GOOGLE'S BLOGGER IS TRASH!

With the Blogger interface, it is getting harder to make blog posts. I am not kidding.

The way they rolled this interface out maybe the death knell for the once beloved social media platform.

I am not going to lie, this is frustrating and I am going to make my postings shorter and quicker now.

The American dream is to win the lottery. Have you ever wished you won the lottery?

Almost 120 million people play the lottery. The multi-state lotteries, Mega Millions and Powerball are high again and its expected to reach the $1 billion level if no one wins these jackpots.

The Mega Millions jackpot as of Thursday is $805 million and Powerball is $725 million.

Mega Millions drawings will be held on Tuesday and Friday. Powerball drawings will be held on Wednesday and Saturday.

Smart folks would avoid the lottery. Because your chances of winning it are 1:290. That's 290 million for ratio.

The rest of us will spend up to $1000 for a chance at winning a huge amount of money. It will certainly put you in a different tax bracket if you win the lottery.

Okay, the Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots are reaching record amounts. In 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands both games are played.

If you're playing Mega Millions and Powerball, how much would you spend? Matter of fact, do you play the lottery?

On average I would spend up to $10.
On average I would spend up to $50.
I play lottery tickets everyday.
I try to avoid the lottery. It can be addicting.
I play the Mega Millions and Powerball when it reaches record highs.
I play local lottery games like scratch-offs and state issue games.
I only go to casinos to gamble.
I don't gamble.

So here we are.... Talking about a dream to be rich in a pandemic!

With over 400,000 Americans dead from the coronavirus pandemic, it would be almost dangerous for you to stand in line for hours to purchase a ticket. I mean it's a risk!

Nonetheless if anyone does win the Mega Millions or the Powerball, they will take home almost a half a billion in cash. That of course means the local, state and federal taxes will be taken out.

  • Make sure you have money on hand. The operator is required to take money before issuing a ticket. Make sure you have your numbers placed on either a betting card, your lottery app or a previous ticket. Most operators will help you plug numbers in through the terminal or place an automatic bet for you. However in the case of long lines or possible errors, it would be best to be prepared for the transaction. Some states do offer debit and credit transactions. Make sure you get your information from your local lottery commission. You cannot cancel Powerball or Mega Millions tickets. They are property of your state (or territory's) lottery commission. Any alteration, distortion or underage playing will void the games.
  • In most states, the required age to play the lottery is 18 years or older. Do not let anyone under the playing age purchase a ticket or lottery game. The operator could lose their license or you will forfeit your prize if the regional lottery operator determined that an underage player was the winner.
  • If you purchase Powerball and Mega Millions from another state and you won, understand that it not a winner in your home state. You must return to the state where you purchased the ticket. The Mega Millions is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Powerball is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you're a traveler and won the lottery in the state of purchase, you have to return to the state to claim your prize. Every state has their own rules and regulations so don't think "it's all the same." It's not. It's a licensed property of the state gaming commission.
  • Whenever a lottery retailer handles a jackpot ticket, ask the cashier to make sure you hear the "winner" sound. Most machines will make a noise if you're a winner. There are also ticket verifying stations located near a lottery terminal. Make sure before you hand a ticket to a cashier, you are sure you won a jackpot. Ask for a claims form and/or a validation claim voucher. If you are claiming jackpots that are under $500 or less at a licensed lottery operator, check your tickets at a lottery scanner first before handing the ticket off to the clerk. Make sure the cashier confirms the ticket. Tickets over $500 or more may have to go to a local lottery office in a regional jurisdiction. Lottery operators have vendor licenses and tickets are printed by a large set of numbers. If any allegations of fraud or cheating do occur, the lottery can subpoena the operator for the records of purchase and video surveillance of the person who purchased the ticket.
  • Mega Millions and Powerball minimum jackpots start at $20 million. Each ticket is valued at $2 per unit. Some states have multiplier options to their games which could make your ticket $3 or $4 per unit.
  • You can view the results of Mega Millions and Powerball on your local television station at 10:59pm. Mega Millions is drawn on Tuesday and Friday. Powerball is drawn on Wednesday and Saturday. You can also get your state's lottery results on websites, the lottery commission apps on the Apple Store and Google Play. You can view results on social media.
  • You can self-validate tickets under $500 through your phone so it can make it "touchless" contact. You can also get winnings under $500 installed in your bank account or through a credit card. Some fees do apply for distribution of cards and bank deposits.
  • You have at least 90 days to a year to claim a Mega Million or Powerball jackpot. Some states have a period of time to claim your prize. If you fail to claim the prize upon its final claim day, it will go back to the state. The lottery operator will collect a reward for selling the winning ticket. Do not wait till the last minute to claim a jackpot prize. The lottery commission does have the right to forfeit or cancel any prizes presented.
  • Do not quit your job until you're certain you won the lottery. At the end of the day, some people get bored with their lives and may want to return to the workforce. Don't burn bridges with your employer. You may have to return back to the employer one day.

