Government Open!
![]() |
| Government stays open. In October 2023, Republicans will seek to shut it down if they don't get their way. |
Despite the threats from Republicans, the Congress passed the omnibus bill and it will head to President Joe Biden for his signature. It ends the successful years of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). She has ended her term as one of the most effective (and most vilified) lawmakers in history.
Republicans "fired" Pelosi but are ending up firing themselves. Now that she's out of leadership, the Grand Ol' Party needs a new scapegoat for their vilification.
Besides Pelosi, The Republicans have vilified President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Duchess Meghan of Sussex, Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).
They will focus Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), the incoming Minority Leader of the Democratic House.
In the meantime, the far-right members of the Republican Conference are steaming mad over the Congress passing the bill to keep government open. They were upset over earmarks, legislative priorities that served the needs of certain groups and of course the amount.
The bill was worth $1.7 trillion and of course, the bill will give more money to help fund the Ukrainians in their fight to defeat Russia.
![]() |
| Ocasio-Cortez was the sole Democrat to vote against the bill. |
Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelanskyy came to the U.S. to plea to lawmakers to keep funding them. He said that the Russian invasion has been costly for all but it's been a worthwhile battle to keep Russia from trying to seize control of Eastern Europe.
Mind you Ocasio-Cortez was the sole member who voted against it and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) voted present.
Which means they voted against the Democrats in funding the two controversial lawmakers' minority constituents.
Even the pain in the ass members Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) voted for the bill.
The House on Friday voted to finalize the government funding bill, sending it to President Joe Biden and marking the end of two years of Democrats controlling both chambers of Congress.
![]() |
| McCarthy is crying. He can't face his own party. |
The package contains a major boost to military spending and nearly $45 billion in assistance to Ukraine. It overhauls federal election law by revising the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to try to prevent another Jan. 6. The bill funds a swath of domestic programs as well, averting a shutdown and keeping the government funded through next fall.
The vote was 225 to 201, largely along part lines. Nine Republicans voted for the measure, including outgoing Reps. Liz Cheney of Wyoming; John Katko and Chris Jacobs of New York; Adam Kinzinger and Rodney Davis of Illinois; Jaime Herrera Beutler of Washington; and Fred Upton of Michigan.
GOP Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, co-chair of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus and Congressional Ukraine Caucus, and Steve Womack of Arkansas, a senior appropriator, also supported the measure.
“We have a big bill here, because we have big needs for our country,” outgoing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on the floor. “At the same time — please to put a penny in the old man’s hat — we address the needs of America’s working families, with special focus on our children.”
![]() |
| Rand Paul is a do nothing senator who voted again for funding his Kentucky constituents. |
The legislation passed the Senate on Thursday by a vote of 68-29.
Biden has championed the bill. In a statement after its passage, he called it "good for our economy our competitiveness, and our communities" and vowed to sign it into law "as soon as it reaches my desk."
Biden also thanked Senate negotiators "for finding compromise to strengthen our democracy in the face of election denialism and assaults on our bedrock constitutional values."
The measure was negotiated by Democratic leaders and top Senate Republicans, including Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. It revealed a sharp split between Republicans in the two chambers, with House GOP leaders fighting to torpedo it.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., blasted the legislation and the process by which it was crafted, calling it “a slap in the face to every American that voted” to elect a House Republican majority in the 2022 election.
“This is a monstrosity,” he said before the vote, arguing it spends too much. “It is one of the most shameful acts I’ve ever seen.”
“You have done nothing but put politics before the people of America. So you know what? They fired you. They fired you,” he said, claiming that there’s “money for woke-ism” in the bill.
And the rhetoric became more heated. Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., a member of the right flank of the GOP caucus, said Democrats were “destroying our country.”
The divisions foreshadow a difficult two years ahead for Republicans as they oversee a paper-thin House majority and face down a Democratic-led Senate and Biden presidency.
The election overhauls in the bill would make abundantly clear that the vice president cannot discount electoral votes, and the measure would raise the threshold to object to counting them from one member of each chamber to one-fifth of each chamber.

