Georgia Lawmaker Erica Thomas Was Greeted With Vile Verbal Racist Attack At A Grocery Store

Representative Erica Thomas was verbally attacked by a racist at Publix
She is nine-months pregnant and that no-good punk attacked her. #istandwitherica

Another person of Color was greeted with racist attack.  This time, in Georgia.

Nearly a week after the vile, racist tweet from a so-called president attacking four congresswomen of Color, a bigot came up to her while she was checking out groceries at a checkout lane in Georgia.

He told her to "go back where you came from"while shopping.  Her husband is away when the incident happened.  When will those racist men and women ever learn that you don't get away with insulting fellow Americans, especially Americans of Color?

Today, Twitter followers created the hashtag, #istandwitherica in support of Erica Thomas.

Here's the scoop of the story from Atlanta's WSB television station:

State Representative Erica Thomas says man told her to 'go back where you came from' at grocery store

State rep. says man told her to 'go back where you came from' at grocery store
COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A man accused of harassing an African American Georgia lawmaker at  a Cobb County grocery store has come forward to tell Channel 2 Action News his side of the story.
State Rep. Erica Thomas, who represents District 39, recorded an emotional Facebook Live video detailing what she says happened at a Publix in Mableton on Friday.
We'll show you the moments Erica Thomas and the man she accused confronted each other today, for the Channel 2 Action News Nightbeat at 11 p.m.
Thomas said she was waiting in the express lane with her daughter when a man became angry over the number of items she had.
"This white man comes up to me and says 'you lazy son of [expletive]. You need to go back where you came from,'" the lawmaker said in her Facebook video. "Sir, you don't even know me. I'm not lazy. I'm nine months pregnant."
On Saturday afternoon, Channel 2's Christian Jennings went to interview Thomas about the incident. While she was there, the man Thomas accused of verbally attacking, Eric Sparkes, also showed up outside the Publix to tell his side of the story.
Sparkes claims he never said anything racist, although he did admit to cursing at Thomas for having too many items in the express checkout lane.
Sparkes told Jennings he is a Democrat and of Cuban nationality.

We were getting ready to interview Rep. @itsericathomas outside the @Publix where she says a man called her the B word and told her to “go back where you came from”. Well... that man...was already here at the Publix because he wanted to speak to management. She confronted him.

Thomas said she did not bring up her position in the Georgia House of Representatives during the incident and asked Sparkes to leave her and daughter alone.
"My child is just sitting there. 'Mama, why would he call you that?' I can't even explain to her why he has so much hate in his heart."
Thomas said Publix employees kicked Sparkes out and he kept coming back inside.
Publix sent a statement to Channel 2's Lauren Pozen, saying: "At Publix we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming shopping experience for all our customers. We are cooperating with local law enforcement as they look into the matter."

Thomas did not record the incident on her phone, but Channel 2's Chris Jose was told there is surveillance video and police are investigating.
Pozen spoke with attorney Gerald Griggs, who is on the board for Georgia's NAACP chapter. Griggs told Pozen another state representative brought Thomas' video to his attention.
“I was shocked, and I told them that the Georgia NAACP will do whatever they can to help in this case," he said.

Hatred and bigotry is spiraling out of control and it's getting uglier every single day thanks to that so-called president who said that bigots and racists are "good people".
Good people my A**!

Wiz Khalifa: Me And Sebastian Love Oreos!

Wiz Khalifa breaks an Oreo with his son Sebastian.
Wiz Khalifa (born Cameron Thomaz) and his son Sebastian love Nabisco's Oreos. The entertainer and his son have been officially named the ambassadors of Oreo's Stay Playful campaign.

Pittsburgh's very own Wiz Khalifa is breaking through America's favorite cookie.

Great way to share a moment of fatherhood.

The campaign, titled "Stay Playful", will be using a kind of creative technology that will see the biscuit brand release a limited-edition Music Box that will be able to play tunes straight from an Oreo cookie.

