Good jobs numbers. Still struggling to gain footing with voters.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

The U.S. economy added far more jobs than expected in May, countering fears of a slowdown in the labor market and likely reducing the Federal Reserve’s impetus to lower interest rates.

Nonfarm payrolls expanded by 272,000 for the month, up from 165,000 in April and well ahead of the Dow Jones consensus estimate for 190,000, the Labor Department’s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

At the same time, the unemployment rate rose to 4%, the first time it has breached that level since January 2022. Economists had been expecting the rate to stay unchanged at 3.9% from April.

The increase came even though the labor force participation rate decreased to 62.5%, down 0.2 percentage point. The survey of households used to compute the unemployment rate showed that the level of people who reported holding jobs fell by 408,000.

“On the surface, [the report] was hot, but you’ve also got a bigger drop in household employment,” said Liz Ann Sonders, chief investment strategist at Charles Schwab. “For what it’s worth, that tends to be a more accurate signal when you’re at an inflection point in the economy. You can find weakness in the underlying numbers.”

A more encompassing unemployment figure that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons held steady at 7.4%.

The household survey also showed that full-time workers declined by 625,000, while those holding part-time positions increased by 286,000.

Job gains were concentrated in health care, government, and leisure and hospitality, consistent with recent trends. The three sectors respectively added 68,000, 43,000 and 42,000 positions. The three sectors accounted for more than half the gains.

Other significant growth areas came in professional, scientific and technical services (32,000), social assistance (15,000), and retail (13,000).

Regarding wages, average hourly earnings were higher than expected as well, rising 0.4% on the month and 4.1% from a year ago. The respective estimates were for increases of 0.3% and 3.9%.

Stock market futures lost ground while Treasury yields surged after the report.

“One step forward, two steps back. Today’s data undermines the message that other recent economic data have been giving of a cooling U.S. economy, and slams the door shut on a July rate cut,” said Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Asset Management. “Not only has jobs growth exploded again, but wage growth has also surprised to the upside, both moving in the opposite direction to what the Fed needs to begin easing policy.”

Previous months’ reports saw small revisions: The March gain dropped to 310,000, down 5,000, while April’s saw a cut of 10,000 to 165,000.

The report comes with investors on edge over how long the Fed will hold its benchmark borrowing rate at the highest level in some 23 years. In recent weeks, policymakers have indicated a reluctance to cut anytime soon as inflation remains above the central bank’s 2% target.

The report was “certainly hawkish” from the Fed’s perspective, Sonders said, meaning that the data would make it less likely that the central bank will reduce rates anytime soon.

Following the jobs report, traders in the fed funds futures market reduced the possibility of a cut in September to about 56%, according to the CME Group’s FedWatch measure. That was down about 12 percentage points from Thursday. The market-implied probability of a second move lower in December fell to about a coin flip after being around 68% a day ago.

The Fed has not lowered rates since the early days of the Covid pandemic in 2020 and hiked 11 times between March 2022 and July 2023. The benchmark federal funds rate is currently targeted between 5.25%-5.5%.

Republicans are willing to back Trump, a convicted felon.

We have protests at rallies for the incumbent president, his vice president, the first lady, the second gentleman, the former president and members of Congress.

Celebrities are also facing protests and a blackout because of their support of Israel or refusal to take a stand on it. 

Racial incidents have happened this year.

A Black superintendent was accosted by a white dad during his daughter's graduation in Wisconsin.

A Black Airman was killed by a Florida deputy after he saw him with a firearm. The firearm was not raised and the deputy panicked. He was fired and is under state watch for possible criminal charges.

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) had a coon moment. He said Black families were better during Jim Crow. The Jim Crow era was the segregation of white and colored Americans in the South.

Israel has deliberately targeted Black voters with propaganda to divide us. Trump believes his conviction will bring in Black voters.

Israel is rooting for the return of the convicted former president. Many Republicans are abandoning the "law and order" mantra to be "well everything is rigged" bullshit.

Three Black men sue American Airlines for "blatant and egregious racial discrimination" in a federal court after the airline removed eight individual Black men from one flight after complaints about their body odor.

A court in Florence, Italy, convicts American journalist Amanda Knox and sentences her to a three-year imprisonment over her accusations related to the murder of Meredith Kercher in Perugia in 2007.

Biden enacts an executive order to temporarily suspend asylum claims processing at the Mexico–United States border when the seven-day average exceeds 2,500. Amnesty International criticizes the move, accusing Biden of "setting a dangerous international precedent".