| Do nothing lawmaker Thomas Massie votes no on every spending bill. Even the funding for five bridges over the Ohio River including the Brent Spence Bridge which is in his fucking Kentucky district. |
Democrats wanted a broader package of election and voting laws, but they were constrained by Senate rules that necessitated at least 10 Republican votes to defeat a filibuster.
“It’s a good step,” Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., a member of the Jan. 6 select committee, said in an interview. “I want the abolition of the Electoral College, and I want to repair the Voting Rights Act, and I want criminal penalties for intimidation of election workers. So I think that that would be the strong way to go. But I’m not averse to saying that the vice president can’t run off with the football and declare the loser the winner.”
In an interview, McConnell told NBC News that it was “extremely important” to him to boost military spending above non-defense domestic spending, describing it as essential to combating China.
“We not only needed to help Ukraine, we also needed, within the defense budget, to dramatically increase it so the baseline next year is even bigger,” McConnell, R-Ky., said on Wednesday. “We’ve spent an awful lot of money on domestic priorities over the last few years. Some of them are justified during the pandemic. But the current emergency is not here, it’s over there.”
McConnell also acknowledged his differences on the bill with McCarthy, who is courting votes from the GOP's right wing to become speaker of the House in a few weeks.
“I have a really good relationship with McCarthy, but he’s got a difficult hand to play,” McConnell said. “We all want him to succeed and hope he does.”

Bugzie The Don Got Five Months In Federal Time Out!

| Bugzie The Don gets a record deal of five months. MAGA rapper pays the price for supporting Washed Up 45. |
The Virginia rapper who posed on a U.S. Capitol Police vehicle smoking a blunt while rioters stormed the U.S. Capitol gets his federal sandwich. The rapper who supported Washed Up 45 went with Forgiato Blow and numerous other MAGA rappers to storm the Capitol in rage of the former president's request for then-Vice President Mike Pence to change the results (which he couldn't legally do).
Antionne Brodnax, known as Bugzie The Don will have some street cred. The first rapper to overthrow democracy. He titled his album, The Capital, while sitting on a U.S. Capitol Police SUV smoking a blunt.
The rapper pled guilty in October to four misdemeanors after rejecting a plea deal. Prosecutors wanted five years due to the fact he has a history in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. The DMV rapper decided to delete the images of the riot from his phone which prosecutors wanted to say that he intentionally destroyed evidence and tried to claim that he wasn't involved in the attack.
Additional footage allegedly busted the Sandston, Virginia native inside the Capitol where he took pictures with statues in the midst of the riots.
Bugzie previously pleaded guilty to four counts in the fall of 2021, including entering a restricted building and illegally protesting in a capitol building.
The Justice Department initially asked for 21 months because of Bugzie’s “extensive criminal history,” noting that he was on probation for a felony conviction when he entered the Capitol. They also said he “attempted to profit from the riot by releasing a rap album that used the attack on the Capitol as a theme.”
In the end, his sentence was lightened, as prosecutors noted in a statement of facts agreed to by Bugzie in his plea deal that he didn’t directly clash with Capitol Police, and was instead “swept along with the group.”
According to WRIC, Bugzie was only inside the building for just over a half hour, and exited through a side door when other rioters started chanting “break it down” in an attempt to breach a police line.
Bugzie previously claimed he was in the D.C. area shooting a music video and decided to show up to the Capitol after noticing the commotion taking place outside before breaching. He also denied being a Washed Up 45 supporter.
Right?
Bugzie The Don is one of more than 400 that have been arrested for their involvement in storming the government headquarters thanks to footage, social media and tips from family members. Sentencing remains ongoing.
Black Terrorist Kidnapped Ohio Twins!

| Twins found safe in two cities far from home. |
This certainly been a dramatic week for a Columbus, Ohio family. The Black woman who kidnapped two 5-month old twins was apprehended in Indianapolis.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
It is a perfect reminder to make sure that you never leave your vehicle running when you are entering a building for even a brief second. It is also important to make sure you take your children and pets out of the vehicle. It is dangerous for children and pets to be left inside a hot and cold vehicle.
The mother was doing a DoorDash for a customer at a local pizza shop when she left her vehicle running with her twin boys inside. Out of nowhere, the terrorist jumping into the vehicle and took off. It was a three day horrific experience.
The Columbus Police face scrutiny after issuing an AMBER Alert three hours after the vehicle was reported missing. The whole issue led to a delay of capture.

