Baby Twenty88!

Family first.

Rapper and activist Big Sean along with girlfriend Jhené Aiko, fellow singer and activist welcome the birth of their child.

Aiko and Big Sean first met in 2012 and developed a close friendship, collaborating on several songs together before releasing a joint album, Twenty88, in 2016. While doing publicity for the album, the pair's chemistry became apparent, with the rapper telling Billboard, "I love her and I know she loves me." They have dated on and off in the years since.

Thank god Big Sean, John Legend and Common left Ye. They knew he was a fucking mess and it appears Sean Don is doing better without G.O.O.D. Music.

Noah Hasani is now a part of the family.

I say congratulations to Sean Don and Jhene.

Note: I never got the opportunity to embrace my son for the first time. The woman had the child and did not tell me for four and a half months. It was a moment I will never get back. I am somewhat emotional scarred due this. I am trying to forgive the mother of my child, but it extremely difficult.

I would share a few more details in the future.

I am proud of Big Sean and many other first time fathers. They got a moment of pure manhood and parenthood. I will get my first experience someday. Until then, I will be a father to a surprise child.

Twitter Reinistates @RealDonaldTrump!

The beginning of noise and the end of Twitter. An autistic idiot billionaire single handedly destroyed a platform because he was upset over a fucking troll following his movements.

I believe that advertisers will jump ship now that Elon Musk reinstated Washed Up 45's official Twitter account. Musk is teasing he will buy Truth Social and has reinstated the former president after the social media platform permanently banned him after repeated violations and incitement of violence.

The former president will likely be back on it as soon as the month ends. He right now claims he will stay on Truth Social but do not expect it to be in the short term. He misses tweeting to his supporters. He had over 90 million followers.

Musk is embattled right now with Twitter, Tesla and SpaceX. Inventors are concerned about his sanity and his ability to maintain three companies while not operating either strategically.

On Friday, Musk did an unscientific poll stating that he would could reinstate the former president. Overwhelmingly folks voted (bot accounts) in favor of the noise.

Musk made the announcement in the evening after holding a poll that asked Twitter users to click “yes” or “no” on whether Washed Up 45’s account should be restored. The “yes” vote won, with 51.8%. Previously, Musk had said Twitter would establish new procedures and a “content moderation council” before making decisions to restore suspended accounts.

“The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated. Vox Populi, Vox Dei,” Musk tweeted, using a Latin phrase meaning “the voice of the people, the voice of God.”

Shortly afterward Washed Up 45’s account, which had earlier appeared as suspended, reappeared on the platform complete with his former tweets, more than 59,000 of them. His followers were gone, at least initially, but he quickly began regaining them. There were no new tweets from the account as of late Saturday, however.

Musk restored the account less than a month after the Tesla CEO took control of Twitter and four days after the former president announced his candidacy for the 2024 presidential race.

It is not clear whether Washed Up 45 would actually return to Twitter. An irrepressible tweeter before he was banned, the former president has said in the past that he would not rejoin even if his account was reinstated. He has been relying on his own, much smaller social media site, Truth Social, which he launched after being blocked from Twitter.

And on Saturday, during a video speech to a Republican Jewish group meeting in Las Vegas, the former president said that he was aware of Musk’s poll but that he saw “a lot of problems at Twitter.”

The decision will have immediate backlash.

“I hear we’re getting a big vote to also go back on Twitter. I don’t see it because I don’t see any reason for it,” the former president said. “It may make it, it may not make it,” he added, apparently referring to Twitter’s recent internal upheavals.

The prospect of restoring Washed Up 45’s presence to the platform follows Musk’s purchase last month of Twitter — an acquisition that has fanned widespread concern that the billionaire owner will allow purveyors of lies and misinformation to flourish on the site. Musk has frequently expressed his belief that Twitter had become too restrictive of freewheeling speech.

