Getting Sick Off Your Own Advice!

Trump supporting agitator might have COVID-19.
We have over 100,000 Americans killed from the coronavirus. The actual total is 89,000 but the U.S. government doesn't have the actual numbers. Donald J. Trump doesn't even believe that so many Americans died from COVID-19.

He wants America to reopen despite the pandemic. He doesn't have a timeline on confirmed vaccines and treatments. But he wants folks to work and enjoy large gatherings.

So therefore, "What do you have to lose?"

A California woman was kicked out of a Trader Joe's store. She filmed the entire encounter on social media. The store manager told her to wear a mask before entering the store. They even provided her with mask to wear while shopping.

Genevieve Peters recorded herself last week inside the Los Angeles store. The video was deleted by her due to the trolling and death threats. But someone managed to put it back on.

She said that she had to use her shirt as a face mask, but relented and borrowed a friend's mask.

The guard refused to open the door until she put a mask over her face. She complained to the manager saying that she had her rights violated.

The situation got elevated. The manager called 9-1-1 on Peters because she was causing a scene and not wearing a mask.

The Trader Joe's "strongly encourage" customers to wear face mask. They were going with the Los Angeles City and County's rules. They were making a mandatory requirement for the safety of service workers and first responders.

"I don't want to breath my own CO2. There's many researchers. They're bogus rules... It's ridiculous"

She then responded with the remarks, "I'm not endangering you because I'm a healthy person."

"There's so much research that says we actually are in danger of having this maks, of breathing my own CO2. Do you understand that?"

Well only a few days later, Peters posted on social media that she has a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes.

Those are symptoms of the coronavirus.
The graveyard is a resting place for the deceased.
She joins a laundry list of Americans who believe COVID-19 is a hoax. Thanks to Donald J. Trump, Fox News and social media, we're seeing a rise in the coronavirus and it's affecting thousands of Americans a day.

If we don't get a hold of this, we could see 1 million die from this by the end of the year.

Trump has once again proved to the world that his leadership could destroy the world. He failed to act on the possibility of COVID-19 making it to the United States. It had appeared in the states around January and Trump was warned of the danger back in December. His daily briefings came in January, February and March before he declared a national emergency. By that time, he did campaign rallies, complained about Senate trial on his impeachment, criticized the Democratic candidates running for the nomination, golf, spent nights at Mar a Largo and of course, call the coronavirus a "hoax."

With over 40 million Americans out of the workforce, 2.5 million confirmed case of COVID-19 and the uncertainty of the economy, Trump is gambling on hoping Joe Biden slips and falls.

Here's the map.

Here's things to remember about the coronavirus.

1. Wash your hands frequently
2. Do not touch your face (mouth, nose and eyes)
3. Cough into your elbow instead of your hands.
4. Keep a safe distance (at least 6 to 10 feet) from individuals.
5. If you're sick, please stay home.
6. There is no treatment or cure for the COVID-19.
7. Follow state and federal laws regarding this.
8. Do not hoard items like toilet paper, bread, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc.
9. Use social media like Facebook Messenger, Google Duo, Skype or social media to connect.
10. COVID-19 can live on surfaces for more than 72 hours. Including steel, plastic and cardboard.
11. A pandemic has no timeline.
12. COVID-19 doesn't care about borders.
13. If you deliberately infect other individuals, food and first responders, you will be charged with crime.
14. If you have signs of bluish lips or face, inability to wake or stay awake, new confusion, persistent pain in the chest, trouble breathing or blood in cough, call 9-1-1.
15. Not all symptoms of COVID-19 are confirmed or denied. New issues keep showing up.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.
Only in America a person will risk everyone's life just to own the libs.
Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19.

Healthy people can die from this.

If you need more information, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at cdc.gov.

Simple question. Do you believe conservatives are stupid when it comes to understand coronavirus being a deadly disease? (Expect a stupid troll to respond to the poll).

GraduateTogether!

Graduate Together.
LeBron James and former president Barack Obama teamed up to release a two-hour special to thank the millions of students who lost their opportunities to have a proper graduation from preschool, high school and colleges.

The Los Angeles Lakers guard feels the pain of the millions of students. The NBA was cancelled in March after the coronavirus infected a handful of players and the season was abruptly halted.

Obama rarely criticizes his successor but recent events forced the former president to go after him for the handling of this pandemic. Obama offered three pieces of advice to the class of 2020.