Tennessee governor Bill Lee signed off a death penalty sentence for anyone convicted of rape of a child.

Expect Supreme Court decisions in regards to former president Donald J. Trump, contraception, whether the National Labor Relations Board has authority to push companies to unionize, arresting suspects who unknowingly [or even remotely] drug trafficking across border and state lines and whether bump stock ammunition is legal.

Trump will be preparing for his fate after he was convicted in May of 34 felony counts in New York. He will be sentenced in July. Trump also claimed a fundraising haul.

He wants to jail Manhattan Superior Court Judge Juan Merchan, Manhattan County District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Biden. He also is calling for Republicans to grind the Congress to a halt.

Mike Johnson managed to survive Marjorie Taylor Greene's attempt to oust him.

Joe Manchin and Bob Menendez become independent senators. Still headaches to the Democrats.

Greene who claims the Republican Party isn't fighting hard enough to impeach Biden has been attacking fellow lawmakers and citizens. She has attacked fellow lawmakers Jasmine Crockett, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamie Raskin, Doug Lamborn and Eric Swalwell. She attack George Floyd, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Vice President Kamala Harris and so many others.

Greene earned the nickname "Bleached blonde, bad-built, butch body" by Crockett.

Why are they allowing Charlamagne Tha God on television? The controversial media agitator has been on a lot of programs trying to discourage Black voters from backing Biden. I have my reasons but I am rethinking it now that Trump and white supremacy is a threat in the country.

He is not a political scientist. He is an accused rapist and troll. Folks should not take him seriously.

Rite Aid, Walgreens, Red Lobster, Family Dollar, Sam Ash Music, Rue21 and the 99 Cent Store have taken hits with some going out of business quick.

The Department of Justice, along with 29 states and the District of Columbia, file a sweeping antitrust lawsuit against Ticketmaster and its parent company Live Nation Entertainment for running an illegal monopoly over live events. A separate consumer class action lawsuit by ticket buyers is filed against the same defendants the next day.

The world is getting tired of Israel. The Rafah assault is happening despite Biden warnings and United Nations furious at the rogue nation's consistent attempts to justify their indiscriminate attacks on Hamas. The Israelis have killed civilians who took shelter in a clearly marked UNRWA building. It almost leaves the question on whether Israeli regime forces deliberately inflicted attacks on the World Central Kitchen and UNRWA.

Hamas is urging the United Nations to blacklist the regime. Israel is also trying to start a larger engagement with Syria, Lebanon and Iran. 

Israel is full of shit.

I strongly believe Israel sabotaged the helicopter that the late Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi and late foreign minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian rode in. It killed them and three others. The U.S. and many nations honored their memory. Israel got outraged over it. Republicans and some Democrats have gotten upset over Biden showing respect.

A New Jersey high school is under fire after a picture of Jewish students was found replaced with a photo of Muslim students in their yearbook.

East Brunswick High School students discovered the photo on Tuesday in a section in the yearbook titled, in bold print, "Jewish Student Union." The names of the Jewish students were also omitted.

AIPAC has poured money into many of these primaries. It openly bragged that its choices which were Democrats and Republicans beat their challengers.

House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.

They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 50 hours a week while the most controversial House members and senators work on average of less than 25 hours a week. 

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is. Biden, Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are backing Israel over the world. 

They are so out of touch with reality.

Mexico elected its first woman president. The Republicans and far right agitators already hate her. She is the first Mexican Jewish president. Claudia Sheinbaum is the first woman to be president. She also is supportive of Palestinian rights. 

She also will take on drug cartels and immigration issues in Mexico along with the United States.

Holding Biden accountable for his actions doesn't mean a lockstep vote and support.

I. Am. Calling. Him. Out. 

Biden is an advocate of war and genocide. He is tone deaf and unfortunately a lost cause.

What pisses me off is our lawmakers are calling protesters "Hamas supporters" to paint peaceful protests as an act of "terrorism."

With billions of dollars of aid going to Israel, you would think that American lawmakers would have our taxpayer money spent on more useful things!

The U.N. is working to sanction Israel and bypass U.S. vetoing.

The lawmakers will spend more taxpayer money to fix our crumbling infrastructure.

Many of these Republicans who vote against funding the government and assistance for some of America's less fortunate are willing to give billions to a foreign nation engaged in an illegal act of genocide. Same with Democrats. They claim they want to protect democracy but endorse a fascist government sworn to being an ethnostate on our taxpayer dime.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life, it may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With union being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices or supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials, you could lose your job.

