Hold The Line!

Tears of a clown. The Hold The Line, sniff sniff Nancy Mace.

The very same Republican lawmaker who embraces a sexual predator and demonizes the vulnerable had a panic attack yesterday. The alcohol and cocaine really has this woman on some things.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) is running for governor. She is not retiring yet. However, she is running a campaign to replace South Carolina governor Henry McMaster who is hinting a run for the U.S. Senate.

Nancy Ruth Mace, 48 allegedly has a problem. A mental health problem, a drinking problem and a snorting problem. Again, this is speculation and its not confirmed.

Nonetheless, Mace along with Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) want us to have sympathy for them since they were victims of sexual abuse. Yet, they hug and get kisses from Donald J. Trump, Elon Musk and every Republican lobbyist who funds their campaigns. It is sickening for them to embrace sexual predators while demonizing victims of sexual abuse.

They block the Jeffrey Epstein list to protect Trump but pretend to cry when the victims actually tell their horrific stories.

President Donald J. Trump, former president Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, Les Wegner, Alan Dershowitz and others are allegedly on the client list.

Trump repeatedly denies this. He also is an adjudicated sexual predator after a ruling with publicist E. Jean Carroll.

Mace was seen running out of a “heartbreaking” Congressional hearing with six survivors of infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein on Tuesday.

Mace’s eyes were flooded with tears as she left the hearing after she suffered what she called a “full blown panic attack.”

Mace has been candid about her past sexual assault ordeal. Earlier this year, she accused her former fiancé, tech entrepreneur Patrick Bryant, and three others of sexual assault during a lengthy House floor speech.

One of those men, Brian Musgrave, denied Mace’s accusations, and has even filed a defamation lawsuit against her, Politico reported.

Mace made claims that her ex husbands and ex fiance abused her.

In May, she shocked Congress when she shared a photo of her nude silhouette that she claimed was taken by Bryant without consent.

Bryant has also denied the allegations.

“I have never raped anyone,” he said in a statement to Politico at the time. “I have never hidden cameras. I have never harmed any woman. These accusations are not just false — they are malicious and deeply personal.”

Mace continues to act like she is victim every fucking time.

What pisses me off is the fact she wants to act like this while bitching at Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and women who were victims of genocide. Mace denies the fact that Israelis are raping women and children.

This theatrics by Mace should be a liability. She is adamant that Trump will endorse her over Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC).

She demonize transgender women who are victims of sexual abuse.

McBride, the first transwoman in Congress is constantly demonized by Mace.

Mace has misgendered or dead named McBride to make viral clips.

Claire's On The Ropes!

American retailers are on the brink of collapse.

Uh oh.

When I was 16 years old, I got my ears pierced at Claire's. I no longer have my ears pierced but eventually I might get them repierced.

Anyways, the biggest threat to our economy is capitalism, private equity firms, billionaires, tariffs, President Donald J. Trump and Congress.

Claire's warns that they are on brink of collapse. They filed for bankruptcy in August and warns that if a buyer isn't interested, they will close all their stores.

Claire's are inside malls and Walmart Superstores.

Claire's, a mall boutique chain favored by tweens, teens and young women, is set to close more than 290 stores as part of its bankruptcy process.

Claire's Holdings LLC, which announced on Aug. 20 it had sold its North American business to private equity firm Ames Watson for $104 million, listed more than 290 stores it planned to close in a court filing on Monday, Aug. 25.

Stores to be closed include 235 Claire's locations in the U.S. and 56 Icing stores. The filing also listed 830 stores – 785 Claire's locations and 45 Icing locations – not expected to close immediately.

The move comes after the company, which filed for bankruptcy earlier this month, noted in a subsequent court filing days later it would likely need to close more than 1,100 stores if it didn't find a buyer.

Claire's new owner wants to keep 'significant retail footprint'

Store closing sales could continue at the locations set to close, while closing sales at some other locations were discontinued, according to the filing. Dates of expected store closings were not disclosed, but they are expected to happen on a rolling basis, the company confirmed to USA TODAY.

At the time of the sale, Ames Watson, which has offices in New York City and Columbia, Maryland, said it planned to preserve the retail chain in a downsized form.

"Claire's has built a powerful emotional connection with generations of consumers through its focus on self-expression, creativity, and accessible fashion," said Ames Watson co-founder Lawrence Berger in a statement. "We are committed to investing in its future by preserving a significant retail footprint across North America, working closely with the Claire's team to ensure a seamless transition and creating a renewed path to growth based on our deep experience working with consumer brands."

Among the 291 stores closing, these states have the most: California (25), New York (18) and Illinois and Pennsylvania (16 each).

Claire's second bankruptcy filed amid tariff, inflation and competitive challenges

The company, which is based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, near Chicago, has continued to struggle since filing for bankruptcy in March 2018.

Backed by hedge funds Elliott Management and Monarch Alternative Capital, Claire's continued to operate with more than 2,300 retail locations across 17 countries in North America and Europe, including traditional Claire’s stores, 210 Claire's locations embedded in Walmart stores, and 120 stores that operate under the Icing brand owned by Claire's. The company also operates 9,000 concessions kiosks within malls.

