What Bugs You Has The Cops Called!

A white man called the law on a Black girl spraying an invasive laternfly nest.

Caldwell, New Jersey became the latest place where a white person called the cops on a Black person. A former city council member called the law on a 9-year old Black girl who was spraying for an invasive animal species.

The eastern United States has a lanternfly plague and the animal is known for destroying plant life. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said that if you spot these insects, you can kill them. They are not venomous and do not bite. However, they are destructive to crops.

Bobbi Wilson was hoping to do her part in the state’s battle against lanternflies. Using a home remedy she’d discovered on TikTok, the girl went out in her Caldwell neighborhood to fight the invasive species, spraying the trees and sidewalks with a solution of dish soap and apple cider vinegar.

A Republican councilman called the law on a Black girl.

Yet that simple act got the police called on Bobbi, who is Black, after a neighbor dialed 911 saying he was suspicious and scared, according to her mother, Monique Joseph.

Joseph said police told her that her neighbor, Gordon Lawshe, called for their services on Oct. 22, reporting his suspicions about Bobbi Wilson, 9, who was out that morning spraying insects, per the outlet.

In a recording of the call, obtained by The Daily Beast, Lawshe told the responding officer: “There’s a little Black woman, walking, spraying stuff on the sidewalks and trees on Elizabeth and Florence. I don’t know what the hell she’s doing, scares me though.” He added that the girl was “real tiny” and had a hood on.

New Jersey mom furious at 911 caller. The cops scared the little girl who was just minding her business.

Considering if Lawshe was implicating that Bobbi was carrying something, the law would have came guns drawn ready to put down. Some figured it would be a Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice or Jonathan Crawford moment.

Caldwell Mayor John Kelley apologized for the traumatic experience Bobbi faced.

“I’m troubled by it and I am so sorry your daughter had to experience that and thank you for sharing,” he said. “This is not something that is a part of Caldwell, it’s just not. It saddens me and I’m glad you shared this with us and with the public.”

The asshole threatened a lawsuit against the mother and child after he gotten criticism from residents.

He is a former council member and Republican chairman for a local county.

GOP Vows To Investigate Hunter Biden!

Only in America, a party that ran on noise continues to make noise.

Republicans never won the popular vote and they never will. Their ideas pretty much suck and they lead from the ass.

After running on crime, inflation, high gas prices and the economy, the Republicans managed to win a slim majority in the House of Representatives. Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said the time of one party rule is over. He said that his party will devote itself to keeping President Joe Biden in check.

Enter Rep. Jim Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH).

The two far right Republicans have vowed to investigate Biden's son Hunter. They vow to investigate outgoing medical advisor Anthony Fauci and the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. They want to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act, the Affordable Care Act and vow to oppose any measure that might benefit Blacks (i.e. reparations). They also have impeachment thoughts on the mind. They will try to cut Medicare and Medicaid. They will make cuts to the safety net. They will give Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) committee assignments while booting Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) from their committees.

They have already signaled they will plan on introducing legislation that will ban abortion, ban transgender girls from playing sports, ending DACA, banning critical race theory, and end the Jan. 6 investigation. These idiots were around when the former president called upon his supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol and almost destroy democracy. Yet, these idiots are more invested in conspiracy theories from a private citizen.

They will never learn.

On day one, Republicans want to waste time trying to undermine President Biden's agenda.

I am reminded that Cromer begged Biden for funding after last December's destructive tornado destroyed 90% of Mayfield, Kentucky.

It just goes to show you that Republicans already have abandoned their promise to take on real issues. It appears we will focus on culture wars which hopefully will energize Democrats in 2024.

Pelosi Will End Leadership Roles!

Pelosi will step aside to allow the younger generation lead.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is the most effective and most memorable House Speaker. She has announced she will no longer seek top positions in the Democratic minority.

"With great confidence in our caucus, I will not seek reelection to Democratic leadership in the next Congress. For me the hour has come for a new generation to lead the Democratic caucus that I so deeply respect," Pelosi said in a speech on the House floor. "I'm grateful that so many are ready and willing to shoulder this awesome responsibility."

Pelosi said she will continue to represent her San Francisco district in the House.