Jobs are looking good despite fears.

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, gun violence and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience. 

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent. Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions. 

U.S. is trying to sanction International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel. 

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

Byron Donalds Thought Jim Crow Was Gee Golly Swell!

Looks like Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) earned his pat on the head. He's a good boy and he knows his place. Had he lived in the South post Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) he would be at the master's table serving him supper. 

He would have been lynched if he was seen with his wife who was a white woman. They would have beat the love out of her. They would level trumped up rape charges, have in a courtroom within hours and by sundown he would have found a tree near a general store to hang on.

They would have killed his children and fed them to the alligators. The state would not prosecute because they see a Black criminal as a threat and justified death for the preservation of the master race.

Donalds, a former Democratic leaning voter became a Republican during the Tea Party Movement and went totally MAGA when Trump ran. He won the seat after Francis Rooney retired.

Born in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York, Donalds was raised by his single mother. In 1996, Donalds graduated from Nazareth Regional High School in East Flatbush.

In 1997, Donalds was charged with marijuana possession, but the charges were dropped as part of a pre-trial diversion program, and he was fined $150 (equivalent to $280 in 2023). In 2000, he pleaded no contest to a felony theft charge for allegedly attempting to defraud a bank (by depositing a bad check), but his record was later sealed and expunged. According to an attorney consulted by the fact-checking site PolitiFact, "Donalds would not have been able to get his record expunged if the state considered him a convicted felon."

Donalds attended Florida A&M University and subsequently transferred. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing from Florida State University in 2002.

He moved to Florida and saw an opportunity to be a leader for Black Republicans.

He was a state lawmaker before a U.S. Congressman.

Donalds described himself as a "Trump supporting, gun owning, liberty loving, pro-life, politically incorrect Black man."

He stated to a group of Republicans in an attempt to court Black voters that "Jim Crow" kept Black families together.

Donalds suggested that things had gotten worse for Black people after they embraced Democrats following President Lyndon Johnson’s enactment of Great Society programs in the 1960s, including an expansion of federal food stamps, housing, welfare and Medicaid for low-income Americans.

“You see, during Jim Crow, the Black family was together. During Jim Crow, more Black people were not just conservative — Black people have always been conservative-minded — but more Black people voted conservatively,” Donalds, one of Trump’s top allies in Congress and a campaign surrogate, said in remarks first reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer. 

“And then H.E.W., Lyndon Johnson — you go down that road, and now we are where we are,” he said, a reference to what was then the Department of Health, Education and Welfare.

Leading up to those remarks, Donalds said he had more recently seen “the reinvigoration of Black families” — what he described as younger people forming nuclear family units — that is “helping to breathe the revival of a Black middle class in America,” the Inquirer said.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) the highest-ranking African American in Congress, took to the House floor Wednesday and delivered a blistering speech, giving numerous examples of how Black people had suffered under racial segregation.

“It has come to my attention that a so-called leader has made the factually inaccurate statement that Black folks were better off during Jim Crow. That’s an outlandish, outrageous and out-of-pocket observation,” Jeffries said.

“We were not better off when a young boy named Emmett Till could be brutally murdered without consequence because of Jim Crow,” he continued. “We were not better off when Black women could be sexually assaulted without consequence, because of Jim Crow. ... How dare you make such an ignorant observation? You better check yourself before you wreck yourself.”

Biden-Harris campaign spokesperson Sarafina Chitika also slammed Donalds’ remarks and the Philadelphia event in a statement: "Donald Trump spent his adult life, and then his presidency undermining the progress Black communities fought so hard for — so it actually tracks that his campaign’s ‘Black outreach’ is going to a white neighborhood and promising to take America back to Jim Crow."

Members of the Congressional Black Caucus issued a statement Wednesday evening calling Donalds a "mouthpiece who will say the quiet parts out loud that many will not say themselves" and demanding he apologize to Black Americans "for misrepresenting one of the darkest chapters in our history for his own political gain."

Donalds, who is sometimes mentioned as a possible Trump vice presidential running mate, later posted video of the full remarks in response to Democratic criticism. In a separate video, he said President Joe Biden's campaign was "lying" and "gaslighting" because "they're trying to say that I said that Black people were doing better under Jim Crow."

"I never said that. They are lying. ... What I said was that you had more Black families under Jim Crow and it was the Democrat policies under H.E.W., under the welfare state, that did help to destroy the Black family," he said in a video posted to X on Wednesday.

