Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis confirm that Nicole Ari Parker will be the fourth lady in the next installment of the Sex in The City movie and television series franchise.

This comes after the original member Kim Cattrall announced she will no longer participate in the movie and television series. There is a longstanding feud between Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Cantrell has dissed the ladies and dropped them as friends on social media.

Cantrell basically said they are just workers to me and I'm just getting my check. I'm paraphrasing it.

Anyway, the addition of Nicole Ari Parker will add a woman of color to the franchise.

Sarah Jessica Parker has posted a photo on her official Instagram account that is leading many to believe that Kim Cattrall has been replaced in the "Sex and the City" foursome by Nicole Ari Parker in the new reboot.

The latter Parker plays Lisa Todd Wexley in "And Just Like That ...," the upcoming HBO Max "Sex and the City" revival series that has folks more than ready. HBO Max is owned by CNN's parent company.

The group photo has led to the theory that the new character will take the place of Cattrall's Samantha Jones character as Catrall has famously feuded with Sarah Jessica Parker and declined to appear on the new show.

Parker No. 1 posted a photo showing her and costars Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis in a group hug with the newcomer Parker.

"Oh so fine," the caption reads. "I'd sing along to 70's love songs with this trio deep into any night. @justlikethatmax I'll see you ladies tomorrow!"

HBO Max said only that "Nicole Ari Parker plays 'Lisa Todd Wexley,' a Park Avenue mother of three and documentarian."

The network, responding to a CNN inquiry, also offered details of the three other characters added to the show: Sara Ramírez stars as "Che Diaz" (they/them), a non-binary, queer, stand-up comedian that hosts a podcast on which Carrie Bradshaw is regularly featured; Sarita Choudhury who plays "Seema Patel," a single, self-made powerhouse Manhattan real estate broker; and Karen Pittman, who plays "Dr. Nya Wallace," a brilliant, challenging Columbia Law professor.

Nicole Ari Parker is African American, and if she is now part of the popular quartet, that's a big deal.

"That show was as white as it gets," Every Outfit on Sex and the City Instagram cocreator Chelsea Fairless told Vulture. "They didn't ever have a person of color as a series regular."

Parker is married to Boris Kodjoe. She was just recently on Chicago P.D. and Empire.

Mykiara Jones, 14 passed away at the Land of Illusion theme park near Middletown, Ohio. The young teen lived in Dayton and her death was a tragic drowning. 

Mykiara was from Middletown and she went down to the thrill park for her summer vacation. It turned out to be the last event of her young life.

In the middle of July, the local junk food media had reported a drowning at the thrill park.

It happened around the lake and self-proclaimed "adventure park."

Mykiara didn't wear a life vest. What happened was she was on some kind of jumping apparatus. It was an inflated bouncing pad which swimmers dive onto and it tosses them into a pool.

The Miami Township Fire Department tried to save her life by doing CPR and she was flown to Dayton Children's Hospital. She died after they declared her brain dead.
The Land of Illusion theme park's waterpark did not have a lifeguard on duty.


The Montgomery County coroner had determined that she had drowned and had blunt force trauma.

The sheriff Richard K. Jones of Butler County addressed the situation.

"This is a tragedy no parent should have to endure. These are the calls first responders dread and have difficulty dealing with. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family."

Originally, Land of Illusion was a Halloween themed amusement park. It would have a corn maze, a haunted house and panic room. The park decided to expand to having a waterpark and dirtbike track.

The park was cited by the Ohio Department of Agriculture said the park violated the rules by having an inflatable slide and bounce without certification.

If park operators opt for a hearing, they will be required to bring an attorney since they are an LLC, and the Ohio Attorney General’s Office would represent ODA, Croft said.

A spokesman for Land of Illusion, Michael McNight, sent the following statement to FOX19 NOW:

“Land of Illusion has fully complied with all Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) directives following recent inspections citing additional documentation needs for an inflatable slide and two brand new pieces of equipment. The inflatable slide in question – as well as the other new attractions – has not been operated or available to guests following the ODA inspection.

“Land of Illusion will respond to ODA to refute the misinformation. We also are actively working with product manufacturers to secure the necessary paperwork for submission to ODA.”

