The actor and media personality fired a prop gun accidentally killing a cinematographer.

Halyna Hutchins was tragically killed by a prop gun fired by Baldwin.

A film crew member has died and another was injured after actor Alec Baldwin discharged a prop firearm on the set of the movie "Rust" in New Mexico on Thursday, according to a law enforcement statement provided to CNN.

Director of photography Halyna Hutchins, 42, was transported to the hospital via helicopter and pronounced dead by medical personnel at University of New Mexico Hospital, according to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

Director Joel Souza, 48, was transported to Christus St. Vincent's Regional Medical Center by ambulance for care. Details on his condition were not released.

A distraught Alec Baldwin lingers in the parking lot outside the Santa Fe County sheriff's offices after being questioned Thursday about a shooting on a local movie set.

"According to investigators it appears that the scene being filmed involved the use of a prop firearm when it was discharged," the statement said. "Detectives are investigating how and what type of projectile was discharged."

The incident happened at approximately 1:50 p.m. local time, investigators said.

"Rust" is a Western film set in the 1880s that stars Baldwin, Travis Fimmel and Jensen Ackles.

Email requests for comment sent to the film's production company and a representative for Baldwin were not immediately returned.

Baldwin was in emotional shock.

The Sheriff's Office said the investigation "remains open and active" and no charges have been filed.

CNN reports that this wasn't the first time.

It's not the first time people have been killed by what were supposed to be harmless guns on a movie set.

While filming the movie "The Crow" in 1993, actor Brandon Lee, the son of Bruce Lee, was killed when struck by a bullet from a gun that was supposed to have just blanks, but had a bullet lodged in the barrel.

Even blanks can be deadly if fired at very close range. In 1984, actor John-Eric Hexum was playing around with a gun on the set of "Cover Up: Golden Opportunity" and died after putting the gun to his head and pulling the trigger.

"They all contain a charge, a powder that creates the noise and the explosive, the visual blast, and usually it's some kind of wire or something that explodes out of the weapon when it's fired," Daniel Oates, former police chief of Miami Beach and Aurora, Colorado.

"These weapons can be very, very dangerous," Oates said on CNN's "New Day" Friday.

From the messy resignation at The View, the noise has been hired as a contributor to the far-right tabloid The Daily Mail as a contributor and columnist. This a steep downgrade from her days as the feisty voice of the right on The View.

On her way out, she went scorched earth. Similar to Cornel West, the agitator decided to launch a tirade of attacks on Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg. She felt they "bullied" her and treated her opinion like it was just a waste of time. How short the memory is!

The agitator often interrupts guests, complains about talk time, injects false information and is considered a bitch among those watching the longtime daytime show.

She often launches attacks against Vice President Kamala Harris for no fucking reason. I mean President Joe Biden appointed her mom to a position for Pete's sake.

Often she rehashes her "father" as a reason to being bullied, ridiculed and ostracized by critics.

The woman is now writing a book about her days on The View. The ABC executives and The View producers are told to be working on making sure they never hire another one like that ever again.

There's talk that staff from The View are banned from talking to her, talking about her and even uttering the book.

Washed Up 45 is trying to launch another scam. He announced that he is launching a social media website called TRUTH. A man who tells thousands of lies, deliberately attacks people for no fucking reason, too arrogant to admit mistakes and is considered one of the worst presidents in modern history, launches another expected failure.

From casinos, hotels, steaks, airlines, football teams and parks, Washed Up 45 has a name that is recognizable. But thanks to his divisive presidency, he is hated among almost 60% of the country. He hated by most world leaders. He has made politics more toxic than ever.

Now he wants to open up a website devoted to pushing lies, misinformation and extremism. 

First things first, will it get approval from Google, Twitter, Facebook, Apple and GoDaddy?

Will it be easy to access?

For those die hard fans of the former president, they can sign up and help him "stand up to Big Tech" companies.

Washed Up 45 was permanently banned from Twitter and given a two year ban on Facebook after he continued to instigate violence in the wake of the riots at the U.S. Capitol. He is also banned on TikTok, YouTube, DailyMotion and Spotify. 

The website allegedly was hacked by professional pranksters. 

Now conservatives had Gab, Parler, Telegram, Gettr and now this crap. The conservative social media platforms have struggled because no one cares about them. Of course, the FBI and U.S. Justice Department does.