Challenges have included the rise of ultra-popular online fast fashion sites Shein and Temu, which cut into the jewelry store chain's sales, rising interest rates, inflation and tariffs on goods from China.

Cardi B Cleared Of The Assault!

Am I the drama? Get on Sept. 19.

If I worked in a business and a celebrity comes in, here's what I would do:
  • Treat them just like everyone else.
  • Make sure their privacy is respected.
  • Never harass them for pictures or autographs unless they are doing it willingly.
  • Never take pictures of them or their children without permission.
  • Never sabotage food, drinks or electronics.
  • Mind my business and keep it moving.
  • Never discuss it during work hours.
Even a celebrity must have a moment of privacy. When Cardi B went to a doctor to confirm a pregnancy, a security officer took a picture of her. Now Cardi is a person who doesn't mind having her picture taken. But when it comes to her children and her personal health, Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar is not going to make that a picture worth a thousand bucks.

In the case of presidents, vice presidents and lawmakers, there is a

The security officer was fired for that. The former officer claimed that Cardi was aggressive towards her. She said that she suffered a minor injury and emotional distress. She sued the entertainer for $25 million.

The civil trial that sparked a flurry of viral moments that captivated internet audiences, a jury Tuesday cleared rapper Cardi B of any legal liability after she was accused of assaulting a security guard in 2018.

The jury in Los Angeles found that the security guard did not prove the elements of assault, negligence or emotional distress. Cardi B, wearing a black outfit with white dots and a red bow, made a sign of the cross after the jury read its conclusions.

"I'm not even playing around. Even if I'm at my death bed, I swear to God, I will say it at my death bed — I did not touch that woman," Cardi told reporters outside court after the verdict was read.

Cardi B was sued by a former security guard who worked at a Beverly Hills building in 2018 when she was pregnant with her first child. The guard, Emani Ellis, alleged that Cardi spat on her and scratched her nose with a fingernail during a verbal altercation.

Cardi, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper, has denied the allegations. During her testimony last week, she alleged that Ellis followed her to the floor of her obstetrician's office and seemed to be recording her.

Cardi being herself.

They got into a heated confrontation, both women testified.

Cardi testified that she felt concerned as she was pregnant and the woman, whom she described as "security heavy," was bigger than her. Though she admitted to using some profane language, Cardi denied ever laying hands on Ellis.

"She couldn’t get a scratch from me because I didn’t touch her,” she said.

Ellis told the court that the incident traumatized her and that she required a cosmetic procedure because of the scarring from the alleged assault. She also lost her job over the incident, Ellis said.

Dr. David Finke, whom Cardi was going to see that day, testified that it was he who reported Ellis to their practice administrator over the incident. He told the court that he was in his office when he heard yelling.

When he came out, Finke said, he saw his receptionist standing between Ellis and Cardi before he intervened. He addressed Ellis as he tried to de-escalate the situation, Finke told the court, by telling her to "stop" and "do your job."

He never saw Cardi assault Ellis, Finke testified. His receptionist, Tierra Malcolm, also told the court that she did not see a physical fight between the women.

No one else was in the doctor's office that day because it had closed the office early that Saturday afternoon for Cardi's privacy, according to court testimony.

Cardi’s attorney, Peter Anderson, told jurors in closing arguments that Ellis failed to prove her case under the law.

“Arguing, yelling, even using profanity is not something you can sue over,” he said. “That’s just part of normal life.”

The former security officer should have not taken that picture. She lost her job and is on the hook for Cardi B's legal fees.

The jury deliberated for less than an hour Tuesday.

Among the spectacles that captured interest online was Cardi's hair, which she explained in court were wigs. She even seemed to confuse an attorney in the courtroom after she swapped a short black wig for a long blond one.

"I’m telling you guys, when I say that my forehead is raw from changing all these wigs — raw. Raw, raw, raw,” Cardi told reporters outside court after the verdict.

Ellis said that despite the outcome, she was not disappointed and does not regret bringing the case.

"I don’t think that it reflects the truth, but I’m not disappointed," she told reporters after the verdict. "We know that the justice system is sometimes flawed, and unfortunately that was the case for me."

"More importantly, it's about accountability," Ellis said. "I had my day in court, I showed up, I held my head high."

Jerry Nadler Out!

Old news is good news.

The longtime Democrat knew the two things happening.

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) is retiring. He had a primary challenger who is well equipped to defeat him.

The support for Israel and most of the lawmakers are old are prime examples of the Democratic Party struggles to win over voters.

Nadler was on the list of primary targets. The progressives are mounting a "Tea Party" style of primary. The base is sick and tired of big donors, AIPAC, ineffective leadership and endless gaslighting.

The so called big tent party is struggling to register voters and donations.

After the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris presidential campaigns, the Democratic National Committee has struggled to bring in the revenue. They continue to ignore the base by voting against resolutions that call for an arms embargo on Israel.

Some New York U.S. House Democrats are not getting behind New York mayoral nominee, state representative Zohran Mamdani. He is challenging former Democrat turned independent incumbent Eric Adams and fending off spoiler candidate, independent Andrew Cuomo.

