Democrats want lawmakers to do something. Leftists want activists. They will scream, yell and try to depress voter turnout.
It appears that the Squad is all talk and no legislation. Did any of the six lawmakers in the Squad ever draft legislation?
Think what Nina Turner would do if she was a congresswoman?
I said we need more Shontel Brown like candidates. The Texas lawmaker is not a Shontel Brown like candidate. He is a lawmaker who understands what his constituents want.
Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) declares victory against Jessica Cisneros in a close primary runoff. The conservative leaning Democrat had the backing of Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX), Rep. Hakeem Jefferies (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
The district leans Democrat and has a Cook Political Score of D+5.
She was a former intern for Cuellar. That right there already spelled doom for her. Some look at that as betrayal. She should have waited until he retires or resigns from office.
This is also her second time running for Congress. She lost the first time.
It appears that Democrats are satisfied with Cuellar despite him being under federal watch.
The leftists thought they could knock of Cuellar with bombastic rhetoric and ad hominem attacks. The district wades into Southern Texas from Laredo to the eastern portion of San Antonio. The folks in Bexar County turned out in force. Cinseros thought she could win with her aggressive push to label Cuellar as a Republican.
Jessica Cisneros with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
She had the backing of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) as well as the Brand New Congress and the Justice Democrats.
Right now, Cuellar is leading over 177 votes.
He is one of last active Democrats who still opposes abortion. The Democrats are slowly working over him.
Cuellar, who has served in Congress since 2005, declared victory early Wednesday morning.
"Tonight, the 28th Congressional District spoke, and we witnessed our great Democratic system at work," a confident Cuellar said in a statement. "The results are in, all the votes have been tallied -- I am honored to have once again been re-elected as the Democratic Nominee for Congress."
Cinseros will not concede. She vows to stay in the race until the last votes are in.
"This election is still too close to call, and we are still waiting for every ballot and eligible vote to be counted," Cisneros tweeted. "This fight isn't over."
The race between Cuellar and Cisneros gained attention after a leaked draft of a Supreme Court opinion called for Roe v. Wade to be overruled, placing abortion rights in the hands of individual states rather than having the practice recognized as a constitutional right.
Cuellar has also received a positive rating from the National Rifle Association, although in recent years he has called for a stronger background check system for gun purchases.
He has responded to the mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.
The president and vice president respond to the mass shooting at a Texas elementary school. They had already addressed the Buffalo, New York mass shooting. The Buffalo shooting killed 10 people. The terrorist is a white man who opened fire on shoppers and workers at Tops Friendly Market. Many of the victims were Black and two were white.
Now the president will address the Uvalde shooting. Over 23 people were killed in this latest school shooting.
"I'd hoped, when I became president, I would not have to do this. again," Biden began during a news conference on Tuesday. "Another massacre. Uvalde, Texas. An elementary school. Beautiful, innocent second, third, fourth-graders. And how many scores of little children who witnessed what happened, see their friends die as if they're in a battlefield for God's sake. They'll live with it for the rest of their lives."
President Joe Biden was furious.
"When in God’s name are we going to stand up to the gun lobby?" Biden said at the White House.
The shooting happened in a Texas town and of course, the far-right agitators will attack it.
Biden's call for gun control on Tuesday was booed at a campaign event in Georgia hosted by Herschel Walker, a Republican running for U.S. Senate.
Vice President Kamala Harris said earlier that people normally declare in moments like this, "our hearts break — but our hearts keep getting broken ... and our broken hearts are nothing compared to the broken hearts of those families."
"We have to have the courage to take action ... to ensure something like this never happens again," she said.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Biden was briefed on the shooting aboard Air Force One.
Coming from his overseas trip, Biden gets in touch with Abbott.
Shortly before landing in Washington, he spoke with Texas Gov. Karen Abbott from the presidential plane "to offer any and all assistance he needs in the wake of the horrific shooting in Uvalde, TX," White House communications director Kate Bedingfield tweeted. Biden directed that American flags be flown at half-staff through sunset Saturday in honor of the victims in Texas.
Abbott will take a brief break from whining about the border and baby formula to whine about Biden saying something about gun violence.
The Republican governor was openly bragging about Texas having weak gun laws. The weak gun laws made it possible for anyone of age to obtain firearms. You have to be 21 in Texas, but you don't have to be of age to have a firearm if someone give it to you as a gift or a straw man purchase.