You know I've often posted about what I would do if I won the lottery. It is not legal advise so you don't have to take my word for it. I am just expressing what I am going to do if I win the lottery.

I will first write my name on the lottery ticket. I will always make sure that if I ever lose that ticket, my name is on it and it cannot be claimed by someone who is the person who wrote on the back of it.

Write your name on the back of your lottery tickets.

I will also make sure I take a picture of the ticket. It will be a good thing to take a picture if you want to prove to your state's lottery commission that you were the one who purchased the ticket. I mean it would be smart to take pictures of your lottery tickets. Say if you have a group purchase of lottery tickets and you purchase one for yourself or your family member. You won't have to obligate to the group pool's tickets if you show that you bought one for yourself. Because it will be a legal matter if you purchase the group tickets but failed to disclose you purchased one for yourself. Even though you won on your own separate ticket, it's best to let the group know that you purchased a solo ticket to prevent them from believing you've stolen money or violated the group's contract.

If I do win the lottery, I will immediately pay off all my debts. The car loans, child support, spousal support, medical bills, phone bills, mortgage, court fees and bank loans will be paid in full. Before I even collect my lottery winnings, I want to be caught up on everything. Many states will offset lottery winnings due to a person owning state debt, child support, spousal support and court fees. If you know that you owe, pay it off.

Some states require you to present yourself when winning jackpots. Others states allow you to be anonymous when collecting a jackpot.

I will immediately close my social media and change my phone number. If you're a winner of the lottery, the junk food media, your family, your friends, your acquaintances, your co-workers, your community, charity groups, scammers and the state will know you. I am going to cancel my Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and social dating apps. I am very clear about my movements and I chose to not be public about it. When I was younger and naive, I would have shown my face to the public. But alas, I've gotten older and I am not the same as I was when I was younger.

I will also get a trust fund prepared, a will and a trusted member of family to hold my winnings. Yeah, it would be nice to establish a trust fund for family members if you do die. I mean this year is full of uncertainty. Winning the lottery has higher odds than catching the coronavirus. On point, 1 out of 15 people are infected with the coronavirus and people have died from it. You win the lottery one day and the next day you caught the coronavirus. You got to remind yourself, you can't take it when you're gone. So it's best to establish a will to distribute your lottery winning to either family, charity and those who you feel deserve it. It will be written and notarized by an attorney or a bank. If you do establish a trust fund you could hire a financial advisor or a family member to oversee your earnings. Make sure that financial advisor is licensed and trusted by the Better Business Bureau. It also must be routine to study on how lottery winners adapt to money. Cause you're going into a bigger tax bracket and taxes vary on many states.

Some winners win secondary prizes. If you get five numbers without the Mega ball you can win up $10 million.

Now that I have my lottery winnings, I will now take the opportunity to buy things that are rational. I would purchase a vehicle, get a home, put some in an investment and prepare for a vacation. Of course, vacations are no longer the norm in the age of COVID-19. So I would be smart to be prepared to be tested for the coronavirus before I take a vacation. Many countries have banned Americans entry to their countries out of fear we're carrying the coronavirus. With the various strains and outgoing President Donald J. Trump's failure to take control of the matter, world leaders don't trust the American leadership in handling a global pandemic.

You just can't go to Tahiti like Kim Kardashian and her family. They own a private island in French Polynesia. She was roundly criticized for taking birthday vacation while others struggle to keep their homes and lives safe.

Be humble about winning the lottery. You will not live a normal life. You could hopefully use the lottery winnings for a long time of success or squander it away within five years and end up miserable. Do not worry about the have-nots! Enjoy the winnings with pride and caution. Your success shouldn't be a punishment. If you do take the opportunity to win the lottery make yourself aware of the surroundings.

Be cautious about the pandemic.

This is not a joke.

This my opinion and I stand by what I say!

The city of Flint, Michigan is approximately 60 miles from Detroit. It's major thoroughfares include Interstate 69 which is being developed to become a main line for shipping good from the United States to Canada and Mexico. Interstate 75 the second longest north-south freeway that connect from Upper Michigan near the Canadian border to the suburbs of Miami, Florida and U.S. 23 a main corridor highway into Appalachia. Interstate 475 is a main route into downtown Flint. It serves a majority of the city's travel while Interstate 75 bypasses the city. Interstate 69 diverts from north-south to east-west after it passes through the suburbs of Lansing. The city's population is 89,000 residents.

