As he prepares for   his testimony to Congress, the former chief of staff to Washed Up 45 has wrote a book and made a shocking claim about the health of the former president. He is under federal subpoena to talk about the White House's role in the deadly insurrection. He so far is trying to plead the fifth to avoid self-incrimination but he has confirmed that he has spoken to the House Select Committee on the U.S. Capitol Riots of Jan. 6.

The former president had tested positive for the coronavirus on Sept. 26 and acted like he didn't have it. He would confirm him and the former first lady had tested positive for the coronavirus.

Former White House chief of staff Karen Meadows on Wednesday refuted reports — based on his own book — that Washed Up 45 tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of a debate with then-Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in 2020. The former president arrived late and did not get tested before entering the stage. On top of that, he did not follow the Cleveland Clinic's rules about wearing facial protection while in the facility.

Meadows revealed the positive test in his new book, "The Chief’s Chief," which also said the former president received a negative test soon after the positive test. 

Meadows reportedly wrote that Sean Conley, the former physician to the president, told him, “Stop the president from leaving. ... He just tested positive for Covid.”

The former president reportedly then was tested again and received a negative result.

"We were hoping the first test was a false positive," Meadows wrote, recalling that the former president took the negative result as "full permission to press on as if nothing had happened."

Three days after that debate, Washed Up 45 announced that he had tested positive for the virus and checked into Walter Reed National Military Medical Center later that day.

The rules of mass shootings are:

1. Run - Leave the facility if you hear popping sounds or things not normal. Do not pick up things, do not go back for property. When exiting a facility when police arrive, make sure you have your hands up in the air or have no items that police see as a weapon upon leaving a facility. Run for your life. If you have health issues, please take the opportunity to hide.

2. Hide - Always keep doors locked. Do not attempt to film a shooter if you're in the path of the gunfire. Make sure you keep your phones on silent or keep verbal noise to a bare minimum. Shootings often last 20 seconds to at least three minutes. Those minutes matter. Block a door, turn off all lights, do not turn on radios, televisions or pull alarms. Make yourself disappear in order to not be a victim of gun violence.

3. Fight - The last resort. Often it ends with the person shot dead but if they're willing to sacrifice for the safety of others or can dictate evasive strategies to stop a mass shooter, then fight. If you can attempt to disarm a shooter or throw things at the shooter. You can also use tools or ceramics to stop shooters. Often a shooter is distracted so if you can risk it, fight.

So another mass shooting at a high school. This appears to be the 28th latest school shooting in the United States and the 390th mass shooting in the country.

The school shooting in Oxford, Michigan in suburban Detroit has rattled the nation. Of course, the president, Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI), the Michigan U.S. Congressional Delegation were notified and offered the usual "thoughts and prayers", "our hearts going out to" and "this senseless tragedy" nonsense.

The suspect is white so I am guessing only the far-right will assume the suspect is a Democrat. Or they'll say that "now it's not the time to politicize or talk about gun violence."

He is being held in the Oakland County Lockup. The suspect could face up to life in prison after being charged Wednesday afternoon with first-degree murder, terrorism and related gun crimes in the shooting of his fellow students and a teacher at Oxford High School. 

Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald charged the teen as an adult. The high school student  is accused of killing four people — Hana St. Juliana, 14; Tate Myre, 16; Madisyn Baldwin, 17, and Justin Shilling, 17 — and injuring seven others during the rampage Tuesday.

McDonald said the facts “suggest this was not just an impulsive act," adding “we are considering charges against both parents and we will be making a decision swiftly.”

The terrorist had warning signs of violent tendencies.

Judge Nancy Carniak arraigned the terrorist on the charges Wednesday afternoon and denied him bond. She also ruled he be transferred from the county's Children's Village to the Oakland County Jail. Assistant Prosecutor Marc Keast said he would be kept "out of sight and sound from adults" at the jail. 

The terrorist stood mute and the judge entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf. 

Attorney Scott Kozak, who represented the terrorist on Wednesday but said he won’t be involved in the case moving forward, objected to his transfer to the jail. He said Children’s Village was “more than capable of monitoring him and maintaining the safety of the other residents of that facility.” He asked the judge to wait to decide whether to move the suspect until after the preliminary examination.

