Glendale, Arizona has a population of 250,000 residents. It is one of the boom burbs in the Phoenix metro area. The city also has some of the most brutal police officers in the state.

Cops don't have a cape or shield. They wear bulletproof vests. Yet, they have a 60% chance of going home after their shifts. The most dangerous call for a police officer is a domestic violence call. Then comes the routine pull-over. Then the active mass shooter. Then the elements (i.e. tornado, wildfire, and water rescue). Lastly, the wild or domestic animal on the loose is dangerous.

Cops have to be babysitters, therapists, bullies and enforcers. Some cops do their jobs by actively working in communities of color. Those are the good cops. The bad cops often post bullshit on social media, support white nationalist rhetoric, assume all people of color are acting suspiciously and make bogus claims to unlawfully search your car and home. They are the ones who make good cops' job a death sentence.

If the terrorist was Black, Hispanic, Muslim or an immigrant, you would expect Donald J. Trump to tweet something offensive and call for more restrictions.

A dirty cop is off the force and a man is suing the city after a brutal encounter.

Body camera footage shows the cop striking the unarmed motorist in his head.

Counting his blessings, David Dulaney is crying every time he sees that video of him being drugged out his car. He is crying every time that video shows this dirty cop point his Taser in his back shocking him numerous times.

Department officials released the body camera footage of this encounter and it shows Dulaney appearing to be in distress or sleeping. The dirty cop approached him and Dulaney said that he is waiting on a friend.

As the conversation continued, the video shows, Dulaney reaches inside and opens the vehicle door, but the dirty cop said for him to stay inside. The conversation gets muffled.

Then as the dirty cop opens the door, the two struggle after he touches him. The two struggles and then the dirty cop drags him out the car and then strikes the back of Dulaney's head. Then he starts using the Taser and then shocks him numerous times. The shock broke skin.

Dirty cop faces a criminal probe into his previous actions.

Dulaney has a mental disability after a fall off a ladder. He said that encounter makes him recant the moments of his tragic fall. Dulaney told the cop he was not a threat and didn't have a weapon. The cop didn't listen to him.

This incident happened June and finally the public gets the view the police body camera images.

Stressing this is disturbing.

The incident happened during a routine pullover. The Glendale cop known as Joshua Carroll is accused of striking an unarmed suspect. An internal report provided by the Glendale Police Department says that the dirty cop also had five previous disciplinary action against him between 2016 and January of this year before his latest incident.

"Officer Carroll has a pattern of discipline involving poor decision making that escalated to a point that I no longer have confidence in his ability during routine contacts and stressful situations," said a Glendale police commander to the an assistant police chief.

"He has demonstrated an inability to maintain composure and appropriate officer presence, and to respond appropriately to the situations with which he is faced," said the commander in a memo.

"These poor decisions have occurred while he is on and off duty and he has violated multiple policies. These decisions have put our department, other officers and our community at risk."

The cop was eventually offered a buyout of his contract. He was formally fired out the cannon and was removed from the force.

Dulaney is planning on suing the dirty cop and the city for his injuries.

By the way, Dan Bishop, the former North Carolina state representative won the special election on Tuesday and he will be sworn in as a Congressman on Monday. The Republican beat Democrat Dan McCready in a bitterly fought special election. McCready has signaled he will run again.

Ohio Woman Who Killed And Buried Newborn Walks!

Ohio woman who killed her newborn because she didn't want to the duties of being a mom walks.

The nation was talking about the former high school cheerleader who buried her newborn baby in the backyard of her parent's home. The woman who gotten pregnant, hid it from her family, gave birth in secret, suffocated her baby, then burying it in the yard was served.

Brooke "Skylar" Richardson, 20 was found not guilty for murder, manslaughter, child endangerment and abuse of a corpse.

Richardson had been accused of killing and burying her newborn daughter in her backyard in July 2017. Prosecutors alleged she did not want to be an 18-year-old single mom. Richardson's attorneys argued that the baby was stillborn and didn't meet the legal criteria to be considered a child.

Now 20, Richardson pleaded not guilty. On Tuesday, a judge threw out a charge of tampering with evidence, saying that the prosecution did not meet its burden of proof on that charge.

Yes. I believe if this was a woman of color, they would have found her guilty of murder. Many women of color are given negative stories about their lives. White privilege once again. I am tired of a two-tier justice system. One for whites and one for the rest.