“Since its opening, Land of Illusion has been in contact with state and local regulators to ensure that we are following all applicable regulations. We invited an inspector from the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) to Land of Illusion to inspect some new equipment before we put it in operation.

“At the time of the inspection of the new equipment on Monday, July 19, the ODA inspector informed Land of Illusion that a recent change in the law now required them to also inspect the blue slide, which is located on land, away from the water.

“ODA asked us for certain paperwork from the manufacturer of the slide and also asked that Land of Illusion not operate the slide until ODA was provided with the requested paperwork. Land of Illusion followed this request of ODA. The blue slide was taken out of operation on Monday, July 19 and remains out of operation. We are working with ODA to get them the requested documentation.

“The safety of our guests and team members is of utmost importance to Land of Illusion. We have always gone above and beyond what is required with respect to lifeguards and other aspects of our operation of Aqua Adventures. We are always looking for ways to improve. With the recent tragedy, we are reassessing to determine ways we may choose to go even further above and beyond what is required by Ohio law and regulations.”

ODA is responsible for licensing at amusement parks and water parks in the state.

The tragedy at Land of Illusion with Mykiara’s recent death, however, exposed what officials say is loophole: Ohio does not regulate inflatable slides and other devices on lakes.

“This is all we have the power to do over there,” Croft said.

Amusement rides inspected under Ohio law include mechanical rides, roller coasters, go-karts, water rides at water parks and inflatable devices on land.

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office says it has received several complaints about Land of Illusion and its water park since Mykiara died.

The investigation into her death and complaints about Land of Illusion that have emerged since remains ongoing, Sheriff Richard Jones says.
Mykiara had a bright future.

“The Ohio Department of Agriculture notified our office today of their investigation and determination with Land of Illusion,” the sheriff said. “As far as the fines go, I wish there was more hands-on investigation at this point by the state rather than sending Land of Illusion a notice in the mail.”

“The Ohio Department of Agriculture is sharing information from their investigation with us and we are communicating with them about our investigation, which is continuing. We are going to communicate our findings to the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office and the Attorney General’s Office.”

Customers at Land of Illusion are warned on the facility’s website they “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – attendants are not lifeguards.”

“Everyone also is required to wear a life jacket while using the Wibit or Paddle Board. You are encouraged to bring your own life jacket,” the website also states.

All park attendees also must sign a waiver - “all patrons 17 and under must have a parent or legal guardian. Everyone 18 and over must fill out their own waiver.”

Hours before Mykiara died, Butler County’s health department received an anonymous complaint alleging it was overcapacity and “unsafe and dangerous,” FOX19 NOW reported last month.

The complaint describes alleged conditions at Land of Illusions water park, Aqua Adventure, three days before Mykiara died.

It states:

“Was there on Saturday from 1-4 pm July 17th. Said that she felt that they were overcapacity. She said there was like 600 people there. There was no adult supervision for business. There was a group of teenagers running the whole place. The water slide was shut down. Kids were going in and out of the (adventure) ride using both ends. Kids were pushing other kids around. No one was trying to control the crowd. Felt it was unsafe and dangerous for people that were there.”

Health department officials went to Land of Illusion July 21 in response to the complaint and “also in response to a drowning that occurred” the previous day, county records show.

They made several other recommendations including hiring lifeguards and adding signs that warning people in the water need lifejackets, swimming alone is not recommended and children must be supervised.

Emrie's grief stricken family didn't want to hear the news of her passing.

Tragedy in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason, Ohio. The local authorities found a missing girl near a pond. The death of a four year old girl has shaken the small community located 25 miles from Cincinnati.

The Warren County Sheriff's Department and FBI have confirmed that the body of Emrie Schandorf-Woode near a pond. The Hamilton Township Police Chief Scott Hughes said, "Our worse fears came true" when they found her body near a subdivision along Turning Leaf Way off U.S. 22/Ohio State Route 3.

The family said that Emrie loved to feed fish near the pond. It appears that the family didn't watch her and she fell into the pond.

Hughes fighting back tears said that "This sucks. This just sucks. She was four years old."