His efforts to reshape the site have been both swift and chaotic. Musk has fired many of the company’s 7,500 full-time workers and an untold number of contractors who are responsible for content moderation and other crucial responsibilities. His demand that remaining employees pledge to “extremely hardcore” work triggered a wave of resignations, including hundreds of software engineers.

Users have reported seeing increased spam and scams on their feeds and in their direct messages, among other glitches, in the aftermath of the mass layoffs and worker exodus. Some programmers who were fired or resigned this week warned that Twitter may soon fray so badly it could actually crash.

Musk’s online survey, posted on his own Twitter account, drew more than 15 million votes in the 24 hours in which it ran.

Musk conceded that the results were hardly scientific. “Bot & troll armies might be running out of steam soon,” he tweeted Saturday morning. “Some interesting lessons to clean up future polls.”

It’s not the first time he’s used Twitter polling to make business decisions. Last year he sold millions of shares of his Tesla stock after asking his followers whether he should.

Democratic U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York responded to Musk’s poll on Washed Up 45 by tweeting video of the Jan. 6 insurrection. She tweeted Friday that when the former president was last on Twitter, it “was used to incite an insurrection, multiple people died, the Vice President of the United States was nearly assassinated, and hundreds were injured but I guess that’s not enough for you to answer the question. Twitter poll it is.”

The former president lost his access to Twitter two days after his supporters stormed the Capitol, soon after the former president had exhorted them to “fight like hell.” Twitter dropped his account after the former president wrote a pair of tweets that the company said cast further doubts on the legitimacy of the presidential election and raised risks for the Biden presidential inauguration.

After the Jan. 6 attack, Washed Up 45 was also kicked off Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta Platforms, and Snapchat. His ability to post videos to his YouTube channel was also suspended. Facebook is set to reconsider the former president's suspension in January.

Throughout his tenure as president, Washed Up 45’s use of social media posed a significant challenge to major social media platforms that sought to balance the public’s interest in hearing from public officials with worries about misinformation, bigotry, harassment and incitement of violence.

But in a speech at an auto conference in May, Musk asserted that Twitter’s ban of the former president was a “morally bad decision” and “foolish in the extreme.”

Earlier this month, Musk, who completed the $44 billion takeover of Twitter in late October, declared that the company wouldn’t let anyone who had been kicked off the site return until Twitter had established procedures on how to do so, including forming a “content moderation council.”

On Friday, Musk tweeted that the suspended Twitter accounts for the comedian Kathy Griffin, the Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson and the conservative Christian news satire website Babylon Bee had been reinstated. He added that a decision on the former president had not yet been made. He also responded “no” when someone on Twitter asked him to reinstate the conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ account.

In a tweet Friday, the Tesla CEO described the company’s new content policy as “freedom of speech, but not freedom of reach.”

He explained that a tweet deemed to be “negative” or to include “hate” would be allowed on the site but would be visible only to users who specifically searched for it. Such tweets also would be “demonetized, so no ads or other revenue to Twitter,” Musk said.

Thank You Joe!

I'm feeling good.

Happy Birthday Joseph R. Biden, Jr.

He turns 80 years old.

Sunday is the 46th President of the United States birthday. He is not too concerned about the Republicans taking back the House of Representatives. He knows they'll overplay their hand as usual.

They have already signalled that they are willing to investigate Biden's son Hunter, the allegations of Biden's connections to foreign money, the coronavirus response post Donald J. Trump, the withdrawal from Afghanistan and the impeachment of high officials including the president.

They want to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act and the Affordable Care Act. They want to cut Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security and subsidies for middle and poor class Americans.

They want to get revenge on the Democrats for starting up the House Investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. They want to investigate the treatment of the people who stormed the U.S. Capitol.

Of course, they have no plan on combating inflation, high gas prices and crime. They embrace crime by allowing the former president to steal classified documents and incite a mob to overthrow democracy.

They have this "Commitment to America" which is a scantly five pages of proposals that came out the ass of Newt Gingrich, the disgraced House Speaker who led the Republicans into noise.