| Terrorist was spotted in Dayton, Ohio gas station. |
The terrorist was spotted in the Dayton suburb of Huber Heights, Ohio at a local gas station begging for money and acting erratically.
Kyair and Kason Thomass were kidnapped and were in great danger.
Kayir was found alive at the Dayton International Airport in a parking lot. It was Kason that had the nation on high alert. There was a dangerous Winter storm and fears that this terrorist would leave the baby alone to die were strongly concerned.
So it took a watchful eye to find Kason. The Indianapolis Metro Police were tipped that the vehicle was spotted near a pizza store.
It was an ironic experience for Columbus father. He was a survivor of the 2019 Dayton mass shooting in which his father and eight others were killed by a white terrorist.
Amid the search for Kason, Dion Green, who survived a 2019 mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, that claimed the life of his father, established a $10,000 reward for the baby's safe return.

"I hope and pray that this baby is found safe and that we can get him back home to his mother," Green said in a Facebook post on Wednesday announcing the reward.
Green was out with his father, Derrick Fudge, in Dayton's Oregon District when a 24-year-old man went on a shooting rampage, killing nine people, including Fudge, and wounding dozens more. In the aftermath of the massacre, Green founded the Fudge Foundation to help individuals impacted directly and indirectly by mass shootings, violence, human trafficking, domestic abuse and other forms of trauma.
"My main concern is the child," Green told ABC affiliate station WSYX in Columbus. "I just want to get the baby and make sure we get him returned back home safely."

How Easy It Is To Fall For Fake News!
![]() |
| The noise makes a claim that Ukrainian first lady Olena Zelenska went lavish shopping in Paris. Yet there are no photo proof. Russian disinformation is rampant. |
As Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke to the U.S. lawmakers and American people, his critics and the Russian government wanted to keep the noise going. They ran a fake story about his wife going on a lavish shopping spree in Paris, France and the noise fell hook line and sinker.
Kind of like the stories you hear about former first lady Michelle Obama, Duchess Meghan and Vice President Kamala Harris. Every time they do something with their own money, the noise believes they're spending taxpayer money on it.
Obama got the most of the attacks. I still grind my teeth whenever that dead asshole Rush Limbaugh used to mock her. He often was ranting off about the trips that she, Malia and Sasha took and complained about how former president Barack Obama was "un-American" and the such.
You see, Michelle Obama is healthy at 58, Barack Obama is healthy at 61 and Rush Limbaugh is dead and gone.
BREAKING: Olena Zelenska, wife of Ukrainian President Zelensky, reportedly spent €40000 on a shopping trip in Paris while visiting the country to plead for more support for Ukraine, store employees have claimed online.

