Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani's buddies were served a federal sandwich.
Rudy Giuliani's clients who had ties to the Ukraine scandal are arrested. The feds arrest two men who were associated to Donald J. Trump's current lawyer. Giuliani, the former New York City mayor and former U.S. prosecutor is currently an attorney acting on behalf of Trump personally.
Lev Parnas and Igor Furman are both being held on hefty "get out free" cards.
They are both born in former Soviet countries and could face automatic deportation if they're not naturalized. They face up to twenty years in federal time out for campaign finance fraud.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
These men resided in Florida and worked for Giuliani to promote a politically charged investigation into Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate running for president. They were arrested on Thursday as they were trying to flee the United States.
Two other men David Correia and Andrey Kukushkin are facing a federal sandwich as well.
These men along with Giuliani and Fox News contributor John Solomon were promoting a kookspiracy theory about the 2016 elections, and also help dig up dirt on Hunter Biden, the former vice president's son and his association with a Ukrainian gas company.
The two men were frequent associates of Republicans. They had dinner with Trump and Donald Trump, Jr. in 2018, and Parnas bragged about dining with the Trumps at the White House last year.
The Southern District of New York had laid the indictment on Thursday. The men are accused of funnelling money from a mysterious Russian billionaire who wanted to keep Trump in the White House in 2020. This is a federal crime. You can't accept money from foreign donors and try to conceal campaign funds for personal use.
Former Texas Republican congressman Pete Sessions is also under the radar. He is considering a run for a district being vacated by a Democrat in order to get back into Washington, DC. He was defeated in the Blue Wave of 2018 by Colin Allred. Sessions wrote a letter calling for the cannon firing of Trump appointed U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovich. She was fired out the cannon in July shortly after the Ukraine call with the new president Volodymyr Zelensky.
Two men with ties to Russian operatives caught in Virginia. They were trying to flee the United States.
Trump is under an impeachment inquiry for allegedly using his office to personally advocate a foreign country to do a political hit job for his 2020 reelection.
Republicans are having trouble trying to defend this.
The House of Representatives under the Democrats is demanding information from Trump and White House officials. They warn Trump that if he keeps delaying or denying them information, they will proceed with Articles of Impeachment.
There was a second whistleblower who detailed in a memo about the call between Trump and Zelensky.
"The official described the call as 'crazy,''frightening' and 'completely lacking in substance related to national security,'" the memo states. "The official asserted that the President used the call to persuade Ukrainian authorities to investigate his political rivals, chiefly former Vice President Biden and his son, Hunter."
The feds noted that the two men were planning on fleeing the United States and avoid extradition.
The two men had dinner with Giuliani before they ended up leaving for the airport.
This is a big freaking deal. That directly puts Giuliani under the federal watch.
A troll decides to get in on the funny Twitter post from a University of Tennessee student who wanted to date a Black man at one of the football games.
Joey Saladino (aka Joey Salads) is a Republican running for the seat occupied by Rep. Max Rose (D-NY). The Republican is a controversial figure. He is a YouTube celebrity who was notorious for filming a video of Black folks smashing a vehicle plastered with Donald J. Trump bumper stickers and banners. The video went viral through The Drudge Report and The Gateway Pundit.
It was later exposed as a hoax. Saladino never apologized for the video and continued to do his "social experiments" to troll progressives and people of color.
Now he wants folks to take him seriously.
This is the guy who allegedly drank someone's piss.
Please.
Anyway, a young woman was attending a University of Tennessee Football game saw a man she was smitten by. So she does a playful tweet asking for anyone to find him. She wanted to go on a date with him.
The tweet was seen by liked by 15,000 folks and it's went on to become a viral challenge.
everyone help me find this man I saw at the football game I want to go on a date with him pic.twitter.com/ajFPrtCrt6
— skenne20 gonna ghost ya (@SarahGraceEmily) October 6, 2019
These type of tweets sparked a movement of folks who want to find that special person.