The most notable are the House and Senate Minority Leaders. Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) are literally depressing the Democrats.

Omar Fateh was stripped of his Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party endorsement as he is mounting a challenge against Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey.

Nadler who serves House Judiciary Committee as head and now co member. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), a younger more progrssive member was beaten out of the role.

Nadler represents a significant swath of the borough of Manhattan and had served as the chair and ranking member of the powerful House Judiciary Committee, which put him at the center of three presidential impeachments.

In revealing his plans to The New York Times, Nadler admitted that his party and the country were in the midst of a generational change, and it was time for him to accept that reality.

He discussed what happened to former President Joe Biden, who gave in to calls from his party to step aside in the last election after a disastrous debate performance raised questions about his mental acuity.

“Watching the Biden thing really said something about the necessity for generational change in the party, and I think I want to respect that,” Nadler told the Times.

Despite his seniority, Nadler was bound to face a robust primary challenge from a potentially wide field of younger and more progressive challengers.

Nadler’s sway in Washington was already waning. He was removed from his perch as the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee at the start of this Congress, a sign that the party was pushing for younger leadership.

The Nadler seat is one of the bluest in the country, so it will likely remain in Democratic hands in the 2026 midterm elections.

NBC has reached out to the Nadler campaign for comment.

Democrats need to do these five things.

  • Abandon Israel. I know it may cost some of the Jewish support but in order to win back Arab Americans, Muslims, young voters and progressives, you will have to sacrifice the status quo. We don't need to back an apartheid ethnostate engaged in a genocide and illegal globalization. We are in the stages of World War III. Israel, Russia and the United States are viewed extremely unfavorable.
  • Stop gaslighting. Ohio voters see the results of Republican governance. The state is on track to lose population which means another lost of a congressional seat. That’s why these Republican morons in Columbus are rushing to redistrict congressional maps to keep their asses in power. Ohio Democrats are weak. The Democratic U.S. House and Senate members are weak and ineffective. Just imagine the theatrics of the Texas Democrats. All that fight and Texas Republicans still managed to win. Even with folks like Jasmine Crockett or Gavin Newsom strongly trolling Republicans, they are proven ineffective as well. Democrats need to fight dirty and unethical. Republicans have broken all forms of decor and civility. Why continue to be nice? No more being the grown ups. Act like the far right claims the Democrats are. Start proving that you are not afraid to be labeled. Republicans are proud to be fascists. Democrats need to prove they're not.
  • Quit being moderate. As the Republicans are slowing moving towards fascism, the Democrats are moving towards conservatism. Progressive voters are abandoned which led to them joining other parties or becoming independent. This "Vote Blue No Matter Who" gave us Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema and John Fetterman. They were the leading Democratic opposition in Biden's term. Sherrod Brown will pander to this core base of voters. Moderates are not looking for fights. They want compromise. I think Democrats and progressive voters are tired of watered down laws and making nice to Republicans.
  • Let Trump destroy himself. The more we complain about his policies and his actions, the more we lose sight of the agenda to move forward. Democrats need to not keep reminding voters that the economy sucks. It sucked under Biden too. Republicans continue to resort to culture wars to generate votes. Whether its transgender rights or a Cracker Barrel logo, Republicans want folks distracted from the fact that gas is nearly $4 a gallon, paychecks are not able to pay for a decent life, people are getting desperate and vacations are becoming a thing of the past. Democrats should let Republicans tear everything down. Cause the Republicans are showing the public they are the big government nannies and all in the business of the American people.
  • No more old candidates. Sherrod Brown, Robin Kelly, John Hickenlooper, Mark Warner, Jeff Merkley and Jack Reed are over 70 years old. It is not looking good when the candidates running are likely to pass away at any time. Democrats need to recruit candidates that are born between 1969 and 1999. This could prove to be a game changer if the Democrats show they're the party that wants to win back younger voters. I mean it would be nice to have candidates that aren't AARP card holders. If the Democrats need to win, start listening to young people and stop believing that old Black voter are the base. Take for example, Ohio. I owe Nina Turner an apology. AIPAC backed Shontel Brown which was key to her victory. So far, Brown has been proven slightly ineffective in her district. Her willingness to stand with Israel and not fix the problems in her district makes Democrats less inspired to vote. Shontel Brown (not related to Sherrod Brown), Marcy Kaptur, Joyce Beatty, Greg Landsman and Emilia Sykes are ineffective. They take money from AIPAC and show no fight towards Republicans. Landsman only fights the Democrats who oppose his stance on Israel. Kaptur, Landsman and Sykes are at risk of losing their seats with the Republican plan to redistrict congressional maps despite the Ohio voters demanding a fair map. The voters rejected an independent comission map. If we can win back voters, pick young candidates.
The supporters of former vice president Kamala Harris are playing on this "We tried to warn you" nonsense. How can you morally stand on principles of being a progressive and back Israel?

First and foremost, Americans have a right to vote for whomever they chose.

Second, Harris failed to win over voters. She stuck with former president Joe Biden on the economy, Israel, Ukraine, immigration and inflation. The former president failed to listen to voters and his base.

