Manipulated media once again plays a role in the U.S. elections. Far right agitators fall for a clip of President Joe Biden placing the Medal of Honor on a U.S. veteran. According to them, the president placed the medal on backwards.

Conservatives are easily manipulated by misinformation. That is a fact.

It quickly spread and it took nearly three hours before the fact checkers debunked it.

A grainy and blurry version of a clip in which Biden put the medal around one of the veterans, Dwight Birdwell, started circulating on social media platforms, with users falsely claiming that the president put the medal on backwards. 

The president placed the medal on Birdwell correctly. 

The very fact the far right did that was obvious. They are willing to spread misinformation to win.

The blurriness of the video circulating online makes it difficult to see whether Biden places the star-shaped medal on Birdwell’s chest or back.

The Medal of Honor was place correctly on Dwight Blackwell.

He is a member of the Cherokee Nation and the first Native American to be honored.

Megan Rapinoe, Simone Biles, Cindy McCain, Gabby Giffords and Denzel Washington were honored at the White House as well. Denzel could not make it because he tested positive for the coronavirus.

Shinzo Abe Passed Away!

Former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe was assassinated by an extremist.

The U.S., Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and Asian Pacific Conference are on high alert. The former prime minister of Japan was assassinated during a campaign rally.

We don't know if the terrorist was a Japanese citizen or a foreign agent. It is rare political assassinations in Japan. They have not carried out assassinations of individuals and political figures since World War II. There were a few since.

North Korea and China are the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to strategic assassination plots. The former prime minister is a far right lawmaker and ally of Washed Up 45.

Shinzo Abe was assassinated and Japan is rocked by this.

The shooter opened fire on Abe, 67, from behind as the former premier addressed members of the public on a drab traffic island in the western city of Nara. Japanese media reported that the weapon appeared to be a homemade gun.

"This attack is an act of brutality that happened during the elections - the very foundation of our democracy - and is absolutely unforgivable," said Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Abe's protege, struggling to keep his emotions in check.

It was the first killing of a sitting or former Japanese leader since a 1936 coup attempt, when several figures including two ex-premiers were assassinated.

Doctors were unable to revive Abe, who was taken to hospital in cardiopulmonary arrest and showing no vital signs. He was declared dead at 5:03 p.m. (0803 GMT), about five and a half hours after being shot.

He bled to death from deep wounds to the heart and the right side of his neck, despite receiving more than 100 units of blood in transfusions over four hours, Hidetada Fukushima, the professor in charge of emergency medicine at Nara Medical University Hospital, told a televised news conference.

Police said a 41-year-old man suspected of carrying out the shooting had been arrested. NHK quoted the suspect, identified as Tetsuya Yamagami, as telling police he was dissatisfied with Abe and wanted to kill him. The suspect told police he had made multiple handmade explosives and guns in the past, NHK said.

Abe was making a campaign speech outside a train station when two shots rang out. Security officials were then seen tackling a man in a grey T-shirt and beige trousers.

"There was a loud bang and then smoke," businessman Makoto Ichikawa, who was at the scene, told Reuters.

Abe had a special friendship with Washed Up 45.

"The first shot, no one knew what was going on, but after the second shot, what looked like special police tackled him."

Kyodo news service published a photograph of Abe lying face-up on the street by a guardrail, blood on his white shirt. People were crowded around him, one administering heart massage.

Later in the day, members of the public laid flowers near the spot where Abe fell.

Senior Japanese politicians are accompanied by armed security agents but often get close to the public, especially during political campaigns when they make roadside speeches and shake hands with passersby.

Police said the suspected shooter was a resident of Nara. Media said he had served in Japan's military for three years until 2005.

Abe served two terms as prime minister, stepping down in 2020 citing ill health. But he remained a dominant presence over the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), controlling one of its major factions.

Kishida, who came to power last year, had been hoping to use the election to emerge from Abe's shadow and define his premiership, analysts have said. Kishida suspended his election campaign after the shooting. All main political parties condemned the attack.

The sexual predator appeared in court for the sentence, which lasted around seven hours.

Addressing his victims before receiving his sentence, he said: “I am deeply sorry for all the trauma my abuse has caused you.

“I pray deep down that your suffering comes to an end,” he said, adding, “I’m not an evil person. I’m still learning who I am and what my purpose is.”

The sexual predator remained in custody at a federal detention center since he was arrested in September 2020 on child pornography charges.

Prosecutors alleged at the time that he solicited videos and images from two 14-year-old brothers.

According to a complaint, federal prosecutors said that the sexual predator admitted to repeatedly asking a minor teen for pornographic videos and images between December 2018 and March 2020.

In December 2020, he was indicted on more charges alleging misconduct in Illinois, Florida and Texas.

