Trump Sics The FBI On Jussie Smollett!

Trump decides to meddle in the Jussie Smollett controversy.

Okay, we are now using federal resources to go after political enemies.

Whereas we have individuals who have committed far worse criminal acts in this country alone. This imbecile openly embraces kookspiracy theories (i.e. Seth Rich's murder). He has vilified American lawmakers, those who worked for the FBI, went to social media to rally online harassment and Fox News to amplify public dissent.

Yet, he was not charged with a criminal act. Seven of his allies were charged with criminal acts. Donald J. Trump clearly did wrong doing but managed to get away with it.

Earlier this morning, Trump tweeted his disgust for the charges being dropped against Empire actor Jussie Smollett.

So he wants to use the FBI and Department of Justice to go after Smollett.

Instead of taking an impartial side, he fully went on the "guilty by public opinion." The imbecile may have tainted the case.

"I think that case is an absolute embarrassment to our country, and somebody has to at least take a very good hard look at it," Trump told reporters at the White House, echoing a tweet he sent earlier in the day.

Speaking as he left for an evening political rally in Michigan, Trump did not explain what, if anything, federal authorities could do about Smollett after local prosecutors in Chicago decided to drop the case against him.

Trump's critics said the president is playing racial politics with the Smollett case, seeking to undercut the victims of real racial violence that is on the rise.

"By claiming a false attack, Smollett tried to exploit the hate @realDonaldTrump has stirred," tweeted David Axelrod, former adviser to President Barack Obama. "Now, predictably, Trump is moving to exploit Smollett’s exploitation. Talk about a vicious circle!"

Trump wants entertainers who spurn him to suffer.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, citing Trump's history of race relations, said the president should “sit this one out.”

The Chicago Police are so upset some of their members are going to take "sick days" to protest the state's declining charges against the embattled entertainer. They want to sent a bill to the entertainer for the time spent for the investigation.

Oh, yeah, why don't they pay off those families that had their children shot and killed by the Chicago Police. Should the citizens force the Chicago Police to bill the victims of the most recent raid on a local family's home. The woman who lived there had the police enter her home while she was celebrating her son's birthday.

Smollett was written out of the final episodes of Empire. It's unclear whether Fox may renew the show or cancel it. The possibility of renewal only seems likely but for a final season.

Smollett continues to maintain his innocence.

Scare "Us!"

Jordan Peele's blockbuster movie Us is number one in the nation. Monkeypaw Productions and Universal Pictures announced this movie is number one in the United States.

Friday was the release of Us and it was a success.

Peele is becoming a powerful figure in Black cinema.

The movie featuring Lupita Nyong'o, Winston Duke and Elisabeth Moss is one of the scariest horror movies in 2019. It is a movie that features Nyong'o as a woman who vacations with her parents in California.

The woman, Adelaide Thomas (Nyong'o) goes into a funhouse and she encounters a doppelganger of herself in a hall of mirrors. When she returns with her family, their lives are turned upside down.

People have said that this movie will make you jump.

I am planning on seeing this movie.

Let's look at the trailer.

Congratulations to Jordan Peele and Lupita Nyong'o for the success of Us.

On a lighter note,  I'd like to take a break from the barrage of bad news and politics to show the beauty of John Singer Sargent's muse and George Barse's beloved wife Rosina Ferrara.

Although she's long gone, her beauty endures in the numerous paintings, drawings, and statues all over the world.  I give you the images of Ms. Rosina Ferrara:

Chicago SWAT Busted Up A Child's Birthday Party!

Chicago P.D. continues to abuse power.
When I was four years old, I had the police came over and ruined my cake. That's what this little boy will be saying when he gets older. He will never forget the moment the law broke down his mom's door, raided the home, smashed the gifts and ruined the party for everyone.

For what reason?

Just to get a suspect!

While Chicago Police were fuming at Jussie Smollett over his criminal charges being dropped, a local mother and her family filed a federal lawsuit against the agency for busting down their door and ruining a birthday party for a toddler. They entered the home on suspicion of a suspect being there.