The cookie apparently works just like a record – you place an Oreo cookie on the Music Box, slide the record arm in place and the song plays. That particular song will be a new track from the American rapper.

The brand new TV commercial tells the story of a busy father who slowly realizes his son is imitating every move he makes, underlining the theme of playfulness central to Oreo's new campaign. The song is all about taking time to stay playful with the ones you love no matter how busy we are, and you can hear the affection that Wiz has for his son come through in every line of the track.

Cam, you're a great dad.

It's always lovely to see Wiz Khalifa share a moment with his son. Sebastian's mother is reality television star and model Amber Rose.

Here's the latest single for Wiz Khalifa.

Iowa State Worker Saw Cannon Fire After Rapping Tupac!

Iowa state worker gets sacked because he played Tupac Shakur music while on duty.
Holler if you hear me......

The words of the late Tupac Shakur, an American entertainer who rose to fame on Black empowerment, gun violence and hip-hop music.

He has sold over 124 million albums worldwide and regarded as an icon.

His tragic death in Las Vegas in 1996 still remains unsolved.

An Iowa state worker was fired out the cannon this week after he had the audacity to leave in email quotes from the slain rapper. Jerry Foxhoven is former human services director told the junk food media that Republican governor Kim Reynolds ousted him last month after he declined to do something improper.

"Her staff asked me to do something I thought I thought was illegal, and so I wouldn't do it," Foxhoven told the music publication Pitchfork. "And so they told, 'Okay, well, then you need to go.'"
Iowa governor never heard of Tupac Shakur.
Foxhoven's ouster in June made national coverage after it speculated that he shared emails to share his appeal for Tupac's music and quotes. Reynolds declined to say why she forced him out but she said that she never fired him out the cannon because of his love for the rapper.

"I didn't even know who Tupac was, so let's just start with that. Honestly, I had no idea who it even was. There were multiple factors that went into that decision, and we're just going to leave it at that."

It appears that she's a racist.

Tupac Shakur was a famous entertainer. Foxhoven would host "Tupac Fridays" for his co-workers that were interested.

"I'm a 66-year-old white guy from the Midwest who likes rap music, who likes Tupac!" he says.

In fact, Foxhoven is a Tupac superfan. The civil servant is utterly dedicated to the slain rapper, celebrating his birthday with Tupac-themed baked goods; marking Tupac milestones ("I might seem a little down because today is the 22nd anniversary of 2Pac's death," he wrote once to a staff member); and assigning Tupac as mandatory reading for his ethics class at Drake University.
Jerry Foxhoven is a white guy who loves Tupac. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Iowa governor and state officials found something wrong.
But Foxhoven's tenure at the Department of Human Services ended without warning — and without a chance for an orderly transition. After his email citing the rapper, Foxhoven was asked to resign. He says that he was not even granted a meeting with Reynolds.

Instead, the governor's chief of staff confiscated his cell phone and ID card on the spot and ordered him not to go back to his office. They did not cite a reason, and Foxhoven was not made aware of why he was let go after two years on the job.

Foxhoven was aware that at least one individual was not a fan of his Tupac quotations. In an email, one of his staff members alluded to the existence of a disgruntled employee, who then reported his Tupac references to state legislators. These emails indicate that action may have been taken due to his Tupac-related messages.

"I am going to hang in there on him — despite all the naysayers," he wrote in one email, after a staff member said that there were "haters" who didn't appreciate his Tupac quotes.

Although he knew one employee had complained about his frequent references to Tupac, Foxhoven says he hopes they were not the reason he was forced to resign.

He does wonder, however.

Foxhoven points out that Barry Manilow's birthday is one day after Tupac's, and wonders whether he have been dismissed if he had cited Manilow instead.

"I always try to assume the best of everybody, and I can't imagine that [the governor] would base her decision on the Tupac incident," he says. "If this is the reason, I'm really disappointed."

The governor's office did not respond to a request for comment from NPR. But according to the Associated Press, the governor's office would not confirm or deny that Foxhoven's rap references were part of the reason for Foxhoven's dismissal.