Here's his advice for the new graduates:

Don't be afraid
Do what you think is right
Build a community

One of the most influential tweets was one word. He told Americans to vote.

Tonight's Graduate Together will be on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, The CW, Fox and participating cable networks.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic many graduating classes will lose out their opportunity to say their last goodbyes to their friends and teachers.

James managed to get a lot of celebrities together to cheer the Class of 2020.
Barack Obama and LeBron James thanks the Class of 2020.
Comedian Kevin Hart; singers Pharrell Williams, the Jonas Brothers, Bad Bunny and Alicia Keys, and actresses Olivia Wilde and Zendaya.

The passage to adulthood will forever change now that the coronavirus has shaken up the status quo.

For the foreseeable future, students will no longer have large gatherings. This coronavirus has killed over 100,000 Americans and displaced 40 million out of jobs. Donald J. Trump wants to reopen the government without any proper safety measures. He is rooting on folks to risk their lives for "freedom."

Barack Obama took the H1N1 and Ebola threats seriously. He left Trump a pandemic playbook.

Trump ignored the advice of Obama and called the coronavirus a hoax. He and his far-white allies consider the coronavirus similar to the flu and believe that Democrats and progressives are hyping up the death count to hurt Trump's reelection chances.

Trump had said that Americans should be injecting disinfectants and bleach into your body. That was roundly criticized and Trump backed down by saying he was joking. Even his press secretary Kayleigh McEnany tried to justify the incompetence by trouting out binders claiming that Trump was way ahead of the pandemic.

With this many people dead and so much uncertainty, I wonder if she was lying when she said she promised not to lie.

Famed comedian Fred Willard passed away.
You favorite fatherly funnyman who played roles in This Is Spinal Tap, Anchorman, Modern Family as Phil Dunphy's father Frank and other notable acts passed away.

Fred Willard, you were a funny man with a natural talent. You will be sorely missed.

Twitter Tossed Joey Salads!

Twitter bans far-white Proud Boy, Joey Salads.
The far-white agitator who tried a run at politics lost his platform to spread his hate. Another Proud Boy finds himself out of platforms to spread his gospel of bullshit.

Joey Saladino is a controversial YouTube agitator. He was notoriously known for staging a "experiment" with Black folks and a vehicle with Trump stickers. He also was notoriously known for urinated into his mouth.

The incident was staged and gave a perception that Black people would attack supporters of Donald J. Trump. That helped him become a figure in the alt-white movement.

During his five years of agitting, he lost his monetizing from YouTube. He felt that YouTube was harassing him because he's a conservative.

In 2019, he considered running for Congress.

He wanted to challenge Rep. Max Rose (D-NY). He was hoping to bring his pranks to Congress.
How can people listen to my podcast? I need my Twitter to promote this.
Saladino wanted to make noise through his social media. Well this week, his noise is silent.

Twitter had pulled the plug on his social media account. They permanently banned him from the platform.

A spokesman for Twitter told the junk food media that the agitator was kicked off after "repeated violations of our platform manipulation and spam policy." Twitter didn't respond to any other comments besides that.

Saladino was not happy about it. He complained that he can't help expose progressives and make a living now that Twitter pulled the plug on his profile.

Twitter has dropped other controversial acts.

Alex Jones, Paul Nehlen, Laura Loomer, Roger Stone, Romeo Rose, Anthime "Baked Alaska" Gionet, Jared Taylor, Sabo, Mike Enoch, Gavin McInnes, Meghan Murphy, Jacob Wohl, David Horowitz, Ed and Brian Krassenstein, Owen Benjamin, Anthony Cumia, Martin Shkreli, Tila Tequila, Azealia Banks, Milo Yiannopoulos, Robert Stacy McCain, George Zimmerman and Chuck Johnson were notable.

Candace Owens is one strike away from being permanently banned from Twitter.

Twitter has come down hard on misinformation about COVID-19 and vote disinformation. Saladino was known for pushing conspiracy theories about the coronavirus and trying to encourage voter fraud.

Cry me a river.

This asshole is doing a phony prank to encourage the notion that Black men are violent.

JCPenney Down For The Count!

JcPenney is close to the graveyard.
It's confirmed that J.C. Penney has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to starve off liquidation of the 115 year old company. The company has announced its going to close 200 stores.

It is also facing heat for the fact that company CEOs managed to take a big payout before they made the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy.

JCPenney CEO, Jill Soltau said that, "The American industry has experienced a profoundly different new reality, requiring JCPenney to make difficult decisions in running our business."