Some Blacks were critical of the posting, while others thought it was funny.
Salads was complaining about a person making a snide remark about how it's not cool to film people without their consent.
White nationalist Joe Saladino (aka Joey Salads) is running for Congress. He believes if he can be a troll like Trump, he will win his primary and later the general election.
Guess who wrote mainstream dictionaries? white people. Because of that, white ppl fail to take into account nuances. The tepid definition of racism is a loophole that attempts to absolve white ppl without addressing where racism comes from & who are its ONLY instigators. pic.twitter.com/VGcwlHqo74
I am dead serious. This disgusting person could be a lawmaker. Republicans are hoping to capitalize off the polarizing Donald J. Trump as he is facing a possible impeachment. Salads (or Saladino) should be like Laura Loomer, a distant memory.
Folks like Salads and Loomer are struggling for click bait. No one seems to care about them. So in order to get attention, they'll run for government. They want to follow in the footsteps of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) without doing the work that helped her succeed.
As for the man the young woman wanted to date, he posted on social media.
Would you do something cute like this or do videos that mock people of color?
I don't know! I would think doing something to inflame people of color is just immoral and self-loathing. But if you want to win praise from Trump and the far-white, do it.
Black teen got a verbal diarrhea from a white extremist.
Guess the state?
Okay, a white woman was filmed calling a Black teen Barry Henry a NIGGER because he littered.
He dropped a gum wrapper on the ground and it angered the woman. The teen was leaving a FedEx Office store in _____________ with his cousin and grandmother. He threw a gun wrapper on ground in a grassy area.
The woman would confront him and the family. She starts berating the family.
"[You] no count, little NIGGER! All y'all -- no count, fucking NIGGER(S)." she said.
Henry walks away calmly while the woman is still berating him and the person who filmed this.
The video was shared on social media.
It went viral and caught the attention of city leaders.
"If anyone knows this young man I would love to honor him at this week's City Council meeting for his extreme politeness towards this woman who did not deserve it at all. It says a great deal about him and about her," said Steve Kornell , the local commissioner of ____________.
The video outraged many in the _______________ region and it has folks calling for the woman in question to be fired out the cannon at her employer and publicly shamed.
The mother was shocked over this woman's inappropriate behavior.
Teen got a taste of reality when a white extremist verbally abused him.
"I was in shock, I was sad, I was mad, I had every emotion there possibly could be. He told me it hurt him and that he felt, well he said to me, 'I feel traumatized, mom.' I was like, I've never taught my children to look at the color of anyone's skin. Ever. We like people for who they are. We've never had any issues. It was very traumatizing," said Tykeshia Henry-Burch.
"It's definitely a crazy world. I think that woman was already upset about something else and just a reason to act out, like go from zero to ten. People feel bad for my brother. Yes, he was wrong for dropping a gum wrapper on the ground, but it did not warrant her response. He was going to pick it up, my grandmother told him to pick it up, but as soon as the woman started yelling, my grandmother said, 'let's go,'" said Deysha Henry, the boy's sister.
The internet once again invented a cutesy name for a racist. They dubbed this broad, "Pick It Up Peggy." The video now has 1.4 million views and it's gotten national attention.
Security guard did confront the pair and told them to move along.
Which state (or territory) has the most stupidest stories for the media to cover? (Expect the dumbest responses and answers from trolls)
Not only this was an unwarranted rant, this racist made the boy realize that no matter the value, he's still a NIGGER. This was the first time he's ever been called that by a white person.
Sad reality.
Also view the video of a woman in a CVS store going off at two Black women in California. She's jumping around and calling the women NIGGERS. She would end up going outside declaring that she hates NIGGERS and want the world to be rid of them.
New allegations against disgraced agitator Matt Lauer. A woman comes forward with allegations that the former Today show host raped her anally in a hotel room after a drunken encounter.