"She wanted to go in a new direction," the governor's spokesman previously said in a statement, according to Iowa Public Radio. The spokesman provided no specifics.

NPR made a public records request in order to obtain emails involving Foxhoven and his references to Tupac. Foxhoven's Tupac emails were first reported by the AP.

The email which preceded his ouster was a positive one, in which he recognized Father's Day, Tupac's Birthday and his own work anniversary. "Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back," he wrote, citing Tupac. "It simply means that you are 2 steps ahead."

In that same email, he praised his staff, writing that it was "absolute honor to lead such a dedicated and committed group of people." In response, more than a dozen employees at the agency wrote back to praise him for the positive message.

"You are such a breath of fresh air, Jerry!" wrote one staff member in response, according to emails obtained by NPR.

The hundreds of pages of emails reviewed by NPR show that by all accounts Foxhoven was widely admired by his staff and regularly took time to mentor subordinates. In one email he dispensed career advice, noting that he was inspired at the agency by the well-known Tupac song "Changes."
She probably watched Donald Trump on television. That's before he became the current idiot running this country.
In fact, he regularly cited Tupac in staff and agency-wide emails — including a Valentine's Day email in which he marveled, "isn't it wonderful that we have a day to celebrate love?" This observation was followed by a quote from Tupac's "Dear Mama." The 66 year old's inbox even included a meme that referenced Tupac's famous collaboration with Dr. Dre, "California Love."

Ultimately, Foxhoven tells NPR he's glad that his emails about his favorite musical artist have now made national news, because it allows for a discussion about stereotypes and music. He said he was especially disturbed by a recent news story which reported that a 17-year-old boy in Arizona was fatally stabbed by a man who said the victim's rap music made him feel "unsafe."

"It's important for us to break down those stereotypes: if you listen to rap music, you're a criminal or dangerous. It's not true at all," he says, adding that he hoped his situation could lead to "having open discussions about race and what we have in common, instead of what separates us."

He first got into Tupac in the early '90s when the rapper was still alive — "we're going to have to get into this East Coast, West Coast thing," he says apologetically, as he explained his preference for the Californian musician. "Part of the reason I like Tupac [is that] it's good music — it's not just rap with a bass in the background. It's fun to listen to, and also I liked over his career, you could see him transform."

Foxhoven turns 67 next week, and is still figuring out what to do next. He wouldn't mind seeing the Tupac hologram in person, he says.

One thing is for sure: "I will be listening to some Tupac on my birthday. That's totally true."

Washed Up Rapper Benzino Chucks Racial Slurs At Atlanta Cops!

Washed up rapper belittle cops with racial slurs.
One of the most annoying things I've heard in recent times is, "You know what I'm sayin.'"

This washed up entertainer is known for saying this constantly. It's almost like you can count on your fingers how many times this guy says, "you know what I'm sayin.'"

The washed up entertainer gets into a heated confrontation with Georgia cops. The cops ran his plates and found they were fictitious and he had warrant for failure to appear.

He was arrested and charged with traffic violations.

During his ride to DeKalb County lockup, the footage of him berating the arresting officer has went viral and now he's facing more scrutiny.

On top of that, the washed up entertainer was racist towards the arresting officer who was Asian-American. The washed up entertainer was being totally unhinged and the cop had to maintain restraint. He had to listen to this asshole berating him with racial slurs, homophobic and sexist comments.

The washed up entertainer is not well-known among many in the hip-hop community. I happen to know him because he was one of the reasons why I started blogging. He is considered one of the most annoying figures in hip-hop.

Brookhaven cops Andrea Serrano and Tyson Nguyen did not know they were arresting that washed up entertainer on June 22. He cursed at them and called them racial slurs, but they were praised for exhibiting patience and staying calm during the hourlong incident caught on their body cameras.

Officers who arrested the washed up entertainer say they weren’t phased by racist insults.