No. I believe that the jury made the right decision. The evidence didn't merit to murder charges. Yes, this was a reckless action by the woman but the evidence points to her baby being a stillborn. This is not a race issue. This is a justice issue. I believe that she got a fair trial and deserved the benefit of doubt. She has no criminal history and no ill-intent of doing a thing like this. I am sure that she's "no mother of the year" but the jury felt that she was desperate and had no choice in the matter.

Had this been a Black woman, say Chyna Arnold, she would have been found guilty and given a LIFE in the iron college with no chance at parole. Arnold was found guilty of placing her child in a microwave and given a LIFE without parole in the iron college.

Richardson was only 18 when she was living the all-American dream. She was a standout cheerleader.

Two years ago, this woman was pregnant. She hid it from her parents and her boyfriend. She was impregnated by another man. When she gave birth in her bedroom, she ended up suffocating the baby. She took the baby out to the backyard and tried to burn the corpse. She would then bury the body in the backyard and carry on with her life.

It was her doctor who broke the news to the law.

The Warren County prosecutor made so many mistakes in this case. They pretty much allowed this trial to be a media circus. The junk food media was wall-to-wall on this case.

Yet, this woman managed to escape a lengthy bid in the iron college.

I call this bullshit.

This "Mother of The Year" can live her life under a cloud of scrutiny. She will be blacklisted from jobs and ridiculed by folks online. She will have trouble finding relationships. Scratch that, she will have relationships but the junk food media will make it harder for her to keep them. Given that whomever she settles with will face the scrutiny as well.

Many women of color are often sent to the iron college on things like this. If it wasn't for her beauty, upbringing and white privilege, she would have been charged, convicted and sentenced.

Gregory Cheadle: I've Made A Mistake In Voting For Trump!

"My African American......."were the words spoken by Donald J. Trump towards a Black man who supported his 2016 presidential campaign. Now it's 2019 and Gregory Cheadle is fed up.

Cheadle has decided to leave the Republican Party. He cited the lack of diversity and the rhetoric of Trump as reason to his departure from the party.

The 62-year old real estate broker, who supported the Republican Party's platform when it comes to the economy is now pursuing a "pro-white" agenda. An agenda that makes him very uncomfortable to support.

PBS NewsHour details his life and why the change of heart.

Cheadle claims that he uses "black people" as pawns. He also felt that Trump's disgusting attack on Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) and the city of Baltimore as a reason to why he felt the Republican Party left him.

"President Trump is a rich guy who is mired in white privilege to the extreme," Cheadle said. He was then an independent before he became a Republican in 2001. "Republicans are too sheepish to call him out on anything and they are afraid of losing their positions and losing any power themselves."

The White House and Trump fiercely deny their rhetoric is racist. They often cite that they hired Ben Carson as a prime example of diversity within the administration.

Cheadle isn't buying this.

"They were sidestepping the people of color issue and saying that, 'No it's not racist,'" he said. "They were saying these people were socialists and communist. That's what they were saying. And I thought this is a classic case of whites not seeing racism because they want to put blinders on and make it about something else."

When Cheadle became a part of the Trump train he was just a man in crowd. Trump pointed him out and then his life changed.

"Look at my African American over that. Look at him. Are you the greatest?"

That brought a thunderous applause and gave Cheadle a spot in history as a campaign prop.

Cheadle also said that Trump's picks of judicial nominees aren't inspiring. He finally sees how Republicans treated Barack Obama during his two terms.

"when you look at his appointments for the bench: White, white, white, white, white, white, white, white," Cheadle said. "That to me is really damning to everybody else because no one else gets a chance because he's thinking that the whites are superior, period."

Trump won nearly 10% of the Black vote. A strong showing for a Republican. Many of these coonservatives are either showing out or fading out of existence.

Now running for Congress in California as an independent, Cheadle is hoping to return back to his principles.

He is saying that he's free from the two parties that are puppets of the filthy rich. He claims he's not owned by the corporations. He said that he's not a "good ol' boy" to either party.

He says that Blacks and Latinos should be cautious about their blind support for political parties.

He said that if they don't support your interests, it's time to leave them.

9/11 Survivor's Racist Attack On Ilhan Omar Sparks Backlash!

Haros is the son of a victim of the horrific attacks of 2001. Instead of focusing his political hatred on the Republican president who ignored the warning, he decided to aim at a woman of color. A woman of color who is a Muslim. A woman who felt the pain of many on that horrific day. A day that clearly shows Republicans are weak on terrorism. To this day, we're still focused on the religion of the terrorist instead of the motives.

With assistance of Israel, the United Kingdom and France, the United States have bombed, starved and sanctioned Muslims worldwide. CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties," Omar said.

