Texas Karen Guv Says Biden Ain't The Commander-In-Chief!

Military officials must get vaccinated. The rules were implicated by President Joe Biden and authorized to all active members of the U.S. Armed Forces. Everyone serving in uniformed military services must get vaccinated.

Even Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin got vaccinated. However, he got a breakthrough case of the coronavirus. He confirms that he has mild symptoms and is thankful to be vaccinated.

The wheelchaired Texas governor is a total asshole. He is technically embattled. 

He is facing primary challenges from the right and now he's doing all he can to stay in power even if it goes beyond his authority as governor. 

Karen Abbott is one of the many governors in Republican states dealing with a rise of COVID-19. Instead of focusing on trying to combat the pandemic, he is turning to cultural wars and xenophobia. 

Abbott is so focused on spending taxpayer dollars to build a border wall that separates Texas from Mexico. He is more concerned about migrants instead of the energy grid. He is more concerned about vaccine mandates instead of deadly weather events. He speaks ill towards Biden when he wants to score cheap points, but calls the president when his state is in dire need of federal aid.

He along with the governors of Arizona, Florida, South Dakota, Mississippi, West Virginia and Georgia all play this ridiculous game of being "anti-government" while being a part of the government.

Each of them are seeking the possibility of running for president in 2024. 

So the Karen is suing the Biden administration over his federal authorities as commander-in-chief.

He says that state national guards remain under the command of governors except when they are called up for federal assistance by the president. Title 10 of the U.S. Code applies to active duty military, while Title 32 applies to the Guard.

The military conduct code states that troops must be vaccinated by Dec. 31. Abbott has claimed that 40% of the Texas National Guard under his command are refusing to get vaccinated because of religious stances or conspiracies. 

This decision will likely be thrown out of court. No state can get over the federal government.

In a public emergency, the federal government has the authority to activate resources to save lives.

Biden had said that Republican governors need to get out of the way if they refuse to assist in combating the pandemic. 

Many of these assholes are so obsessed with trying to undermine Biden. They are seizing on the remarks that Biden could eliminate the coronavirus while opposing his plans to combat it.

Over 850,000 Americans are dead from the coronavirus. We are likely approaching 900,000 in three weeks. Trust me, we're going to surpass one million before March.