The people on those sites are great catnip for the feds. Idiots will incriminate themselves with these websites.

Sinking the John Lewis Voting Rights bill should be a wake up call for Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV). He put his hopes that at least seven Karens would have joined the Democrats in passing his watered down version of the voting rights bill.

The two Karens in the Democratic caucus joined the caucus and two independents in supporting the slim down voting rights bill. The 50 Karens in the Republican conference refused to support this bipartisan compromise that Manchin carved out specifically for them. 

Democrats are now angry and they're telling Manchin and Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) this is the last straw. They are being bombarded with protesters telling them they won't get a moment of sleep or peace if they continue to obstruct President Joe Biden's Build Back Better plan.

Now the West Virginia senator is frustrated and is threatening to leave the Democratic Party and become an independent. It would put control back in the Republicans if he does leave the party.

Senate Democrats' most forceful and perhaps last push for major voting rights legislation this year was blocked by a Republican filibuster on Wednesday afternoon.

The procedural vote to move forward with the Freedom to Vote Act failed despite Democrats' effort to craft a compromise bill led in part by Sen. Joe Manchin. The West Virginia Democrat had hoped to get enough GOP votes to overcome a filibuster, but in the end no Republicans voted to advance the legislation.

Democrats say federal voting legislation is needed to counteract a wave of new restrictions from Republican-controlled state legislatures across the country. Critics of those laws say they are making it more difficult to vote, particularly for people of color.

The Freedom to Vote Act would have, among other things, established Election Day as a national holiday, set national minimum standards for early voting and voting by mail, and created new requirements for groups not currently required to disclose their financial donors. It also included standards for states that require voter identification, something that was a priority of Manchin.

"We're not deterred, but there's still a lot of work to do and I think it's really a sad day," said Vice President Harris after Wednesday's vote.

"We're not going to give up," she said. "We've never given up — those of us who have fought for the right of every American to express their voice through their vote. We're going to continue to do the work."

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said a vote on the narrower John Lewis bill, meant to restore the Voting Rights Act, will come to the floor as soon as next week.

The Freedom to Vote Act was negotiated by a group of Senate Democrats, including Manchin, who was his party's lone holdout on the sweeping voting rights measure that passed the House earlier this year. Parts of the House-passed bill, called the For the People Act, were scaled back to win over Manchin's support, as well as some Republicans. Manchin played a key role in courting Republican support for the compromise bill in recent weeks.

But Republicans didn't budge.

Obstruction leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) said Tuesday that it was his "hope and anticipation" that no Republicans would vote for the Freedom to Vote Act, which he described as an attempt by Democratic lawmakers "to have the federal government take over how elections are conducted all over America."

The failed procedural vote on Wednesday is likely to thrust lawmakers into another high-profile fight over whether to change Senate rules to abolish the legislative filibuster, or to carve out an exception for voting rights legislation. But some Democratic senators, including Manchin, have rejected calls to change the filibuster.

Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen, a Democrat, said that Wednesday's vote was an opportunity to show that Democrats were united on voting rights legislation.

"We have to very clearly demonstrate to some of our colleagues that we've exhausted every other option," said Van Hollen, who supports eliminating the filibuster. "But patience is not eternal, time is running out."

Voting rights activists are getting frustrated with the president. They demand he do more to get the Build Back Agenda passed now. They are tired of the status quo and they are threatening to punish Democrats if they can't get voting rights and infrastructure passed.

Florida authorities zero in on a reserve where remains were found.

The search for a fugitive may have come to an end. 

But of course the non-stop coverage of this tragedy will continue on. Conspiracy theories and laws will be the next chapter in the Gaby Petito case. The endless talk about this has sparked criticism. 

Missing white woman syndrome is a term coined by the late Gwen Ifill. Missing white woman syndrome is referred to the media coverage, especially in television, of missing-person cases involving young, white, upper-middle-class women or girls compared to the alleged relative lack of attention towards missing women who are not white, women of lower social classes, and missing men or boys. Although the term was coined in the context of missing-person cases, it is sometimes used of coverage of other violent crimes. 

If the news coverage of a missing person is a pretty attractive, well off white woman is certainly a money maker. 