The former president gave unilateral support and cover. We knew Trump would be worse. We demanded that Biden and Harris put pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel to stop killing and invading other countries.

Progessive influncers are practically on these platforms saying that they ain't helping the former Biden/Harris voters who voted for as Trump. They are exposed as paid operatives to force the party to tow the line despite frustrations.

That's perfectly fine.

It makes them more independent and it declines support for Democratic candidates.

MAGAland going crazy and protests are growing.

As I explained, I voted for Harris for president. I told family members that Israel will be a major factor. Trump's near assassination was a big factor. His mugshot too.

Democrats waste too much time scaring voters. I get it. Trump is an essential threat to the country.

It's that type of noise that keeps Democrats in the minority.

Americans who backed Trump are seeing reality. He has already overplayed his hand.

Federal workers are being laid off or being forced to be in office. The ineptness of the federal government is on full display as Americans are finding out that services are disrupted.

Transgender Americans are being banned from everyday life. They are being blamed for the actions of that mass shooter in Minneapolis.

The U.S. is pulling out of the Paris Climate Accords, UN Human Rights, UNRWA and the World Health Organization. It puts us at risk for global pandemics, catastrophic weather events and potential boycotts of American products.

The economy is still struggling despite Trump’s boasting.

Israel is still conducting its genocide. They are committing war crimes in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and Iran. They are illegally seizing land in Lebanon, Syria and Cyprus.

Immigrants are being deported in a inhumane way.

Project 2025 and Greater Israel are very unpopular.

And the Kamala Harris supporters are trying to guilt trip people who didn't support her bid. I supported her bid and wished she won. Unfortunately, the stars weren't aligned. I was disappointed. I almost gave up.

But I started to realize that I want Trump and Israel to fail. And fail they shall.

For the next four years, we gonna see the Trump machine breakdown again.

My Baby Can't Raise Her Baby!

Young pregnant woman loses her life to senseless gun violence. A road rage incident in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana becomes a national story.

A teen mother's life was cut way too short.

Katelynn Strate will not see the joys of parenthood. She will never see her baby grow up to become an adult. She will not even have a graduation.

Strate, 17 was gunned down in Louisiana. She was seven months pregnant amd the emergency aid had to deliver the baby prematurely.

The suspect shot her and her boyfriend in a road rage incident.

The suspect is being held on first degree murder and attempted murder.

Oh, the suspect is Black and the victim is white. So expect the far right to attack the suspect, the victim or the scenario as a race issue.

The suspect and victim did not know each other. A simple provoking like a middle finger, throwing objects from a vehicle, verbal insults directly cussing at the motorist could trigger a violent road rage incident.

The man accused of a weekend road rage shooting in Louisiana that killed a teen girl is facing a second-degree murder charge.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office said a 17-year-old girl was shot in the head during the confrontation and died on Tuesday after being removed from life support.

The agency and family members confirmed the 17-year-old who died was Katelynn Strate.

Authorities said Strate was seven months pregnant when she was shot by 54-year-old Barry West on Sunday morning near Ponchatoula. Her unborn baby, at 28 weeks, was saved by an emergency C-section and “continues to do well under medical care,” the sheriff’s office said.

Strate’s family said the teen became an organ donor after it was determined she would not recover from her gunshot injury.

According to deputies, West fired shots into a Ford Expedition occupied by three people, including Strate as a passenger, in what they are calling a road rage shooting on North Hoover Road.

The sheriff’s office said the driver of the Expedition and West, who was in a Dodge truck, were going in the same direction but began tailgating and “brake-checking” each other.

West allegedly told investigators he thought occupants of the Ford shot at him first and that he defended himself by returning fire, but detectives and deputies said they determined no other shots were fired and no weapon was found in the Ford.

Young mother will not graduate nor see her child become an adult.

Social media posts claimed West was a former TPSO deputy, but the agency said that has not been verified as true.

“Records dating back as far as our system currently allows [2007] do not show any employees with the last name West,” the agency said.

Investigators said the shooting remains under investigation and if anyone has any further information, they should contact the Criminal Investigations Division at 985-902-2088.

Family members said funeral arrangements for Strate are pending.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
So I just want to say that the Second Amendment is White, period.

A bullet does not care about color. We all bleed red and so many lives are lost to gun violence and Republicans offer no solutions other than "thoughts and prayers" with a touch of "lock em up."

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Suspect claims victims pointed a firearm at him.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms.

Trump gave us open season.

WHITE PRIVILEGE IS REAL! IT'S "SUIT AND TIE" WHITE SUPREMACY ON TELEVISION, RADIO, THE INTERNET AND AMERICAN POLICY!

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

IF THE UNITED STATES CONTINUES TO AID ISRAEL, THE WORLD WILL BOYCOTT THE U.S. AND ABANDON THE DOLLAR!

I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.

These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives.

There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid.

Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

Republicans have extremely unpopular ideas. They will find out the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies.

Expect more.

Biden, Harris and the Democratic Party failed at understanding what is more important to the country. Trump, Vance and the Republican Party have already failed at understanding.