You can legally carry a firearm in Texas without being arrested.
Only if you're white! Texas is really messed up when it comes to firearms. These damn culture wars are going to get people killed.
Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) defeats Rep. Carolyn Bourdeaux (D-GA) in a primary race that infuriates Democrats. Both Democrats were strong and supportive of President Joe Biden but the Black vote gave the support to McBath.
McBath is the mother of slain teen Jordan Davis. He was killed by a white man who shot into a vehicle Davis was riding in after they got into a dispute over loud music. The white man is serving LIFE in a Florida iron college.
The partisan gerrymandering placed McBath's district with Bourdeaux's district and force the two to turn on one another.
It also gave us one less reliable vote. Bourdeaux was a longtime member of the House.
She is more moderate than McBath but both were in the mold of Biden.
It comes on the heels of Gov. Karen Kemp defeating former senator Karen Perdue in a biter Republican governor primary in which Washed Up 45 was for Perdue and Karen R. Pence was for Kemp.
Also the Texan Herschel Walker won the Republican nomination for the senate. He will face off against Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA), the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.
We also can report that Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) won her primary.
Freshman Democrat defeated in primary.
We also have a possible run off between Karen Raffensperger and Karen Hice.
Rep. Karen Hice (R-GA) is running for Georgia Secretary of State. He gotten the endorsement from Washed Up 45.
Stacey Abrams will face off against Kemp in a rematch that could be a nasty fight.
With democracy at stake, Democrats need to ignore the noise and push forward.
We cannot allow Republicans to retake Congress. They need to be held accountable for Jan. 6, obstruction to legislation and their embracing of white supremacy.
Lucy McBath will likely win her congressional seat in the general.
The suspect is now deceased, the junk food media is now trying to piece together the motives of how this 18-year old man decided to massacre dozens of innocent lives.
While I am done talking about how these mass shootings are a part of America, I want to know how many other mass shooting happen after this?
President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Karen Abbott, Sen. Karen Cornyn (R-TX), Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX), the U.S. representatives of Texas and many of the state legislators will react to the mass shooting in the very typical fashion.
Shock.
Thoughts and prayers.
Our hearts going out to the victims of this shooting....
Terrorism in America.
The same word vomit that continues to burden America. Then of course, the conspiracy theorists who often equate issues like the U.S.-Mexican border, culture wars, Muslims, Black Lives Matter, call the victims or dead crisis actors, blame Republican and Democratic lawmakers, political rhetoric and baseless guilty shaming will come to play.
An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.
The shooter is motivated within seconds to take out as many people as he/she can.
What to do to protect your life.
1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.
2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.
3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. But if you are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.
The mass shootings affect everyone's lives.
Abbott identified the suspected terrorist, who he said was a local to Uvalde.
The city is about 85 miles west of San Antonio.
Uvalde County police said at a press conference that investigators believe the suspect had acted alone.
Biden will address the shooting.
Abbott said that the terrorist entered the school with a handgun and possibly a rifle, and opened fire. The governor added that it is believed responding officers shot and killed the terrorist.
How was this not a red flag just four days ago! The stupidest things get banned from social media but this psycho SALVADOR RAMOS posts his murder weapons and nobody cares. He is the Robb Elementary School Shooter in Uvalde Texas. RIP to all accept the killer pic.twitter.com/UXMMBEA38O
Fox News reporter Bill Melugin knocks down rumors that the Uvalde shooting started with Border Patrol chase.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity: “If I then transported [migrants] to any part of the U.S., wouldn’t I get arrested and likely convicted of human trafficking?”
Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX): “You could ... People across the country love that we are busing these migrants up to Washington D.C.” pic.twitter.com/QUvZMgq767
*I’m grateful to law enforcement and everyone who worked to stop the shooter, as well as the medical staff working now to prevent further loss of life. *I join my fellow Texans in lifting up the entire Uvalde community during this unimaginable tragedy.
No parent, child, or teacher should ever have to wonder whether it’s safe to go to school. *This is an excruciatingly painful time for the tight-knit Uvalde community and for all Texans.
As we learn more details of today’s events in Uvalde, I am heartbroken for our South Texas community. It is devastating when our innocent children become the victims of senseless violence. We are devastated.

Jesus said “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Let’s pray together.

Texans are grieving for the victims of this senseless crime & for the community of Uvalde.
Cecilia & I mourn this horrific loss & urge all Texans to come together.
