smoke for the shooter, his family and the Utah state government allowing open carry on school campuses. They ain't got the smoke for the people who advocate violence against people perceived as threats to society.

They want to go after the vulnerable. Typical of these folks.

All the while, the rich are getting richer. Israel is still committing a genocide and war crimes from every angle. Russia is pushing further in Ukraine with Lithuania and Poland next on the country's agenda. China is becoming the superpower as they are moving on from exporting goods to the United States for other nations.

China is working on solving problems the United States failed at doing. 

Food prices are increasing. 

We are in endless wars.

General merchandise prices are increasing.

The cost of living is increasing.

Inflation has rising this month.

Unemployment is increasing.

Gasoline prices are increasing.

Wages are stagnant.

Jobs are not satisfying.

They want you to risk your freedom or your life to protect their right to gas you up to commit unspeakable crimes against one another.

Let me be clear: I do not condone violence towards to politicians, media personalities, animals and property. I am not condemning things any longer. I am getting tired of putting empathy on antipathy.

Keep the Black community out of it. 

1 in 5 Americans believe violence is the only way to solve political problems. Trust me, it is a coming. There is a reckoning with the status quo thanks to Trump.