The noise is loud. I've said it many times on this blog, #IgnoreTheNoise.

For the next two years, I will scale back posting but I am going to continue contributing to Journal de la Reyna and offer the latest news, opinion and issues facing our government, our community and the junk food media.

Social media influencer Naomi Biden marries Peter Neal.

I call it junk food media because they are so fixated on noise instead of facts.

Making fun of John Fetterman having a stroke was not smart.

Saying that you're going to not work with President Joe Biden soon after winning an election on the noise of inflation, crime and immigration is not smart.

Allowing former president Donald J. Trump to return to social media is not smart.

Having a revolt from the left about Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) being chosen as the Minority Leader is not smart. Jeffries is likely to be the new Minority Leader if the Democrats maintain a strong footing going into 2023.

Telling President Joe Biden that he needs to step down because of his age is not smart. Again, I am not here to judge whether Biden is of sound mind or not. I don't know him personally. I am not a doctor or a White House advisor. I am not even on his radar of people he reacts to. The only way he may react is if you do something that at least drives the junk food media to cover.

He won the presidency on lowering the temperature in Washington, DC and is likely to win it again if they line up noise makers like Trump, Ron DeSantis, Marjorie Taylor Greene or Mike Pence as contenders for 2024.

Many on the far right want to be doctors by diagnosing Biden's mental and physical strength. Again, this type of noise is why it's important to stop allowing the junk food media promote this noise.

Those who are making concerns about Biden's age may never get to say 80. Mind you Rush Limbaugh died at 71 years old from cancer. Andrew Breitbart died at 42 from a heart attack. I have my feelings that Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, Brian Kilmeade, Dana Loesch, Ben Shapiro, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson may never get to see at least 70 years old. Bill O'Reilly may never get to see 75.

So when Trump at age 76, O'Reilly at age 73, Bill Cunningham at 74 and Dennis Prager at 74 start complaining about Biden's age, remind them that they're just about in the same boat. They may never live to see 80.

The only former president who still handles it well is James Earl Carter, Jr. at 98.

Biden and First Lady Jill Biden hosted the wedding of their granddaughter Naomi King Biden to Peter George Heermann Neal.  The wedding ceremony took place at 11:00 AM EST in front of approximately 250 guests on the South Lawn.

“It has been a joy to watch Naomi grow, discover who she is, and carve out such an incredible life for herself,” said the Bidens.  “Now, we are filled with pride to see her choose Peter as her husband and we’re honored to welcome him to our family. We wish them days full of laughter and a love that grows deeper with every passing year.”

Following the marriage ceremony, the President and First Lady hosted a wedding luncheon for family and the wedding party in the State Dining Room of the White House. A reception with dessert and dancing will take place later this evening.

Club Blood: Mass Shooting In Colorado Springs!

Mass shootings are happening frequently. The LGBTQ community is a target of far right extremist attacks.

A 22-year-old gunman entered an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado, just before midnight Saturday and immediately opened fire, killing at least five p

THE NICE GUY IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PERSON WITH A FIREARM. THOSE WHO ARE SPURN BY RELATIONSHIPS, THE WORKPLACE, SOCIETY IN GENERAL WILL SEEK REVENGE BY TAKING OUT LIVES. THEY WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS OF MASSACRING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING.

THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE BY AMPING UP POLARIZING RHETORIC .

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

The shooter is motivated within seconds to take out as many people as he/she can.

What to do to protect your life.

1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.

2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill.... Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanics or Asians shooters are illegal immigrants.

Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.

With Republicans in charge of the House of Representatives, the only thing they'll offer to every mass shooting is "thoughts and prayers", "our hearts going out to", "the good guy with a gun", and their most common phrase "now it's not the time to politicize these tragedies."

There is a mass shooting in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It happened at a LGBTQ club and the terrorist opened fire on dozens of patrons. Five dead and 18 wounded with several being life threatening.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Jared Polis, Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO), Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) and the Colorado U.S. Representatives were notified of this tragedy.