The fiance of Petito, Brian Laundrie is wanted by the feds. But tonight, the Florida authorities found property of Laundrie and remains.

The suspect had disappeared for over a month.

Well human remains were found in the same area as personal belongings of Laundrie. A senior law enforcement official said they found partial human remains in Florida's Carlton Reserve in a location that previously been submerged.

There is no confirmation that the remains belonged to Laundrie.

The case of Gaby Petito became a national story in the United States and abroad. This young couple were doing a travel blog and posted their experiences on social media. The couple had a transit van and were traveling to Oregon to see friends. On their way there, they got into a heated argument and later an altercation.

The two were stopped by law enforcement and told to take a break. Laundrie would end up coming back to Florida to stay with his family, but Petito was not with him. 

It launched a missing persons search and soon a media circus.

Petito's body was discovered at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. It became a murder investigation. The person of interest Laundrie became a prime suspect. He would leave his family's home and take off into the woods.

Conspiracy theories to the whereabouts of Laundrie were endless. The junk food media was talking day by day about the disappearance and the life of Petito.

The junk food media gets called out by missing persons advocates for ignoring cases of three people of color who disappeared in the same period as Petito.

The police had warned protesters to stop harassing Brian Laundrie's parents.

Americans are evenly split on how the junk food media covers missing person cases. White conservatives followed the Petito case heavily. Blacks, Indigenous Americans and Hispanics have not followed it as much. 

Soon, Florida, Utah and Wyoming will introduce some legislation in regards to Gaby Petito. The Republicans will use this in their culture war to regain Congress.

If the suspect was Black, a Muslim or an immigrant, this would be catnip for the far-right.

No one wants to see a missing person become a victim of murder. I truly feel sympathy for the family of Gaby Petito. However, I would love to see the same media agitators and social influencers (not Jeffrey Shaun King) help find missing women of color, children and men. 

I want the junk food media to stop covering "hot female teachers" sleeping with their students. I want these women to face the same criminal fates as men who are accused of sexual assault. 

I want to stop hearing stories about anti-vaxxers becoming heroes. Folks who refuse to get vaccinated are not heroes or patriots. They are plagues. They don't care if they spread a deadly disease that could wipe the entire human race out of existence.

The Fox News sand Fox Business host announced he tested positive for the coronavirus.

On a network that is notorious for pushing misinformation, political talking points, propaganda and racism, the very few members of Fox actually do their jobs and report the news and business.

I am not one to attack this guy, but he's a Republican who doesn't act like the three extremists on the primetime.

Neil Cavuto, the Fox host tested positive for the coronavirus and he urged Americans to get vaccinated.

"While I'm somewhat stunned by this news, doctors tell me I'm lucky as well. Had I not been vaccinated, and with all my medical issues, this would be a fare more dire situation," Cavuto said in a statement.

The 63-year old conservative agitator had open heart surgery in 2016 and was treated for cancer in the 1980s. He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1997 and been open about his health.

He said he is blessed that he got vaccinated. He said that he hopes "anyone and everyone gets the message loud and clear. Get vaccinated, for yourself and everyone around you."

He learned on Monday that he tested positive and wasn't on the air on Tuesday.

Fox told all employees to get vaccinated or suffer the consequences. Ironic, the folks on that network are pushing against mask mandates and mandatory vaccinations but are required to get vaccinated because their bosses told them so.

The company required its employees to report their vaccination status and said that 90% of the full-time employees were inoculated.

"Softball" Hannity and Tuckems are the two most dangerous agitators in the country. The annoying agitator and the No. 1 rated host who is an avowed white nationalist are downplaying the coronavirus and trying to pin the 750,000 deaths on President Joe Biden. The idiots over at Fox & Friends also are trying to use the pandemic to blame the president on the gridlock in imports.

With the holiday season approaching, the network is starting the War on Christmas again. They are trying to blame Biden for the supply shortage.

Freight carriers are having trouble hiring people and imports like toys and electronics are in demand.

If only Americans got vaccinated, we would have been back to normal by July. Alas, they wanna fuck around and now they're going to find out.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

A major voice actor in the long running action anime DragonBall passed away.

Chris Ayres had passed away at his home on Wednesday. He was an American stage actor, voice actor, stage director, ADR director, fight choreographer and scriptwriter who worked on a number of Japanese anime series at Funimation, OkraTron 5000 and New Generation Pictures.