According to the far-white, Omar is trivializing the events. That is not true.

He also aimed at Tlaib, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) into this pathetic display of partisan bullshit. All the women are of color and vocal critics of Trump.

The people who committed these acts were killed. The mastermind Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan. The folks who committed those acts were not dressed in Muslim attire. They were dressed like normal human beings.

Chris Smith's Girlfriend Passed Away!

Chris Smith loses the mother of his child in a deadly car accident.

Interstate 90 in Cleveland has to be one of the most dangerous stretches of highway in the United States. A deadly accident happened yesterday and it happened to kill the girlfriend of NFL defensive end Chris Smith.

Petara Cordero was a passenger in Smith's vehicle when the Lamorghini he operated blew a tire and crashed into the median. The two would exit the vehicle and stand by the side of the road when a drunk driver struck Cordero and the vehicle.

The woman who was driving the vehicle was not identified as of yet, but she is scheduled for a blood test to determine if she was too intoxicated to drive. The criminal charges will be aggravated homicide by vehicle, driving under the influence, operating while impaired, vehicular homicide, and unsure distance while operating a vehicle. The homicide charge in Ohio is assured 10 to LIFE in the iron college if the suspect is convicted. The driving charges will assure automatic bans for two years to a lifetime ban of operating a vehicle.

American woman killed on Interstate 90 in Ohio was the girlfriend of a NFL player.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Chris Smith plays for the Cleveland Browns. He is a defensive end and a starting member of the team.

Smith and Cordero were allegedly leaving a restaurant when their vehicle blew a tire. The safest thing for the two was to stay inside the vehicle and wait for the Cleveland Police or Ohio State Patrol to come. Cordero was a first time mother and the two just celebrated the birth of their daughter, Haven Smith.

"Words cannot describe the sorry we feel for Chris following the loss of his girlfriend Petara," said Browns owners Dee and Jimmy Haslam in a statement. Haslam is the CEO of Pilot and Flying J Travel Centers. Haslam's brother was the former Republican governor of Tennessee, Bill Haslam.

Cuyahoga County Boys, the Cleveland Police and Ohio State Highway Patrol are doing an investigation into the accident.

The motorist admitted she was under the influence. She was driving a Mazda when she apparently hit the young woman without warning.

At The White House, Donald J. Trump and Melania did a presser from the Oval Office. The move is evidently linked to recent reports of six deaths and several hundred hospitalizations from biological hazards. There are lung illnesses connected to vaping.

Health experts are concerned that "suburban" teens who never smoke cigarettes are exposed to nicotine through e-cigarettes.

The tobacco industry is hoping to win back former smokers. They are hoping the e-cig craze will fade out and Americans return to the "cool."

Congress is now trying to ban them and raise the age of tobacco purchases to 21.

Yet, they won't take steps to keep these fucking assault rifles off the streets. It's got to be another distraction to keep the debate of guns off the minds of Americans.

We had mass shootings in Odessa and Midland, Texas. Nothing done since the mass shooting in El Paso, Dayton, Chicago and Philadelphia. Well there was something done. The U.S. House of Representatives have passed a stricter background check bill, a "red flag" bill and a gun buyback bill.

None of those bills will ever reach the U.S. Senate. The Grim Reaper decided to block them from hitting the Senate floor.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has stated that the decision to pass gun reform lies in the hands of Donald J. Trump.

Trump says that Congress is responsible.

Shannon Watts of Moms Demand Action says that Congress fails at both issues.

"One hundred Americans are shot and killed every day in American. At least seven of them are children or teens. I realize the tobacco lobby didn't give your campaign $30 million like the NRA did, but gun violence is a national crisis."

Polls show that many Americans want something done about gun violence. Why are the Republicans afraid to do something about this?

T. Boone Pickens passed away in Texas.

Conservatives are dropping like flies in the age of Donald J. Trump. Another far-right billionaire and lobbyist is gone to them pearly gates.

The "Oracle of Oil" has passed away.

T. Boone Pickens, a hedge fund founder, philanthropist and oil baron who rewrote the book on corporate raiders passed away at the age of 91.

He passed away of natural causes.

Pickens had been suffering from declining health including a serious fall and a debilitating stroke.

In late 2017, he had put his Mesa Vista Ranch in the Texas panhandle up for sales. He also closed his hedge fund company BP Capital, to outside investors.

CNBC notes that Pickens started a career with Phillips Petroleum. He would later find ways to invest in wind power and natural gas.