The attack on a LGBTQ club rings echos of Orlando's Pulse Nightclub. A terrorist opened fire on patrons killing nearly 50 before the law killed him. Then president Barack Obama, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and then vice president Biden all warned Americans that this will continue and folks are starting to get numb to this. Then nominee Washed Up 45 had ran on the noise about banning Muslims and arming more security to businesses. He said that it's radical Islam and not the guns.

The noise has been complaining about "groomers" by equating gay men and transgender people as part of this conspiracy to turn people gay. This is part of the culture wars Republicans seized upon in their attempts to win Congress.

Biden will address it.

The suspected shooter was injured in the incident at Club Q, apprehended and hospitalized, Colorado Springs Police Department spokeswoman Sgt. Pamela Castro said at an early morning briefing Sunday. Police released no further information about the attacker.

A terrorist opened fire on a club during a drag show.

"We have numerous people transported to multiple local hospitals via ambulance and police cruisers. The hospitals are helping us to notify family who have been injured," Castro said.

Castro said she expected the number of casualties to change as the investigation unfolded.

"We will be here for many many hours to come," Castro said.

The FBI was assisting on the scene, she said.

“We thank the quick reactions of heroic customers that subdued the gunman and ended this hate attack,” the nightclub, Club Q, posted on its Facebook page.

Police responded to initial calls at 11:57 p.m. (1:57 a.m. Sunday ET). Social media footage from across the street and verified by NBC News showed dozens of police vehicles and a fire truck deployed near the club.

Club Q was hosting a “Drag Divas” show followed by a DJ night on Saturday, according to its Facebook page.

While the motive of the attack was not immediately known it comes amid what President Joe Biden earlier this year called "rising hate and violence" against LGBTQ people. So far this year, at least 32 transgender people have been shot or killed, according to the Human Rights Campaign, though that count does not appear to include the Colorado Springs victims.

Colorado Springs has by far more mass shootings in the state's history.

In 2016, a massacre at Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, left 49 people dead and dozens injured.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, who in 2018 was the first openly gay man elected governor, called the shooting "horrific, sickening, and devastating" in a statement released Sunday morning.

"My heart breaks for the family and friends of those lost, injured, and traumatized in this horrific shooting," he said, adding that "every state resource is available to local law enforcement in Colorado Springs."

"We are eternally grateful for the brave individuals who blocked the gunman likely saving lives in the process and for the first responders who responded swiftly to this horrific shooting," Polis, a Democrat, said. "Colorado stands with our LGTBQ community and everyone impacted by this tragedy as we mourn together.”

Other local leaders also shared their outrage and condolences on Sunday.

“We have so much work to do to stop this from happening again,” Rep. Judy Amabile, a Colorado state lawmaker who represents Boulder said on Twitter.

“My heart is with our LGBTQ+ community as we all reel from this violence,” Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) wrote in a tweet.

"We have to protect LGBTQ lives from this hate," Hickenlooper tweeted.

Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY) one of the first gay Black men elected to Congress, tweeted that he was "outraged" by the shooting.

"Members of the LGBTQ community deserve to live full lives," Jones tweeted.

What may have triggered the mass shooter?
The noise attacking the LGBTQ community by labeling them groomers.
The terrorist may have been spurned by a relationship.
The state has weak gun laws that make access to firearms easier.
Thoughts and prayers.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However the two Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

Jason David Frank Passed Away!

Iconic actor and MMA fighter Jason David Frank passed away in Texas.

Actor and mixed martial artist Jason David Frank has passed away at the age of 49.

It is shocking news.

According to TMZ, the actor committed suicide after facing a bitter divorce from his wife.

Also losing his daughter Shayla may have pushed him to an edge.
During the divorce proceedings, Tammie Frank claimed that Jason was committing adultery and the marriage could not be repaired. She had a lawyer serve him divorce papers while he was doing a Comic Con appearance. She apparently got a significant amount of his licensing, assets and property.