It is part of the Rust Belt communities that President Donald J. Trump left behind in his failed "Make America Great Again" promise.

Former Michigan governor Rick Snyder is under the state and feds radar. The ex-governor who served two terms from 2011 to 2019 was a controversial figure.

He was responsible for signing off a union busting law that made Michigan an at-work state.

He staunchly opposed then president Barack Obama's "Cash for Clunkers" and "high speed rail" funds.

He was a venture capitalist who looked at Michigan as a business and not a state.

Snyder became the most hated governor of all time. He allowed poison to seep into the water supply of the rust belt city of Flint.

Snyder was accused of mishandling the situation which lead to 15,000 children in Flint to be exposed to lead. This is an ongoing health crisis in the city besides the coronavirus pandemic.

It started in 2014 when the city of Flint changed its water source from the Detroit Water and Sewage Department which was sourced water from Lake Huron and the Detroit River to the Flint River.

The Flint River is still too dangerous to consume.

The Flint River which as flowing along the abandoned GM and Ford plants seeped toxins into the ground and it eventually got into the wells. The lead from aging pipes also added fuel to the fire. The city exposed over 100,000 residents to elevated lead levels.

Snyder declared a state of emergency for Genesee County which included the city of Flint shortly after it was revealed the water was toxic. Then president Barack Obama ordered a national emergency to the city and three counties where the Flint River flowed.

It lead to 12 people being killed and 87 being severely affected by the lead levels.

Snyder pleaded not guilty Thursday morning to two counts of willful neglect of duty, before a judge set bond at $10,000.

The former governor was ordered to not leave the state ahead of his next date on Tuesday. He faces up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

And just before Snyder appeared in court, Michigan’s former health director, Nick Lyon, pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges in connection to the deaths of nine people who got Legionnaires’ disease during the Flint water crisis.

"We believe there is no evidence to support any criminal charges against Governor Snyder," the former governor's defense attorney Brian Lennon told The Associated Press on Wednesday night, adding that state prosecutors hadn't provided him with any details.

Requests for comment by NBC News from Lennon weren't immediately returned. The state attorney general's office had no comment.

Attorney General Dana Nessel and prosecutors are expected to discuss the case during a press conference Thursday morning.

The decision by Snyder's administration in 2014 to switch Flint from Detroit's water system to the Flint River led to the disaster, as the untreated river water resulted in pipe corrosion and lead contamination.

Criminal charges were filed in 2017 against a number of state officials, including Lyon, over the Legionnaires' disease outbreak at the same time as the contaminated water crisis. Lyon was accused of failing to inform the public for a year after he learned about the outbreak in 2015.

Prosecutors dropped charges against Lyon and seven other people in 2019.

Experts have said the city's contaminated water led to the outbreak of Legionnaires' disease, a severe form of pneumonia caused by bacteria that thrive in warm water.

Flint, Michigan.

Bryant Nolden, a member of the Genesee County Board of Commissioners who runs a historic recreation center in Flint, celebrated the news that those indicted would include Snyder.

"The buck stopped at Governor Snyder," he said. "He was the one that put the people in place that actually did this. We have to see how this all plays out, but I'm very happy to hear that some folks are going to be held accountable at the highest level."

Nolden said he and his neighbors in Flint were disappointed when earlier rounds of indictments stopped short of Snyder. "I was a little concerned that it wouldn't go all the way up the ladder to him."

Bringing Snyder to account, he said, won't repair the damage done in Flint — including skyrocketing rates of children who need special education services — but it will improve morale among residents.

"The residents here are very resilient," he said. "We've made it through, and we're dealing with it, but I think that this will help in some small way, letting them know that justice will be served because these people will be held accountable for the wrongs that they did here in this community."

Residents of Flint, a majority-Black city, have struggled for years to recover from the crisis as they relied for months on bottled water as their primary source of clean water and their property values suffered.

The state agreed to a $600 million settlement in August in a class-action lawsuit with Flint residents whose health was afflicted, establishing a fund from which residents can file for compensation.

I want to note that Snyder endorsed Joe Biden for president. I am expected to hear from the far-right that Snyder isn't a Republican. They'll say he's a RINO (Republican in Name Only) and a Biden "The residents here are very resilient," he said. "We've made it through, and we're dealing with it, but I think that this will help in some small way, letting them know that justice will be served because these people will be held accountable for the wrongs that they did here in this community."