I've instructed @TxDPS & Texas Rangers to work with local law enforcement to fully investigate this crime. pic.twitter.com/Yjwi8tDT1v
"He shot and killed, horrifically, incomprehensibly, 14 people, students, and killed a teacher," Abbott said. "It is believed that responding officers killed him." He added that two officers were shot and wounded but were expected to survive.
An unidentified number of people remain hospitalized with injuries.
Abbott will face heat.
Robb Elementary School has an enrollment of just under 600 students and Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District Chief of Police Pete Arredondo said it serves students in the second, third and fourth grade. He did not say what grades the children that were shot are in.
It was the deadliest school shooting in Texas history and occurred four years after a gunman fatally shot 10 people at Santa Fe High School in the Houston area.
A Uvalde Police Department dispatcher said the scene was still active and that no other information was immediately available. As of Tuesday afternoon, the school had a heavy law enforcement presence including police and FBI agents.
Rep. Karen Gonzalez (R-TX) said that he will proudly defend the Second Amendment. He now respond to the tragedy in his own district.
The district said that the city's civic center will be used as a reunification center and that parents will be able to pick up their children there once everyone is accounted for.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said President Joe Biden, who is returning from a multi-day trip in Asia, has been briefed. He will deliver remarks on the shooting at 8:15 p.m. EDT.
Biden ordered that flags be flown at half-staff at all public buildings until sunset on Saturday.
Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.
I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.
When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege.
I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you.
I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult.
President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However the two Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.
The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.
Gun violence happens in the U.S. almost everyday.
So in closing, expect more.
The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES!
Another school shooting. The latest mass shooting in the country. Now in Uvalde, Texas.
BE WARNED THERE COULD BE GRAPHIC IMAGES IN THIS POSTING!
But the border......!
Yesterday, the Republican governor of Texas was on Fox with Softball Hannity calling Democrat challenger Beto O'Rourke a Bozo because he wants to stop gun violence in Texas. The governor was proudly touting that Texans deserve the right to own firearms and the left wants to stop it.
Now today.
Gov. Karen Abbott of Texas, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Karen Cornyn (R-TX), the 36 Texan members of the U.S. House were notified of this tragic and yet unprovoked mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas. This happen at an elementary school.
These stupid Republicans and their failure to stop gun violence. This is a life active event.
Confirmed, 14 children are dead and one teacher is dead. The terrorist is dead as well.
Around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District said an active shooter was reported at the school, which has an enrollment of just under 600 students.
The suspect, 18 went into the school went into the school and within less than five minutes massacred over a dozen individuals. The futures of young children and a teacher are completely wiped away.
Rob Elementary School was the scene of this deadly unprovoked attack. The school has a second, third and fourth grade class and holds 200 to 400 students.
Uvalde is 90 miles from San Antonio.
The city has a population of 17,000 and is the county seat of the Uvalde County. The city is 140 miles from the U.S.-Mexican border.
The county that went to Washed Up 45 by 60%.
This suspect was old enough to vote. Seeing he has a "Spanish" name, the far-right will claim he is an illegal immigrant. They won't say that the terrorist had mental issues. They'll claim he has a Democrat and a person who had ties to cartels. They'll blame the border crisis for the mass shooting. The far-right and conspiracy nuts will say the attack was provoked by a crisis actor. The shooter's social media will immediately be scrubbed so I won't be able to link up anything as we speak.
Deadly mass shooting at a Texas school.
The Uvalde Police confirm that the mass shooting has dozens of causalities.
The Blame Game is coming shortly after this.
I usually do the same copy and paste, the poll and the obvious reactions like most Americans who hear about another mass shooting. This time I want to let you know what your tasks are to stay alive if you are involved in a mass shooting.
An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

The law took the terrorist out within minutes of the shooting.
"He shot and killed horrifically and incomprehensibly 14 students and killed a teacher," Abbott said during an unrelated press briefing.
The suspect also allegedly shot his grandmother before entering the school and again opening fire, Abbott said. He did not say anything further about her condition.
Life is forever changed in Uvalde.
Uvalde Memorial Hospital had said 15 students were being treated in the hospital's emergency department in the wake of the incident. Two patients were transferred to San Antonio for treatment, while a third was pending transfer, the hospital said. A 45-year-old was also hospitalized after getting grazed by a bullet, the hospital said.