Whereas I've talked about the most annoying far-white conservative agitator on Fox News, here's the most annoying (and considered the worst) rapper in hip-hop.

He failed at two things in the matter.

Keeping his mouth closed when confronted by police.

Opening his mouth while being held in custody.
Why couldn't we arrest someone famous?
Remember, you have the Miranda rights. You have a right to remain silent. You have a right to an attorney and you do not have to consent to searching your vehicle and your home. If you speak to an officer, you don't have to be respectful. However, it could become a disorderly conduct matter if the individual continues to impede on an arrest or decides to not go peacefully.

Besides Sean "Softball" Hannity, another annoyance in the junk food media is Raymond "Benzino" Scott, the former co-owner of The Source magazine. Scott is a 55 year old man-child who became famous for taking on Eminem. Scott who is a former rapper and reality television star was infamous for starting a feud with the Detroit "Rap God" in a desperate attempt to boost his album and magazine.
Georgia motorist makes a racist rant at Atlanta area police. The motorist is a former rapper and reality television star.
Eminem destroyed his career, tarnished the magazine and made him a pariah among the hip-hop elite.

Since his downfall, Benzino was shot in the arm by his nephew, had to declare bankruptcy, joined VH-1 for a taping of Love & Hip-Hop which he only lasted two seasons. He got into a fight with longtime rap producer Stevie J and was expelled from the set. He met reality television second string Althea Heart and impregnates her. They had a child together only for them to have a major fallout afterwards. Althea had a restraining order placed on the rapper and has custody of their child. Benzino also tried in opening up businesses. He opened up a nightclub in South Beach Miami called Club ZNO. It flopped in five years. He tried to open up a seafood restaurant called Benzino's Crab Trap. The original restaurant closed because of health violations and he's trying to restructure the business.

He and his longtime partner Dave Mays founded the tabloid Hip-Hop Weekly. The magazine is sold at local newstands and it's been in circulation for over a decade now.

Benzino has tried and failed at many things. One thing he's good at doing is running his mouth way too much.

Here's the full uncensored and offensive body cam and cruiser cam footage of Scott and Nguyen.

TAKE DISCRETION THE CONTENTS ARE DISTURBING.

Scott would apologize for his actions to his fans. He did not personally apologize to the cops. He tried to make a plug to his restructured restaurant.

I hate when he says "You know what I'm sayin'" every time he tries to explain himself. He is a washed up entertainer who failed to appear at court. He has numerous run-ins with law enforcement. He had his license suspended multiple times. He has constantly been a hostile motorist. He can't stop driving like an idiot. He is 55 year old man.

Quit acting like you're a young man and take care of them children. Stop being an ass and stop showing videos of you eating ass.

The charges for disorderly conduct, driving with suspended license and under the influence of alcohol and drugs are misdemeanors in the state of Georgia. The rapper could get six months to a year in the iron college. He will have to pay the fines. He will have his license suspended. He will have to make a formal apology to the city of Brookhaven, the officers and those he's offended. He will have to take anger management classes and be fitted with an alcohol tester on his vehicle.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Keep your neck up!

Trump Amps Up Attacks On Ilhan Omar!

Ilhan Omar is a strong Black woman in a world of hate and utter stupidity. May she keep fighting for what's right.
I'm gonna be his worst nightmare.....

Protecting the status quo is a problem here in the United States. We have women of color under attack from far-white agitators and this country's president. I hate to say this, but we're heading right towards fascism.

While in North Carolina, bigot Donald J. Trump continues his attacks on Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

For 15 seconds, Trump basked in the chants of "Send Her Back" from his vicious supporters. He took talking points from two far-white lunatics who have history of peddling anti-Muslim and anti-Black rhetoric.

On Thursday, Trump disowned the rhetoric. He was pressured by Melania, Ivanka and Jared Kushner to tone it down. Mike Pence even got an earful from Republicans who were scared to openly criticize the bigot-in-chief.

He claimed that he found the remarks and chants were not apart of his campaign. That disavowing of the remarks only lasted a fucking day.