A tragic loss.

Ring camera shown that Emrie was last seen about noon, barefoot nd going down her driveway, the chief said in a presser.

Multiple agencies responded to assist the Hamilton Township Police search for the little girl. The FBI, Ohio Bureau of Investigation and Warren County Sheriff's Office, Ohio State Highway Patrol and Mason Police all aided in the search.

The coroner have determined her death was an accidential drowning.

The Ohio authorities were hoping for a happy ending. 

"We gotta keep the family in our thoughts and prayers because you can imagine, those of you that have kids, I have kids about that age, and it sucks," he said.

In a statement on Sunday night, the Little Miami School District said Emrie would have entered preschool soon.

"It is with the deepest sadness that we share the tragic news of the death of one of our young Panthers, four-year old, Emrie Schandorf-Woode, who would have entered Preschool in just a few short weeks. Every young death is tragic, but it is so profoundly heartbreaking to lose a precious child this young."

"Counselors at each school building are available for any student or staff in need of grief and mental health support."

They didn't issue an Amber Alert because there was no indication that Emrie was abducted. However the police used K9 units, drones, foot searches and dive teams to locate Emrie. They were hoping that residents would see Emrie near places like McDonald's, United Dairy Farmers, Kroger and her school.

The family knew that Emrie would be in a familiar place. They feared the pond.

St. Louis area mourns the loss of five young Black girls who died in an apartment fire.

The city of East St. Louis, Illinois is right on the banks of the Mississippi River. Its part of the Metropolitan St. Louis area. The city of St. Louis was named the No. 1 city for murder.

The fire broke out at an apartment building at 29th and State streets before 3 a.m. Friday. Fire officials told News 4 the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Two children found inside of a bedroom were pronounced dead. Three children who were found on the floor in the kitchen area were pronounced dead after being taken out of the building. The children are between 2 and 9 years old. 

Relatives identified the children as 9-year-old Deontae, 8-year-old twins Neveah and Heaven, 4-year-old Jabari, and 2-year-old Loy'el.  

"They are blameless in this. They're just kids. It's tough," East St. Louis Assist. Fire Chief George McClellan said.

McClellan said the mother of the children left the home to go get another adult. He said the mother tried to go back into the house several times to rescue the children. 

An hours-long vigil was held Friday night to remember the children. Close to one hundred people surrounded the home where the family lived with the porch covered in balloons, stuffed animals and flowers for the children.

The main message of the night was for people to bashing the children's mother, Sabrina, about not being home when the fire started.

The five children will be buried together.

“She took care of her kids, she loved her kids, when she didn’t have anything and she was homeless she took care of those kids," said the children's aunt.

"Everybody has made this mistake once in their life. You know, everyone has left their kids at home. Nobody expected this to happen, she didn’t expect this to happen. It happened so we don’t want everybody on Facebook and get on social media nd slander her name and try to throw her under the bus, this is an honest mistake. This is a tragedy. She wasn’t planning on come back and seeing her house on fire," said Pastor Doug Hollis, a family friend.

"It's hard when you have kids and family members and you can only imagine what this mother and father are going through right now. It's a tough day," said East St. Louis Jason Blackmon. "We want people to take fire seriously. Smoke alarms, turn off electronics at night, don't burn candles, people take a lot of that stuff for granted."

The grandfather of the children also lives in the building and no one else in the building were hurt in the fire.

Multiple families lived in the building at the time the fire broke out. All of the children are from the same family. Other people who live in the building were not hurt. The building is now condemned. A woman who used to live in the building says it had no working smoke detectors when she lived there.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family with funeral costs and additional expenses.

"Our crisis team was on the scene following the event and is partnering with the Red Cross and Community Life Line to provide ongoing support services. Counseling services will also be provided to classmates and staff."

One of the most annoying things I've heard from Black men, rappers and celebrity agitators is the wording: "You know what I'm sayin'!"

The Louisiana rapper is digging himself a grave. He's literally killing his career because he trying to be on this "No Homo" bullshit.