The department store has struggled for years but this Friday, JCPenney joins J. Crew and Neiman Marcus in the retail apocalypse

The retail has made the plans to close stores in the United States and Puerto Rico.

I know the Dayton Mall, Eastgate Mall, Fields-Ertel Road, Hamilton Bridgewater Falls, Miami Valley Mall and the Stone Creek Plaza will face closure.

"Until this pandemic struck, we had made significant progress rebuilding our company under our Plan for Renewal strategy — and our efforts had already begun to pay off," Soltau said.

"Implementing this financial restructuring plan through a court-supervised process is the best path to ensure that J.C. Penney will build on its over 100-year history to serve our customers for decades to come."

It operates 850 stores and it has nearly 90,000 workers. It said that it received $900 million in financing to help it operate during the restructuring.

"This is a long, sad story," said Ken Perkins, president of Retail Metrics, a retail research firm.

"Penney offers no reason to shop there compared to its competitors, whether it's Macy’s or T.J. Maxx or Walmart. How are they going to survive?"

Like many department stores, Penney is struggling to remain relevant in an era when Americans are buying more online or from discounters. Sears has now been reduced to a couple hundred stores after being bought by hedge fund billionaire and its former chairman Eddie Lampert in bankruptcy in early 2019. Barneys New York closed its doors earlier this year and Bon-Ton Stores went out of business in 2018.

The pandemic has just put department stores further in peril as they see their sales evaporate with extended closures. Even as retailers like Penney start to reopen in states like Texas and Florida that have relaxed their lock downs, they’re also facing Herculean challenges in making shoppers feel comfortable to be in public spaces.

Kelly Loeffler Under Federal Watch!

Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) is facing heat.
The Georgia lawmaker is under federal investigation.

The feds raided the homes of Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and her husband Jeff Sprecher. The two had their computers, phones and stock portfolios seized.

She and Sprecher had sold stock valued up to $3.1 million in the weeks before the pandemic. They have invested in companies that had their values drop significantly as markets plunged.

The couple made purchases that valued between $450,000 and $1 million in shares. They had investments in a teleconferencing company whose stock has soared since businesses have moved to working from home models nationwide amid the lockdown.

Sprecher is the CEO of the New York Stock Exchange. Loeffler is the co-owner of the WNBA's Atlanta Dream. Four other senators are also fingered in a scandal that could face ramifications.

Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) are facing scrutiny for selling off stock before Donald J. Trump declared the coronavirus a pandemic.

Burr stepped down from the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee.

Loeffler was appointed by Brian Kemp in 2020 to replace Johnny Isakson. Loeffler, a moderate Republican is facing a challenge from a pro-Trump lawmaker. Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) is hoping to defeat her in the primary.

Whoever emerges from the primary will be on the ballot. Sen. David Purdue (R-GA) is also tangled in this mess as well but he hasn't sold his stock or had any implications of wrongdoing. He is on ballot as well.

Trump has went after Republicans in the past. He already shunned Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT). He no longer allows Romney to attend White House dinners and Republican strategy meetings.
It's better staying silent.
Joe Scarborough a former Florida lawmaker turned MSNBC conservative agitator has said that Trump is targeting Republicans who aren't loyal. He believes that Burr and Loeffler are not willing to engage in his campaign to make Barack Obama the 2020 strategy.

Burr concluded that Russia meddled in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. That infuriated Trump.

Many Republicans have rallied around Trump despite 100,000 Americans dying from the coronavirus and 40 million American out of jobs. So if you do the math, Republicans don't believe the numbers nor they believe the coronavirus is killing Americans.

All they want to get the haircuts, their stock portfolios, their firearms, their tans and their all-you-can-eat buffets.

Republicans see that social distancing is an attempt by liberal hacks to keep Donald J. Trump from winning reelection.

Georgia deserves better. But they're never gonna get rid of David Purdue or Kelly Loeffler. They millionaires and could care less that folks are dying or losing their jobs thanks to the coronavirus.

Doug Collins is a racist. That is all! White bigots would support that lugnut over Loeffler. Anyone who's tied to Trump or Sean "Softball" Hannity are considered white extremists in my opinion.

Mitch McConnell: Obama Should Have Kept His Mouth Shut!

Crotchless McConnell claims Obama couldn't handle a crisis. After five days of pushing that talking point, he admits he misspoke.
They are throwing everything at presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden. From Tara Reade to Obamagate, the Republicans and far-white are trying to discourage Americans from voting or supporting Biden.

