Comey left a memo |
Once in a while, I'll do a combined posting on the latest issues going on in the junk food media.
THE JAMES COMEY MEMO
The leader of this once great country tried to intimidate the former FBI director into dropping an investigation into a campaign operative's ties to Russia.
The Michael Flynn investigation is getting deeper and deeper. The former National Security Adviser was way deep in the Russian state.
There's a memo that James Comey wrote when he went to the White House to discuss issues involving national security with Donald J. Trump. The New York Times reported on it, and it became a big scandal.
Trump urged Comey to drop the FBI investigation. He also asked upon the FBI to arrest journalists who report on classified information.
The decision to fire Comey was inspired by Jared Kushner, the son-in-law to Trump. He is a foreign advisor.
Republican lawmakers are starting to get nervous.
THOM TILLIS COLLAPSES DURING CHARITY EVENT
Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) collapsed in Washington, DC after riding his bicycle for a charity event. The senator who won his election in 2014 supported the repeal of the Affordable Care Act.
They had to administer CPR to the senator.
No word on how he's doing but we wish him a speedy recovery.
CHELSEA MANNING RELEASED FROM MILITARY TIME OUT
The transgender private who leaked to Wikileaks was released from Fort Leavenworth. Chelsea Manning was responsible for leaking classified intelligence to Wikileaks and the junk food media.
Manning was charged and convicted of the crime. She was sentenced to military time out for 35 years. Before leaving the White House, Barack Obama commuted the sentence of Manning.
She was grateful for the release. She nearly killed herself. Manning (then born Bradley) was tormented for being a 5'4" solider. She was suffering from depression and threats of attack.
When she released the intelligence to foreign operatives, the U.S. suffered a major setback.
SOFTBALL HANNITY'S AND HIS VERSION OF THE SETH RICH STORY
The official softball of the Donald J. Trump Presidency ran a story about Seth Rich. The murdered former DNC operative was the distraction de jour. Sean "Softball" Hannity ran the segment on his right wing carnival. He was trying to use this as a distraction from Trump's loose lips.
The family of Rich said that there's no links between the murder of him and Wikileaks.
According to the softball, if there's proof that Rich leaked to Wikileaks, then it destroys the allegations of Russia meddling in the election.
The softball had Rod Wheeler on. The former Fox News contributor was hired by a Republican operative to investigate the claims of a cover-up. He isn't a family private detective. He is a third party hire who wants to be a part of it.
Wheeler and the softball insulted the DC Metro Police by saying that the agency was told to "stand down" when it came to the Rich murder. Local Fox affiliate annoyed Muriel Bowser, the mayor/governor of Washington, DC with stupid questions about Rich.
"STAND DOWN" is a part of the conservative word vomit. Conservative agitators used "STAND DOWN" during the killing of Osama bin Laden, Benghazi, Superstorm Sandy, Baltimore, FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's email, the tracking of Islamic State operatives, and the decision to not indict Clinton. "STAND DOWN" is being used in this kookspiracy.
The softball was once again beaten in the ratings by Lawrence O'Donnell. Hopefully MSNBC is noticing that Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O'Donnell are winning.
COLBERT TOPS THE NIGHT
Stephen Colbert started off rocky. Now he's boiling hot! The CBS host is in striking range of Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show. The harsh jokes about Trump have seen a spike in his ratings.
Jon Stewart has encouraged Colbert, Samantha Bee, Trevor Noah, and John Oliver to go hard on Trump. Their shows seen spikes in the ratings.