NBC News fired Lauer out the cannon after Ronan Farrow reported the allegations from numerous women about how he would "groom" interns and sleep with them. They even described his office as a sex dungeon.
Even his former friends Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie have denounced Lauer and offered support to the victim.
The victim was identified. I will only mention the name of the victim only in the title.
She claimed Lauer, who was married at the time, pushed her onto a bed and had anal sex with her despite her telling him she did not want to after a night of drinking in Sochi, during the Winter Olympics. She said that he was wearing his boxers and a white tee.
The victim said that he raped her anally.
Lauer got in and tore her ass up. She laid silently into a pillow while he broke her anal cavity.
Lauer in an asshole fashion wrote a letter denying he raped the woman.
An Open Letter:
Over the past two years people have asked why I have not spoken out to defend myself more vigorously against some of the false and salacious allegations leveled at me. It is a fair question and the answer is deeply personal. Despite my desire to set the record straight and confront the individuals making false allegations, I wanted nothing less than to create more headlines my kids would read and a gathering of photographers at the end of our driveway. So I decided to just stay quiet and work on repairing my relationship with the people I love. It has been the most important full-time job I have ever had.
But my silence has been a mistake.
Today, nearly two years after I was fired by NBC, old stories are being recycled, titillating details are being added, and a dangerous and defamatory new allegation is being made. All are being spread as part of a promotional effort to sell a book. It's outrageous. So, after not speaking out to protect my children, it is now with their full support I say "enough."
In a new book, it is alleged that an extramarital, but consensual, sexual encounter I have previously admitted having, was in fact an assault. It is categorically false, ignores the facts, and defies common sense.
I had an extramarital affair with [ACCUSER] in 2014. It began when she came to my hotel room very late one night in Sochi, Russia. We engaged in a variety of sexual acts. We performed oral sex on each other, we had vaginal sex, and we had anal sex. Each act was mutual and completely consensual.
The story [ACCUSER] tells is filled with false details intended only to create the impression this was an abusive encounter. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was absolutely nothing aggressive about that encounter. [ACCUSER] did not do or say anything to object. She certainly did not cry. She was a fully enthusiastic and willing partner. At no time did she behave in a way that made it appear she was incapable of consent. She seemed to know exactly what she wanted to do. The only concern she expressed was that someone might see her leaving my room. She embraced me at the door as she left.
This encounter, which she now falsely claims was an assault, was the beginning of our affair. It was the first of many sexual encounters between us over the next several months. After we returned to New York, we both communicated by text and by phone. We met for drinks, and she met me at my apartment on multiple occasions to continue our affair. Our meetings were arranged mutually. At no time, during or after her multiple visits to my apartment, did she express in words or actions any discomfort with being there, or with our affair.
She also went out of her way to see me several times in my dressing room at work, and on one of those occasions we had a sexual encounter. It showed terrible judgment on my part, but it was completely mutual and consensual.
[ACCUSER] now says that she was terrified about the control I had over her career and felt pressure to agree to our encounters after Sochi. But at no time during our relationship did [ACCUSER] work for me, the Today Show, or NBC News. She worked for Meredith Vieira (who had not worked for the Today Show in several years) in a completely different part of the network, and I had no role in reviewing [ACCUSER]'s work.
Ronan Farrow hits at NBC and Lauer for hiding accusers.
I admit, I ended the affair poorly. I simply stopped communicating with her. [ACCUSER] continued to reach out. She admitted to NBC at the time she filed her complaint that she called me late at night while I was home with my family in an effort to rekindle the affair. But I attempted to go back to my life and pretend as if nothing had happened. I understand how that must have made her feel. However, being upset or having second thoughts does not give anyone the right to make false accusations years later about an affair in which they fully and willingly participated.