In her remarks, Pelosi warned that democracy is "majestic, but it is fragile" and said voters in 2022 sent a message to Congress that they would not support those who supported violence or insurrection. She also applauded the chamber for becoming more diverse over the course of her 35-year career. When she first entered Congress in 1987 there were 12 women in the Democratic caucus and now there are 90. "And we want more," she said, to applause.

Her decision comes a day after Republicans officially won control of the chamber in the 2022 midterms, and three weeks after the violent assault on her husband, Paul, at their San Francisco home.

The GOP is expected to have a razor-thin majority after the "red wave" never materialized on Election Day. Democrats defied historical expectations and performed better in governor, Senate and House elections than anticipated.

Her decision comes as no surprise on Capitol Hill, and is consistent with a promise she made four years ago to self term limit after Democrats won the majority in 2018 and she became the first speaker since the legendary Sam Rayburn to claim the speakership twice. There has been a quiet desire among rank and file Democrats to elect a younger slate of leaders to replace Pelosi, who is 82, and the two other top House Democratic leaders, Rep Steny Hoyer, D-Md., and Rep. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., who are also in their 80s.

Karen Bass Is LA Style!

Mayor-elect Karen Bass.

New York has Eric Adams, Chicago has Lori Lightfoot and now Los Angeles has Karen Bass.

Guess what?

America's three largest cities will be run by African Americans.

It was projected that Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA) defeated Democrat Rick Caruso in a closely watched race for Los Angeles mayor. Caruso, a former Republican who became a Democrat in 2022 is a retail developer who had the backing of Snoop Dogg, Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian, Cenk Uygur and Elon Musk.

Bass also becomes the first woman to lead a city of 4.1 million residents.

The AP called the race in Bass’s favor around 3:35 p.m. Wednesday.

Bass currently leads Rick Caruso by 46,578 votes with 74% of ballots counted.

One week ago when polls closed, Caruso carried an overnight lead in the race to replace incumbent Mayor Eric Garcetti, who is termed out and is awaiting confirmation as ambassador to India.

Since then, Bass has outpaced Caruso, quickly closing the gap before ultimately overtaking him.

She received support from several top Democrats during her campaign, including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Bass released a statement Wednesday that reads in part:

“Los Angeles is the greatest city on earth. I know, if we come together, hold each other accountable, and focus on the best of who we are and what we can achieve, we can create better neighborhoods today and a better future for our children.”

She thanked the voters who supported her in the race and said she was “honored and humbled” to be chosen as the next mayor.

Bass added that Caruso called her personally to concede and she voiced her hope that he will continue his “civic participation in the city that we both love.”

Caruso released a statement in which he called the decision to run for mayor “one of the most rewarding experiences” of his life.

“We never stopped believing that local government can and should be a force for good, a force that levels the playing ground for everyone, a source of pride and inspiration that helps families achieve the American dream,” Caruso wrote on social media.

The State of California has a maximum of 38 days after election night to certify election results.

The Noise Gerrymandered To Power!

The noise wins. They will make Biden's next two years interesting.

The "Q" mmitment to America.

The Republicans never win the popular vote. They are not a popular party. The last time they ever won the popular vote was in 1988. Republicans won only by the gerrymandered districts and the noise of the far right.

Now the House will be ran by noise makers who are devoted to twist history, engage in needless partisan witch hunts against Democrats, Anthony Fauci, Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton and the FBI. They will devote their session to demonizing President Joe Biden.

Fire Pelosi.... right!

She won her election.

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is now hoping he will be the House Speaker. He been waiting on that position since 2015.

Republicans will take majority control of the House, NBC News projects, ousting Democrats from key positions of power and complicating Biden’s legislative hopes for the remainder of his term.

With the Senate staying in Democrats’ hands for the time being, congressional leadership will be divided for at least the next two years.

The outcome in the House was expected, but it didn’t happen in the way Republicans hoped it would. Democrats broadly exceeded many analysts’ expectations, dashing GOP hopes of a “red wave” that would not only net them a sweeping House majority but provide a symbolic repudiation of Democratic leadership.