Ayres, known for being the voice behind "Dragon Ball Z" villain Frieza, has died after battling COPD and emphysema. He was 56. 

Ayres' girlfriend Krystal LaPorte confirmed the voice actor's death on Twitter Tuesday with several photos of her and the actor, writing that at the time of his death her "world went dark." 

"Chris loved you all. How much he loved other people filled the vast majority of our conversations," LaPorte wrote. "To those of you who truly loved him back, thank you." 

Chris plays the role of an iconic anime villain.

The voice actor started his career in 1973 for the Japanese animated series "Gatchaman." Ayres' first time working with the "Dragon Ball Z" franchise started in 2009 as he voiced for both video games and the English version of the "Dragon Ball Z Kai" series. He also voiced for the role of Freiza for the "Dragon Ball Z Super" series from 2015- 2018, according to IMDb. 

LaPorte, who also voiced for several "Dragon Ball Z" series, added: "I know a lot of people will ask 'is there anything I can do?' Please be more like Chris. Please if you learned anything from him, put it in this world."

Fellow voice actors and fans sent their condolences for Ayers on Twitter honoring his "impactful legacy."

"I can’t stop crying about the loss of my dear friend and colleague, Chris Ayers. I never thought I’d say this because I used to tease him about it all the time, but thank you Chris, for the Love and Laughter, Always…" wrote Sean Schemmel, who voiced Goku and King Kai for "Dragon Ball Z Super." "I’ll see you in Otherworld bro, and we’ll spar again, Frieza.."

So a NBC Sports commentator named Kelli Stavast had to block out the noise of some unruly NASCAR fans when they were shouting "Fuck Joe Biden." To avoid having a FCC fine slapped on the network, she told racer Brandon Brown, "Let's Go Brandon." The far-right picked up on it and started using "Let's Go Brandon" as their new version of saying "Fuck Joe Biden."

The song, performed by New Jersey-based Trump supporter Loza Alexander, was titled after the "Let's Go Brandon!" meme

This nobody now made a song on social media and folks on the far-right are liking it.

Everyone wants to be a fucking clout chaser.

The very same folks who told rappers, basketball stars, entertainers and people who don't vote like them to "shut up and dribble" now are embracing a guy who writes rap music that is political rap.

He isn't a Geto Boy. He ain't a Tupac Shakur. He ain't a Public Enemy. He ain't Lupe Fisaco.

His name is Loza Alexander and he along with insurrectionist rapper Forgiato Blow made the "Let's Go Brandon" meme into a fucking song. A song that represents those who supported the insurrection against democracy.

Along with the song, 'Let's Go Brandon!' has become shorthand for "Fuck Joe Biden" on social media, with many using the hashtag #LetsGoBrandon to criticize Biden.

Texas Gov. Karen Abbot tweeted 'Let's Go Brandon' on Monday, blaming Biden and his administration for the inflation surge increasing prices in the US.

Far-right extremist Karen Rubin also Tweeted "Let's go Brandon," while sharing a story on the supply chain crisis.

Another Twitter user with the name Janet posted a photo of a 'Let's Go Brandon' billboard message on New Jersey's Route 23. 

Last month, similar chants mocking Joe Biden broke out at college football games for a second straight week in stadiums across Southern states.

They came as the president's approval ratings dipped following the chaotic evacuation from Afghanistan and his controversial vaccine mandate for federal workers.

The Fuck Joe Biden shouts echoed throughout stadiums during games played by Coastal Carolina, Virginia Tech, Auburn, Alabama State, Mississippi State, North Carolina State and Texas A&M.

Twitter users pointed out that the protest chant - with the simple lyrics 'fuck Joe Biden' sung between claps - are mostly from colleges in states that Washed Up won in the 2020 election.

I want to say that the former president did reasonably well with Black and Latino voters. I am pretty much shocked that a man who has no filter can win over so many people of color.

I never thought I see a Republican with this much support from people of color.

Black men are no longer the reliable base for the Democratic Party. It's almost a damn shame that even with the strives made through Barack Obama's two terms, Washed Up 45's "turn shit to gold" and "in your face" rhetoric has won over a new generation of Black voters.