She is a mixed martial artist and stuntwoman.

Perhaps best known as Tommy Oliver on the teen action series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, he had the role as the Green Ranger and White Ranger.

Long live The Green Ranger.

With his knowledge of many different styles of martial arts that include Shōtōkan, Wadō-ryū, Taekwondo, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, and Aikido, Frank collected the most practical applications, modified them with his own philosophies and created his own blend of American Karate, "Toso Kune Do".

Fans will remember ... he started out as the Green Ranger in Season 1, introduced at first as an enemy of the Power Rangers -- only to do a 180 and become good. After his powers start to deteriorate, however, he's turned into the White Ranger ... and tapped as the new leader of the group. Frank starred as one of the leads for 3 seasons, totaling 123 episodes.

Frank went on to reprise his role as Tommy in several adaptions of 'Power Rangers' -- including 'Wild Force,' 'Turbo,' 'Zeo,' 'Dino Thunder,' 'Megaforce,' 'Ninja Steel,' 'HyperForce,' and more. He's been a Red Ranger, a Black Ranger and a Green Ranger anew. Frank is a fan favorite Power Ranger ... which is why he's returned to the franchise time and again.

Jason and Tammie before the split. The two had a bitter divorce.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was an action series about five teenagers deputized to save Earth from the evil, debuted on Fox in 1993 and went on to become a pop-culture phenomenon.

Jason leaves behind his two sons and two daughters. One daughter deceased.

Finally This Monster Has A Role No One Wants!

Andy Dick in real life. A creepy predator.
After years of inappropriate behavior towards men and women, California finally slapped a TIER on a washed up actor.

Andy Dick spared a lengthy bid in the iron college will now be required to register as a sexual offender.

Dick was sentenced to 90 days in Los Angeles County jail after a jury found him guilty of groping an Uber driver in West Hollywood in 2018, officials said. He was banned from Uber after this encounter.

At a hearing last week at the Los Angeles Superior Court Airport Courthouse, the comedian and actor was also sentenced to 12 months of summary probation upon release from jail and must register as a sex offender, according to Greg Risling, spokesman for the Los Angeles district attorney’s office.

He is also required to pay restitution to the victim and was ordered to complete 52 Alcoholics Anonymous sessions, 52 sexual compulsion anonymous sessions, and 12 counseling sessions, Risling wrote in an emailed statement.

The comic is expected to surrender to authorities Thursday at the Airport Courthouse to begin his jail sentence, Risling said.

Dick’s attorney Daniel Kapelovitz said he plans to appeal the case, but declined to comment further. When Dick pleaded not guilty to the charge in 2019, Kapelovitz called the allegations against Dick “completely baseless.”

During a two-week trial in June, jurors weighed the accusations of a ride-share driver who said Dick had grabbed his genitals during an Uber ride in West Hollywood in 2018. They delivered a guilty verdict for one count of misdemeanor sexual battery, the district attorney’s office said.

Dick’s history of assault allegations stretch back several decades, including arrests on suspicion of felony domestic violence last November in Los Angeles and suspicion of felony sexual battery out of Orange County in May. It was unclear whether Los Angeles police plan to file charges in the 2021 incident, but prosecutors in Orange County dropped their case after they said the victim refused to cooperate with authorities, the OC Register reported.

Just last month, Dick, 56, was arrested in Santa Barbara on suspicion of stealing power tools, according to a report in People magazine.

In 2019, a New Orleans man whom Dick had accused of assault claimed the comedian had groped and winked at him first, allegedly prompting him to sucker-punch the comic, knocking him unconscious for 15 minutes.

In 2018, the “NewsRadio” veteran’s longtime girlfriend was granted a restraining order against him in L.A. after a domestic violence claim. That same year, Dick pleaded no contest to lewd conduct and battery for allegedly squeezing a woman’s buttocks and making lewd comments while passing her on a Studio City street. He struck a plea deal for the incident and avoided jail time.