Instead, Republicans are projected to take a slim lead in the House — 221-214, according to NBC’s estimate based on the handful of races that have yet to be called. The GOP’s win in the lower chamber of Congress only became clear more than a week after Election Day.

The results widened a rift within the party, as some conservatives quickly blamed their losses in winnable races on Washed Up 45’s influence over the quality and messaging of key candidates. Nearly all of Washed Up 45’s picks in the most competitive House races were defeated, as were many of his preferred candidates for Senate and in key gubernatorial and secretary of state elections.

Washed Up 45 has defended his endorsement record while lashing out at his critics, including multiple Republican leaders. Despite his weakened standing in the Republican Party, Washed Up 45 on Tuesday night launched his 2024 presidential campaign.

Democrats’ performance cut against a persistent narrative that the party was vulnerable due to a range of factors, including Biden’s unpopularity and historical trends that disfavor the party in the White House.

But it wasn’t enough for Democrats to keep their grip on a narrow House majority. GOP candidates up and down the ballot sought to capitalize on widespread anxieties about crime and inflation, which ranked as top issues throughout the cycle and formed the basis of many attacks on Democratic leadership in Congress and the White House.

Biden’s low approval ratings hardly helped Democrats in tough House and Senate races, forcing some to distance themselves from the administration.

Virginia McLourin Passed Away!

Virginia McLourin passed away.

In her 113 years of life, Virginia McLourin saw the first Black president, first Black first lady and first Black vice president. She even had an opportunity to meet them.

Virginia had passed away on Wednesday.

McLaurin had been in hospice care for several days, her family wrote on her official Facebook page.

"She lived an incredibly full life and appreciated all the love she received from people on this FB page and everywhere she went. (Before the pandemic that is -- for the past few years she largely stayed inside.)," the post said.

McLaurin was best known for a viral video of her meeting then-President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama. In the video, taken over six years ago, McLaurin gleefully breaks into dance as she greets the couple. After someone informs Obama of her age, he asks McLaurin: "So, what's the secret to still dancing at 106?" She then hugs the couple and poses for photos.

The video has been viewed on the White House Facebook page 70 million times.

Although she was best known for her White House visit, her loved ones said McLaurin lived a life of service, even as she grew older.

"As she shared in her interviews with the media following the visit to the White House, she volunteered as a UPO foster grandparent and collaborated with other tenants in the fight for quality living conditions," a GoFundMe for a memorial fund in her name said. "She was a devoted member of her church. During the pandemic, she viewed services regularly via YouTube."

McLaurin was born in Cheraw, South Carolina. According to McLaurin, she "was birthed by a midwife and the birthday put in a Bible somewhere." In her childhood, she worked in the fields with her parents, shucking corn and picking cotton.

She grew up during the Jim Crow era when racial segregation was rampant throughout the Southern United States.

Never receiving an education past third grade, McLaurin got married at 13 and later moved to New Jersey as part of the Great Migration. Widowed when her husband was killed in a bar fight, she moved to Washington D.C. to be closer to her sister in 1939. Around this time she took responsibility for a three-year-old boy after his father had remarried and the new wife did not want to take on the child. McLaurin formally adopted the boy when he was aged 14.

She worked as a seamstress, as a domestic helper for families in Silver Spring, Maryland, and managed a laundry shop.

Through AmeriCorps Seniors, McLaurin has volunteered forty hours per week at Roots Public Charter School since the early 1980s. She joined the United Planning Organization Foster Grandparent Program in October 1994.

In 2013, she received a volunteer community service award from Mayor Vincent C. Gray. After a TV crew publicized the fact that her apartment was infested with bed bugs in 2014, a local pest control company got rid of the infestation and gave her a free bed.

Towards the end of the Obama administration, friends of McLaurin recommended to members of the Obama administration that she meet with the President due to her extensive history of volunteering. In February 2016, the White House hosted McLaurin in celebration of Black History Month. Upon meeting the President and First Lady Michelle Obama, McLaurin gave them both hugs and started dancing with them. She would later say in interviews that she never felt that she would ever live to visit the White House, and she never thought there would ever be a day she would get to meet a Black President with his Black wife while celebrating Black history.