When asked about his unhappiness with the chants in North Carolina, Trump quickly turned his criticism to Omar.

"You know what I'm unhappy with? The fact that a congresswoman can hate our country," Trump said. "I'm unhappy with the fact that a congresswoman can say anti-Semitic things."

"I'm unhappy when a congresswoman goes and says, 'I'm going to be the president's nightmare,'" he added, referencing comments Omar made upon arriving back in Minnesota. "She's going to be the president's nightmare. She's lucky to be where she is, let me tell you. And the things that she has said are a disgrace to our country."

Here's tweets from our dear imbecile.

Omar is one of the four lawmakers singled out by Trump and Republicans. They were told to "go back" to where they came and it's riled up folks.

Taking the role of Pam Geller and Laura Loomer, Trump made an explosive claim that Omar was married to her brother. Omar called the allegations baseless and dismissed the attacks on her patriotism.

When she returned to Minneapolis, she was greeted with a hero's welcome. Trump called it a staged event and then proceeded to place Israel ahead of the United States. He claimed that Omar and Rep. Rashida Tlaib's criticism of Israel as being anti-Semitic.

He also singled out the junk food media for allowing the attention from his great approval  of 50% (courtesy of Rasmussen).

Omar, Tlaib, Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) are being told that they will have to get more protection from the U.S. Capitol Police. Also Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) will get protection. She was threatened by a Pentagon contractor who left a disturbing and yes threatening voice mail on her office phone. He will be charged for threatening a government worker.
21st Century's most divisive president. A former reality television star turned politician.
The suspect could face up to five years in federal time out for this. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Trump decided to get an extra hand in the matter. He posted a clip of Fox News. He decided to play "softball." On that far-white agitator's program, Sean "Softball" Hannity introduces far-white agitator Mark Levin and they get to work on how the "Send Her Back" remarks weren't racist.

Levin on his phony outrage kick decided to rant about how Omar didn't do much for Somalia or the Middle East. He made the phony claims that she's only about herself.

Soon after the clip, Trump reversed his reversal in a big way. He slammed the congresswoman and praised the rally attendees as "incredible patriots."

"When I said I was the president's nightmare, well you're watching it now," she said. "We are going to continue to be a nightmare to this president, because his policies are a nightmare to us. And we are not deterred, we are not frightened, we are ready."

Omar came under bipartisan scrutiny earlier this year for suggesting U.S. lawmakers support Israel because of lobbyists and that those who press for supporting Israel were pushing "allegiance to a foreign country."

The House later voted on a resolution broadly condemning anti-Semitism and bigotry in the wake of her comments. Republicans were critical of the resolution, which did not explicitly mention Omar or her remarks.

Trump's renewed focus on Omar is a shift from just a day earlier, when he sought to distance himself from the chants of "send her back."

The president told reporters Thursday that "was not happy" with the chant and that he "disagreed with it."

El Chapo Heads To Colorado Alcatraz!

Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Lorea heads to Supermax.
Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Lorea who is known to the junk food media as El Chapo was convicted of attempted murder, drug trafficking, racketeering and threats to witnesses.

He was a very ruthless drug kingpin. That's what the junk food media claimed.

He was caught three years ago after he plotted a successful escape from a federal time out in Mexico.

This would have been the second time he escape from a time out. The Mexican government handed him over to the United States on the grounds they would not seek the death penalty. The U.S. government agreed to it. After a year and half of court hearings, it's time for El Chapo to head to the final place of his journey.

He was sentenced to LIFE in federal time out. The former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel is heading to Florence, Colorado.

On Wednesday, Guzman was sentenced to LIFE plus 30 years after an 11-week trial. The drug lord was ordered to forfeit $12.6 billion, which his cartel was said to have made from distributing drugs throughout the United States.

The evidence at the trial showed that Guzman’s Sinaloa cartel was responsible for smuggling mountains of cocaine and other drugs into the U.S. during his 25-year reign, prosecutors said in recent court papers. They said his “army of sicarios” was under orders to kidnap, torture and murder anyone who got in the way.