It's often the case when Republicans want to deflect responsibility. They always seem to blame the Democrats for their cuts to regulations.

For the first time in American history, a sitting president is impeached twice. President Donald J. Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives for high crimes and misdemeanors.

The controversial doctor who gave President Donald J. Trump a "clean bill of health" passed away last weekend.

In reality television fashion, Dr. Harrold Bornstein was a product of a Trump. He was the doctor who claimed in 2016 was an obese Trump was a healthy man.

Bornstein's death was announced on Thursday in a paid notice in the New York Times.

A legacy of failure and hair loss.

The notice did not give a cause or say where he died, but said he passed away last Friday.

"A devoted husband and loving father, Dr. Bornstein is survived by his wife, Melissa (Brown), daughter, Alix, son Robyn Bornstein, M.D., Joseph Bornstein, M.D., Jeremee and Jackson."

The obituary also read that his services will be a private affair due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bornstein served as Trump's physician for more than three decades, a position that thrust him into the national spotlight during the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election in which Trump was extremely secretive about his health, his ties to the Russian Federation and his finances.

"[Mr. Trump's] physical strength and stamina are extraordinary. If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency," he said to the junk food media in 2015.

Bornstein also claimed in 2018, three representatives to the president essentially forced him to surrender Trump's medical records to them in February 2017 in what he described as a raid on his New York office, an allegation that was disputed by the White House and a seperate source familiar with the handover of Trump's medical records.

CNN reports that Trump fired him after it was revealed he shared the story about the president's thinning hair. He admitted giving Trump prescriptions like Propecia to treat his hair loss.

"I couldn't believe anybody was making a big deal out of a drug to grow his hair that seemed to be so important. And it certainly was not a breach of medical trust to tell somebody they take Propecia to grow their hair. What's the matter with that?" he said to NBC News in 2018.

The legendary illusionist and magician Siegfried Fischbacher passed away on Wednesday.

It was confirmed by the Associated Press. The final member of the duo Siegfried & Roy died from pancreatic cancer. He was 81 years old.

His death comes months after his partner Roy Horn died from complications of COVID-19 in May. Roy (born Uwe Ludwig Horn) was the lifetime and romantic partner of Siegfried.

Known as the Kings of Las Vegas, the duo would often perform magic tricks and use exotic animals as a part of their act. Siegfried often admired big cats as a part of his family.

The pair are German-American entertainers who wowed audiences for years.

It was the nearly-deadly tiger attack on Roy that led to the duo to retire from the magic.

Siegfried grew up in Rosenheim in 1939. He was interested in magic as a child and wanted to entertain his friends with tricks of the trade. He moved to Italy in 1956 and started doing magic and illusions.

He met Roy on the TS Bremen under the name Delmare. He asked him to assist him during a show. They were fired out the cannon after it was revealed they brought an African cheetah to the show.

Siegfried remained by Roy's side even in death. Roy died from the coronavirus in May 2020.

They were soon scouted by talent agencies shortly after.

They launched their duo act in the 1960s and became the legendary Siegfried & Roy.

The two would end up becoming a fixture of Las Vegas. They performed shows for years on the strip and were very popular with the children.

They were very vocal about conservation of wild animals and supported the protection of tigers and lions. These big cats are threatened species.

In 2003, a white tiger attacked Roy on his birthday. The tiger named Montecore bit Roy on the neck and pounced on him. Standby trainers and Siegfried had to get the tiger off him.

Roy was severely injured. The tiger severed his spine and gave him severe blood loss.

Roy would end up having a stroke. He had lost some functioning in his body shortly after the attack.

The duo did not blame the tiger for the attack. They believe the tiger was "protecting" Roy and was spooked by the trainers. Roy would be not often in public. He was reclusive and held limited appearances.

Siegfried thanked fellow magicians for supporting them through this rough patch.

They retired from entertainment in 2010 and lived their lives between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

For the first time in American history, a sitting president is impeached twice. President Donald J. Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives for high crimes and misdemeanors.

The fake Melania Trump is leaving the White House.

White House advisor Hope Hicks was expected to be leaving by the end of the week. The advisor to President Donald J. Trump is no longer at the White House.

She had left the White House on Tuesday, not the expected Friday night.

Hicks was one of Trump's most influential confidantes and a longtime loyalist.

She lost favor with the president when she didn't aid him in subverting the will of the American voter. She did not support Trump's claims of the election being stolen from him.

Before she became the White House special advisor to the president, she was the communication director. She came after the White House fired Anthony Scaramucci from his position only two weeks into his term.

Hicks was forced to resign from her role a day after she lied under oath about the course of duties.