He’s been making it rain on Ukraine to the tune of $60 BILLION.
Meanwhile, he won’t even discuss reparations for Black Americans. pic.twitter.com/RhW2oycbOW
Anyway, Olena Zelenska went on behalf her husband to the European Union. She went to France and was accompanied on the trip to the French capital with Ukrainian officials, including her country's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, in a visit that was aimed at showing the strength of ties between Ukraine and France.
After leaving France, there were chatter about Zelenska spending $40,000 in Paris. Now, some assume that she was using the American military aid to her shopping spree which is bullshit.
On top of that, there's no confirmed sources that proved that she did spend money in the country.
Nonetheless, it got into the social media and throughout the noise of the far-right.
It appears to smell like a disinformation campaign. As Ukraine is urging world powers to join NATO, Russia is amping their offense through social media.
Several Republican lawmakers, far-right media personalities, the Biden accuser and several online trolls are backing the Kremlin's talking points. Tucker Carlson, Tulsi Gabbard, Dana Rohrabacher, Max Blumenthal, Tara Reade, Matt Taibbi, Katie Halper, Elon Musk, Candace Owens and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) are known for their support of the Federation.
I said it many times.... Ignore the noise!
Do not trust the crap on social media.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy: This Is Not A Joke! We Are Fighting For Survival!
![]() |
| President Volodymyr Zelenskyy speaks to America on Ukraine's fight for survival. |
A former comedian turned politician now is a war time leader of a country of the former Soviet Union.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy tells Congress that there's a turning point to the fight against Russia. The Federation president Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine and targeted eastern oblasts and the country's capital of Kyiv.
Biden has promised the Ukrainian president that the country will abide in its fight by supplying weapons but vowed to stay out the matter. If the U.S. and NATO interfere, it will lead to World War III.
So far, Ukraine has taken back land only for the Russians to use more aggressive tactics.
Putin is hinting nuclear offense.
Zelenskyy addressed Congress as lawmakers are set to vote on $45 billion more in emergency aid as part of a larger spending package. Biden on Wednesday also announced the U.S. will send Ukraine a Patriot anti-missile battery to defend against devastating Russian attacks.
In a virtual address to U.S. lawmakers back in March, Zelenskyy emotionally pleaded for more aggressive measures to help fight the war. Invoking key American tragedies, including Pearl Harbor and the Sept. 11 attacks, Zelenskyy told members at the time, "Just remember it … Our country experiences the same every day right now."
California Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the likely next House speaker, stood and clapped along with other lawmakers at nearly every interval.
Some other Republicans, including Reps. Jim Jordan (Ohio), Andrew Clyde (Georgia), Matt Gaetz (Florida) and Lauren Boebert (Colorado), stood for less than half of the ovations but were seen repeatedly clapping as well.
Gaetz appeared to be on his phone through the speech. At one point he showed Boebert something with a smile
Gaetz has been critical of future Ukrainian aid while McCarthy has called for Republicans to ensure accountability on how it is used.
Picture this... had Benjamin Netanyahu showed up, the Republicans would hand him a blank check. But for Zelenskyy, had he gave in to Washed Up 45's illegal demand to investigate Biden for military aid, the Republicans wouldn't be like this.
McConnell: Kevin, We Ain't Shutting The Government Down!
![]() |
| Tension between the Republicans. |
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) shuts the door on a government shutdown proposed by Republicans in the House. He and probably nine members of the Senate will pass the omnibus bill to keep the federal government open until September 2023.
The Minority Leader is not wasting time arguing with Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the embattled lawmaker who wants to Speaker of the House.
A group of 13 current and incoming House Republicans has threatened to oppose the legislative priorities next year of any senators who vote for the bill, including McConnell.
And the next likely speaker of the House, McCarthy tweeted Tuesday that he agreed with them.
“When I’m Speaker, their bills will be dead on arrival in the House if this nearly $2T monstrosity is allowed to move forward over our objections and the will of the American people,” McCarthy tweeted.
McConnell said the GOP’s negotiations were successful in the end. He framed the longer-term spending bill as a victory for the GOP, even as many Republicans will undoubtedly vote against it. He said Republicans succeeded in increasing defense spending far beyond Biden’s request while scaling back some of the increase Biden wanted for domestic spending.
“We’ve transferred huge sums of money away from Democrats’ spending wish list toward our national defense and armed forces, but without allowing the overall cost of the package to go higher,” McConnell said.
Congressional leaders unveiled a government-wide $1.7 trillion spending package early Tuesday that includes another large round of aid to Ukraine, a nearly 10% boost in defense spending and roughly $40 billion in emergency spending, mostly to assist communities across the country recovering from drought, hurricanes and other natural disasters.
The bill, which runs for 4,155 pages, includes about $772.5 billion for non-defense, discretionary programs and $858 billion for defense and would last through the end of the fiscal year at the end of September.
Lawmakers worked to stuff as many priorities as they could into the sprawling package, likely the last major bill of the current Congress. They are racing to complete passage before a midnight Friday deadline or face the prospect of a partial government shutdown going into the Christmas holiday.
Lawmakers leading the negotiations released the details of the bill shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday.
The spending package includes about $45 billion in emergency assistance to Ukraine. It would be the biggest American infusion of assistance yet to Ukraine, above even President Joe Biden’s $37 billion emergency request, and ensure that funding flows to the war effort for months to come.