University Health in San Antonio said it had two patients from the shooting incident -- a child and an adult. The hospital said the adult -- a 66-year-old woman -- is in critical condition. It did not have an update yet on the condition of the child.
Abbott said the shooter had a handgun and also possibly a rifle.
The Children's Hospital of San Antonio said it has also received patients from the shooting.
Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin did not confirm casualties, but told ABC News in a text message that "this is a very bad situation." He said the office is trying to contact parents before releasing any information.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been briefed on the situation and the agency "is actively coordinating with federal, state, and local partners," a spokesperson said. Customs and Border Protection officials in the area also responded to the scene.
Are men most likely to commit mass shootings in the United States?

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES!
Former White House press secretary is officially on NBC News and MSNBC. Jen Psaki is joining the left leaning cable outlet amd is likely going to be Rachel Maddow's replacement.
Psaki will appear across MSNBC and NBC News, and will “host a new original program currently under development for streaming,” the network said in a press release.
Thrilled to join the incredible @MSNBC family this fall. Breaking down the facts and getting to the bottom of what’s driving the issues that matter most to people in this country has never been more important.
Psaki joins MSNBC with some experience in punditry. She was a political commentator on CNN for several years before joining the Biden White House.
She served as President Joe Biden’s press secretary for 16 months. Before that, she was communications director under President Barack Obama and spokeswoman for the State Department.
In a statement, MSNBC president Rashida Jones touted Psaki as a “household name” who will provide the insight of a “White House and Washington insider” for the upcoming election season.
“Jen’s sharp wit and relatability combined with the mastery of the subjects she covers have made her a household name across the nation,” Jones said. “Her extensive experience in government and on the campaign trail and perspective as a White House and Washington insider is the type of analysis that sets MSNBC apart. She’s a familiar face and trusted authority to MSNBC viewers, and we look forward to her insight during this consequential election season.”
Psaki put out a statement of her own.
“Fact-based and thoughtful conversations about the big questions on the minds of people across the country have never been more important, and I’m thrilled to join the incredible MSNBC team,” Psaki said. “My time in government, from the White House to the State Department, and years before that on national political campaigns will fuel the insight and perspective I bring to this next chapter. I can’t wait to create a space on streaming where we break down the facts, get to the bottom of what’s driving the issues and hopefully have some fun along the way.”
Gotta turn myself in today, hopefully everything will work itself out. Prayers up for every man and woman of color caught up in this bs system that is stacked against us. pic.twitter.com/C8sxUqFzPE
Raymond Scott was arrested in Brookhaven, Georgia by the U.S. Marshals for being a fugitive in the incident that Real World Police reported on last month. He was wanted for not appearing to court on a bench warrant for the criminal damaging of a man's truck.
The washed up entertainer was upset that Althea Hart was seeing another man.
The warrant stems from a July 2020 incident between Althea, the mother of Benzino’s child, and her boyfriend. Benzino allegedly damaged the boyfriend’s vehicle during a verbal confrontation.
He managed to put dents in the victim's truck. Scott clearly mentally ill berates Althea, the man and five Braselton Police officers.
During the body camera footage, the officers were respectful towards all parties. Scott is reportedly disobeying law enforcement orders to stay put during this encounter. He yelled racial and anti-gay slurs towards the victim.
The cops continue to ask Scott to calm down after five commands to stay put.
He had an emotional breakdown when Althea offered the victim a bottle water.
He also threw out Black Lives Matter when he was being arrested by the law.
He also revealed that he was ordered to appear in court via Zoom, but missed the date due to having tested positive for COVID. Thus, a warrant was issued for his arrest. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
I am going to revisit my "Benzino vs. Eminem." For over 20 years, Scott has been salty that Em destroyed his rap career. He can't get over the fact that he lost a rap battle to a white guy. On top of that, Em will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Scott will be forced to pay for the damages to this man's vehicle.

Scott said that no one in the hood plays Eminem's music. He said Em's music is trailer trash and his fans voted for Washed Up 45. He said thinks Em rhymes "masturbater in the elevator" whenever he's on the mic.
Tell me:
Has anyone in the hood ever heard of a Benzino song?
Or perhaps has anyone ever played any of Benzino's music?
Jane Hope Hamilton could win Texas run-off primary.
We need more Shontel Brown like candidates in Congress.
People who do the work and never the noise!
Again, why do we allow white leftists dictate how we vote?