Shortly after her meeting with the Obamas, the video of her dancing with the two went viral online. According to the local press, she has since been referred to as D.C.'s favorite centenarian and Grandma Virginia.

On March 11, 2016, McLaurin received the President's Volunteer Service Award for her two decades of service to schoolchildren. On May 27, 2016, she attended a Washington Nationals baseball game and was presented with a custom jersey on the field.

More Noise In Color!

John James will be noise.
More Blacks are running for office as Republicans.

You see this in Florida, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and now in Michigan.

Black women vote for the Democrats 94% while Black men vote for the Democrats about 85%.

It appears Black men are no longer a reliable vote for the Democrats and it is growing.

Black Republicans might always have trouble seeking acceptance within a party that has historically downplayed racism and has leaned on white grievance politics as a way to attract voters. But many of these candidates simply had tough races in reliably blue districts and no real shot at winning, despite the party trumpeting how many nominees they had.

Two Black Republicans will join Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC). We also await the results of the Georgia U.S. Senate runoff between Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and Herschel Walker.

Two losing Black Republicans finally got a win.

Both are retired military officials. Both married to white women and both embrace the Washed Up 45 vision of America. They are likely to oppose joining the Congressional Black Caucus and embrace the white Freedumb Caucus.

John James, a perennial candidate who ran for the House twice and the U.S. senate twice finally won. He will be Rep-elect for the 10th Congressional District in Michigan. He is a

Wesley Hunt, a perennial candidate who ran in 2020 decided to run in the newly established 38th Congressional District in Texas. He is a Rep-elect for this district.

Though Republicans are far from ever achieving the goal of being a party of color, this will certainly give them a little bit of bragging rights.

Mind you, Barack Obama and Kamala Harris are the only two Black politicians to ever hold the titles of President of the United States and Vice President of the United States.

They are Democrats.

Wesley Hunt will be joining the noise as well.

I mean Blacks have voted for moderates like Phil Scott, Charlie Baker, Larry Hogan and Mike DeWine. They also voted for far right extremists like Greg Abbott, Ron DeSantis, Tate Reeves, Henry McMaster and Kevin Stitt.

I get it.

Washed Up 45 did pull about 15% of the Black vote.

So now the Republicans are 90% white and 10% everything else. They are still the party of noise, white nationalism and stupidity.

President Joe Biden is expecting a headache with the Republican Party expected to retake the House of Representatives. Mind you, they will not have a strong majority and every vote will be razor thin.

Holding them accountable will now be the agenda. If Republicans continue to support noise, we will make sure their time in the majority is short. Black Republicans will be held accountable too.

Confused!

Candace Cameron Bure is noise.

Candace Cameron Bure is a washed up actress who got her start from being on the 1980s-90s sitcom Full House and its sequel Fuller House. She also appeared one season on The View. She also had a creative role at the Hallmark Channel until 2022.

She announced that she left the network to join Great American Family, a far right cable network devoted to "traditional values." She was upset that Hallmark decided to feature a movie that had a same sex couple being featured and it did not go in her beliefs as a "Christian."

In her announcement she said that the network would focus on "traditional marriage" in its programs. The LGBTQ community knew the dog whistle and reacted to her announcement.

“My heart wants to tell stories that have more meaning and purpose and depth behind them,” she said about making the change. “I knew that the people behind Great American Family were Christians that love the Lord and wanted to promote faith programming and good family entertainment.”

What is surprising that her former Full House co stars Andrea Barber and Jodie Sweetin are total opposites of Cameron Bure.

In response to Roe v. Wade being overturned by the Supreme Court, Sweetin was protesting in Los Angeles when the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department slammed her and protesters to the ground.

Jo Jo Siwa ain't playing. She called out Cameron Bure for promoting hate.

Entertainer Jo Jo Siwa who came out as queer slammed Cameron Bure for opposing the
LGBTQ community and openly stating that she is by far the most "rudest" celebrity she ever met.

She is the younger sister of far right extremist Kirk Cameron, a former actor turned televangelist and propagandist for Christian nationalism.

Even the late Bob Saget would have told Candace to stop bugging out on people who don't affect her life. But this is what Republicans are. They are more concerned with being in your personal business instead of working on solving real problems.

Surprised!