Also she was under fire for allegedly having an affair with Rob Porter.

Porter was forced out of the White House after failed to detail domestic abuse against his previous wives.

They can't control Trump.

Hicks was allegedly a mistress of the president.

After leaving the White House she joined the Fox Corporation, the parent company of Fox News Channel, a far-right cable outlet that supported Trump and the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

She was there when Trump got angry at his political rivals. She also was the person who steamed the wrinkles out his pants.

Hicks was applaud by the chaos at the Capitol. She like many in the administration felt that the president instigated this usurping of democracy.

On Wednesday, the House voted to impeach the president.

Donald J. Trump will be the third president to be impeached. He is the first president to be impeached twice for high crimes and misdemeanors. He is a one term president who will leave behind of a legacy of controversy.

His promise to Make America Great Again went up in smoke.

In six days, Joseph R. Biden II and Kamala Harris will be the President and Vice President of the United States.

Biden will be the oldest president to serve the office. Biden was the 47th Vice President of the United States. He served under the 45th President of the United States, Barack Obama from 2009 to 2017. The last former vice president to become the president was George H.W. Bush who served one term.

Harris will be the first woman, first African American, first woman of South Asian descent and the sorority alumni to be the Vice President of the United States.  She will be the 49th Vice President of the United States. Harris only served one term as a U.S. Senator from 2017 to 2021.

We are covering the chaos at the U.S. Capitol where Trump supporters have breached the steps of the federal building. We got word that many of these rioters have stolen property from the offices of lawmakers. Six people were killed.

For the first time in American history, a sitting president is impeached twice. President Donald J. Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Most Democrats along with 10 Republicans voted to indict the president for instigation of an insurrection.

This will become another ugly chapter in this disgraceful presidency.

The president doesn't take responsibility for the U.S. Capitol chaos last Wednesday.

The chaos at the Capitol has touched the nerves of Americans. For the first time in over 200 years, the Capitol was breached by a bunch of far-right extremists. Brainwashed with the notion the election was stolen, Trump's base decided to storm the federal building with the intentions of causing harm to Vice President Mike Pence, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

The president did not call Pence during the unrest. He used his now deleted social media platforms to berate his vice president for not overturning the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Pelosi signs off the impeachment of the 45th President of the United States.

The ten Republicans who supported impeaching Trump included, Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), Rep. Anthony Gonzalez (R-OH), Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-WA), Rep. Peter Meijer (R-MI), Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA), Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), Rep. Tom Rice (R-SC), Rep. David Valadao (R-CA), Rep. John Katko (R-NY)and Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY).

Cheney, the No. 3 Republican in the House leadership bucked the party and joined the nine lawmakers in holding the president accountable.

The votes were 223 to 205. The Article of Impeachment will immediately head to the Senate which Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will not take up the trial until January 19, 2021, one day before Joe Biden is sworn in as the 46th President of the United States.

This incident is a huge blow to the Trump legacy. Now thanks to this insurrection, many are distancing themselves and no longer associating with the president.

Trump supporting lawmaker Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) has called for Cheney's removal from leadership

During the speeches, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) read out the president's statement in regards to the violence that appears to be happening in the days up to President Joe Biden's inauguration

"In light of reports of more demonstrations, I urge that there must be no violence, no lawbreaking and no vandalism of any kind. This is not what I would stand for, and it is not what America stands for. I call for all Americans to help ease tensions and calm tempers."

That seems like a prepared statement from some of the White House staff not the president.

Trump initially blamed Antifa for the unrest in Washington, DC.

Trump and many Republicans believe that the Antifa infiltrated the riots and they still believe that those who stormed the Capitol were patriots.

No joke.

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the Minority Leader of the House and staunch supporter of Trump couldn't keep 10 members in the fold. The Minority Leader did say Trump deserves a portion of the blame but went on to blaming the junk food media, Black Lives Matter, rhetoric from Democrats and Antifa for the actions of Wednesday.

The Republicans are upset that Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Google, TikTok, Amazon and Yahoo! have formally banned Trump and conservative/far-right agitators.

Of course, the far-right's move to Parler and Gab went up in smoke. The social media sites were pulled from the Apple App Store and Google Play store. Then Amazon had pulled its web servers from Parler, practically killing it.

Trump's antics have forced social media to suspend his accounts. Twitter permanently banned his personal account and warned agitators that they're being watched for inciting violence.

The FBI has informed the state governors that a potential armed protest is imminent.

There are chatter online that some are plotting an armed insurrection this time around and the city of Washington, DC is in a state of emergency for the foreseeable future.