Boosie Badazz (Torrence Hatch, Jr), 39 is a mumble rapper and former intern of the iron college. He was sent to the iron college after he was indicted on first-degree murder charges and was also sentenced to 10 years on multiple charges of drug possession with intent of distribution. He managed to get five out of 10.

Since his release, he dropped the Lil from his rap name and goes by the name of Boosie Badazz.

Boosie is a sexual predator and an enabler of sexual predatory behavior. He once bragged about allowing his son and nephew both underage road side assistance from prostitutes.

He also did this during a video shoot.

The rapper is currently feuding with Lil Nas X. The rapper has openly threatened to beat his ass because he kissed a male performer at the BET Awards. Nasarti is a member of the LGBTQ community and is considered one of the best rappers out there.

So he appears on The Breakfast Club and talks to Charlamagne Tha Rapist, DJ Envy and Angela Yee.

Boosie Badazz has made no secret of his feelings about Lil Nas X’s popularity. Despite the backlash over his previous comments in which he called Nas several slurs in defense of DaBaby, Boosie doubled down in a recent interview with New York’s The Breakfast Club. The show, which can be a controversy magnet at the best of times — sometimes even courting it on purpose, as it seemingly did with this booking — brought him on to address his criticisms and the reaction they prompted on social media.

When host Angela Yee asks whether he thought his words went “too far” — which, come on, man — Boosie argued that they did not. “I’ve gotta speak up because, as far as straight people in the world, you don’t have an opinion no more,” he said.

Lil Nas X has become one of the greatest rapper in modern history. A gay rapper who has three No. 1 singles and two Grammys. Boosie Badazz is a washed up rapper complaining about this rapper being bigger than he is.

Boosie continues to dig in his remarks about beating the shit out of the rapper because he did the "Industry Baby" video with Jack Harlow. The song is No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100.

Nasarti is also got a deal with Taco Bell and is working on his debut album. The rapper has so far been notoriously trolling his critics on social media. Boosie was not spared.

The 22-year-old rapper also threw indirect shade at Boosie Badazz, T.I., Glasses Malone, Raymond "Benzino" Scott and others who have come out against his latest video, saying that their obsession with him has maybe gone a little too far. "I’m starting to think you NIGGAS gay too cuz y'all stay on my dick," he wrote in one tweet, following it up later, saying, "Some of y’all not even mad that I’m gay, some of y’all mad that I’m gay and still succeeding."

Boosie seems to be completely missing the point of the backlash against him and The Breakfast Club‘s hosts seem ill-equipped to convey it to him. The whole exercise feels a little … pointless.

In the interview, Boosie also complained about how "straight people" are being silenced to the gay agenda.

"Everything is harm," he complained, providing a supremely questionable example. "If you say anything [like], ‘I like women,’ it’s vulgar." To the hosts’ credit, they did push back on that assertion, Boosie was undeterred, insisting that the entertainment industry is "ran by" queer people.

Nasarti had to hire armed security in the wake of the feud with Boosie Badazz and Glasses Malone.

On top of that, DaBaby saw everything collapse in front of him. He was once a promising hip-hop act.

He came out of nowhere with the hit single, "Suge" and then launched his Billion Dollar Baby label.

DaBaby is on the verge of being dropped from Interscope.

Interscope signed him and he went on to release three albums. He was preparing to work on his fourth album when this drama unfolded. At the Rolling Loud Miami concert, he made an inappropriate remark about gay men and AIDS.

DaBaby said, "If you didn't show up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that'll make you die in two or three weeks, then put your cellphone lighter up." 

He added, "Fellas, if you ain't sucking duck in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up!" Later on social media, he posted that his LGBT+ fans aren't "nasty gay niggas" or "junkies" in response to the outrage.

The rapper also brought on Tory Lanez, a former boyfriend of headliner Megan Thee Stallion. Tory is indicted on felonious assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly shot her after an argument near Kylie Jenner's home.

DaBaby has somewhat apologized but doubled down soon after. He will be headlining the BoosieFest. 

The rapper has no comment on the latest controversies involving Lil Nas X and Boosie Badazz.

Hip-hop must take ownership over its own actions and stop embracing homophobia. The LGBTQ community is not taking the insults, the hate and the nastiness of these entertainers.