This monster needs to be placed in the iron college. He has a history. He will do it again.

I'm Feeling Lucking When I Turn 25!

White extremist will finally get an internship.

Kenosha shooter is considering a run for Congress once he turns 24 years old and five months.

If he choose to run in a strongly Republican district, he would win.

Republicans have promised him an internship now that they have control of the House of Representatives. He met with members of the Second Amendment Caucus, a group of far-right extremists more concerned with firearms than gun safety.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA), Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) have met with the white extremist and offered him opportunities.

They are urging him to one day run for office. They would welcome him with open arms.

Kyle Rittenhouse managed to escape a murder charge after he shot three men killing two after the city was going through protests and unrest. Rittenhouse apparently taunted protesters by pointing his firearm at protesters. He got into a confrontation with them and then they chased him. As he fell to the ground, he shot two people at point blank range and another in the arm. The three were severely injured and of the three two died.

The shooting of Jacob Blake by Kenosha Police officer Rusten Sheskey polarized the nation. Blake who was paralyzed by the shooting after a minor dispute led to the cop shooting him in the back seven times. The shooting led to protests. Sheskey was reinstated back into force after the police department debated whether he was too much of a liability.

He faced a trial in which the jury acquitted him of the severe charges of second degree murder.

Florida Republican Rep-elect Anna Paulina Luna greets Rittenhouse.

Blake and many Black Lives Matter protesters said the decision was a travesty and believe that the justice system is never fair to people of color.

Conservatives rejoiced and Rittenhouse breathed a sigh of relief. Many felt that the judge was too sympathetic to the shooter and not the victims. Folks saw this a white privilege. Given that Darnell Brooks faces LIFE in the iron college after running over parade goers last year. Brooks was found guilty of murder and vehicular homicide.

Rittenhouse's tears were phony and of course, it played upon the jury.

The far-right gave him a platform. Turning Point USA had made him a young ambassador and many conservative groups have offered scholarships. Many universities and colleges don't want him.

He is trying to enroll in colleges around Texas.

Musk Teases Buying Truth Social And Reinstating Washed Up 45 On Twitter!

Buffoonery is afoot.

A company email led to a massive defection. It led to the San Francisco office to be locked down until Monday (or further notice). The embattled CEO wants out but still is posting noise to a crowd of extremists happy to see Americans lose their jobs.

Twitter had a mass resignation this week and it appears that if 90% of the workers left the facility, that means the company could collapse. The CEO of the company Elon Musk is concerned about his damage he's done but is brushing it off. It appears that the payroll department, technology specialists,

He had told investors that he may step aside if anyone is willing to take on the role as CEO.

However, he had turned to social media to make the controversial decision that he could reinstate Washed Up 45 after Twitter permanently banned him for spreading misinformation, inciting violence and spreading hate. On top of that, many of the individuals he targeted in the 2016 Republican primaries want him back.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), a do-nothing lawmaker who has a podcast instead of an open office for constituents said "HELL YES" to reinstatement. Cruz was called a "Lyin' Ted", his wife was called ugly, The National Enquirer said that he had alleged affairs with five Republican operatives, Team Cruz was found in Ashley Madison data dump after a hack and he was mocked for picking Carly Fiorina as his running mate. Yet, Cruz will back Washed Up 45 being reinstated to a dying platform.

Washed Up 45 claims he doesn't want to go back because he's comfortable being on struggling Truth Social but knowing him, he will waste no time if Musk personally reinstate him.

It appears that Twitter is facing an ultimatum of its own.

Twitter's Command Center, the key to keeping the platform running and stopping outages have resigned. It it the core of the company and if it collapses, Twitter could no longer function.