Turns out the suspect left the property years ago and the new owner was unaware of this. She was throwing her four year son a party and the Chicago Police come guns ablazing.

The family who lived the South Side filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city. They accused the police of using excessive force. They had some of the cops point firearms at children.

The traumatized 7-year old girl Samari Boswell said that cops were swearing at her mom, her aunt, her grandma and her brother 4-year old TJ Boswell.

This happened on February 10, 2019, one week after Smollett fiasco.

The family said that the Chicago Police destroyed the home, smashed the birthday cake, yelled profanities and insults at the family.

"they were saying F words and stuff," Samari Boswell said. "It was horrible."

Mother, Stephanie Bures, tearfully told the local junk food media that she didn't even know why they came to her home. She is a hard working mother and doesn't even cause trouble for the community.

The young woman's aunt was livid.

Kiqiana Jackson repeatedly demanded why they came through the door, asked for badges, and told them they had no business being here.
A young girl with her mother describe who Chicago P.D. ruined her brother's birthday.
"I wanted to know why were they there. Who are you? Show us a search warrant. I guess I asked for a search warrant one too many times, and he was like, 'Arrest her'"

Jackson said that they destroyed a big screen television, they threw trash over the room, they made a complete mess of the young woman's home.

They also accused the cops of covering their badges and refusing to give out their names or badge numbers.

This wasn't the last time the Chicago Police did that. The local junk food media pointed to four recent events where the law raided the wrong house and pointed guns at children. Warrants weren't turned over until police were leaving the home.

Ebony Tate said they did that to her home.

"They gave me the search warrant after they tore up the house."

Peter Mendez was only 9-years old when he and his brother were subjected to this abuse.

"Just the saddest moment," he said while crying.
Rahm Emanuel is leaving. The next mayor could fire top cop Eddie Johnson out the cannon.
A furious Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson was too busy condemning Jussie Smollett to realize that his police department is still doing this shit and getting away with it. It's a good thing that Rahm Emanuel is leaving politics. He was supposed to be the transformative mayor.

He was then Barack Obama's chief of staff and a former U.S. lawmaker. Under his two terms, Chicago has seen a spike in murders and police incompetence.

Laquan McDonald's death was one of the biggest scandals plaguing the Chicago Division of Police.

The death of that teen by that dirty cop makes it clear that Chicago Police have been getting away with a whole lot of things. The citizens are either too afraid to speak or they're dead.
Jussie Smollett managed to piss of the Chicago Police
This makes it even more interesting that given that Jussie Smollett managed to beat a state and federal sandwich, makes me more assertive.

Progressives and some conservatives are calling for criminal justice reform.

Entertainers and powerful lawmakers managed to beat criminal convictions. I bet you money that those mentioned below will escape some from of criminal indictment.

Jussie Smollett, Donald J. Trump, Paul Manafort, Felicity Huffman, Lori Loughlin, Michael Avenatti, Donald Trump, Jr., Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Roger Ailes, Rupert Murdoch, Bill O'Reilly, R. Kelly, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Michael Cohen, Rush Limbaugh, Jeffrey Epstein, Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, Oliver North, Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, Aaron Schock and numerous others I forgot to mention.

Yeah, their powerful lawyers and money can buy freedom. Can their money buy a soul to go along with it?

Jussie Free!

The damage is done.

The charges against a well known entertainer who allegedly paid men to rough his ass up were dropped. An emergency hearing was scheduled during which charges were dropped and the entertainer paid a hefty bond and walked out a free man.

Conservatives just this week were celebrating that imbecile beating a federal indictment. Now they are calling for blood and demand people to head to the iron college because of this.
Walking free.
I guess if you're rich and powerful, you can escape a criminal charge. Ask, Donald J. Trump, the face of white privilege and elitism. If you're a well known gay actor who has a good friend in high places, sure enough you can walk free.