Between February 2014 and November 2017, [ACCUSER] and I saw each other more than a dozen times at professional gatherings, both large and small. Despite the fact that our affair was over, she always went out of her way to greet me warmly and engage in conversation. It was not until I was called in to speak to an NBC attorney on November 28, 2017 that I first learned [ACCUSER] had any complaint. I answered all questions openly and honestly for more than an hour. At that meeting I was never told that [ACCUSER] claimed our encounter in Sochi was non-consensual. Had I been, I would have defended myself immediately.
After [ACCUSER] filed her complaint in late 2017, her attorney publicly insisted she wanted to remain anonymous. He said she just wanted NBC to "do the right thing." But within a year she was reportedly out trying to sell a book. And it appears that she also sought a monetary payment from NBC. Now she is making outrageous and false accusations to help sell a different book and stepping into the spotlight to cause as much damage as she can.
But [ACCUSER]'s story is filled with contradictions. Which [ACCUSER] is to be believed?
She claims our first encounter was an assault, yet she actively participated in arranging future meetings and met me at my apartment on multiple occasions to continue the affair.
Another tearful introduction to accusations about Matt Lauer and NBC.
She says I was the one pursuing the relationship, yet once it was over, she was the one calling me asking to rekindle it.
She says she felt pressure to continue the affair because I had control over her career, but she did not work for me, the Today Show, or NBC News.
She said she wanted to remain anonymous, yet she was reportedly trying to sell a book within year after filing her complaint.
She said she just wanted NBC to "do the right thing," yet she sought a monetary payment, and two years after I was fired, she is stepping forward to do more damage.
There are people who fully understand the actual dynamic that existed between [ACCUSER] and me. They have reluctantly and quietly reached out in the past two years and shared what they know. They have accurately described [ACCUSER] and her role in this affair. I hope those people will understand that these allegations cross a serious line, and what they can share is a vital truth, even if it may seem unpopular.
Because of my infidelity, I have brought more pain and embarrassment to my family than most people can ever begin to understand. They've been through hell. I have asked for their forgiveness, taken responsibility for what I did do wrong, and accepted the consequences. But by not speaking out I also emboldened those who continue to do me harm with false stories.
One such story I should have confronted a long time ago is an example of why I believe my silence was a mistake. Despite numerous erroneous reports in the past, there was not a button in my office that could lock the door from the inside. There was no such locking mechanism. It didn’t exist. NBC confirmed this fact publicly following my termination.
It would have been impossible to confine anyone in my office, for any purpose, and I have never attempted to make anyone feel as if they were confined in my office. I have never assaulted anyone or forced anyone to have sex. Period.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I am a very private person. I had no desire to write this, but I had no choice. The details I have written about here open deep wounds for my family. But they also lead to the truth. For two years, the women with whom I had extramarital relationships have abandoned shared responsibility, and instead, shielded themselves from blame behind false allegations. They have avoided having to look a boyfriend, husband, or a child in the eye and say, "I cheated." They have done enormous damage in the process. And I will no longer provide them the shelter of my silence.
Matt Lauer
Okay, Lauer, you know you've done fucked up right?
How many accusers does this asshole have?
He has numerous accusers and it's nearly impossible for him to defend this.
Ronan Farrow, who wrote a book detailing the controversial practice of "catch and kill." Whenever a major celebrity faces accusations and tabloid scandals, they pay a company to quash the story.
They often use resources to keep embarrassing stories from making it to the public.
Lauer, Donald J. Trump, Bill O'Reilly, Roger Ailes, Jefferey Epstein, Charlie Sheen, Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Charlie Rose, Bill Cosby, Tiger Woods, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone and Rupert Murdoch are accused of sexual abuse. They had were known for doing the "catch and kill" stories.
Yet, Trump, Murdoch, Schwarzenegger, Woods and Stallone survived the accusations of sexual abuse. Something needs to be done!
Farrow's book Catch and Kill is a dramatic account of violence and espionage. He exposes serial abusers and a cabal of powerful interests hell-bent on covering up the truth.
Two are villages. One is a city. One is located northeastern Ohio in Paulding County with a population of 620. The other Oakwood is located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
The city has a population of 3,700.
