When New Jersey lawmaker Jeff Van Drew returns back to Washington, DC after the winter recess, the freshman U.S. Representative will join the Republican caucus.
Democratic leaders were informed of the decision and vow to defeat him in the 2020 U.S. Election.
Van Drew, the Fox News Democrat said that he will not support the party's decision to impeach Donald J. Trump.
Van Drew also did it to prevent the Democrats from challenging him in the primary.
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and state Democrats demand Van Drew give back the money they put into his campaign. The New Jersey governor said Van Drew is "willing to enable Donald Trump just to salvage his own election."
"Betraying our values by siding with Trump is the final straw and made it impossible for him to continue being supported by our party, as grassroots activists, local party leaders in his district, and I have made clear in recent weeks. This party switch is cynical and desperate, and I am confident that a Democrat who shares the values and priorities of our Democratic Party will hold this seat."
Van Drew was urged to stay with the party by Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD). The freshman lawmaker was still not willing to get onboard with impeachment.
Also, Trump called him to the White House and urged the lawmaker to "abandon the Democrat Party."

Van Drew appeared on Fox News primetime shows. One in particular is Tucker Carlson Tonight.
Van Drew openly agreed with the avowed white nationalist on Democrats being disorganized.

Van Drew serves the 2nd Congressional District. He lives in the rural parts of New Jersey. The district went to Trump by 8 points. The district is a swing and it's likely to be a competitive race now knowing that Republicans are going to primary Van Drew and Democrats are willing to defeat him if he's the Republican nominee.
This year Rep. Justin Amash (I-MI) left the Republican Party and became an independent. He will likely support the Democrats in the impeachment of Trump.
Comedian Chris Cotton who was known for his work on Comedy Central's Every Damn Day has passed away at the age of 32. The Philadelphia native suffered a blood clot in his lungs that caused his heart to give out.
Comedy Central released a statement on his passing.
"We're devastated by the loss of Chris Cotton -- a hilarious comedian, a beloved member of the Comedy Central family and a joy to be around. He will be missed."
The comedian/writer worked on Comedy Central as well as the movie Diwal'oween.
Cotton also published a book titled, "What My Dad Did: My Theory On Joke Writing," in which he wrote about his father's experience working at inner city schools in South Philadelphia.
He was married to high school sweetheart, Ericalynn Cotton. They wed in May 2011. She was expected to give birth to his first child next year.

Delaware County, Pennsylvania coroner had released a statement.
“I conclude the cause of death was due to pulmonary thromboembolism, right lung complicated by cardiomegaly,” the medical examiner wrote. The term “cardiomegaly” refers to an enlarged heart.
“Significant conditions contributing to death is morbid obesity,” the examiner added.

Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday that would effectively allow the government to interpret Judaism as both a race or nationality and a religion under federal law so that the Education Department can take direct action against what he views as anti-Semitism on college campuses.
Trump, joined by lawmakers and administration officials in addition to New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, said the order "makes clear" that Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 would "apply to institutions that traffic in anti-Semitic hate."
Pointing to past bipartisan efforts to pass similar legislation, Trump said that "they didn't get it done," adding, "This year, there's no roadblock."
The interpretation would allow the Education Department to withhold funding from college or educational programs it believes are discriminating in an anti-Semitic way. The law states that the Education Department can take such action against a program that discriminates based "on the ground of race, color or national origin" — but not on religion.
The latest order comes largely in response to the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against the Israeli government for its treatment of Palestinians. The movement has become prominent on some campuses and resulted in actions that have left some Jewish students feeling targeted.
After wrapping up his address, Trump called upon the evangelical pastor Robert Jeffress to offer some words. Jeffress, who once said Jews were going to hell, said at the White House that Trump is "the most pro-faith president in history" and that God will "bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel."