The troll used another offensive video and paired it with the First Lady's video.

The video was manipulated to insert audio of a child yelling the disparaging comment. A clip showing Biden’s full remarks contains no such interruption.

The first lady sat down on Monday with a group of second grade students from Maryland to host a story time at the White House as part of the annual unveiling of holiday decorations.

Social media users soon began sharing a manipulated video from the event that appears to show a child screaming, "Shut the fuck up," just as Biden introduces the picture book she wrote. But the audio of the yelling child was added to the clip. It comes from an unrelated video that has been shared online since at least 2019.

While some people commenting on the video acknowledged that it was altered, and linked to the source of the audio, others shared the falsified video as real. One such tweet incorrectly stating, “A kid yells at Jill Biden just as she begins to read to them,” had been shared more than a thousand times by Tuesday morning.

The inserted audio has spread online for years, and first emerged in a video that appeared to show a young child cursing during a school graduation ceremony as adults tried to quiet the situation. It is unclear where the video was taken, but it has since become a widely-shared sound effect and has been edited into other videos, often in a comedic way.

In the altered Biden video, the first lady began to introduce her 2012 book, “Don’t Forget, God Bless Our Troops,” saying: “When my son was away, my granddaughter — just like you kids — really, really missed her daddy. So I wrote this book to tell other kids, ’cause there’s lots of kids who don’t know what it’s like —.” The sound of the yelling child was then inserted at that point to make it appear a student heckled Biden mid-sentence.

A video of Biden’s full remarks shows she was not interrupted and finished her sentence, saying, “So I wrote this book to tell other kids, ’cause there’s lots of kids who don’t know what it’s like to be a military kid.”

San Francisco became the first U.S. city to detect the new strain coronavirus variant.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Gavin Newsom, San Francisco mayor London Breed, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and the California U.S. House delegation are now aware that the omicron variant is active in the United States. So that stupid travel ban Biden called for did not stop the spread.

It was a person who came back from vacationing in South Africa.

So as Trevor Noah said it best, "travel bans are BS."

There's no telling who got the coronavirus! It's already here. 

The person who lives in the San Francisco area was vaccinated but is the first to be tested for the omicron variant.

Now the White House and Dr. Anthony Fauci are rushing to find out how bad this thing is spreading because over 75 million Americans are unvaccinated and about 145 million are vaccinated once. This thing could spread and cause deadly pandemic going.

The traveler arrived to the United States on Nov. 22 and tested positive on Nov. 29. 

Fauci said that the person had not got a booster shot and was experiencing "mild symptoms."

"We are still learning about the Omicron variant, but we are not back to square one with this disease. From what we know now, San Francisco is relatively well positioned to handle COVID-19 and its variants because of our high vaccination rates, our high booster uptake, and other local health measures such as masking and testing," said Dr. Grant Colfax, the Director of Health of San Francisco. "We will stay alert and vigilant and do what we need to do to protect ourselves. This means getting vaccinated, getting your booster, wearing masks indoors and taking the other steps we know help slow the spread."

Biden plans to outline his strategy in the coming days.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had officially tighten U.S. testings rules for travelers who are coming into the country from overseas. All travelers must take a COVID-19 test and have been vaccinated before entering the country regardless. It was also considering post-arrival testing and quarantines. 

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Marcus Lamb died only one month after his birthday. He was born in October, died in November. He was the co-founder, president and CEO of the Daystar Television Network, which claims to be the second largest Christian television network in the world. 

He was born in Cordale, Georgia before moving to Macon as a child. He became a Christian at the age of five and started to become a regular at the church and worked on his goal to be an evangelist by his adulthood.

He attended Lee University at age 16 and graduated three years later. He met his wife Joni in 1982 while at a Christian gathering. He would spent years traveling with Joni as traveling evangelists. 

He founded The Word of God Fellowship and launched the Daystar Television Network.

Lamb was a controversial figure. He would be considered a false prophet in my opinion. He had numerous affairs on his wife, traveled in luxury jets, owned multi-million dollar mansions, use portions of the Paycheck Protection Program to buy a luxury Gulfstream V jet. 