At a plea hearing in February this year, the sexual  predator pleaded guilty to two of seven counts against him. These included persuading a 17-year-old to send him sexually explicit photographs for money.

The other count stemmed from a trip he took to Florida for the purpose of “engaging in illicit sexual conduct” with a 15-year-old.

Prosecutors agreed to drop the remaining five counts under a plea agreement.

A U.S.  child pornography charge carries a sentence ranging from five to 20 years and a second charge carries a maximum sentence of 30 years.

A Chicago native, the sexual predator was the breakout star of Cheer. The Netflix series follows a cheerleading team from Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas, on its pursuit of a national title.

The second season of Cheer addresses the investigation into the sexual predator, in an episode titled “Jerry”.

Earlier today, Johnson's decision was leaked to the press where Parliament member Tobias Ellwood said that the prime minister had "recognized the damaged that was being done, not just to the party brand but also our international stock," and decided to step down.

Court documents obtained by Business Insider on Wednesday showed that Musk and the children’s mother, Shivon Zilis, filed a petition to change the twins’ names in order to “have their father’s last name and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name.”

The order was then approved by a federal judge in May. Zilis purchased a home in the Austin, Texas, area in August, nearly three months before the twins were born, according to Business Insider. Musk also has a waterfront estate in the city.

The twins were born weeks before Musk and his then-girlfriend, the musician known as Grimes, gave birth to their second child via surrogate in December.

The Ontario, Canada, native, who was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2015, reportedly first met Musk that year through her work for his nonprofit OpenAI.

The 51-year-old CEO has been an outspoken advocate for more childbirth, expressing fear of a possible fertility crisis in the U.S. and touting his own success with childbirth.

“I mean, I’m doing my part haha,” Musk said in a follow-up tweet in the thread last month. 

Musk has yet to close on his big to acquire social media platform Twitter, however Insider noted that Musk had Zilis on the short-list of individuals to run the company should the deal go through.

Killer Served In The Nipsey Hussle Murder!

The terrorist charged in the fatal shooting of Grammy-nominated rapper Nipsey Hussle, was found guilty of first-degree murder on Wednesday, CBS Los Angeles reported. The jury deliberated for about six hours before reaching its verdict.

The terrorist, 32, had also been charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder because two bystanders were hit by gunfire, according to The Associated Press — but the jury found him guilty of two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter instead.

Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was fatally shot outside of his Los Angeles clothing store in March 2019. He was 33.

When the trial began last month, prosecutors said the terrorist's attack was calculated and premeditated. Deputy District Attorney John McKinney said there was "no doubt" the terrorist knew he'd kill Hussle, adding that the terrorist shot Hussle at least 10 times and kicked him in the head before running away, according to the AP.

McKinney said there had been a dispute between the pair — Hussle had heard the terrorist was a snitch and wanted to "clear that up," the AP reported. The deputy district attorney said the pair, along with two of Hussle's friends, had a "cool conversation" with the terrorist prior to the attack, noting Hussle didn't have any security with him when he visited his store.

However, prosecutors had a hard time getting witnesses to testify. One police official attributed their reluctance to a fear of being seen as a snitch, according to the AP.

Meanwhile, the terrorist's attorney Aaron Jansen told the jury that Hussle's murder wasn't planned, and said Holder didn't mean to shoot the two bystanders. He pinned the attack on "heated passion," the AP reported. 

Last week, the terrorist was attacked by "multiple individuals" while in a jail holding cell, Jansen told CBS News. He was allegedly cut by a razor and taken to the hospital, where he received an MRI and staples in the back of his head, Jansen said.

The FDA has placed a temporary injunction on President Joe Biden's attempt to pull JUUL from store shelves. The Supreme Court's decisions really messed up society. The far right may be cheering now, but it will greatly affect them too.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Tuesday announced it had temporarily suspended its ban on sales of the popular e-cigarette maker Juul. 

“On July 5, 2022, FDA administratively stayed the marketing denial order,” the agency’s Tobacco division wrote in a tweet. “The agency has determined that there are scientific issues unique to the JUUL application that warrant additional review.” 

“This administrative stay temporarily suspends the marketing denial order during the additional review but does not rescind it,” the agency said in its Twitter thread. 

“All electronic nicotine delivery systems, or ENDS products, including those made by JUUL, are required by law to have FDA authorization to be legally marketed,” the agency concluded. “The stay and the agency’s review does not constitute authorization to market, sell, or ship JUUL products.”

The health agency also said that the company is allowed to market its products in the U.S. for the time being.

Two weeks earlier, the health agency banned the sale of the e-cigarette maker, saying that the company did not prove to them that keeping their product on the market is the best for the “protection of public health”. 