Jeffress added that Trump is on the "right side of God."
Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, who has provided Trump with favorable legal analysis, spoke next, saying there had been "no more important event in" the six decades he's spent on college campuses "to turn universities away from being bastions of hatred and discrimination than this executive order being signed today."
"It is a game changer," he added. "One of the most important events in the 2,000-year battle against anti-Semitism."
In supporting the order, the Trump administration appeared to be recognizing Jews as having a collective national origin — or, more specifically, extending protections to Jewish students from those who might attack them based on that perception. Amid a fierce debate over the measure's intent on that front, White House senior adviser Jared Kushner, in a New York Times op-ed late Wednesday, said that the order "does not define Jews as a nationality."
A senior administration official told reporters Tuesday that "the Domestic Policy Council began to focus on this issue in the late winter-spring of this year, when we were alarmed, frankly, at a rise in anti-Semitic rhetoric, including, unfortunately, from leading political figures. ... We looked at the data and we saw that there's been a rise in anti-Semitic incidents since 2013, and we began a policy process to figure out, specifically, what we could do on the subject."
The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance defines anti-Semitism as "a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews," though “criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as anti-Semitic."
The definition also includes "denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination," which lists “claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor" among such denials.
Trump's order mirrors bipartisan legislation that stalled out in Congress, though critics have said the change could be used to stifle free speech and opposition to Israel's government.
Some Jewish leaders who said they had been shown a draft version of the order described the language ahead of its final release as not being materially different than that used for similar guidelines issued during previous administrations, such as President Barack Obama’s.
The White House had not released the final text for a full day following the initial announcement. White House officials earlier Wednesday would not confirm the draft language or respond to questions about ways in which the order itself — or the administration’s interpretation or enforcement of that order — might differ from previous actions.
"When news of the impending executive order leaked, many rushed to criticize it without understanding its purpose," Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, wrote in the Times op-ed. "The executive order does not define Jews as a nationality. It merely says that to the extent that Jews are discriminated against for ethnic, racial or national characteristics, they are entitled protection by the anti-discrimination law."

Born in Tuskegee, Alabama is the son of Frances and Hercules Joyner. Tom was a well-educated man who knew the key to an education is hard work. His parents were graduates of historically black colleges. Tom and his brother Albert were graduates of Tuskegee Institute.
Tom was hoping to make it big as a musician and he joined The Commodores. Before they blew up and launched the solo career of celebrity agitator Lionel Richie, they struggled. Tom would leave the group to pursuit a career in radio.

The mass shooting would soon begin during the chase. The two made a track into Jersey City and entered a bogdea that is owned by a Jewish couple. They immediately opened fire on the store clerk and owner of the store. They also aimed at the cops. They injured two cops and a nearby citizen.
The nearby citizen and two grocery store workers were killed in the exchange of gunfire.
The law signaled a 99 and cops from all parts of New York City came to aid in stopping the threats.
The gunfire lasted two hours and thus the two were eventually killed.
The victims identified were Leah Minde Ferencz, 33; Moshe Hirsch Deutsch, 24; Miguel Douglas, 49; and Jersey City Detective Joseph Seals. Also killed before the massacre was Uber/Lyft driver, Michael Rumberger, 34.
The officer was identified as Seals, a husband and father of five who had been with the department since 2006, and Rabbi David Niederman, President of the United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg and North Brooklyn.
Law enforcement sources said Detective Seals may have been interested in the two suspects who ultimately killed him because of a weekend homicide in Bayonne, where a Jersey City man identified as Michael Rumberger was found in the trunk of a Lincoln Town Car on Saturday night.
That crime had not been immediately solved.
Mind you they'll do something about raising ages on cigarette and tobacco usage.
They will make animal cruelty a federal crime.
They never pass a law to stop mass shootings or eliminating the "fear for your life" excuse when cops shoot unarmed people.

The inspector general report didn't deliver the bombshell news that Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Mark Levin and other Fox-like agitators hoped. So they're going to continue to hype up the failures of the lower-level members of the FBI when it comes to Carter Page.

The entertainer was known for groping women and men out of nowhere whenever he gets on a drug or alcohol binge. He was accused of lifting up a 17-year old girl's shirt and exposing her breasts in West Virginia.

The Los Angeles County lockup had placed him in a holding but held him on a few hours because the overcrowding. He was sentenced to 14 days in jail stemming from his 2018 sexual battery case.
Dick, 53, was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor simple battery in the incident, TMZ reported. According to the outlet, a judge ordered the washed up entertainer to complete community service, but he allegedly failed to complete it, which led to the sentencing.