The Obama Administration left a playbook for Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence. That playbook was dealing with deadly pandemics. It's confirmed that Trump didn't take the advice of Obama and went at it alone. Now we're in the month of May and we have 100,000 Americans killed from the coronavirus.

We have over 40 million Americans off the labor force.
On Trump TV with Laura Trump, McConnell said Obama need to shut his mouth.
We in the midst of a global recession and possible depression. The European Union, African Union and Asian-Pacific Alliances are having doubts about American leadership.

And of course, conspiracy theories continue to be around during this pandemic.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) went to a pro-Trump podcast last week to denounce Barack Obama and said he "should have kept his mouth shut."

McConnell was reacting to a leaked audio of Obama speaking out against Trump's handling of the pandemic. The former president called this an "absolute chaotic disaster."

In the podcast with Lara Trump, McConnell is discussing Trump's handling of the pandemic. McConnell believes that he's handling appropriately and said that passing more stimulus for needy Americans isn't happening anytime soon.

Well it took a few days of being spread across the spectrum before McConnell admitted that he "misspoked" about the former president.

On Fox News, McConnell was interviewed by Brett Baier and finally admitted to the agitator that he deliberately mislead viewers about Obama's pandemic playbook.

"I was wrong," said McConnell. "They did leave behind a plan. So, I clearly made a mistake in that regard."

The mistake has legs. The far-white and his constituents in Kentucky already see Obama as the person responsible for the coronavirus. Trump is practically blaming Obama for the mess he's created.

The House of Representatives are signalling they're going to pass a stimulus package this afternoon.

McConnell said that the bill will not pass in the Senate. Trump said that he might veto the stimulus.

Obama largely refrained from speaking out against Trump. This recent reaction from Obama shows that he's really getting frustrated with his name being dragged around.

Obama said that Trump and his allies have resorted to tribalism. He said that it's more about "what's in it for me, and to heck with everyone else."

That's what the Majority Leader of the Senate is. This is how Republicans think.
Republicans can't stand Obama when he did wrong. They can't stand him when he does right.
It always seems like Democrats have to fix the economy every time a Republican destroys it. Then Republicans always want to take the credit for it.

What's sad is that white people (non-educated and non-Hispanic) are supporting Trump over Biden by 15 points. They are the ones who believe the coronavirus is affecting big cities and Democratic leaning states. They believe Black men deserve to be shot by police regardless of actions. They are not concerned about how the virus can impact their health. They only care about haircuts, buying firearms and eating at buffets.

During an interview with XXL, Future shared the album title Life is Good. But he did a last minute change to the album title.

"This album right here defines me at a creative level. Going to the next level where you just going to the next level and always going outside the box, but still remaining true to my core fans and my core audience. It's me trying new things. I want to remain true to self, but also true to my fans and just giving them a good project, a great project to be able to listen to, but also for different artists to be able to feed off of, create off of, come up with different ideas and just being at the forefront of just making a solid album, a solid, complete album. It's just very important to me."

On May 12, 2020, Future changed the title High Off Life.

Future also teased his fans with hints to his project.

Lonzo Ball a member of the Hive leaked out the title change and the tracklist before Epic Records officially released it. Nonetheless, the album is out and it's expected to be Future's fifth No. 1 album on Billboard's 200.

Future is not letting COVID19 slow his momentum. The entertainer is working diligently to keep the music fresh.

Astronaut Status, Future Hendrix.

Look I'm Trying To Haul Appliances Here! Why Are You Bothering Me?

Oklahoma City delivery driver blocked from entry.
A Black delivery driver was held against his will by some white asshole. Another white person called the law on a Black person doing their job or minding their business.

"Neighborhood Johnny."

Travis J. Miller, Sr. lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Never in his day he's seen this type of shit happen while he doing his job. I mean he thought this was a joke. Apparently the homeowner's association president didn't want him to deliver to this gated community.

Miller works as a delivery person for a furniture and appliance store in the city. He went into an upscale community. The community of Ashford Hill in Edmond is a gated community.

Miller got the camera out as soon as the guy ran up on his truck.

"I'm trying to leave and I got 'super neighbor' over her blocking me in," Miller said in the video.

Miller shows that his truck was being obstructed by a sedan.

The white guy and another man were deliberately blocking his exit.

"This is what I'm dealing with right now," Miller says in the video.

He pans to the man who guy who is on the phone apparently calling the Edmond Police. The white guy identifies himself in the video but I won't share it. Click on the link to his social media page. He semi-deleted his profile.