Rep. Wesley Hunt, a Black Republican from Texas who also spoke at the Tuesday event, came to Donalds' defense on X.

"Democrats have replaced the father in the black home with Uncle Sam and when strong black leaders point it out, Democrats come unglued," Hunt wrote. "We are trying to have a national conversation about making black families stronger, about making American families stronger, and that makes the left VERY uncomfortable."

The Black Conservative Federation, for which Donalds serves as chairman, also condemned the criticism of Donalds' statement.

“The Black Conservative Federation (BCF) condemns the attacks levied against our Chairman, Congressman Byron Donalds by Minority Leader Jeffries on the House floor,” the group said in a statement. “Calling Congressman Donalds a 'so-called leader' for his statement on the conservative black family is tasteless, insulting, and quite frankly, unbecoming of a House Minority Leader.”

Byron and Ericka Donalds would be lynched if Jim Crow existed.

Trump campaign spokesman Brian Hughes posted on his social account that Donalds was a "respected black leader" and referenced comments Biden made in 2020 that African Americans "ain’t Black" if they vote for Trump.

The Trump campaign event was billed as “Congress, Cognac and Cigars” and is part of a broader effort by the Trump campaign to make inroads with Black voters in swing states like Pennsylvania.

Donalds did damage control on Abby Phillips Tonight and The ReidOut with Joy Reid.

Phillips and Reid looked at Donalds as a "troubled Black man" who figured that his remarks don't have merit.

Black Republicans are growing. As explained in earlier postings, Trump has 23% of the Black male vote. He only has 5% of the Black woman vote.

Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT), Rep. John James (R-MI), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) are the current members of the 118th Congress. It is not a historic feat. But it shows a growing trend for Blacks to abandon the Democratic Party. 

Here's the thing, when the Republican Party nominates a Black man or woman to be their president or vice president, then I might stop referring them to the party of white supremacy and stupidity.

While Republicans live in revisionist history, Democrats have two African Americans to hold titles of President of the United States and Vice President of the United States.

The first African American Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall was nominated by a Democratic president.

The first African American woman to be a Supreme Court justice is Ketanji Brown Jackson and she was nominated by a Democratic president.

Just when I thought I was going to avoid voting for President Joe Biden because of his support of Israel, I had an epiphany. It seems like stopping white supremacy from growing is going to be a main concern for me as well.

Former president Donald J. Trump and Republicans are a threat to Black America. For any Black person supporting Trump, that's clearly on them. The former president and his allies are hoping for Project 2025 and Greater Israel. They are working hard to destroy Black America and those who support Trump are not understanding the dangers of putting that incompetent man back in power. Especially knowing Trump is a convicted felon and their regards for "law and order" are no longer valid talking points.

Trump and Republicans have now resorted to calling DEI a threat to America.

If you aren't aware of the abbreviation, it is called: Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.

The far right is equating that word to..... well you know.

Why did a white father rushed the stage and accosted a Black superintendent?

Apparantly, he didn't want his daughter to shake his hand. Some are claiming that it was a personal feud between the school superintendent and his daughter being suspended for unbecoming behavior. Regardless of what happened in the past and the present, the future is looking dark for dad.

People found out his employer and they are going for his neck.

The far right is doing their best to not claim this was racism. I mean they are so desperately trying to defend this knucklehead.

What gets me is that the superintendent does not have the power to punish students.

It's up to the school principal or vice principal to decide on the fate of students.

The school board is responsible for teachers and staff. The superintendent is the representative of the school board.

The whole incident has made Republicans loose their shit. They are claiming that the superintendent is terrible and Eddy was reacting to "incompetence."

Who allowed a white man to jump on stage and shove a Black school superintendent?

It's always "blame the victim" when the victim is Black. We are to believe out off all the school administrators, principal, vice principal, teachers, coaches, custodians, lunch preparers and bus drivers, the white father just happens to accost the only Black man on stage because of some personal grudge!

These folks need to visit Montgomery, Alabama. They need to see my cousin, the folding chair. The folding chair doesn't argue. 

The district released a statement Monday confirming the parent interrupted graduation and was escorted off stage and out of the venue by police. He was referred to the Sauk County District Attorney's Office for disorderly conduct.

Baraboo High School Superintendent Rainey Briggs has filed a restraining order against a former student’s father after he charged onstage and pushed him during a graduation.

The school issued a statement in regards to this controversial incident.