The defense argued that Guzman had been framed by other traffickers who'd become government witnesses so they could get breaks in their own cases. They also insisted his trial had been tainted by jurors improperly viewing media coverage of the case.

For those who don't know where Florence is, trust me, you might want to know where it is. That's the place where the USADX Florcence is. That is the country's most toughest maximum. They called the the Alcatraz of the Rockies.
A tearful Guzman Lorea waves to his family as he is taken away.
No one has ever escaped this facility. This facility is built in an area where anyone interned would never be able to find a marker for escape.

The inmates spend 23 hours a day locked in their cells and are escorted by a minimum of three officers for their five hours of private recreation per week. Each cell has a desk, stool, and bed, which are almost entirely made out of poured concrete, as well as toilets that shuts off if blocked, a shower that runs on a time to prevent flooding, and a sink lacking a potentially dangerous tap. Rooms may be fitted with polished steel mirrors bolted to the wall, an electric light that can be shut off only remotely, a radio, and a black and white television shows recreational, educational and religious programming.

The interns in there can't communicate with one another. The interns can't plot escape or riot because the staff are armed everyday and they are allowed to use deadly force if any attempts unfold.

He can appeal his sentence within five years of interment.

I'm Trying To Sell This House! Why You Call The Law On Me And My Client?

American realtor and his client were detained by the Cincinnati Police after a white man called the law on them.
An Ohio realtor and his client were detained by the Cincinnati Police after a white man called 911 with the claim that they were breaking and entering into a home. This happened in November 2018 and it became a public scandal.

The realtor and client are suing the city of Cincinnati, the three officers and the neighbor for the whole medley. They believe that this was a racially motivated situation. The law claim they were doing their jobs.

The law raced to the location on the report of a breaking and entering. The three officers would surround the home and demand the two men to come out with their hands out.

Anthony Edwards was a homebuyer and Jerry Isham was the realtor. They were Black men and the cops were white. He was prepared to buy the home until this incident occurred.

Edwards would exit the house with his hands out and he said directly to the cops, "They're just white people calling the goddamn police."

One of the cops identified as Dustin Peet said, "It's called being a good neighbor when you see someone going into a house."

Edwards explains that Isham is a realtor and they used the key in the lockbox to get inside. Isham was placed in the cuffs and the cop who drew the firearm, Rose Valentino would search him. She wanted to "confirm his job."

Edwards would exchange words with Peet.

"If we were white, they wouldn't have done that."

Peet responds, "Sir, what are you talking about, man. That's some bullshit, you're talking. I don't give a damn if you're white or black, we're doing our job here. Man this is incredible."

Edwards is then cuffed and the cop asks if he has anything sharp on him. Both men are patted down and Valentino goes through Isham's pockets searching for his ID. She finds the real estate business cards and his driver's license.

"If this had been two white guys, you all wouldn't have went through all this," said Edwards.

"Yeah, we would. You ride along? You know what we do, huh? You know how we do our job," said Peet.

"Now you're searching [Isham] like we got drugs and dope," Edwards retorts.

As the cop and Edwards get into a verbal heated argument, the cop would say, "Quit playing the race card. That stuff doesn't fly."

The encounter took at least 10 minutes before the two men were freed. The whole incident was started by a neighbor who was a former cop.
The potential homebuyer said he quickly changed his mind after the encounter. The realtor had to sue the city of Cincinnati after the sale fell through.
The former cop, Thomas Branigan called 911.

"The house is for sale, but it's not an open house today. And I just seen two male Black suspects force the front door open."

The cops were acting on the call says the union president Dan Hils.

He believes the two men were blowing this out of proportion. He believes the city was quick to cave.

"I'm afraid this sets a precedent that if you have an encounter with police and make it public, then you'll be offered a higher settlement."

The city did settle with the two men after earlier reports the two rejected the offer. The city manager personally apologized for the whole encounter.