Both parties support of Israel had made some Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters vote against them. They have cost Biden a second term and Harris a historical victory.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those police officers who were killed in the line of duty. Those victims who don't get their names or accomplishments mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence. We are tracking police violence and school shootings as well.

Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (Lifeline) at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or 988, or text the Crisis Text Line (text HELLO to 741741). Both services are free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The deaf and hard of hearing can contact the Lifeline via TTY at 1-800-799-4889. All calls are confidential. The call center to the White House and Congress should still be the same.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that deporting law abiding immigrants seeking refuge is inhumane. You want our American military out of the Middle East and every fucking international conflict in the world. You want legislation to focus on ending gun violence, lowering the cost of rent, lowering the cost of food, lowering the cost of hospital visits, improving healthcare and building relationships with other nations. Let them know that pulling out of the UN Human Rights Organization, World Health Organization and Paris Climate Accords will put the U.S. in danger when catastrophic event happen. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel and Ukraine. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

THERE IS NO GOD!

GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!

FUCK YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!

Grandpa, My Food Taste Funny!

He can claim he is an Israeli and flee.

A North Carolina board of elections official was arrested. He was caught trying to slip a drug inside the food of his grandchildren.

James “Jimmy” Yokeley Jr. resigned on Thursday as chair of the Surry County Board of Elections, effective immediately. The State Board of Elections will appoint a new Surry County chair as soon as possible after receiving two nominations from the North Carolina Republican Party.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, 66-year-old Yokeley flagged down a police officer at a gas station on Aug. 8 and said his two granddaughters found two hard objects in ice cream they got at Dairy Queen. The children had not ingested the pills. According to The New York Post, the girls were 15 and 16 years old.

The pills were later determined to be illegal narcotics.

The police immediately went to the Dairy Queen to investigate workers. The workers would have been fired, arrested and sued had the police not obtained evidence clearing the restaurant of wrong doing,

See if you're Trump, you can get away with sexual assualt, sedition, theft, fraud and deception.

Investigators later reviewed video footage that showed Yokeley was the one who put the pills in the ice cream. He was arrested on charges of contaminating food with a controlled substance, felony child abuse and possession of a Schedule I narcotic. He was released from jail on a $100,000 bond.

Yokeley was chairman of the board before his arrest. He has since resigned. According to The New York Post, Yokeley previously ran for a seat on the Surry County Board of Education as a Republican, but he lost that election.

It's not looking good for Republicans. They defend Donald J. Trump, a cognitively declining adjudicated sexual predator, convicted felon, twice impeached president.

They allow Israelis to enter the country without restrictions. Hell, even a top intelligence official managed to escape custody after he tried to have sex with a minor.

Trump, Israel, the Republican Party are basically supporters of this type of shit.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Cash Fever!

Would it be nice to win a billion on Labor Day?

Say, I haven't gambled in three years. I plan on not even being tempted to do so.

I just want you to know that Powerball rolled pass $1 billion and Monday's jackpot will be at least $1.25 billion by draw time.

It really must be bad for the casino and gaming industry. I am not talking much about it. Ohio has seven racinos and four casinos. I used to work for two of them.

Since I was let go, I stopped gambling and also tightened my wallet. I work at a non union company that doesn't pay enough and I feel like it is starting to affect my health. I am experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome and I fear that health insurance will not cover any medical expenses.

I haven't taken an actual vacation since 2016.

Still, if I decide to pay the lottery and win.... siranora.

The Cash Fever, a series of honest takes on how to be a smart jackpot winner. And take my word for it, it comes in handy when you enter a new tax bracket.

So once again, if you are willing to risk a few dollars, maybe you could become a billionaire.

With these polarizing times, maybe if you do win, you could leave the United States and find a tax haven in a green notice country or territory.

Things to get out the way.....

In about 23 states, you can remain anonymous. But if you are willing to show yourself to the public, here we go.....

Do want to you want to be a millionaire or billionaire?

In my state of Ohio, sports betting is legal. You can legally bet on sporting events for chance of earning a huge payout. The state has issued licenses to the four casinos and seven racinos.

Sports betting is also available at many bars, clubs and convenience stores that have legal betting stations.

I am wondering, are you willing to pony up at least $2 to play a multi-state lottery game for a chance at winning over $1 billion?

Played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and two U.S. territories, Powerball is a coordinated by the State Lottery Association (MUSL), a nonprofit organization formed by an agreement with lobbyists and U.S. corporations. From its inaugural drawing on April 19, 1992, until August 21, 2021, Powerball drawings were held twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday); a third weekly drawing (held Mondays) was added on August 23, 2021. Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evening at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time, at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Mega Millions is drawn at 11 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday and Friday evenings, including holidays. Mega Millions is administered by a consortium of its 12 original lotteries; the drawings are held at the studios of WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia, supervised by the Georgia Lottery. Played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands with Puerto Rico being added in the near future, Mega Millions is independent from MUSL but does have an agreement with the consortium of states that operated the similar Mega Millions lottery, which allowed MUSL members to sell Mega Millions tickets and consortium members to sell Powerball tickets.