"Our primary focus remains on celebrating the achievements of our graduates," the district said in the statement. "We want to ensure that the significance of this milestone and the hard work of our students are not overshadowed by this unfortunate event. The evening celebrated their accomplishments, and we are incredibly proud of each of them."

Indiana Cop Killer Passed Away!

Cop killer dies in lock up.

Richmond, Indiana Police officer Seara Burton was weeks away from marrying her fiance. Now her fiance, Sierra Neal has to live her life without the woman she fell in love with.

Now Neal won't be able to see justice in court. The suspect who shot Burton during a traffic stop was found dead after a routine check in the iron college. He was being arraigned for probation violations as well as capital murder on Burton.

Phillip M. Lee was discovered alone in his cell and unresponsive by correctional staff at the Pendleton Correctional Facility, according to a spokesperson for Indiana State Police.

Lee was accused of shooting Burton, 28, during a traffic stop in August 2022.

During the traffic stop, Lee allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots at Burton and another Richmond officer. Burton was hit and the other officer “narrowly missed being shot in the head.”

Burton was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio where she stayed for the next three weeks. She was taken off of life support on Sept. 1 and was transferred to a hospice facility in Richmond on Sept. 3. She died from her injuries on Sept. 18.

Lee ran from the scene of the shooting and engaged in a “gunfight” with police as he tried to run into his apartment. He was shot and caught by police on his front porch. He was also taken to Miami Valley Hospital and was released on Sept. 10. He was extradited back to Indiana a few days later.

He was held in the Pendleton Correctional Facility awaiting trial.

Prosecutors have charged the terrorist with three counts of attempted murder, three drug possession counts for methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin and possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. He has pleaded not guilty.

A message seeking comment on whether Lee was now expected to face a murder charge was left Monday morning for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office by The Associated Press.

Authorities have said officers stopped Lee and called Burton to assist with her police dog. The dog indicated the possible presence of narcotics. Court documents say that while officers were speaking with the rider, he pulled out a gun and opened fire toward the officers, shooting Burton. Other officers returned fire and he ran away. Lee was apprehended following a brief foot chase.

No other officers were shot.

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson along with Benjamin Crump and prominent Black business leaders go to the U.S. Capitol to encourage bipartisan support for Black owners with liquor and food products. 

The media mogul has an alcohol and beverage company and he urges Congress to invest in more businesses for people of color.

“My experience here has been great,” 50 Cent said. “I went to talk to them about economic opportunities for everybody, and it’s really exciting. The response I got makes me feel like that there’s bright days ahead of us.”

The rapper was joined by civil rights attorney Ben Crump.

“Mr. Jackson is one of the most successful Black entrepreneurs in America,” Crump said. “We’re here today to talk about how he’s trying to knock down barriers of equal access and equal opportunity to have a seat at the table in all industries.”

50 Cent owns the liquor company Sire Spirits, which has been in an ongoing legal battle with Suntory Global Spirits. In a post on X early Wednesday, 50 Cent said, “I’m off to DC to talk to the Congressional Black Caucus about how Suntory Global has damaged my business.”

Suntory Global has previously denied any wrongdoing.

50 posed with some of the controversial lawmakers like Nancy Pelosi, Lauren Boebert, Mike Johnson, Joyce Beatty, Wesley Hunt, Steve Scalise and Troy Carter.

50 also gave the far right something to chew on. In regards to Donald J. Trump gaining momentum in Black men, the media mogul said he "relates to them."

Crump also is representing Master P and Snoop Dogg in their lawsuit against Post Brands and Walmart. The two launched a cereal and dinner company. They are suing Walmart for sabotaging their launch. The company has not placed any of their products on store shelves.

Amanda Knox Must Pay Up Black Italian She Defamed!

Amanda Knox and her husband were in Italy trying to get the court to dismiss a defamation lawsuit from a Black Italian man she accused of murdering Meredith Kercher.

The American woman who became a celebrity for being the "good girl gone bad" is back in Italy. She was ordered to pay a Black man for defaming him in the 2007 murder of Meredith Kercher, a British national.

Amanda Knox escaped a 25 year bid in the iron college after the law determined they didn't have substantial proof she had any involvement in the stabbing death of Kercher.