The very same conservatives who cheer when a dirty cop gets away with murdering an unarmed Black teen or man now complain, scream and demand justice to those of color who beat the system.

Empire saw a 45% ratings drop. The Fox drama could be on the chopping block thanks to Jussie Smollett. The actor who is best known for playing Jamal Lyon, an openly gay musician will be written out of the final episodes of the season.

Smollett who is openly gay in real life cause a huge controversy.

The Chicago Police accused the actor of paying two men to serve him a knuckle style chili with a death soda (bleach). They placed noose on his neck.

He was taken to a local hospital and released the next day.

Smollett accused two white guys with Make America Great Again hats of the attack. The actor said to the law that the men yelled racial and homophobic remarks at him.

"This is MAGA country."

Well the Chicago Police did investigating into the claims and found that the story didn't add up. The description of the individuals were not the ones on the video. Smollett pointed to two men who were seen near the attack.

Two stage actors were detained after arriving from a boarding flight. The two men were from Nigeria. They were brought into the Chicago Police for questioning.

The two were extras for the drama and personal trainers for Smollett. Abel and Ola Osundario were the key witnesses and the whistle blowers to the controversy.
Abel and Ola Osundario were paid to give Jussie Smollett a personal workout.
They told the law that they were spotted in a hardware store and convenience store the night Smollett claim the attack occurred. They said that he paid them a hefty amount of money to rough him up. They claimed that Smollett wanted to generate publicity and keep himself from being killed off in the ending season.

They provided checks, they had a receipt for a rope and the have phone records.

The law began to ask Smollett for phone records. He said no to the detectives.

So they demanded he come into the police station to recap his story. Smollett said, not without an attorney. Soon people started to question and came to the conclusion he faked the attack.

Once two weeks passed, the Cook County prosecutors decided to throw the book at Smollett. He was indicted on 44 charges ranging from wire fraud to filing a false police report. He was given a hefty bond and told to lose his passport.

Smollett would hire Mark Geragos and post bond. More on Geragos later.

Smollett would maintain his innocence. He returned to the Empire set with some furious at him. Lee Daniels, the show's creator threatened to "blacklist" him if the charges were true,

Smollett was at the verge of being a washed up celebrity.

Well today, all that's change. The Cook County prosecutors dropped all charges and wiped the entertainers record clean.

At the court, Smollett maintained his innocence and stated that this ugly chapter in his life is over.

Conservatives and progressives alike are calling for criminal justice reform.

The rich and powerful always seem to get off scot-freewheel the average American (especially of color) face harsh bids.
Smollet chatting with Lee Daniels during the hospital visit.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson were furious. They both condemned the decision to drop charges and personally called Smollett a disgrace. They said that manpower was wasted on a frivolous publicity stunt.

Yeah, they have more important things to do.... Like breaking down doors and pointing guns at children at a birthday party. Hey, they got the right house, but the wrong person.

That will be discussed in the next post.

Mark Geragos is under federal watch. He is the second lawyer involved in the scandal surrounding Michael Avenatti. The former lawyer of Stormy Daniels is facing a federal sandwich for extortion.

Geragos was the mentioned in the federal indictment. The lawyer was dropped from CNN today after the revelation. He is currently representing Smollett, Chris Brown, R. Kelly and a few of the victims of the Parkland massacre.

Smollett appeared outside the Cook County Courthouse and did a presser.

Smollett is relieved. If convicted, he would have faced 50 years in the iron college and federal time out.

"I want to thank my family, my friends, the incredible people of Chicago and all over the country and world who have prayed for me, supported me and shown me love. No one will ever know how much that has meant to me. Not for a moment was it in vein."

The police union representing Chicago and Northwestern Indiana have called for a federal probe into Kim Foxx the prosecutor who recused herself after it was revealed that she talked to one of Smollett's family members.

Yeah, go after others for your ass being salty.