Those who were inside the Capitol will be arrested and charged by the U.S. Justice Department. They will face up to 20 years in federal time out. Those involved in the death of the U.S. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick could face LIFE or DEATH if convicted by the federal government.

Those who came to Washington, DC now face arrest, indictment, terminations from their employers, scrutiny from the public, a possible placement on the No Fly List and lawsuits from those affected by these actions.

If any Republican lawmaker aided and assisted those involved in this chaos, they should be immediately removed from office.

Trump is innocent until proven guilty in a trial by the Senate.

Those involved are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Impeachment 🍑 Of Donald J. Trump!

The House will take up impeachment.

We are covering the chaos at the U.S. Capitol where Trump supporters have breached the steps of the federal building. We got word that many of these rioters have stolen property from the offices of lawmakers. Six people were killed.

The House of Representatives introduced the Articles of Impeachment against President Donald J. Trump.

Today the House will vote to impeach the 45th President of the United States again.

If Trump is impeached, the Senate will hold a trial and if convicted he will be removed from office and Vice President Mike Pence will hold the office for the reminder of the term.

Trump could be the first president to be impeached twice.

The president will be no longer be allowed to run for federal office and will no longer be offered the luxuries of a former president.

Republicans will once again try to defend the insurrection instigated by the President.

They will claim the President was not responsible for the actions of the mob. They will claim that this is no different than the acts of Black Lives Matter and Antifa. They will claim that the junk food media is responsible for the act. They will claim that impeaching Trump is a victim of a partisan witch hunt. They are complaining about Twitter, Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple and TikTok censoring conservatives. They do not seem to care about the 400,000 Americans killed from the coronavirus. They don't care about the fact that state secrets are missing. They don't care about the 35 million Americans out of work. They care about preserving white nationalism and protecting the President.

The insurrection last Wednesday was a shameful day in America.

The president, conservative agitators and some members of the Republican Party should be held accountable for their actions.

The Republicans now wants to play this game about "unity." The Republicans were never on unity when it was Barack Obama.

Trump never promised a peaceful transition. He continued to inflamed tensions to the country.

He vows to carry forth chaos long after he is out of office. The results are there in this impeachment.

Again, impeachment is an indictment not a conviction. Once he is impeached, the Senate will immediately take up trial and will vote on conviction.

Again, the president is innocent until proven guilty in the trial.

Pence Won't Invoke The 25th Amendment!

Pence will not commit to removing Trump.

We are covering the chaos at the U.S. Capitol where Trump supporters have breached the steps of the federal building. We got word that many of these rioters have stolen property from the offices of lawmakers. Six people were killed.

Vice President Mike Pence under pressure yet again. He felt the sting of his boss's supporters.

Last Weenesday's events opened a wound. It exposed the a lapse in the safety of our elected leaders. It showed how the police stand down when it comes to white people committing acts of unrest. Last summer, peaceful protesters associated with Black Lives Matter were met with tear gas and violent encounters for the president's infamous photo-op. White people riot too. But the far-right wants you to fear the unrest in the wake of a dirty cop killing an unarmed person of color. The far-right wants you to fear Antifa. The riots in Portland are covered by a far-right agitator named Andy Ngo and allegedly pays far right operatives to cause havoc in a way to setup Antifa.

You were never safe in Donald J. Trump's America.

Trust me, the Alabama Crimson Tide win over the Ohio State Buckeyes led to riots in Tuscaloosa. No one seems to be obsessed with rioting after sport victories and losses.

Democrats and one Republican in the House passed a resolution to demand Pence invoke the 25th Amendment to strip the president of his power. The Amendment states that if a president is incapable of performing the responsibility, the vice president and the cabinet could discuss actions to temporarily or permanently remove the commander-in-chief from his duties.

Pence confirms that he won't remove Trump.

He did confirm he will attend President Joe Biden's inauguration.

Now the House will proceed with the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

The Article of Impeachment will be instigating an insurrection.

Democrats in the House of Representatives have introduced a single article of impeachment against President Trump, charging him with "incitement of insurrection" over Wednesday's violence at the U.S. Capitol.

Trump's final trips includes a visit to the infamous border wall Mexico never paid for.

"Donald John Trump engaged in high Crimes and Misdemeanors by inciting violence against the Government of the United States," the resolution argues, citing his false claims of election fraud in the months leading up to the riot — which he repeated on Jan. 6 — and a phone call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger where Trump urged him to "find" votes to overturn the results there.