Knox, aged 20 at the time of the murder, called the police after returning to her and Kercher's apartment after a night spent with her then boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, and finding Kercher's bedroom door locked and blood in the bathroom. During the police interrogations that followed, the conduct of which is a matter of dispute, Knox allegedly implicated herself and her employer, [Diya] Patrick Lumumba, in the murder. Initially, Knox, Sollecito, and Lumumba were all arrested for Kercher's murder, but Lumumba was soon released because he had a strong alibi. A known burglar, Rudy Guede, was soon arrested, after his bloody fingerprints were found on Kercher's possessions. He was convicted of murder in a fast-track trial and was sentenced to 30 years' imprisonment, later reduced to 16 years. In December 2020, an Italian court ruled that Guede could complete his term by doing community service.

In their initial trial, in 2009, Knox and Sollecito were convicted and sentenced to 26 and 25 years in prison, respectively. Pre-trial publicity in Italian media, which was repeated by other media worldwide, portrayed Knox in a negative light, leading to complaints that the prosecution was using character assassination. A guilty verdict at Knox's initial trial and her 26-year sentence caused international controversy, because American forensic experts thought evidence at the crime scene was incompatible with her involvement. A prolonged legal process, including a successful prosecution appeal against her acquittal at a second-level trial, continued after Knox was freed in 2011. On March 27, 2015, Italy's highest court definitively exonerated Knox and Sollecito. However, Knox's conviction for committing defamation against Lumumba was upheld by all courts. On January 14, 2016, Knox was acquitted of defamation for saying she had been struck by policewomen during the interrogation.

Knox later became an author, an activist, and a journalist. Her memoir, Waiting to Be Heard, became a best seller. In 2018, she began hosting The Scarlet Letter Reports, a television series, which examined the "gendered nature of public shaming".

Knox was sued by Lumumba. She was once employed at his nightclub and used his name as an alibi to escape murder charges. Knox was granted compensation for having an incompetent lawyer who barely spoke English and wrote her confession without her being present.

In 2019, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ordered Italy to pay compensation to Knox for violating her rights in the hours after her arrest in Perugia. Italy was ordered to pay Knox €18,400 (about US$20,800) for not providing her with either a lawyer or a competent interpreter when she was first held in custody. Lumumba lost his nightclub, got death threats, threats of deportation and was a meme on white supremacist websites.

Yeah, her white tears almost put an innocent man in the iron college.

The defamation lawsuit was granted and Knox tried to appeal it.

Knox asked the eight Italian judges and jury members Wednesday to clear her of a slander charge but was found guilty again of wrongly accusing Lumumba, the Congolese owner of a bar where she worked part-time, in Kercher’s stabbing death, The Associated Press reported.

Meredith Kercher did not deserve to die.

“I am very sorry that I was not strong enough to resist the pressure of police,’’ Knox told the panel in a 9-minute prepared statement, according to the AP. She told them: “I didn’t know who the murderer was. I had no way to know.”

Knox was convicted in 2009 of slander for falsely accusing Lumumba of murdering Kercher in the Italian city of Perugia. An appellate court in Florence upheld that conviction on Wednesday, CNN reported.

Knox spent several years in jail but was acquitted in 2015 of the killing of her housemate in Italy when both were foreign-exchange students in Perugia.

Knox signed two statements prepared by police regarding the accusation against Lumumba, CNN reported, but a handwritten note she later wrote contradicted the statements.

Rudy Guede was released from the iron college after serving 15 years.

She was convicted of slandering Lumumba and sentenced to three years in prison. She had already served the three years while she was awaiting her trial on charges she murdered Kercher.

Wednesday’s verdict will not result in her serving jail time but may include a fine.

Writing on social media on Monday, Knox said she hoped to “clear my name once and for all of the false charges against me.”

Knox told the court that she wrongly accused an innocent man under intense police pressure, The New York Times reported.

A Black superintendent was accosted by a white man shortly after his daughter was receiving her high school diploma.

A video of the incident shows the man shoved was Baraboo Superintendent Rainey Briggs.

The video shows a man walking on stage and moving Briggs, keeping him from shaking the hands of a graduating student.

To have such restraint when a stranger suddenly jumps on stage and tried to shove you from your position. To basically demand the superintendent doesn't have contact with his child while she is on stage makes me wish Briggs stepped out of his position and offered him a trip to Montgomery, Alabama so he could meet the chair.

The Insufferable House Passes Sanctions For The International Criminal Court!

The U.S. is going to punish a top prosecutor for the International Criminal Court. The ICC chief prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan warns U.S. officials that he will not be deterred.

You can't make this bullshit up!

Get used to me boldfacing Israel says. Anytime that regime claims something, take it with a grain of salt. Israel has killed three hostages, five soliders, international journalists and intentionally killed humanitarian aid workers. The International Criminal Court has engaged in a wave of indictments and the UN should bypass permanent members, the United States and Great Britain to issue severe sanctions to force dismantling the government.