Many who are often playing are not rich. I will take the posts of X user Andrew Lokenauth (@FluentInFinance). In Dec. 2024, he made almost similar advice to what you should do if you become an instant billionaire.

Most who often play are either a family member, co-worker or friend who has a gambling addiction.

So here's the public service announcement.

Most lotteries and casinos offer help for problem gambling. I want to acknowledge this.

The National Council on Problem Gambling operates the National Problem Gambling Helpline Network (1-800-522-4700). The network is a single national access point to local resources for those seeking help for a gambling problem.

Contact social media outlets directly if you are concerned about a friend’s social media updates or dial 911 in an emergency. Learn more on the Lifeline’s website or the Crisis Text Line’s website.

You can get help if you, a loved one or friend is dealing with drug abuse.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline: 1-800-662-HELP (4357)

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

It is a difficult thing to tell a family member, friend, co-worker or a player of a gambling venue. But if see something, say something. It may save a life.

The signs of problem gambling include:

  • The person constantly borrowing money from friends, family, loan facilities or banks.
  • The person is always taking more out to chase the jackpot (or clout).
  • The person loses track of time or misses appointments due to gambling.
  • The person is running late on paying bills or dues.
  • The person feels like "playing it back" is the only way to win.
  • The person is getting agitated over wins and losses.
  • The person is using alcohol or drugs to ease stress.
  • The person damages property at casinos or lottery retailers.
  • The person deliberately asks others to claim prizes to avoid paying child support, spousal support or owed taxes.
  • The person uses false ID, false social security numbers or gives wrong information to avoid taxes or has known status as a banned guest or voluntarily excluded player (self-prevention/restricted gambler).
  • The person is restless and feel the only way to relax is to gamble.
  • The person is jeopardizing relationships, their jobs and their social life in order to gamble.
  • The person repeatedly lies about wins and loses.
  • The person is trying to curb problem gambling but never achieves the goal.
  • The person has trouble adjusting to increases in lottery prices and rule changes.
  • The person usually holds up lines in businesses due to inconsistent demands or repetitive calls of plays and bets.
  • The person often uses phone apps to purchase lottery tickets and sports bets without consideration of funds.
  • The person is upset when family members, friends or frequent winners win jackpots or prizes.

These are the hard truths about problem gambling. You know someone or have a problem. That's why it's important to know your limits when you gamble.

Folks, the multi-state Powerball will now have three active drawings. The original jackpot drawings were on Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59pm. Now the drawings will be on Monday nights as well.

It will try to increase the opportunity for players who avoided playing during the pandemic.

Rules on how to play lottery. Note: Many lottery venues are no longer taking verbal requests due to the coronavirus and the possibility of eliminating long wait times due to excessive ticket requests.

  • Make sure you have money on hand. The operator is required to take money before issuing a ticket. Make sure you have your numbers placed on either a betting card, your lottery app or a previous ticket. Most operators will help you plug numbers in through the terminal or place an automatic bet for you. However in the case of long lines or possible errors, it would be best to be prepared for the transaction. Some states do offer debit and credit transactions. Make sure you get your information from your local lottery commission. You cannot cancel Powerball or Mega Millions tickets. They are property of your state (or territory's) lottery commission. Any alteration, distortion or underage playing will void the games.
  • In most states, the required age to play the lottery is 18 years old (21 in some states) or older. Do not let anyone under the playing age purchase a ticket or lottery game. The operator could lose their license or you will forfeit your prize if the regional lottery operator determined that an underage player was the winner.
  • If you purchase Powerball and Mega Millions from another state (or territory) and you won, understand that it is not a winner in your home state. You must return to the state (or territory) where you purchased the ticket. The Mega Millions is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Powerball is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you're a traveler and won the lottery in the state of purchase, you have to return to the state to claim your prize. Every state has their own rules and regulations so don't think "it's all the same." It's not. It's a licensed property of the state gaming commission.
  • Whenever a lottery retailer handles a jackpot ticket, ask the cashier to make sure you hear the "winner" sound. Most machines will make a noise if you're a winner. There are also ticket verifying stations located near a lottery terminal. Make sure before you hand a ticket to a cashier, you are sure you won a jackpot. Ask for a claims form and/or a validation claim voucher. If you are claiming jackpots that are under $500 or less at a licensed lottery operator, check your tickets at a lottery scanner first before handing the ticket off to the clerk. Make sure the cashier confirms the ticket. Tickets over $500 or more may have to go to a local lottery office in a regional jurisdiction. Lottery operators have vendor licenses and tickets are printed by a large set of numbers. If any allegations of fraud or cheating do occur, the lottery can subpoena the operator for the records of purchase and video surveillance of the person who purchased the ticket.
  • Mega Millions tickets are $5 per unit. The multiplier is included regardless of how many tickets are purchased. Powerball tickets are $2 with an additional $1 for the multiplier. Mega Millions minimum jackpots start at $50 million. Powerball minimum jackpots start at $20 million.
  • You can view the results of Mega Millions and Powerball on your local television station at 10:59pm. Mega Millions is drawn on Tuesday and Friday. Powerball is drawn on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. You can also get your state's lottery results on websites, the lottery commission apps on the Apple Store and Google Play. You can view results on social media.
  • You can self-validate tickets under $500 through your phone so it can make it "touchless" contact. You can also get winnings under $500 installed in your bank account or through a credit card. Some fees do apply for distribution of cards and bank deposits.
  • You have at least 90 days to a year to claim a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot. Some states have a period of time to claim your prize. If you fail to claim the prize upon its final claim day, it will go back to the state. The lottery operator will collect a reward for selling the winning ticket. Do not wait till the last minute to claim a jackpot prize. The lottery commission does have the right to forfeit or cancel any prizes presented.
  • Do not quit your job until you're certain you won the lottery. At the end of the day, some people get bored with their lives and may want to return to the workforce. Don't burn bridges with your employer. You may have to return back to the employer one day.
  • Inflation and the coronavirus have changed the world. Many companies have risen prices on food, supplies, rent and utilities. Lottery paper has become very scarce in some retailers. Please understand that it is not a retailer's fault they are out of lottery paper or the machine is down. Please have patience and an understanding of a lottery retailer's resources.
  • Do not believe the news reports about a winner coming forward immediately after the announcement of a winning ticket being sold. If the winner was smart, they would wait until the media moves on to the latest controversy. When you see a person appear in public 24 hours after a win, it is a publicity stunt or a grift. Many winners do not appear until they are in the presence of lottery officials, security and lawyers.