Resolved, the Donald John Trump, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following article of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:

Article of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Donald John Trump, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

ARTICLE 1: INCITEMENT OF INSURRECTION

The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives "shall have the sole Power of Impeachment" and that the President "shall be removed from Office on Impeachment, for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." Further, section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits any person who has "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against" the United States from "hold[ing] and office ... under the United States.' In his conduct while President of the United States — and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, provide, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed — Donald John Trump engaged in high Crimes and Misdemeanors by inciting violence against the Government of the United States, in that:

On January 6, 2021, pursuant to the 12th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Vice President of the United States, the House of Representatives, and the Senate met at the United States Capitol for a Joint Session of Congress to count the votes of the Electoral College. In the months preceding the Joint Session, President Trump repeatedly issued false statements asserting that the Presidential election results were the product of widespread fraud and should not be accepted by the American people or certified by State or Federal officials. Shortly before the Joint Session commenced, President Trump, addressed a crowd at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C. There, he reiterated false claims that "we won this election, and we won it by a landslide." He also willfully made statements that, in context, encouraged — and foreseeably resulted in — lawless action at the Capitol, such as: "if you don't fight like hell you're not going to have a country anymore." Thus incited by President Trump, members of the crowd he had addressed, in an attempt to, among other objectives, interfere with the Joint Session's solemn constitutional duty to certify the results of the 2020 Presidential election, unlawfully breached and vandalized the Capitol, injured and killed law enforcement personnel, menaced Members of Congress, the Vice President, and Congressional personnel, and engaged in other violent, deadly, destructive and seditious acts.

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) supports impeaching Trump.

President Trump's conduct on January 6, 2021, followed his prior efforts to subvert and obstruct the certification of the results of the 2020 Presidential election. Those prior efforts included a phone call on January 2, 2021, during which President Trump urged the secretary of state of Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, to "find" enough votes to overturn the Georgia Presidential election results and threatened Secretary Raffensperger if he failed to do so.

In all this, President Trump gravely endangered the security of the United States and its institutions of Government. He threatened the integrity of the democratic system, interfered with the peaceful transition of power, and imperiled a coequal branch of Government. He thereby betrayed his trust as President, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore, Donald John Trump, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to national security, democracy, and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. Donald John Trump thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) stated he supported the resolution and will join the Democrats in impeachment of the president.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) is supporting the impeachment of Donald J. Trump.

What is surprising is the top Republican, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY). She along with Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) and Rep. John Katko (R-NY) will vote to impeach the president. There could be 20 Republicans in favor of impeaching a Republican president.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will have no choice but to hold a trial. They will fast track the charge and the preisdent's legal team will have an opportunity to defend his actions.

If found guilty, Trump will be removed from office and will be barred from running for federal office again.

Trump will the first one term president to be impeached twice.

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) had supported the removal of Trump in 2020. He is likely to support it again. There could be Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE), Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) on board with removal. Outgoing senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler have not signalled their on board with removal.

Because of this insurrection, the president has now gotten his supporters in a lot of trouble. They could face 12 to 20 years in federal time out.

On top of that, they could be exposed to the coronavirus.

They will have to pay for the damages which could total into the millions.

They will lose their jobs.

They will have their reputations ruined.

They will be banned on social media.

They will be placed on a No Fly List.

They could face banned entry into Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, Bermuda, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Argentina, Egypt and the Bahamas.

The could face murder charges for the death of U.S. Capitol cops Brian Sicknick and Howard Liebengood as well as those the four other mobsters who died.

President Donald J. Trump is innocent until proven guilty in the impeachment trial.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Pramila Jayapal, Brad Schneider And Bonnie Watson Coleman: We Got The Coronavirus!

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and two other lawmakers got the coronavirus.

BLACK LIVES MATTER

PROTECT BLACK WOMEN!

YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID!

We are covering the chaos at the U.S. Capitol where Trump supporters have breached the steps of the federal building. We got word that many of these rioters have stolen property from the offices of lawmakers. Six people were killed. The graphic image of a woman being rolled out to an ambulance was the result of the federal agents shooting her after they gave warning to not proceed toward a protected barrier.

It is reported that many companies are holding their wallets when it comes to donating to Republicans. In the wake of the chaos at the U.S. Capitol, many companies are going to start distancing themselves from the rhetoric of the president, conservative agitators and Republican Party leaders. If we can put more pressure on toning down the inflammatory rhetoric of some, we may be able to save our country from the brink of destruction.

The iconic image of Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) and her fellow lawmakers taking cover in the wake of the U.S. Capitol chaos will forever be in American history.

Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) tries to give masks to Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA). They refuse to wear them.

Last Wednesday, Congress was in the process of certifying Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the President of the United States and Vice President of the United States. All of that was interrupted when the mob of far-right extremists came crashing into the U.S. Capitol.