Republicans and Democrats are so fucking stupid.

Republicans vow to strip funding from the Department of Justice, sanction world leaders for recognizing Palestinian sovereignty, sanction the ICC for holding criminals accountable and punish dissent to the status quo.

The International Criminal Court will not be deterred by President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Congress and the Israeli regime.

The ICC takes these threats seriously and they will not tolerate intimidation from entities engaged in threats against the justice system. They will proceed its criminal charges against the regime's officials without fear or favor.

The Guardian reported that Israeli operatives have spied on prosecutors and threatened them with compromise or death.

Mary Peltola is an indigenous lawmaker and proven idiot. I guess she doesn't care about the indigenous people in Palestine. She joined the Republicans in sanctioning the ICC.

The talking points about law and order are thrown out the window with both Republican and Democratic factions. They are so full of shit.

When it comes to Donald J. Trump and Israel, the Republican Party will go down with them. The Democrats and Joe Biden, the very same.

The vote was 247-155, with nearly every Republican and a few dozen Democrats voting for it. Two Republicans, Reps. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Warren Davidson of Ohio, voted present.

Grace Meng, Ruben Gallego, David Scott, Mary Peltola, Lucy McBath and Steven Horsford are huge disappointments. They are people of color and sided with the extremist Republicans in punishing the ICC for holding criminals accountable.

The sanctions bill is unlikely to get a vote in the Democratic-controlled Senate, however.

Though President Joe Biden called the ICC's actions "outrageous," his administration said in a statement Monday it "strongly opposes" the bill to sanction the court.

Biden's administration remains "deeply concerned about the ICC Prosecutor’s heedless rush to apply for arrest warrants for senior Israeli officials," the administration said, but it also opposes sanctioning "the ICC, its personnel, its judges, or those who assist its work. There are more effective ways to defend Israel, preserve U.S. positions on the ICC, and promote international justice and accountability, and the Administration stands ready to work with the Congress on those options."

Ruben Gallego support for Israel will hurt his chances to win the Arizona U.S. senate race.

ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan said in a statement last month that the court would issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and other Israeli and Hamas leaders, charging leaders on both sides of the conflict with crimes against humanity and war crimes. A panel of three judges will take up the issue and ultimately decide whether to issue the warrants.

Israel has faced growing criticism of its handling of the war against Hamas, begun after the Oct. 7 attacks that Israel says killed 1,200 Israelis. At least 35,000 people in Gaza have been killed since, many of them women and children. Biden said recently its "uncertain" whether Israeli forces had committed war crimes, but acknowledged that "innocent people" in Gaza had been killed. He also said there's "every reason" to believe Netanyahu is prolonging the war for political gain.

Despite Biden's criticism of the ICC, other allies of the U.S. and Israel, including France and Belgium, have defended the court's independence. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said the move toward warrants was “not helpful" as allies seek a way to end the war and assist with humanitarian aid in the region.

What was Lucy McBath thinking? She lost her son Jordan Davis to some bigot over loud music. Now this incompetent lawmaker voted to punish the ICC for doing its job to protect mothers from losing their children to the Israeli regime.

Congressional Republicans, in particular, bristled at the ICC's move, leading to Tuesday's vote in the House on the sanctions legislation from Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX). Some Democrats have joined in those criticisms of the court as well, with Rep. Josh Gottheimer, (D-NY) leading a letter of two dozen members from both parties calling on Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to impose sanctions against the ICC.

“The charges against Israeli leaders are baseless," 24 members wrote in that letter. "They reflect the ICC’s well-documented historical bias against Israel. The evidence is clear: Hamas terrorists are responsible for wreaking havoc and sowing destruction. ... This tragic conflict could end tomorrow if Hamas would put down their weapons, free the hostages, and allow more humanitarian aid into the region. Instead of working toward peaceful, just resolution, the ICC is playing politics."

Good luck on winning your bid for U.S. Senate, Elissa Slotkin. Michigan's Arab American voters will not back her or President Joe Biden because of their support of Israel.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), said he, too, opposes the ICC's decision but said he could not support the "partisan" House bill that is "dead on arrival in the United States Senate." Still, Jeffries said he believes there is room for bipartisan legislation on the issue.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), called the ICC's action "outrageous" and "unconscionable" in a press conference Tuesday morning before the vote.