You know I've often posted about what I would do if I won the lottery. It is not legal advise so you don't have to take my word for it. I am just expressing what I am going to do if I win the lottery.

I will first write my name on the lottery ticket. If I choose to not write my name on the ticket, I will prepare a trust fund. I will always make sure that if I ever lose that ticket, my name is on it and it cannot be claimed by someone who is the person who wrote on the back of it.

I will also make sure I take a picture of the ticket. It will be a good thing to take a picture if you want to prove to your state's lottery commission that you were the one who purchased the ticket. I mean it would be smart to take pictures of your lottery tickets. Say if you have a group purchase of lottery tickets and you purchase one for yourself or your family member. You won't have to obligate to the group pool's tickets if you show that you bought one for yourself. Because it will be a legal matter if you purchase the group tickets but failed to disclose you purchased one for yourself. Even though you won on your own separate ticket, it's best to let the group know that you purchased a solo ticket to prevent them from believing you've stolen money or violated the group's contract.

If I do win the lottery, I will immediately pay off all my debts. The car loans, child support, spousal support, medical bills, phone bills, mortgage, court fees and bank loans will be paid in full. Before I even collect my lottery winnings, I want to be caught up on everything. Many states will offset lottery winnings due to a person owning state debt, child support, spousal support and court fees. If you know that you owe, pay it off.

I will immediately close my social media and change my phone number. If you're a winner of the lottery, the junk food media, your family, your friends, your acquaintances, your co-workers, your former lovers, your community, charity groups, scammers and the state will know you. I am going to cancel my Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and social dating apps. I am very clear about my movements and I chose to not be public about it. When I was younger and naive, I would have shown my face to the public. But alas, I've gotten older and I am not the same as I was when I was younger. People are willing to rob and sometimes kill if you reveal yourself as a lottery winner.

I will also get a trust fund prepared, a will and a trusted member of family to hold my winnings. Yeah, it would be nice to establish a trust fund for family members if you do die. I mean life is full of uncertainty. Winning the lottery has higher odds than catching the coronavirus or being struck . On point, 1 out of 15 people are infected with the coronavirus and people have died from it. You win the lottery one day and the next day you caught the coronavirus. You got to remind yourself, you can't take it when you're gone. So it's best to establish a will to distribute your lottery winning to either family, charity and those who you feel deserve it. It will be written and notarized by an attorney or a bank. If you do establish a trust fund you could hire a financial advisor or a family member to oversee your earnings. Make sure that financial advisor is licensed and trusted by the Better Business Bureau. It also must be routine to study on how lottery winners adapt to money. Cause you're going into a bigger tax bracket and taxes vary in many states.

Now that I have my lottery winnings, I will now take the opportunity to buy things that are rational. I would purchase a vehicle, get a home, put some in an investment and prepare for a vacation. Of course, vacations are no longer the norm in the age of COVID-19. Trump's return has made Americans more cautious about traveling overseas. The United States support for Israel also made it more difficult for Americans to travel. So I would be smart to be prepared to be tested or vaccinated for the coronavirus before I take a vacation. I will not take a personal phone or tablet with me. Always use a pay as go phone or a tablet with strong VPNs. Some countries and the United States will check your electronics without consent. Many countries have banned Americans entry to their countries out of fear of being in support of Israel. Some travelers maybe carrying a serious illness like the coronavirus or not be vaccinated. With the rise of serious diseases and Trump's failure to take control of the matter, world leaders don't trust the American leadership in handling a global pandemic. Expensive vehicles include more insurance rates. More homes require use of electricity or water resources. Overseas vacations are nice but you must check with the State Department if you travel to countries that could pose danger to you as an American. Think rational about your winnings. Because at the end of the day, you can blow millions in a matter of five years.