Inspired by President Donald J. Trump and a handful of far-right Republicans and agitators, many Americans risked their reputations, their jobs, their freedom and their lives for Trump.

The incident not only opened racial wounds but exposed a safety lapse and exposed corruption within law enforcement. Apparently dozens of U.S. Capitol Police officers are in the federal watch. Two were immediately placed in the freezer. One wore a Make America Great hat while coddling the mob. The other one took a selfie with the mob. There was one who was arrested. One placed in the freezer after shooting a female mobster. One is a hero. He diverted the mob from the Senate chambers. One cop committed suicide. He may have been in the federal watch. One cop will be honored by Congress for his bravery and death. Brian Sicknick took a fire extinguisher to the head. He suffered a massive stroke and died. The feds are looking for three men involved in the fatal assault. These individuals will not be named by me.

Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ) is a cancer survivor and knows this could kill her.

All I will say isthe suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Now  the results of this nightmare will be a handful of lawmakers catching COVID-19.

Jayapal, Rep. Brad Schneider (D-IL) and Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ) have confirmed they tested positive for the coronavirus. Apparently, Rep. Jake LaTurner (R-KS) was the lawmaker who was spreading the coronavirus. He refused to wear a mask and may have infected many others.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) and Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) have refused to wear masks. They were all in the room with Jayapal and Watson Coleman. Now the House physician had urged all lawmakers to be tested for the coronavirus.

Now these three lawmakers who did everything in their power to prevent themselves from catching the coronavirus are now infected. These six dumbass Republicans now have to be in quarantine thanks to their reckless and dangerous behavior.

Jayapal takes cover.

Taylor Greene released a statement to CNN saying that she isn't infected.

"Congresswoman Taylor Greene is a healthy adult who tested negative for COVID at the White House just this week. She does not believe healthy Americans should be forced to muzzle themselves with a mask. America needs to reopen and get back to normal.

LaTurner and Taylor Greene are freshman Republican lawmakers.

Rep. Brad Schneider (D-IL) supports House Democrats resolution to impose hefty fines for Capitol Hill staff and lawmakers who refuse to wear masks in the pandemic. He tested positive for the coronavirus.

Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) was praying to those brave men and women who worked for the U.S. Capitol Police to protect them and her fellow lawmakers. The Delaware lawmaker offered them facial masks and these assholes refused to wear them.

The calls for accountability are growing louder. Republicans are now facing a "Come To Jesus" moment after Trump instigated an insurrection upon democracy. Now he is facing another impeachment thanks to this.

Companies are finally coming to grips with the Republican Party. The Republicans could see a drought in financial support. Many companies are severing ties with the party thanks to Trump's antics. They are now going to realize that the Republican Party is the party of extremists. This insurrection should be a wake up call to Americans that holding the president, far-right agitators and politicians accountable for violent and racist rhetoric should merit consequences.

Republican senators Ted Cruz of Texas and Josh Hawley of Missouri are facing calls to resign after supported the insurrection. Freshman Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) is also facing calls to resign after she intentionally tweeted the location of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) whereabouts.

Jayapal is a part of the progressive wing of the Democratic Party. She supported Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in his failed quest to the be the Democratic nominee. Watson Coleman is a cancer survivor fears that it could kill her. Schneider said that he informed his wife and children about it and they are upset that his fellow colleagues are so careless when this pandemic is an ongoing issue.

As we speak, top leadership is going to crack down on insubordination.

White privilege.

House Democrats introduced legislation Tuesday that would levy a $1,000 fine on any member of Congress who doesn’t wear a face mask in the U.S. Capitol building

Under Democrats’ proposed legislation, there would be a fine of $1,000 per day for any member of Congress who doesn’t wear a mask while on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol.

The bill was introduced by Reps. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) and Anthony Brown (D-MD) and has 15 additional co-sponsors.

The amended House rule would remain in place for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, until the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention declares it safe to be in public without a mask.

In addition to imposing fines, Jayapal and Schneider have both called on the House to go even further and authorize the House’s Sergeant at Arms to remove any member of Congress who doesn’t wear a mask from the House floor.

Over 400,000 Americans have died from the coronavirus. The daily infection rate is 150,000 a day. We have nearly 40 million people infected by the disease. There are 5,800 deaths a day in the United States.

Trump, Republicans and conservative agitators are so fixated on social media banning them. They are more concerned about petty ass shit like Apple, Facebook and Twitter.

Not concerned about you burying a family member who died from the coronavirus. Not concerned about you losing your job or home. Not concerned about your health or the rule of law.

Pathetic aren't they?