White guy angry over delivery driver in his gated community
Miller, calls the guy out. "Napoleon, move out the way."

When Stewart tells the guy his name, the guy replies: "I don't care what your name is. Get out the way."

The asshole claims he's the president of the homeowner's association. The asshole demanded how Miller got into the gated community.

"I don't have to tell yo shit," said Miller.

After a brief interaction another man comes into the picture. He and the asshole are debating over how to handle the situation with law enforcement.

The asshole demanded who he was delivering to. Miller refused to give that information.

About 20 minutes later the asshole would move his vehicle.

"They must have contacted the customer because the customer came around and he move out the way," said Miller.

Miller is seen on video with tears in his eyes.
Another man comes into the picture and they're debating over calling the law on the delivery driver.
"He said that he called the cops back and let them know that everything was clear but I didn't want to leave and have it seem like I was fleeing the scene or anything like that," he said. I just know that emotionally, it was hard to maintain restraint, especially when I'm dealing with death in the family, two family members within two days of each other."

He was addressing family members dying of COVID-19.

"I just did the best I could to not make a bad situation worse."

The asshole owns a oil and gas company based out of Oklahoma City.

Guess what America, it never stops folks!

It never stops.

Young Buck: I Rather Be Broke And Not Owe 50!

Being broke isn't a joke. Young Buck cashed out.
The former member of The Unit is out of the iron college and telling the world, he's broke. He said that he's happy that he's broke. That means he cannot pay any creditors or obligations. That means he doesn't owe Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson anything.

Released because of COVID-19, Young Buck (born David Darnell Brown) is now in-house. He told rapper/podcaster DJ Paul (born Paul Beauregard) about his latest developments.

Buck had posted on social media he's feeling an "Emancipation" He said he no longer obligated to deal with 50 Cent or his label G-Unit Records, Inc.

Buck wasted no time going after 50 Cent. The two had a huge fallout after the rapper was embarrassed by a transgender woman he was dating briefly. The transgender woman, Glamour Perfekk had recorded the conversation of Buck crying and pleading to her not to share intimate details about their relationship. He even bribed her to deny he dated her.

50 Cent is a notorious trans-phobic entertainer. He was seriously dogging on Buck for having the "audacity" to be with a transgender woman.

Since then, Buck had tried to release mixtapes but was denied because he was obligated to fulfill his contract with G-Unit Records and anything he puts out is required clearance.

Buck shared the fallout with 50 on DJ Paul's podcast.

"I went [into jail] and got my mind right, so I was able to walk out that muthafucka not just free from the bullshit but free from not being able to work, Buck said. "Now I can get to work, you get what I'm saying? That's all I ever wanted to do in regards to whatever, dealing with the [G-Unit situation] and shit with [50 Cent] over there. I know I don't owe Nigga but even me at a point in time, Paul, I got to place where I was like, you know what, I just want to work. Fuck it, I'll pay him."
Buck Shotz charts a new course now that he's done with The Unit.
He said that 50 offered him at least $150,000 to pay off his debts, but 50 wanted interest.

"He come back in and $50,000 known and say you want me to sign over my whole catalog?" He continued. "I own all my shit. And I'm the only nigga that ever recouped in G-Unit history. I don't owe Interscope or G-Unit a quarter."

According to AllHipHop and Complex, Buck filed for bankruptcy, possibly to evade the debt to 50 Cent and G-Unit Records.

But he told Paul that wasn't necessarily the case.
50 Cent continues to troll Young Buck. Besides owing him money, Buck was mocked for hiding his transgender girlfriend.
"When I was in jail I put my pride to the side fuck that, I done filed bankruptcy before in my career, I'd do it again," he said. "To be honest, I didn't file bankruptcy technically to get out the contract, I filed bankruptcy like, 'Look, if I owe you Nigga, show me where I owe you.' Show me where you claim you gave me $350 or $250,000 or whatever."

"I knew it wouldn't happen because I knew what it was, the fans and people don't. Now, I get a chance to do what I've always been trying to do from the beginning and that's just make good music."

Buck was caught in December 2019 as a "fugitive from justice" due to an outstanding child abandonment warrant.

For the two albums he released under Aftermath/G-Unit and Interscope, Young Buck had Straight Outta Cashville and Buck The World.

Listen to them here.