You might also want to make sure you're not playing lottery on company work time if you work at gas stations, restaurants, casinos, bars and pool halls. You might also want to make sure that you don't scratch the tickets first then pay for them last. I used to work at a gas station and a former co-worker often took lottery tickets, scratch them off and then pay for them after they were scratched.

Taking lottery tickets is not only theft but a felony in some states if the vendor decides to press charges.

Not only the lottery vendor could lose their license (if they look the other way), they lose the bonus from the sold winning ticket and they could be audited by the lottery commission. The worker will be forbidden from playing lottery if convicted. And yes, family members or friends who try to buy on behalf of a banned player could be criminally charged.

Be humble about winning the lottery. You will not live a normal life. You could hopefully use the lottery winnings for a long time of success or squander it away within five years and end up miserable. Do not worry about the have-nots! Enjoy the winnings with pride and caution. Your success shouldn't be a punishment. If you do take the opportunity to win the lottery make yourself aware of the surroundings.

This is not a joke.

This my opinion and I stand by what I say!

President Donald J. Trump's policies have put a dent in America's playground. The city of Las Vegas is struggling right now. Thanks to his push to deport immigrants, the harsh conditions for foreign travelers visiting the United States, the tariffs and people struggling financially, Las Vegas has a drop in revenue.

Las Vegas has seen a 15% decline in tourism. That amounts to at least $40 billion in revenue. The cost of products inside casinos are way too expensive.

Not many people are lining up in crowded lines. I mean at one time, you would have lines for blocks trying to buy a Powerball or Mega Millions ticket. Not anymore.

People are reluctant because of the odds. The frequent states that often winner claim tickets from, California and Florida often discourage high player turnout.

Now to the greed of all things.

A Flint, Michigan group was caught using fake credit cards to steal lottery tickets.

The Warsaw Police Department has identified three individuals believed to be responsible for a widespread fraud scheme targeting retail stores across Eastern North Carolina and multiple states nationwide.

The investigation was in cooperation with the Jacksonville Police Department, Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, Beulaville Police Department, Clinton Police Department, North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE), and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).

Over the past several months, investigators have uncovered a series of thefts involving prepaid Visa gift cards and lottery tickets, in which suspects used deceptive payment tactics to obtain thousands of dollars in merchandise and winnings fraudulently, according to a news release.

Two men and a woman went across the country trying to purchase lottery and food with fraudulent cards.

At local businesses, the suspects presented non-functioning Cash App or YouTube gift cards and inadvertently activated the cards. Once activated, the suspects grabbed the items and fled the premises—typically escaping in a white Volkswagen Tiguan SUV bearing Florida registration. The vehicle was registered to Avis Rental, and further investigation revealed ties to three suspects.

The Warsaw Police Department can now confirm the identity and legal status of the following suspects, all of whom are from Flint, Michigan:

Darious Delshawn Welch, 20, was extradited from Illinois and transported back to Duplin County, North Carolina, on August 26, 2025. A detective from the Warsaw Police Department then interviewed him. He was served with nine active warrants issued by multiple agencies, including the Warsaw Police Department, Beulaville Police Department, Clinton Police Department, Jacksonville Police Department, and Onslow County Sheriff’s Office.

Welch is currently being held in the Duplin County Jail under a $180,000 secured bond. He is facing a total of 31 charges, including:

• 9 counts of Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretense

• 1 count of Felony in Possession of Stolen Goods

• 8 counts of Felony Conspiracy

• 4 counts of Felony Organized Retail Theft

• 2 counts of Felony Larceny

• 6 counts of Misdemeanor Larceny

• 1 count of Misdemeanor Conspiracy

Welch is expected to appear in the courts of Duplin, Sampson, and Onslow counties in the coming days. Additionally, an active investigation is underway in South Carolina, where Welch is also suspected of committing similar offenses.

Keaysha Warren, 22, has been identified through forensic evidence, including the use of her Michigan EBT card at several locations associated with fraud. The Warsaw Police Department has issued outstanding warrants for her arrest and extradition. Her current location is under investigation.

Jalen Jamal Coleman, 19, is currently being held in Michigan, where he faces charges related to similar criminal activity. The Warsaw Police Department has issued outstanding warrants for his extradition to North Carolina. Coleman was previously identified in connection with a similar fraud investigation in Columbia, South Carolina.

They would have gotten away with it had they not been greedy.

It is believed that these three individuals, along with other unidentified accomplices, have been participating in similar criminal schemes for at least two years across approximately 10 states, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Delaware, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Indiana.

On June 20–21, 2025, the suspects targeted numerous retail establishments in Onslow and Duplin Counties, including Sheetz and Best Mart in Warsaw, where they successfully activated and fled with high-value prepaid cards and lottery tickets after coaxing the clerks into activating them before rendering successful payment. In several instances, they escaped with over $5,000 in merchandise per incident.

This is an ongoing, multi-jurisdictional investigation involving local and state and federal law enforcement partners, including the North Carolina SBI, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), Waterford Police Department (Michigan), West Chicago Police Department (Illinois), U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force, and agencies across multiple other states.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