The Oakwood I am talking about is a suburb of Dayton, Ohio and it has a population of 10,000 residents. It is located in Montgomery County and is only three miles from Dayton's central business district.
The city is under fire for allegedly profiling black motorists. The community's police has been notorious for pulling over more people of color. The Dayton Daily News notes that a community activist group did a study within period to find out how many pullovers involved people of color.
They found that a staggering amount of people who were pulled over for minor infractions were Black men and women. Vehicles that appear "suspicious" to police are often pulled over.
Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE), a non-profit regional law firm that represents low-income individuals and groups in western Ohio. The report recommends the city conduct a fuller analysis and "begin appropriate training to ensure that all people driving in Oakwood are treated fairly and without discrimination."
City officials say they are reviewing the report but said the police department is professional and conducts traffic patrols in order to keep the community safe.
The ABLE report found in Oakwood that year black drivers accounted for 21.9 percent of the traffic stops where a problem with driving or equipment was observed, and 36.8 percent of the stops where a license plate check was run without tickets being written for an observable driving or equipment problem.
To serve and protect.
The total non-white population in Oakwood is less than 7 percent, according to the most recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau, and the black population is less than 1 percent.
"These 'license plate check' stops do not result from bad driving or faulty equipment but from an officer’s decision to run the plate of a passing car," said Ellis Jacobs, senior attorney with ABLE. "In these stops, officer discretion is at its greatest. It is striking that such an outsized percentage of these tickets are given to black drivers."
Oakwood denies that their officers deliberately target people of color. However, they are looking into the matter issued in the report.
The ABLE report found that in Oakwood 26 percent of all people ticketed were black, and blacks received 33 percent of all tickets. (Some drivers received more than one ticket.). In the nearby suburb of Kettering, 20.1 percent of the drivers receiving traffic tickets in 2016 were black and they received 23 percent of all tickets issued that year.
Jack in the Box Had to fire two employees out the cannon after they acted foolish towards customers.
Did you know that more Americans are stressed? Mostly driven by bad customer service, politics and debt. These issues are effecting many including myself. It's frustrating to deal with bad service.
Millions of Americans have experienced bad customer service once in their lives. To be honest, it's common for human beings to make mistakes. After all, we're human. At the end of the day, bad service leads to bad publicity. With bad publicity, comes the cannon firings of employees, managers and regional directors and business closing.
Fast food restaurants are the most stressful jobs to ever work at. Folks that work or being served are a mixture of idiots, bigots and jackasses. Folks who take baths in the wash sink, to customers fighting employees over a disputed order, it's a part of a problematic issue with the middle class.
Why is working at a company for such little pay worth it?
Angry customers were witnessing a Jack in The Box employee deliberately flirting with another customer. The employee was having a long conversation with the customer. The customer was rubbing on her hands and she was careless giggling while customers were waiting for their food orders.
When a person began filming, he immediately called out the employee to do her job.
The employee immediately lashed out at the customer and told him that his service is no longer needed and he can leave the line.
When asked for her name, she deflected and told him to leave before she contacts the authorities.
This video, shared September 15, shows an employee leaning out of the drive-thru window and clasping a customer’s hand as she laughs. As they talk, multiple cars wait in line and some people begin to grow frustrated.
You can find somewhere else to go!
"Yo! What's going on with the food?" a customer is heard asking the woman, who responds by saying "Excuse me? What am I doing? I'm correcting an order. That’s what I’m doing."
After back-and-forth comments, the employee tells the customer she won't take their order and encourages them to "go ahead and leave." The customer repeatedly asks for the employee’s name, and says he wants to report her.
The video was recorded by Instagram user @ruthillea, who said the employee "continued to yell and curse" once she stopped recording. She told Storyful she left the area without getting food to avoid any further confrontation with the worker.
"We just drove off. She eventually gave us her name as we were pulling off," she said.