He was a big time donor. He was the big shadowy type of billionaire who helped George W. Bush and Dick Cheney succeed in their two disastrous terms. He had lots of ties to Republican leaders, political agitators and folks in the news.

He put up funds to help the Oklahoma Stae University. That was Cowboy Nation and he was a major backer in their football stadium and athletics programs.

 Thomas Boone Pickens Jr. was born May 22, 1928, in Holdenville, Oklahoma. His father was a "landman," who sold oil and mineral rights. During World War II, his mother was in charge of rationing in her region as head of the local Office of Price Administration.

As a 12-year-old paperboy, Pickens started out with 28 customers, but by acquiring adjacent routes one at a time he quadrupled his business.

"That was my first introduction to expanding quickly by acquisition — a talent I would perfect in my later years," he recalled on his website.

His family moved to Amarillo, Texas, where he attended high school. After graduating in 1951 from Oklahoma A&M (now Oklahoma State) with a degree in geology, Pickens started working at Phillips Petroleum.

He left three years later to drill wildcat wells, first founding Petroleum Exploration with $2,500 in cash and $100,000 in borrowed money for projects in the Texas Panhandle, and later establishing Altair Oil & Gas for exploration in western Canada. The companies became Mesa Petroleum, which Pickens took public in 1964 and became one of the largest independent oil and gas companies in the United States.

During Bush’s 2004 re-election campaign, Pickens helped finance the “Swift Boat Veterans for Truth” campaign that questioned John Kerry’s Vietnam War record and helped undermine the Democrat’s presidential bid.

He backed Republican Rudy Giuliani in 2008 and Donald Trump in 2016.

“Yes, I’m for Donald Trump,” Pickens declared in May 2016. “I’m tired of having politicians as president of the U.S. Let’s try something different.”

He supported Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris climate accord and his attempts to restrict visitors from predominantly Muslim countries from entering the United States.

“I’d cut off the Muslims from coming into the United States until we can vet these people,” he said. “Cut them off until we can figure out who they are.”

Aside from Republican politics, Pickens was a benefactor of numerous organizations, including the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston ($50 million each in 2007). His $165 million donation to his OSU’s athletic department helped fund the stadium renovation. The school named the complex Boone Pickens Stadium to thank him for what it said was the largest single donation ever to any university athletic department.

On Valentine’s Day 2014, the 85-year-old Pickens married Toni Brinker, widow of Dallas restaurateur Norman Brinker, in a small ceremony in the Mesa Vista family chapel. His four previous marriages ended in divorce. She survives him, as do three daughters and two sons from previous marriages.

The former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton isn't the President of The United States. But in Sean "Softball" Hannity's mind, she's the president and he's devoted to making sure she's impeached and convicted of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Mind you we're in 2019 and last time I've check, Donald J. Trump is the current one.

Currently, he is working on Joe Biden. He is trying to use the very same nonsense he's used on Clinton. So we're expecting talk about Biden's health, his gaffes, his vocal cadence, his past statements, Obama this, Obama that, Clinton this, Clinton that, etc.

The softball's right wing carnival and cable news show has become actually "boring." I am amazed that his listeners and viewers are still fixated on his word vomit about Clinton.

Media Matters senior writer Matt Gertz had to watch and listen to this shitshow for nearly three years. He has put up statistics proving that Softball Hannity is literally focusing on issues to distract the public from all the controversies Trump gotten his dumb ass into.

Nearly 90% of his show is based on Hillary Clinton.

This obsession goes beyond the far-white agitator. You have guests on the program obsessed with Clinton as well.

Dan Bongino, Sara Carter, Greg Jarrett, John Solomon, Newt Gingrich and numerous others brought up Clinton's name in some fashion.

Media Matters put together a supercut of the softball mentioning Hillary Clitnon's name over and over. Try watch if you dare.

Remember every August, I do the Sean Hannity Word Vomit. I kind of wished they've came out with this earlier. I would have placed it directly on this previous posting.

The challenge for progressives is to focus on Trump's pipeline to policy. This agitator is a secret adviser to Trump. We need to shut the pipeline down. This is one of the pipelines to Trump. If we can find a way to lower his standings, we can weaken Trump.

Trump's scandals are sort of intertwined with this annoying agitator. Sooner or later, the feds will find a way to serve this agitator with a federal sandwich. He's been wrapped in this Russia stuff.

With his ties to Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Michael Cohen, Roger Ailes and Trump, don't assume he's not under the feds radar. You can't indict Trump but you can indict Hannity!