A reboot that no one wanted.

"I am again tonight announcing my candidacy for president of the United States," the former president said from Mar-a-Lago roughly 20 minutes into remarks where he bragged about his record on jobs, the economy, and foreign policy.

It's official, Washed Up 45 is now running for president. The 45th President of the United States wants to be the 47th President of the United States, so he can achieve the goal of being President for Life. The only president who managed to win two separate terms is Grover Cleveland.

Cleveland was a twice one term president. Before they stopped it at two terms, Cleveland lost his bid for president against Benjamin Harrison only to win it in a mere four years.

The former president filed for the office of President of the United States with the Federal Election Commission Tuesday.

He and his wife, Melania Trump, were introduced into the hall for his speech as "the next President and First Lady of the United States of America."

Washed Up 45 began his speech by stating that "America’s comeback starts right now," as he told a cheering audience, before denouncing President Joe Biden.

"The world was at peace," he declared. "America was prospering and our country was on track for an amazing future because I made big promises to the American people. And unlike other presidents, I kept my promises."

"Are you getting ready?" he asked the audience, which responded with cheers.

After a disappointing Midterm, Republicans are concerned that the former president's impact on the 2024 election will harm their chances.

Ivanka Trump who supported her father in his first (actually second) and second (actually third) bid for president said that she and Jared Kushner are staying out of his third (actually fourth bid) for president.

She released a statement about her support for her family, but noted that will be happening outside of politics.

"I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family," Ivanka Trump said.

"I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.

"I am grateful to have had the honor of serving the American people and I will always be proud of many of our Administration’s accomplishments.”

So it begins, with Washed Up 45 on the run for the nomination, it will be extremely difficult for others to beat him. We will see how this goes.

Burned!

Jay Leno was badly burned by a vehicle fire.

Famed comedian and car affinado Jay Leno suffered severe burns to his face after he tried to light up his steam powered car. Ricochet gasoline got on his face and it caused an intense burn.

Leno, best known for his long stint on The Tonight Show was rushed to the hospital with burns but not life threatening.

“I got some serious burns from a gasoline fire. I am ok. Just need a week or two to get back on my feet,” the comedian and former “Tonight Show” host said in a statement to Variety Monday morning.

According to TMZ, Leno was in his Los Angeles garage on Sunday when one of his cars burst into flames, seemingly out of nowhere. Sources tell the entertainment site that the left side of Leno’s face was burned, but the flames didn’t “penetrate his eye or his ear.”

A longtime employee of Leno’s told KTLA’s Mary Beth McDade that it was a steam car that caused the problem. The steam was made by gas and the comedian was sprayed with some gas that ignited.

News of Leno’s accident comes after multiple reports say he pulled out of a Las Vegas appearance last minute on Sunday due to a “very serious medical emergency.”

He was set to perform at the Financial Brand Forum 2022 in Sin City.

“His family was not able to provide us very many details, but there was a very serious medical emergency that is preventing Jay from traveling,” read the email sent to attendees of the conference, which People obtained on Monday.

“All we know is that he is alive, so our prayers go out to him and his family tonight.”

The comedian is recovering at Grossman Burn Center in Los Angeles.

In a statement to KTLA, the hospital said: “Jay Leno is in stable condition and he’s receiving treatment here at the burn center to his face and his hands from a gasoline accident in his garage over the weekend.”

The statement goes on to say that he “is in good humor and is touched by all the inquiries into his condition and well-wishes and he wants to let everyone know he’s doing well and that he’s in the ‘best burn center in the United States.'”

Trashed!

The poster child of racism and white privilege.

While we were awaiting the results of the Midterms, a story that managed to become a controversy happened at the University of Kentucky.

A white woman who is a heir to a company was expelled and banned from the campus after a video of her drunkenly attack Black women.

She found her digital dash and it doomed her.

Sophia Rosing became the poster child of white privilege and unmitigated racism. She withdrew from the college after she was arrested for aggravated assault on a student dorm director and the college police. In a viral TikTok video, she is calling a Black woman NIGGER bitch over 200 times.

Rosing was visibly intoxicated as she stumbled into the dorms on campus in Lexington, Kentucky, before she launched herself at fellow student Kylah Spring who was working the front desk.