The would-be customer said the restaurant’s owner apologized and said the "relatively new" employee "would not be working [at the restaurant] much longer." She said she sent the footage to the owner and was offered Jack in the Box coupons, but did not accept them.
So they fired the worker out the cannon. The customers rejected the offer to settle matter. Bad publicity for all involved.
Wow, what a world we live in.
There are three locations in Cincinnati. Two in the city and one in West Chester Township, Ohio.
There are no locations in Dayton.
The last bout of bad publicity was a worker mocking a deaf customer.
Two Latino terrorists massacred four innocent lives in Kansas City, KS.
Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers won't heal the wounded or bring back the dead. It's just meaningless platitudes and I am getting sick and tired of folks posting on social media saying they have their condolences for those killed by gun violence.
Two months ago, there were two mass shootings. One in El Paso and the other in Dayton. The junk food media, Congress and Donald J. Trump all came to a conclusion. There gotta to be something done about gun violence. They vowed to do something about gun violence. Then after a call from Wayne LaPierre, Trump backed down. The House had passed a comprehensive background check in February. It was blocked by the Senate. Dick's Sporting Goods, Walmart, Kroger and Target all decided to ban shoppers from carrying firearms in their facilities. Colt, an American gun manufacturer decided to cease production. And some states are working on passing "water down" laws in regards to obtaining firearms.
Congress is more willing to ban e-cigarettes and flavored vapes. They are more willing to pass regulations on limousine safety. They are more willing to pass regulations on Boeing aircraft.
But I swear, when it comes to firearms and gun reform, Congress is inept.
When is this nonsense gonna stop?
Yet, Republicans are scared to piss off its white nationalist base.
Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Laura Kelly, Sen. Pat Roberts (R-KS), Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS), the four U.S. Representatives and of course the National Rifle Association will do their usual "thoughts and prayers" and "hearts going out nonsense." They will say a few words about it and then go about their normal lives. Those who knew the victims will never get any comfort. They will continue to fall victim to the endless debate over a man-made issue. An issue that could be resolved with legislation that could keep these dangerous firearms out of the hands of the next potential terrorist.
This is not a mental illness issue. This is a gun issue.
Again, when will it stop?
There was a mass shooting in the United States. This time it was in Kansas City, Kansas. The suspects were caught. Who actually takes the blame? (Expect the most dumbest response and answers from trolls)
Two terrorists were caught in the Sunday mass shooting in Kansas City.
The two were fingered as the mass shooters of a Latinx bar in the Kansas City, Kansas.
The law announced they arrested one and are in the process of catching the second one. They will be charged with first degree murder and will likely face the two options: LIFE or DEATH.
Kansas City bar closed after a mass shooting.
The "get out free" cards are $1 million cash.
The two allegedly open fire on Tequila KC. The bar is a private establishment and the two terrorists were refused entry. Four men of Hispanic origin were killed. The police chief Thomas Tomasic told the junk food media that two of the victims were Mexican nationals.
The Mexican government was informed of the deaths.
The victims were Martin Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 58; Francisco Anaya-Garcia, 34; Alfredo Calderon, 29; and Ebar Meza-Aguiree, 29.
The law has determined that the attack wasn't racially motivated.
"We do not believe it was random, we do believe this was an isolated incident," Tomasic said. "We don't feel that these suspects are going to go out and do this again."
Around 40 people were believed to be inside the bar when this attack happened. The two terrorists were armed with handguns and still managed to kill four and injure five.
Now you notice something.
Someone isn't calling these incidents, mental illness. No one is talking about these two being good men and fathers of their children. No one is talking about these two being upstanding citizens or nationals.
Two suspects were easily spotted on camera and quickly caught.
All we hear is that these two are likely immigrants who killed. See the terrorist are people of color.
They are not white men who lived in prominent establishment.
THERE IS NO GOD. GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS. GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.
I am really, really getting tired discussing these senseless mass shootings in the United States.