"The ICC has to be punished for this action," he said. "We cannot allow this to stand. If the ICC was allowed to do this and go after the leaders of countries whose actions they disagree with why would they not come after America?"

Israel is still engaging in destroying Gaza. The Rafah offense is on and the U.S. is still allowing it to happen. The U.S. will likely veto the emergency session by the United Nations after the International Court of Justice ordered an immediate ceasefire to the conflict.

The ICJ ordered Israel on Friday to immediately halt its military offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, but stopped short of ordering a cease-fire for the enclave. Although Israel is unlikely to comply with the order, it will ratchet up the pressure on the increasingly isolated country.

Top Republicans Mike Johnson and Elise Stefanik will bow to the alter of Trump and the apartheid ethnostate of Israel. Republicans in control is a proven disaster. They can't govern. They have no legitimate reason to hold committee hearings. All they do is constantly make noise.

Criticism of Israel’s conduct in the war in Gaza has been growing, particularly since it turned its focus to Rafah. Three European countries announced they would recognize a Palestinian state, and the chief prosecutor for another international court requested arrest warrants for Israeli leaders, along with Hamas officials.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is also under some pressure at home to end the war, which was triggered when Hamas stormed into Israel. Israel says Hamas killed 1,200 people, most civilians, and taking some 250 hostage. Thousands of Israelis have joined weekly demonstrations calling on the government to reach a deal to bring the hostages home, fearing time is running out.

Grace Meng is an Asian American lawmaker and vocal progressive. What the hell she doing voting with the extremist Republicans? She is incompetent as many other Democrats voting to sanction the ICC. So disappointed in her.

Although the ruling by the International Court of Justice is a blow to Israel’s international standing, the court doesn’t have a police force to enforce its orders. In another case on its docket, Russia has ignored the court’s 2022 order to halt its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Netanyahu is expected to personally address both chambers of Congress in the coming weeks. He recently accepted an invitation from the top four leaders in Congress — Johnson, Jeffries and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) — to speak to a joint session of Congress. A date has not been set for that speech.

Netanyahu has also called the ICC's decision "outrageous," suggesting that the court was creating a "false moral equivalence between the leaders of Israel and the henchmen of Hamas" akin to putting President George W. Bush and Osama Bin Laden on the same moral level after the Sept. 11 attacks.

You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

Could you name one damn thing Israel's done for the United States?

The Israeli government through its proxies are trying to sway American lawmakers into criminalizing criticism of its actions to antisemitism.

Israel's latest excuses to justify the genocide:

  • They claim that Hamas has underground tunnels under schools, hospitals and refugee camps.
  • They claim that Hamas was planning on building a dirty bomb.
  • They claim that Hamas are using civilians as human shields.
  • They claim that Hamas is ISIS.
  • They claim that Hamas had a copy of Mein Kampf inside a base in a children's bedroom.
  • They claim that Hamas was beheading 40 babies.
  • They claim that Hamas misfired a rocket at a hospital.
  • They claim that Hamas wants a regional war.
  • They claim that Hamas had top secret plans to attack the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claim that Hamas has a calendar that showed the shifts of who was watching the hostages.
  • They claim that Hamas shot female soliders in the buttocks and breasts.
  • They claim that Hamas shot dead a civilian and raped the victim's corpse,
  • They claim that Hamas has placed explosive devices on corpses.
  • They claim that Hamas has infiltrated college campuses in the U.S. and Great Britain.
  • They claim that Hamas support from individuals amounts to being a terrorist sympathizer.
  • They claim the International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice, the World Health Organization, United Nations and Human Rights Watch are antisemitic and are rewarding Hamas.

Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. In their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, men, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage. 

Hamas stated the reasons for the attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran. 

The IDF has the weapons to destroy everything. All on the American taxpayer, Israel has killed civilians, their own citizens and the status quo.

Biden, Donald J. Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., most of Congress as well as the junk food media will suck the cock of Israel. They will spin tall tales about how Israel is constantly under attack and it's our mission to protect it. It is a taxpayer's burden and a testament of how American lawmakers still have this notion to dehumanize those who oppose the status quo.

This is the IDF. A bunch of terrorists acting like action heroes.

Let me be clear:

IT IS NOT ANTI-SEMITIC TO CRITICIZE THE STATE OF ISRAEL.

Israel will be a 2024 issue. Once this pass, I get the feeling that Biden will be the last U.S. president to support Israel. 

Presidents after Biden (hopefully Trump never wins a second presidency) will come to realize that Israel was the bad guy all along.

Keep pressure on them with Israel. 

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.