The Chicago Police have faced scrutiny over the years for police corruption. This one makes me smile. They bark about fairness after years of unfair treatment towards people of color. Now they want to make examples now that one entertainer managed to escape their wrath.

They actually found themselves getting a karma moment.

The controversy will continue on our blog. I open this to discussion. By the way, troll, if you're reading this, you're still blocked. So please don't bother responding to our blog. We don't need your propping your bullshit on Journal de la Reyna. Your remarks will continue to be removed and you might soon be completely blocked from ever reading this blog.

Trinity Love Jones Funeral

Trinity Love Jones is Laid to Rest

According to the Los Angeles Times regarding Miss Trinity L. Jones' funeral:

"Mourners gathered on Monday afternoon in Hacienda Heights at a memorial service for Trinity Love Jones, the 9-year-old girl whose body was found stuffed inside a duffel bag along a trail earlier this month.
The service, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Hacienda Heights, was open to the public in recognition of the outpouring of community support for the girl and her family in the weeks following her death.

The service began with a bell-tolling ceremony followed by a 75-candle procession escorting the casket into the church. The interfaith ceremony included a Catholic priest, a Protestant pastor and a Buddhist monk.
“After speaking with Trinity’s father and witnessing each of you here today, I now realize this is who she is: a unique, gifted, charismatic, beautiful, life-of-the-party young girl, and as her father described her, someone with so much character,” pastor Darnell Hammock said."

May she rests in peace.  I wished people love, cherish, and protect the children not only in America, but around the world.

"White" Collar Crimes!

Be white and you'll be rewarded.
Happy days are here again. At least that's going on in the White House.

Kellyanne Conway and Sarah Huckabee Sanders embraced each other. Donald Trump, Jr. mocked the Democrats. The far-white feel rejuvenated. The imbecile even celebrated this with a corrupt foreign scumbag Benjamin Netanyahu. The controversial decision to not indict this imbecile has became a perfect example of white privilege and the effects of white collar crimes.

White collar crimes are common in this country. If you're Donald J. Trump, you are officially a member of the elite. An elite group of folks who managed to buy their way to power and never get charged for criminal acts.

The rich and powerful seem to always get away with this. Even the fucking President of the United States gets away with criminal acts.

The White House is gleeful that Attorney General William Barr announced there will be no criminal charges for members of Trump's inner circle.

The Mueller Report hasn't been released but it has deflated hopes for progressives. They knew the fix was in. I mean think about it!

Only 22 months of investigations. Soon as Barr was confirmed, two months later the probe is over and it's inconclusive.

Robert Mueller was vilified by Trump. He was told by the Department of Justice to not look into areas. It makes no sense. Mueller's team had six former Trump advisers, 32 Russian individuals and five companies indicted.

Why did Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., Mike Pence, Jeff Sessions, Carter Page, Ivanka Trump and Sean "Softball" Hannity lie about contacts with Russians?

What Happened To Amber Evans?

Young black activist was found in an Ohio river.
The death of a civil rights activist in Columbus, Ohio is slowly getting attention.

Again, missing women of color never get national attention. The junk food media only makes the case if the victim is a white woman or white girl from an upstanding background. If the white woman or white girl are found dead, the junk food media peep into the life of the suspect, the create a storybook about the victim, the suspect and the trial. Then lawmakers start creating controversial laws and name them after the victim.

How many state and federal laws were named after white women?

Okay, there's a news story that is slowly picking up steam.

I listened to Joe Madison about a week ago. Madison who is a progressive agitator and civil rights activist spoke to the mother of this young woman who went missing. Madison stated that the junk food media often forgets about the rest of us. He brought attention to it and called out celebrity civil rights activists and others for not mentioning it in social media.

As of today, it's not being chimed over all of Twitter.

The Women's March of Ohio confirmed that their leader was found dead in the river.

Columbus Metro Police found in the Scioto River. The body of the victim was not identified but the junk food media confirms that 28-year old Amber Evans.