50 Cent is a very smart businessman. He pretty much boxed The Unit in a corner. Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, The Game, Kidd Kidd, Uncle Murda are not business savvy. They enjoyed the rock star life and felt that didn't owe the world anything. 50 Cent signed to Interscope in 2002 and released Get Rich or Die Tryin'. It sold over 10 million copies. He would release five more albums before departing from Interscope. He signed on as an artist to Eminem's Shady Records and Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment. 50 Cent credits Eminem for helping him build his empire.

Glamour Perfekk trolled Buck last year.
The Game also felt pain. He was forced to turn over his music label to a woman who sued him for sexual abuse. The Game was the first member of the group fired out the cannon. That sparked a decade long feud between 50 Cent and the Compton-based rapper. The rapper would call a truce with 50 in late 2017. The Game has released numerous disses against 50 and pretty much destroyed The Unit and his own reputation as well.

Young Buck would soon leave the label the first time after allegations of drug abuse and outstanding warrants. 50 Cent recorded the conversation between the two where he was crying about the situation. He left the label in 2007. He rejoined the label in 2014 and stayed on until 2020.

Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent's longtime friend left the label in 2017 after he got married. He was one of the founding members of G-Unit. He has released two albums under G-Unit and Interscope. The albums were The Hunger for More and Rotten Apple. The two albums went platinum. He would leave the label with 50 Cent and released his first album post Interscope called H.F.M.2

Tony Yayo was the hype-man for G-Unit. He was arrested for weapons and drug charges and spent three years in the iron college. He was soon released and then had released his only album on G-Unit and Interscope called Thoughts of a Predicate Felon. He has released albums on the independent circuit and still maintains a friendship with 50.

Before I go... I want to be clear, Young Buck should not be ashamed of who he's dating. Transgender women are human too. Fuck the hatred. They deserve the right to finding love, respect, compassion and humble relationship.

Buck and 50's egos are the reasons why their music ain't selling. The gangsta act ain't real. They entertainers. If they want to be killers and the like, be like DaBaby and Gucci Mane.

They killed people and still make music.

Richard Burr Under Federal Watch!

Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) is facing heat.
Longtime Republican senator is under federal investigation.

North Carolina senator Richard Burr is under federal investigation for possible insider trading. The FBI raided his office and confiscated his phone, homes and computers. He just recently announced he's stepping down from the Senate Intelligence Committee. Also he announced he no longer seeking reelection in 2022. Democrats are going to seize on this as well as embattled Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) who is facing a tough challenger.

Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) along with Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) are under fire for allegedly buying and selling stock before Donald J. Trump confirmed the coronavirus was a national emergency. He notoriously had stock in airline companies that were at risk of having financial problems.

The seizure represents a significant escalation in the investigation into whether Burr violated a law preventing members of Congress from trading on insider information they have gleaned fro their official work

Federal agents and prosecutors must persuade a federal judge they have probable cause to believe a crime was committed.

The Los Angeles Times report that a warrant being served to a sitting U.S. Senator would require approval from the highest ranks of the U.S. Justice Department and is a step that would not be taken lightly.
Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) is under fire. She and her husband decided to sell their stock after word got out it was going south.
DOJ's spokeswoman, Kerri Kupec declined to comment on the matter.

A second law enforcement official said FBI agents served a warrant in recent days on Apple to obtain information from Burr's iCloud account and said data obtained from the California-based company as a part of the evidence used to obtained the warrant on the senator's phone.

Burr sold a significant percentage of his stock portfolio in 33 different transactions on February 13th, just as his committee was receiving daily coronavirus briefings and a week before the stock market declined sharply. Much of the stock was invested in businesses that in subsequent weeks were hit hard by the plunging market.

Burr and five other senators were given briefings from U.S. public health officials before the stock sales.

Burr, Loeffler, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) had sold stock before Trump issued the national emergency and then declared the pandemic.

Loffler who joined the U.S. Senate in 2020 is running for reelection. She is facing off against Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA). The Georgia lawmaker who is a staunch ally of Trump was pissed he got passed over for the appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp. He is trolling her for the Burr scandal.

Loffler, the co-owner of the WNBA's Atlanta Dream and a center-right lawmaker. She was appointed to the seat after Johnny Isakson resigned abruptly over health issues.

Loeffler must secure 51% of the vote to secure the nomination. If she gets less than 50.5% of the vote, they will have another special election.

Loffler is 6'1'' and is one of the tallest female's senators.

Burr is on the bubble. If he forced to resigned, Gov. Roy Cooper will appoint a person to fill the seat of the U.S. Senator until there's a special election.