Lamb also preached junk science and anti-vaccines. So it's no fucking surprise he caught this quickly.

Before catching it, Lamb claimed that he was taking ivermectin and spiritual healing as his resources.

How quickly things turned out! The far-right's use of ivermectin is regarded as dangerous by the FDA and many in the science community. He was a high risk because he had diabetes.

He often invited crazy assholes like the son of the late American senator Robert F. Kennedy to speak against vaccines. When he caught the coronavirus, his family called it a "spiritual attack from the enemy."

He was 64 years old at his death.

A pandemic does not have a timeline and many folks are extremely tired of the mandates. Some are willing to take the risk of catching the coronavirus to prove that it won't kill them.

If only Americans got vaccinated, we would have been back to normal by July. Alas, they wanna fuck around and now they're going to find out.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

The only grounds Marcus Lamb will enjoy is the burial grounds.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, borders, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

Barbados is officially removed as a sovereign nation under the British crown. As of today, the nation of Barbados is an independent country. It has formally said that it no longer associates with colonialism.

Queen Elizabeth II, 95 was considered the head of state. That ends as of today.

She had offered congratulations and wished the country well on their future. In a letter to the new president Sandra Mason, formerly the governor-general, the monarch and the United Kingdom look forward to working with the country in future endeavors.

"On this significant occasion and your assumption of office as the first president of Barbados, I extend my congratulations to you and all Barbadians," the Queen wrote.

"Over the years, our countries have enjoyed a partnership based on common values, shared prosperity, and close collaboration on a wide range of issues, including recent work on climate change," she continued. "It is also a source of great satisfaction that Barbados remains an active participant within the Commonwealth, and I look forward to the continuation of the friendship between our two countries and peoples."

The Queen ended her note with "warmest wishes," writing, "As you celebrate this momentous day, I send you and all Barbadians my warmest good wishes for your happiness, peace and prosperity in the future," and signing the letter, "Elizabeth R."  

Barbados first gained independence from Britain in 1966. The nation announced in September that they would be removing Queen Elizabeth as head of state, and ended nearly 400 years of British rule Monday, according to The New York Times. 

Prince Charles was in attendance to speak on behalf the Queen. He remarked that Barbados had been part of the slave trade and formally apologized for the atrocities committed in the past.

During his speech, Charles pointed to Britain's role in the slave trade and the country's part in trafficking people from Africa, Barbados and the Caribbean, telling attendees, "From the darkest days of our past, and the appalling atrocity of slavery, which forever stains our history, the people of this island forged their path with extraordinary fortitude."

RiRi a national hero.

He added, "Emancipation, self-government and independence were your way-points. Freedom, justice and self-determination have been your guides. Your long journey has brought you to this moment, not as your destination, but as a vantage point from which to survey a new horizon."

Barbadian media mogul Rihanna is hailed a national hero in the country. The entertainer is worth $1.5 billion. She is one of the richest women in the United States.

Before her, top Barbadian government officials encouraged her to join them at a crucial moment in her nation’s history.

"You can come my dear," Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley told the multi-Grammy winner.

Rihanna had just been declared a national hero by the Barbadian government and bestowed with a title,
"the right excellent," as the island bade farewell to Queen Elizabeth II as head of state and celebrated becoming a republic for the first time in history.

"On behalf of a grateful nation, but an even prouder people, we therefore present to you the designee for national hero of Barbados, Ambassador Robyn Rihanna Fenty," the prime minister said. "May you continue to shine like a diamond and bring honor to your nation by your words, by your actions, and to do credit wherever you shall go. God bless you, my dear."

Rihanna raised her palm to her heart as she stood next to Mottley and said thank you before they walked offstage and briefly put their arms around each other.

Before Rihanna sat down again, she greeted several people, including Prince Charles.

On Wednesday, the singer was officially honored in a separate ceremony where she received a large medal emblazoned with the outline of Barbados and blew a kiss to the cheering crowd.

"This is a day that I will never, ever forget. It’s also a day that I never saw coming," she said in a brief speech in which she encouraged the youth to continue pushing Barbados forward. "I have traveled the world and received several awards and recognitions, but nothing, nothing compares to being recognized in the soil that you grew in."