Evans was in a dispute with her boyfriend the afternoon of her disappearance, and her vehicle was found in the Scioto Mile neighborhood. Police found her phone close to the neighborhood.

Police have said since the beginning of the investigation that there were no known domestic violence issues in Evans' relationship and there was no reason to suspect foul play.
Scioto River in Columbus, Ohio.
The Columbus Metro Special Victims Unit and Dive Team found the body near the banks of the Scioto River around the Whitter Avenue bridge.

Evans who was the leader of the People's Justice Project and executive director of the Juvenile Justice Coalition.

The night she disappeared, a search was conducted near the river by the K9 unit and patrol officers.

The county boys also tried to get in touch with family members to ask if she posed a danger to herself or others.

Evans a staple of civil rights and progressive activism has passed away. Her legacy will be remembered by those in the Columbus metropolitan area. The family and friends are given the right to grieve. We the folks on the outside can offer nothing but useless "thoughts and prayers."
Say her name.
Now if this was a suicide, the case could be close. But something tells me that there are motives and I don't want to accuse the boyfriend of any criminal activity but I am going to start keeping an eye on this.

Again, women of color are being attacked. Me and S.B have talked about it on Journal de la Reyna.

Donald J. Trump is the results of years of white crimes, white privilege, missing white women syndrome, white guilt, white nationalism and supremacy. Trump didn't create this but he is symptom and enabler of this.

Thanks to Joe Madison, Roland Martin and Tariq Nasheed for bring this to light.

Michael Avenatti Got Served A Federal Sandwich!

Michael Avenatti has being served a federal sandwich.
Check it. If Donald J. Trump can get off a white collar crime, why can't Michael Avenatti?

Michael Avenatti, Lori Laughlin, Felicity Huffman, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone and Michael Cohen have now showed America that white privilege is "alive and well." They show that if they were a few shades darker, they either would have been dead or in the iron college for a long ass time.

The former lawyer of Stormy Daniels is being federally charged with wire fraud and bank fraud according to federal prosecutors.

The lawyer and harsh critic of Trump was accused to extorting Nike for up to $25 million by threatening to release damaging information about the company.

Avenatti who represented the adult film star/activist until late February is currently representing three women who have ties to R. Kelly and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The lawyer was arrested in Manhattan and will likely face charges in California if the Los Angeles Police Department determined he tired this stuff there.

He will lose his passport, forfeit his properties, secure a hefty bond, be placed on restrictions that involve him talking to the junk food media about the case against him.
The friendship is over. Stormy Daniels distanced herself from Avenatti.
The charges say that he was trying to extract millions from companies like Nike to garner publicity to inflict substantial financial and reputation harm on the company if his demands were not met.

The U.S. Attorney's office in California also accused the lawyer of negotiation a settlement of $1.6 million to be paid in January 2018 and then using funds to pay expenses for his coffee business, Global Baristas US, LLC.

There is allegations that Avenatti defrauded a Mississippi bank by submitting false tax returns in order to obtain loans that totaled $4.1 million in which he used for his coffee business and law firm.

Stormy Daniels was shocked to she her friend in the mess he's created but she wasn't surprised.

"I made the decision more than a month ago to terminate Michael's services after discovering that he dealt with me extremely dishonestly and there will be more announcements to come."

These charges could put Avenatti in federal time out for up to 40 years. He could lose his law license and be disbarred. He also could be forced to pay back individuals who he damaged. He will face a hefty fines and possible community services.

Before his arrest the lawyer tweeted information about Nike.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Last year, Avenatti was accused of abusing his former girlfriend. He was charged with misdemeanor battery.

This is the fall of Michael Avenatti. He and Michael Cohen worked for shady folks. They now pay the price for it. Progressives are having a bad day. They couldn't get Trump and their allies are either being charged with crimes or being ridiculed for "jumping the gun."