When Twitter was purchased by Musk for $44 billion, the world was rocked. Mind you that folks already knew that he would ruin it as soon as he got into the boardroom. He immediately fired all the top leaders, laid off over 50% of the staff, started charging for verification (mind you that anyone can be "verified" and still post noise) and decided to troll conspiracy theories within days of acquiring it.

Twitter national headquarters shutdown for the weekend.

He said "Let that sink in" in his first tweet after buying it. Now he appears to regret it by saying that the company is losing over $4 million a day because of the "activists" who urging an advertising boycott.

He tweeted support for the Republican Party in the Midterms which also caused a mass exodus of users who vote Democratic.

Now, he's teasing that he may purchase Trump Media & Technology Group which owns Truth Social.

In the poll, unscientific of course, a majority of users want Washed Up 45 back on Twitter.

Musk is under federal watch for his business practices and of course, investors are concerned about his sanity. Many of Tesla and SpaceX investors have strong concern that Musk can no longer perform the duties.

In a mere two months, Musk turned Twitter into a "free for all" where anyone can intimidate a celebrity using verification, hate speech is rampant, misinformation about candidates spreaded faster and it has lost 200 advertisers since Musk purchased it.

CBS News has said that until further notice it will not use the platform. That includes its roster of reporters, anchors and media affiliates owned by Paramount Global.

Boebert Barely Won!

Take the job seriously or prepare for another challenge.

Far right lawmaker barely survived a strong challenge from a Democrat. He signalled he may challenge her again though.

Since 2014, she has been the [poster child] for populism and noise. She gained attention when ABC News did an interview of her running her former gun-themed restaurant in Rifle, Colorado. At the time, she was this blonde haired, holster wearing chick who flirted with guests who wanted a meal.

Her restaurant "Shooters Grill" was a stop for the far right minions and she often catered to them.

When the pandemic came, she refused to close her business which led to numerous violations and shutdowns. She took her fight to Denver to protest Gov. Jared Polis and his policies. Then of course, she found her love for Washed Up 45.

He didn't endorse her in 2020. He endorsed Scott Tipton, a conservative lawmaker who votes with the party and the former president 94% of the time. She took that and used it against him. She said that he's in favor of keeping things closed and sided with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in closing businesses. It helped propel her to winning the nomination and soon the seat.

The Western Slope region will have Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) for another term. Adam Frisch had conceded to the controversial noise maker. She breathes a sigh of relief.

Frisch decided to no longer pursue the recount due to the expenses his campaign will have to fork over.

Boebert on her part is defiant. She stated that once the Republicans take control on day one, she will waste no time going after President Joe Biden's policies and work with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and the Freedumb Caucus on impeachment.

Frisch, a moderate to conservative leaning opponent said that Boebert spent most of her term outside her district and never focusing on the needs of Western Colorado. It is proven that every time she's appeared it's either at Mar-a-Lago, the U.S.-Mexican border and Fox.

Frisch said that she is part of the "angertainment" that voters are getting tired of.

He may run against her again. Adam Frisch warned Boebert that she better not ignore the district.

Boebert had called Frisch the definition of Nancy Pelosi's "yes men." Obviously, not focusing on the district and the slope having a severe drought and the Colorado River is not as mighty as it was years prior.

"The likelihood of this recount changing more than a handful of votes is very small," Frisch said in a news conference streamed on his Facebook page, adding that he did not want to raise money from supporters for an effort that would not succeed.

Boebert's victory gives Republicans 219 seats compared to 212 for Democrats, according to Edison Research, with four races still too close to call.

Boebert rose to prominence in 2020 when she refused to close her gun-themed restaurant in accordance with Colorado's COVID-19 restrictions, endearing her to many in a mostly rural district in southwestern Colorado where opposition to government efforts to contain the pandemic ran high.

Boebert actually feared that she would lose her race. The iconic picture of her and supporters looking depressed will be a historical moment in history.

The lawmaker better take this win as a cautionary flag. She better focus on the district or pay the price in 2024. So I hope Adam Frisch decides to run again.