Blacks are not monolithic voters. We are not willing to sacrifice our vote for gentrification politics.
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and his ilk are once again making it harder for Democrats to unite. We already see it in the Pennsylvania senate race. John Fetterman, the lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania is the Democratic nominee. He is a walking toxic waste dump and it seems like it difficult to get him across the finish line. He beat Rep. Conor Lamb (D-PA), the only candidate who could win in a state that is trending more conservative.
Fetterman barely won. He beat Lamb and former Pennsylvania state senator Malcolm Kenyatta. Many of the leftists are calling candidates running "corporate Democrats" and the "establishment."
Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX) is retiring.
Now Fetterman who suffered a stroke is back on the campaign trail. He will face questions about him chasing a Black jogger and his previous support of Sanders' policies.
Sanders did not win Pennsylvania in the 2020 primary. Matter of fact, he was trounced by Joe Biden in the 2020 Democratic primary. Sanders and his allies doubled down on trying to
They did it to Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH) when she faced off against leftist Nina Turner. They make up allegations against the candidate, call her corrupt, say that Republicans are bankrolling on that candidate and claim that the system is rigged against the progressive's choice.
Turner burnt bridges.
Fetterman burnt bridges.
Sanders burnt bridges. Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton said that he doesn't do anything but sell a bag of goods to folks who are fooled into believing it.
Does the leftists do self-reflection? Nope. They just keep doubling down and attacking women of color for not backing the white leftists and their choice of candidates.
I’m Jane HOPE. I’ve served in Congress as a chief of staff; I’ve secured some of the most prominent Democrat wins in Texas & I have lived experiences as a survivor of police brutality & being a single mother.

Now they are doing it to Jane Hope Hamilton.
The Democratic candidate for Texas is running for a House seat being vacated by Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX). She is facing off against Jasmine Crockett, a freshman state legislator who is a progressive Democrat. She is the candidate endorsed by Our Revolution, the Sanders-affiliated group that often sows disinformation about the primary challengers.
Crockett is hoping to tarnish Hamilton as the "establishment" candidate.
What got Hamilton riled up is the attack Our Revolution launched against her. The super PAC called Hamilton the "corporations" chosen candidate. They claimed that Hamilton is funded by a billionaire super PAC.
“Everyone was shocked, and we were also shocked to hear that [Johnson] didn’t know her very well,” Hamilton said about Johnson’s endorsement of Crockett, adding that she had good relationships with her endorsers.
Jasmine Crockett will likely act like an activist instead of a lawmaker.
With Johnson’s full-throated endorsement, Crockett was the highest vote-getter in a nine-way Democratic primary for the seat on March 1. She barely missed the majority threshold needed to avoid a runoff with 48.5% of the vote. Hamilton finished second, more than 30 points down with 17.1% of the vote.
The two are now battling it out in what is the last competitive part of this election, as the district makeup essentially guarantees the winner of the May 24 Democratic primary is the next representative. Crockett is running on her experience as a legislator, a civil rights attorney and as Johnson’s hand-picked successor. Hamilton on the other hand, has gone negative in a campaign ad — attacking Crockett for benefiting from a super PAC and misrepresenting herself as an attorney for Botham Jean’s family.
Crockett is unfazed by the criticism as the race heads into its final stages.
“She’s gotta say something, so she’s saying something. Her record is working for politicians,” Crockett said. “I think the people are clear on who has done something.”
Hamilton is hoping voters will value her years of service in the community.
“Now that we’re down to two, [voters] are able to sit back and really have an opportunity to compare my results — my deliverables for our North Texas community and our state — to my opponent’s rhetoric,” Hamilton told The Texas Tribune. “That is what this is coming down to. We have momentum on our side here on the ground.”
Here's a few things we should know.... Do not underestimate your challenger!
Second, go with the candidate who actually look like they can do their job.
Third, don't often count endorsements as a key to victory. Trust me, if you got the backing of high profile figures like Washed Up 45, President Joe Biden, Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) or Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX), it wouldn't make a damn difference in swaying voters. Because some of these candidates can benefit whereas others fail in obtaining that victory.
I say this in closing. Go with your gut and vote!
I know that a Black woman will win this. However, which Black woman will promise to work and do their job as a legislator?
We need candidates doing the work, not the noise and distractions.
This is why it's hard to unite around Democrats. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) have made it harder for Democrats to unite because their always in the way fucking things up.