In a statement, FDA commissioner Robert Califf said that Juul has played a major role in the rise of vaping among U.S. youth. 

“Today’s action is further progress on the FDA’s commitment to ensuring that all e-cigarette and electronic nicotine delivery system products currently being marketed to consumers meet our public health standards,” Califf said in his statement. 

A federal appeals court a day later temporarily blocked the FDA ban on Juul, granting the e-cigarette maker’s request for a stay order, noting that its order will not reflect its ruling on the case.

The victim, 21 was then a 12 year old girl. She gave birth to her rapist's baby. The child now 8 years old.

The sexual predator lives in Michigan. It had triggered outrage and again it leads back to the Supreme Court and their stupid ass decisions.

The sexual predator at one time didn't want to burden the victim and the child. But of course, a state judge gave the sexual predator joint custody of her child.

The convicted rapist assaulted the girl about nine years ago and of course, she got pregnant.

The judge granted the sexual predator, parenting time and joint custody of the son after a paternity test found that he was legally the father.

Since the conviction, the sexual predator raped a child and got time in the iron college.

This is a travesty of justice and a danger to society. 

Underage mothers.

I am for one not approving this decision. This sexual predator should never be around children let alone his own. 

The Supreme Court allowed this nonsense to happen because of their culture war based decisions.

Like the 10-year old Ohio girl who got pregnant. She was six weeks and three days pregnant and the state has banned any terminations after six weeks. She had to travel to even more restrictive Indiana to have a term.

Roe v. Wade being overturned setback women's rights and patient/doctor's rights. Doctors who perform termination of fetuses and emergency pregnancies are now at risk of the iron college because of this.

The woman is also at risk. The unplanned pregnancy could lead to back alley abortions.

For those who believe they should carry to term and give it up for adoption. There are over 5 million children in the foster system and not many white parents want a Black, biracial, special needs or LGBTQ child.

Shireen Abu Akleh Was Killed By The Israeli Government!

She wore a press vest and the Israeli government still killed her.

The U.S. confirms that Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh was killed by an Israeli sniper. The Palestinian American was covering the story of the Israeli government bulldozing homes in the West Bank when she was shot by a military sniper.

The finding, in a statement from State Department spokesman Ned Price, came after what the U.S. said were inconclusive tests under U.S. oversight of the bullet recovered from Abu Akleh’s body. It said “independent, third-party examiners” had conducted an “extremely detailed forensic analysis.”

“Ballistic experts determined the bullet was badly damaged, which prevented a clear conclusion” as to who fired the shot, Price said in the statement.

The Israeli government tried to blame it on West Bank gangs and Hamas.

Israel says she was killed during a complex battle with Palestinian militants and that only a forensic analysis of the bullet would confirm whether it was fired by an Israeli soldier or a Palestinian militant. It has strongly denied she was deliberately targeted, but says an Israeli soldier may have hit her by mistake during an exchange of fire with a militant.

U.S. security officials had examined the results of 0separate Palestinian and Israeli investigations and “concluded that gunfire from IDF positions was likely responsible for the death of Shireen Abu Akleh,” Price said.

The medical authorities had the bullets examined and it was determined that Israel had committed a war crime.

They seriously forgo the notion that Israel is a non religious government. Jews are the prominent religion in the country but there are Christians, Muslims and other religions in the country.

An Associated Press reconstruction of her killing lent support to accounts by Palestinian eyewitnesses, including her crew, that she was killed by Israeli forces. Subsequent investigations by CNN, the New York Times and the Washington Post reached similar conclusions.

Fox, Newsmax, OANN and Real America Voice could lose a lot of money if Dominion and Smartmatic win their libel and defamation case.

Now a Delaware state judge has dismissed Fox's attempts to have the lawsuit dropped.

In the $1.6 billion lawsuit, Dominion accuses Fox Corp, and the Murdochs specifically, of allowing Fox to amplify false claims that the voting company had rigged the election for Joe Biden.

Fox Corp had attempted to have the suit dismissed, but a Delaware judge said Dominion had shown adequate evidence for the suit to proceed. Dominion is already suing Fox, as well as OAN and Newsmax. The other two could be wiped out if the lawsuit favors Dominion.

“These allegations support a reasonable inference that Rupert and Lachlan Murdoch either knew Dominion had not manipulated the election or at least recklessly disregarded the truth when they allegedly caused Fox News to propagate its claims about Dominion,” Judge Eric Davis said.

Davis’s ruling is not a guarantee that Fox will be found liable. But the judge made it clear that this isn’t some frivolous attempt by Dominion – and media and legal experts think Fox could be in real trouble.

The Jan. 6 Committee have also considered having investigations into Fox personalities who had contact with Washed Up 45. 

Many of the media personalities were forced to correct the record but the damage was done.