Comedic relief I guess…

♬ True Jackson VP theme - Youalreadyknowbb

The former white business and marketing major spent the night in Fayette County lock up as a "Jane Doe" - where she refused to identify herself to officers upon her arrival in the early hours.

Spring said: "I worked a shift tonight where was assaulted and called a NIGGER, and someone said other racial slurs towards me."

That woman won't break my spirit.

"It is a part of our job that if we see a student that's like very drunk, we are to call an RA to... write a report."

"So I reach my head out of the desk area, and I ask the girl 'Are you OK?' Spring recounted, 'and she stared at me and started to call me a NIGGER."

At that point Spring called the resident administrator and tried to prevent Rosing from entering the elevator, to wait for someone to arrive to help.

She added: "And so I jumped in, I tried to move her off to the side, and she just kept going "No NIGGER, you're a bitch, you're a NIGGER, do my chores bitch."

"And she kept doing that as I was trying to sit her down."

Spring said that is when Rosing kicked her in the stomach, tried to run her over with a shopping cart that was in the lobby and bit her friend.

In an email to students following the altercation, President Eli Capilouto said Spring "acted with professionalism, restraint and discretion."

He noted that the school's Office of Student Conduct has launched an immediate review of the assault, and that its Student Success teams 'are reaching out to the student victims who were subject to this behavior to offer support.'

It added: "To be clear: We condemn this behavior and will not tolerate it under any circumstances," he said, as he vowed to update students with more information as it becomes available.

Suspect appears in court on Tuesday.

The disturbing video is not the first instance of Rosing berating other students while intoxicated.

In another video posted shortly after the footage of the assault went viral, Rosing could be seen telling someone off camera at a party: "I'm rich as fuck and you're obviously not compared to what you're waring."

"And I can do you and you can't do shit about it, especially since you don't know my last name. But I know God-damn well who you are."

Rosing appeared for a preliminary hearing but she decided to waive that right.

"We are prepared to waive her preliminary hearing to the Fayette County Grand Jury," said Fred Peters, Rosing’s attorney.

The hearing was to determine if there was probable cause that Rosing committed the crimes she is accused of. Right now, she is facing charges of alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, assault and assaulting a police officer, which is a Class D felony.

Pretty racist.

After that arrest, Rosing unenrolled from the University of Kentucky and, since then, university officials have said that Rosing is permanently banned from campus and not eligible to re-enroll at the school.

Rosing’s case now goes before a Fayette County Grand Jury, which will decide whether or not to indict Rosing on each of her charges.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sunk!

The noise is defeated.

Washed Up 45's endorsed candidate for governor loses.

Former television reporter Kari Lake was an election denier. She vowed to overturn results if the Republican loses the general election. She took aim at outgoing Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and the late John McCain. She stuck to Washed Up 45, Softball Hannity, Fox and the noise of the far right.

She abandoned her allies. You know the drag queens she now deemed "groomers" and the rational Republicans who thought she was way too crazy to be governor.

Her allies were posted outside county election offices armed believing that Dinesh D'Souza's garbage about "ballot mules" was real.

They even shared a doctored photo of her opponent being in the election counting room trying to speculate the election was rigged.

None of that mattered.

The next four years are going to be interesting.

Lake was doomed.

She is defeated by Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. The Democratic candidate did the unconventional wisdom of not holding a debate with Lake and it paid off.

Hobbs knew that Lake, Blake Masters and many like that were destined for failure.

So the race was called for Hobbs and she will be getting a call from President Joe Biden.

The Republicans will likely call for a recount but it will come out of her pocket.

Hobbs said in a statement that she is "honored to have been selected to serve as the next governor of Arizona. I want to thank the voters for entrusting me with the immense responsibility. It is truly an honor of a lifetime, and I will do everything in my power to make you proud."

Life's a drag.

Lake has not conceded yet.

Cheney took a victory lap. She vowed to oppose Republicans who support Washed Up 45. Her victory came after Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) defeated Blake Master. Kelly won his reelection for a full term as Arizona's senator. Adrian Fontes became the Secretary of State-elect after he defeated election denier Mark Finchem.