"The city regrets this extremely unfortunate and unnecessary situation. Mr. Isham and Mr. Edwards did nothing wrong. We are in the process of implementing implicit bias training for all city employees. We sincerely apologize."

The city settled with $151,000 with a personal apology to both men.

These incidents add fuel to a fire.

White people calling 911 on Black people minding their business. This is a frustrating part of living in the United States. This is Donald J. Trump's Amerikkka.

That bigot Trump continues to make lives miserable for people of color.

White people are calling 911 on the most trivial events.

We Paid For That Basketball! Why You Called The Law On Us?

A little boy loses his ball after a Nike Store manager accused his parents of shoplifting.
A California woman with her boyfriend and child went into a Nike store in Santa Monica earlier this month. She bought a Nike Swoosh Mini basketball for the little child. Soon after they leave the leave the store, the manager confronts them. The manager accuses them of shoplifting and called the law on them.

The manager followed them through the store and even flagged cops to approach the family.

The woman films the encounter and posts it on social media and here we go...

TaMiya Dickerson and Joel Stallworth took their child Sammy to the store and like little baby boys, they explore. They saw a basketball and Sammy took it. He was walking around the store with the basketball smiling and enjoying it. They went ahead and paid for the basketball and then continued to shop the Nike store.

After they finished, they left. The manager saw them walk out the store with the baby holding the ball.

She decided to confront them. She asked for a receipt for the ball. They refused. She then started following them through the shopping center and then flagged three on duty Santa Monica police officers.

At this point, Dickerson started to film the encounter.

"This is ridiculous, we purchased this basketball in the store," Dickerson says in the video.

Stallworth throws the ball to the ground in frustration and the manager picks it up.

They finally got it back after showing their receipt to the cops. After the encounter ended, they decided to return the ball and get a refund. The manager was not present when they returned the ball.
Santa Monica Police demand the receipt from paying customers.
The manager never apologized.

"She had zero evidence that I stole anything. She couldn't have evidence because I bought it. She discriminated against me," Stallworth said to the local junk food media.

"[The manager] planted an evil seed in the officer, so as soon as the officer came up to me, he said: 'Sir, give me the stolen ball.'"

Stallworth and Dickerson did hire an attorney to look into the matter.

"What we're hoping to do is to get Nike to have some sort of understanding and meeting of the minds to find out if this was an isolated act, or is this something that is more pervasive within the society of the employees that they hire," said attorney Stephen King.

Just last week, a Black man in San Francisco was accosted by a white man who called 911 on him because he didn't use a call box in an apartment complex. The white man is a tech worker for YouTube.

These incidents add fuel to a fire. The first one to cause all the ruckus was "Permit Patty."
The Nike Manager accused a Black family of shoplifting.
Alison Ettel was the first example of white people calling 911 on Black people minding their business. She called the law on an 8-year old girl who was selling water to get tickets to Disneyland.

Ettel was dropped from her company and she went into hiding. She kicked of a chain of many incidents that we here at Journal de la Reyna covered.

Nike hasn't responded to the concerns.

In related news, Nike was facing backlash over them Betsy Ross shoes. It was the 13 Colonies Stars and was slated for release this month. Former football star and Nike spokesman Colin Kaepernick spoke out against it and said the flag represented a perception of American slavery and was a flagship towards white extremists. Nike decided to scrap the shoe and the far-white was upset over it.

Arizona's Republican governor Doug Ducey got upset over it and threatened to cut funding for its processing plant. A few days later, the junk food media caught him wearing a pair of Nike shoes.

Naperville(IL) Gas Station: Clerk Suspended For Making Anti Immigrant, Anti Latino Remarks,Telling the Women, 'ICE will come'

‘ICE will come’: Naperville gas station clerk is suspended

A protester at the Mobil Gas station in Naperville, Illinois

Here we go again with nativists and Trumpists berating and telling the Mexican tourists that ICE is coming to deport the women.