However, we will not relinquish. Trump is still a fixture of division. He has a 80% chance of winning reelection. If we continue to take "L's" we will end up having another four years of Republican control and Trump's moronic legacy.

We Need To Start Defending Ourselves

Another hate crime.  This time, paralyzing a young Black Amazon Prime Driver.  When will the hatred of Blacks end?  There has to be a way to destroy hatred, racism, and bigotry in the world.  May God watch over all of us.

Woman Speaks Out After Being Attacked By Violent WS Austin Shuffield In ...

This is a hate crime that should have been national news.  This WS POS nearly killed this innocent Black woman in Dallas this past week.

WS bigot Colin Flaherty doesn't care about Black victims, especially Black female victims.  This hate crime isn't televised in the media.

As a matter of fact, WS are emboldened because of that pos "president" enable alt-right and WS to harm Black people with impunity.

I hope she recover from her injuries, get the justice she so richly deserved, and to send a message to bigots around the world that this violence based on hatred of race WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW AND WILL NEVER BE TOLERATED!  EVER!

Trump Withstands The Storm!

Cleared of criminal charges but not of heavy scrutiny.
Donald J. Trump can breathe a sigh of relief. The Mueller Report came out saying that even though he said inappropriate remarks in regard to the Russian investigation, he did not commit a criminal act.

He instigated a lot of conflict but it doesn't merit criminal obstruction of justice.

He was not exonerated. He still faces scrutiny over the whole matter.

Democrats and Republicans alike are now debating on how the Mueller Report going to come out. Attorney General William Barr's statement only released today details that Trump cannot be indicted under a rule by the Department of Justice.

Many Republicans praise the report as vindication. Many Democrats want to know why this was rushed through soon as Barr was confirmed. The investigation will conclude on the part that Trump may have been a total moron but not a foreign agent on behalf of the Russian Federation.

Trump will ride this as a campaign for his reelection heats up.

The imbecile still hasn't gotten through investigations into his hush payments, the Trump Tower and the ethics violations.

The Mueller Report says Trump and campaign officials did not collude with Russian operatives. However, the Department of Justice will make a judgement of what details will be released. The collusion of election interference was not proven.

Mueller did not get all the access to Trump.

Six associates of Trump and 32 Russian individuals were indicted.

So if any Democrat is running for president, you can pretty much ask a foreign government to obtain the emails of Donald J. Trump and his allies. They will be greatly rewarded if they do.

Trump and his allies charged that Mueller's report fully vindicated the President, while Democrats were already raising questions about Barr making the decision on obstruction, a signal that the fight and the fallout from Mueller's investigation is far from over.

Mueller did not make the decision himself on whether to prosecute the President on obstruction. Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein made the determination the evidence was "not sufficient" to support prosecution.

The President went beyond the conclusions of Barr's letter, saying Sunday the findings were a "complete and total exoneration."

"No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!" Trump tweeted.

"It was just announced there was no collusion with Russia ... there was no collusion with Russia, there was no obstruction, none whatsoever," Trump said to reporters before flying back to Washington from West Palm Beach, Florida. "It was a complete and total exoneration. It's a shame our country had to go through this. To be honest, it's a shame your President had to go through this."

Trump added, "This was an illegal takedown that failed and hopefully somebody's going to be looking at the other side."

Barr submitted to Congress a four-page summary of Mueller's conclusions on Sunday, which stated: "The special counsel's investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election."

Mueller's team has no plans to issue any new indictments.

"The report does not recommend any further indictments, nor did the special counsel obtain any sealed indictments that have yet to be made public," the letter states.

Barr wrote that no one associated with the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government, "despite multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.
Mueller defined coordination as an "agreement -- tacit or express -- between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government on election interference."

The special counsel's office employed a massive effort through the court system and in interviewing witnesses to reach its findings. In all, Mueller's team interviewed about 500 witnesses and obtained more than 3,500 subpoenas and warrants of various types -- the bulk of which were subpoenas -- and 13 requests to foreign governments for evidence.