This POS have the gall to tell the women that they need to go back to their country.  It's the same remark the president made toward the four congresswomen of Color this past weekend when they criticize his policies toward immigrants and People of Color.

This is the same "president" who proclaimed alt-right protesters in Charlottesville as being "good people".  Good people my a**!

Racism at Naperville(IL) Gas Station-Facebook post

Viral video showing that "man" ranting and questioning the women and their immigration status despite the fact that they were tourists visiting Chicago.

NAPERVILLE, Ill — A suburban gas station clerk has been suspended after a video posted to Facebook shows him in a confrontation with customers as he tells them, “ICE will come," and makes other anti-immigrant comments.
The clerk, who worked at the Bucky's Mobil gas station at 1576 Washington in Naperville, was recorded on video arguing with customers.
The woman who posted the video on Facebook on Tuesday wrote, “Look at this guy who didn’t want to sell us anything because we are Mexican. What a way to treat your tourists.”
In the video, the clerk can be heard asking a customer, "Are you a citizen?" The customer replies, "Yes. What is your problem?" He goes on to say, "Don't you know the rules?" The customer again asks what his problem is, to which the clerk responds, "They need to go back to their country."
Carolina Buitron, whose two cousins were visiting from Mexico and were in the video, said this has never happened to her before. She said she was upset and hurt by what happened, but said she is now getting lots of support. Buitron lives in a neighboring town and was born in the United States.
protest was held Wednesday at the gas station in response to the clerk's comments.
On the man’s public Facebook page, he called Nancy Pelosi a Satanist and said the words he used in the video were not racist.
A spokesperson for Bucky’s said the comments the clerk made are not reflective of their core values. An investigation is ongoing about the clerk’s behavior.
The video comes just days after President Donald Trump tweeted about four congresswomen of color and told them to "go back to their country."
Bob Ahlgren, was across the street from the gas station during the protest with an American flag and a "Build the wall" sign. He stopped because he saw a protest about racism, but didn't know what happened until he saw the video. He said while he doesn't "necessarily agree with that," he said he showed up to show support for Trump.
The clerk in the video did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Is this how we treat our tourists and women of Color?   This "man" treated women tourists like dirt by questioning their background, their immigration status, and refusing to sell necessities to the women involved.  I'm glad to see that the gas station gets boycotted and it should until he's fired.

John Paul Stevens Passed Away!

Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens passed away.
The former Supreme Court Associate Justice John Paul Stevens passed away on Tuesdsay.

At the age of 99, Stevens passed away after complications of a stroke.

"Retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, John Paul Stevens, died this evening at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, of complications following a stroke he suffered on July 15. He passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side."

Stevens was nominated to the high court by Republican president Gerald Ford in 1975 and retired in 2010 after serving 34 years on the bench.

Stevens considered the left-to-moderate wing of the Supreme Court was crucial in major decisions during the Ford years, Carter years, Reagan years, Bush years, Clinton years, Bush, years and Obama years.

He supported Barack Obama's replacement Elena Kegan.
Barack Obama gives the Presidential Medal of Freedom to John Paul Stevens.
Chief Justice John Roberts and the eight current associates all express their condolences to him.

"On behalf of the Court and retired Justices, I am saddened to report that our colleague Justice John Paul Stevens has passed away. A son of the Midwest heartland and a veteran of World War II, Justice Stevens devoted his long life to public service, including 35 years on the Supreme Court. He brought to our bench an inimitable blend of kindness, humility, wisdom, and independence. His unrelenting commitment to justice has left us a better nation. We extend our deepest condolences to his children Elizabeth and Susan, and to his extended family."

Despite being appointed by a Republican, Stevens became a hero to progressives by voting to limit the use of the death penalty, upholding affirmative action, keeping Roe v. Wade and keeping the separation of church and state.

He will get a state funeral.

Assuming that burial will be in Washington, DC, Mike Pence, Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Kevin McCarthy and others will be in presence. Donald J. Trump won't likely attend.
